One of the day was my daughter's bday & Cordis surprised her with a bottle of red wine/cheesecake as well as a bday card from Mr H Li, Day Mgr.

As it was my first visit to Hong Kong, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the hospitality at this hotel exceeded all my expectations.

The evening canapes ,moderate with the man in charge always in a hurry to close the buffet,although there were guests still picking food.

Will be recommending to our family and friends and plan to stay here again next time we return to HK.

The stay was during chinese new year so we even saw the ''traditional lian dance'' performance in the hotel!!

We bought a room without food, as there are plenty of cafes, shops, and shopping centers around.

A true 5-star, top service, breakfast, and staff, close to everything and a fantastic heated pool.

Very nice modern hotel, it's just an incredible feeling to swim outdoors on the 42nd floor!

Between the warm hospitality, excellent amenities, and unbeatable convenience, this hotel made our stay memorable.

This hotel is not at all a 5-star ... That's the least you can say.

I found the hotel soulless - it is part of a huge shopping center.

Enjoyed a delightful stay at the hotel, with a great location and impeccable service

Served the basic accommodation purposes but would choose somewhere else had I time.

Stayed here several times , still very good, showing its age a bit.

Cordis is always our first choice when we come to Hong Kong.

Will definitely come back to stay if we are in Hong Kong.

Unless something unexpected happens, I will definitely stay here again next time!

Anyway, overall, I'm quite disappointed with the hotel's communication and service.

Unfortunately, after a week, the offerings in the club lounge repeated.

Even though cancellation is free, I received multiple emails saying that if I don't pay immediately, future reservations won't be guaranteed, and that the deposit is $10,000. However, in response to my inquiry email, I received a template email saying 'It's not the response time right now, so I will address it later,' but there was no follow-up. I became anxious about whether I would really be able to stay on the day during my first visit to Hong Kong.

Been staying here when in HK for 15 years, it’s a great hotel, clean, comfortable, great food, great roof top pool bar, super friendly staff, all way worth booking the club lounge, afternoon tea and then Happy hour ( which is 2 hours ) great value

This means full breakfasts on the 36th-floor club level with great views of Hong Kong, it means an amazing full-fledged-options breakfast at the lobby level, it means complimentary wine, cocktails, as well as champagne, and it means an excellent service spa, pool, and gym.

I could go on and on about how amazing it was, but I'll keep it here: this hotel is a 10/10 and we will definitely return the next time we are in HK! Thank you for the great stay!

I stayed in other Hong Kong Hotels and moved from a Marriott to here for the same price as I did not book long enough and they were booked out when I wanted to extend.

Easy access to and from the airport can take airport express tsing yi station change to lai king station then change to central (red line) going to mongkok station then exit C3 (Connecting to the mall) there is a connecting bridge from langham place directly to the hotel lobby at the upper level.

The location was perfect with a sky bridge directly to the Mall, an MTR station nearby, lots of restaurants & shops as well as sneaker lane, tech lane & the ladies market on your doorstep.

Excellent Location. We had a high floor so we had great views. It is a good location to enjoy the energy of Mongkok, with plenty of food, shopping and tours nearby.

There’s Langham shopping center right across the street and you don’t need to go out to get there since there’s an indoor bridge that gets you there.

The Cordis Hong Kong is located in the heart of Kowloon, is directly connected to a mall, and has access to the Mong Kok MTR station.

At the exit of the mall is a flea market, full of stands selling bags, clothes, toys, shoes, and also small restaurants next to them.

If not right next to K11, the hotel's location seems to be the best... it's convenient as it is connected to the shopping mall.

Swimming pool was closed for renovation so did not manged have access but this was informed to us in advance so all good

The location is good - you can get to the hotel directly from the metro through the shopping center without going outside.

The location, the ambience in the room, everything g is close at hand … it has everything you need within reach.

The hotel is connected to a very nice shopping mall so super easy to access other bars, restaurants and coffee shops

Easy access to Langham Place and the very close proximity to Mong Kok MTR made our trip easy to enjoy.

Great location, friendly staff, services adequate to hotel standards, excellent wifi, air purifiers present in every corner of the building.

If you’re coming from the airport, you can take the A21 Skybus and get off at stop number 8.

Everything you want right in the vicinity of the hotel, I will take this at the next Hong Kong.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its greatest advantage, making it easy to explore all corners of the city.

