The best thing to me is that it has clean filtered water, something i never experienced.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially with the exceptional service provided by Nisa!

The shower area comes with a sitting slab, which is good for elderly.

The hotel is new and the furniture is new; there is a bidet.

This was as standardized a stay as possible - which is good.

The reception aren't very knowledgeable either, giving me wrong information saying that the Pavallion mall in Bukit Jalil was the city centre of KL when I got there and spoke with Conceige information desk they told me that I was given the wrong information

They were attentive to the finer details, offered to reimburse parking costs and complementary breakfast at the cost of a regular room on noticing that we were traveling with a disabled person.

At breakfast, some staff seem quite overwhelmed/confused during peak hours, and some food took quite a long time to be refilled, and some staff forgot the orders we made

I left some items at the bathroom but they aren’t returned for my next visit so I was a little unsettling for the staff’s behavior.

Stephanie the front desk manager was also commendable for her exceptional service and I believe she’s needed to bring Courtyard By Marriott to greater heights!

The extreme kindness of the staff, Hanani Nisa Shakhira at the reception, left a strong impression on me with their efficiency, availability, and gentleness.

Often noisy, with bad manners by other guests and a staff that doesn't intervene when guests are misbehaving, breaking rules, etc.

HAS BEEN CHASING FOR THE INVOICE OF MY STAY AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY DESPITE WEEKS HAVE PASSED.

I really thankful and appreciated that reception girl helped me to order taxi , because my Grab application didn't work.

The hotel staff are all helpful, courteous and will make their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Their swift action, positive attitude, and willingness to help made a significant difference and truly reflected exceptional customer service.

Special thanks to the receptionist, Amni, for being so kind and giving us the best offer for our stay.

From the receptionists, guards, to the housekeeping service, right to the morning breakfasts service, the staff were all amazing.

But the guardian guy didn't help me to put my luggage on taxi , it was less comfortable feeling.

All the staff (from front desk to pool attendants to security guards) always greeted us with a smile.

Hotel was also great other than having to remind them to clean it all the time.

This is by far the most irresponsible and amateur front desk and support I ever met.

The staff were outstanding — warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Later hotel manager sent a sorry mail for not providing the breakfast.

The fact that on the booking website when I book the room it clearly stated that the room that I booked had a shower or bath that I had to ask for.

The stay in Breakfast Room was my worst ever: the noise from Kitchen-Ventilstion is terrible loud all accross the big room, only topped by the very loud and low-quality musik speaker system.

Everytime we reminded him to clean the room, he would ask…. Err check out? Not sure why he did not have this information and had to ask us this every day.

The room is spacious, clean, and has a beautiful view, the bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning is effective, and the bathroom is clean, functional, and a good size.

The bed I slept on is really uncomfortable, quite a stiff bed, maybe I am just not use to this sort of bed, like sleeping on hard floor.

Quite chocking in 2026, they said we needed a computer and they could give us a HDMI for to connect to the TV.

Floor was not mopped or vacuumed a few times because the food spilled by my kids was still there when we returned.

The view in my room was superb, it was facing KL 3 main tower Merdeka 118, Petronas Twin Tower and KL Tower.

The noise from the air conditioning, the view is not amazing from the room... View over the park from the 11th floor.

We had a lovely stay; room and shower were spotlessly clean and we loved the comfy bed and pillows to snooze into!

We left in the morning and came back in the evenings to a messy and dirty room filled with trash.

We thought the smell will go away after few times using the water, but for 2 days it smelled bad.

The room service staff allocated on our floor kept asking us if we were checking out every single day.

The door to the room is NOT soundproof, so the noise can easily be heard from the bed.

There is no water bottle, water for drinking is provided at the water dispenser inside the room.

If for me as guest, than how bad and unhealthy must it be for your employees ??

The room smelled weird coming from bathroom which we think it was the sink that was smelling.

A highlight was the chill bedside sofa—perfect for lounging with a book or just enjoying the scenery.

Limited floor space of Marriott, sticking to few floors, compared to other 5 star hotels and resorts.

Room was not clean until 5.00pm the next day despite tidy room sign was turned on.

Super clean rooms, the counter tops were pretty spotless, with hardly any dust (yep I checked)

We left the room for the guy to do his work and returned at 8.30pm.

The TV programs available in the room was miserable and it wasn’t a Smart TV.

The room and toilet are spacious, clean linens and everything we need are provided.

They use a lot of air fresheners to cover the odour, barely liveable.

The hotel is quite new so the room was clean & comfortable.

I was really surprised by the standard the hotel created.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, a bit outside the city center in a quiet area but close to a small shopping center that offers all conveniences.

Location is outside the main KL shopping and CBD districts and so it is away from all the hustle and bustle in if you prefer the quietness.

If you're looking to escape the city jams in KL and still keep within driving distances to the city centre, this hotel will be ideal!

There is a mall beside the hotel which makes it convenient if we run out of food or if we need something to do!

I definitely don’t mind about the location at all although I didn’t have the chance to explore the neighborhood but ordering car is easy.

