If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Dubai, C Central Resort The Palm is the place to be — and make sure to ask for Fawad!

We had this hotel bookd on the palm fr our holiday .we did not know what to expect. But were pleasantly surprised 😍

My sister was visiting from the UK so decided to stay here for 3 days and have a little mini break and chill.

I was a little dubious about staying at an all inclusive but I really didn’t need to worry because everything has been outstanding.

I read some of the other negative reviews but the hotel was the cheapest I could find on the Palm, so needs must.

In coming to my rating I have taken into account the room rate which is equivalent to a 5 star hotel in London.

I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in the area like Sofitel, Fairmont and this hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel.

Also, the roof top bar space is incredible but disappointing that you can’t use all inclusive for drinks up there.

We spent 5 days with our friends, this was our first trip to Dubai and we had an excellent time.

Communicated to the hotel my partner is 27 weeks pregnant, and booked from the Tuesday night despite a 1am arrival.

Myself and my husband live in Abu Dhabi and visit Dubai at least once a month for a staycation.

The hotel was wonderful — I stayed for 13 nights with my husband and we had a great experience.

Not sure why all inclusive guests have to sign for drinks, when you are wearing a wrist band.

We would definitely stay in the C Central Hotrl again, definitely great for your first trip to Dubai.

I didn’t enjoy it at all .. sea water was disgusting full of algae and trash floating …

The service is so warm and friendly, the hotel is so pretty and feels very boutique.

The food was excellent and the location with a pool directly on a private beach.

The hotel is well positioned on the palm and affords a good rejuvenating area

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time here at the C Central hotel.

Wonderful experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back in a heartbeat 💓

The design of the hotel is modern and it is very clean.

One of the only ones offering all inclusive including alcoholic drinks.

Its a new hotel, new design and new feel to it.

I truly enjoyed my stay and always choose this hotel.

The people were so so so nice and went above and beyond, thanks to raoul, Johnson and Eddie for amazing service and always checking in on us and seeing how we were doing or just small talk.

Here we met Fawad he is sucha a lovely lovely guy super caring and looked after us everyday he made my daughters feel welcome n genuinely created a bond with us all .

We were warmly welcomed by Eddie at the front desk and he has such a wonderful way of making you feel at home, ensuring we had everything we need, whilst always remaining professional.

Complained to Booking.com who took it up with the hotel and said that the case was solved at 4am and there were no further complaints from us - no refund or comp due.

Mr. vinay & mr. krishna in housekeeping are absolutely phenomenal. thank you for your assistance & your kindness is refreshing. only saving grace in this hotel they deserve a raise asap !!!

The whole team was amazing, with an impressive service from start to finish specifically Jay, Rauf, Loki, Abishek and Nilima who were absolutely wonderful, they made everything smooth and welcoming.

Very kind staff, compliments however go to Avishek number one in kindness and professionalism, he was able to listen to us in every request and always remembered our every request.

From the fantastic concierge who are very personable and welcoming to the restaurant and bar stuff they’d remember your orders and you never have to mention anything more than once.

Asim from Tajikistan at the front desk was so helpful, he assisted us in selecting the room with the best view and was always very attentive to our needs.

Thanks to Tilak for making sure we had everything we need and assisting with my special request about the time when I wanted the room to be cleaned.

The lady at reception from Morocco was super polite and professional and exceptional service from Raul helped me settle in the room and handled my luggage well.

I will say that the hotel had a few standouts—Johnson who I think was a bellman was very nice and assisted in getting me a cab.

I would like to give thanks to all the staff that work here especially Raj who organises the taxi’s and Ravishekh who is the bartender.

We had a great four day all inclusive stay thanks to the friendly staff and their high levels of customer service.

The staff outside the hotel at the taxi pickup spot always welcomed up with a hello and a warm smile.

Sujan is an absolute legend and the best room keeper I have come across in my travels!

The staff were really friendly and helpful especially, the cleaning staff and their prompt room service.

From as soon as we entered to when we left the service was absolutely amazing.

Only downfall is the size if the room my daughter had to sleep on a guest bed we paid full price for a guest bed so was not happy about that as we had 11nights there you need a proper bed

Called porter and maintenance team and they said it was the AC (which eas off), and said all they could do was offer a new room in the morning (day of departure?!).

