My stay during 5 nights was excellent except slow in room service due to 2 towers in the hotel ( apartment & hotels room) and the serve from other tower

Everything was excellent, from the level of service to the location to the cleanliness, except for the freshness of the pastries in the dining room.

We stayed at the beginning of our 4 week Thailand trip and decided to stay again at the end!

The property is beautiful, you feel secluded in the midst of Bangkok and they have amazingly comfortable beds.

A new hotel with lots of money spent but lacks some expirience by managers regarding recruiting.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay with our two young kids, ages 3 and 6.

We would also like to thank Khun Mac from the front desk to help us to use the carton box to frame up our picture frame which was oversized that we need to check in at the airport.

I can’t say enough about the the club lounge staff Apple, Nueng, Puay, Nubtang and everyone that worked at the club lounge during our stay went above and beyond.

Staffs at the front desk need a little bit more of training, because when we had checking in it was a mess and the room was not ready.

I also had the pleasure to meet Pierre who is the Swedish general manager of the hotel and it was a very humbling experience.

The professionalism of the staff at Chatrium Grand Bangkok is second to none, and made our stay the most pleasant it could possible be.

One of the ladies at the noodle soup bar during breakfast was crankied and refused customer requested, but others were nice and polited.

Very friendly staff - they go out of their way to acknowledge and greet you and are very hard working too.

The service was outstanding, with staff who were always professional, friendly, and willing to help with anything I needed.

I especially want to give a shoutout to Charm who was our server at the lounge during our stay.

The staff was polite and changed our room as well as providing complementary lounge access for the inconvenience.

Staff in a rush and didnt mentioend anything about my Gold member status can get meal discounts.

Only thing we did not like was the front desk staff was unfriendly during check in.

Every member of staff we met were fantastic and amazing with our 3 year old!

Staff professional and all go that extra mile to please, nothing is too much trouble.

The staff driving the buggy (sorry can’t remember the name) is always smiley and polite.

The staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast which was a nice touch!

I’ve checked out early morning with Saly too and it was quick and pleasant.

I advise booking a taxi or tuktuk ahead of time with the staff.

Staff are extremely friendly and they also fill your free minibar every day.

He assisted us to book a taxi and wished us a safe flight.

Would also be great if the hotel can provide a rubbish bin in the room as we have to keep walking back to the toilet to dispose rubbish, not a complaint just a feedback.

What truly exceeded my expectations was the room size – it was incredibly spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it feel more like a suite than a standard room.

Had some issues with the lights in our first room, but the staff was polite and changed our room as well as providing complementary lounge access for the inconvenience.

Also, this may differ depending on the room, but in Thailand, many places only have showers, so the fact that there was a bathtub was quite nice.

The socket outlets in the room allow for universal plugs so you don’t need an adapter and also comes with usb port.

I suppose to have a garden view then I ended up with the view of building 2 of the same hotel!

The modern and relaxing design of the room made a restful sleep after a long day of shopping and exploring.

For those who likes hard bed type, this hotel is for u. Unfortunate for me I prefer the soft mattress.

The rooms at Chatrium are spacious and elegantly designed, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the city.

The room was fab, super comfy bed, with the added bed for our daughter, great bath and shower!

Guests can enjoy high-quality linens, modern amenities, and luxurious marble bathrooms with free-standing bathtubs, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The bed is really uncomfortable, there are midgies flying around in the room all the time.

The room was big and especially the toilet area comes with a big bath tub!

The kids room is a bit outdated but my kid still enjoyed playing there.

The hotel is luxurious and new, with clean, spacious rooms and beautiful views.

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was huge and a great value.

The bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in a hotel.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite and were very happy with it.

Only cons is bed mattress is too soft or else all’s great!

We were offered an upgrade (payable) and took it: it was excellent.

It’s very nice of them to have a buggy ride from hotel to Siam Paragon between 10am to 10pm & it’s a doable 15 minutes walk to The Platinum mall.

Chatrium Grand Bangkok is ideally situated next to major shopping destinations like Siam Paragon and CentralWorld, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

It might be noisy for those who prefer a quiet countryside feel, but I didn't feel any noise at all in the hotel.

And there is road works near the hotel along main road, but since the hotel is a bit inside, not noisy.

A lot of restaurants and great shopping in the Siam Paragon Mall a short free buggy ride away

It is a new hotel within the Siam area which I consider the mid range hotel.

The location is very close to some of the nicest malls I have been to.

Within walking distance of all major shopping centres, yet in a peaceful and quiet location.

We stayed here for the location as most time we don’t hang around our hotel.

The location is perfect — just a short walk from Siam Paragon and MBK.

The location is great next to shopping malls and the sky train.

The hotel is abt 2 minutes walk inside a little lane.

The location is ideal, close to the siam paragon mall.

It’s on a quiet street walking distance to Siam Paragon.

However, perhaps because the coffee maker was malfunctioning, even though I ordered an American coffee, a rather strong coffee came out.

I highly recommend getting lounge access if you would enjoy quiet breakfasts, afternoon teas and happy hours with light appetizers.

One of the chef, Satish even customised my breakfsst for me without even me requesting for it.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes.

They needed to change a lot of things as it’s only Thai food more.

There was a spread of different cuisines for breakfast which was amazing.

We loved the swimming pool and enjoyed some nighttime swimming too, great to swim surrounded by lights of Bangkok!

Unfortunately the cafe doesn’t serve any snacks after 9, pool and spa until 8 only which is too early.

But what you don't see is the lovely little restaurant / bar adjacent to the swimming pool.

There's no reason to mention the pool, just look at the picture.

It has a really nice pool area that I really enjoyed.

Once i asked a staff to drop me outside as my tour bus was stuck in a jam, she told me they don’t provide that service & said it only takes 2 min walk.

There’s also a hotel shuttle at the lobby to take you to Siam Paragon, a mega mall with an incredibly food floor and lots of shopping.

Taking a Grab from the hotel can be a little challenging ( longer waiting time) because of the traffic and road construction.

There is a shuttle to Siam Paragon mall which makes it convenient for shopping and finding food options.

There is a free golf car ride to Siam paragon only. Not to any other shopping malls.

The shuttle to Siam Paragon was great and also made it easy to get to Central World.

I like the buggy cart transportation to Siam Paragon that was provided by hotel.

Shuttle service from hotel to Siam paragon is very frequent, almost every 5 minutes.

But the hotel offers buggy transportation.

Shortfall is there is no disposal cloth slipper, provide only plastic slippers, which is a huge turn off.

We had access to the Club Lounge at Lvl 32 = excellent food and beverages.

Its around 500 m distance but the hotel provides club car to siam paragon mall.

It mentioned that the hotel is connected to a mall.

Tv was too poor in channels specially in english.

Nice facility and convenient to the malls.

Housekeeping did a great job.

I was mad when they still don’t have my room ready, than even worse that they give my room to someone else and give me another room instead.

It was little weird that I’m an Expedia vip guest and usually many perks : early check in late, check out.

He highlighted that room shall be ready by 2 so we kept our luggage and we came back at 3.

So we have waited for hour and a half for our room and yet still not done after hours!

But staff in a rush and didnt mentioend anything about my Gold member status can get meal discounts.

The only thing I complain is the very late getting the room in the afternoon.

Not enough House keeping staffs, needs to request many times to get extra stuffs.
