Amari Kuala Lumpur is repeatedly praised for cleanliness, spacious comfortable rooms, attentive staff, varied breakfast, and a warm atmosphere. Its location is especially convenient, with a bridge to Abdullah Hukum LRT and The Gardens and Mid Valley malls. Guests value the service and celebration surprises, though one review considers prices high.

It is evident that the planning of Amari Hotel was one of quality and value from the outset and the use of high end fittings and fixtures both seen and unseen is a good example of this mindset.
Infrequently, I will make a comment on these opinions unless there is cause to do so, both negative or positive but my recent stay at Amari Hotel prompted me to congratulate all involved with this project.
The best part? Walking into our room and being greeted with a beautiful surprise: 'HB' spelled out in rose petals on the bed, colorful balloons, a towel elephant, and even a handwritten card with chocolates.

New hotel, neat and clean, modern and sleek, good breakfast spread, good facilities with free wifi, strategic location with linked bridge to The Gardens and MidValley, short distance to KL Sentral.
Nice new luxury hotel that’s value for money run by courteous and accommodating staff who do everything to make your stay comfortable.
It's a newly build hotel with a new specious room and we really enjoyed the comfy bed and room services.

It’s not in the city center of Kuala Lumpur so would not recommend this location for tourists
Overall stay was excellent and I will stay at Amari again if I travel to KL.
Clean hotel with average breakfast and not comfortable beds and pillows + bad laundry service.

If I was to travel to Malaysia again I will definitely choose this Hotel!
Very welcoming, comfortable and clean and contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday.
Will book here again in the future and I highly recommend it.

Grand reception area, cleanliness and easy access to the Gardens Mega Mall.
If you love Amari/Thai hospitality like I do, choose this hotel.
I always stay at this hotel when doing business in KL.

They do have their own loyalty program though which is Onyx.
An extraordinary and memorable stay in Amari Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
I will definitely recommend your hotel and will be back!

I had such a bad experiences at Amari Kuala Lumpur.
U cn get better hotel around here with better price.
Repeated visit, always my first choice when visiting KL

I will definitely book again for my next stay.
Also this hotel is beautiful especially reception hall.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Good environment and excellent service from Siva.
Hassle-free travelling, spacious room with great services.
Good value, brand new and lovely staff.

Overall good stay and excellent service.
Good value with the essential facilities
Loved everything about this new hotel.

Rooms: What guests say
View Amari Kuala Lumpur229 relevant reviews
Rooms are most often praised as spacious, clean, modern, comfortable, and well designed, with good beds, lighting, worktables, Wi-Fi, and occasional upgrades or celebrations. Recurring concerns include rooms being too warm because AC is temperature-locked, unpleasant corridor or bathroom odors, poor soundproofing and slamming doors, inconsistent housekeeping, and questionable bathroom-tap drinking water.

Adding to that, if the master light switch is off, you cannot turn on any lights from any of the other switches which is annoying especially when you want to go to toilet at midnight, and you only want the toilet lights to be on.
They gave me a adjoining room... and ever time the neighbor next room open and close their door, the adjoining door shakes and makes a noise due to pressure... and the place is really not sound proof... can hear laughing and coughing.
Brought this to front desk’s attention and requested for a change of room, they were apologetic however unable to proceed with change of room as we were advised that they were at full occupancy on that day.

After the rain, my room smelled like the sewers which lingered even after the engineers cleared out whatever it was in a closet room located in the washroom.
The usb power socket was on the other side of where the master light switch is - not a very thoughtful design of room.
I did see a cleaning staff using the bathroom sink to wash the cups and spoons in the room, felt a bit unhygienic.

The room is a little bit less spacious, but still it is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
The room mean to be non smoking but the smell of cigarette just so strong as the room door been opened.
The housekeeping hours. In most hotels, housekeeping is done late morning. But at this hotel it was at about 4pm.

