Ascott Makati is repeatedly praised for friendly, outstanding service, a convenient Makati location, spacious apartment-style rooms, kitchen and washer-dryer facilities, strong value, security, and suitability for families, business trips, and extended stays. However, several reviews describe the property and bathrooms as dated and needing a facelift, while the restaurant is considered basic.

One thing that I feel needs to be addressed by your IT staff is to fix the problem we had of your system allowing us to become members and ability to access by our electronic devices.
The price for our family of 4 was just a bit lower than the price of a full 5 star hotel nearby- which was better quality than the Ascott.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and the upgrade when first staying there was a great feature to want us to stay again and ultimately become a member.

We have stayed in Ascott Makati every single time we go on vacation to Philippines and will always do in the future.
Despite being located in an area with loads of other hotels nearby, Ascott is competitive in a good way
The fact that you can see it is old and in need of a total renovation.

Courteous reception and staff…room is clean even though the furniture and room deco were old.
This is my second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint!
I recommend staying here and I will be back myself in the future.

Ascott Makati is the top hotel i stayed for the last 10 years.
Overall it was great and would recommend it to family and friends.
My stay at the Ascott Makati was comfortable and enjoyable overall.

The Ascott is a fantastic 5 star hotel in Makati.
We have a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!
Recommend this property for families especially great with young kids.

This is our second time staying with Ascott Markati.
The security for the whole hotel was excellent.
Pleasant stay , nothing really outstanding about it.

Highly recommended, will not fail to visit again!
I'll be back there sooner versus later.
Additionally, the ambiance was cozy and peaceful.

We dream of returning one day soon.
I cannot rate this property highly enough.
Defintely not a 5 star hotel

None I had a great stay
Our stay was restful and joyful.
The stay itself was decent.

Close to shops and restaurants.
Great hotel for the money.
Very dated, obsolete bathroom

Staff: What guests say

Staff are consistently praised for warm, professional, attentive and accommodating service across reception, dining, housekeeping, security and concierge. Edward, Dean, Gelo, Ryan and others receive repeated personal commendations; Edward remembered coffee preferences and helped an elderly guest. One review wanted staff more proactive and less distracted.

Upon leaving the breakfast, we tried to address the problem with CANDICE the obvious team leader of the restaurant who proceeded to fob us off by thanking us out loud as if we were complimenting them on a job well done.
The warm welcome from the staff, I always felt home every time I stayed here in Ascott and it’s so nice that the staff always recognise me when I come back.
From the moment you enter the hotel to every breakfast and every interaction with any employee, you feel welcomed and cared for...as we stayed for two weeks.

Jimmy at Mesclun Cafe has made our last day truly special, his sincere service and smile made our last breakfast at the hotel truly memorable.
He constantly checks on us to make sure we have everything we need and even sends different kinds of food to our table.
Jona and Cathy assist greatly with the amazing restaurant downstairs, making sure my workmates are always taken care of and eat well.

Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and the front desk was always ready to assist with directions, dining recommendations, or booking transportation.
We’ve only been here for 2 days but have been impressed by the level of hospitality we’ve received so far.
I had an incident with a staff member approaching me at the breakfast buffet to address me for wearing slipper.

Every time you look at them, they have the smile in their faces, I felt welcomed in this hotel.
This experience made us want to come back at this hotel on our next trip to the Philippines.
The staff - from door staff to reception and restaurant- all very good ! breakfast staff so friendly

Jimmy, who greeted us each morning at breakfast, stood out with his kindness, professionalism, and joyful spirit.
Very Accomodating Staffs- They allowed my stay extension with the same rate as per my first booking
Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so cared for and at home.

Staff especially at breakfast restaurant makes every effort to make sure you are satisfied with breakfast.
The location and the friendly staff are what keep me coming back to this hotel.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the team on the entrance door.

The manager really needs to have a talk with Charlene about her abrasive attitude.
They didnt even bother to update us that there was no extra bed available!
He often asks what we’d like and thoughtfully sends fruits to our table.

The staff initially said they can't do anything as it's booked with booking.com.
From the outset, we were impressed by the exceptional service we received.
The staff are doing their best to serve you and your preferences.

