I am a lifetime diamond member with Hilton, and also Titanium with Marriott – so I spend a lot of time in hotels, but I ALWAYS love coming back ‘home’ to the Conrad in Hong Kong.
If you’re looking for a place that can deliver a high level of service to make your stay in Hong Kong seamless and amazing, Conrad Hong Kong should be at the top of your list.
Room rates were on the high side compared to the other places we stayed at on our trip but that could be because we were in China, not HK for the rest of our trip.

Great Hotel but terrible reception response .. took $22,000 deposit on the 2nd of July and left on the 7th and promised a refund within 14 days !!! and I am still waiting.
Conrad is a big hotel and chain of Hilton , I am a long time member and have not have bad experience until this stay at the Conrad in HK.
I recently stayed two nights at Conrad Hong Kong, and honestly, it was one of those stays that leaves a smile on your face even after you’ve checked out.

The Conrad had been around for quite some time (for Hong Kong standards) so it has a slightly old fashioned feel, but I liked that.
Conrad is a good 5 star hotel but breakfast area and cramped style downgrades Andrew to a 4 star style.
From the pick up service from the airport to the end of my stay everything has been wonderful.

Great Location as it has access within the mall and everything is just few steps away.
Superb stay at Conrad Hong Kong- Mar 2026- Thanks to entire Executive Lounge Team!
I enjoyed the Executive Lounge before or after a busy day in Hong Kong.

This hotel provided the best finish to what had been an amazing holiday.
Ok but to be honestly to be improved rather sooner than later.
A good price-to-quality ratio in the category of large hotels in HKG.

The hotel is of course beautiful and the view is nice.
It was very nostalgic being in Conrad after all these years!
A place to consider when going in business to HK.

A very good combination of price, location and service.
I would definitely stay again in the future.
Average, not 5-star which was what we wanted.

I like that it is worth the penny.
A must stay hotel in Hong Kong!
Wouldn’t want to stay any other place.

A fabulous place to stay in HK.
Thank you again. We will be back!
Great buffet - a great hotel!

I would highly recommend this hotel.
Over all the experience was excellent.
So cosy with a perfect view.

The hot water in my shower didn’t work and despite requesting it to be fixed/sorted twice, it never was!!…forcing me to have make-shift showers using the hand held spry nozzle in the bath and having to move the soap container from the shower to tub each time.
The hot water from one of the taps in the room is almost unusable; it takes a very long time to get even a bit of warm water. Not wanting to waste water, we had to squeeze into another tap to wash up, which was very inconvenient.
The sink in the bathroom smells disgusting, called engineering dept to fix it, no use at all, had to close the tab and sink at all times so the smell doesn’t come out. For a hotel at this price, this is unacceptable.

The initial room assigned had a bit of a funny smell, common in Hong Kong with the water pipes, and there were some strands of hair on the carpet.
Room has no shaver point point in bathroom and no power point for hair dryer, although they provide a small one attached to the wall.
And some things no longer makes sense such as having a master switch in the doorway instead of by the bed.

My room was mountain facing and the lounge is bay facing, so it was the best of both worlds.
Spacious with an amazing harbor view it provided a living room, a master bedroom and a huge bathroom.
The rooms at Conrad are sunny and simple in decor, but always elegant and so comforting.

The rooms were very comfortable and previous with all the amenities we needed and more.
Although our neighbors were noisy, management immediately upgraded our room away from the other guest.
I think renovation is needed and management of the cleaning work is important too.

This property is older and the lighting is very poor in the room.
Air conditioning 23 degrees is very hot 22 degrees and very cold.
As a diamond member I had an upgrade based on availability.

Room was fairly large and comfortable for a family of 3.
Despite being a bit rundown, the room was still very comfortable.
Comfortable, adequately sized, beautiful Peak View if you got that room.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was stunning.
We were on the 41st floor which was truly amazing.
Big walk in wardrobe, tea & coffee & fridge.

Size of toilet is too small for tall person
Thought the rooms were a little old fashioned.
But Conrad really needs to renovate the interior.

Our room was big, convenient and clean.
The room furnishings looked a bit old.
Have everything you need in the room.

The room the breakfast buffet were excellent!
Shower pressure: strong and sooo comfortable
Nice room decor and harbour view.

Another bonus of the hotel is that it is built on top of a large shopping centre (lots of places to eat along with a choice of both high end and general shops) which in turn gives direct access to the local metro (MTR) station (Admiralty) along with bus stops and the tram stops.
Location is great easy access by all means as taxi is not the only option to get around the city, if you want to have a taste of the local experience one can gain easy access to MTR or even buses.
The location of the Conrad is fabulous - easy access to Pacific Place and the Admiralty MTR; walking distance to Central and Hollywood Road; fabulous walking routes to Bowen Road, Wanchai Gap and The Peak.

