Its 2023, and with the price we paid, at least give the customer a smart tv or even just buy the plug n play device for google tv at least. It just 200 ringgit per device.
Bad bad and cheated customer. There was the worst experience ever to this stay. The management is getting worse and worse since we have been stay for many years.
Although the original luxury quality of the property, unfortunately, the hotel operation doesn’t meet the minimum standard to run the facilities as required.

I will not choose this property on my next visit, unless they have done a renovation and change all the furniture.
Overall, the quality of the accommodation and general level of service was good, especially in terms of value for money.
Disappointing stay and I expected a tad more from the management to meet at least the bare minimum requirement.

E&O reinstates a high quality of customer service bringing the hotel/apartment back into use after a 2-year shutdown.
Not a value for money, I might as well have booked 2 connecting rooms in another hotel
It represents more a spacious high quality b@b apartment in the city center than a hotel.

Another person at the complex told us this was 3rd or 4th case of theft.
I had a better impression the first stay, this time is looked a bit cheap
A major downside: the security deposit still has not been refunded to this day.

Well where can i start, the property management is the worse i ever encountered.
Ok for a long weekend, not good for long stays from my opinion
It wasn’t as wonderful as expected as I have been a regular there.

Our money got stollen from the apartment and the staff denied help.
It’s a residency but in booking is presented as 5 star hotel
Overall very disappointed with the upkeeping of apartment compared to previous visits

Ideal for what we needed for a short stay in KL
Everythinggggg, I swear—the accommodation is excellent and has all the services.
Not worth 5 stars, and the breakfast is a scam—avoid it!!

Everything is wonderful. We would be happy to return here.
Regular customers not finding the usual value this time around…
No value for the amount we paid for the stay.

Feels Like Home and coming back again for sure
If it wasnt for the stench and bathroom condition, the stay at E&O KL would be comfortable, relaxing and meet expectations . Unless its only that unfortunate suite and no other thats experiencing the odour issue, i would recommend this place for a short city getaway staycation
For me, this is a serious issue for any hotel, let alone a five-star hotel, and I hope for the sake of future customers, that the general quality of the food, along with the level of service, is improved in the restaurant where breakfast is served!

- I absolutely do not recommend booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with family. You may be placed in one of the rooms with broken air conditioning, and afterward your problem may not be resolved
We will never come back again, and we gave enough chances to let thing change but this only our delusion to hope it will getting better. Who knows this hotel don't care about their reputation and image.
I am not expecting a 5 star service or best ammenities / accommodation from this hotel/property, but I think the management should at least look into providing a more bearable stay for their customers and other patrons

The shower glass was dirty. The apartment floor was dirty. There was a stain from something sticky that I asked them to clean upon arrival (I have a baby who crawls everywhere), and not only did they fail to clean it that night because they told me that there was no cleaning service available at that hour, but the next day, when they cleaned the room, it was still the same.
Significant problem with toilet leaking from above and maintenance guys supposedly fixing the problem after we complained but then making the problem worse next day, creating slippery / dangerous bathroom floor. They seemed to fix it by the third day but not sure if it was actually fixed or if the room above was not occupied.
The bathroom has that typical smell many KL residence buildings have, and there are spots in the unit where the floor is sticky.. could have been much better if there's Netflix and TV in the bedroom as well (this last bit is not a complaint, just a suggestion).

The cleaning staff doesn’t come to clean your room every day. And when they are here, you have to remind them to actually change the towels, take out the trash, and give new soap bars. Because if you don't tell them, they won't do it.
A damp smell, with mold everywhere. The bed linen was stained. Stains and streaks everywhere: on the walls, countertops, carpets, and doors. The air conditioners are very noisy and cannot be adjusted. The bathroom is worn-out, with a dirty, chipped surface.
I also asked for one of the rooms to have two separate beds, but he refused without apologizing or responding courteously, saying that all rooms have one large bed and that, according to my request, it could not be changed.

Aircon was not maintained its always hot in tbe room, bugs in the bathroom and room evern acter they said pest control has been done, extremely bad smell from the sink every night between 2 and 3 am
Room & apartment was old but maintained sufficiently. Comfortable beds, good quality bedding/sheets/pillows/mattress. Additional bed is chargeable but a good, stable full sized single bed is given. AC, fans, water pressure all fine. WIFI stable connectivity.
The apartments are large and very well equipped. Large floor-to-ceiling windows. Modern appliances, a large bathroom, a highly modern washing machine and dryer, and an excellent kitchen with a bar—even an ice maker.

