We were there for only a night and they upgraded us to a suite as well as waived our incidental fee since our stay was so short.

I wanted to try different hotel to treat my family for staycation, I wish I just spent all of our stay over here.

We would still recommend it to friends and family and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Philippines.

Special mention to Aaron Zak at the reception, as well as Brandon and Denver who provide the evening service.

The property itself is very large, so there is not much need to leave for relatively short stays.

The hotel is elegant and you can feel its luxury as soon as you enter the main entrance.

It was a luxurious stay best for families and friends alike, truly a home away from home.

We love the bath tub and the soaking salts provided plus the free, daily replenished mini bar.

A casino is a central element of the complex and is not a perk for all.

I really like the hotel cleanliness and staff and convenience of restaurants nearby in the casino;

It's a great property, but might not be a prime location for exploring Manila itself.

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in since I started traveling again in 2023.

Our stay at COD has been AMAZING, the staff, and property gets 5 STARS!

Also, shout out to whoever did the interiors, because this hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

It was a pleasant stay and definitely will come back for another respite.

If I am ever in Manila again, we will be staying at COD!

Comfort, luxury, cleanliness, space, decor, breakfast buffet, and above all, the staff.

Apart from the bad waiting experience in Haliya, our stay was wonderful.

The place is super clean and all the Staff are super friendly.

Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was very helpful in meeting our travel needs, they scheduled a large van for us and gave us a wake up call before we were going to depart, and picked up our luggage and brought it down to the van and loaded it for us.

The service there was also amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful they showed us all the features of the room and we even had free butler service for any needs that we had.

The butler even placed me on the guest list for Chaos- the club connected to the hotel- but I already payed when my little son relayed to me the message.

I want to shout out the staff at the front desk (including Miss Lou), the staff at the concierge, housekeeping, pest control, and room service staff.

And the staff are all nice , kind and so approachable specially the staff at the reception , excellent manager , thank you so much 👌

We were also assigned a butler during our stay who was very helpful in introducing the hotel and its amenities to us.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations and the staff really did everything to ensure our stay was as good as possible.

They made sure my family had a great stay and made things much more convenient and comfortable for us.

I really like that they went out 1,000% to fix it and make sure we were all right.

Once the hotel staff found out it was my daughter's birthday they sent a cake to our room.

I really appreciated that they went all out to address the issue and take care of us.

The staff was very helpful with getting us to the correct building and other questions we had.

We appreciated the hospitality of each staff.

The room was amazing with over 1200 square feet, a huge living room, with a really big bedroom and restroom facilities that were better then any room I have ever stayed in.

There was a little problem in the bathroom door as the water will leak from there while you are taking a shower and the bath rug is soaked.

We got a room that's on the same floor as the pool which was convenient considering we were with our 3 year old.

When we arrived we found out that we had been upgraded from our Crown Deluxe double queen to a Crown Premiere Suite.

Really appreciate the freebies in the room and nespresso coffee in the room was much better than the breakfast;

Bed is top notch and so comfortable - slept like no other and I travel 90% in business.

We loved the room we stayed in, from its cleanliness to the comfort of the bed.

I loved the giant bath tub for relaxing after a nice shower in the rainfall shower.

I was upgraded to premier suite and the complementary bar is free of charge.

We were pleasantly surprised to be given a free upgrade to their Premiere Suite.

A beautiful hotel with probably the best bed I have ever stayed in.

We had the Premier King room and it was sooo beautiful and spacious!

Even the showers are hot and strong and extra large quality towels.

There was a problem with the bidet which produces a noisy sound

The bed was too soft and the quality of the bedsheets poorer.

I wish I had been able to enjoy it for longer.

The room itself was clean, n'espresso coffee machine, large comfy beds.

The breakfast included in the price was served at the table (no buffet in this hotel) with really limited number of items available cost-free within the menu (either bread or fruits, either coffee or juice etc).

I also expected a good buffet for a Forbes 5 star hotel instead you get Hyatt buffet (very poor compared to Peninsula/ Shangrila or Marriott) or Ala carte in the pool restaurant.

We also loved the free breakfast buffet on the ground floor, though it's a bit of a walk from Nuwa—you have to cross through the casino to get to the café.

Our reservation includes buffet breakfast, but when we went down to eat, the foods for breakfast are not serve in buffet, instead you have to order from menu.

