I have stayed at Conrad Manila several times, but I still feel there is room for improvement when it comes to hospitality and attentiveness to guests’ actual needs.
Most of all, we are deeply grateful for how you accommodated our request for my daughter’s birthday—it exceeded our expectations and made the celebration extra special.
To wrap up this extremely long review, we will definitely be back as our stay was definitely the best hotel experience we've had.

This is why i keep returning & have already booked again for next year, i would not stay anywhere else in Manila.
To everyone at Conrad Manila thank you for always making me feel like a VIP every single time I visit.
I’ve stayed in a few high-end accommodation hotels but the Conrad Hotel has truly lived up to its five-star reputation!

We went to the Conrad, knowing that it has high standards as we stay at Hilton‘s across the world.
A more considerate and guest-centered approach would make the stay not just luxurious, but truly seamless and memorable.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel and will most likely book again sometime and highly recommend.

In Manila, I have yet to encounter a hotel with poor service—and Conrad Manila is no exception.
We had a great day celebrating father's day at C Lounge for the afternoon tea set.
The Conrad is also convenient to the Mall of Asia and many amenities in the area.

The next time I’m in Manila, Conrad Manila will be my hotel of choice—hands down.
Overall, it was a super enjoyable, luxurious birthday staycation and we would definitely go back.
It was a great place to recover from a 16h trip to start our vacation.

The ambiance was elegant and peaceful, especially with the beautiful view of Manila Bay.
The Conrad Hotel is the only place I'd want to stay while in Manila.
What a pity developers feel the need to do this for more profits.

We're already looking forward to when we get to stay in Conrad again.
It’s awesome and I would love to stay here again in Conrad hotel.
Our stay at Conrad Manila was truly exceptional from start to finish.

The family looks forward to spend New Year’s Eve in your hotel.
Conrad is good for events but as family isn’t that much recommended.
Value of money is good and this place is well maintained.

Its clean and peaceful environment gives a serene feeling of calmness.
I was basically told to sit up straight on the sofa in the lobby which I felt was unnecessary... In my opinion when paying a lot to stay somewhere you shouldn’t be forced to wear smart clothes or sit a certain way, but those are the rules I suppose.
Overall, Conrad Manila is an excellent hotel with very decent rates (after all, one should always review based on the rate one pays) with its location either a big plus point or not, especially if you want to be closer to the Makati area.

After being out for a meal at MOA we returned that night to the room where they had completely made the room up again and left birthday cake, a Conrad soft toy and an 'advanced happy birthday card"
To summarise: after years of travel, hundreds of hotel stays, and elite status with several brands, the fact that I’ve reviewed the Conrad twice out of a total of only seven TripAdvisor reviews probably says it all.
As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member who has stayed at countless hotels in most parts of the world, my husband and I consider this to be one of the very best properties which we've ever visited.

To the nice lady at the front desk of the Executive Lounge ( sorry for not getting your name) who took effort to take action on our concern about a drunk guy who knocked at our suite in the early morning of June 15
I requested for someone to show me how to use the coffee machine and Melo very kindly and promptly showed me how to use it and provided me extra UHT milk cream for the coffee without being asked.
A big thank you as well to Julianne for her excellent customer service, for warmly accommodating my request at check-in with her beautiful smile and without hesitation, and for her quick and thoughtful action.

The front desk receptionist. Very polite and helpful. I think his name is Cedric or Dedric. He made things easy and delightful. Well, it seems all of the receptionists did that, too.
I also want to recognize Marcus and Mac in the Executive Lounge—they delivered a 10 out of 10 experience with genuine hospitality and service with a smile throughout our stay.
The entire team consistently demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and genuine warmth, going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was seamless and memorable.

The maid didnt see our tidy the room light so we didnt get either room cleaner or turn down, but tbh, we were not in the room much.
The dedication and care shown by your team are a true reflection of the high standards and culture of excellence that Conrad Manila is known for.
I liked that they have a system that texted throughout the day (if we had any requests, etc), and what we requested was promptly acted on.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
They kindly did my request to surprise my sister for her birthday with a cake, balloons and a banner when we checked in our room.
As a diamond member, I am well taken care of from the moment I step out of the airport until I leave the hotel.