Thank you for having such a wonderful member of your team!
So my wife called the operator and asked what chanel should we input since the screen keeps on saying no signal, so the operator told my wife SORRY TO SAY MA'AM BUT THE SKY CABLE IS NOT YET ON SERVICE JUST TODAY BUT MAYBE WITHIN THE DAY THE SERVICE WILL RESTORE!
From the concierge, where Jun taught me how to use Grab, to the security team, including Archie and Jones, and the exceptional staff at Mesclun, including Kenneth, Dana, the egg chef Pau, Jon, Raniel, and the remarkable kitchen crew, everyone demonstrated exceptional service and support.

Room service took no less than two minutes, all questions were answered in a clear way, and when we had a medical emergency, they were quick to order us a car service so that we could be at the ER in under 10 minutes.
The fact that I have requested to wave my booking as my booking was no restrictions until after 3 days if my date and booking.com sent a message to Ascot but ascot has no gut to reply infact they just ignored the request.
The receptionist guy who wear eyeglasses .. he kept on promising to call us to transfer room but u need to follow up multiple times and go back to the reception .. and he didn’t give us room option despite the availability

Location: What guests say

Exceptional central Makati location, directly connected to Glorietta and linked to Landmark, Greenbelt, SM Makati, and One Ayala, with extensive shopping, dining, groceries, and transport within walking distance. The area feels safe and is 15–30 minutes from the airport, but mall renovations caused congestion, construction noise, confusing access, and difficult lobby drop-off.

The hotel is also accessible to malls which is a plus points for us you can just go down and go directly to mall if you want to just have a walk.
I particularly liked the location, super convenient for getting around (going to the airport or to BGC) but especially because there was a mall and several restaurants nearby.
We love the location, It's only a short journey from the airport in Manila traffic, Very close to Greenbelt and many other shopping options, lots of restaurants too.

I would stay in this hotel again, due to the convenience of everything in close proximity for my needs, shopping and dining.
We used Grab to visit other places like SM Mall of Asia and Greenhill, therefore the location suited us.
Location was great, right at Glorietta 4 entrance. Lots of shopping and food options in the many malls.

If you want to be in the CBD of Makati then Ascott is the place to stay in.
The best thing is the hotel was close to a lot of places we wanted to go
And then a room facing the construction site, that was of course great for this price.

Great shopping facilities with lots of restaurants available for different types of food within your doorstep.
It is important to note that the Metro Manila traffic congestion can be a challenge.
Loved that there’s 4 mall options downstairs with a lot of variety of restaurants.

Location wise, the hotel is perfect, the hotel is right next to the mall.
Very convenient and good value for money compared to others in the area.
It is very accessible to the mall and everything’s with in our reach.

Great location, excellent quality and felt luxurious in a lot of ways.
Amazing location if you want to shop! Walk to numerous shopping centres.
We liked that it was very accessible to shopping and dining.

They kept us almost 2 hours to wait for our room.
Location is great right on top of Glorietta, SM & Greenbelt.
Lots of things to do and eat around the area.

Love this hotel because of its location and awesome staff
Bgc’s Ascott hotel is so much better than makati one.
Accessible to all locations like food, entertainment and transportation.

Location. Right at the heart of Makati's shopping district.
Location is great - malls are very accessible.
Fine located hotel for short stay in Manila.

Ascott Makati has the best location and amenities.
Beautiful hotel in great location with nice amenities.
Amazing hotel in the heart of Makati

Rooms: What guests say
View Ascott Makati344 relevant reviews
Suites are repeatedly praised as exceptionally spacious, clean, comfortable, and home-like, with full kitchens, washer/dryers, living areas, storage, and effective blackout curtains. Recurring concerns include musty odors, dated decor and dusty furnishings, occasional drainage problems, tiny bathrooms, and beds that can feel too small; room changes resolved some odor complaints.

Bathroom was probably worst for me and definitely need some renovation work - dirty grout, broken toilet seat (sorted with a call to the guest service), shower curtain instead of screen (personal preference).
I was sneezing non stop when I was holding your throw pillows and I can see dust where the tv is located..and we just arrived that day..
The sink under the kitchen was really smelly and should be looked at, because it's not healthy for anyone who stays in the room.

Room I was moved to was so dirty that window dusty, including the nightstand wherein you can write your name in the dust.
The shower door does not close properly, the toilet in the first floor has a broken seat, and no soap at all!
Even after informing the front desk the first time and them telling housekeeping they were still not cleaned/replaced the next day!

