They can win great leaps forward . The fact that the Fairmont stands out, should not automatically means exploiting the situation to unbalanced levels. Please take my feedback positively to get better market share and ahead. Cheers
Thank you once again for the wonderful experience. I look forward to my next visit and will certainly recommend your property to friends and colleagues.
This ruined my whole stay for me, I thought a hotel in that range should not steal from their customers like that.

All in all this experience has been really distressing as it wasn't handled with due respect from beginning to end.
I will definitely stay again next time I’m there and I would highly recommend this hotel to family/f
I stayed on two different occasions, and both times the staff, service, and accommodations were impeccable.

I was told by friends that the Fairmont Makati was the best hotel in Manila.
I just really I had booked a longer stay. We only booked two nights :(
With the amount of money I paid. I expect better service and excellent facilities.

Service like this is what turns a hotel stay into a relationship.
We expected the best and was given nothing less than the best.
I'd highly recommend spending a few nights here when visiting Manila.

Our visit from August 23rd to 27th couldn’t have been better.
A True City luxury Retreat in the Heart of Makati
We booked quite spontaneously. Therefore, the price was quite high.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Makati.
Above not good enough for a 5 star hotel
Not complaining but simply giving an honest feedback.

I hope to visit again your hotel! 🙂
A very nice hotel in Makati .
Comfortable stay in a very good location

I have stayed here for 12 years
We will most definitely be back.
We like everything about it 😃

Acceptable but below normal fairmont standard
In total we lost 2 business days for 3 of our staff, and had to call the doctor to issue antibiotc just to be able to fly back home. Our colleague from NYNY also notified me she and her husband had upset stomach's ( they left the day we were all sick) .
I paid close to 800 for a single night and spend the extra money for lounge access so 60 dollars isnt an issue due to the amount, i simply do not like being stolen from/ charged for things i did not use.

2 of our colleagues are still sick, and are now missing work here in the UAE. We are sending them to the hospital to try and find the problem so as we can assist them in getting better.
Better value for price - while it meets expectations in some areas, it doesn’t fully match the price point compared to other luxury hotels. especially, Initially assigned corner room had a strong lingering odor in the hallway
Wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the overall quality of the property and the food during my recent stay. Everything was truly exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my experience.

Great service ( 1. tv remote was busted, called them and they changed it right away 2. iron was busted, called them and they changed it right away 3. husband's button flew, asked for a sewing kit and they right away provided 4. had my period unexpectedly, asked for sanitary pads in the middle of the night and they right away provided) I had so many issues during my stay, yet they delivered... I was impressed by the service...
The staff deserves special mention for their humility and cooperation. They were always ready to assist with any request, providing quick and responsible service that made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to extend my special thanks to Ms. Jellah and Mr. Aaron Saguin for their outstanding efforts and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed.
We are an international business couple who appreciate the little things that make a difference. In this case its the service. When staff go the extra mile it is truly appreciated. Dana in the main lobby bar and coffee shop is that girl. Showing genuine personal interest is so rare these days. Our compliments too to the management for staff training.

Special thanks to Kathleen from the concierge team at Fairmont Makati. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and willingness to assist made the experience even more enjoyable. Truly excellent service and a great representation of the hotel.
The Royal service was impeccable. The service and help of the staffs especially the manager, Kathleen was the best of all the Fairmont that we’ve been to. She went way up and beyond for our stay to be comfortable.
Lastly, they’re proactive in a way that they would ask us if there’s anything that we need and would also get unnecessary plates on our table to make us even more comfortable.

A special shoutout to the hotel lady nurse who consistently checked on our daughter during her fever and even followed up the next day—her care truly meant a lot to us.
We have 7 luggages total and I asked the concierge to take the luggage from the taxi. From the three concierge no one got up to take it.
They called again to let me know that I didn’t need to move but can use another room two doors down to shower which I did.

A heartfelt thank you to DM Inah, who once again took great care of us, and to Francis from Concierge for his consistent support.
You can feel the genuine, top-notch hospitality at every single touchpoint: from pre-arrival coordination, throughout the stay, at departure, and even post-departure.
Nevertheless, it is no excuse, since Fairmont's relatively warm, and attentive service were the main reason we favor it over Shangri-La.

Their genuine hospitality reflects the Filipino brand of service at its best, and it’s something that makes Fairmont stand out.
Hotel staff, particularly Fairmont Makati Hotel Manager and Concierge RK assisted us and we felt very well looked after.
The Spectrum staff on duty that evening were so attentive, particularly Yani and Kristoff, They deserve special recognition.