Not all the stalls were open, and the breakfast we had, for example, had no sweets or desserts section at all.

Either to eat in Hyatt Regency which is a buffet or in their Restaurant 1st floor, which is ALA CARTE.

We thought the food will be on the table and we can select what we want to eat.

The waiter told us they don't serve buffet breakfast from Monday to Thursday, only from Friday to Sunday.

But, this is such a small dislike and disappears completely when you take in all that’s good.

After staying in other 5 star hotels, their Breakfast in Nuwa is disappointing.

Breakfast was ala carte instead of buffet breakfast and takes time to prepare;

I suggest that buffet breakfast must be available any day of the week.

The ambience setting for the breakfast which was cozy, friendly, personal and warm

The hyatt hotel breakfast was great (unlike in grand hyatt bgc lol).

The buffett breakfasts at the Hyatt and Nobu were excellent, amazing food.

You have to go through the casino to get to breakfast

I have had better buffet breakfasts, but it was passable.

There’s two options for their breakfast.

They Hyatt breakfast was OK.

Food was good though!

Breakfast was ok.

We went once and couldn’t take it so for two night stay we made sure we stayed away and eat at Nobu and Hilaya which were not directly on the casino floor.

Convenient to the airport though and not terribly far from other areas if you don't mind taking a short taxi ride.

Overall a fun experience, the centre could use a food court, some form quick easy food especially for hungry children!

The location is ok, but not great, being within a short drive to Mall of Asia and the airport.

Have shuttle bus service to Mall of Asia to catch some quick lunch or dinner and some convenient shopping.

To get to the restaurants, you need to walk to the casino floor which is a smoking floor.

The reason is we have baby with us and not allowed to cross in the casino.

Location wise is convenient for me, easy access to my working place and to the airport.

Adjacent to casino, Nobu, Crystal Dragon restaurants, and within 10 mins walk from Alaya malls.

We need to ride the cable when we visit the shop like the dreamplay.

Also nice that the hotel's location is very convenient and close to many malls.

What I don't like is that we cannot directly go to the shop.

There is not a lot to do in the immediate area

Less than 15 minutes to airport or convention centre.

Fabulous spot not too far from the airport.

Walked through to the Casino and numerous restaurants.

Accessibility to MOA, the Seaside, and Ayala Manila.

Relaxing place

The only negative review for this Hotel is you can't bring outside food and drinks and they're pretty strict with the toys you're bringing in for you kids.

Outside food isnt allowed. Its quite inconvenient when you just want to stay in your room with takeout food of ypur choosing.

My safe didn’t work and they said they would fix it the next day and never showed.

There should also be a late night after-hours for cocktails and socializing given the area.

Everything, from the facility to the staff and to the service, everything was perfect.

The pool, like most hotels, should be open 24 hrs in my opinion.

Inconvenience of everything having to pass through the X-ray before entering Hotel.

Exceptionally clean, modern, beautiful grounds, wonderful pool hot tub area, great restaurants.

I didn’t like walking through the metal detector every time I entered.

I had to empty pockets while a glum lady ushered me through.

Smokey smell in lobby due to cigarettes emanating from casino.

When we were staying at a similar hotel in Bangkok, when we had an evening flight, we were offered check-out but we were still able to use the hotel amenities, such as the pools.

This wasn't possible here. Even though the pool was empty, we were informed that the only option was a late check-out, which cost us the equivalent of half a night's stay.

I stayed for two nights, but on the first day after checking in, I went out for dinner and when I returned, there were signs that someone had entered the room.

The next day there were also signs of entry, and although they had tidied things up in what they thought was a helpful way, it only made me feel distrustful.

There was initially an issue with payment method via Booking, but this was resolved via message and when I showed up on the property.

When we actually checked in at Crown Towers, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a free upgrade to their Premiere Suite.

The only initial hiccup was the machine to swipe my VISA international travel card took some time to recognise the authorization

The one who handled the check-in was just so accommodating and even gave me free check out extension.

Nothing much, just that they didn’t explain that the extended check-out time requires a reactivation of my keycards.

Be careful if trying to use a banking card that serves as both a debit and credit card.

I thought it was strange that someone would enter the room besides for cleaning.

The issue was resolved, but communication could have been better.