2. The air conditioning in the living room and 2nd bedroom were not working, air was blowing but it was not cold, so it was hot and stuffy the first night.
Overall room condition is good except for the fridge ice maker in not working and the second toilet ventilation to improve as there was a musky smell when not use.
Room was dated, floor had been repaired loads, paint work peeling or peeled off. Lots of water stains from leaks, in kitchen, bedroom. Tired/chipped cupboards, wardrobes. Unit needs some tlc.

Nothing is worst than coming back to untidy bed after long exhausting day where Im already worn out from moving to a new apartment in the city that day.
When the room was cleaned on the first day, I returned to the hotel and found that one of the three yogurts in the refrigerator was missing.
The room and it's space, my little one had the time to run around and it was not crowded as it would have been on weekends

The night view from the property was stunning, and we really appreciated having an iron and ironing board available—it made our stay even more convenient.
The only drawback was that the television was not a smart TV; there were only 4 local channels, and the picture quality was poor.
1 - The bathroom in the room was very bad. Although I requested maintenance, nothing was done. I should have asked to change rooms.

The unfortunate thing is that the dryer is damaged and is very noisy being like a small motor boat engine with no silencer.
The air conditioner in the living room did not work very well, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature in the bedroom.
The only issue I’ve is your air conditioning. Though had been staying at my regular units, the air conditioning is not cold.

The cleaning was inadequate, and even the inside of the bathtub had not been cleaned. We decided not to use the bathtub.
6- there was a really bad smell in the bathroom which i reported and was not solved during my hole stay!!
The housekeeping did 10% of the job only ... the covers of beds is disgusting. Brown not yellow from dirtness ...

The apartment is large, and it has the amenities you need (a washing machine, an iron, and a bidet spray).
The AC also wasn’t working very well so 3rd day we asked them to fix it. By the third night, once the AC was fixed and air was flowing again we also started noticing a smell. After investigating closely, I realized the room had a serious mold problem. In the ceiling of the bathroom & also in the AC. The air had a musty smell from the start, but only after the 3rd night and linking all the signs, it became clear the symptoms were linked to mold (as we’ve had allergies in the past & the symptoms are the same).
I called to inform them of the aircon is not cold fm the moment I checked-in and was advised there is nothing wrong with it but they top up gas only. The whole night you don’t feel any coldness and I feedback again the next morning. Maintenance guy came again to check and advised there isn’t any problem with air-conditioning and ask me to monitor again. I came back at night and informed them there is something wrong with the aircon as the whole apartment is not feeling any cold air at all.

The room (1101) had a number of maintenance issues, timber floor dirty, kitchen tap mixer falling off (I fixed it - you're welcome), vanity mirror in bathroom falling off wall, towel rail also falling off, washing machine stopped working with our clothes inside (and was replaced a couple of hours later), the bed was very very hard (OK for some, but not us), the safe didn't work, the iron was terrible and the aircon in the room was next to impossible to change temperature (we gave up).
- shower smelt - sinks didn’t drain properly so one was full for a day - no hot water for a day - unclean, unwiped surfaces - no light switches next to bed - no plug next to bed - blinds didn’t work - balcony door didn’t lock - uncomfy, very hard bed - ripped duvet cover - wardrobe doors didn’t shut so the lights stayed on all night - not able to hang stuff to dry on the balcony - only one fork provided
In room facilities for the serviced apartment was disappointing - e.g. non internet TV - cld not connect to Netflix, no coffee machine, incomplete crockery to be able to cook/self-cater (only provided glasses, mugs, 4 plates + 1 salad bowl, cutlery - no bowls etc). Requested clothes drying rack but not available. Squeaky wardrobe drawers - some maintenance required for blinds, grouting in bathrooms etc. Housekeeping cleanliness was ok. Perhaps management can consider upgrading works & improve in-room offering.

The premises are large and enclosed on all sides, but using the card-key door that allows access through the neighboring St. Mary building, you can quickly reach the main street on foot.
Good location.....walk to Petronas is about 15/20 minutes. Same to the nightlife at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Also to shopping areas. Traffic in the area is pretty bad.
Perfect location It was very clean and had everything we needed the location was perfect for us with close access to Monorail.