The hotel staff even anticipates and fulfills your potential needs and wishes before you even are aware yourself that you might desire something.
And of course to John Rivera who always greeting us with warm smile and making sure if our stay is all good.
It was one good memory, given that idont need to worry on my needs for my 4 day stay in the hotel.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at Conrad Manila.
Every crew member we encountered was polite and welcoming, always greeting us with a hand to the chest and a bow.
Staffs are very accommodating, warm and welcoming especially to security staff Mr. Renante Guzman and Christian and Joel from C lounge.

Sir Vince from the lobby went above and beyond to assist us and was exceptionally accommodating throughout the entire process.
The staff also surprised me with cake and a lovely message left in our room as it was my birthday.
Unlike sa other hotels that are more focused about being all fakely strict and uptight than being pleasantly human.

Thanks so much to Je Anne in the executive lounge for making my check in so seamless and relaxing.
... we were also given a great birthday surprise since they found out that we were celebrating “bunso’s” birthday…
You can see how well trained everyone is from the security, check in staff, restaurant staff, literally everyone.

What truly stood out was the level of service everyone was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to assist.
From the Concierge Team that greeted me on arrival, arranged my drop off and pick up bookings and airport transfers, the Housekeeping Team that promptly gave me extra duvet and pillows and made sure everything was in order, the Executive Lounge Team that made sure to give me personalized service throughout my stay, the team at Brasserie on 3 and C Lounge that made sure to serve us well, even the Front desk team and Security personnel who always greeted us with smiles, I would say service was simply amazing!
Special thanks to JR and Jane at the customer service desk, John and Warrin at the elevators, Jamie and the lifesaver (I am sorry I did not get his name) at the pool, JC, Elderson, Antonett and Marc at the Brasserie, the housekeepers even though I did not see them and I don't have their names, since they kept my room clean and replenished every day.

I asked for directions to SMX and the 1st dude I asked was leading me to the wrong direction (right at some point but he was leading me to a path wherein I would walk outside) and was corrected by a gentleman in the 3rd floor lobby who pointed out an adjoining path inside the hotel -smaison - smx.
Blatant dishonesty from the top of this establishment!.. in fact the actual issue was that I'd booked two mid priced rooms (intentionally) and yet the staff continually tried telling me the rooms I booked were inadequate and that a large family suite would be more suitable, offering me discounts when I refused.
When I consulted at the main lobby, they presented the 'price' for my confirmation (I was surprised at how low it was!), then handed me a note with the car number, and even came down to the first floor in the busy time to hand me over to the reception staff (laughs).

The sink spayed water where it shouldn't the scale and the lighted mirror didn't work and the entire hotel was so cold it was uncomfortable (to me) if they raised the temp a bit it would save a lot of money.
The "ocean view" was not as exciting as it sounded and my room faced the funfair where I could hear passengers on the Pirate Ship screaming - but in a fun way.
The room service à la cart meal ordered at 2:00 AM in the morning (after a 1:00 AM arrival) was far above expectation for quality, presentation and timeliness.

One drawback was that it took a long time for the hot water to come out of the faucet in our bathroom, which was somewhat inconvenient.
The room was not sound proof and we can hear the noise outside since our room is adjacent to seaside area, across the bayside.
I wanna thank Front desk Jessica for giving us one of the best room in the hotel for our 2 night stay.

In addition, we would like to extend our gratitude to the housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail.
I booked a 'quiet' room but was placed near the hotel's construction area (and noise heard on a Sunday morning).
The room we got has a bad smelling toilet that needs to be addressed 2 times to rid the smell.

The room we got was what we reserved (twin with pool view), and the beds and facilities were great!
The room was spotless, well-prepared, and had a relaxing ambiance that made it easy for us to unwind.
We received an upgrade offer for the Diplomatic Suite which we was not guaranteed, but in consideration.