Or a casual stroll to the park during the morning where you are surrounded by trees and animals, that you forget you’re really smack bang in the middle of the city.
Two quick tips: 1. If you’re walking back to the hotel from Pacific Place, go to the 3rd floor and take the elevator near Dior — it’s the fastest route!
The hotel is connected and atop a very nice mall, all you have to do is ride the elevator down to enjoy window shopping, ice cream and various restaurants.

Excellent location, could walk to any locations in HK (downtown central, peak tram, many malls, a supermarket is located in the mall below the hotel)
The hotel locates near a subway station and a bus and a tram stop, so it is easy to travel there.
Also, it is connected to a shopping mall, so you can conveniently use dining options, shops, and supermarkets.

The hotel is old but in a perfect location, attached to the mall and train station.
The location of the hotel is just the best in terms of convenience and accessibility.
Central location, but difficult to walk anywhere due to highway system around the hotel.

We were able to easily get to all the sights in Hong Kong
If you like high end malls, you can't go wrong with this location.
Reception has no queue system, guest didn’t know which was the queue.

Other prominent hotels like Shangri La are also in the vicinity.
The doctor's diagnosis and care at the hospital were both outstanding,
Lastly, being connected to a premium shopping center was great.

Amazing view of Victoria harbor is a great plus!
Direct access to Pacific Place Mall and Admiralty MTR
The location at Pacific Place is very ideal.

Excellent location - good staff - good breakfast
All public transport is in the immediate vicinity.
The location in the center of Hong Kong.

Decent 5-star old school hotel with convenient location.
Best location for tram & underground connections.
Good location and very clean and tidy.

Location is good, conveniently linked to MRT.
Location of the hotel was super.
Excellent location. well connected by MTR.

I like the staff’s attentiveness to guests needs - they immediately gave me a slight upgrade when I informed them that there was no way I could sleep in a room with the air-con churning like a train running through my room.
The staff at the Reception desk, breakfast room and housekeeping were impressive: I have to mention Vicky, who took good care of me every morning when having breakfast, and Jenny, who kept my room 5112, neat and tidy.
They told me I have HK$800 everyday spending credit when check in and when they showed me the bill, they only deducted $699 everyday for the breakfast only, not $800 in total while I have made other purchases.

Pinky was quite attentive and anticipated our needs, including helping arrange dinner reservations for us as well as the transfer to the cruise port for our checkout day.
The concierge even walked with me to get a new SIM card because it was almost impossible to find, especially if you don’t speak mandarin.
No body answers reception whether you call from your phone or your room, which is quite inconvenient when you have a quick question.

Pinky was there when we arrived at the hotel, taking us up to the executive lounge for an easy check-in experience.
In particular the front desk, executive lounge and pool staff well went beyond with a smile and professional approach.
The service was outstanding, especially at the Club Lounge, where the staff provided professional, attentive, and personalized hospitality.

From the moment I arrived, everything just felt easy, thoughtful, and warm — like being welcomed home.
Whereas i could see another agent having a meeting in lounge with a group of clients.
Concierge team knows the city very well, we enjoyed working with Jacky, Andy and Dominic.

Hair wonderful especially Jackson in the lobby area a wonderful manager made our stay fantastic
The front desk staff, swimming pool staff and lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming.
He not only checked me in efficiently but also proactively inquired about my itinerary.

It’s a level of service that makes Conrad an amazing place to stay at.
The staff of the Golden leaf are extremely attentive and the service superb.
Very friendly and helpful staff apart from the tallest lady at the reception.

The staff were unfailingly courteous and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome.
However, thanks to Harvey and Chris, they addressed the problem immediately.
Thanks to them, I received good medical treatment at the hospital.

The best part was how the staff were so kind!!
Especially noteworthy was the service provided by waiter “Henry”.
The pool staff were also fabulous and highly attentive.

Executive Lounge staff were very pleasant and attentive.
Workers repeatedly repaired 3 times still not solved.
Very helpful and customers service oriented staff.

Helped us in so many ways.
Staff is friendly and very accommodating.
Concierge Steven was a standout.