The location is absolutely top-notch👌 Right in the city center; the Twin Towers and KL Tower are within walking distance.
Many dining options all around the residence. There is even a local market on weekdays in the street outside.
Lovely surprise to have Friday morning/lunchtime street market just outside entrance of hotel for local food & trinkets.

Upon staying multiple times at Penang E&O, we were totally disappointed with the service in KL E&O.
Location very good go pavilion very nearby only ,nearby there also got mcd and food stall
Property was very well located, easily accessible on many forms of transportation and well known.

Location is quite centralise, walking distance to KLCC and nearby Shopping Malls & Eateries
The strategic location of the apartment is what I really love about the place.
The location is wonderful, close to all the famous places in the city.

There is a small market where you can get everything you need.
The location and the arrangement of landscape , pools , setting areas.
The location was very good, with many places within walking distance.

The location was good, close to KLCC and many shopping malls.
Would definitely stay again, great location and great size room.
Location is great walking distance to popular spots and shopping.

There is a lot of security, which feels safe.
The convenience store is not operating 24 hours too
The location is good; everything is within walking distance.

Lots of places to eat very close by
Great location. Near Petronas tower and Pavilion center.
Location is fair and some cafes are nearby.

Nice location and nice views, very comfortable.
- The location: the hotel is really well located. Not far from Bukit Bintang, a very popular district. You can easily walk to Jalan Alor, Pavilion, Petaling Street (and Central Market), and of course the Petronas Towers. Everything is close by. And a huge highlight is the street food at the bottom of the hotel. The locals set up in the morning between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. to sell truly delicious food at very reasonable prices. If you want to make the most of your hotel room and eat as you would at home, it’s great to buy nasi lemak downstairs.
The location is convenient: 1️⃣ it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Pavilion, KLCC, and the Petronas Twin Towers; 3️⃣ it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Xin Feng Bak Kut Teh and Friendship Bak Kut Teh.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of KL City Centre, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. I truly appreciated the quiet ambiance despite being in such a central area.
The residence is in a very convenient location, right in the center, within walking distance of the Petronas Towers, the aquarium, shopping centers, cafés, and restaurants. The monorail is a one-minute walk away.
The accommodation's location was really good. Jalan Alor Night Market was a 10-minute walk away, and Pavilion was a 15-minute walk away. Large supermarkets were also all within a 10- to 20-minute walk.

We were horrified to witness that the cleaning staff were using discarded towels to clean surfaces, including the floors, without any proper cleaning agents or mopping. The same towels were used to wipe down the shower areas, a practice that is not only unhygienic but completely unacceptable for a supposed five-star establishment.
I shall not name the representative so as not to get the person in other troubles, but I wish the hotel management shall look into the service provided by their staff to say the least.
Having given all this info - they refused to refund me for the final night, even though I had to leave early for health reasons. It’s disappointing and unacceptable.

E&O residences took the incident very lightly and the staff were not concerned that a robbery is an act of crime that should be punished.
After that, I went myself and waited for more than a full hour. In the end, they said there was nothing in the room.
Our money got stollen from the apartment and the staff denied help.police investigation needs to take place and refund for our money.

Rhey did not care for the life nor the residents belongins and the fact that they had thieves among rheir staff.
I think it is not polite and not professional when you speak badly about your client in your mother tongue.
-the security guards were nice and helpful also the guy carrying the baggage and the cleaners were very nice.

The guy who welcome us when we arrived was a bit harsh (we felt he heated us😂)
The night staff was quick to offer another apartment for us to have a good night sleep.
The service is truly outstanding, it is very, very safe, and the staff are extremely friendly

But the staff keeps it clean. N the overall staff was very welcoming n warm.
I also loved the security guard named Kumar, the only person who greeted us.
She was rude, uncooperative and was not a good ambassador for the E&O brand!

Thank you to the entire team at E&O Residence for the outstanding hospitality.
They told me that there was no cleaning service available at that hour.
And excellent staffs whom were friendly and helped us during our stay.

Only then at 11pm they suggested that I should change the room.
Got the guts to tell me a new staff handled me.
The staff are wonderful; friendly, helpful and extremely kind and responsive.

I had to lodge a complaint with the hotel manager
I was extremely satisfied with everything from the staff
The staff is friendly and polite but not helpful.