The shopping area besides, no doubt is a mall with few eating stalls and restaurants, but it is lacking attractive delicious food.

The location was good, right next the hotel there are plenty options where you can grab something to eat or have breakfast.

You can go anywhere quickly for just a few euros thanks to Grab 24/7... So it's ideal for visiting or for business.

For more shopping, you can drive or take taxi to Bukit Jalil pavilion which is about 10 to 15 mins away.

There is a large mall next to the hotel that has everything from food and drinks to cafes and big supermarkets.

Plus, there is a mall right next door with plenty of food options, a grocery store, Mr. DIY, and Daiso.

We felt like we were away from the city but were happy to catch Grabs to explore the City.

Proximity to a 24 hour grocery was a nice perk, and the views from the higher floors were nice.

All the necessities of life, including restaurants, markets, and international brands, are located at the bottom of the hotel.

Location wise: Decent if you're driving but no direct access to public transport for those who aren't driving

Location in between the city KL and Bukit Jalil (which was my purpose for the trip).

There is a store inside the mall that I liked, which has many pastries and cakes.

And there is a larger mosque (Abdul Rahman bin Awf) about 10 minutes away on foot.

There was also a mall next door which made it very convenient for a last-min shopping.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, including the friendly service to cleanliness and convenient location.

Save a lot of time on travelling because the area is quite near to Kidzania.

Location is not near to city but easy enough to take cab and move around.

Great location too, with a 24-hour supermarket and Family Mart nearby for late-night snacks.

This was our first trip to KL so we weren't familiar with the location.

I love the location where it has a mall connected to the hotel.

The Loundry service was not professional: 1) Form wrong and unclear about return timing 2) Needed and ticked "folded" clothes but go them on hanger. 3) Partly not really clean !

It was supposed to be free parking according to the Booking.Com information but there was a RM 8 per day charge.

I got a free upgrade to a premium room since it was my first stay, such a nice surprise!

I suggest to give a biodegredable plastic or something that can wrap the food especially cooked food.

The facility is one of the better designed place for disabled but can be improved.

The dusbin did not have a lid and no plastic bag.

If you can shift to pantry area it will be nice.

There no bar service because their license had not been issued.

No outdoor place to rest and smoke or drink coffee.

My fiancé was trying to relax near the swimming pool area, when another guests sat down in the chair next to her and started playing annoying social media clips on his phone with the sound on full volume.

Some other guests had jumped into the pool while wearing their street clothes, breaking the rules of the swimming area.

Would absolutely love it if the pool could stay open until 10pm ! 🌟 (That night swim would be magical!)

The tiles which lead into the pool extremely slippy my daughter slipped so many times and once cut her foot

I mean it’s courtyard.

On checking out, the front desk man said that security deposit will be refunded back to my bank account and that receipt will be sent to my email, still have not received either one, more in particular the receipt to my email should of been instant when I check out.

I activated the cleaning button in the morning at 10 am and at 6 pm I came back and it still wasn't cleaned... it arrived at 6:30 pm... which is far too late.

During checkout, a front desk staff by the name of Zahirah was reacting rudely and behaved reluctantly when I asked to help print an invoice for the stay.

Told me that I can check in if i book on booking app, but i couldnt check in and said they are fully booked.

But that morning at the front desk, when I inquired about a late check-out, I also didn't get a response.

Out of every hotel I attended, this is my first time encounter with such a rude staff.

If she’s having a bad day, that doesn't mean she can take it out on me.

Check in and out was easy and the persons attending to us were super friendly!

Front desk service I wanted to check in early but couldn't get a confirmation anyway.

I asked for cancellation or refund. They ignored me and continue to let me charge.

I was also able to check-in early which is a bonus.

When we checked out at 5 am, breakfast was not ready.

The frontdesk staff (a girl) makes the check in process easy.

Such low class service from a 5 star hotel staff.

They also allowed an early check-in without any extra charges.

Expensive parking. The parking should be RM8 per entry, but ours RM21😱 so lazy to go lobby again, so we just paid and leave.

I had a bit of trouble trying to figure out if there was designated parking for hotel guests in the basement carpark.

When we came back late the doors from parking leading to hotel lobby were locked.

The lift from the parking area is not directly linked to the hotel.

It's too much of a hassle to get the complimentary parking.

The hotel only provides flat rate carpark fee for hotel guests.

Plenty of safe, covered parking available, at only RM8 per stay

I ended up paying myself a few times.

Parking was also quite inconvenient for the guest.

We had to walk through the shopping area.

Parking is not free :)

First night I had dinner I was kicked out of the restaurant because a private group booking was made for whole restaurant

There’s an excellent restaurant called Mini Tanker in the mall , we had one of our best meals there.

It would be wonderful if oysters or scallops could be added to the buffet in the future.

However, the buffet dinner was a bit disappointing and didn’t feel worth the price paid.

They were disclosing private information and they didn't want other people aroun

Maybe just a bit far from the lrt station (although stated the nearest one), which my friend and i still need to Grab to.

The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is very bad.

Accessing to the hotel is easy with adequate signage.

I love the gym and facilities.
