It was a memorable 50th bday for me coz Acacia upgraded our room to executive plus, there was balloon and bday greeting and complimentary bday cake in the room when we arrived.
We've had a truly pleasant experience at Acacia hotel, thanks to the exceptional service and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
We recently stayed at Acacia Hotel Alabang with my family to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience

We will surely be back again, we love it here and we even got a free upgrade and a complementary cake for my husband's birthday!
As a first-timer, I really couldn't have asked for a better introduction to hotel stays it was genuinely a top-notch experience.
I really appreciate the effort especially the DM who welcomed us and had a little chit chat with us.

Noise level is very quiet since the lobby and rooms are quite away from the main road.
We really had great experience and my family was so comfortable while I'm having my exams..
A very relaxing and affordable staycation in Acacia Hotel during Christmas Holiday in the Philippines.

We also got a complimentary cake and shuttle going back and forth to the hotel.
The Acacia Hotel was a lovely and cozy place for our family to stay.
Thank you Acacia hotel for unforgettable experience celebrating our birthdays with my family.

The entire experience felt very family-friendly and welcoming.

A Highly Recommending Hotel nearby Alabang Town Center.
Ideal location to go shopping at Festival Mall.
I love the ambience of this place.

Staff: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila357 relevant reviews
Staff are consistently described as exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive, and accommodating, with smooth check-in, quick responses, luggage help, shuttle assistance, and thoughtful family support. Repeated praise highlights Edwin, Rommel, Bianca, Micol, and others; staff also handled a medical emergency well. One guest found a lobby cleaner unfriendly and unresponsive.

I'd also want to give my personal thanks to the housekeeping staff as they did their absolute best to keep us happy with a clean room every day for 16 nights.
Thank you Ms. Micol, one of the guest relations officer for accommodating us even before it’s not yet the check in time and for greeting us warmly.
Thanks to front of the hotel staff: Ronald, Edwin, Christian & Yui at the lobby restaurant for making our family vacation one to truly remember.

I want to thank Wilbert from Swimming Pool for making sure we had a great time and for providing us with free water bottles.
She assisted with the booking process and took care of all our specific needs, which really ensured we had the best possible stay.
I will not forget to Thank Gab and Ate Jhen from Housekeeping for making our Room clean and comfortable Althroughout our stay.

Room service was great, very attentive staff, however inconsistent, as some requests made through the phone was not completed or significantly delayed.
She was really helpful and we even did late check out cause I just finished my exam that time late lunch.
Also the Valet/Conceirge Team who always helps me with my transfers and luggage.. Kuya Edwin, Tatay Rey, Kuya Christian, Herjon.

Also, big appreciation to Herjohn (Luggage Assist) for assisting us with our bags smoothly and with a warm smile.
All smiles from the lady at the lobby (I think her name was Pat), as well as the bellboy.
Even while pregnant and on a busy holiday, she remained patient, welcoming, and attentive, which I truly appreciated.

The staff were so kind and approachable that it never felt awkward to ask for anything we needed.
Romart is truly awesome and always goes above and beyond to help me with everything I need.
She even gave us a send-off gift (a delicious slice of cake!) right before we checked out.

Great service, especially from Katrina who checked us in and assisted us and handled our concerns.
Shoutout also to the Acaci staff who surprised me with a cake and birthday song :)
Specially Gwyneth.. She assisted us from our check in until we did our check out.

The Front office people handled the check in fast and they are friendly and nice.
Concierge Staff Aubrey was the one who checked me in and she was very accommodating.
Thank you so much Ms. Katrina for the complimentary pastry, we truly enjoyed it.

Overall, the hotel staff—including the receptionist and Kuya Wilbert, the pool attendant—provides outstanding service.
They didn't do anything even if I call the front desk staff about it.
The staff make our stay enjoyable and even give us a complimentary pastry.