I love how Ascott designs their rooms to be homey yet still make you feel like you’re on a vacation.
We were told that we’re upgraded but the new room has no bathtub compared to what i originally booked.
The rooms are a bit old now and you can see some wall designs starting to wear off.

The furniture in the room needs thorough dusting, and the carpet needs to be shampooed / steam cleaned.
Rooms are very outdated and no longer look like a 5 star hotel compare to other hotels.
Someone was able to change rooms for us but still the rooms smell wet and smelly.

The aircon temperature regulator DOES NOT WORK (preset to 66F, kind of too cold for me).
Beautiful area and 3 bedroom 4 bathroom with maid quarters in the heart of Makati.
A bit outdated and not as furbished as other 5 star hotels in the vicinity.

Wi-Fi around the room was accessible, however, there was poor connectivity in the restroom.
When I arrived (around 4-4:30pm), I was told the bed is a king bed.
If you left something on the room cant found in the list and found

Air-conditioning is working fine but we had a very minor inconvenience with the thermostat.
Also I asked for a pool view but I had the city view.
Also, the cleaning staff would not clean the room unless we told them.

The bathroom at room 1529 at Ascott Makati has Toxic Black Mold.
Very expensive because the furnishings are old, needs repair in the bathroom.
Bathroom set up for the two bedroom apartment was a little awkward

Spacious and fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and toiletries.
We will never stay at Ascott Makati again..... just in a state of run down... no upkeep on the rooms, getting very dated....for the price they charge, you can stay somewhere a lot better and in the same position where you will get value for money.
So that was a bit of a bummer… also it’s minor but i think since there is a kitchen area, they should invest in some roll-up paper towels… we were having to use toilet paper to wipe our mouth and whatever.

So far there were a small issue of smell in one of the room we had but fortunately the housekeeping Manager sorted and fix the problem offering us immediately an upgrade just to compensate the inconvenience that had happen.
Also the room i booked - i chose a king size bed, they gave us a 2 single beds, the solution they gave is to put the beds together, which is dangerous again since we have a toddler
They also missed to clean the room the whole morning on the day that we extended our stay so we had to request and they said they missed it because there was a glitch in their system.

Breakfast: What guests say
View Ascott Makati209 relevant reviews
Breakfast is usually praised for fresh, well-prepared local and international variety, made-to-order eggs and noodles, changing menus, and warm, attentive staff who remember preferences. Some guests find the spread limited or overpriced, coffee inconsistent, and breakfast disappointing; several third-party bookings caused confusion when breakfast was not included.

No complimentary water bottles? you provided a water dispenser which did not make any sense if you want to drink cold water not to mention The only dish provided are 2 small coffee cups that 1-don’t match and 2-could probably only hold 1-2 oz of water.
As a European guest, I could wish that there was a selection of yogurt, a slightly larger selection of fruit than mostly just melon and that there was fresh orange juice every morning - when it is a five-star hotel. otherwise it was very nice.
Mesclun restaurant - we ordered room service breakfast, we waited for almost an hour, and they got the food wrong, i specifically requested for plain rice, they have my daughter fried rice were she might get allergies. Very dangerous

Nothing. If I had to be picky, the breakfast was not of the same standard as other hotels I have stayed at, though I would not know how it compares to other hotels in Manila.
A big thank-you to Chef Sam, Chef Gil, and their team for serving such a delightful spread every morning, and to Chef Pau and Chef Mark for the egg-cellent omelettes and sunny-side-up eggs!
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and no matter how exhausted i was from jet lag or being up late the night before, i made sure i made it to breakfast.

We want to especially thank the staff in the restaurant who made us look forward to our time at the breakfast buffet every morning - Jimmy, Fernan, and Reynald.
The breakfast area is very busy and the buffet is mainly Asian cuisine with exception of a few options like eggs, pancakes, waffles, and cereals.
He remembered our preferences and made every meal feel like a catch-up with a friend rather than a routine dining experience.

On our first day of breakfast, it took a bit of time to get a seat since we were 4.
The icing on the cake was the incredible breakfast buffet that we woke up early for every morning.
The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented.

I happened to stay at ascott bgc before, and the food quality there is a lot better.
Reynald during breakfast was very attentive to my needs as if I have a personal butler
We always feel at home in Ascott and enjoy the food and service at Mesclun.