The access to the hotel is extremely convenient with public transports that allow to reach easily any destination.

The location is good, as it is just beside a shopping mall and above the MTR station.

Nice location, nearby is a mall n mrt jz opposite, mongkok exit C can get to hotel.

The surrounding transportation is very convenient, with the subway station just a few steps away from downstairs.

It is close to a wet market where a variety of fruits and vegetables are available.

Ideal location. The MTR station is just under the Hotel with many restaurants around the areas.

Center location, easy to move around the city, but I wasn't a fan of Mong Kok.

In the heart of Mongkok, 50 meters to the subway, 300 meters to the Ladies Market.

With easy access to the metro and bus, including a direct bus to the airport.

40 minutes by MTR to get the cable car to the Big Buddah, 30 minutes to Disneyland, 8-10 minutes to TST to the Harbour mall and promenade to watch the nightly lights, 10-12 minutes to central station on HK island to get the funicular to Victoria peak etc etc.

We didn’t like the location as it was not easy to find from Nathan Road as we had to go thru 2 shopping malls & thousands of people & up three escalators every time we returned to the hotel from our visits to Hong Kong area’s of interest.

The area of this hotel is ideal for tourists visiting Hong Kong for the first time, as it is in the "heart" of the city and close to many of the places and restaurants one wants to visit, making it very easy to walk around its streets.

Situated in the vibrant heart of Kowloon, the hotel enjoys direct indoor access to Mong Kok MTR Station and Langham Place Shopping Mall, making it exceptionally convenient for exploring Hong Kong while enjoying a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options just steps away.

The location of this hotel is ideal, situated in the city center with numerous shopping streets and a wide variety of dining options nearby, allowing travelers to easily enjoy the local hustle and bustle and convenience, perfect for those who love shopping and tasting food.

The bathroom design is a nightmare: 1. u need to step into bathtub to use shower??? this was like last century. if there s not enough space to put the two separately just having a shower room would be much better

You could hear the cleaning staff in the hallway outside the door, every footstep and word was heard like they were in the room which isn’t super pleasant if you are trying to sleep.

Only thing we could fault is the floor covering on the 36th floor was a little tired and could do with replacing; it felt more like commercial flooring than Hotel comfort.

They upgraded our room, and the view of West Kowloon and Hong Kong Island's night scenery from the large windows on the upper floor was otherworldly in its beauty.

The door lock… in room 3006. Very hard to open the extra lock. I don’t know if a child or old people are able to open it

We could actually watch the Lazer show at Victoria harbour from our room and had a view of the sea in the distance which was unexpected.

Also I stayed in two different Deluxe rooms, the last one had a Nespresso coffee machine while the first room didn’t have any coffee maker.

Luckily there was an air cleaner in the room and that helped to reduce the smell after it was turned on for a while.

There were no blackout curtains, just thin lace curtains, so I woke up bright and early because of the sunlight in the morning.

It offers a breathtaking view over the city - in good weather, the view extends all the way to Hong Kong Island.

Room only had only a bath which was a problem for us as seniors especially when it was wet & slippery

Very nice room with a view of the city thanks to the large bay window and the automatic shutters are pleasant.

Upon arrival in the (small) room on the 20th floor at the back of the building, the bedding felt damp.

Tiny things like sound of tv was not well synced with the sound system linked to the shower en suite.

The hardwares in the room are pretty old and a bit ancient, not much modern vibes to account for.

To my surprise, the additional charge amounted to nearly 85% of the original room rate, which is unusually high.

As the room price we pay the shampoo or shower gel should be separate n have a better quality.

Our room had an exceptional view, well set out maintained and clean and we couldn’t have been any happier.

We were thrilled with an upgrade to a high floor, which offered a breathtaking view of the city.

Great cleaning and room-service staff, just like all other staff working at the hotel, reception and lobby level.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a suite on the 36th floor where the views were stunning.

We scored a bargain and got a really nice and very clean room on the 26th floor.

There is a panel of two very old USB-A charging outlets on the nightstand of one bed.

The room is nice, good harbor view, just that not high enough to get a better view.

In the room we had a portable dehumidifier because there was no fan in the bathroom.

Our room was located on a high floor, and as soon as we walked in, we were stunned by the view. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we could see the beautiful scenery of Victoria Harbour, especially at night, where the brilliant lights danced with the shimmering sea, creating a breathtaking sight.