He did not hesitate to help me right away after assisting another guest.
A couple of days after we checked in, a representative of the front desk & a representative of the security staff visited us and offered us a slice of a beautiful and delicious cake to thank us for choosing Acacia Hotel to stay in during our 2-week visit in Manila.
They took good care of me when I got food poisoning or water poisoning I have no idea what type of poison and it was I just know I got really really sick and somebody took care of me and I really appreciate it.

I requested if it's possible they could put a note/greeting card for my mom's birthday but instead they gave us a cake with balloons and it's super duper great, my Mom loves it and wrote a thank you note as well :)
To Kuya Edwin and Kuya Rainier of Concierge and Valet Driver thank you so much for helping us get our car and lending their hands to carry out bags thankyou so much keep up the good work God bless
Everyone was warm and welcoming, and I especially appreciate the personal visit from Mr. Rainier and Ms. Patricia, who kindly brought over a complimentary éclair, such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch that really made my day!

Rooms: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila229 relevant reviews
Rooms are consistently described as spacious, clean, cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, complete amenities, bathtubs, and city views. Repeated drawbacks include aging décor, occasional bathroom stains, odors, frayed towels, inadequate scrubbing, and air-conditioning that is not cold enough or fails late at night. Housekeeping and decoration execution are inconsistent.

The only issue of the hotel is that it is a bit odd - lacking of power sockets, the entire desktop power supply is not working with tape all around it, the aircon auto fan is not working regardless of whatever temperature is set. Some renovation is urgently required.
We booked a twin room and was given a double king, then when we went tell them at reception, they said this is a twin, we told them again it wasn’t and asked to be moved, which they did after we asked several times.
Also, there were numerous times not sure if that was airconditioning system or the refrigerator that suddenly produce loud sound, like closing a squeaky faucet at various random times. Made it a challenge to sleep peacefully, particularly since I am a light sleeper.

I am just not sure if they are consistent cleaning the carpets in rooms because I had a severe allergy once checked in, and really thought it was the dusty carpet.
There’s some lukewarm water at best and there’s a couple of times we had some warmer water in the shower but the pressure was too weak.
I highly appreciate Katrina and the whole team of Acasia for bringing me cake and decorating the room with balloons for my birthday.

I genuinely enjoyed everything about my stay — from the warm hospitality to the excellent service and beautifully maintained rooms.
The room was so nice, clean, huge, beddings was so clean and comfy that I slept like a baby.
I had to put it on a channel with nothing showing to at least make it semi-dark at night.

I stayed at Acacia Hotel Alabang in Room 409 and enjoyed a very great view from the room.
The Refrigerator thermostat is soo loud I jumped out of my skin not knowing what sound it was.
When we got in at night, it's super clean 🙂 All the complimentary stuff were changed too.

The bed is so good however please ensure the blanket thicker as the air conditioner was superb.
The thoughtful birthday arrangement in the room for my son – balloons and a beautiful view!
One note is I prefer the rooms to be more well lit and the bathroom.

We had to ask for robes and or towels nearly daily then just gave up.
The TV worked, but there was no control to turn it off at night.
The room was huge (more than 50 sqm), clean and close to perfection.

Restroom during quaranten need a tools to clean up rugs and hand towel
Acacia is a beautiful hotel with a modern vibe and spotless cleanliness.
There was no hot or even very warm water in the shower.

Can't get enough of how the bed is so soft and comfortable.
Everything was neat and organized, which added to the peaceful atmosphere.
The bathroom has separate shower and bath tub (which is rare).

The room, though not the newest, was clean and comfortable.
Hot water shower should be basic feature in any hotel.
We were assigned 5th floor room with nice city view.

The rooms were big, exquisitely furnished, and spotlessly clean.
The room I was in had a comfortable bed.
The sound was round the clock the whole night.