The shower is great with multiple faucets to choose from with hot water and excellent water pressure.
We also got an upgrade which was sooo lovely and both of us were very thankful.
Gil and Melvin in housekeeping for always ensuring we had plenty of refreshments in our room.

At the time of stay in April 2026, the rooms showed signs of aging though.
The room is quiet and the bed is very comfortable with great pillows and comforter.
The rooms were simply gorgeous, with a breathtaking view that complemented our vacation perfectly.

I only slept 3 hours and the most unpleasant stay I have ever experience.
But it was immediately taken action by the management which we truly appreciate.
The lobby was beautiful, and the room was top notch, clean, and comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the bay.
The room was good with a very beautiful view from the window.
The same applies to the design of the rooms and the lobby.

Love the coffee making facilities as well as the bath products.
I appreciated, amongst other things, ample wardrobe space and by the window, one of the longest sofas I have ever seen, adequate power points, and most of all, a gem in the form of two drawers in the bathroom!! This I appreciated the most because many 5-star hotels struggle with countertop space & layouts even in huge bathrooms.
The view was horrible... The bay has works going on that makes it very ugly, but that not their fault... But the view on the roof of their own building is very ugly, no effort made to beautify the view, the external wall are grey and ugly around the windows, the windows are dirty...

The guides for the curtains are all broken can’t even use the curtains to open and see the view and that’s the reason why we picked the hotel because of the view but unfortunately we had the curtains closed the whole time we were there.
Apparently they don’t really ensure that the guest experience is first since some of the room features did not work- such as being able to shut off all the lights, and the bidet has an issue where it might leak if you are unaware.
I booked two rooms which were supposed to be bay view, one was, though the bay view is of reclamation works, the other room was facing a construction site, if you creaked your neck you could just about see the bay.

The paid upgrade we ultimately accepted had a view of the hotel’s walking path, and in hindsight, if I had booked directly through the hotel website, I could have reserved a partial-view room for less money.
The first time I enjoyed strolling Mall of Asia because it’s very near to the hotel so I get to rest as soon as I got back to our room.
As there was an amusement park/ restaurants across the street, there was some noise from people riding the amusement rides at night time, but it wasn't too loud.

It's a bit pricey, but if you're coming from a concert in the arena, the short walk to conrad to finally rest is worth it!
The hotel’s location is excellent because it’s directly connected to the mall, making it easy to walk around for shopping and dining.
Has a connecting bridge to Mall pf Asia and Ikea and easy access to and fro the airports via NAIA expessway.

The view is not the best but it’s obvious that there is a major redevelopment occurring opposite the property.
Choose the table at the terrace to enjoy the nice bay view and the side view of the hotel.
The hotel has a ton of food and shopping options given that it’s literally connected to the Mall.

Being situated just beside the mall, everything she might need were just nearby (food, supplies, medications etc).
The location is unbeatable just walking distance from SMX Convention Center, IKEA, and Mall of Asia.
Loved the walkway bridge to Mall of Asia Shopping Centre, right on our door step.

I think the proximity of our room to the main central elevator was too far.
In addition to the above I liked most the connection link to Asia mall 👍👍👍
The Conrad Manila is such a surprise 5 star hotel in the perfect location.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the right place.
A little bit noisy due to the group of people in our neighborhood
It's the perfect hotel for travelers looking to stay close to Manila airport.

The property is perfectly located surrounded by plenty of service facilities and shopping.
There is so much to do here great for family with kids.
The hotel is next to MOA where Basketball World Cup took place.

Being in the boardwalk you can have an entertaining evening walk.
Furthermore, the smell if you step outside the hotel is horrendous.
Perfect location for a vacation with excellent amenities and service

Again having the mall within walking distance is a plus.
I don't need to walk in the street at all and I can go to Starbucks next to the hotel with few steps literally 40 to 60 seconds top by walking and also you can go to S masion mall also through the hotel without stepping foot in the street plus bay walk right in front of the hotel just cross the street that's it and enjoy bay walk beach
Especially in the Philippines, where heavy rain is common, it’s frustrating to see a skybridge that seems to lead to the hotel, only to walk for 10 minutes and find the door locked, with no other direct path to the ground, forcing you to retrace your steps.