While our room was very clean, there have been some issues in the dining area where breakfast is served.
Should have a mirror in the hall as more convenient for family of ladies and an extra bed
Booking.com stated that the room I booked (Delux King Room) has a bathtub while it actually doesnt.

I felt the air-conditioned in the room could have been colder and the towels provided bigger.
The room was spacious, spotless, and full of natural light with a great city view.
The manager told there are many room have this problem and those room already blocked.

I easily can request for the type of pillow that i want and fancy!
The attention to detail—from the quality linens to the in-room amenities—truly stood out.
Absolutely 0 soundproofing - I could hear all the road traffic noise.

Room was big, bed was comfy, cold AC and strong Wifi.
1st day missing floor towel , 2nd day missing bath towels
The room is well prepared and the cleanliness is top-tier.

The lowest temperature I could set was 20 degree Celsius.
Appreciated the drinking water in the bathroom, very convenient.
There was mould in the sink area and shower.

Lovely hotel and room, beautifully furnished and very new.
I love how clean and spacious the room.
I can hear the next room occupants coughing.

Bed and Pillows are soft and comfortable.
The bed is too soft for me.
Pillow was too soft to my liking.

Location is the hotel’s strongest recurring advantage: a covered bridge connects it to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall, with shopping and dining about 5–10 minutes away. Abdullah Hukum LRT/KTM access and easy e-hailing help avoid heavy traffic. Downsides are limited nearby attractions beyond malls and longer trips to KLCC, Chinatown, and Central Market.

It is a relatively new hotel, located just a 5-10 min walk (about 200-300m) to Mid Valley Gardens Mall/Megamall (once construction works are completed, it is a covered walk up an escalator to the MRT covered linkway that brings you across the big canal and over to the malls).
Its right in the middle of a spaghetti of freeways/railways, but there is a 7-Eleven, and it is on a KTM station and LRT station - plus three malls (Eco City mall, Garden mall, and the ridiculously huge Mid Valley Megamall).
If you are in Kuala Lumpur this is a must stay, take it from someone who has been in hotels for a stay of 3 to 7 night for the last 6 weeks in 3 different countries.

Hotel is sited in and around high end shopping Malls with some good places to eat and very easy access to the MRT subway, making getting around easy.
It was my first time in KL and I wanted to stay close to Midvalley Megamall, this couldn't have been a better choice!
The hotel has a sheltered walkway with direct access to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall, which is incredibly convenient.

Prime location, the hotel's exit leads directly to the The gardens and mid valley shopping mall by walking around 3min.
There’s a covered walkway (closed 1-6am) from the hotel to Gardens mall, which then has a walkway to Megamall
For breakfast, I took a Grab to hip cafe at Bangsar, which was only 2 km away.

I would say it's a good place as a base for a year end sale staycation.
Even though the hotel was near to the shopping area, it was quite a walking distance.
The location is outstanding with major shopping literally a 5 minute walk (all under cover).

Location is within walking distance to a LRT, KL Eco City and Gardens Mid Valley.
Location also not good as there is nothing nearby except the mall which
Near to the garden mall and midvalley call, connected thru walk way bridge.

Stairs only, not good for people with knee joint problems or wheelchairs.
There is also a linkway to the Gardens Mall and Midvalley Megamall.
The location is just a stone away from Midvalley Mega Mall.

Garden Mall and Mid- Valley a comfortable and shaded 10-min walk.
Excellent connectivity to LRT, MRT, Mid Valley and KL Eco City.
Excellent location, short walking distance to Gardens & Mid Valley Megamall.

Quite a bit of walk to mega mall for seniors.
Especially a hotel nearby many good malls and restaurants.
The sheltered walkway to the garden mall and midvalley.

Great location, just a short walk to Gardens Mall.
Conveniently walkable to malls, eateries and LRT station.
Traffic was less congested than the Pavilion area.