It’s a pretty pricey hotel and the breakfast is expensive given the spread they had.
Breakfast not worth for those who's a small eater, not much choices or variety.
The coffee was excellent and kept coming, which made my morning start off right.

The Duty Manager could only offer us free breakfast, massage and late check out.
Some of the food in the hot stations was cold like rice, sausages, pancakes.
Breakfast buffet is decent, but, in my opinion overpriced for what was served.

The Egg station and Noodle station crew always served with a smile.
Breakfast had enough selection, however food at this hotel wasn't that great.
Breakfast is above average but hot dishes are not enough choices.

Although breakfast less consistent during the peak Christmas/ NY holidays.
You can always have brunch since its until 1030am.
The breakfast is really bad as a muslim guest.

Eggs were oily and the longganisa tasted weird.
Breakfast was included and it was very delicious
The best breakfast buffet, the kindest staff

Facilities: What guests say
View Ascott Makati116 relevant reviews
Clean, accessible serviced-apartment facilities are a strong point: guests repeatedly praise the pool, gym, basketball and tennis courts, kitchen equipment, activities, location and sustainability measures. However, several reports cite aging rooms and equipment, bathroom, drainage and lighting problems, slow Wi‑Fi or outdated TV, limited towels, and occasional construction or access via two elevators; maintenance usually responds promptly.

Scam laundry service (2 pairs of pants, 3 shirts, few socks and few underwear pairs was stunning 83 euro after being here for a week and not having time to do laundry due to work and not knowing area) the Ceo must be doing the laundry himself for each client.
A bit disappointed that no enough towels that I have to request in my first night, I have to use bathrooms tissue from another room, no kitchen towel, no baking utensils , there’s a blue towel lying on the kitchen floor no idea what it was.
Facilities was not in my expectations... The washing machine combined dryer not working properly.. the iron the wire is showing and the stove is wobbly.. Kettle you have to be careful not to get burn as the lid open when you pouring the watrr

Disappointed in cooking utensils, water heater for coffee didnt work, sink and shower and bathroom had issues draining, shower did not get very hot but sinks did, old tv's without access to netflix, etc.
They charged for access of FIFA Football World Championship, which could be a very nice service provided by Ascott for free to make customers feel that in some way they appreciated clients choosing Ascott.
They kept trying to fix it but it was warm at best, for a 5 star hotel and the price we paid for the apartment this is not acceptable.

Make sure to provide tea towels In the kitchen and seems no power outlet to use the hairdryer in the bathroom or I just didn’t see it.
Hotel removed tables and chairs in the smoking area, as though removing them will discourage smokers from smoking. Instead, their absence, equates to discrimination of smokers.
Hard to find way in and out as multiple elevators for hotel levels vs different elevators for ground floor exit. Could label elevator to help distinguish

Ordering grab food cannot be sent to your room (unlike every other serviced residence in Makati). A real hassle to go downstairs on 2 sets.
The pool area and on-site activities kept the little ones entertained, while the relaxed atmosphere gave us a chance to unwind as a family.
Additionally, if you're in the mood to cook, the hotel provides cookware, ample utensils, and plates, making it easy to prepare your own meals.

Air conditioning system needs to be cleaned, we increased the fan speed and after a while our eyes became itchy and red.
There are some building works being done around the entrance but it is not disruptive to the stay at all.
Some guy came in from staff and made it work for a few minutes but did not replace it.

TV remote worked on and off, it was replaced right away but did the same thing after awhile.
We didnt have cable the entire stay, but they allowed us to screen mirror with our phones.
It is a serviced apartment so expect a kitchen, a washer and dryer and a dining table.

The location of the lighting cast a shadow on the mirror, creating difficulty during shaving.
Waste are segregated and drinking water is provided in a more sustainable manner.
We were able to avail of the member’s promo which was great.

Honestly best hotel to stay at with a lot of facilities.
The pool, fitness center and even a barbershop still there.
But client was notified and support was also given.

Some drinking glasses in the kitchen are needed.
The Ascott and the facility was first class
Outdated equipments like TV, telephone and fridge.

