Dorsett Kai Tak Reviews: Everything Guests Say

We reviewed 515 guest reviews of Dorsett Kai Tak and found specific, relevant feedback in 135 of them. We’ve organised these insights by topic so you can quickly see what guests say about different aspects of the accommodation.
To keep the analysis focused on meaningful feedback, we left out 380 reviews that contained little or no specific information.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, in nearly 70 countries, and I have never seen such a strange hotel. It has major contradictions. For example, there is no toothbrush, and you are asked to go downstairs and order one from a machine for a fee of one dollar. This is ridiculous, and charging that amount makes the hotel lose the respect of its guests. There is no water either, despite the high room rate; this is not a budget hotel.
New hotel, but it was clear things were still in the works. Promotes sustainability, doesn’t provide amenities you would expect in a hotel, even things like bathrobes had to be requested.
The high standard of the services, and the refined atmosphere, I consider it an ideal choice both for business travelers and for anyone wishing to enjoy a comfortable vacation.

Purely a waste of money and my time. Worst 5 ⭐ hotel in Hong Kong so far. Believe me, if I could rate it below 0 stars I would.
As a whole, I was not dissatisfied with my stay, but I would also not stay here again as I believe there are better options for the price.
None of this is worthy of 5 stars. Since I travel worldwide for business and pleasure, I think I can judge this well.

For all these reasons, I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with the hotel. That is why I gave a low rating.
I tell you what is 5 star standard, Lotte Seoul is a true 5 star, rosewood in Hong Kong is a true 6.
We spent 4 nights at the hotel but were really désappointes about the room size on a price base value !

Don't waste your time and money booking this hotel unless you want to book another hotel the very next day.
The remarkable quality did not match the opulence. An ordinary hotel in an odd location (for getting to Hong Kong).
There’s a reason this new hotel is rated only 8. Never mind—rather than just complain, I’ll offer some suggestions:

The main thing guests should be warned about is that this is not a five-star hotel!
In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service and amenities.

Huge disappointment- can really not recommend staying there at the moment.
It felt like it was still in set up mode.
We liked that the hotel was new and clean

Part of a great experience in Hong Kong!
The hotel was spotless, so luxurious and inviting.
Not a good value for money ,

And it is not a 5-star hotel
It was a pleasant stay and relaxing.
Hotel is serious about sustainable & green.

The hotel is new, clean and beautiful.
Worst hotel. A very bad experience.
Hotel is pristine and luxurious feeling.

Un no esta terminado el hotel.
Overall not worth 5* rating
I really like it !

2. Either remove the so-called in-room dining from the rooms or do it properly. You had me scan a QR code and fill in a Google Form, then told me twice that there was no record of my order in the system. My companion and I waited hungry from 9 to 11 p.m. In the end, customer service actually told me to order food myself using the Foodpanda app on my phone. The hotel has no restaurant offering room service, and there’s nowhere to eat nearby. Are you expecting all guests to order delivery themselves, or walk 15 minutes to one of the three malls? Do you know what time the eateries in the malls close? If you want to eat later, does that mean you have to walk to Kowloon City?
No where to put your own shampoo bottles/ tooth brush in the shower. no where to hang your own wash bag near the sink (closest alternative is the trolley under the sink). bath towels are inconveniently placed on a rack above the toilet, separate to the shower. no where to hang the towel just outside the shower, you would have to place it on top of the sink. to use the mirror in the bathroom i only found one top down spot light, impractical. tv does not have netflix or other major streaming apps. hdmi is an option however the port was difficult to reach.
Room: The air-conditioner sounds like a jet-engine, even on lower settings, and is slow to cool the room. There were some dirt in the showers upon arrival and the drainage was ineffective, causing water to accumulate up to the top of your feet when showering. Amenities could be purchased from the vending machine for 1 HKD, but the room still lacked essential items such as a robe or sandals.

