Seyam & Darren was kind and helpful anytime you ask for anything, they will be more than happy to help, overall everyone is so kind at the hotel.

While the staff appeared friendly and well-intentioned, service during breakfast was notably inconsistent—I had to request coffee and other items multiple times before being attended to, and even then, my orders were often incorrect.

The concierge service is very poor. In fact, it is nonexistent in this hotel. They did not help us and could not book anything.

The Waldorf Astoria Dubai is a well-maintained hotel offering clean and spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and exceptional service.

The kindness, the attention to little details and the support were something else.

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was satisfactory, though it fell short of the five-star experience one might expect from such a renowned luxury hotel.

The room is spacious, the soundproofing is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and they really provide more than enough bathroom amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, razor, etc. The bathtub is large.

I booked a corner skyline corner room and they gave me an upgrade to a slightly larger room but I was low down and had a view of a large roof area.

They move us to different room the next night because of the noise from the constraction site.

The rooms was dusty, curtains are stained and worn out

Great location, close to Dubai mall and many nice restaurants.

The location is also ideal: central, vibrant, and well-connected to key sights and shopping areas, yet with a peaceful, exclusive ambiance once you step inside the hotel.

Walking distance to Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa.

it’s located in a business / residential center with very few entertainment / restaurant options unless you want to cross the road to DIFC.

The breakfast is absolutely world class.

The breakfast in the morning was not good value for money or particularly nice.

Upon check-in, they charged me again for accommodation, approximately $5k!!

They promised to return it within 5 days, but after 12 days, the money has not been refunded.

The room was not ready and we had to wait for 2h to get it done.

They allow us to check out late.

This is an amazing hotel with great facilities and incredibly clean.

You have to take the elevator twice to reach the room; the price is somewhat high compared to other hotels of the same level.

The Bull and Bear Restaurant serves savoury dishes and the waiters especially Victor, Chefs, and Assistant Manager Joy made the stay memorable.

The main restaurant Bull & Bear food is very average, the staff got the order wrong the two times I went there.

beware of the restaurant BULL&BEAR, very poor organization, artificial restaurant management and prices out of budget

I was charged for food I didn't eat.
