All things considered, this is a solid and reasonably priced option if you are comfortable staying outside central Dubai.
Welcoming lobby and handy to have shop, pharmacy and cafe inside the hotel. However the bathrooms could do with an overhaul. Staff very abrupt, no smiles.
They have amenities like pool table, swimming, lounge & buffet, coffee shop and pharmacy. Don’t come thinking there is a traditional bar.

The room smelled bad and was damp, with clear signs of humidity and poor ventilation.
Our room had a carpet “wet” smell and the shower leaked water all over the floor. We called for it to be repaired and after 3 calls they sent someone but it wasn’t fixed.
The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with very effective air conditioning and plenty of room to move around.

Overall, the place was clean and had many amenities that we utilized such as a big pool, two restaurants, lounge, cafe, pharmacy, and a store that had everything.
Only wish if they give us more than 1 towel per person per day... we had 4 people, 4 towels and that is it. We asked for more and they said no.
The kitchen was poorly stocked with equipment, had to go buy a mixing bowl for scrambling eggs and only 3 plates were provided with no way to clean them.