Fabulous barbers on first floor near reception
The drinking water tank is wonderful.
Leaking washing machine the first day

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Ascott Makati103 relevant reviews
Check-in/out is often described as fast, smooth and friendly, with staff such as Kirth, Gelo, Jenny and Kaye praised for early or late flexibility and luggage or transport help. However, repeated complaints cite one- to two-hour waits, unavailable or wrongly assigned rooms, poor updates, deposit/payment confusion, elevator or key-card problems, construction access, and occasional rude service.

When I checked in I asked the receptionist if there was any construction 🚧 going on at the hotel because I was at the other ascott the day before were there was construction noise and she looked at me and said no only to find out that there was construction pool side.
Delay in check in to the room .. when we arrived at 4 pm the reception told us to wait until they fix the bathroom and we waited with kids more than an hour before we went to our room at 6 pm although the check in time is 3 ..
I booked thru booking.com; paid via credit card at the hotel but i was not given a copy of my payment (small paper when you pay via credit card) There was also an additional 1,000 charge which i did not understand why was it charged upon check in.

We extended for another night but they failed to remind us to renew our keycard so when we got back to the room, we could not open the door and had to sit at the hallway waiting for the card to be renewed.
We had to wait in line for over 40 minutes while the 3 check-in staff checked in 3 people who seemed to think they were very important... it is just a hotel! Check in should take 10 to 15 mins.
We booked the 3 bedroom suite and there were 4 of us and she gave us 4 card keys which is what we appreciated the most in case any of us wanted to leave the apartment.

There was construction going on at the time of our stay, so the entrance was blocked off and there was an alternate entrance which was just a minute or 2 from the entrance.
It was just cumbersome especially when you are carrying a lot or if you are in a hurry to go to your room and cards won’t work when you get to the elevator.
On check out, i gave my card keys and i was just told everything is settled but no copy or no explanation why was i charged additional 1,000 on check in.

Only 2 staffs in the reception and not very efficient, perhaps the computer system from the hotel was too slow, perhaps front desk people were not so efficient either.
Long lines to check in and checkout and not even an exaggeration like took about an hour to check in and wait another 20 minutes to grab the keys.
I booked month ahead for 4 rooms which 2 of them should be a twin bed room and upon check in there was no available 2 twin bed rooms.

Hadn’t slept in 36 hours and so were forced to sleep on the sofa in reception until they finally allowed us to go up to our room.
And I also requested for late checkout for at least 1 hour because we have a late check in anyway, but they declined my request.
We needed a later checkout as my wife was stuck at a bank meeting and could not get back through traffic by noon.

The lobby is located on the 7th floor, so you pass through security on the first floor and I love this.
We arrived early and they allowed us to utilize the parking space even though it's not yet our check-in time.
The staff said she will send someone to assist me unfortunately after a long time of waiting nothing came.

Late check in - I scheduled it at 3pm and waited until 4pm before I was accomodated.
When we checked in at around 6PM, we were given a room that was already occupied.
They even refuse to speak with Booking.com agents who have requested the invoice multiple times.

Gelo of FD was very polite in handling my check in and out process.
I have to have all my cards re-programmed almost everyday during my 4-day stay.
Upon checkout as compensation i was offered a free shuttle bus to the airport

The keycards were new but were not working properly in all the elevators.
We wanted to cancel the order or delay it until I got back.
No-one helping to do the check in when we arrived around 9pm.

I must give a special mention to Kirth at check in.
We should have been able to leave without the tedious process.
Show them the proof that the suite was already paid.

Restaurant: What guests say

Mesclun is repeatedly praised for flavorful, well-presented food, broad Filipino and international choices, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Guests particularly mention sisig pasta, sinigang, desserts, and generous servings. Breakfast is generally varied but can be crowded, while some reports cite slow service, unavailable menu items, high prices, or bland food.

The “16 hour beef" tasted as if it had been tortured and beaten to death; even adding salt and pepper (which I had to ask for because it was not on the table) could not help the insipid taste.
I'll be neutral on taste of food, quite bland, nothing horrible but nothing great. Quite expensive and the food menu is wrong (see image), when asked about it before paying, just got told that they are updating it.
This was our 4th time checking in at Ascott, but our first time having dinner at Mesclun Restaurant and Café — and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.

We tried the ube cheesecake baked by our daughter, and it was so good that we ended up ordering 3 more to take home for our family members to try.
We did decide to try the hotel restaurant for breakfast, though found that the range and quality of food and the choice of beverages compared poorly with our previous visits.
Their sisig pasta is heaven, so delicious as well as the mesclun salad (must be really good as it's the resto's name 😀) and fish and chips too!