The staffs were responsive and helpful all the time.
I called the front desk repeatedly, but no one answered, so I had no choice but to go downstairs to find someone. After coming up to take a look, they told us to change rooms. We had to pack our luggage ourselves in the middle of the night and carry our sleeping child up and down the stairs 3–4 times. They did not even offer an apology or any help! Their attitude was extremely unhelpful!
3- The reception staff are extremely poor in their dealings, and you cannot obtain any of your rights. (There were repairs using noisy tools—drilling and demolition—on the same floor where we stayed, starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m., and the room was not changed despite another room being available.) When you speak to them, you will encounter a strange way of responding to your requests or discussing matters with you.

5. I will concede one star, as they did resolve the above problems. My comment is that the repair team should've at least left us a note to inform that we needed to use the controller from another room to turn on the living room AC, instead of us having to test and figure it out ourselves. Again, no one picked up the phone for enquiries.
I would like to thank Mr Ardi, one of the E & O Residence front office Technician staff. As he is such a smiling face & an endearing cheerful character who is definitely added a great value to your Residence services. He is a well qualified person who knows how to deal & treat guests friendly & in a professinal way. Thanks again 👍
We also saw that they had scheduled as pest control for the following morning in which they said they would be using chemicals. We definitely did NOT want to be there for this & they should have given a notice on booking.com so we could have made an informed decision. With chemical pest control alone, we would have never booked here.

I brought it up with the front desk, informing them of the dangers of mold (its also in their lobby ceiling) - we should’ve been refunded entirely but we said becuase we noticed late, we were happy to ask just for 1 night refund so we could move asap to not get more sick and still be ok to fly.
The TV service only had 1 English channel which was deleted for the last 2 weeks of our stay which could not be reinstated. We were able to use our lap tops as a backup. We offered to pay for an upgraded cable service as our stay was over 2 months, but this was not possible.

We asked the front desk to bring water and toilet paper, but even after asking three times, we still did not receive them (when we called, they kept saying that housekeeping was on the way to bring them)
Access card: At the large main gate, the card worked exactly twice, and then it stopped working. When I asked about it, I was told that it had to work, without anyone checking it.
AC not working, cupboard door handles falling off, tv not working, blocked sink, leaking sink, mould around kitchen sink, lamp plugs frayed and exposed at plug head, etc.

The only thing is I would say that its looking a bit run down inside, with walls needing a paint and a bit of a revamp.
The property is guarded and overall feels like an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.
They do not seem to care much about cleanliness, and maintenance does not seem to be important to them either.

There was a strong odour from both bathrooms. It was coming from the sink holes. Very disgusting sewer smell.
Very pleasant outdoor area, although there was nowhere to sunbathe, as the sun does not reach it.
And a cafe within the grounds of the actual hotel/residences would have been a nice touch.

Very poor wifi reception as we were unable to obtain ip addresses from the access point.
But the air conditioning was very noisy and did not work in the room.....
And I ended up doing it myself by figuring out how it tripped.

Oh maybe a few more bottles of mineral water will be good.
Wifi: We stay for four nights. The wifi was not working properly
Old, with no maintenance; there was a leak in the ceiling.

I noticed that the security around the towers were pretty good.
Prepare it yourself; it is a great and cheaper alternative.
Facilities are tired and some are not working (dryer, microwave).

The apartment is generally poorly maintained and rather run-down.
Small details and cleanliness were lacking a little bit.
The buildings are old and in need of maintenance.

All the facilities at the stay are nearly perfect.
TV system could be better for today’s standards
Little issue with dryer but was fixed quickly

The space is very nice and rooms design.
And the hotel grounds are very beautiful.
While the washing machine was swiftly replaced,

Breakfast was only dealt with 2 local small restaurant with a selected menu for hotel guests and if you want something from the actual restaurant menu, you ended up paying out of pocket. Selected menu was very poor and we were limited to 1 or 2 items as the rest was not international and mostly local dish. No fruits or juices was in the breakfast menu only a black coffee or tea have been provided. Menu was not kids friendly at all!!
When I booked, I chose to have the apartment with breakfast, and I also received a notification from the app that my daughter who is 3years old will get free breakfast, but in reality, it was not like that, they gave me coupons for breakfast in a restaurant that did not include a drink, and the breakfast options were two types of meals for coupon holders, and I had to pay for my daughter who is 3 years old for breakfast.
The breakfast was an external service and was not what I expected from a 5 star property. It didn't have many options, the drinks were limited only to one coffee or tea and the tea was only black tea. I usually don't drink coffee or black tea, so I struggled with black tea and a lot of milk in it. I would've preferred to have at least a tea variety.