They know exactly where we want to sit and what we like to drink, always offering us the most pleasant and engaging conversations that really makes you feel more human rather than it being just very transactional.
Breakfast was a highlight — not only was the buffet selection extensive and delicious, but the chef went out of his way to prepare a special nut-free meal for my daughter, ensuring her safety and comfort.
Breakfast was a highlight — not only was the buffet selection extensive and delicious, but the chef went out of his way to prepare a special nut-free meal for my daughter, ensuring her safety and comfort.

The dining tables have white leather surfaces, and stains from mugs and plates won't come off, so when you are shown to a table, it feels like you are sitting at a dirty one - unkempt.
Breakfast was not varied, poorly presented, with basic products of very average quality: the same dim sum, the same diced fruits, the same soup, the same cured meats, (no smoked salmon), during our 5-day stay!
Special shout out to AJ of the Executive Lounge and this other Filipino man (I forget his name) who really took care of us for every single breakfast and happy hour during our stay.

Breakfast in the main restaurant, Garden Café, mirrored the lounge’s limitations: a few simple cheeses, one type of salami, one type of ham, no smoked salmon, and bread and pastries that tasted stale.
Bread toaster is not working well all 3 days we were there - they should change it to the usual one that works like a conveyor instead.
Even though the principal room where breakfast is normally served was being renovated, the hotel made two locations available for breakfast and didn't miss a beat.

Even though the principal room where breakfast is normally served was being renovated, the hotel made two locations available for breakfast and didn't miss a beat.
Breakfast place was uncomfortable - tables were too close to one another there was difficulty to move around and get food from the buffet.
The breakfast was awful - the queue was ridiculously long so we couldn’t have breakfast one morning and the food was so-so.

Especially at the extensive breakfast buffet where the chef personally prepared special nut-free items for my daughter with a nut allergy.
Breakfast, the buffet had a lots of variety, one can have the round the would breakfast in one morning
The buffet leaned heavily toward Asian dishes, seemingly tailored to the hotel’s primary clientele from mainland China.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good range of food and eggs cooked on demand.
I particularly liked the breakfast on the 8th floor - nice view and comfortable.
Breakfast could be better, compared to the other two hotels at Pacific Place.

Cramped breakfast area hardly space to walk properly without bumping into someone.
Breakfast area was small and crowded given the size of the hotel.
The breakfast queue to get a table in the morning was tragical.

Breakfast - A decent selection of dishes from both east and west.
So perfect. The serve even TWG tea from the finest harvests.
Good timing from 630-11am for the different types of travellers though.

Breakfast was average to provide limit variety of local cuisines.
Healthy and many variations of breakfast & dinner choices.
Breakfast good but selection more limited than many hotels.

Hotel breakfast has a nice variety of food
The nice breakfast and food in general.
And my husband carried it for me.

Three easy ways for this hotel to take it to the next level would be 1) better food labeling in the Executive lounge; 2) more nut and gluten free options in the Executive Lounge; and 3) getting rid of some of the low cocktail tables in the Executive lounge and installing counter tables.
It would have been proper to let a potential guest know that portions of the hotel will be out of commission, and the hotel would be mobbed with businessmen before booking a stay.
There is a spiral staircase from the 60th floor to the 59th floor executive lounge that I stopped into every afternoon for a coffee as well as happy hour at 5pm.

Then last 2 days of the stay a convention was being hosted and made it a nightmare for all the other guests of the hotel.
We were able to leave our bag for a little over a week in storage and everything was arranged to make our life easier.
The Executive Lounge provides a lovely afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés with a great view over the harbour and wonderful personal service.

Pool was great and they bring you a little strawberry & dragon fruit snack as well as water and a cool cloth.
Lighting in the room was primitive - very few and inconvenient options for on / off in different parts of the room.
The Pool and Gym struck me as particularly brilliant facilities; the level of solicitude in the poolside service was especially stunning.

This allows a guest to decide for themselves if they want to be caught in the whirlwind that was this convention.
Very small and very little options for food considering what you pay and expect from a so called 5 star hotel.
We had executive lounge access bit on the last night this was moved to the 8th floor and was not satisfactory.

Just think to enhance the facilities to the guests, to provide fresh fruits in the guests rooms on daily basis.
Issues with Executive Lounge food being tepid and face clothes not being 'restocked' were immediately rectified and never reappeared.
The Wheel Chairs can help me to join all the meting even outside Conrad or connected to Hotel Shangrilla

Very inefficient elevator system - even with 6 elevators, the average waiting time was 5-10 minutes coming down
Overall facilities while clean looks poorly maintained i.e. The elevator buttons were dimly lit and difficult to see
If you want to wash thoroughly, you have to climb into the bathtub; it has a great shower.