We didn't eat at the hotel buffet as we were only there for a couple of days and wanted to eat at various restaurants.
The chairs in the dining area were also old and no longer firm enough to be able to sit in them properly.
A truly bad and disappointing experience was the Valentine’s day dinner for which we had reserved a table and invited another couple.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the 6th floor and had club sandwich with chips and mayonnaise on the side.
The restaurant fills up very quickly for breakfast and can have you standing around for a while waiting for a free table.
We ordered bulgogi, sisig spaghetti, pizza, California maki, truffle soup, and chicken buttermilk — each dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying.

It’s rare to find a restaurant where you feel more like family than guests, but that’s exactly the experience Mesclun delivers.
The staff were incredibly attentive, with a keen eye for detail that made the entire visit feel personalized and thoughtful.
The restaurant has too many workers and not enough attention to the customers, or maybe just because it was me?

No matter how many times I eat there, the food and staff are a 10 out of 10.
Combined with the restaurant's cozy and elegant ambiance, it created a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
On top of that, the music was so loud that you could barely have a conversation.

The food was great, the atmosphere was really nice and the service was topnotch.
Thanks to Sir Jasson and the supervisor Sir Deo, for the great service!
It’s a place that makes every stay at Ascott even more memorable.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Mesclun Restaurant in Ascott Makati.
I'd suggest going earlier versus later to beat the breakfast rush.
Everyone was approachable and welcoming, creating a comfortable and professional atmosphere.

Not organised and very average for a "5 stars" hotel.
Eggs over easy shouldn't be that hard to make.
His service made the experience feeling more exclusive.

Great food, amazing service, and wonderful memories.
Too many employees gathered around the podium.
The food has been consistently excellent.

Pool: What guests say

Guests frequently praise the clean, spacious, attractive pool and adjoining gym, with many calling it large, fantastic, or high-end. The jacuzzi, warm water, poolside dining, and 10 p.m. closing are notable advantages. Recurring drawbacks include occasional cloudiness or dirt, limited shade, crowding, and some comments that the outdoor pool feels small; one family reported it was closed.

The staff at the restaurant and pool area follow the rules but the front desk would allow guests to take the dogs INSIDE the pool area.
They never opened the pool. We had 2 kids in the family that they never got the chance to enjoy it.
The pool was a lot of fun, we had 3 kids and they had a blast.

It’s a bit better than Makati Diamond cas of the outside pool area but more expensive.
The pool area is nice with plenty of room to find a space to yourself.
We also really enjoyed the gym and pool area, which are in top condition.

The outdoor pool was a bit small but had a jacuzzi with warm water.
The swimming pool is a decent size and the middle hits about 5ft.
The pool is clean, and loved the adjoining bar and their evening special.

Pool is open till 10pm which is perfect to swim after long day
Here, Mark stood out with his incredibly friendly service and helpful attitude.
The pool surround as very hot so more shade could improve that.

A constantly barking poodle roaming around the restaurant and the pool area.
The pool area was nice, although sometimes busy with kids and families.
Did not use the pool but will rebook in the future

I think Ascott has one of the best pools around!
The pool and gym services were clean and spacious.
We enjoyed relaxing afternoons by the sparkling lap pool.

A refreshing swim is nice after a long day.
The outdoor hot tub can easily fit 10 people.
Its giant, and the heat makes it very relaxing.

Pool is small and so near to the restaurant
We loved the poolside dining and drink service.
We also liked the pool and gym.

Super nakakarelax lalo na ang jacuzzi.
The pool area was lovely 😍
Great swimming pool and fitness center.

Clean pool view
Pool was amazing.

The gym is repeatedly praised as exceptionally large, clean, modern, air-conditioned, and well equipped, with Life Fitness machines, 24-hour access, and a high-end pool area. Guests value the convenience and friendly staff. One review reports that some machines seriously need maintenance, the only notable recurring concern in the evidence.

I HAVE TO SAY THE LIFE FITNESS IS MY PREFERRED GYM EQUIPMENT; TRULY ENJOYED OUR WORKOUT THERE.
The hotel gym was the biggest and most well equipped that I've ever seen in a hotel.
It's located on the same floor of the lobby and the staff has always been friendly.

