We loved the music in the lobby, our dinner at Vertigo and we’re grateful that the rains held off for us to enjoy our meal and the ambiance of the roof top experience.

I believe this experience fell short of what is acceptable, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Banyan Tree to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Bangkok and a memorable city break holiday.

What is there not to like? This is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of spending a few days in.

This is easily one of the best hotels in Bangkok and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

This was my third time on the Saffron Cruise by Banyan Tree Bangkok, and it was as impressive as ever.

Today there are much better and newer hotels in Bangkok that provide smoother service and better value for money.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree was very pleasant; we felt completely comfortable and would love to return.

I expected to be given the hotel 5 stars as i had heard so much about it.

The property is clean, spacious and well decorated, felt really welcomed when I stepped into the property!

We stayed at the Banyan Tree Bangkok as a family and honestly could not fault it.

After a few weeks of travelling in average hotels, it was so nice to relax here.

I strongly suggest you look somewhere else for a true 5 star hotel and service.

I came with the cpp // rmutt group and would definitely return to this hotel.

A nice place that should check some of its policies and quality measures in place.

During my stay, it was my wedding anniversary and it was the best experience.

Wow, what a truly wonderful experience staying at the Banyan Tree Bangkok Hotel was.

I had the pleasure of receiving a Muay Thai boxing training with patsakent.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at the Banyan Tree.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is very kind and always available.

It’s was good to see some familiar faces and meet new ones.

My family and I have been loyal enthusiasts of Banyan Tree Bangkok.

The general ambiance of the public area was relaxed with beautiful decoration.

We stayed 3 nights with our two young children 6 and 3).

I'll give you two more examples...my partner's cooking class was on the Tuesday...I arrived on the Thursday (overnight from Melbourne), dinner Thursday night (in-room) was going to be what she had cooked on the Tuesday....no, we (kitchen) think it might be a little 'stale', we will cook another Pad Thai....(fresh) and send this instead....amazing

So neither of us are neophytes to either Thailand or BKK, but COVID put a massive dent in our regularity to Thailand, I was a little worried that my partner (Female) would be 'overlooked', in the hustle and bustle of a big hotel.....

It's difficult to put into words how perfect our initial 3 night stay was (expectations now extremely high for our return for a night), from pick up at the airport by their staff and the limo drive from airport to hotel.

We booked the Banyan Tree in Bangkok for our 3 night stay when in city on route to a further 11 night stay at a sister hotel in Phuket, before returning for one night before we fly home next week.

Clearly this was once one of the best hotels in Bangkok and now needs a bit of investment tho feel that was reflected in the price as value for location and room is outstanding to rest of the city.

My wife and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team of the hotel, the organizers of the excursions we booked, and especially to PIM for everything we received during our stay.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Nun, one of the managers at Banyan Tree, who was very helpful when I fell ill and had to have a doctor come over.

During check-in, I did not receive any of the usual welcome amenities (such as a welcome drink or standard attentions), while I later observed that other guests were receiving them.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but I believe this kind of behavior does not reflect the level of service your hotel aims to provide.

Si was also great – being 99% blind, she understood the difficulties I would face in serving myself and helped bring food and beverage to my table.

The stuff we’re horrible to my taxi driver ,and they insisted I had to put on shoes to drink up at the bar on the roof!

She made sure everything was perfect and always greeted me with a smile, which created such a positive and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.

The people at the front desk, the concierge and the valet made us feel warm and cared for—this is such a friendly place.

A request to get a quiet room for a job interview was answered by saying one could just sit on the 19th floor.

The BTB Team's kindness warmth grace and concern for each Guest's experience and well-being is at the centre of the BTB experience.

All of the staff were attentive and welcoming our waiter Benz went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely evening.

We were warmly greeted by Mr. Jinho, a Korean staff member, who personally assisted us throughout the entire check in process.

She goes out of her way to understand and anticipate our needs, delivering a service that feels tailored specifically for us.

All staff with whom we came into contact were faultless: courteous, helpful, cheerful, obliging - I could go on forever.

He made us feel very welcome and looked after our every need over the two nights we visited the bar.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Banyan Tree, you have an amazing team member in Mr. Fame!

The staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of spectacular.

I also mentioned that Thai cuisine here still maintains a good standard, especially reminiscent of Chef Renu’s era.

Benz, Ning was our server at my Birthday dinner! He was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu.

In every situation, we're told that they will get back to us in 10-15 minutes, which multiplies endlessly...

The staff provided excellent and professional service throughout our stay, from the lobby team to the concierge.

From the moment we got to the edge of the hotel property we were treated like VIPS.

A special thank you also goes to the restaurant supervisor for granting us access to the rooftop.

She has a unique ability to make us feel like the most important person in the hotel.

She exceeded our expectation and we will absolutely be back from Boston, Massachusetts due to her character!

James! I finally failed to bring those products back to Japan... At the airport my only option was to check them in at about 100 times their actual cost, so I just gave them to a local worker. However, I want to stress that the memory from that experience is not the failure but your enthusiastic help and effort. Thank you!

Phenomenal experience with Banyan Tree - the service was amazing (especially Annie Park as she went above and beyond - Annie recognised we were unhappy from another hotel and she made sure our stay at banyan tree was comfortable and enjoyable) from arrival to departure.

The staff were exceptional, we had a dedicated Front Office representative, who welcomed us from our car and looked after us throughout check in, until we were ready to go to our room (after visiting the Club first!).

The following day, before our trip to the Wat Phra Kaew temple, a wonderfully friendly front office staff member approached us while we were waiting for our ride and offered us some refreshing canned water.

The next morning, our grandson was surprised with a stuffed toy featuring his own name, accompanied by a card of Superman personalized with his face! It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that he never expected.

I can't say enough about how nice it was to have a shower, and to be able to change and leave our stuff in our room for our day exploring Bangkok.

Overall the hotel is wearing out, lots of dusty spots inside the guest room, coffee cup is chipped, bathroom has odour, sofa and mattress are not comfortable.

Even the next morning, I could only take a warm shower after letting the shower run for almost ten minutes (what a waste of water).

The biggest issue was a mildly moldy smell in one of our two rooms, which persisted for the 3 nights of our stay

Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit outdated which I found quite disappointing especially since the rooftop and the restaurant were all renovated!

What really made my stay extra special was the thoughtful surprise for my birthday — my room was beautifully decorated.

The bathroom starts leaking water from the roof and all of my stuff inside the bathroom are wet and dirty.

We were on the 57th floor and the view was sensational, over sky scrapers, helicopter pads and Lumphini Park.

Overall the hotel is excellent but there were one or two small items in our bedroom that need maintenance.

Third night was the worst - a full grown cockroach crawled over our face whilst we were asleep.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows upon request.

The second room they gave us to compensate did not have the same layout and was uncomfortable.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Sitikorn for arranging the wonderful room surprise.

Initially the 1 bed suite i was given was very dark and only had one window.

The beds were so comfortable and the bath had the most amazing view over Bangkok.

The room was impractical; very little hanging space, a few shallow drawers to keep clothes.

Lacking USB plugs and higher end finishing doesn't compare to other 5 star hotels.

Ceilings are 2 meters; if you're taller than 175 cm, it feels very uncomfortable.

We chose a better room category and don't want to miss the comfort anymore.

The suite was roomy for our family of 5 and had everything we needed.

The room was spacious, super comfortable, and had incredible views of the city.

Superb view from the rooms as well as from the bar and restaurants.

Our room on the 36th floor is a bit dated but very clean.

We paid for an upgrade to a larger room with club access.

Rooms are dark, and there were many unidentifiable stains on the carpet.

I need to change room twice because the room type that I booked were not available and the second room they trying to 'upgrade' but lights are not working and the windows are blocked by a huge piece of panel with no view at all.

We booked the Horizon room and looked at a building about 30m away. When we asked to change rooms, requesting a view of the Bangkok skyline, they first offered us a room above the opposite building, but it had no view of the city 👎🏻

Upgraded to an executive suite, an ultimate experience of luxury; the room facilities, services, and cleanliness are impeccable and flawless, with special praise for the housekeeping being extremely attentive and meticulous, adjusting and customizing daily according to guests' habits.

