And we are far from being a VIP guest, we are just a regular brazilian family, so all I can say is that we were delighted to being a guest there and meet such wonderful professionals.

I understand that some of the clientele demand a spot to have a good smoke but it would be great to improve isolation of the airflow from the cigar bar into the reception area.

The room is spacious, the soundproofing is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and they really provide more than enough bathroom amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, razor, etc. The bathtub is large.

It was an extraordinary experience, both in terms of the quality of the services the hotel provides and the professionalism and attention of the staff towards each guest.

I liked everything, the refinement, comfort, quality of room service, very well executed breakfast, size and finish of the room, location and kindness of the staff...

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was satisfactory, though it fell short of the five-star experience one might expect from such a renowned luxury hotel.

I am a frequent traveler on business and otherwise and the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is one of the best I have experienced.

You have to take the elevator twice to reach the room; the price is somewhat high compared to other hotels of the same level.

The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the views from the rooms are beyond expectations, I will be returning soon, God willing

The location is perfect, close to all restaurants in the Financial district, near the opera, near the Dubai mall.

The hotel also greeted us upon our arrival and had my mom's room decorated for her birthday.

Our family recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC and the experience exceeded all expectations.

Thank you very much to all the staff and those responsible for this place.

We had some requests and they went over and above to accommodate them.

It's like being transported to a period and indulging in that experience.

When we return to Dubai, we will stay with you again.

Very professional staff except the restaurant

The hotel is simply fantastic.

When I asked him politely what happened? Is there a real fire? Why the firefighters outside? He was very rude and said (Nothing happen and you can go back to your room or go ask the firefighters what are they doing here!!!!!; we were panic and he was handling the situation with this ethics and this bad attitude!

I’m so grateful for the concierge man (His name is Mujeeb) he was amazing looking after everyone when I fire took place in the nearby building, running here and there, getting us water and asking if we need anything just to calm us down.

When I left the room in the middle of the day, I left my book on the table and when I returned, I found a page separator to use when reading. That was the kindest thing anyone could do for me…

The bad thing was the (Attitude of the night shift Manager (his name Davish or Davinish) when the fire alarm took place at AlEid Night at:4:00 am early morning when all the residents came down through the strait to the lobby);

While the staff appeared friendly and well-intentioned, service during breakfast was notably inconsistent—I had to request coffee and other items multiple times before being attended to, and even then, my orders were often incorrect.

The hotel had fantastic customer service and the staff, such as Nur from the bell desk team, Syam at the reception, were always helpful and very friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff ,they provided my 7 years daughter with a robe and slipper specially for her which made her so happy

Ms. Wen Zeng from reception assisted in my check in check out process and she’s really nice, polite and amazingly professional.

A special thanks to Seyam and Ayantika for their exceptional service they truly made our short stay perfect.

For my glasses, they had a cleaning wet towel placed next to them each day.

She went above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.

But everyone was welcoming and the individuals that cleaned the room were so nice.

First, I want to mention the service, it was 10 out of 10.

The guys who greeted us at the front door were all phenomenal.

I ordered room service for a specific time because I needed to stop eating according to my doctor's order, yet there was a misunderstanding about whether my order was for the evening or the morning.

I booked a corner skyline corner room and they gave me an upgrade to a slightly larger room but I was low down and had a view of a large roof area.

The room is spacious, the soundproofing is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and they really provide more than enough bathroom amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, razor, etc. The bathtub is large.

But this just means there is a massive round pillar in the middle of the room - which removes most of the benefit and makes moving round the room awkward.

When pressing the button to clean the room sometimes the room would not be cleaned till we were back so we had to inform the reception

I would suggest maybe moving the desk to the other side of the pillar, which would allow you to put the cot next to the bed.

The bed sheets did not smell that good I feel it might be due to using no fragrance soap which some guests might prefer.

Our room was super clean every day and we also had a special present on the occasion of my son's birthday and Easter.

The staff, breakfast, rooms and convenience were genuinely 5 stars and I can’t find any negative thing to say about this place.

The room offered an excellent panoramic view of Dubai’s skyline and several well-known landmarks, making the stay especially relaxing and memorable.

The location, tranquility, cleanliness, and spacious rooms, as well as the friendliness of all the staff and their excellent service.

Had to send a room services delivery back as being largely inedible - but well handled by the hotel.

There was a huge bugger on the ceiling above the bed that I only saw in the morning.

There was not a lot of room at the sides of the bed for the moveable travel cot.

The room was immaculate and luxuriously appointed, providing us with a relaxing and elegant retreat during our visit.