The bathroom design. While it the separate shower, toilet and basin is a good thing, the shower area lacked a small rack/shelf to place items. Also, it was quite bad that after a shower, the water from the shower area leaked out to the toilet area and to cupboard near the sink. Had to soak up using the floor towel available. The design needs to be re-looked at.
The rooms are quite small—especially the bathroom. I’ve never seen such a tiny bathroom in a supposed five-star hotel. There were no amenities in either the room or the bathroom besides a few power sockets. You need to bring everything yourself—from a toothbrush to a shower cap or purchase items from the vending machine at the reception area.
My only teeny comment was the doors for adjoining rooms were not very well thought out as they swing open which barracades the exit door and if you want to go to adjoining room it locks which is inconvenient for our kids. Also the lighting for the mirrors could be a little better.

I had to speak with the manager at one point because my husband’s quilt had widely visible BLOOD STAINS (menstrual) in 3 places. I took photos, but they are too unpleasant to share. It certainly could not have come from me, as I am well past that stage of life.
The room is very very small for a family. Should not sell this kind of room for families. For one person or couples maybe okay for size. However, they just squeezed an extra bed in the room so there wasn't even space on the floor to open a luggage.
There's nowhere to put your things in the room; the two small cabinets are taken up by the refrigerator and safe. The clothes rail is open, so you'll be sleeping with your jacket hanging over your head (just one door would have made it more comfortable!).

Oh one thing I had to mention which is quite rare. The daily cleaning on next door done really loud, I got woke up by the first room they made up, by the time they did the room surrounding us, the whole family woke up.
Despite having a few mirrors in the room and one in the bathroom, the lighting is poor and not reflecting properly where it needs to be. There is also no vanity mirror, which is a basic expectation in any 4- to 5-star rated hotels.
There is no ironing board, no extra pillows, and no extra blankets provided in the room. I also recommend bringing your own soap, as the liquid soap provided is highly alkaline and may not be suitable for normal to dry skin.

Our fridge wasn’t working properly inside the cabinet so we had to take it out of the cabinet for it to keep things cold inside. This took away space in the room which was already small to begin with.
We stayed at a family room. Not enough space to pud all our luggages. There’s no free bottled water inside our room. The family room should hava a bigger space and bigger wardrobe not a detachable rail garment.
I am particularly upset with them not cleaning my room when I requested it to be clean, they left a postcard at my door saying it has passed the cleaning time and they will clean it for tomorrow.

The tiny rooms are very stuffy and humid. The air conditioner is extremely noisy and cannot be turned off, and the windows don't open—you'll be sleeping without oxygen. The carpeted area is never aired out at all.
AC is not working properly — there is no way to set comfortable temperature and speed, it is always strong and cold. Other alternative is humid and warm room, both weren’t very pleasant.
The towel is placed inside the toilet cubicle on top of the toilet, which raises hygiene concerns. Additionally, it's inconvenient to retrieve a towel while taking a bath.

The sheets had a slight damp smell to them and the pillows were really flat. Had to stack two pillows to make it comfortable.
Furthermore the lighting in the room was full of fantasy depending the combination of lights used and the order in which lighted.
Family room size really small. Like 3 star room:( The cleanless of room not prefect. Shower has hair :((

“I support environmental sustainability, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of basic amenities—especially at this price point.”
Always checking in on us to make sure our room was ok and if we needed anything
The bed linen is made up with old, washed-out stains (in an expensive five-star hotel!)

The downfall; I noticed there were no iron board n iron in the.room,
Pls bring your own toiletries, hotel doesn’t provide it, need to purchase
No free toiletries . No bathrobe in room. Fridge was empty.

Our family size adjoining rooms were perfect for our needs.
Ending at the quality and design of the room-interior,
Good but need more stress on shower cleaning.

1. Coming from the direction of Kai Tak Mall 1, 2, or 3, there should be an entrance before you reach the main entrance to the stadium. As things stand, guests have to walk a long way around and then climb stairs (which is even worse if they have luggage). It’s definitely putting guests off. Not all guests arrive by car and enter through the hotel’s underground lobby.
The hotel is located in a new zone which is still under construction. It is not in the central tourist area. It is close to the sport stadium. It takes 15 to 20 mins walk to access to restaurants or supermarkets in Kowloon city or Airside or 10 mins to the stadium mall across the street
(The second floor gate is so far from the hotel most of my family and friends had hard time finding it when they come to hotel and visit). It was so confusing and a lot of going around before we get to the entrance.