Location: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila134 relevant reviews
Acacia Hotel is repeatedly praised for its central, walkable Alabang location near Festival Mall, ATC, Commerce Center, Westgate, restaurants, parks, offices, and public transport, with shuttle service to Alabang Town Center. Guests mention pleasant greenery and views, while recurring drawbacks include loud neighboring entertainment, occasional parking across the street, and Festival Mall feeling slightly distant.

The location is perfect because its near Festival mall, Commerce, Ayala Town Center, Westgate, nice restaurants, and central park where we can just walk or have a run, and even do picnic.
While staying at the Acacia Hotel was ideal for me, being adjacent to my company’s offices, it was also central enough to allow my wife to explore through the day.
The location and the staff, very good centralised location close enough to the local amenities, yet set in a quiet area that gives peace and quiet of an evening.

The location - is near south supermarket, literally at its side, Mcdo and Jollibee are across the hotel and the Starbucks Reserve is just a block away.
Two restaurants on the ground floor, with Wildflour just across the street within walking distance, along with McDonald’s and Jollibee for those who prefer fast food.
The exceptional customer service, combined with the hotel's ideal location near the mall, restaurants, and parks, makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay with easy access to convenience stores and restaurants like Westgate Acacia is the place to go!
The hotel is not so far from Festival Filinvest mall and Alabang Town Centre, where you can have different choices for your dinner too.
There are so many fun things to do around the hotel and because of the lake close by, it is always breezy weather.

Though its near to some malls, there is a shuttle van that can bring us and fetch us back to the hotel.
Last but not the least, many nice and cosy small restaurants are right across the street, with a special mention to WildFlour.
The hotel is also located on a good location as there are shops and restaurants you can go to within the vicinity.

There were many restaurants, of various types, in the area in addition to a large mall and a hospital.
Mind you, I'm on 12th floor and I could hear the noise all the way up there.
Within walking distance of Filinvest City Central Park, though there are some beggars in the area.

The place was really busy that day since there were several events going on.
We even saw a fireworks display in the view which was so nice!
Good for location but some facilities need a bit of repair and maintenance

The place was nice and very accessible to nearby places and establishments.
Close to the ATC Mall, the Festival Mall and the Commerce Mall.
There were a lot of fast food restaurants around the hotel too.

Couldn’t sleep each night due to the entertainment centre next door.
So you will have plenty of choices where you can dine.
Festival Mall is nearby but slightly too far to walk.

Nearby to eateries, supermarket and walking distance to festival mall.
Acacia hotel is conveniently located across Westgate in Alabang.
Cleanliness, and the ambiance of this hotel is excellent.

I truly like the location of Acacia hotel.
I like that it’s very accessible to everything.
7 min walk to the festival mall

Breakfast: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila97 relevant reviews
Breakfast is repeatedly praised for its extensive, fresh, tasty buffet, including Filipino dishes, desserts, beef tapa, sushi, and many choices. Service is attentive even when busy, but weekend crowds are common. Criticisms include bland or disappointing coffee, occasional cold or overcooked food, repetitive or insufficient options, and limited suitability for Western or pork-free diets.

Just a small mishap about the maple syrup at the breakfast buffet that have gotten a long piece of hair strand (happened twice) though I suggested to the chef who changed it, that it is much more appropriate to just keep the syrup on its original container or might as well change the bowl into something covered like perhaps a jar with a lid.
I was prepared to pay the extra 4 people who were with me for the breakfast at the hotel but was told at the breakfast reception that the booking I made didn't include breakfast.
It was disappointing because I was looking forward to breakfast that I was ready to share with my friends and family in the US that this is a good hotel.

Yes you do have to queue at breakfast if you're not early, but the breakfast team were clearly doing the best they could with the limited space and personnel available.
The buffet spread is always impressive, with a great selection that includes delicious cheeses, premium ham, and even taho, which adds a nice local touch.
Maybe more room for the breakfast dining area because during our stay there are lots of people that we were placed closer to others. No privacy.