Polished signs claimed “maintenance,” but the delays felt more like a permanent issue with outdated infrastructure.
While hotel in public areas getting a bit tatty in lots of places around the edges
I received a room upgrade to a suite which has outdate facilities but basically comfortable.

Furnishings in the breakfast area could have been improved, they are a little tired.
Competent if overpriced hotel where the staff performance exceeded the facilities and food.
Also no power point in bathroom for a shaver or tooth brush.

Small lobby, many stairways to get from one level to another
To take 5minutes to wait for an elevator is extremely inefficient.
The toilet was very old and did not work well.

The men’s changing room in spa was not clean.
Wifi was awful for the first two days.
The food and beverage selections were excellent.

Our check-in however was not a good experience, we arrived early and were prepared to wait until reg check-n time but after asking if the room could be ready early or on time, when we came back to the front desk the room was still not ready 30 min past check-in, we had another 30-40 min wait time until the room was ready, an hour past normal time, no apology, no comp.
At check-in, Mr. Harvey at the front desk greeted me with a big, genuine smile and surprised me with an upgrade to the executive floor, including access to the lounge.
Otherwise a decent stay, but if you waste my time with necessary admin because you are tying to capture people on a reward programme I won’t bother staying again.

When it came time to check out, Mr. Ray went above and beyond by offering me a 3 PM checkout after hearing about my late-night flight.
Initially planned to stay for two nights, but I wasn't able to stay even one night, while my husband was able to stay for one night.
One of the card keys to the room was not working and need to go down to the front desk again

Pinky was there when we arrived at the hotel, taking us up to the executive lounge for an easy check-in experience.
It is unreasonably lengthy wait for the hotel to release/refund the credit card deposit (3+ weeks, still waiting at the moment)
Instead Conrad Hilton emails me a link to a reward membership login via which I can access my receipt.

But when you check in, Conrad claims they have not heard of such thing and does not honor it.
She went well above and beyond our expectations, making our Hong Kong stay seamless and amazing.
From check-in to departure everything was good but on this occasion not all was perfect.

Check‑out took 15–20 minutes due to long queues, with no staff trying managing the situation.
It took us a LONG time to wait for a lift to the 59th floor.
Reception - more counters should be manned during peak periods, i.e., check-in and check-out timings.

My booking was canceled by Booking as I was told by hotel staff.
All I want is a pdf receipt. Every other hotel can provide this.
Early check-in was possible -> now that's what you call exemplary customer service!

I could not wait and asked for another similar room which was available.
Check in and out service super slow!! Never experienced anything like it.
Overall a brilliant hotel experience from check in to check out.

Disappointing executive lounge service when I went there to check out.
Miscommunication at check in over whether breakfast was included or not.
The hotel connect number on the Conrad website doesn’t work.

The check-in was a little slow, but nothing major.
At check-in we've been guided directly to our suite.
Allowed to check in early and upgraded my stay!

I have never used the reward programme.
Poor check-in experience (concierge and front desk)
Fast check-in and fast check out.

And to add something else, the pool is very chlorinated; if you don't have diving goggles, the sensation in your eyes can be quite bothersome.
The pool could operate longer; people only arrive in the evening, but it closes at 10:00 PM.
The swimming pool was closed and had we known we wouldn’t have booked to stay there.

Very small pool and spa area as compared to the Shangri La next door.
Great luxury hotel with nice pool in an amazing location on hong kong island.
Additionally, the pool was closed for two months, which I found out upon arrival.

Pool attendant should pay more attention to what is going on around the pool
Conrad provides robes & towels and the change rooms and showers were convenient.
We travelled with our 5y old daughter who of course loved the pool.

Kitchen odors in all common areas, especially at the highly chlorinated pool.
Pool ending has curved flooring which is too shallow for laps.
But did you the sauna & steamroom all spotless clean.

Nice pool but no sun due to location between skyscrapers
Didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool area...
We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too.

The fitness room was a bit small, pool closed.
The pool with cabanas was also very pleasant.
Nice outdoor pool considering the small space.

Excellent outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, saunas.
Again not align for 5-star hotel standards.
Swimming pool, Garden Cafe, Brasserie all closed.

The pool and gym were good.
Pool was open but seemed private.
Pool area and close to shops.

The pool was out of use.
I like the heated pool
Beautiful spot at pool.