I stayed for a concert at Kai Tak Stadium. It is excellent for attending concerts because you can get to the venue while avoiding the crowds, and you can also go sightseeing because there is a shuttle bus to the nearest station.
Location: I do regret not conducting more research on the location as it is one of the hotel's low-points. The entire area is essentially a construction site, with few nearby stores/restaurants and an inconvenient distance to the MTR.
I was there for an event at the Kai Tak stadium. Therefore, the location of Dorsett could not be more than perfect. Just a stone throw away with a dedicated passage for hotel guests to the venue.

The Hotel is super convenient if you are attending events at Kia Tak Stadium, you literally walk from the hotel into the stadium, it was brilliant in that respect when we watched the Hong Kong sevens recently.
It is located inside Kai Tak Sports Park, which is rather out of the way, but that also makes it very quiet. There is absolutely no traffic noise from busy areas or street noise nearby.
The area isn’t as family friendly as I thought it would be since a lot of construction was going on. Hopefully in the next couple of years there will be more family friendly establishments nearby.

I probably wouldn’t stay again as the location felt a bit out of the way. It is several MTR train changes to get places. The MTR station was a good 10-12 min walk away
It is located in the middle of the new Hong Kong Sports park and therefore is surrounded by malls and restaurants. It was a brilliant location and very close to the MRT too.
We like a place a bit away from the crowd so this place is perfect. If you want to be in the center then this hotel is not for you..

The hotel is a bit far to walk to and from the nearest MTR station probably because of construction with a huge detour.
Maybe in the future, when the construction has reached a more developed stage, this hotel will be a more desirable option.
If you have any event at the Kai Tak Sport Park that will be a good choice as near by.

The surrounding area is currently under development, so please allow for 15 minutes to walk to the nearest MTR station
The hotel is beautiful, close to a lot of restaurants, and opportunity to walk, and it also feels safe.
We knew that when we booked, but assumed the taxi drivers would at least know where the hotel is.

New and nice Kai Tak district. Very near to one of the major venue in the sport district.
Located near Kai Tak stadium which has 3shopping malls with a variety of places to eat
There are no convenience stores nearby, which made it difficult to get some right away.

It's far away from MRT and there is no any supermarket or convenience store.
The location is not convenient it’s far from all the major tourist areas.
The surrounding area was nice, easy to access by MTR late night.

Convenience store not very accessible, not much food nearby at night
I was taking a convoluted route to the station!
Nearby brand new mall with many shops and restaurants.

Property was not so accessible from some points.
Lovely walk and views of Victoria Harbour.
Very near the stadium, perfect for concert

6. Many of the employees at this hotel clearly have no interest in providing service. Management should reflect on whether it is too harsh on staff in general, leaving everyone demoralized. When a business has problems, don’t blame the frontline employees; their work is demanding. Management is failing to lead, so the frontline staff have no motivation to work. Some seem not to know what they’re doing and are unfamiliar with their jobs. Do you even want to stay in business?
Who’s cleaning time? I left before noon, you saw my light turned green request for cleaning, so instead of cleaning it as it supposed to be since you pride yourself as a 5 star hotel, you decided to not clean it and left a postcard telling me that you are not cleaning it…that tells me the staffs are pretty lazy here.
4. I ordered food delivery, and the delivery guy left it at the lobby service desk. It would have been a simple courtesy, but the staff member told me to find my order and pick it up myself. This isn’t just poor service—it’s no service at all.

Some of the staff - Anne and Javid To - were friendly and helpful. They also understood English well. However, some of the staff at the restaurant and in other areas of the hotel did not understand English.
And when I made the complaint to the front desk, they tried to call back at 11pm and argue with me…no, there’s nothing to argue about, your staff didn’t do their job and that’s that.
And I only found out on my last day the most efficient route to get there as the door person didn’t give me good directions on the first day.

And the staff are extremely kind. Special praise goes to the hotel doorman, who helped me retrieve my AirPods, which I had left behind at a hotel in Beijing.
A detail that was neither mentioned on the hotel’s website nor on Booking.com. An inquiry regarding this was sent to the hotel through Booking.com, but we received no response.
Staff were so friendly, they prepare the room for our anniversary and they gave my daughter a little dorsett teddy bear. It was so nice gesture from them.