Where I asked the server if I could request for some special food for my baby during our breakfast buffet in the next day.
I drink it black, but it comes out with a bit of froth and it’s just the right temperature to start enjoying right away.
There are plenty of choices but I was expecting some pinoy bfast staples like tapa or tocino, instead I had teriyaki chicken for brekkie.

On our first day there, we were seated there at 9:30 am (they serve breakfast from 6-10 am), the food and coffee were cold.
They attempted to get me to go have breakfast while they made sure it was ready, I don’t want breakfast, I want my room.
Good selection with breakfast, but I wish they could do something with the toaster as the bread always got stuck at the end.

Breakfast is suck, same everyday and not fresh especially sushi which some has been keep in refrigerator and back to recycle.
But overall, I had a good carpet specially in the mornings when it's time for buffet breakfast.
Breakfast buffet was also so good they had great selections even outside of your usual breakfast.

Machine was out of order so we were given the one from the stainless container
Food in the buffet was also great; the number of options were not too overwhelming.
Breakfast was a large selection of anything you could possibly feel like, which was impressive.

Staff were very attentive to our needs. We were properly escorted to our table.
The next morning Yui called us early to remind of our breakfast buffet.
I specifically asked Staff if the booking I made via Booking.com includes breakfast.

I am a coffee snob and the coffee was quite good.
The breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of choices.
The breakfast buffet variety was adequate and not overwhelmingly good.

The breakfast buffet was great —fresh, varied, and delicious.
The morning breakfast buffet is really tasty and good
Sitting for breakfast is too close and congested.

Libre din ang bagets sa breakfast buffet.
Should have variety of food for breakfast.
The buffet breakfast were extremely good.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila64 relevant reviews
Check-in and check-out are usually smooth, fast, and friendly, with repeated praise for staff assistance and flexible early or late checkout. However, some guests experienced rooms not being ready, delays of 30–60 minutes, slow checkout, keycard problems, unexpected or duplicate charges, and security-deposit discrepancies requiring clarification.

I booked for 3 De Luxe King rooms. 2 rooms were ready and I was told the other room is yet to be prepared and was told it'll be ready in 30 mins and that the key will be brought to one of the rooms.
They charged $200 for 4 night stay and once I checked out, they said it may take a few days before they return the money back to the guest upon confirming that nothing was damaged in the room.
My arrival was 4 AM so I booked and paid for that day so after 24 hours of transit I had a place to go when I got there.

Initial Check-In they wanted to put me at the same room the last time they gave me 307/308 which was super noisy with the swinging doors and pool nearby.
We asked for housekeeping on our second day when we went out for a concert but when we came back, our room wasn't cleaned which was a bummer.
My assistant had arranged all the details beforehand, so the staff already knew who I was when I arrived, made me feel taken care of right away.

I just asked Ms Yvone if she could give us a deluxe room, non smoking with 2 beds, and if we could check in early.
Sum up total 3 night stay is PHP 20,000 but when check in front desk said total PHP 30,000 without tax, add up about PHP37,500.
An hour before check-out time, we received another phone call reminding us of our check-out time or if we wanted to extend our stay.

Overall, still thankful because we were given time for a late check out that we had time to rest and sleep a little bit.
Even the check out was just as smooth as when we check in, Anne helped us and also ask for a shuttle service.
A huge thank you to Katrina and Romart who both went above and beyond to ensure our early check-in was smooth and hassle-free.

However, it took almost an hour and wouldn't have been resolved had I not called downstairs to ask if the room was ready.
We were in a hurry to settle down as my family is attending an event at the same hotel which starts at 5pm.
They double charge me, first i paid during my check in and charge again before the check out with the same amount

I told her of we can do early check in cause we went there early because there is typhoon that time.
Housekeeping didn’t come to your room until very late in the afternoon or they don’t come until you ask them to.
I’d like to commend Katrina for a fast check-in, worry kami since yung sa iba matagal, baka samin matagalan din.