Fifth, I was shocked when i found that the breakfast is only one dish of eggs and boiled vegtables and you take it in a small cafe neaeby the residence (doesnt worth the 25 MAR i paied for each person per day). The eggs were sunny-side and you cant even ask to change it to an omellete!!
Bfast selection. Complementary vouchers for 2 restraurants with very limited set menu for bfast. Not so good. Also for drinks you only get to choose black and white coffee and not even juice. Felt like not worth to pay for bfast for 8 days where I could have selected so many different options from nearby.
The morning we went to breakfast, the only options they provided to us were meat options and again, after explaining to several staff that I am vegetarian, they disappeared and came back with a solution - some chicken or other meat sandwich!! They just do not understand anything and have no veggie options whatsoever!

Breakfast option at the adjacent place is poor and wish I had not bothered. Seem to have no clue how to make a hot cup of tea, but maybe that is how they do it over there? Another time the food was just sat waiting to come out until I asked where it was.
For breakfast, I think they got an external provider and it wasnt buffet style. You get to choose from a menu of 6 choices and it was yummy! They could level up by providing drinks for kids too instead of coffee and tea only.
Breakfast (awful!) is a voucher for a café in the neighboring building, where you can choose one of three dishes, coffee, or tea. They did not even give the child any juice, presenting it as a complimentary item, although we paid for it—ridiculous.

Additionally, some members of the reception staff were rude and could not assist me with simple inquiries regarding the laundry services and the cost of breakfast, which is provided by an external restaurant rather than the residence.
Because their breakfast system involves giving you vouchers, and you go outside the hotel onto the same street, where there are two restaurants; choose whichever one you like. One of them has deliciooous food 😍
Breakfast was available at a nearby café, where there was a choice of six different options from the à la carte menu, which tends to become monotonous during a longer stay.

The breakfast voucher system- this was not clear when we booked. It would be better to have a value to the voucher rather than restricted to a few limited items.
Breakfast is provided via vouchers for a nearby café. Unfortunately, the selection there is very limited and absolutely not geared toward Europeans. You can easily skip it.
The breakfast. It is not at a truly certified halal restaurant, it is just 'pork free' so it can be quite sensitive to muslim travellers.

Breakfast was poor, as we were anticipating international breakfast, not vouchers from local cafe giving you a choice between 3-4 to choose from
Breakfast is served there as meals; you choose one meal from the menu only, with no extra, plus tea or coffee.
The breakfast menu being the same everyday, should have a different variety if hotel chooses to use menu instead of buffet.

Breakfast that was included….was offered at 2 coffee shops, limiting choice for families and no drinks provided for kids.
And the morning breakfast from Garderman is also very good (they provide breakfast coupons with very limited options).
And the break fast was bad because it is Ala crad not open buffet, they didnt m

It’s rubbish, probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in our five weeks in Malaysia…
The breakfast but not included a good coffee (just Nescafe or local sludge).
Breakfast at external cafés with little choice and very long waiting times

The breakfast option from set menu is a bit let down.
We also paid separately for breakfast, and it wasn't bad.
I recommend offering at least one sweet option for breakfast.

The breakfast is very poor. Only four different options.
There are street food trucks for breakfast and lunch
Wasn't a great menu in the first place.

*pool towels aren't provides, you use your room towel then have to call reception and wait up to 30 minutes for them to come up to your room where you hand them your towels and they give you fresh ones meaning that you cannot shower after the pool and have to sit around wet waiting for housekeeping to arrive.
The pool, located in the center of the residence, is very lively during the day, especially due to the presence of many children. For those seeking more tranquility, it is free and much quieter early in the morning and in the evening, making it possible to enjoy it peacefully.
There were clear signs stating that no clothing was allowed in the pool, but this was still disregarded. A photo shoot was also taking place while we were there, during which the couple stayed in the pool for a long time wearing lots of clothes.