We also really enjoyed the gym and pool area, which are in top condition.
I visit here right after stuffing myself at the breakfast buffet at Mesclun.
OH! THE GYM WAS THE BEST OF ANY HOTEL GYM WE HAVE USED.

Here, Mark stood out with his incredibly friendly service and helpful attitude.
Some machines in the gym seriously in need of maintenance.
Had good option for a good work out.

Gym was massive as well - huge plus!
The gym is fully equipped and air conditioned.
Energizing workouts in the modern fitness center.

I like the gym it was outstanding.
We also liked the pool and gym.
Clean, modern and plenty of equipment.

Gym and pool looked high end.
Gym, pool, location, layout comfort, quiet
The gym was big and good.

Hotel has an excellent gym.
I loved the fitness center.
The gym is always clean.

Great gym and pool facilities
I also enjoyed the gym!
Gym was decently equipped.

Great place to workout.
The gym is amazing
Gym open 24 hours

Great fitness center,

Transport: What guests say

Ongoing entrance construction repeatedly made hotel drop-offs, pickups, taxis, and Grab access difficult, with unclear pickup-point instructions and limited space. Airport transfers were mixed: some found them excellent or convenient, while others reported an expensive A$76 trip in an old, rattling Toyota and poor transport quality. Basement 3 was easier for car-bag collection.

The hotel should advise car owners to go to basement 3 and do bag pickup from there is much easier as took 15 minutes to go around and get back into mall hotel car park
There was construction going on so it made it extremely difficult to get our Grab vehicle to find location.
The cab itself ia in a bad shape.. had maggots in the cab i got from the hotel.

There were two pick-up points and we did not know how to describe to Grab drivers.
Temporary closure of it’s entrance while renovations are ongoing making drop off/pick up a challenge.
However since there was on-going construction in the front, access to outside transportation was inconvenient.

For the same price as my pickup van, this was an older rickety van.
The cost of the Airport Transfer was Aus $76.00 in a rattler old Toyota.
Major building work going on outside entrance resulting in difficulty with own car

Cost to Airport is Expensive yet its in for Hassle Free
I tried calling our hotel and nobody answers the phone, weird!
Some information for customers on pick-up location when using Grab.

Cauae its so unpleasnt to try and hail a cab.
I had to call the hotline for the airport transfer
The hotel is not working with any car company.

Taxi drop off and pick space is limited.
Or even "GRAB" which is weird.
Quality of airport transport was poor.

The airport transfer was also great!
Airport shuttle would be helpful.
Which was 2 minutes away

The hotel offers dedicated, free, safe parking with direct basement access, and several guests found it easy. However, locating the hotel area and exits is repeatedly confusing because signage is inadequate; the shared mall structure can be inefficient or congested, and extra-car parking may be pricey.

There is a very big need to improve the signages to get to the designated parking area of the hotel at the basement 3 level.
Parking—they offer a dedicated parking area within the mall specifically for hotel guests, which has direct access to the hotel basement.
Parking is roundabout and not efficient. It is shared with the mall (although a secluded part is reserved for the hotel).

Last but not least, the black cat living in the parking garage was the cherry on the top.
Getting to the car park from the street is a little difficult as there isn’t much signage.
Finding the property parking was a bit confusing and also going to lobby.

We cant figure where to exit due to lack of signage direction.
NOt convenience in parking traffic jam in parking when they drop customer
No are that car can wait for transfer all baggage

However it's a bit pricey for an extra car.
Parking for 2 BR unit should be 2 cars.
They also have separate parking for guests.

Free parking that was safe & secure.
Parking structure needs better exit signage!!!
Parking was easy and secured.

Parking was also very easy.

Requested in room massage from on-site spa but massuese did not have a massage table and just wanted to do the massage on the bed.
Had a massage at the spa downstairs; considering the price, it was underwhelming and the room they used lacked a relaxing atmosphere (clutter.)
Finally, my three sisters and I each had a massage at the spa, and I was extremely impressed by the massage.

I also had a facial and massage done to get me ready for the long flight home.
We had spa night and the staff were super nice and helpful.
The spa was so hot that it was almost never used.

We ended the vacation feeling extremely refreshed.
I LOVED the steam room.
It was definitely so relaxing.

Massage service was great.