Staff are trained to give absolutely no eye contact to guests when talking to them. They had an attitude like "what the hell you doing here?".
Wrost stay of our lives ever, front desk staff was the worst. Housekeeping staff was still better. Even the restaurant staff didn't bother to greet.
In the evening, when I came back to the hotel, the lady at the reception said to me again that they would charge me.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with great professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, making me feel like a truly special guest.
Staff was eager to help at the entrance. Very helpful people to help with our big luggages. Five star customer service!
F&B staff are the friendliest staff we have met over the 20 years traveling and stayed in hotels in HK.

For declining housekeeping on the second day, they gave us a $20 voucher, but it turned out to be worthless.
Staff so friendly and always ready to take care of us. One of the best staff teams I have found.
Staff were nice and attending, helping with food orders and helped to arrange an extra room last-minute which was appreciated.

Some staff were still not entirely professional and don’t understand English well so there were some communication difficulties.
The staff are kind. Most especially Mr. Lincoln from reception. He was so kind and accommodating.
Some of the staff need to be replaced; they are unwelcoming and don’t smile.

The service level is not 5 star, the staff barely spoke English fluently.
Ann in front desk, thank you for your beautiful hospitality and service
We interacted in English, so we really appreciated the fact.

Your staff didn’t do their job and that’s that.
Staff members at the reception are not friendly.
Communiation about this was very poorly also.

Overall, customer service and cleanliness was superb.
The staffs are nice and helpful.
The staff are all friendly.

Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but the options were probably the most limited I have ever encountered in any hotel. Quality-wise it was a hit or miss; The juice were for instance terrible. Overall, the price of 150 HKD per person and night was most certainly not justified.
At breakfast on the weekend, I waited more than 30 minutes to be seated, even though several tables were free. Then I was told I had only 15 minutes left to eat breakfast.
More breakfast seating space. We had to share a private room with others on one table. Was a meeting room and was far from main buffet which was a challenge with small children

Breakfast was very basic, and there were few tables available. They also had some adjoining rooms where they seated guests for meals, but they were somewhat far from the buffet…
But the breakfast experience is dire/hideous. Tiny facility poor selection and massive waiting times and coffee that barely passes as coffee. Oh and at €20 a complete rip off
Breakfast was included which was great, however there was limited seating, we had to queue both days, and it shuts off pretty early at 10.30am.

There's always something new at breakfast, but the food is tasteless, the plates are placed at foot level, and the dining room is very cold.
Breakfast room was really cold as it was just opened for us, they could have opened a bit in advance to warm it up.
Staying at the hotel for 7 nights, breakfast menu was almost the same everyday. Saying this, the food was still really nice, well presented.

Furthermore, the buffet breakfast priced at HK$170+ does not offer good value for money, as the food selection is very limited.
The breakfast buffet was soo poor for the cost per night, was really expecting more for what I paid.
Breakfast was good but there should be more fish. Fish was served only one morning out of 14-day-stay.

The second day the same issue took place but we opted to sit outside on our own table
The breakfast is excellent, plentiful, varied, and prepared with great care, with something to suit every taste.
The buffet is very good and varied; however, after a few days, it becomes a little repetitive,

Breakfast spread was good, had different items on the menu for each of the 3 mornings.
Breakfast was okay but not for a 5 star hotel so it can be improved
Breakfast was good, but perhaps a little more international variety would be better (for us).

Breakfast had the Guinness book of records slowest toaster ! Not much choice for breakfa
Breakfast didn’t have a wide selection and quite shockingly saw some mould on the ham.
The breakfast is the only one that I can give a high rating 9

Breakfast spread for Muslim travelers are the main reason who stayed at this hotel
The only disadvantage is that the hotel should improve the quality of the breakfast.
There was even a whole section of halal food in the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast area can get busy if you don't get there early.
At breakfast nobody out of 4 people knew what bacon was,
The breakfast menu could have been a little wider.

The Breakfast has a good range of food.
Lovely breakfast, good spread and good service.
And breakfast are excellent.

Other: The buttons in the elevator were touch-driven, and just accidentally hovering your finger over a button was enough to press it. This was a minor annoyance, but it almost always caused you to press an additional floor over the one you wanted to go for.
The elevator was faulty, would press to go up to one level and automatically another three levels would randomly be selected which wasted a lot of time (luckily it wasn’t that tall).
I also like the idea of being environmentally friendly, but asking your guest to buy amenities that can be provided for free is just not it for me.