Only thing I can think of is that the swimming pool area needs to have more lounges - there are only aboy 16 - 18, and fill up very quickly
The swimming pool is really sharp and unpleasant. The area tent well maintained and we saw families eating and drinking in the pool which made it unclean.
* There are about 15 chairs by the pool for hundreds of guests in towers, so don't plan on hanging by the pool all day.cos you can't.

Do be careful in the pool, the tiled flooring is made from rough hewn stone, and I think it could easily cut a child's foot.
The swimming pool was fantastic. The buildings provided nice shade over the area, making it very pleasant to spend time by the pool.
Pool surface is to rough and needs replacing also it needs signage so that no one dives into pool as so shallow.

The pool, while nice, was very busy with lots of kids. It was a holiday weekend so maybe to be expected.
Fantastic pool nestled among the buildings, surrounded by a palm garden with a view of the peaks of the Petronas Towers—
- worth noting the pool is on the ground floor and is overlooked by several building which is quite exposed

I saw a cockroach in the bathroom coming out of the water drain leading to the swimming area.
Though I didn't utilise the swimming pool & gym, by look at it already satisfy me😍
The pool is at ground level, but the landscaping is beautiful and it is comfortable.

The pool is in the shade from 11 a.m. onward (because of the building).
Only the swimming pool on the ground floor is difficult to access.
A beautiful swimming pool right in the middle of KL! Excellent

Pool was a bit on the cool side for me.
Swimming pool & outdoor areas are good with kids.
With very good swimming pool and jacuzzi pools

Very nice and safe complex, lovely pool.
The pool's jacuzzis weren't working either.
The swimming pool was not well-mentioned.

There is also a play area.
There is a swimming pool.
Great swimming and pool complex.

Pool was in the shade
And brilliant pool n jacuzzi
The complex has a pool

Nothing; our communication began when we booked this property by mistake—we confused it with another one with a similar name and acted too quickly. Half an hour later, we arrived and asked to cancel our reservation. We were asked to wait two hours, and then refused, with them saying that the money would not be refunded.
Because the system requires you to open the gate with your room key card when entering the property, you need to show your passport to security and have them let you in. (It would be helpful if there were a system allowing entry by PIN, at least the first time.)
Check out time is at 1PM. I required additional 10-15mins as I was doing my packing. The reception called my room and I advise as per above, he told me that at 1PM sharp if we don’t check out the system will automatically charge RM250.

My husband went down and apparently they did not agree that we can check out in that way and told my husband he is the one who spoke to his “girlfriend” and said that by 1pm there will be charge. Fine! put that aside.
So you have to give your passport, and confirm your staying there before you can even get to reception. So be patient as security at this facility is very difficult. I have stayed there many times and the process is the same.
Checkin time is 3:00 pm, I sent atleast 10-15 messages before to confirm out flights are early and will need early checkin. We were at hotel at 9:30am and for early checkin we had to pay 250 RM for 5 hours.

I had accidently made this booking when I was at their reception and I had requested a refund as i made another booking to actually stay there and they refused me despite still taking my money for the stay.
The reception canceled the apartment’s electronic access because I did not pay for the additional bed, even though I had already paid 3,800 for four days in advance, and I had asked reception to pay the amount upon checkout.
12pm sharp called the room already not just to inform check out time is 12pm but ask exactly what time will be coming down?? Chill dude i know your policy and all but you dont have to be annoying.

Room were only ready by 5pm when I was told it will be ready by 3pm. Was told that they had a 100% room occupancy the night before, but still isn't a good enough reason for the late check-in.
At check-in, a young woman dealt with us in a rushed, even hostile manner, listing everything we were not allowed to do in this hotel! She made us sign the terms and conditions without letting us read them.
The worst thing that happened was that at check-out we did not get back the 500 MRY = 106 euro deposit; the hold was released only 8 days later, after we sent two emails, without any response!!

When reached the counter, I requested to extend 1 day ahead, but the front desk staff just replied it is all fully booked and not offered to check online booking whether there are still rooms available.
We told them to give us early check in and they say it’s depends subject to availability and when we arrived they asked money for early check in.but they didn’t mansion it in there offers.
They took 200 MYR from me as a security deposit and after my stay ended they did not return the amount to me and this was not explained at the beginning of the rental

If you arrived earlier and the room is already done and free they want to charge money for letting you in the room earlier !!!! that’s a no go .
There were really a lot of rules; I had to sign a multipage contract, and I wasn't even given a copy. You don't know what you signed!?
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is exactly at 12. If you are late, you have to pay an additional fee.