Excellent location for shopping and weekend getaway
The location and how it is reachable
Perfect location near metro and mall

Staff: What guests say
View Amari Kuala Lumpur200 relevant reviews
Staff are repeatedly described as warm, friendly, attentive, professional, and helpful, with Siva and Neeta frequently praised. Housekeeping and front-desk service receive strong recognition, including thoughtful anniversary and birthday arrangements. However, service is inconsistent: some staff seemed poorly trained or indifferent, staffing was limited, restaurant service lagged, and a requested baby cot was never provided.

The staff at this hotel will surprise you with their willingness to go above and beyond in trying to meet your every need, from the moment you step out of the taxi to when you order a martini your every need will be met, including your preference of pillows.
Special thanks to Amar and Padhar for accommodating my special request as it was our anniversary with some absolutely gorgeous towel swans with rose petals and a little cake and card, it made my wife so happy and I really appreciate it.
Especially Inas, as I was checking in, she make it possible that the rooms i booked are on the same floor despite the hotel being fully booked and that we arrived late as our flight was a night flight.

However when I requested not to have a room near the construction work due to noise, management were quick to respond and gave us an upgraded room, free laundry, and access to the mini bar free of charge.
I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Vimalan B, Executive Assistant Manager, food & beverage and this gentleman is a plus to the hotel, he goes out of his way to satisfy a guest’s needs.
Big thanks to Siva at the reception who helped me get an early check-in at 1pm (usual is 3pm), which was really helpful as I booked 3 rooms for myself and colleagues.

Staff were friendly and helpful in arranging for connecting rooms and rooms in close proximity with each other as we were two families staying at the hotel.
The staff at lounge did not explain well on the offers and was not align with the info of what front desk explained and displayed.
They were apologetic however unable to proceed with change of room as we were advised that they were at full occupancy on that day.

Winnie and Jong also came and spoke to me on one of the breakfast time and they both were extremely kind and professional.
They have been excellent throughout my stay and ensuring everything was perfect and smooth for me in terms of my room arrangement.
The staff were great, and the manager made personal time to help us as well as gave us a great sendoff.

I would also like to thank the front office team members for their efforts to help me find my flower.
Hotel offered welcome drinks at reception and gave Christmas cookies as treats which was really appreciated by my child.
We would like to thank the friendly staffs particualrly Encik Raja for his professionalism in handling our stay.

Excellent professional service from hotel staff and their willingness to assist customers and provide them with comfort
The top to the bottom of staff make me feel so honored to be in that place.
The Manager and Ms Wawa upgraded my room and thanks so much for the fantastic stay.

A big thumbs up to the staffs, they were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay
The security guards are the friendliest and always open the car doors for guest.
Thank you to Neeta (Host) and Selim (Housekeeping) for making the special arrangement.

Great meet and greet at front desk, always very cheerful and helpful.
The hotel team took it seriously and went above and beyond.
Special mention and kudos to Siva & Raja at Reception.

Location and staff really kind and ready to help
Thank you Zarina and Wawa for your kind attention
Reception and concierge are very nice and helpful.

The cleaning staff are very good and efficient.
Great hotel with warm and friendly staff
Housekeeping rectified that immediately after informing them

Breakfast: What guests say
View Amari Kuala Lumpur136 relevant reviews
Breakfast is repeatedly praised for its extensive, fresh, tasty buffet, including Chinese, Malaysian, Western dishes and live roti and egg stations. Teh tarik is a standout. However, some guests report limited or mediocre variety, dull fruit, dirty vessels or flies, congested or outdoor seating, unpleasant smells, and occasional late or cold service.

I understand hotel policies about not taking food to rooms during breakfast, but I asked to take one piece of bread (which was already in my plate) for my almost 2-year-old son who was sleeping in the room, as he was still adjusting to a 3 hour time difference and missing breakfast hours.
In the end, I still took the bread, as I could not let my child go without food and I would not go to find breakfast elsewhere after having already paid for it and expecting it to be convenient within the hotel.
There was issue on first day with breakfast as it was not on time so i complained at the desk and they were kind enough to fix it and send me some fresh fruit in my room.