Arrived earlier than the usual check in time but Ms. Micol still allowed and accommodated us for the check in.
Checking in was seamless, they allowed early check in without additional charges since our flight came in earlier than expected.
We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time because we needed to get ready for the church wedding nearby.

We even did late check out cause I just finished my exam that time late lunch.
Thank you so much Ms. Micol for allowing us to have an early check in
I made an arguement to front desk which i print from booking stated total PHP20,000.

Checking in took time, which was expected when everybody arrives at the same time.
Thank you Patricia from the guest services for accommodating us on our check-in.
Thank you for the kindness of Gwyneth as she processed our check-in.

Only to be told later on that the reservation was indeed legitimate.
From check in til check out, the service was fantastic.
Thank you, Bianca for assisting me with the check ins.

Facilities: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila56 relevant reviews
Guests frequently praise the spacious, luxurious-feeling lobby, cleanliness, housekeeping, pool, spa, gym, and convenient amenities. Recurring concerns involve aging facilities, leaking showers that make floors slippery, unreliable elevators, faulty sockets and gym equipment, crowded or poorly controlled pool areas, and occasional pest, water, lighting, and maintenance problems.

Safe and clean, except SAT & SUN my stays Lift was super busy in the afternoon 4th Lift was out of order, I was forced to use the stairs which needs cleaning and smells, the ground floor by the fire exit was full of trash unsafe if there’s a real emergency occurred anytime.
Wifi : 9/10 - We had some issues since the first wifi code only worked for 1 device. But they provided another code for other devices. Speed was fine.
The pool was a bit disappointing as due to its nature of not having a door access code, it’s a free for all so it’s always occupied by people.

The next day of our stay while taking a bath, the water turned brown which I believe was caused by where they stored them (could be water tank).
The facility of the hotel needs maintenance, showers are leaking so the whole bathroom floor is slippery, air condition is low, gym equipment is rusty and very old
However, some parts of the room do look like they have seen better days and that I believe is ok as long as it is clean.

For example, we had to request for room service to bring up an extension box because the work table's socket set-up wasn't working.
There was also an excellent selection of drinks and snacks in the mini bar and a good selection of toiletries available, all hotel-branded.
There is an artificial grass area, but it was occupied by a few smokers, making the space unpleasant due to the smell.

The lobby was very spacious, clean, and it was great to have a nice cup of coffee and water available.
The key fob inside the elevators were not reliable, twice the elevator took me to the top floor without stopping.
The rooms are clean and you get amenities like an iron box and table, bath robe and room slippers.

The shower screen wasn't a tight fit, resulting in some water leaking out every time we would use it.
In our room we had a big fridge with no items and there were no coffee in the room.
Price in booking should be included all taxes but front desk said "NO" need to paid extra 25%.

The Soup was served but it would have been better served HOT -- it was LUKEWARM at best.
The carpet seemed old and there was a vacuum cleaner left on the hallway unattended for quite sometime.
I remember the place really good years back but doesn’t look like it has been maintained properly.

At the party, I later learned that everything that were served were from the Hotel.
Must have a pest control before the event or a time-to-time pest control.
They are very strict in following masks guidelines in lieu of the pandemic.

The Acaci Buffet area gets very crowded and busy during the weekend.
Nice ambiance and lack of lights but so far was good
But some facilities need a bit of repair and maintenance

A beautiful open and decorated lobby with alot of seating.
The hotel atmosphere feels luxurious without being overwhelming.
Maybe some of the appliances are out dated.

The children’s pool was occupied by adults.
The power point is universal type.
Towels are brownish and worn out.

Restaurant: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila42 relevant reviews
Guests frequently praise the varied, high-quality food at Acaci and Luk Foo Palace, including buffets, seafood, Chinese dishes, and Peking Duck, along with attentive personalized service. The hotel’s multiple dining venues are convenient. Recurring criticisms include slow food service and notably poor brewed coffee, while some guests found restaurant and breakfast food disappointing or expensive.