-early check-in costs almost the same as a full day, a any other hotel wouldn’t charge if you previously informed.
I have stayed in various hotels and the deposit hold is ussually released within 1 to 2 days.
We arrived at 1pm. But they allowed us early check in. We were very thankful for that.

I had asked for an early check in if available as we had an overnight flght.
The hotel needs employees who explain all these details about the check-in process
Ridiculous fee for checking in an hour early after a long fight

The deposit they are keeping for weeks. Still not get back.
This time they said need to penalty for Rm500!!! Hello?
That one cannot get into the room earlier

And informed font desk upon check out
The receptionist requested a deposit at check-in.
Ease of check in and check out,

We ordered food for ourselves through a delivery service. Not only do they not let the delivery person into the hotel, but we were also forced to go outside to collect our breakfast and walk through the entire residence grounds for 5–7 minutes to pick up our delivery. Given the time, it would have been easier to go to a restaurant!!!
Those with large luggage who come using only public transportation may have some difficulty reaching the property. If you have only a shoulder bag without wheels, the Raja Chulan monorail is convenient, but otherwise, is Bukit Bintang MRT the best option?
Just a tip: don’t order a taxi at the reception downstairs; a private transfer is offered, which is five times more expensive than a regular taxi. And apparently, there aren’t any regular taxis.

We wanted to rent a car; he first said 300 ringgit, then sent us a message 15 minutes later saying it was 1,500 ringgit. We rented a Nissan for 300 ringgit.
Unfortunately it was lost upon arrival at airport. Had to get an urgent one on Carousel to deliver, having to pay on my very 2nd day of stay.
We flew straight home to Russia from the hotel; we didn’t need the dollars, but when we arrived home, we found that $300 was missing.

1- It is difficult to enter and exit because it is a compound containing several adjacent buildings, with residents staying for long periods.
For food delivery you have to walk all the way to the guardhouse to meet them because they aren't allowed in the lobby.
Security did not allow drop off direct at lobby. This would preclude groups with heavy luggage as this makes it extremely inconvenient

And the alleged airport transfer also did not happen; they told us Booking was supposed to be responsible for it
Imagine when you had a long drive from Singapore to KL with more than 9 hours on the road,
One of the days during our stay, it started raining just as we arrived in our Grab (taxi),

Money was charged to the card without warning, even though payment in cash on site was selected
One of the receptionist booked me taxi to the airport with a price then they charged more
Have to collect grab food at the guardhouse. they do not let it send to the lobby.

Very easy to get on the free bus network and train station less than 5 minutes walk.
Finding the entry was difficult, had to show passports and booking to even enter the complex.
Deliveries: All deliveries will need to be collected at the guardhouse. Abit troublesome for this one.

2️⃣ The nearby bus stop also provides direct access to KL Sentral and Petaling Street/Central Market;
Grabfood delivery is not allowed past security, so you have to walk there every time.
Because you’ll need to walk to the main car entrance to pick up your item.

Catching a GRAB is soooo cheap that you can travel anywhere for next to nothing.
With Grab and the monorail, you could also get to places farther away very quickly.
Grab food had to be picked up at guard house which means no "wanderers" around.

-Ordering transportation costs double regular rate so i don’t recommend asking them for transportation.
The MRT station is only a 2 minute walk from the property.
4. The Grab taxi can easily get right to the entrance.

Very convenient for being dropped off and picked up by Grab.
Grab food delivery only delivers to a table at the guardhouse.
Hated that Grab could not send my food.

I arranged all my meetings to meet me at my 'hotel' for coffee as this is the most time efficient way when only in town for 48 hours but had to make last minute changes as there was nowhere on site to go.
Additionally, some members of the reception staff were rude and could not assist me with simple inquiries regarding the laundry services and the cost of breakfast, which is provided by an external restaurant rather than the residence.
Restaurant Wasn’t great enough . It doesn’t meet the standards of 5 stars It’s not a buffet restaurant it’s just a voucher costs not more than 50 Rm . I expected a buffet

Moreover, another family in the restaurant at the time complained that they had been waiting for one hour before leaving the restaurant (having not yet received their breakfast). One hour!
You needed an access card to use the toilet in this restaurant, and the one from the hotel did not work. Therefore, this was not possible either.
They give you vouchers to a nearby restaurant. The restaurant give you a set of meals and you get to choose 1.