The breakfast that offers a wide choice of dishes, the only small drawback is that there are so many stands for the dishes that it is a bit difficult to find your way around.
One unexpected bonus was being able to catch the Norway vs. England match at 5:00 a.m. on the big screen, conveniently located next to the restaurant where breakfast began at 6:00 a.m.
Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast.

Cups and bowls where food items are stored (like milk, yoghurt, salads, fruits,…) where not always perfectly clean, which is a clear downside.
The breakfast layout was the same everyday, we had to eat the same monotonous layout for the whole 9 days of our stay.
After the first day, tomatoes and red pepper were not available for my scramble eggs that came as a surprise to me.

Great breakfast choices for all - local cuisine. Indian options, Western breakfast egg station, noodle station fruit bar, pastries and more.
Limited breakfast and the breakfast area smelled very bad and the smell was continuing to the corridor and the lift.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—there was a wide variety of selections, and everything was fresh and delicious.

They even kindly packed us breakfast for our final morning as we had to get to the airport.
And each time I’m there having breakfast, I dread and regret having booked the room with breakfast.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from.

Bonus that when purchase breakfast, includes an evening cocktail and canapes from 5pm - 7:30pm.
Seating areas could be improved as space was congested resulting in having tables outdoors.
Breakfast is good, just i dont like they keep everything at 1030am sharp.

I liked the most the freshly-baked croissant and the freshly-squeezed carrot juice.
Breakfast was also a highlight — delicious food, plenty of variety.
The Teh Tarik was absolutely fantastic and is a must-try.

The buffet breakfast could be improved in terms of varieties.
We had much better breakfast buffets in KL Hotels.
The buffet breakfast provides a good spread as well.

The staffs, location, breakfast, room, cleanliness and everything.
Advance money towards breakfast could have been avoided.
New, clean and very good breakfast spread.

Breakfast also many choices and good taste.
Breakfast buffet could have been better.
Even the egg station was disappointing.

Facilities: What guests say

The hotel is generally new, modern, clean and well maintained, with well-regarded pool, gym, Wi-Fi, and convenient mall/LRT connections. Recurring drawbacks include unpleasant-tasting drinking water, awkward hairdryers and TV streaming, noisy air-conditioning, and occasional bathroom odors. Club lounge offerings were inconsistent, with some guests finding food limited.

The hotel can consider doing away with the small tubes of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. and instead install the bigger, fixed dispensers in the shower area for the above - in a move towards more sustainable practices in the hotel industry.
HAIDRYER --- pls provide a bettet type , no need to ""KEEP -PRESSING" on the Button, in order to blow-dry our hair...SHOULD PROVIDE THOSE "AUTO - BLOW" type ( NO NEED TO PRESS THE BUTTON , FOR A LONG PERIOD
There's nowhere easy for women to dry their hair in front of a mirror. I ended up moving a chair to the tea station because that was the only place with a mirror and socket nearby.

Prefer to hav wipes or sanitizers for cleaning the equipment before use, so that those who wanted to do cleaning before use can do so, since covid n flu virus are spreading actively.
The hairdryer can be difficult to manage (heavy with short twirly cable with us having to constantly press the power button in order for it to function)
The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were all in similar bottles; one could identify each of them by reading the label outside their bottle.

It would be better if more distinctive differentiation could be made, especially for elderly people who has difficulty to read those small wording on the labels.
There is a nice OUTDOOR bar area , unfortunately, smoking still not allowed there , it would make guests with smoking habit much happier.
TVs - need to be changed to smart TVs as it was unnecessarily difficult to connect our phones to be able to stream

The hotel need to use some aromatherapy to cover the smell of the new concrete at common area to warmth the guest.
Doors soft closing mechanism need to be installed as guests will slam their doors with no regards to others
Club lounge is quite disappointed with very limited food and lack of hot dish during evening cocktail and canapes.