While we appreciated the offer, and it was very large room with a seperate living area and extra large bath, we asked for the Panorama Club Room booked preferring the views of the city and park.

The plumbing was noisy when people flushed toilets from above, they forgot to clean our room one day, the tv did not work properly which was frustrating (then we learned we were missing a controller).

At one point I felt quite cold due to the air conditioning, and the team immediately provided a scarf without me even needing to ask — a small gesture that truly reflects their attentiveness.

The food was just fantastic, I am not a very big meat eater but in this occasion I went for meat and it was really really tender and tasty.

Alternatively, I can also recommend the Saffron Thai Restaurant on the 52nd floor, where the prices are much more moderate while still offering a great view.

The Saffron Bar is also a lovely place to sit and have a drink before or after dinner, very chill and again great views.

Upon arrival, drinks are served, and guests can relax and enjoy the view for about 15 minutes before being seated for dinner.

The skybar is excellent and especially good coming iff a ling flight and be able to have this directly in the hotel.

We had the pleasure of dining at Bai Yun restaurant located on the 59th floor of Banyan Tree Hotel and Spa.

The food was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with each dish reflecting a balance of refined flavors and premium ingredients.

We ate at the in-house restaurant Saffron upon arrival and found the food not very good and far too expensive.

One of the best cruises so far, our server Ekkorn made sure we were no left hungry or thirsty.

Selecting the 4-course menu, the food was both light and tasty, and left us feeling satisfied with our choice.

Lighting, background music, and decoration in every corner make a good mood from the moment you step in.

The special highlight is the rooftop with a restaurant and bar, the view there is extremely impressive

Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing views as well as amazing customer service!

The location, decor, and staff were great, but we didn't like the food (nothing wrong with it).

There is a bar and restaurant on the 61st floor giving stunning views of the city.

Excellent service from Boom and Job - really made it a special afternoon for us.

We had a fantastic evening visiting the Vertigo bar that lives up to the hype.

The restaurant’s decoration and ambiance are beautifully designed, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

Planned a birthday dinner for my girlfriend and they service provided exceed my expectations.

The food was absolutely brilliant, definitely recommend the chateaubriand and the prawn linguine.

I had a wonderful experience at the rooftop bar of Banyan Tree Bangkok.

The crown jewel of this hotel, however, is the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The food was incredible at the breakfast buffet and had great variety.

Went to the restaurant on the 61st floor and I’m sorry to say what a waste of money ordered the lamb and got fat when asked about the meal pointed out that if I wanted fat I would have ordered fat, nothing done about it, will not be doing that again and will be telling friends also.

THE FACT THAT I BOOKED THIS HOTEL SO I COULD DINE AT THE RESTAURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR OVERLOOKING THE CITY AND THEY COULDN’T SEAT ME BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOU NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME!! HOW IS THIS FAIR TO YOUR PAYING GUESTS STAYING AT THE HOTEL?

Both the restaurant on the rooftop, which offers a phenomenal view over Bangkok and where one can enjoy the sunset better than anywhere else, as well as the emerging lights at night and the fantastic massages always excite us.

And when I decided, last minute on a Saturday night, to join the hotel’s Saffron Dinner Cruise, the guest relations team still managed to secure a spot for the two of us despite it being fully booked.

20 minute plus waiting time for hot drinks, staff running around with hot fresh cooked food only to find customers had left due to the long waiting times and the restaurant was only half full!

While we didn't time the walk, the MRT was at the end of the road (approx. a couple of blocks away - around a 10 or so minute walk) the BTS was also just a few blocks away, which made it easy to get around to different places.

If you dream of waiting for one of the 4 elevators for at least 5 minutes every time you want to go up or down, all to find yourself stuck in the middle of groups of drunk Americans from morning until evening, then this hotel is for you...

The first, I believe it is newer it was very quiet and in the second you have a food hall with Michelin stars restaurants, we did not eat in any so I cannot comment on those, it was a busier shopping centre than One Bangkok.

As expected it was very fancy but as a solo female 30yo traveller with a big backpack, i felt welcome anyways (the only weird look i got were from other clients not the hotel).