Then add the incessant hammering noise, the fact it’s an hour to the city away (through Manilas famous gridlocked traffic), and the view not reflecting the photos provided in the ad… there’s a huge artificial island being constructed right in front of the hotel.
I can literally go to mall of Asia through the hotel just walk inside the hotel to reach escalator from lobby floor then down the escalator down then walk through sky bridge at the end of it tada you`re in mall of Asia :)
The biggest disadvantage is out of the hotel's hands, since parts of Manila Bay are being reclaimed right opposite the hotel and that is going to reduce the appeal of the bay view as time goes on.

The asian part of the breakfast was ok...... noot oustanding, but ok, many different types of bread and rolls..... but very asaian inspired, NOT for europeans...... maybe ok for americans, but they eat only waffels and muffins with obese amount of butter and syrup...soooo....
Also replied incorrectly to my email regarding free breakfast inclusion for 4 so i had to upgrade the booking to 4 free breakfast buffet only to find out that room DID include breakfast at the exec lounge for 4.
We opted for the buffet breakfast every day and its probably the best breakfast buffet in the Philippines - there were all kinds of international cuisine to choose from and the fresh bread was a highlight for me.

Coldcuts where left out to dry in the warmth with small spiders and fly's crawling around, I only eat there ones unde our 3 days stay because I was afraid of being sick.
I expected that if 3 guests were booked in the room, all of the guests would have breakfast meal included.. as it was availed in the booking.
There should have been an option to have breakfast in main restaurant on 3rd floor instead of only in the executive lounge.

I hav to pay for the child breakfast in which the manager as a consolation gave 50% discount and complimentary sweets.
Local food seemed pretty extensive but I cannot comment since I am not familiar with many of this dishes.
The change was made 5 more minutes = 15 minutes, the food on your sole is finished :)

Chose the À la carte option for breakfast at Brasserie on 3 and it was great!
The buffet was good! A little request though, Please add more of the Filipino food.
But one does get value for the 200 USD plus rate when breakfast is included.

The breakfast had a pretty large selection but we were just not super impressed.
Breakfast buffet selection was a bit underwhelming but what was available was still good.
They have a high-quality breakfast with strong buffet and à la carte options.

Buffet is a little pricy, but it has great selection to choose from.
Some problems with coordination on our discounted breakfast, which was requested in advance.
We stayed for 7 days and really looked forward to the breakfast.

But variety is good given there are other viands to choose from.
Not really a dislike but the breakfast buffet could be improved.
I should have brought my sons to dine out instead.

Great breakfast selection of food and the quality was great.
It was difficult to get over that experience, actually.
Very large choice of breakfast. It didn’t disappoint.

The breakfast and dining service are really great.
The breakfast was really nice and so delicious.
Breakfast has a vast choices of food.

The selection of food items was excellent.
The Ube icecream was a moment.
Breakfast was great, lots of selections.

How accurate were the photos and information about facilities at this property on Booking.com? : yeah, I booked a Bay View suite and the pictures were nice and beautiful yet nobody cared to mention that some powerful company literally buried the ocean in front of the hotel to build something like a mall or condos I don't know what they are building BUT no ocean view just book any suite coz the ocean is like 60% buried and all ships working 24/7 for that they should remove bay view suite option from booking options
There was a lack of preparation for the room amenities; we were staying as three people but received only two toothbrush cups, and the mineral water was not replenished during our stay of several days... a bit disappointing.
Also be mindful of the showers, I slipped and fell, they have mats to use, so they know they’re is a problem but choose not to correct the issue on a permanent basis, really poor.