We had a standard room so it was like Holiday Inn or normal European budget hotel (Small rooms compare to similar standard hotel in bigger cities in Asia).

Almost 2000 dls for the room I too much spencive ,I understand is Becouse the location , but still to height (not planning to rent this place again.

They promised to change the room which they didn't after one day and even then switched us to the previous connected room, which was even more noiser.

As mom staying on her own (my son next door in air BnB) my room a superior one with lovely views of the beach.

The view from the room is stunning as the whole palm is viewable with attractive sites like The Atlantis and Burj al Arab.

Our room was right next to the construction site, the work starts at 7 am in the morning and at times was loud.

But there is a person that he help a lot and he give us different room for (smaller of course ) better price.

They provide you with every necessity in your room (dont bring anything .the quality of products is amazing us women will know)

The main downsides are the lack of kid-friendly entertainment and outdated amenities, like a worn-out rug and malfunctioning appliances in the room.

Room cleans were after 4.00pm on a couple of days ( but this was soon altered when I spoke to housekeeping )

From shampoo conditioner/ showergel Shower caps/loofas/earbuds/nailfile/mouthwash/body lotion/razer/toothbrush/ paste/sewing kit/ alll provided and your not restricted to just one a day .

Room is nice with a beach view but be nice to have a bath as well as a shower.

Just keep in mind the areas that need improvement and consider the room size and the construction situation.

The rooms and the crew r really nice and friendly especially the room cleaning he is super nice!!!!

We had a sea view & it was lovely to sit on the balcony & enjoy the sunshine.

Rooms were well equipped and the cleaning of them was done to a high standard every day.

The room is on first floor no privacy all the pool side people can see your room

I had booked for 2 queens but they have upgraded my room to king size for free.

They always gave us what we needed as soon as we asked and never limited us.

The room is great with a nice view and the amenities are great as well.

The housekeepers were amazing always smiling and always came back to a spotless room.

The room was spotless, cozy, and cleaned carefully every day.

No coffee machine in the room as in the description.

We stay in the ocean side about 3 night.

The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day.

The room service was also very good.

Very clean everywhere and the rooms also!

The hotel is situated on a building site - I paid for a deluxe double with sea views and balcony - I could not use this as it overlooked the building sites to the front and side.

If you want to stay on the Palm only then stay here but its not convenient to all that Dubai has to offer and the Dubai traffic can make it expensive to get around from that location.

It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel.

One issue is on the hotels beach you get people trying to sell you water sports or salon treatments and it becomes annoying when your trying to relax in the sun!

Perfect location amazing hotel, amazing staff very helpful nothing too much trouble the concierge brilliant as I lost my phone and he help me by contacting the airport.

The fact that for 5 days of the 7 that we were there building work started right next to and behind the hotel at 7.15am.

It really is the best place for a relaxing break and fills our dreams during the cold winter months back in the UK.

Being on the palm is a bit out of the way but I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The bin lorry coming at 04.30am on Sunday and Friday mornings was bad enough making all the noise.

Also, it's within 2 mins walking distance from the boardwalk, a great spot to view the Dubai skyline.

It was very clearly audible from our room and woke me up despite me being a deep sleeper.

However there is a large building going up next door, I am sure you would hear the construction.

There is construction work going on in front of the hotel and nearby, but this is Dubai!

If you want a quiet relaxing time make sure the buildings around are finalised before you go.

Also one down side is the next door construction, which was very noisy in the day time.

Unfortunately, the proximity to the construction site may disrupt your peaceful stay, with potential noise and inconvenience.

We were not warned at all about this during the booking or lead up to the stay.

Hotel is located on Palm Jumairah, outside of downtown, although it’s not a far drive.

Also we could occasionally smell tar and other burning smells when sitting by the pool.

You can walk to the Atlantis waterpark in 20 minutes if so inclined.

The location, the beach, the view of the major downtown building is beautiful!!!

A notable downside is the ongoing construction nearby, which can be noisy.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the Palm Islands.

Also a new Hotel next door is under construction lots of noise!

Nice standard hotel with a good beach just outside the door.

This obstructs what otherwise would have been beautiful views.

The hotel is surrounded by building work.

The bits I liked about the property were the good selection on offer for the buffet - although some of the items appeared on the menu for breakfast that were on the menu for dinner - but all in all the selections were good.