The cleaning should be better in a 5-star hotel: unwashed glasses just rinsed, dirty towels from previous guests stuck between walls and furniture (we found one in each room!), found a black hair almost 30cm long inside a clean towel, a wet cleaning staff rag forgotten on my scarf,...

Upon entering the so-called open-plan apartment room, I found that 1. The view was completely different from what I expected. The promotional photos showed a city view, but the actual view I took when I checked in is attached as a photo, and the difference is huge.

Also, typical of China, smoking is allowed in some rooms, which is a bit annoying for non-smokers (just pay attention to non-smoking rooms - for us, it was drafty due to the air conditioning, we were allowed to change rooms immediately).

I stayed in a studio room, but the room was generally a bit dark. I had to turn on (and turn off) all the small lights in the room. If I had to point out a downside, this would be it.

She completely ignored me, picked up the phone at her counter but didn’t say anything; I said excuse me, and she turned her head to the other side, ignoring us. At that moment, I was really shocked because she could completely ignore a customer. I am very disappointed.

The front desk staff was very warm and the check-in process was quick. They thoughtfully arranged a honeymoon setup for us, with rose petals and champagne filling our room, which was a delightful surprise for us.

I couldn't find my samsung ear buds when I was checking out and no one at the hotel tried to help me locate them in my room - they simply didn't care.

Special thanks to Eula who took a souvenir photo for me and my mom and Kathy from Housekeeping who made sure we have all we need in the room.

Yuki, Fa and Eula were very helpful, thoughtful and kind (packed some honey and lemon for my son who was sick and didn’t came down for breakfast).

We did not see the hardness and businesslike nature (plus the impatience) of these people at any moment in the Cordis hotel or among its staff.

Reception went out of their way to get us early into our room, and all set up with a cot for our little one.

Everyone from entering the Hotel, to the reception staff and of cause the room service staff. You made our visit a wonderful experience.

I believe this is very important to feel that you are in a space where they value and respect who you are.

Hotel front dest and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful, answer a lot of questions that I need to know.

I've already pointed out to the staff that more attention to detail is required (especially for a highly rated hotel).

They even gave my husband free slice of cake and bottle of wine for his birthday( such a thoughful gesture)

Staff are friendly and willingness to help from concierge, to reception staff and not to forget the housekeeping staff.

Friendly staff, great help to arrange change or rooms to be on the same floor as parents room.

Staff were pleasant and helpful when we contacted about mosquitoes issues and the air purifiers were broken down.

This is the first time I've encountered such a caring housekeeping service on so many trips abroad!

Housecleaning also leaves a note in the room on how they can make our stay more comfortable.

Staff also very helper to answer also question and help us to find the restaurant location.

A special mention to Jocelyn- guest service supervisor, who went above and beyond to accommodate us.

There was an information brochure in our hotelroom but we found it only the next morning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, and the service was flawless throughout my stay.

They also have free water refill so you don’t need to buy water from outside.

The hotel reception staff were friendly, courteous and resourceful especially both Sylvia and Adyen.

The service is consistently excellent, with staff going the extra mile to assist guests.

Staff were very courteous and fulfilled all our requests for bedding and pillow supplies.

The front desk service is terrible. The hotel price booked online is not recognized, and they say price fluctuations are normal. I have never encountered such price hikes at hotels worldwide since booking with Booking.com. This behavior is disgraceful. After check-in time, there were no rooms available, and I had to upgrade at an extra cost to check in. The check-in took over an hour, and surprisingly, even in a five-star hotel lobby, there were no seats to rest. During my stay, I had to change rooms due to a noisy argument from the next room at 2 AM, and the response to my need for a room change was so slow that I had to wait half a day before it was arranged, so I canceled the room change.

Poor services. Guests leave items in their rooms without being notified that the items have been found or can be retrieved! This level of service is unacceptable; guests should have to call the hotel to confirm whether their belongings have been found! what kind of service now a day , If the customer has already left Hong Kong tomorrow, there will be no chance to retrieve the item !!!

I was nicely greeted upon arrival on 9 Oct 7pm, immediately after I disembark from taxi, 1 concierge physically went inside to search the taxi with a torchlight to ensure I don't leave any belongings in taxi, while another concierge helped with luggage from boot .. kudos to this team who left such a great 1st impression .. immediately I felt I am in good hands ..