In the heart of the Sathorn CBD area, the hotel easily accessible from the Sukhumvit area by car and a short 10 minute walk from the closest BTS station.

The Banyan Tree is located within walking distance of Lumpini Park and new shopping malls, which along with the surrounding area has been upgraded recently.

Although I am not keen on the location, I am already looking to book my next visit purely based on the amazing service and quality!

It was a little far away from all the main touristy spots, but it was easy to find cars or a tuk tuk ride.

The hotel is about 10 - 15 minutes from the MRT station: Lumpini and about 40 minutes from the airport by taxi.

It is a very busy part of Bangkok and getting anywhere by taxi can be slow due to the traffic.

The public transport stops are 15 minutes away and taxis can get stuck in traffic for a long time.

Area is quiet but we new that but after soy11 and KSR I prefer the livelier places.

WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IS THAT THE HOTEL ISN’T CLOSE TO ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN WALK TO.

The location is ideal as the hotel is situated 6-7 minutes walk from a subway station.

The neighborhood is also the financial district, so it is very expensive wrong for tourists.

The hotel is a bit far from the river and the main tourist attractions

The location was ideal—close to everything we needed—which made getting around very easy.

There are plenty of beautiful restaurants, so you don’t need to go outside.

There are lots of wonderful bars and restaurants within comfortable walking distance.

This beautiful hotel is a peaceful haven in an exciting city.

Traffic in the neighbourhood was very heavy and very slow moving.

Awesome views of Bangkok while on the river, highly recommended.

The views were the only thing that trumped the food.

I did not like the breakfast, good range of things to eat but all was a little cold, also when ordering eggs found I finished what I was eating before the eggs arrived and again when they did I was already full, would be nice to have everything arrive on time and Hot.

Pim in the Executive Lounge...."there will be a breakfast bag for both of you at reception in the morning when you leave @ 0400" , there was, hot coffee, sandwiches and fruit & croissant, no charge...just part of the service...that really stunned me

While still enjoyable, the rotating daily highlights we once loved – such as Eggs Benedict with truffle, giant strawberry croissants filled with fresh cream and berries, or the dedicated sushi station – were no longer offered during our stay.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing because items weren’t cooked well for us but the second day we asked one of the chef’s if they could cook our bacon more.

The breakfast on the 18th floor is very nice and fully conveys the feeling of a big city while sitting by the window.

The breakfast area is wonderfully designed around a koi pond, and the selection of food truly leaves nothing to be desired.

Breakfast was not quite Banyan Tree quality or I've experienced better, but everything was still at a high level.

Leaving early on my last day, I took breakfast in the main restaurant, rather than the executive floor.

Upon learning I had a fish allergy offered the chef to make me an individual portion.

Breakfast buffet had many options but quality was mediocre and it was difficult to get service.

We knew the breakfast restaurant was closed and they used Vertigo which was fantastic.

Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening alcohol service were included, making it a good deal.

However, it’s worth noting that compared to previous years, the variety has decreased.

The breakfast is excellent, there is something for every taste - huge buffet.

The breakfast was hard to distinguish from that of an ordinary hotel.

We liked the breakfast food, very healthy and good quality options.

Coffee only available on special order with a long wait.

The breakfast is abundant, delicious, and meticulous in every step

4) Should make an effort to first check whether guests prefer for the incense to be lighted in the room in the evening/night during check-in time; as some guests may have sensitivity about such scent and do not want incense to be put on. Housekeeping should not take it for granted to come into the room to light the incense in the absence of guests. Not very respectful in this manner as this is considered as an additional activity/entry from the usual cleaning up of room.

1) Wifi was not stable and connection was poor quite often, which is surprising for such a high end hotel. Wifi strength should be steady and strong as hotel guests need it to stay in touch for business communications/purposes and/or family members. We have stayed at other hotels that have better wifi connection.

We had the opportunity on booking to pay more to receive Club lounge access which provided free coffee and teas, drinks and food at certain times of the day plus laundry once a day, which was well worth paying the extra money.

They got all the facilities you will ever need during your stay, whatever you need and could mot find it just ask the staff, they would be delightful to help you.

The hotel is known for having one of the best rooftop bars in the area but sadly on this visit I did not visit.