Odd arrangement to go through a stainless steel fire door to access the pool, which is right next to the bar entrance.
We stayed on floor 8 and the smell of damp and musty hallways. Dehumidifier was going in the hallway. 24hrs.
The material and amenities they chose to use for the construction of this hotel is not 5star standard as well.

For 3 people, they gave us 1 water bottle only, which we were supposed to fill on our own.
We were told to fill up water in the hallway, but I still wanted bottled mineral water.
Would also be great if they had a self service laundry mat within the hotel.

There are not enough signages to show the way on 15/F (to bar or pool).
A new hotel, clean but lacks some services. No room service, not much tourist information,
We had to ask for items which we expected to be part of normal standards.

You constantly have to keep asking for amenities like toilet paper, iron, towels etc.
And a good bar for cocktails at 15th floor with a good view terrace.
And toothbrushes and vanity kits were sold in vending machines in the lobby.

The staff uniforms need to be changed because they are very gloomy.
By the way, it takes a lot of time waiting the elevator.
It didn’t come with those amenities for free like hotels usually do.

I wish there was a more sitting room in main lobby.
Lovely new hotel with great facilities, but not the best location
No facilities what so ever, not even a tour desk

We had to place some bags in storage at reception
Facilities need to check on fridge functionality in the cabinet.
Top floor bar is a nice place to hang out.

The property is elegant, modern, and meticulously maintained.
Water in the hallway is available without limit!
There is also no bottled water available.

For the elegance of the property,
New hotel with five star lobby
Need some tweaks in the interior.

The guy at the door had a straight face and sent us the long way to the mall - all the way round the building, crossing traffic lights and busy roads. We then later found out there was a much shorter and easier way to go.
Since everywhere nearby are not fully open yet, we rely heavily on the shuttle bus and it does come on time and comfy. However, they finish very early, so basically we need to take taxi/uber back every night.
2 MTR stations which requires a bit of walk. There is a hotel shuttle which is very convenient. But to note that once the shuttle is full , you have to wait for the next timing.

However a 10 mim walk to the MTR(Metro). And Uber available in less than 5 mins. The hotel offers a shuttle bus (free of charge) to Airside shopping mall with restaurants and MTR station.
We asked the concierge to order us a car to go to the airport early Aunday morning. They forgot car never turned up. Had to get a taxi.
Wish there is clearer direction from mtr station how to get to the hotel, and if possible have an exit gate open closer to the mtr side.

There’s a lot of construction going on so accessibility to the hotel was inconvenient as our driver had to make a long u-turn to access the entrance.
We struggled to find taxis who knew where the hotel was and we relied a lot on taxis and uber due to the location.
When we arrived to the hotel they said us they have a shuttle bus from subway to the hotel many times a day.

The hotel provides a guest only overpass to go to Kai Tak Stadium and the Sports Park directly which is very convenient.
On a rainy day, it was a great help, allowing me to reach the station in complete comfort without getting wet.
Def take the bus from the airport though - it’s easier taking one bus than 3 train lines and is cheaper.

A little far from the metro, which provides access to the whole city, but the free shuttle is very convenient.
The hotel offers shuttle service but it stops operating at 19:30, making it a hassle to get back after dinner.
There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the metro, and even to AsiaWorld-Expo near the airport.

It’s very convenient to get a taxi at the main entrance, and the location is easy to find.
It's a very good transfer hotel with everything you need to recover of jetlag and board a cruise.
Finally the service lorries are too large to permit a normal passage with a case or travel bag.

Their shuttle service to Kai Tak station/Airside mall and pick up service are so convenient for hotel guests.
Hotel offer free shuttle to airside where you can get the train to wherever you need to go
It is better to contact with the hotel to pick up up at subway station of kai tak.

And Uber available in less than 5 mins. The hotel offers a shuttle bus (free of charge)
So to arrive to the hotel we had to walk about 25 minutes from the subway station.
But need to extend the time, at least till 11pm and no stop throughout the day.

And even not being too close to MTR, has a shuttle with regular connection to it.
Dorset did offer free shuttle bus between 11am to 7pm to Airside mall (MTR station).
You had to Uber a taxi yourself as there is no taxi station

Bus service to airport available right outside the hotel .
Transport - Uber and Taxi services are available easily.
And the shuttle to the mall was very convenient!