The Indian manager was very helpful and considerate, often asking if my child and I needed anything. We felt very well taken care of, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much! - The price of the club room includes access to the club lounge on the 36th floor. In the morning, breakfast is served there, tea and desserts are available from 3 PM to 5 PM, and from 6 PM to 8 PM, dinner is served in a buffet style with delicious and varied food, drinks, as well as alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, sparkling wine, strong alcohol). This is a really great option!

On 2 occasions I was presented with the bill for breakfast and reminded it wasn’t included before I had even finished despite already making this clear when I came down that I was aware breakfast was to be paid for

The room rate includes access to the club lounge, which serves a great breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and a light dinner with almost any type of alcohol.

The breakfast here is simply wonderful. There is a wide variety, and I was able to enjoy my favorite Hong Kong milk tea as well.

The food and drinks served in the Cordis Club Lounge were very good, even serving sparkling wine during breakfast at the Club Lounge.

I would have expected a much richer more abundant dimsum selection, so only having some pieces of factory dimsum was quite dissapointing.

Temperature like in a cold storage room in the breakfast room, but not so bad since one could sit outside

The breakfast is delicious. I'm really happy to be able to eat delicious laksa for breakfast at the hotel.

All the staff from those behind the food counters to staff serving us are friendly and efficient.

Ensuring we had everything we needed during breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner in the Club Lounge.

Potentially have a barista for early risers (Australians are usually up really early!)

On our last day after nearly 3 weeks of traveling, already tired and with a 4-year-old in the middle of August in Hong Kong, it was great that the hotel is directly connected by a walkway to the neighboring shopping center, which had a lot of restaurants to choose from.

The breakout lounges with tables sofas and AMAZING city views at L36 are quiet and very welcoming --- no need to hide in your room alone to read a book or chat with a friend while looking at the city skyline.... highly recommended!

I could even workout at 23:00 P.M. after a day of sightseeing...and also if you have eaten way too much fat/sugar you just want burn some of that calories....in most hotels the gym always closes so early but not at Cordis!

Good leisure facilities with a nice gym, spa, steam bath/suana facilities, and free yoga classes(via video) and tai chi class kept us entertained despite Typhoon 8-10 alerts

There could be a little more selection with the canapes and nibbles served on an afternoon but what we did have was very nice.

1. The air conditioning in the lobby and corridor is very strong and cool, but if it rains outside, it can feel cold.

The facilities, such as the rooftop pool, have a beautiful view and provide a relaxing feel after a day of sightseeing.

The fitness facility is spacious and offers enough equipment - but that's to be expected for a 5* hotel.

There wasn't a coin laundry in the hotel, so I walked for a few minutes to find one.

The lobby area is very large and empty - could easily accommodate some lounges and sitting areas.

A pity that I still have not gotten the chance to experience the Club lounge and service.

If towels have not been tossed on the floor, they should not be changed every day.

The electricity from power socket was weak - took very long to charge the mobile.

It would be handy and eco-friendly if handheld bidet is available beside the toilet.

A new and luxurious hotel, with excellent facilities like a pool, jacuzzi, and gym.

The common areas were very beautiful and well-maintained, the location was very convenient.

There’s a mild taste to its filtered water that my baby don’t like.

Good spread of options for food and drinks in the club lounge.

Nice extras: toiletries, glasses cloths and ties for our phone cables.

Convenience and facilities make this my favourite hotel to stay in.

So I can say that the water was not easily accessible.

It i May needs update new technologies in near future.

The buffet area was poorly designed. And not properly soundproofed.

Big gym and pool as well as epic F&B outlets.

The lounge's beverage is mediocre but vibe is quite chill.

The Club Lounge where we were was also fantastic.

The wellness area also leaves nothing to be desired.

Waiting for the lift was also not very quick.

Pool and gym are very clean and modern.

Certain facilities and services need to be improved.

So we were extremely disappointed to find out that the hours on their website (and even on the internal information at the hotel) only applied on Fridays and Saturdays, and the rest of the week they shut at 7pm, which is ridiculously early (and well before sunset)

The only thing was the pool was warmer that the temperature advertised, therefore I was unable to length swim for long but aside to the locals who could by memberships, I expect I'm in the minority of travels who preferred it not so warm.