No club lounge even though it’s stating but instead they offer flow of beer and drinks at their cafe.
Able to do the screen mirroring with the TV box so we could watch Netflix and other streaming.
Parking car in P5 and having to go down to reception to clock in daily is a pain.

The shampoo and shower gel are of the same color, we do wonder if it’s the same ingredients.
Aircon is a little loud to sleep with it on so you need to turn it off.
Access to the lobby from the KL Eco City can be confusing due to the constructions works.

Adjacent to the hotel are 2 huge malls we didn’t need to go elsewhere for shopping.
Towel should be more than 2, in my case, i have a kid staying with us.
No powerpoint to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom since bathroom has the best brightest light.

On one day we were offered a small refreshment drink in the lobby - nice touch.
Cleanliness is an issue and they aren’t maintaining the rooms to the best they can.
Facilities of the hotel from the lobby to the pool was very clean.

Also, would appreciate if you could provide coffee maker in each room.
The pool and the gym were clean and in great condition.
They need to put more bold modern art in the lobby.

Free drinks all day plus evening cocktails and canapés.
Toilet have a drain kind of smell.
Filter water is not our liking.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Amari Kuala Lumpur54 relevant reviews
Check-in and checkout were often fast, smooth, and courteous, with early arrival requests frequently accommodated. Recurring problems included rooms not ready past the stated time, waits of 15–60 minutes, missing extra beds or toiletries, unclear deposits and payment demands, booking-system errors, and checkout queues or delays. Staff responses varied widely.

I have check in at 4pm, but the reception told me the room is not ready yet, waiting till around 5pm to chase them few time, after check in I realise the shampoo and tissue didn't provide, request from reception few times then just send at night time around 10pm.
I requested to change the stay duration from 2 nights to 1 night only for me and they accepted my request, but they changed my colleague’s accommodation as well and he couldn’t stay there and had to find another hotel instead.
However when I requested not to have a room near the construction work due to noise, management were quick to respond and gave us an upgraded room, free laundry, and access to the mini bar free of charge.

Booking support team were not helpful in resolving the issue and didn't even get back to my inquiry, despite their 24 hour rule which is already 1 day after on my booking period.
I wrote a request if my husband could have an earlier check in (If there’s room available) as he will be arriving KL at 6am from France (yea! Long flight!!).
I wanted a late check out and as an Onyx member I would have expected to get this free of charge, but I had to pay 50% of the rate.

So if you want arranged quick check in (due to young kids) at 10pm at night, pay 150%. Ripped off/ so need to join the Q like everyone else.
Waking up in the early hours to leave to catch a flight, to then the be told about tourist tax - which should of been at check in.
My room stay included laundry and it was not explained clearly what time they had to be sent in so I could receive it by the next say.

When asked to get ready for easy quick 10pm check in, they want to charge additional 50% even though the room has been booked and paid for.
The only problem was staff. Check-in experience was very poor - unhelpful and tedious, did not have room set up as agreed in emails (extra bed).
However, the hotel gave us some compensation like check out late but we didn't want, instead we ask for complimentary for two for our wedding anniversary.

I had to go to the reception counter 4 times just to request a towel, but I still did not receive one the next day.
Arrived at 1pm, patiently waited, only to be told at 3.15pm — past official check-in time — that the room was still not ready.
Check-out for other Hotels If bil prepaid then we are request to drop-off keys however here we need to wait in queue for 20minutes.

Had to request for the officers to come up and open the door for us as our extended check out time was nearing.
The next morning, the breakfast staff denied me access, claiming I had not paid for my child's breakfast, despite having done so.
When I asked for extra pillows upon check in, they were never sent even when I returned to my room at 10pm.

Room door couldn’t be unlocked and I had to go down to the recep twice so check on the access card.
I was told I would need to pay extra for their breakfast on top of the charge for the rollaway bed.
There were many miscommunications that made me look like I had not paid for breakfast, with other guests giving me looks.

