I was shocked when I shared the elevator with an A-list celebrity but I can understand why they would wish to stay here as its a great place to relax and is very secure.

Not much to complain about really, maybe just the placement of the TV is awkward but we didnt even end up using it.

This place is unpretentious the staff assist you when required and then get out of your way.

All I can say is that I will surely gonna recommend this place to everyone.

Very good value for money considering the location and how nice the apartment is.

We lived in the same building in May 2023, and it was good.

It overs better value and comfort than hotels costing 3 times the price.

I encourage anyone to book this unit as you won’t be disappointed

We stayed there for almost 8days and i will surely comeback again.

Super clean , spacious , and staffs were friendly and helpful.

Otherwise the place was stocked well with necessities.

I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Great accommodation

One of the AC in the room apartments started leaking and stopped working but because it was pver New Years holidays, no one could come fix it, however , this was understandable, regardless it didn't really negatively impact the stay as there was another AC in the room that kept it cool.

I stayed for two nights and tried not to let it bother me, as the roaches were mostly on the floor and in the bathroom, but then they started appearing on tables and crawling on my belongings.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in fact it had a lot more than you would find in other serviced apartments at a much higher price.

A huge apartment with ever thing you need washing machine, full kitchen with stove oven microwave fridge/freezer, kettle, iron and board, smart tv and a whole lot more.

We booked two apartments and like the first this apartment was very comfortable and of a high quality with everything you would expect and a lot more besides.

They had two single beds set next to each other instead of a double bed which is totally useless when having a romantic week end with spouse.

The size of the place (Elite Condo) was perfect for our family (couple and toddler, parents) with the 2 rooms, living room, washer, multiple bathrooms, etc.

To avoid this you need to either sleep in leg area of the bed (ok if you are alone) or move the bad somehow.

Maybe the location of the A/C in the room I was in needed to be elsewhere and not right above the bed...

When I asked for a new room they offered to clean my room but declined to give me a new one.

No hot water in bath sink no hot water kitchen sink didn't get enough toilet paper when we ask

It is not a hotel but a number of private owners of condos to which you are assigned.

Loose bathroom sink faucet that had pieces fall out the bottom when I engaged the stopper.

My daughter was to sleep on the couch, but surprisingly, it was not a pull-out couch.

Great value for money, comfortable and clean apartment with a nice view of the city skyline.

They offered me roach spray but told me to wear my N95 when I sprayed it.

The place was big enough but need to correct those item n/hot water in sinks

Some of the home appliances are pretty old and they were water in the kettle.

Large, comfortable and clean apartment with more amenities than you would expect for the price.

There was a thin mat to sleep on the floor, which was extremely uncomfortable.

The toilet was basic and the beds were too soft for my liking.

The view is over the golf course which makes it even better.

We also had a great view of the city from all rooms.

As well, cleanliness could have been better (ie: there were cockroaches)

Ridiculous that a real blanket was not included in the unit.

It's a very nice condominium surrounded by restaurants, fast food chains, a supermarket, several convenience stores, and a short walk to the BGC High Street.

An ideal base if you are in BGC for business or leisure as banks, restaurants, supermarket and jogging track just outside the front door.

It is very close to Burgos Circle where there are upscaled restaurant, bars, grocery stores and even a Anytime fitness.

The property is strategically located at BGC, just walking distance to the Mind Museum and Bonifacio High Street.

I got out to eat and had drinks at a bar down the street and walk right back.

The location is near a few nice restaurants and an easy walk to the Bonafacio High Street.

It is located in an exclusive area of BGC with a wide variety of restaurants close by.

The location is great (a couple of blocks from the Mind Museum and Bonifacio High Street).

Not having to deal with Manila traffic to go find dinner is a big deal.

The street is not busy so easy to see and get into your taxi.

Mind museum, Burgos circle, the high street and SM Aura were also walking distance.

Location at BGC is very accessible to all business venue and very safe walkable.

Locaiton was fantastic, very close to many eateries and shops in Bonifacio Global City.