When we ate in the amazing Luk Foo Palace restaurant, Lyndon was an unbelievable host who carves a Peking Duck like an artist, thank you Lyndon, I'll be back, so amazing 👏 😋
We had dinner in the hotel’s Chinese restaurant and since we were the only people in that section of the restaurant we had plenty of privacy and enjoyed our meal and tea.
Thanks to Ms. Nelice and her team for giving a great job for taking care of us while we were at the restaurant handling our orders with excellent service.

Our family had fun talking about how slow the service and how bad the coffee was, but if you could improve on those areas, that would be awesome!
It’s also very convenient to have restaurants and cafes within the hotel, plus a rooftop bar for when we want something a bit more elevated.
The foo was amazing and absolutely loved it, their luk foo fried rice, spicy shrimp, and chicken lemon was definitely worth a try.

But if you are not in the mood to dine out, there's Luk Foo and a cafe in the ground floor.
...the next morning, we had a buffet breakfast and the food selections were great, however the brewed coffee tasted so bad.
Of course, you can also enjoy the delicious food at their restaurant, which is perfect for a romantic dinner.

Cha, the main attendant to our dinner in Acaci restaurant was very efficient and thoughtful on our team dinner.
The Mongolian station was good and there was also Grilled Squid as well as Large Shrimps and Mussels.
They have an amazing customer service, especially Ms. Nelice, she was the one assisting us that night.

Would have been good to have a separate bar in the lobby for just drinks.
Mark Levosada makes my dining special with his personal touch just like a host!
Dinning in at Luk Foo Palace for my birthday this month was absolutely superb.

Staff was very accommodating to our requests of col drinks and brewed coffee.
Kudos to all especially to Dave who looked after our table.
The food in the restaurant and breakfast were not really good.

I like this big area of hotel cooking meal is good
Fast becoming our family’s favorite restaurant in the Alabang area.
There are various restaurants inside and outside of the hotel.

There was Salmon Sashimi as well as Ebi Tempura.
Will definitely come back again and is highly recommended.
Great and delicious foods with lots of different choices.

We enjoyed our stay here at Acaci Restaurant.
The service at this restaurant is excellent!
💯 server giecell is very accommodating.

Breakfast is good esp corned beef
The food served at Acaci.
Excellent Chinese Restaurant in South

Pool: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila27 relevant reviews
The pool is popular with families, especially children, and offers kiddie and adult areas, attentive staff—particularly Wilbert—clean facilities, good service, views, and often a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. Recurring drawbacks include cold water, a small pool, limited shade, excessive chlorine or cleanliness concerns, expensive pool food, and a suggestion for longer hours.

My kids absolutely love the pool and spend most of their time there, which makes the stay even more special for us as a family.
The pool area was pristine and peaceful, unfortunately I was not able to take advantage due to my short stay.
Hmm, its not that I don't like it, perhaps extending the pool hours until around 10 PM would be better?

The amenities are also great as they have a kiddie pool and a pool for adults.
The pool, too much chlorine and the water of the pool is not that clean
We also checked out the pool and gym—ang linis, and not crowded at all.

It was comfortable with play areas for kids or a deep end for adults.
Wilbert in the pool attended us closely specially the needs of the kids.
The pool isn't the largest, but it has a great view of Alabang.

Hotel Pool - Too small that guests are feeling awkward when sharing it
The pool attendant his name is Wilbert was extremely accommodating and friendly.
You can unwind by the swimming pool and enjoy the view.

We also enjoyed the pool though it was very cold.
There was a staff to watch over and provide towels.
We also enjoy our night time swimming in the pool.

We always end up having so much fun together.
The pool has a fantastic view and excellent service.
The pool guy wilbert is great and very attentive

The attendants at the pool area are very attentive.
Food available in the pool is so expensive lol.
Pool water is too cold for my liking.