I was also very disappointed the pool was closed for the season when I specifically booked a hotel - this roof top one especially- with a pool in my search filter.
If one doesn't want to get wet, he/she needs to pass through the back of house area.
If this is important for your stay I suggest checking to see if it has reopened

Love the pool, it would be great if there is umbrella, it's burning hot in summer.
The rooftop pool happened to be under renovation, but they apologized for it very politely.
Rooftoppool is nice. We couldn't use it the 1st day because of a typhoon warning.

I like the infinity pool the most as you can enjoy the sunset view.
There are no robes for the pool, and your swimsuits will never dry.
The pool staff ignored us when we went to view area.

The time slot for the swimming pool is too short ,
There is not even a proper space for towels nor umbrella.
Unfortunately I didn’t get to see or use the pool.

Pool appear much bigger in the photos than reality.
And the pool on the roof is a highlight!
The view at rooftop pool and bar is stunning.

The fact that the pool closes early )
The pool and bar facilities were good.
The rooftop pool has a magnificent view

The layout of rooftop pool is strange.
Great view from the pool / bar.
The pool is not yet open

Nice infinity pool at rooftop.
The swimming pool super !
La.alberca no se podia usar!

The rooftop pool was closed
The pool is nice
With a nice pool.

Beautiful swimming pool
The pool
& pool.

A restaurant area that was messy disorganised and failed miserably on customer attention when I approached the area - no one cared about me standing at the front desk at all.. restaurant area was messy as best and I would not be inclined to eat here at that stage.
The food is expensive and mediocre. I didn't come to Hong Kong for average European style food which is twice as good and half the price at home, they should embrace local style food.
BUT what a wonderful space it was but obviously current management are unable to manage the space or see the potential of how a proferssionally run restaurant area could be.

As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised that they catered to our dietary needs, even though we hadn’t informed them in advance.
I thought the hotel poorly utilised the availbe space - especially the restaurant area up on Level 2.
Also the bar wasn't open on the Monday I arrived and there wasn't any in-house dining.

I went to buy 2 small espressos to take away and it cost $90. Ridiculous.
You can have dinner in Kowloon or in the shopping malls.
Somewhgat disappointed as I could noyt find the Michelin mentiiojned restaurant.

Food is very carefully prepared, served and at the right temperature.
There’s only one restaurant and one bar in the entire building
It also has a Spanish restaurant at second floor

But you can get a bite to eat
Limited menu in the restaurants. Limited dining options.
Only one restaurant open with Spanish twist

But poor menu and lack of choice.
(also breakfast restaurant extremely cold🥶)
Excellent food with many choises.

And nice roof restaurant
And nice roof restaurant
And restaurant are nice.

Restaurant open only for
Food was good
No habia restaurantes

Dont like how they charge. When you arrive they take your payment on hold. When you leave they take a payment again and tell you the other one will drop out!!!! Its still sitting there in am on holiday and cannot use that money
And I really appreciated that my room was ready almost three hours before the official check‑in time, so I could move in right away. I didn’t have to wait or leave my luggage — I could immediately use the room
Inflexibility with cancellation. We were only 1 day outside cancellation timeline and was wanting changes given our Travelling group from Fiji had 3 day delay due to Cyclone thus affecting travel plans.

Also take note, on the day of check out we received a notice to say the pool would be closed for quite some time for maintenance.
Also we arrived a little too earlier and they didn’t want us to go to our room until 3 pm
Only improvement is that despite requesting in advance, they didn't accommodate an early check in.

Upon check in, tried to make me pay again even though I paid online already.
I understand that the hotel was full, but it should not happen
Night manager sleeping upon check out spent 10 minutes waking him up….

Gave us an early check in to our room.
Early check in and late check out accommodated
And provided a late check out

Check in desk was busy
Check in desk was busy
Asked late check out, none.

Offering early check in

The gym is very good stocked to be a hotel gym.
The gym is very good for a hotel gym.
New gym at second floor with several fitness machines

And the gym was well equipped
And the gym is well equipped
Gym was well-equipped and spacious

Good size gym
Really good gym.
Small gym,