It wasn’t staff’s fault as they wont be able to identify a club member or a suite resident from regular visitors.
Despite a last-minute delay due to my illness, the team was incredibly understanding and allowed us to postpone our check-in.
I will be checking out tomorrow (September 13), to a room on the 17th floor with breakfast included.

Early check in was allowed subject to availability which helped me a lot during my last visit.
We were warmly welcomed by the reception at check in despite us arriving closed to 2am.
The staffs did let us early check in as we are having a business meeting.

Mr. Raja apologized and promised our next visit would be “well taken care of.”
I requested a rollaway bed 3 times before it was finally delivered.
From check-in to check-out the staff catered to all our needs

Pool: What guests say
View Amari Kuala Lumpur25 relevant reviews
Guests consistently praise the clean, peaceful pool, spectacular infinity-style city views, and suitability for children, with the pool, bar, and gym area also well regarded. Recurring drawbacks include closure for construction without notice, early 7pm pool closing, occasional crowding, cold water, and a suggested anti-slip border.

Didn't manage to swim cos was crowded in the Morning, back in the evening to swim but pool side is closed at 7pm.
Applying an anti-slippery band on the outer border of the swimming pool would help against possible falls when entering the pool.
Wanted to chill and sit at the pool side area but was closed, guests cannot enter in the pool area.

The only downside was that the pool was closed during my visit, which was a bit disappointing.
The swimming pool was out of use due to construction work but this was not communicated.
The pool closed at 7pm, and pool bar closed at 6pm, which felt a bit early.

The swimming pool was wonderful, most of the times it was quiet and peaceful.
Pool was very clean and mostly quiet, with a panoramic view of surrounding city.
I used the pool area and the gym and they were both really good.

My son said the pool water was quite cold eventhough it was sunny day.
Some guests go swimming with long pants, tudung, and even T-shirt (male)... :(
The swimming pool has an infinity view albeit slightly smaller in size.

Good value for money if swimming pool becomes available.
Level 1 infinity pool offers great city view.
I loved the pool and cafe area.

The pool and its scenery is spectacular.
Maybe can put pool table in future.
Love the pool and the bar.

The swimming pool is ok
Stunning pool and gym views
Pool was great for kids.

Nice pool area.
The swimming pool
Pool was great.

Nice swimming pool
Enjoyed the pool.
The pool,

Nice pool

Guests often praise the food, selection, ambience, and staff, especially Amaya Food Gallery, buffet offerings, curry laksa mee, Hor Fun, grilled lamb rack, cocktails, and room service. Recurring negatives include undercooked prawns/chicken, overcooked fries, slow service, cold dining-room temperatures, and limited evening staffing.

Took 35mins to serve all the main courses for our group of ten, meaning the first person to get food was finished before the last person had been served.
…and the dinning room itself was so cold you felt like you had to wear a hoodie to keep warm…this also meant the food went cold very quickly.
Also weird that I get chased outside if I want a glass of wine with my dinner, even when I'm the only guest in the restaurant.

We also ordered rice with prawns/chicken around 5 times during our 6 nights stay, and each time the prawns and chicken were undercooked.
If the hotel can improve the restaurant experience…and not over cook your fries, you might get more repeat business in the restaurant.
The Amaya Food Galley provide good guest services and there are an array of food to choose from.

On one occasion, we had to send it back and bring again after making it cooked well.
The Hor Fun in the hotel's own restaurant Amaya Food Gallery is amazing, but a bit pricey.
Had dinner at the hotel restaurant after check in and the food was quite good.

The Bar, the Bartender so nice to intro me their new menu of cocktails.
I had visit fantastic staff on the buffet restaurant at breakfast service.
The food was very nice cos u have function at Amaya Cafe.

The dining room seemed to be predominantly tables for 4pax and above.
They were great selections of food and drinks at the lounge.
Food comes too slowly, even for a small group of ten.