The Club Lounge continues to provide a calm setting, but service has been shortened to end at 8:00 PM, which limits evening enjoyment.

We took advantage of the hotel's afternoon tea in the afternoon when we returned home from a big, lovely, and noisy Bangkok.

The rooftop "Moon Bar" is an amazing place to be in the hours of darkness with stunning views of the city.

Needs a little refurbishing here and there as it is 25 years old, but that does not matter to the experience.

The view at the rooftop bar and the enjoyment of the pool on the 21st floor were very nice.

The facilities are slightly outdated and feels a little old even though I know it has been refurbished.

Club benefits: Beer is available from 10 AM until closing, plus complimentary laundry for 2 pieces.

The hotel has wonderful space management, it is elegant and comfortable, offering every comfort imaginable.

We took advantage of the Club lounge during our stay which I highly recommend.

It may be starting to get a little worn to maintain a 5-star hotel.

The pool has a very nice view but the water is freezing cold and for a cloudy day with not much sun, arriving tired from visiting temples makes you want to get in the pool, but we couldn't because of the cold water.

We spent a much needed lazy day by the outdoor pool on 1st January where the lovely Kavin and the rest of the health and wellbeing team were constantly on hand to ensure a relaxing day.

As we expected the pool was a little chilly due to little sunlight hitting it, but it was a wonderful escape from a busy city and we enjoyed some afternoon sun whilst we relaxed.

The pool could be open a bit longer. Often we couldn't make it back to the hotel before 8 PM and would have liked to relax for another 1-2 hours.

The pool was under renovation for 2 days of our stay, we couldn’t enjoy it but we did on the last day, a bit small considering the number of rooms.

Also, at this cost, we would have expected that the swimming pool would have been heated - we could not swim for long as the water was too cold.

The pool was a bit cold, the food at Vertigo is good but not TOP or a gourmet restaurant - but definitely worth a visit for the view..

The building blocks out any sun to the swimming pool and the water is freezing cold therefore not really useable by children or adults to be honest.

A small detail that fell short was that the hotel's pool was under renovation and inaccessible, but it did not affect the overall concept of the hotel.

We were very disappointed when we checked in and were already in the room to hear that the pool would be under renovation starting that day.

The pool area isn't the biggest and open air on the 21st floor but the day we visited we still got a sun bed each.

Pool area is smaller than we expected but to be honest was out doing trips most of the day so not a major issue.

Late check-out only until 1 PM, but at least we could still use the gym, pool, and sauna until the evening.

The pool is also a great surprise, unexpected to lie by a pool in the middle of of Bangkok.

The pool was warm even in the evening which was a lovely way to end the day.

Bank at the pool bar was very helpful bringing us drinks to enjoy on our sunbeds.

The pool was amazing, if a little chilly, but perfect after running around the city!

Also the pool and of course the Sky Bar with very, very friendly staff.

Only downside was the swimming pool is small and overshadowed by the building.

Unfortunately, it was long in the shade.

It took a lot of time to check in; initially, the hotel couldn't find the reservation information for half an hour. After completing the check-in, it took over an hour, and at two in the afternoon, we still couldn't enter the room because it had not yet been cleaned properly.

At check in you guarantee a deposit by credit card, and you are charged, in Thai baht which is converted into your currency; two weeks later you get the amount back, at the then current exchange rate; thus customer looses exchange rate changes plus difference buy/sale;

To be fair we weren't standing in a queue, which clearly the process of sitting in the lobby and being 'served' was intended to prevent and we did get the aforementioned complimentary room upgrade, so it would be unfair to be too critical.

I do not say with the receptionists should know everything but they when they see the initials of the airport should see said, sir should go to this airport and advise better, it is no longer the money,

Because today I have suffered that, they are no longer the 2000 bhat, they have been belongings that have stayed in the They didn't get into the car and I noticed when I got to the other airport.

Wawa welcomed us by phone call during our transfer from the airport , greeted us on arrival and assisted us with check in at the Club Lounge was able to quickly arrange this for us.

Not only were we transported in style with the hotel’s private bus to the airport, but when we arrived, we were immediately welcomed by hotel staff at the airport who took our bags to check-in.