It’s located on the mezzanine (between the 3rd and 4th floors), but can only be accessed via certain elevators or by going through the pool area, which was not well explained/labeled.
The facilities to chill out of the room are inexistant (except the swimming pool area wich close at 10pm), the only option are the restaurant, so you have to consume.
C Lounge remains my favorite spot — the view, the relaxing atmosphere, and especially Roan, who is consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that everything is well taken care of.

This same lack of maintenance is also visible on the facade of the hotel with streaks on all the windows, which again is unworthy of an establishment of this standing.
We specifically chose to stay in that hotel to enjoy the last sunset from the praised terrace we had seen on the booking page, but it was not possible.
It served a decent breakfast in the morning - obviously smaller choice than if eaten in the restaurant but still good and very quiet and exclusive, overlooking Manila Bay.

A lot of amenities that I have not found in other hotels are available here (Ironing board, umbrella, shaving cream, mouth wash, etc).
Despite the huge lobby and facilities, the smiles and the hospitality of the Conrad team members were so warm and homey.
I understand it is for the safety of guests, but they have no alternatives to fulfill the satisfaction of guests.

The C Lounge was a great space to relax and drink watching the sunset over the bay.
Lobby floor and its facilities could have been designed to have a warmer and more cousy atmosphere.
Lots of bling and grandiose but did not add a positive vibe to the experience.

I used the gym at 6AM and there were a lot of guests already.
Normally, we receive perks due to Hilton Honors however was told not available.
The hotel building is quite large and not the easiest to navigate.

I had my polo shirt washed via the hotel laundry service.
Escalators to the mall was blocked off most of the time
The club was on the same floor and so convenient.

All night we here the drups on the aluminium.
All areas were kept well maintained and very clean.
All of which are modern and well maintained.

All the facilities, the room, and the location.
The hotel is so clean and organized.
And there are no facilities for kids.

Very spacious and clean swimming pool facil
Hotel was very clean and well-maintained
Above average amenities such as gym.

The online menu did not work, I placed an order using their QR code, order said it would take 45 minutes... 45 minutes later when I called to check on the meal, they said they never got the order.
The XO fried rice should have been labeled "hint of XO" fried rice as we barely tasted any XO in it, and the pan fried scallops were partially overcooked so were tough and rubbery.
The food is exceptional throughout all outlets with the highlight being the famous 'China Blue' where one can indulge in wonderful Chinese delicacies paired with the typical Conrad professionalism and friendliness.

These chicken wings were some of the best I’ve had seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of heat and a mouthwatering glaze that hits all the right notes.
The only saving grace for this hotel is the food in the resto brasserie, the kare2 was so good and the Pinoy lunch buffet on Sundays has a good spread.
Conrad Manila is ideal for big events, whether social or corporate, and for those who are looking for a relaxing watering hole, C Lounge fits to a T.

They didnt allowed us to take our food to the room (there is a lot of bag) because I wanted to try a lot food from that restaurant.
Selections were quite few compared to other 5-star hotels we tried. The food was good but due to limited selections, there not much to choose from.
They charged me $15.54 U.S. or PHP 900 for each child per day instead of the $10.50 U.S. or PHP 608 as I was previously informed.

While breakfast was excellent, the Mediterranean dinner buffet didn’t live up to expectations, with several dishes only lukewarm and not reflective of the price point.
The food is also excellent but next time when i stay here again in the future, i hope the brasserie offers more delicious fish.
The waiter at Brasserie on 3 noticed it was our last day and surprised us with a slice of bon voyage cake.

There was this Chef at the Brasserie who stood out, he was really proactively helpful, and was beaming with enthusiasm, Chef Justine.
On top of the incredible food (try the braised beef did I mention try the braised moist, tender delicious braised beef)
They had suggested for us to dine at China Blue and we made sure to have dinner there tonight.

My sirloin steak was horrible but, my wife's bistek was amazing as was my son's spaghetti ragu.
We tried their burger and truffle fries. Both were good. The iced coffee was just ordinary.
We went to celebrate our anniversary, dined and watch the sunset at the C Lounge.

