Built in 1927 by Singapore architectural firm Swan and Maclaren, the building has been a listed landmark since 2000. Its former roles included telegraph office, corporate headquarters and government ministry before conversion into a hotel.

The original façade and heritage character were restored while the interiors were led by Nic Graham with EVT’s design team. The resulting concept places contemporary, design-led public spaces and rooms inside the preserved historic structure.

Cooked-to-order mornings

Cygnet breakfast service runs from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends. Cooked-to-order breakfast is available for a surcharge, and reservations are required in some hotel booking information.