I went up at 11.30 to ask if room ready and was checked in however it was evident that room had been ready for sometime even though reception had said they would email us/inform us.

During the check-in process, we had to wait a long time in the lobby, even though we knew that check-in for executive rooms actually takes place in the lounge on the 19th floor.

We had arrived at about 1.15pm, so a bit early for 2pm check-in, but nonetheless the process was slow, with staff going back and forth from the reception desk to several customers checking-in.

After we checked out of the hotel, we were able to use the showers in the afternoon, as our flight was not until the evening and we still wanted to explore the city.

On the first day at this hotel, check-in was very slow, taking 15 minutes, and there was only one welcome drink even though they knew I was arriving with 2 persons.

This may have been because my 'dress code' after four weeks of backpacking did not match that of the typical guests (but I had adequate, clean clothing in my backpack).

But today when leaving the hotel and checking out has passed something that at the end we arrived well but with extra costs and losing belongings,

6000 Baht room charge wasn’t a holding deposit, was taken straight from account and gave to wait up to 2 weeks to get it refunded

They lost our reservation for the rooftop (a very expensive rooftop), we waited about 25 minutes to sit down. No apologies or compliments.

With the orisas and vermin that usually exist at the airports waiting for the clueless passenger to take advantage of it,

When we realized that the souvenirs we purchased required more space, we were accompanied to purchase an additional suitcase.

From the time we checked in to the day we left, the experience was fantastic and memorable.

I just thought I needed a warning as the deposit is only returned in 10-14 days.

The best way to spend here is to take a relaxing stay that you don't need to go out and use the hotel's spa and amenities.

The spa experience was exceptional, what you would expect from a Banyan Tree from the check-in by Palmy to the massage therapists Nidia and Maida.

To top off my trip, I enjoyed the 150 minute spa treatment. Was world class in every way. Feeling very clean and refreshed.

The instructor guided the session with clear and gentle instructions, making it easy to follow whether you are a beginner or more experienced.

I asked to see a menu, the staff member initially told me I had to view it on the television in my room.

I messaged early before we arrive and the staff told me that he/she sent it through the spa but it was not done.

When I said I wanted it 'for now,' she abruptly stated that they were fully booked and required bookings 'days in advance.'

The setting is serene, the ambiance refined, and the therapists are exceptionally skilled—delivering a level of care that reflects true expertise.

Late check-out only until 1 PM, but at least we could still use the gym, pool, and sauna until the evening.

The relaxing ambience, coupled with the excellent skills of the therapists (Nicha A, Wawa and Shasha) melted all our stress away.

The facilities of the wellness area, especially the pool and saunas, are not in good condition and can be significantly improved.

Palmmy who was on the spa reception was so so friendly and nice and it was a pleasure anytime meeting her.

The yoga class at Banyan Tree Hotel was beautifully designed, with a calming environment that immediately put me at ease.

He’s incredibly skilled and really understands how to work on tension points, especially around the back and neck.

My wife had a massage with Vicki, spinal stretch with Day and singing bowls with Suk San.

The massage was of the highest quality, and my therapist was exceptionally attentive throughout the entire experience.

I had a wonderful time at the Banyan Tree spa and truly enjoyed the treatment.

Khun A and Khun Poj were very friendly, professional and provided excellent service and hospitality.

Palmy also encouraged me to participate in the activities and I’m glad I did.

We also visited the spa, both of which were great and well run.

Highly recommend that you have at least a massage or a longer treatment.

I look forward to returning to experience the one for massage again.

We had the most therapeutic and rejuvenating massage by Bun and Nicha.

Lastly, the spa experience was top-notch, truly 5-star in every way.

I especially enjoyed my treatment with Khun Aree—she was amazing.

Pui and Non were great in our essential oil tuition.

I chose back massage and the therapist is Poj.

The gym was well equipped for a hotel, a good range of dumbbells, some cardio equipment, and a floor space to work out in.

I was also very impressed with the gym, which was well equipped and even had a StairMaster — a detail I really appreciated.

The spa and gym are excellent, and they offer complimentary classes like yoga and Muay Thai, which was a great bonus.