To be honest, their food is delicious but repetitive, and the restaurant is small and cannot accommodate all the hotel guests.
It is a shame that there is no dining room; you have to leave the establishment to get something to eat.
The resturant provide only 4 type of food , 3 of meal eggs sunny side up other one was clup sandwich

There is a delicious, clean Arabic restaurant called Ya Hala in front of the hotel, and it is suitable for Arabs
The restaurant was really nice and the staff were lovely. However the food choices aren’t ideal for older international visitors
There is no restaurant inside the hotel or within the property, so you have to go outside for

There is no restaurant in the hotel and it’s not allowed to order food from outside
Didn’t need to cook as good restaurants close by so not needed for a short stay
- go to Glass tartine and tipples over the other one as it's MUCH better.

There is nowhere on-site to have a coffee/ drink/ food. All is off-site although nearby.
Although the restaurants are great but with limited options, it's not great for kids.
The restaurant is merely a café cooperating with the hotel to provide meals.

Only set manu have not much options and quantity also not enough.
In house dining states until 8.30pm but it actually stops before 8pm.
And a very nice classic restaurant—you can try the meal for 30.

The other one outside 200 meters in another hotel is also fantastic.
And a very bad small local coffee shop. You won’t rely on.
They directed us to near restaurant which is limited choices

No food delivery was allowed to send to the room
There is a great Arabic restaurant across the road.
Ninth, there is no room-service even for packed snacks.

We ordered juice, but it was unavailable.
There is no full service onsite restaurant
With excellent meals at the Garden

We rented a car and were told to park it in the residence parking lot. The entrance opens with a card, so we opened it. In the morning, the car's tire had been clamped as if it were in traffic enforcement. Apparently, even if it was 1 a.m., we were supposed to have it unlocked.
The parking bays signs were on the bay surface and should have been on the pillar for easier navigation especially when the lights are not that bright in the parking lot.
The hotel bill was charged in advance, and in addition, I had to pay 400 MR in case I broke something—it hasn't been refunded (at least not within a week)!

Parking for one and the others have to parked outside and it is quite a distant walk. Should have given two parking card as we have two rooms
Obviously have 2 cars. I remembered last time it was fine to have 2 cars park in basement but not anymore which doesn’t make sense.
Didn’t allow us the hotel guests to park at the hotel designated parking area stating that it’s only for drop off.

There was also a problem with the parking because they did not explain the parking procedure to us
You need 20 parking space for drop off? You allowed a Mercedes to park and not a Mazda?
So thinkg tt 2 cars r allowed for parking. But actually was 1 unit ofr 1 car.

Hated that parking was difficult when there are so many parking available without going to basement.
Car park for visitors are confusing and difficult to access via card provided
Door to parking was broken (from Tower2 to level2) and stayed like that

They only told us to enter and park in any space
Basement parking is similar to horror movies they need more lights.
Only 1 parking was provided for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Parking is also available for those who are staying.
Mostly everything from parking, facilities and accommodation are perfect.
You could park your car in the basement

And car park arrangement is most efficient.
Excellent parking directly beneath the hotel.
Parking was a breeze and secured.

Ended up clamped my guest cars.
And where to park the car.
But the problem was resolved

Security and Parking is good.
Parking was easy and convenient
Parking was free for guest.

And where to park
Parking is free.
Basement carpark excellent

We had 3 nights there and enjoyed the pool, gym and the room/unit was spacious and peaceful.
Also, the two-story shared area with the gym looks appealing even when viewed from the pool.
Though I didn't utilise the swimming pool & gym, by look at it already satisfy me😍

The pool area is pleasant, and while I didn't use the gym it looked well-equipped.
The pool and gym facilities were great.
The fitness center had modern equipment

The gym was well-equipped and clean.
And a gym with good equipment.
And gym are top quality.

As well as a gym.
The gym is very good.
The gym as well.

And nice little gym.
There was a gym
And a fitness studio.

After long walks through the city, the whirlpool was a great feature.
SPA is outside the hotel and not managed by the hotel itself
There was also a little sauna cabin in the changing room.

Outdoor spa didn’t work.
And the spa
The small saunas,