Great pool and gym, these facilities are free.
Our children enjoy the pool so much
The pool attendant, Wilbert, is very accommodating.

Of course, nag-enjoy ang bagets sa pool.
Nice pool nearby other restaurants and cafe's
And the pool area has less shade.

I went shortly to the pool.
Pool and gym are clean.
Perfect for relaxing.

Transport: What guests say
View Acacia Hotel Manila15 relevant reviews
Guests frequently praise Edwin’s courteous, safe valet and driving service, plus complimentary shuttles to nearby malls. However, shuttle schedules can be erratic, with one airport pickup delayed over an hour. The hotel’s distance from the airport and Manila, along with costly or unavailable Grab rides, can make transport inconvenient.

Utilizing Grab, a popular taxi service, requires a SkyPass, and a one-way trip can cost nearly 700 pesos – a significant expense to factor in when considering this hotel.
Tried to try my Luck to contact Mr Romart employee of Acacia Hotel if hotel shuttle can pick us up and Yes they really did.
We arranged for return airport transfer and the Airport Pickup was delayed, and we had to wait for over an-hour for the transport.

Edwin is an Excellent Driver!!! We were safely transported to acacia and snr on a rainy day.
The car was clean, the drive was smooth, and he handled everything with patience and kindness.
No Grab accepted our booking for more than an hour at from 10pm to 11pm

They also have shuttle services going to and from Alabang Town Center and Festival Mall.
The hotel's distance from both the airport and Manila city adds another layer of inconvenience.
The driver, Kuya Edwin is very accommodating and the whole ride is very chill.

The only thing I like was the free shuttle service but slow at times.
I had an excellent experience with our driver kuya Edwin from Acacia Hotel.
The shuttle services from the hotel to nearby establishments have an erratic sched.

I like the free shuttle service going to and from nearby malls.
Truly outstanding service—thank you for making our stay even better!
It was unfortunate that we waited an hour for nothing.

The process was smooth and hassle-free from drop-off.
Meron pang la free shuttle around alabang area.
Definitely convenient, especially during busy times.

Convenient shuttle service to the malls.
Shuttle service to shopping was good.
They need to fix their system.

Great valet service of Edwin.
Thanks to Edwin fast response.
Free commute to nearby malls.

We booked a grab instead.
Will use again!
Almost missed dinner.

We had a hard time looking for a parking slot, and there was no one to assist us.
I like the parking area, there was a bit of smell but it is tolerable.
There was a seminar when we checked in, and the parking area was packed.

Not that i dont like it, but The parking is a bit small.
Would like to commend Edwin who assisted us with the valet parking.
Some guests had to park in the open parking across the street.

There is also an elevator from parking to lobby.
Our car got some scratches on the parking lot
Parking : 7/10 - Eliminate the bad odor.

Their parking area needs improvement though.
Parking was free and plenty.
Parking is always full

Parking space is decent
Parking was crazy.

Gym is old but still very good , need one equipment for leg press to be added and everything will be perfect
Great hotel amenities, such as a well equip gym-I know because I am a gym rat.
Stayed at the gym for more than an hour but it was not refilled.

We also checked out the pool and gym—ang linis, and not crowded at all.
There was no water and I asked for a refill.
However, I was honestly disappointed with the gym service.

Get a great workout at the fitness center.
Great pool and gym, these facilities are free.
We enjoyed the amenities esp. the gym.

Pool and gym are clean.
Perfect for relaxing.
Gym was so-so.

The spa facility is a bonus because I just came back from World Cup in Qatar so the massage was excellent
Or truly indulge with a massage at the spa to fully relax.
The Spa service is above average, with real and well trained masseuses.

May spa din sila, though di namin na try this time.
I also love the spa & salon, they are wonderful.
They have spa services for in-room and til midnight.

They definitely know their job...
Spa is clean, great therapist
Spa & Salon is great!

Next time for sure.