A delightful pool.
Great pool!
Pool,

Breakfast was very cramped, and the restaurant staff were rude. The two of us had to sit at a four-person table with another family of three. The father was forced to sit next to the glass by the baby seat position. The two families, five people all crammed together, made us very unhappy, but there was an empty four-person table nearby that was never occupied until I left. I complained, and the restaurant staff rudely said, 'It was reserved and they left.' Very rude and impolite. The next day, we were again forced to sit with two strangers. This mother and daughter, like us, were extremely dissatisfied with this arrangement. The staff at a five-star hotel provided very low-level service. It was disappointing, and we won't be returning.
Specially curated with all-time-fav classic ingredients like turnip, preserved sausage, and dried shrimp, their 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐇𝐊$𝟑𝟖𝟔) conjures up a depth of umami that makes turnip cake a Chinese New Year obsession for many food lovers.
Freshly made to order by Chef Tony Wan from Golden Leaf, their turnip cake boasts a perfect consistency that lends itself to both steaming and pan-frying, and is best savored with a glass of champagne!

Another advantage if you only need a light meal is that there is a terrific supermarket in the shopping plaza which has plenty of options for ready made meals/salads etc.
Dinner - I was one of two guests in the restaurant- quite sad as it used to be a really exciting place to eat.
It was a very nice touch that the staff left a Santa stocking with some gifts at the door on Christmas day.

The ala carte roast lamb rack at their Nicholini Restaurant was exquisite as it just melted in my mouth!!
Jack spent time explaining all the wines, vineyards and answered our questions with a good level of knowledge.
Also got the a chance experience the Nicholini's lunch set. I really like the food and experience there.

Dinner at Brasserie on the Eighth was better, with attentive service and decent food, though not remarkable.
We had an amazing table looking directly out onto the Hong Kong skyline lit up after dark.
Their restaurants offered very good varieties of food with a wide range of budgets to choose from.

Nicholinis food below par and resulted in stomach problems for 2 out of three guests.
Main dining area - efficient but chaotic with the number of people dining.
It was very delicious this time as well, and the staff were pleasant.

Food at Brasserie maintains its standard but too bad Nicolini is closed
He was really passionate about sharing his love of wine with us.
And of course our special vegetarian menu at the Golden leaf restaurant.

The quality of the breakfast food was also poor, which was disappointing.
The ambiance and food quality at the restaurant were equally impressive.
The breakfast restaurant was really nice, we enjoyed our meal there.

Otherwise, the food at the Italian and Chinese restaurants are fantastic.
The food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced for what they are.
We really, really loved the Christmas Brunch at Nicholini's (8th floor).

Cooking smell from restaurant in the pool area in the afternoon.
The breakfast restaurant is quite small and crowded in the morning
Our restaurant also was brilliant, you gave us delicious food.

The bar on level 8 was great with live music.
Extremely yummy and prepared by Sous-Chef Wang Chu Chi.
Wine tasting @ Pacific Bar, Conrad Hotel, HK

Gym was in the Lower Level with no views, and no area for stretching.
Gym has been upgraded- addition of squat rack and ski erg most welcome!
Gym has been upgraded- addition of squat rack and ski erg most welcome!

Gym is like after thought, stuffed away in some side corner below restaurant.
Gym hardly has any mirrors and very poor range of exercise equipment.
There is a big gym which is very well set out.

No space allocated for floor exercises like stretching, planking etc.
The fitness room was a bit small, pool closed.
This is not expected of a 5-star hotel.

The gym very small no view.
The gym was quite cold.
Gym and location.

Good exercise facilities.
Good fitness center.
Gym.

I lost my portfolio in a taxi. Through Conrada's security camera, they managed to track down the taxi that drove me from the hotel.
Maybe for 1st time traveler using public transportation, a more detailed instructions from metro will be more helpful to navigate through various malls.
It is well situated with subway mtr, tram and bus transport, even direct public bus from airport to the shopping complex below.

Conrad does not give support service to the nearby MTR airport express (Hong Kong Station for in town check in).
We took a cab everywhere but it seemed we were close to the places we wanted to go.
Complimentary shuttle bus service to Hong Kong Airport Express station is also available at set timings.

Poor taxi pick up (often went to ShangribLa first and harder to get at Conrad).
Very disappoint about the transportation management service at the 5 star hotel.
Direct bus to airport is limited but mtr option is perfect.

Excellent location. well connected by MTR.
The transportation was convenient.

I also used the bathtub, and the water volume was comfortable. It was easy to use with both a bathtub and a shower booth.
Spa is decent but the facilities seem a bit small for this rank of hotel.
Mina in the spa gave me an incredible reflexology treatment.

Spa services convenient and reasonably priced.
I loved the sauna!