There’s also free activities around the gym area such as kids Muay Thai and learn to make mocktail.

The gym offered a good selection of standard equipment, making it easy to stay active during our stay.

The gym and pool are both excellent and the pool has the most comfortable beds to recline on.

We learned a lot from him and looking forward to participate in future classes with him.

The hotel is walking distance to Dusit Central Park Bangkok or 5 minutes drive by Bolt.

My husband had a Muay Thai training session with Suk San which was absolutely fantastic

Very detailed explanation and such a nice training in the morning to lighten the day.

Most equipment is old, some padding is torn, and there’s no variety in strength equipment.

Suksan Muay Thai very good I have gained new skills and trainer was amazing.

Tried the private Muai Thai class, the coach was funny and good at teaching.

It’s not just about fitness, but also about building discipline and balance in life.

We did a muay thai class with K.Badminton and the experience was amazing.

Highly recommend for those who’s looking for exercise class in the Bangkok city.

We asked about alternatives but were only offered a small partner gym nearby.

I’ve gained strength, better focus, and a sense of happiness after every session.

Excellent pool & gym on 21st floor with great views of the city.

They organize yoga classes, Muay Thai boxing, and other activities at the gym.

That allowed our daughter to participate in boxing training at short notice.

A good teacher and exhausting session to finish off my holiday.

For the price of the hotel, I’d expect better-maintained fitness facilities.

We arranged a BMW transfer with the hotel which was more expensive than other transport options but we felt was perfect in our circumstances being very comfortable (very spacious, clean, cool and given a drink and moist towel) and most convenient (greeted at arrivals) after a long time travelling and considering the luggage we had with us.

Only mild criticism is the traffic get SO congested outside the hotel and you can be sat in traffic for ages when heading offsite. Allow plenty of time for anything you choose to do outside of the hotel.

We mentioned that to the hotel concierge as we would expect honest drivers or at least clear fares agreed with hotel staff when the driver is organised through them (as it happens in other places in Bangkok).

Not using the hotel's own car service added stress to our visit as I have stayed at the hotel before and used their service I know how much more relaxing it is.

Driver refused to bring us back to the hotel even if he literally just started the journey when we asked to confirm then price and had to bargain a lower fare.

I get luxury cost more but I believe the times when you can jerk of customers so badly are over and just reflects extremely negative on the Hotel.

Even the airport drop-off, just like the pickup, was seamless — warm smiles, smooth coordination, and the perfect send-off to end an exceptional stay.

Transport Tuk tuks and taxis are cheap and easy to get about as the hotel is about 10-20 minutes away from nearby attractions.

I would highly recommend this as we were coming off a long overnight flight and it made the 40 minute journey a pleasure.

Easy to walk to the BTS/Metro to get around the city and the hotels tuktuk can take you to the BTS too.

We were promptly presented with an offer, which we gratefully accepted, and we were received on time with signs and cool towels.

The airport picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel as part of the room rate.

Pe explained to us how to use the Sky Train which was a ten minute walk from the hotel.

We became good at using the Sky Train which really helped avoid the traffic jams below us.

The difficulty of getting the shuttle, there should be many more departures per day and larger capacity.

They called us a taxi who asked us 1000 bath for a distance that would require 200.

A High end Taxi from the airport is 1500 a normal Taxi does the job for 700.

15 minutes on foot to the metro or by taxi to the riverside and boat taxi

There is a lot of traffic around the hotel so you’re always stuck travelling anywhere.

We contacted the concierge by email regarding the pickup which is about 2.5 hours away.

The MRT is close by so gives you easy access to the whole of Bangkok.

There was a shuttle provided for the train station but this stopped running at 6pm.

Very difficult to book transportation to the airport because it wasn't 24 hours in advance....

There is a metro stop 5 mins from the hotel, so is still pretty accessible

The airport pickup service was impeccable — smooth, punctual, and executed with quiet precision.

It’s an hour by cab from the airport but that’s the same for everyone

We used the hotel’s transport service to and from the hotel which was seamless.

The staff helped us book a taxi to the airport.

The incredible amount of traffic on the road outside.

Hotel is about 10mins walk to the BTS station.