A major factor in booking this hotel was the advertised hours for the rooftop pool, thinking it'd be great to get back from a busy hot day of sightseeing and take a nice relaxing dip while watching the sunset

Also, although we didn't get to use it, a friend who traveled with us tested the pool on the 42nd floor and told us it is outdoors and absolutely stunning!

Actually, I wanted to use the pool, but I would have had to take the elevator down first and then take another elevator back up, which made me uncomfortable.

As was the rooftop Pool area, best ever!!!! Views, clean, staffed, bar, really good after a long flight and a day still to fill in with high humidity!

The heated pool is a great place to chill and have a coffee or a refreshing drink - provided the weather allows it, that is.

The icing on the cake for me was the 18/20 metre heated lap pool on level 41, which I thoroughly enjoyed at 7.30 am.

At the same time, I was able to do enough exercise in order to get myself energized for the rest of the day.

Although the pool is not very large, the water is clear, and swimming a few laps makes one feel refreshed.

One evening we decided to have look... just a quick visit. It was well within the operation hours.

It has a hot tub at the pool, and a steam room and sauna in the washrooms.

Located outdoor on the top floor (42/F), it provides a great view of the city.

The pool so unsuitable for kids, it was not at all kids friendly.

We decided to book the CLUB privileges suite and it was a great decision! We highly recommend paying a little extra, as the amenities they offer are unique. To start with, you can check in peacefully and without waiting on that same floor (we saw how it was at the lower reception and since the hotel is so big, it looked like an anthill). However, here you have exclusivity and any requests are handled quickly.

We arrived at the hotel on December 9th at 16:40 to check in, and there were many people at that time. We chose to use the restroom first, and the staff at the front desk directed us to use the restroom in the nearby restaurant; however, because the restroom was being cleaned, there was a hostess standing inside a small counter. I asked her if there were any other restrooms available.

The check-in took over an hour, and surprisingly, even in a five-star hotel lobby, there were no seats to rest. During my stay, I had to change rooms due to a noisy argument from the next room at 2 AM, and the response to my need for a room change was so slow that I had to wait half a day before it was arranged, so I canceled the room change.

When I checked out for the second time, I casually asked how to become a member because I really thought I would stay here again. However, I was told that points need to be accumulated before booking. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not mention this to me during my second booking (which I made directly at the hotel front desk).

Due to an early flight arrival time, we arrived at the hotel several hours before check-in time. Understandably there was no room available at that time. Whilst we were preparing to store our luggage & go out, we were delighted to be advised (within about half an hour) that a room was now ready.

There seemed to be a misunderstanding about payment when booking, which caused some trouble. The response was not very good, and eventually, even though I had already completed the payment, I received an email asking me to pay again, which took quite a bit of time to sort out and left me feeling unpleasant.

I just wanted to know the location without using the breakfast package, but he didn't understand and kept saying, 'If you decide by midnight tonight, I'll give you a discount on breakfast,' only talking about himself.

One of them took more then half an hour (since i arrived, the whole queuing time of mine up until i have got my key and they haven’t finished their checking in process!)

When we arrived after a very long day travelling we were directed straight up to the Club Lounge on floor 36 where Daniel promptly gave us a drink whilst he checked us in.

On the positive side, after check-out, you can easily store your luggage and pick it up later, which is very helpful, especially with late flights or longer waiting times.

The check-in process proved exceptionally sluggish and inefficient, leaving my infants fatigued after enduring a wait of more than 20 minutes (not to mention the time spent queuing).

When we left we were charged the correct cost but also left with a large $$ hold on our card for a month - very frustrating.

I think I got lucky while doing check in that it wasn’t crowded however when I was at the counter, people started piling behind me.

Some of the elevators weren’t working during our checkout which made getting our luggage down to the lobby take a bit longer than expected.

I was offered an upgrade at check-in which was a beautiful corner suite & given a late checkout of extra few hours.

As soon as our room became available, the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in for us at around 10:00 am.

And also, since we had a late flight, they let us do a late check-out at no extra cost.

After booking on Booking.com, the hotel will message you to prepay the deposit through a third party payment.

Where taxis arrive and where the luggage is left after check-out is located on the street level.

If I have to make one suggestion that would be on front desk check in receptionist.

I was able to check in early as they happened to have a room available.

They have a room ready to check in even if it's an hour early.

It didn’t help that one of the lifts was out of order as well.