I ordered the beef salpicao, and it was excellent, tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
Love C Lounge for its ambiance and smoking area with a wonderful view.
We celebrated a birthday there, and the staff made it extra special.

Went to the C Lounge for a drink before a concert.
Had a good celebration of anniversary here in Chinablue restaurant.
Should have more dinner buffer selections like many other hotels

As for the other food they served, just okay.
Had an unforgettable dinner at C-Lounge Conrad last night.
The band was great, food and drinks were delicious.

C Lounge has great atmosphere and good quality entertainment.
Room service food was incredible especially the filipino foods.
Grabbed a few drinks at the Conrad Lounge.

I was not issued an Official Receipt for my accommodation the receptionist telling me that booking.com will provide me one so I shld ask from them...this shld be arranged because in all of my experience booking thru booking.com, I am still issued an OR for my accommation.
On check out, checking out clerk said that is incorrect because they don't know if senior took the breakfast (despite they took name n Id) but since they have been holding up our check out for an hr, they'll honor the vat exempt.
However when we told staff about the issue they clearly did not like that we had bags in the hall (in front of the room we had been told to go to) and wanted us out of sight while dealing with the issue.

On our final morning there, we were inexplicably locked out of our room and had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to let us in, which was a bit stressful for us trying to make our checkout time.
However, when 3pm came and we lined up again (ended up with a different front desk staff), we were told that there's still no room available and they couldn't give an assured time on when we will get rooms.
Regarding checking out, I am sure the room was not booked for this day; we only asked to check out 3 hours later because we have a night flight with a 4-year-old child; trust me, it's not fun.

The hotel reached out via email to confirm our early morning arrival at 0300 and upgraded our suite to accommodate us even better given that we paid an extra day to compensate our arrival window.
If this situation had been resolved sooner before writing this review this hotel would be a solid 9/10 stay, however with this security deposit situation, I have to dock points.
When i came back several hours after the person in the desk who was the same person that i met and paid prior was still uncertain of my room status.

For example, we were already being attended to for check-in but then we were cut off and told to wait again because someone was apparently first in line before us.
It was Friday and it was expected to be kind of busy, however, given the requests/information exchange via Hilton Honors app chat functionality, the checkin went smoothly and fast.
Why no one ask to help me with my huge back back of 25kg, to propose a trolley to carry it or even to put it in my room?

Check-in and the concierge (especially upon checking out) could have been a little faster, in my opinion, but it wasn't an upsettingly long wait.
Check in took long time to finish and i asked for connected rooms but when i reached there they said it isn’t available.
Very complicated light system, no explanation, as no one even accompany me to my room to show me how things work

Me and my friends, together with our kids, truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed from check-in until check-out.
We were accommodated by a front desk staff and were told to just wait for our key cards at 3pm.
I checked in early and was told they would call me once room was ready. Never got the call.

But according to the front desk, we only book 2 rooms that are good for 2 adults each.
The front desk insisting that we were upgraded to bay view but that’s exactly what I booked.
I just wish check ins could be better managed especially since we were promised rooms early on.

The staff in the reception keeping me waiting more than two hours to get my room
Every detail from the smooth check-in process to the overall ambiance reflected true five-star standards.
Thanks to Giselle at the front desk who clarified this to us upon check in.

Chef at egg station was curt and unhelpful when I asked about baked beans
We had upgraded to Lounge access at check-in and it was a highlight.
Luggage was not delivered to my room until I called to follow up

We asked that when making the booking and also during the check-in.
You do not need time to check in to the room
I booked at the booking.com and there was a little problem.

After a long swim, the young lady tending to the pool bar came over and spontaneously brought a glass of water, concerned that I might need this now.
Sadly I didn't have time to use the gym or visit the spa, and only made it to the pool once - late in the evening.
Couldn’t take my daughter to the pool as there was an old foreigner with his hands all over 2 young girls in the pool.

