Knowing the Park Hyatt Tokyo, I had the hope that the Annas creates a similar feeling with a little bit of a more modern, contemporary twist.

I spend about 6 months/year on the road and this hotel impressed me more so than any other in which I've stayed.

I thought this hotel was too expensive but no where else to go and experiences that it was totally worth it

This was the 4th hotel during our Japan tour and it was simply the best experience in Tokyo so far.

We regret not having stayed a few days longer but will be sure to do so when we return.

The hotel is stunning (spotless premises and room), offers amazing city views and the service is exemplary.

I strongly encourage anyone on a stressful business trip to take full advantage of their spa facilities.

I have to say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Outstanding all around - one of the best places to stay in Tokyo, hands down.

Of all the high-end places I've stayed at, the Andaz truly stands out.

Your are simple left with a want to return as soon as possible.

Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views.

Great service, great room, great location.

The level of service was exceptional with all staff very fluent in English so that was extremely helpful in getting information of what to do and where to go.

We were blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff that welcomed us and our three teenager with a maximum of attention and warmth.

The staff was wonderful, they spoke English and gave us the address in both English and Japanese to help us when when took cabs.

The Staff throughout the hotel are more than attentive which only gives you more realization of the Japanese culture and its beautifulness.

Although some of the staff don't speak great English, the level of service, respect, helpfulness is out of this world.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a most comfortable one.

Definitely a luxury hotel with impeccable service and ability to get reservations at top restaurants with short notice.

I have never been to a hotel with this level of service.

One reason we stayed at the Andaz was the fact that we could put three people in a room - a very important consideration with our family of five.

The only small negative is that the lighting in the room is either too bright or too dark, it’s difficult to get just right!

Only problem we have is the room temperature in the middle of the night when it gets too warm when we visit in Oct.

We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived.

We love the design of the hotel and the room was very comfortable, better than what we expected.

With rooms on the 47-50th floors, every room has an outstanding view and floor to ceiling windows.

Tower view rooms have a direct unobstructed view of the Tokyo tower which was very nice.

We stayed on the 47 floor which provided a incredible view of the city at night.

The rooms were roomy and the layout was the best I have ever seen.

Beautiful room, absolutely breathtaking views, and a very sophisticated style that's understated and elegant.

I stayed for 2 nights with a park view on the 49th floor.

Incredibly spacious rooms with bathrooms with separate large soaking hot tub and rain-shower.

We had a room facing the iconic Tokyo Tower which was very impressive.

The room was very well designed and views of Tokyo were amazing.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the Tokyo train station and the metro is right across the street so access to everywhere is excellent.

It is a bit off the "beaten path" in terms of tourist areas in Tokyo, but not so much that I wouldn't highly recommend it!

There are many convenient stores and restaurants around and easy to take the metro or grab a taxi into town.

The immediate vicinity isn’t a super touristy part of Tokyo by any means but I think that’s a good thing.

The neighborhood was a bit quieter and slightly less central via the subway, but it was not an issue.

Great location 15 min away of the busy Shibuya 10 min from Tokyo Station and just min from Ginza.

Location was ok, not the closest to city center but worth it for amazing staff and amenities.

It’s near 3 different stations all with different lines so you can get anywhere you need to.

Only wished it was more centrally located but the subway system was convenient and fast.

Nice neighborhood but no shopping nearby, closest is Roppongi which is a very long walk.

I could easily walk to Shinbashi and comfortably use the subway to many places.

People complain about the location but I think that it’s actually quite good.

Neighborhood was dead and had no good restaurants in its vicinity.

Good location between roppongi and ginza not far from Tokyo tower.

This is a brand new hotel at a beautiful location.

It is quiet yet close to the hot spots.

Walkable distance to Tokyo Tower and some nice shrine.

The location was close to Ginza and subway.

The surrounding area is very nice and safe.

We enjoyed dinner nearby on one occasion.

Stylish details throughout (the 37th pool stands out but this statement is true throughout) and a level of sophistication taken to the next level.

The beverages in the room, excluding alcohol, such as sparkling water, green tea, and cola, were provided free of charge.

As the hotel facilities begin at the 51st floor, the views of the city are amazing.

The cleanness is kne of best best I have seen after a lot of travels

The lounge was very conducive to seat around and relax with free refreshments and tidbits.

The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm.

We really enjoyed the free drinks between 6-8, the pool and the free minibar.

Free food and soft drinks in in-room mini bar was a nice touch too!

They did a great job of making the lounge area feel very homely.

Happy Hour was a nice touch every evening with complimentary wine and appetisers.

Despite the expensive lodging fee, many places are stingy about those aspects.

We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night.

You are first brought to the 51st floor for your check in where you are offered to sit down and enjoy various tapas, wine, or your choice of juices, beer etc.

At check in, I was told that they didn't have other rooms available but for some reason I found that unconvincing during my stay.

Confirmed the hotel wasn't near booked, and was denied ....wanted to charge me 30% of hotel rate.

When I asked, a man took us to the counter in a very tiresome way.

We arrived at the checkin floor but noone took us to the counter.

In fact, the check-in experience itself is a taste of what's to come.

From check-in to check-out, you'll feel perfectly pampered.

Asked for 2:00 check out on a Monday,

No late check out etc.

The detox juice I tasted in the lobby while going for a morning walk was good.

I also loved the breakfast food (especially the udon set).

Also complimentary juice in the lobby in the morning.

Make sure to partake in the breakfast.

The breakfast was very good.

The options were amazing.

If you are with the craving for a burger on the main floor you will find a place called BeBu where your choice of burger will be sure to enjoy every bite.

The canapés which were with the free drinks were also not great but then they were free so nothing to really complain about there.

We were unable to savor the menus in the other restaurants other than the breakfast which was very enjoyable as well.

We didn’t try The Sushi upstairs but did visit the Rooftop bar which was lovely.

The only negative I’d have to say would be the food.

We ate in Bebu which was fine but not amazing.

Food and drinks are artfully prepared in all on-site restaurants.

I ate room service twice and neither was nice.

Sushi restaurant at the top floor is great!

The Spa is first class and it is advisable to enjoy a massage during your stay to relax and relieve stress.

Don't miss a trip to the AO Spa to use the facilities and get a treatment.

The masseuses can work out any tension.

The spa/pool is a must see!