Can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like except perhaps the immodesty of some guests at breakfast - scantily clad and in their beachwear but then that seems to happen everywhere these days.

On the plus side, the food is excellent, and there’s a great selection of drinks at both the beach bar and rooftop bar.

We did not regret anything! The variety is amazing and we very much enjoyed the food every morning, afternoon and evening.

The breakfast buffet was excellent — with a great variety of delicious and fresh options, from local dishes to international choices.

We went all inclusive and the cocktails were delicious as was the majority of the food we had also.

We had bed n breakfast and everyday my girls would jump up outa bed for it .

We never had to wait for anything - tables were found at the busy breakfast period.

Good selection of food (only ask was to have more low fat options at breakfast).

Breakfast buffet had a good variety to start the day right, fresh and healthy options.

My understanding of all inclusive means all is included, well turns out everything isn’t included.

Breakfast with a good choice of different stuff enough to satisfy even experienced travellers.

There was a variety of food in the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The quality is VERY good and there is something different every time.

Do not go for all inclusive - it is NOT all inclusive.

Only drinks during meal times, that is fizzy and alcoholic drinks etc.

Breakfast had a wide variety, fresh options, and something for everyone.

We stayed for a week in this hotel with breakfast included.

Breakfast buffet had multiple choices from continental to traditional food

The crows will eat your breakfast, it’s not that clean.

While breakfasts were fantastic, particularly the gentleman making fresh eggs.

Breakfast is really good with diff types of food.

Not too busy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

You cannot get a drink whenever you like.

Ice creams from the poolside are not included.

The breakfast was very good, lots of choices.

...especially the restaurant staff serving breakfast.

Hot drinks are not included.

Amazing breakfast buffet spread.

A special shout out to the chefs who prefer great meals every day which is certainly a nice change from other all inclusive places I’ve stayed at which almost torture you with the same meal options everyday.

The food has been the real star for us, everything at breakfast lunch and dinner has been fresh, plentiful and utterly delicious, those chefs work so hard, everything was perfect.

I love Mexican food and was extremely excited but the food was cold, dry, bland and not at all what I’d call Mexican (besides the taco shells).

We arrived 30 minutes after the restaurant opened but the desserts were obliterated with no replacement for the only ones that sounded appetising.

Some chefs needs to be fine tuned some dishes are nice but I feel they can serve better options for dinner buffet.

We went half board in which no house wine or beer was included which I thought was a hard pill to swallow.

Again, we arrived within 30 minutes of the restaurant opening but a lot of the food was almost stale, lukewarm and flavourless.

The food is very expensive on the resort as well and it can be hard to have food delivered via Careme.

On our last night, even though we’d paid for hotel dining, we decided to just get food delivered from outside instead.

Menu in restaurant a bit slim but food ok and possibility to also have a buffet with a great variety.

They do themed food nights - Wednesday was Mexican - not much else available if you don't like Mexican though.

The food was delicious everyday but towards our 4th day it was becoming boring because of the same dishes.

Chef Amora prepared fresh, personalised dishes that weren’t even on the menu to accommodate my husband’s meal preferences.

Although there is only really a buffet service available, the food was varied and of a high standard.

The cocktails are fantastic and the wine at dinner is very decent for an all inclusive.

The drinks at the bar were great, all branded i.e Smirnoff and absolute vodka, Heineken etc.

We also booked a private romantic dining experience on the beach and it was amazing.

The restaurant was good however could have had some more Asian choices in the buffet.

Overall, the entire experience was worth everything. Service, food, atmosphere — everything was exceptional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cool drinks, excellent salads and exotic fruit plates for lunch.

The rooftop dinner was one of highlights with a great view and delicious food.

The main courses were cold, dry and seriously lacking in any flavour at all.

The food is simply unbelievable — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.

The restaurant staff and chefs were particularly attentive to my wife’s garlic intolerance.

I didn’t have many meals there but the restaurant always buzzing with customers.

The effort and care that went into every plate were incredible.

Every dish was delicious, and the variety never compromises quality.

The snacks available at the pool bar were good too.

A place we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

Lots of choice for all meals.

I do wish the fitness centre was a bit bigger with some more leg machine options but the steam room was a great size and so was the pool.

