Super cool and modern property, amazing swimming pool and lounge area (plus playroom for the kids) in a high rise and nice part of town.

The rooms are very spacious and very nice decorated, but the service can be improved.

But that also means many young people stay there, so it can be disorderly at night and you may be sensitive to noise.

the rooms were clean and luxurious with a washing machine included in each room, you wouldn’t know how much you need access to one on your trip until you have one.

Soundproof: Below average, we both were woken up a couple times at night by room guests staying the next door.

if you are booking a room for three people, I would recommend double-checking at the time of reservation whether the extra bed is included in your rate or if it requires an additional fee.

The location is perfect — close to great restaurants, shopping, and transport.

The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and easy access to the MRT and skytrain.

It is not near the BTS station, around 15mins walk away but the hotel offered free shuttle so that’s ok!

The location is awful, 30 minutes away from the Temples and activities in town, $15 usd by Grab. It's not walkable and very dirty and dangerous.

the swimming pool and rooftop terrace/bar were closed for our stay no doubt due to earthquake damage.

Only major downside was construction occurring next door, which made it noisy at the pool.

The sun beds around the pool are worn and painful. Must be changed.

The international breakfast on the 37th floor offers many selections and made to order items.

The breakfast spread had a good mixed of western and Asian selection with daily different options.

The breakfast was good, however some of the food wasn’t hot and the selection could have been better.

Not many options for anyone with gluten allergy.

The front desk staff processed check-in quickly and introduced nearby attractions and restaurants in detail—so worry-free!

However, I was a bit disappointed to learn that late check-out isn’t allowed if the booking is made through Expedia or other third-party sites—it’s only available when booking directly through their website.

I had to book extra night so I can have a 10 pm check out because of my departure flight.

The employee at the front desk in the time of checking in took 3000 BHT deposit from me and her name was MINT.