Nothing major but the check in process can be sped up a little

Also concierge staff is not at the same level as check-in counter.

Check-in was quick, and the deposit was instantly refunded upon checkout.

We also appreciate the quick and no fuss check-in process.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded when we arrived.

Found a way to get us checked in early.

If you decide to stay here definitely spend some money on the Cordis Club Lounge because it's worth the extra money you can do afternoon tea (which has some snacks) and Evening Cocktails (which also has dinner) basically having Cordis Club Lounge means ALL-INCLUSIVE so you're kinda set with the food.

The hotel Garage Bar outside is also well recommended when weather is nice, and, combined with Langham mall any and all other dining options are at your feet: from smokey barbecue grill to Japanese, from food court price ranges to splurge.

For dinner, we chose the hotel's rooftop restaurant, where the dishes were exquisite and delicious, especially their signature seafood platter, which was fresh and plentiful. Combined with the romantic atmosphere of the restaurant, it was simply a perfect date experience.

There is nothing to eat in the hotel apart from high priced buffet meals or Michelin star Cantonese- which meant I had to leave the hotel to get a reasonably priced, moderate meal.

Cocktail bar was closed for a private function on our last evening: the alternative 'garage bar' was as it sounds, a bit too casual with a poor selection of drinks.

The price of food in the hotel was to expense, has are 9 year old doesnt so not worth it for families. but that said food was good.

The price includes breakfast (it was great) and excess to the club (they had some simple food starts from 6pm everyday, it's good enough for us).

Additionally, the lounge bar is quite nice; if you return a bit early in the evening, you can come here for a drink and a chat.

The service staff sometimes seemed overwhelmed with so many guests and avoided us; we had to wait a long time for our drinks (espresso, etc.).

We had dinner at Ming Court in the hotel, a Michelin star restaurant, but were disappointment in the food, service, and price.

On our second night we arrive for dinner to then be told that we are having a private party tonight...

A smaller cosier Club Lounge at L36 and a larger restaurant room next to lobby at L6, with additional choices.

We also ate at the restaurant and the staff were helpful and even advised us not to order too much.

What i liked most about my stay though was the excellent wine tasting session with Nobel, sommelier for Ming Garden.

The evening snacks were heavily seafood focussed - not my favourite and not good for people with seafood allergy.

If it isn't obvious, I have to tell you that this did not feel like a premium dining experience.

The concierge department sent us to eat at a terrible restaurant, which we had never encountered in our lives.

The prices for eating at the hotel are WAY too high € 100.00 for a buffet? It's completely illogical.

In the restaurant, it is a bit cold for breakfast; the air conditioning is cranked up fully.

Friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager greeting to all the clients and able to remember them.

Ask the hotel for restaurant recommendations as it was confusing as so many options.

The vegetarian selection was very limited, and the service was slow and inattentive.

The 6th floor Michelin restaurant was the best tasting menu I've experienced

The Club was amazing - food and servie quality was outstanding.

A coffee and snack bar in the lobby would be great.

The food and drinks from the garage bar were underwhelming.

The club lounge was excellent with great food and service.

There was an excellent bar and an excellent restaurant.

The buffet and Ming Court restaurant were excellent.

Executive lounge access so free drinks/afternoon tea.

The gym was "state of the art" with everything you need for a good workout, from the equipment to the atmosphere and the view over the rooftops of Hong Kong.

Go up to the gym, there is a beautiful view of the city from there and you won't want to go to Victoria Peak to stand in long lines.

There are no toilets in the gym area… there is no access to the swimming pool changing rooms at certain hours but the gym is open 24 hours.

The gym on the top floor has a great view, allowing you to enjoy the streets of Hong Kong while working out in front of large floor-to-ceiling windows.

That’s absurd I book hotel based on 24 hours gym to not make half the gym available is a very con to come back

The gym was great to use. Not many hotel gyms have a full rack/barbell set up, and also plenty of machines and free weights.

Each room has a yoga mat ) and there are great rooms on the 41st floor in the gym where you can work out.

My only feedback is while the gym is open 24h early in the morning there’s a sign saying you can’t use weight

We also tried to gym and pool on the 41st floor which was fully stocked with all the equipment and amazing views.

If we need to go to Gym/Pool/Sauna, we need to go down lobby first to transit to another side of elevator.

The gym was located on the 41/F with large windows overseeing the busy city, although I did not use this facility.