It’s a shame the indoor bar area was under utilised but tbh it suits the mood of a hotel which leans more into being a resort for sure.

Areas around the pool weren't as well maintained - lots of chairs with bird poo, plates not cleaned swiftly, running out of towels at 1030am.

Would definitely stay again the in house coffee shop is great also as was the infinity pool and the roof top bar.

The resort is not child friendly - the play room is small, it has a small ball pit and that’s about it.

The amenities were also top notch with an extra blanket and a pillow in the wardrobe which was a great surprise.

We weren't allowed umbrellas up one day due to winds, despite there being umbrellas up around the staff areas.

There were other things like the sun loungers on the beach were cheap and really uncomfortable to lay on.

The hotel itself is phenomenal, the location is beautiful, everywhere was spotless, the beach and pool areas were gorgeous.

Only issue is when ordering a cocktail as we were all inclusive it was in a pint pot.

Honestly, when we were passing different hotels on the shuttle, it looked like this hotel was the worst.

A big thank you to the Beauty Salon on the first floor for the amazing blow-dries!

Although the hotel is very clean and tidy the facilities lack for a resort.

The private beach is perhaps the only good thing but fills up very quickly.

Though the hot tub was very cold but could be forgiven for the views.

My wife chose some food at the poolside bar which had no peppers according to the menu as she has an intolerance to peppers

The sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky.

The bar staff and the lifeguards at the pool are amazing and have really looked after us.

Hotel has a very nice pool for adults and kids and has a private beach area also.

The only thing that could be better are the sunbeds with the beach and the pool.

A good amount of chairs and beds on the beach and beach towels by the pool.

When she bit into it it was full of peppers, no apology from the staff

They offered to make it again without peppers, and offered her some water,

Sun loungers were always available - no reserving at 7am going on!

Ok sized pool with pool-bar for those thirsty (and with thick wallet).

On check in I had been up 24 hours and had to wait an hour and a half to get into a room , but was told I was lucky as check in was 3.00pm and made to feel that I should be grateful.

On the Hotels.com chat with this hotel they claimed that they contacted me the day before the cancellation, but they never did, as there’s no telephone call, email or Hotels.com message of them trying.

Our room only got cleaned twice in 9 days (this was when we went out of our way to request a different cleaner since ours hadn’t done her job)

This is not an ok practice and this hotel didn’t care about the fact that a family was coming to stay with them for 9 nights.

If you want a late check out this hotel doesn’t offer one unless you pay for half a day, otherwise not available.

When we complained to the management we were told they could only offer us a late check out which we didn't need.

I’ve never seen a hotel that calls the room before checkout time to make sure you know checkout is at 12.

This hotel, through Hotels.com, cancelled my booking 24 hours before check-in because my credit card had just expired.

I contacted them within the hour of this cancellation message and the hotel was now fully booked!

REFUSED MY REFUND EVEN AFTER PROVIDING PROOF THAT I CHECKED OUT ONE DAY EARLIER

Additionally messages I sent asking for an early check in were completely ignored.

Also the food and beverage team with Fawad for his endless service.

I WAS VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY CHECK IN - OUT DATES.

I WAS CHARGED ONE EXTRA DAY THAT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND!!

The supervisor Kul made sure everything was fine.

Our request for other compensation was rudely rejected.

Check in, room, food all very good.

Fast check in

Arranging rides and taxis very well working and there is a free shuttle bus of good quality going to the Dubai mall and back several times a day.

Also very unwelcoming when you arrive with a taxi that wasn’t from the hotel

Taxi is affordable so if you miss the buss it is no problem.

Just a little too far out & we spent a lot on taxis.

The free shuttle service to the Malls - a great bonus .

Also it takes you 15min just to get off the island.

The valet service is horrible, always trying to rip off customers

30/40 minutes from the airport & 10/15 to Dubai Marina

Its a long ride even from jumairah.

Taxi’s were no problem either.

The gym and spa are basic, and the steam bath was not working, but the jacuzzi is enjoyable.

The spa, steam room was out of action for the whole duration of our stay.

We didn’t use the gym or sauna but popped by and they looked good.

Steam and jaccuzi was not working

Spa treatments are available too.

Massage /spa little expensive

Jacuzzi was smelly.