The pool area is nice as well, especially in the evening when it feels more relaxed, and the bar adds a nice touch.
They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and enjoying our time by the pool.
It should be clearly stated on the website that the infinity swimming pool is exclusively for guests staying in the presidential suite.

Very crowded pool area with many kids & no availability at the bar (make sure to make a reservation for sunset drinks)
The pool is nice and large, but because of the nearby 'rooms facing the courtyard', you feel like you're on display.
We could not use the pool area as it was raining when we stayed there but the pool looked really good.

Food service at the pool area was also slow - we waited almost an hour for an order of fries.
Spent some quiet time at the poolside bar of Conrad Manila and it was such a nice solo experience.
The ambiance is super relaxing, perfect if you just want to unwind with good food and drinks.

They have a beautiful swimming pool and will be a delight to all posting pictures on Instagram.
The water was not heated/warm compared to when we first got into the hotel back in May.
Beautiful hotel in a great location with a nice pool and the facilities you could need.

Sir Jemmy from Sails pool bar- very accommodating, and has a good attention to detail.
I'd like to give our a special shoutout to the Sails Pool bartender Jemmy.
If I ever learn to swim, I’ll be sure to try the pool too…

But it is a good length for fitness swimming, with enough room for everyone.
He made sure that our orders are complete and will be arriving on time.
The pool is also a lovely area to swim or sit & chill.

Had a great time at the pool which was spacious with many loungers.
But it was close the whole time were there due to the weather.
Nothing but if I could suggest maybe improve on the pool section

Spend a lot of time talking with them at the bar.
Swimming pool was very old, but he updated modifying
The cocktails at the poolside bar were delicious.

The pool and the room was quite generous.
Pool was closed just because of rain??
Disappointed the hotel allowed this.

So your sweat will be dripping through the hallway floors, to the elevators and towards your room which is inappropriate if you run into someone in the hallways or in the elevators.
In my opinion, it could use a bit more lighting and perhaps a few updated equipment, but overall, it’s still a wonderful place to work out.
I also really enjoyed the gym facilities, particularly the steam room and sauna, which were a great addition.

You CANNOT take the gym towels to your room( and it’s supposed to be a five star hotel).
We worked out at the gym and Melvin, the fitness instructor, was really helpful and kind to us.
The gym was by far the best gym I have ever worked out of in a hotel.

The gym lockers also frequently malfunctioned—I experienced this myself, and noticed others having the same issue.
Special thanks to Sir Melvin Manalo for his kind assistance and for sharing valuable fitness insights.
The gym, while a bit basic, was clean and had enough equipment to meet my needs.

It’s nice to know Conrad has someone like him who genuinely cares about guests’ wellness.
I also used the Gym a lot, great fitness equipment and very clean gym.
On this occasion, I did try the fitness centre for the first time.

I also enjoyed the 24-hour gym, sauna, and steam bath—great amenities for relaxation.
It's clean, spacious, and offering a beautiful view of the pool.
The gym and the sauna and steam room were also lovely.

The gym is beautiful, but finding it was unnecessarily difficult.
Also shoutout to their gym instructor Gabriel for his assistance.
The gym was excellent too with almost complete equipment.

Gym is the best hotel one I’ve ever used.
I also had an experience using their gym
We thoroughly enjoyed using it during our stay.

Signage is unclear—we walked around multiple times.
The fitness center was great as well.
The gym was very clean and organized.

The pool and gym were very nice.
The gym was well equipped too.
The gym was functional and well-maintained.

As well as the fitness room.
There is a gym,
Nice gym

I found a cockroach in the spa and was offered a free ride to airport plus an early check in when i returned to the hotel the following time which i was so pleased about
You can go nearby for a massage for 600 PHP, or at the Mall of Asia for about 1000-1300, why does it have to cost 5-6000 or more in the hotel?
Its great that there are promotional discounts for Hilton Honors members, however do make the reservations in advance as the spa services are very popular during my period of stay.

