      The service here is truly impeccable, but what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is undoubtedly its people, their sincerity, and their authentic care.
      On our second day, Khun Oar (dressed in a sharp black suit) took incredible care of us during breakfast. She was incredibly proactive, caring, and efficient, ensuring we had absolutely everything we needed before we even had to ask.
      They arranged transportation immediately, offered advice.. and then sent a beautiful bunch of flowers to our room for my son.
      They do hit the perfect medium between being attentive without being intrusiv and kind & polite without exaggeration.

      Maybe our timing was just unfortunate as we were not fully aware of the extent of the renovations at the front of the hotel. Once the renovations are complete the frontage will look fantastic i am sure but just disappointing they were on during our visit.
      We enjoy the ambiance of the hotel and the spacious suite. In addition to the excellent service of the hotel, the offerings and service of the Club Lounge leave nothing to be desired. The Saffron and the Rooftop Bar are the crowning conclusion of each day.
      This package includes a room, breakfast, club lounge access, and one additional benefit of your choice (I highly recommend either the Saffron Cruise or Vertigo). Overall, this promotion is definitely worth it.
      Everything was clean, well-organized, and the cruise departed and returned right on time.

      Our room on the 29th floor was massive and included a lounge, bedroom and bathroom with fantastic views, a great shower, bath, free coffee pods and machine, fruit, TVs, and complimentary laundry service.
      We were on the 57th floor and the view was sensational, over skyscrapers, helicopter pads and Lumphini Park.
      The room, although superior, was aging and the tiles were dirty, there was a musty smell in the closet.
      There is no outlet on one side of the bed, and on the other side, there is only a USB port (only 1). There is no way to charge phones, a tablet, and a laptop!

      It's location a quick 10 minute walk from the Lumphini MRT (and Lumphini Park) made getting around town super easy.
      The sunset view is soooo excellent and better than wherever places!!!
      Hotel is situated on a busy road and traffic can get quite crazy especially when it rains or form about 5-7pm which seems to be rush hour so avoid trying to go anywhere by car unless you like sitting in traffic.
      The location is decent, but a good 10 min walk to the nearest train station.

      During our stay, there were renovation works taking place. We were very sorry we couldn't visit the famous rooftop, which was temporarily closed.
      The additions that come with Club rooms are totally worth booking these rooms for, 2 pieces of laundry or pressing included each day which they return the same day if collected by 11am... afternoon tea (for around 3 hours), and canapes/happy hour (2 or so hours in the late afternoon/evening includes cocktail options as well as other beverages) and drinks available in the lounge all day until 8pm.
      The roof top bars (Vertigo and Moon) were modern, boujee, but not pretentious where you could have a comfortable cocktail with stunning sunset views.
      I joined the complimentary Muay Thai class offered to guests and had such a great time! Thanks to Suksan, it was a fun activity for a whole hour.

      The massage is so good we went twice in 3 days. The relaxing ambience, coupled with the excellent skills of the therapists (Nicha A, Wawa and Shasha) melted all our stress away.
      We had a massage at the spa, and Nisachol was just a star (perfect pressure, timing and attention to detail).
      I joined the Sound Bath session by Khun Suksan at Banyan Tree and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was serene, the setting was calming, and the whole experience left me feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.
      The yoga class at Banyan Tree Hotel was beautifully designed, with a calming environment that immediately put me at ease. The instructor guided the session with clear and gentle instructions, making it easy to follow whether you are a beginner or more experienced.

      My son especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained.
      Pool area was permanently in the shade with very limited seating which was simply not good enough!!!
      The building blocks out any sun to the swimming pool and the water is freezing cold therefore not really useable by children or adults to be honest.

      During the check-in process, we had to wait a long time in the lobby, even though we knew that check-in for executive rooms actually takes place in the lounge on the 19th floor. After a long wait, they accompanied us there.
      We were fortunate to check in early and were even upgraded to a suite on the 41st floor, which made the stay feel extra special.
      This policy wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the booking process, and I was surprised to learn I had to leave a deposit that would only be refunded after 7–14 days.
      Check-in was set for 2:00 pm, showed up at 3:00 pm and our room wasn’t ready. Sat waiting in the lobby for about 40 minutes before a room was ready.

      Suksan and Lee were great instructors for Muay Thai. Dealing with people of range of sizes and levels. Lots of fun and a great workout!!!
      Our coach on Muay Thai - badminton is so good! Very detailed explanation and such a nice training in the morning to lighten the day.
      I was also very impressed with the gym, which was well equipped and even had a StairMaster — a detail I really appreciated. I used it both days I was there.
      Most equipment is old, some padding is torn, and there’s no variety in strength equipment.

      Only mild criticism is the traffic get SO congested outside the hotel and you can be sat in traffic for ages when heading offsite. Allow plenty of time for anything you choose to do outside of the hotel.
      We used the hotel’s transport service to and from the hotel which was seamless.