I was able to work up a sweat while enjoying a wonderful view from the gym on the 40th floor.

We would go to the gym together every day; the equipment was new and the area was clean and tidy.

The gym was also excellent, with plenty of space to work out and a wide range of high-quality equipment.

She personally showed me around the gym and the facilities, including the toilets with sauna, spa, and swimming pool.

Loved the access to the pool and gym for morning workouts and cooling off before a busy day.

Basically it’s open 24 hours but you can only run on treadmill or spinning bike

Well stocked in the weights machines, various machines available and the view was pretty amazing.

Sanitiser and wipes provided, towels provided, water bubbler, and headphones could be hired on request.

The gym is very, very well equipped with all the machines, towels, and water available!!

We also used the gym which was very neat and had different weights and machines.

Other than that, you can still use the sauna or the gym which I didn't.

How to get there: If you have lots of bags, I suggest taking the A21 bus, price is 35$, can buy the ticket next to the bus terminal. Travel time around 44-50mins. Get off at Argyle, closer to the hotel than the next bus stop.

The walk from MTR station to hotel lobby is quite far and requires the person to walk n go up many levels using escalators with the luggage which can be challenging for senior people.

We also arranged transportation from the airport to the Corids through the concierge; however, the driver was late, which necessitated a call to the hotel to figure out what was going on.

If theres two or more staying just take a taxi (approx.300HKD) vs the train to/from the airport - it can be confusing to find the entrance and the cost difference is negligible

Take the A21 bus from the airport for a fraction of the cost of a taxi (bus takes cash but gives no change, and also takes some credit cards).

We took the AirPort Express to Tsing Yi (1st stop) then changed to Orange Line for 1 stop to Lai King then Red Line to Mong Kok.

Most destinations easily reachable, and due to proximity to the west tunnel and depending on your destination, can avoid most traffic even during rush hours.

We took a taxi to the airport for two people, and the cost was not much different from that of the Airport Express.

They weren’t able to book a taxi or transfer for you which I found a little odd for a 5 star hotel.

I booked the room via bookings and 3 nights costed me HKD $800 more than if I booked via their Cordis website.

There is a huge shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, you can actually walk through that from hotel into the subway station.

There is limited seating in the lobby and street level to wait for public transport but the bell boys are most helpful.

We had trouble finding the hotel, we booked it because it offered a shuttle service but then found it wasn't available

- The MTR is right next door, you can get there directly from the hotel without leaving the complex👌.

Getting around-- excellent staff to help you get taxis and to give you advice on what to visit when.

Right by the hotel is a stop for the A21 airport bus, and next to it is the subway.

With the added convenience of easy access to the Mong Kok MTR for getting around the city.

You can access the hotel directly from the subway through the shopping center without going outside.

In the evening rush hour it was difficult to get to the harbour in a taxi.

We also arranged a pick up from the airport through the hotel which was great.

I was not motivated to bring a heavy laptop for my personal vacation.

The ground service is superb, whether it’s calling a taxi or storing luggage.

Convenient and accessible as mtr is just across the street of the hotel.

Around the corner from the Mong Kok metro and airport bus.

They booked a extra big taxi to go to the airport.

Bus will leave you a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

The airport bus A21 stops in close proximity to the hotel.

It was then only a block from the subway exit.

Need to use the room key to operate lift.

Nothing apart from bad MTR routes to Kowloon

What surprised us the most was their spa center. We tried a couples massage, and the therapist's technique was very professional. The essential oils used were soothing, allowing us to relax completely, and all the travel fatigue was swept away.

The massage at the spa was supposed to be relaxing but it was way too vigorous for my husband and me, even after asking the masseuse to go lighter.

As well as the option to use the shower in the spa area hours after the actual checkout to feel refreshed before the flight home.

A real moment of relaxation between the jacuzzi, the Hammam, and the sauna, everything was in place, and it was free.

Allowing us to use their lovely health spa (showers, great pool etc.) while we waited for the room to be ready.

As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available.

My massage therapist, Sandy, was amazing, the massage was so good that I fell asleep.

I even bought a lavender bath and body oil because it smelled absolutely lovely.

We also had a massage and facial treatment at the spa - wonderful treatment.

Great location, nice pool, spa and gym on the roof of the hotel.

I honestly did not regret spending HKD 900 for a 1-hour massage.