The massage at Conrad Spa was one of the best I've ever had (my family and I had the Relaxer) and I came out of it so well-rested and refreshed.
The therapist showed us the room and we called before our appointment to ask if we can use the steam room and they said yes.
When we got there, they brought us to the couples room and said the steam room was not working.

Beautiful facilities, outstanding treatments, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere—easily one of the best hotel spas I've experienced.
I requested a reservation for the spa before my arrival but Concierge service didn’t work on it.
The spa was an excellent service nice atmosphere recommend to use it the price a bit high

I had the opportunity to experience the spa services in the hotel during my stay.
I had an incident in the spa but it was treated well by the manager.
Hands down the largest, cleanest, and most stunningly aesthetic spa I have ever experienced

She took the time to work trouble areas, not just do a routine massage.
My wife enjoyed a superb spa session and felt like newborn after her massage.
The massages were top of the line and conveniently located within the hotel.

Prices for wellness were not typical for the area, I found them overpriced.
I booked a massage, this was an extremely good value for money.
The spa was already fully booked during the date we’re checked in.

Mel is the best massage therapist I have come across.
We tried the spa and it was absolutely the best.
Spa was beautiful, relaxing and the aromatherapy massage was outstanding

We booked for a couples massage on my husband’s birthday.
The spa was another highlight of my stay.
It was relaxing and we felt really pampered.

Sauna was close during my stay for maintenance.
The ladies at the spa were very professional.
They then transferred us to another couple’s room.

The spa was a good experience.
Steam room wasn’t spewing steam.
A spa,

They do not provide parking coupon unless you ask so one time I went out and forgot a parking coupon, I had to pay 10x the normal parking rate.
Getting to the room involved navigating to the lobby located on the third floor with the elevators to the rooms a bit of a hike from there.
Was able to borrow a wheelchair upon submitting valid ID which made it easier for my senior mother to visit the mall.

The connection to Mall of Asia was very comfortable and the routes to and from the airport were wonderfully short!
She was picked up, brought to the hotel, and escorted all the way to her door by the hotel staff.
I inquired about airport pick-up service through the hotel in advance for my daughter who was traveling solo.

On my departure they seems confused on limo transfer which I have booked and confirmed at 2pm.
We utilised the car service from the airport to the hotel which was efficient and comfortable.
The car service was a great added touch, making it super easy to get around.

A little awkward when using a debit card, but it went fine otherwise after that.
The driver did not call or send massage when he arrived to the airport
Service received from airport pick up right up until drop off was top notch.

The instructions for pick-up on the day of arrival were clear and as promised.
When i reach the lobby I was told the limo is at 230pm.
Thanks to Mark from concierge team to deliver my lost passport to airport

I wish the Hotel will be more accommodating to old people.
Access was quite a challenge to and from MOA/ S'Maison.
With a baby stroller and shopping can be tricky.

The pick-up and drop-off service was good and professional.
I wish Senior can bring the wheelchair to MOA.
The hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport.

Airport pickup service was smooth and without challenges.
I don’t mind renting the wheelchair to Conrad.
No free shuttle service to the airport.

My last night there was no parking in Conrad and S'Maison and I had to park somewhere else and then transfer my car at 3 am (hotel parking is shared with the mall and at the time there was an international convention in SMX as well).
Because of the upcoming Galaxy run event, and also it happened to be a holiday weekend, we were told that the valet is already full and that we should park in the parking area.
If you arrive during mall hours, expect a queue around the corner of the hotel/mall as they try to manage the number of vehicles parking for the mall and for the hotel.

This made us a bit disappointed because we have 2 kids and big luggages with us, and this is one of the perk we are expecting as a diamond member.
The parking! My husband took almost an hour waiting for a slot. Even valet is full already.
I didn't like how it took some effort to access the parking area.

The front desk didn't offer to validate my parking ticket.
Mall goers were parking thier car in the same place.
Ending, I paid an overnight stay fee for parking.

And there is no designated parking for the guest.
Parking lot was full!
Parking is always full

Parking was difficult.
The hassle parking