They move us to different room the next night because of the noise from the constraction site.

I could not connect my phone to the TV for smart features or access any application there.

I would say that the lack of real smart features on the TV is what was missing.

Every element, from the high-quality linens to the luxurious bathrooms, reflected the signature Waldorf standard.

They provided a room with one bed, but we requested one with two!

The room was impeccable, very comfortable, well designed and very well serviced.

In addition, the location is very not far from the Dubai Mall, so there were some taxis that did not like to take us and bring us back, and this is an unpleasant feeling, but it is not related to a hotel

A very minor issue which is about regular taxis they are not always available near hotel entrance so you have to call for one or go to the main road to get one.

The location is also ideal: central, vibrant, and well-connected to key sights and shopping areas, yet with a peaceful, exclusive ambiance once you step inside the hotel.

The place is excellent to unwind, and the view behind is also very nice, especially for taking pictures... Such a good place to spend...

It’s located in a business / residential center with very few entertainment / restaurant options unless you want to cross the road to DIFC.

Location is OK, but as with most places in Dubai, you'll need to hop in a taxi to get anywhere.

Excellent location, luxury hotel, good breakfast, stunning view, a supermarket inside the hotel and a 10-15 minute drive from attractions.

The alarm alerted me to a fire in the building at 2:30 AM.

There was an episode 30 hours before check-out when I was called to the reception to resolve a financial issue 'exorbitant expenses not covered by the card warranty.'

During check-in, I mentioned that I needed to visit a Visa Center the following day, and she kindly arranged a late check-out for me.

I had so many requests and simple agreements that weren’t looked after like the early check in for 2:30 which was confirmed in advance.

Although I had paid rooms and reached the reception late at 8 pm, it took more than 10 minutes to check me in.

In 2024, room cards must be working at all times, more than once my room key was deactivated

They promised to return it within 5 days, but after 12 days, the money has not been refunded.

After 12 days, they sent a confirmation of the charge instead of a confirmation of the refund 😡

On the last morning, there was no hot water in the shower. This was only mentioned at checkout.

The layout is a bit odd (not anybody's fault) but the reception is on the 18th floor.

The room was not ready and we had to wait for 2h to get it done.

I arrived early so they accommodated in early check in, offered option for late check out.

We were very confused when we first arrived because we couldnt find the reception😂

Despite the early arrival, the room was ready and we could even enjoy breakfast.

I can't get confirmation of the refund from the manager Rachelle Moarbes!!

Based on my request they even let me do late checkout.

Upon check-in, they charged me again for accommodation, approximately $5k!!

I found it regrettable... why not wait until check-out?

Managed to let me have an early check in.

They allow us to check out late.

The main restaurant Bull & Bear food is very average, the staff got the order wrong the two times I went there.

The Bull and Bear Restaurant serves savoury dishes and the waiters especially Victor, Chefs, and Assistant Manager Joy made the stay memorable.

It is not clear how a chef of such a low level is employed in a place like this.

The Cigar Bar was amazing with a classic design that matches the cigars that were served there.

Beware of the restaurant BULL&BEAR, very poor organization, artificial restaurant management and prices out of budget

The burger at the restaurant was one of the best we've had.

Unfortunately no time to go to the Bull and Bear restaurant

There are no restaurants, and therefore the options are limited.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant Bull & Bear.

I was charged for food I didn't eat.

Location, property, spa and service with a special shoutout to Abdel Rahman who took incredible care of me as I arrived tired at 6am.

The Spa was out of this world, great service in a relaxing and beautiful setting.

The spa was very relaxing and I recommend the flotation tank to rejuvenate.

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and found the atmosphere relaxing and well-curated.

On a more positive note, the spa experience was exceptional.

Also there is a steam room which I really enjoyed.

The one thing i dislike having to cross the lobby and coffee shop area to get to the pool area, i wish the property would take into consideration to make a different path

We also enjoyed chilling in the swimming pool which provides a beautiful view from the 18th floor !!

The swimming pool is small and there are no other amenities for leisure.

Maybe the pool it will be covered with shadows after 15:00

Pool and bar are not my favorite thing at WA DIFC.

So you have limited time to enjoy the sun

Having to take a taxi to dine in a livelier place with quite a bit of distance to cover.

1 main issue, getting in and out of the property is a nightmare.

I wish they had a car shuttle service to the Dubai Mall.

The road outside was a complete mess at all hours.

You have to wait hours for taxis.

The gym was decent, equipped with quality machines, though it lacked the refinement I anticipated.