Curly chips were fried so much they could break your teeth.
Food selection at the buffet dinner was great with live music.
Had dinner there too - Grilled Lamb Rack was excellent.

But barely used in the evenings, so very few staff
Food is amazing for both room service or their restaurants.
I love the restaurant too; the lightings, ambience, settings, etc.

Enjoyed the meals especially the curry laksa mee
The Cascade Lounge is cosy and heavenly.
The food, drinks and service was amazing.

The complimentary drinks upon check-in was good!
Dinner is a bid sad.
Delicious menu for in-room dining

The food was nice.
Absolutely delicious.
Restaurant serve very good food.

Parking: What guests say
View Amari Kuala Lumpur22 relevant reviews
Parking is generally ample, secure, and affordable at RM5 per day or per entry after validation, usually on level P5. However, it is shared and can be full, the entrance and route to the lobby are inconvenient, and guests must repeatedly present a Touch ’n Go card for validation, with unclear instructions occasionally causing much higher charges.

In the booking.com chat reply, they had told parking PER ENTRY is RM5, but somehow they didnt share detail that need bring the TnG/CREDIT card to reception for validate, hence i got charge for RM46 overnight parking.
The side back is that you have to handover TNG card for validation EVERY TIME leaving, quite annoying especially the car park is using different elevator and located outside of the hotel.
It's quite difficult to change from vehicle parking at P5 then need to walk to the lobby then only can go to the lift to go to our room.

Parking no issue because we used the valet parking (seriously for what we paid for the room- RM15 a day is a steal) 😁
The parking was not FOC (Flat RM5 after validation), but its easy to find and lots of spaces at level P5.
Most hotels have a standard rate for validation (i.e. RM8 or RM10 for whole day) if stay or for events.

On that note, it wasnt worth it - better rely on Grab instead of parking at their space
Carparking is a little hassle , that day by day , have to approach the counter for validation.
Parking is available at the premise at a flat MYR5 if exceeding more than 5 hours of parking.

I think receptionist can remind visitors bring the card to them when visitors during check in the hotel.
Could easily waive the parking fee, which is so negligible compared to the price of the room
Parking is not free for guest where I have to pay 1 day per entry for carpark.

The parking was also very convenient and very good price at 5 RM a day.
There are ample parking space for hotel guests and the daily RM5 charges is reasonable.
The car park has ample lots and at 5 MYR per day, it's really affordable.

Car park is chargeable RM5 per day but with unlimited access within a day.
Would be awesome if we can use like guest parking coupons for bypass.
Or print a notice and put somewhere visitors able to see the notice.

Parking is shared with other residential and office towers hence always full.
Parking on the 5th floor was convenient and felt very secure.
The car park entrance is a little difficult to locate.

I had to carry my bags to the parking.
The car park have to go up to P5.
Some of the parking bay is still under construction.

Parking is not free (deducted from your tng).
Parking - validation for a discount of RM5.
There's also designated parking for single lady driver.

Parking cost flat rate rm5 instead of complimentary.
Maybe Amari can improve on this matter.
The car.. per entry charge RM5

Spin multiple times at the same driving lane and had to walk into the hotel seek for security guard for direction in order to enter to the right parking place
It would be really helpful if there are clearer sign posts from the carpark to hotel lobby as well as signage to places like midvalley/garden mall.
Arriving by car can be a nightmare because the road to get to the hotel is convoluted and have seen many Grab drivers get lost.

The sign board was misled me to go to Eko Mall parking instead of hotel.
Chinatown is reachable by Grab for just 10 MYR so that was good.
Had a bit of problem driving to the hotel, lacking prominent signs.

The drop off is not easy for taxi or grab driver.
Accessibility to LRT and malls
Easy transportation.

I used the pool area and the gym and they were both really good.
Small details (like squeaking gym equipment) could be solved easily
Gym facility is as expected at hotels

The fit center is not open 24h
Gym was a little bit small
Gym and pool available as well.

Like the room, staff friendliness, gym.