Lots of restaurants and even a supermarket with in a 2 min walk.

Location is good, but that could be said of any hotel in BGC.

The area felt safe and there were many eating options close by.

There are tons of restaurants, cafes and shopping within easy walking distance.

Nice place to stay at a pretty reasonable rate for that location

Location, walking distance to Bonifacio High Street Park and safety.

Accessible, safe location

"GREAT LOCATION"...

(She is a woman with glasses and short hair. I could not confirm her name. I was told that she was the staff member who had called Security about the cockroaches.)

After waiting in the lobby for about 20 minutes, I tried to call her again to request a refund, but she did not answer the phone.

Staff, as I have found throughout the Philippines, were Professional, and Courteous; one of the many factors that makes the Philippines such a beautiful country.

A phone call with security staff was eventually successful, but she told me to use spray in the room for cockroaches.

The issue was highlighted at reception but no effort was ever made to give us a room with a proper bed.

The staff Aiza and joana are very helpful in everything you ask and your concern are taking care off rt away.

Staff tried their best to resolve a problem that was created by our check-in information not being available to them.

In the end, I had no choice but to spend the night here, feeling very uncomfortable and anxious.

I tried to call the staff through security, but the staff did not answer the phone.

Communication from my hosts was excellent with clear instructions for starting and ending my stay.

I really appreciate the help of aiza and joana in taking care of my needs.

Owner was very helpful with giving answers about nearest grocery which is walking distance.

It was very easy to communicate with the owner who had a wonderful attitude.

She said she would discuss it with her family and hung up first.

Staff are friendly and efficient even at 2 am when I checked in.

Broker was there to meet us which was great and smooth transition.

I requested a lysol for the room but they didnt reply.

The staff at the front desk is very unfriendly as well.

However, staff were quite quick to fix this when we complained.

They are always very Accommodating and fast and Always Friendly.

The admin is very coordinated and easy to communicate.

The staff has limited abilities to complete special requests.

The treatment by the landlord was not very good.

My family escaped to the lobby at night.

During our time there, the elevators were hit-and-miss though. One of them was normally out of order and another just seemed to work sometimes which could potentially mean some long wait times since it's somewhat of a high-rise.

Has most things you need: eating utensils and cookware, water bottles in the fridge, hair dryer, towels, basic toiletries, different types of electrical outlets.

The frying pans were so warped (rounded on the bottom) that it was almost impossible to fry eggs and bacon.

One lift in the block was out of order and that made waiting for the lift longer.

It made it convenient that we dont have to unpack to get our toiletries to use.

Had to buy paper plates and plastic knives when the family came to visit.

They sent people to clean the air conditioning unit, but it didn't help.

Made the stay more comfortable--such as toothbrush, tooth paste, shampoo, cond., towels.

The knives could hardly cut through the skin of an orange.

Did not see an effort to get it fixed either.

No ramp to haul your luggages getting inside the building.

She gave us a laundry service which had excellent service.

The lobby was hot, no fan or a/c.

There wasn't enough space to cook either.

Please provide coffee for the rooms :)

The air conditioning did not work.

The kitchen was a joke.

Only service for 2 people.

It took over 30 minutes to get to the room because our names were not on the reception list, finally security allowed us entry because we had the passcode for the unit.

Make sure you read your emails as they give you a representative that will assist you with your check in and stay.

Only thing I didn't like is that they have to check out your condo before they give you your deposit back.

I decided to check out and stay at the Ascott around the corner which was quite nice.

Also an inconvenience as I was on my way to the airport and running late.

The swipe pass to the elevator was NOT in the draw as per information.

Checking in the number provided with my booking was not in service

Once checked in no cable provided as it is still under maintenance?

But no storage service of your belongings before/after checking/checkout.

Prompt action from landlord and allowed for early check-in.

This was a new one on me.

I did not get my money back.

So need to update that

The pool was closed for cleaning during our stay.

There is a good gym and outdoor pool.

It also has a small outdoor pool.

Swimming pool is closed during Mondays.