So we had to go down and ask, when we did no one gave us a clear direction.
That is this type of hospitality that can make a luxurious stay all the more memorable.
From the moment we arrived, to the second we left, we were made to feel welcome.

AD assisted us multiple times during our stay and have provided us an impeccable service!
When we asked why, the staff gave us conflicting excuses about 'membership' and 'availability'
The staff greeted us with such warmth and professionalism from the moment we arrived.

Special thanks as well to Dewey and Francis from Concierge for their assistance.
However management was quick to get us a different room upon notifying them.
And all staff are committed to delivering the best in customer service.

As a frequent traveller, noted the top notch service at every touch.
A special mention must go to Sam Gil, Guest Experience Lead.
The staff worked extremely hard and we appreciated their hard work.

Above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Ezekiel
Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the
Everyone in the staff was tremendously friendly and helpful.

However, the room that we had in Fairmont Makati was a huge disappointment. The linens were old, the interior of the room was old and needs serious refresh/update. I can’t believe that I was in Fairmont for the kind of room that we had because it’s way below the standard of Fairmont.
Housekeeping not particularly up to standard, as we had to request extra pillows from housekeeping after they had taken 2 from the bed.... Housekeeping supervisor was little arrogant to one of the guests as she requested for 3 pillows to be replaced due to stains on the white linen.
Upon arrival there was a complimentary Food platter was given on arrival in room-uncovered. We didnt know how long it had been there. On the food platter was Salmon sandwiches, and cakes with cream. They were left for 2 days before we asked room service to remove them.

Towel is smelly and very old, charger of phones are 4 sucket but only 2 is working, at first there is no hot shower..please check also the rooms properly. and please change the towel, the color is brown already.
If wasn't for the musk smell in the rooms. Something about the carpets. I had a bad allergy and was not pleasant to walk to your room to that smell everyday. Got to do something with those carpets.
We booked for 4 guests but we didn’t get the room with the 2 beds that we reserved. They gave us a room with one bed and just added an extra small bed that is uncomfortable.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable, large and had everything you needed! My daughter's family needed a rollaway bed and they said it was like a "real" bed, not the thin mattress rollaways you usually get.
The only issue ive had is i checked my email and receipt emailed to me. I had two alocholic charges from the minibar totaling almost 60 usd i did not drink charged to me.
Each day, my room was left spotless, with my clothes neatly folded, fresh towels/bedding provided, and a drying rack thoughtfully placed in the room after I had been hang-drying my clothes on a chair.

I only drink vodka given the chance and had unlimited drinks through the lounge access and there were charges for gin and beer. I dont drink gin and i hate beer.
Actually, we were upgraded to a room at Raffles Hotel. It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at—such a large room and, of course, it had a bathtub!
But itll be for next time. Also id have prefered the minibar being refilled everytime the room is being cleaned instead of being on request.

And now the rooms. Totally not worth $225++ per night. Upgraded due to being an Accor gold card member and this is the experience:
The ROOM 318 looked VERY OLD. Smell inside the room was STUFFY when we first came in. Toilet quite DIRTY and VERY SMALL SINK.
They gave us a “gold” room and it wasn’t anything special. It was quite small and we could hear the room next door.

The only downside for me would be that the room was a little dark at night and needed more light.
Rooms design is old and furniture doesnt match, specially curtains were repaired instead of being changed with new.
Booked a 2-night stay in a Fairmont Gold Suite and King Room for me and my family.

Our room had been upgraded as well, which was a very unexpected and nice surprise.
The room was clean, well appointed, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
They prepared a wonderful surprise in our room that our kids truly appreciated.

Hallway has a really bad damp smell which comes into the room
The room is cozy and huge as well as the luxurious bathroom.
Big room, fixtures are new. Charging points are updated and accessible.

And, I liked that I was upgraded to the Raffles too!!
The bad and the pillow is not confi at all
Some welcome fruits could have been kept in the room.

I booked a double room but didnt get it.
The stay was extremely comfortable, homey, and relaxing.
Our initial room had a damp carpet smell

The location of the hotel adjacent to several malls and, in particular, Greenbelt means that there are a wide range of both stylish formal and casual dining options on the doorstep. I’d also recommend the Ayala Museum nearby for those with a few hours to spare and an interest in Filipino history and culture. The Salcedo Saturday market is a fun activity on a Saturday morning and an easy walk from the hotel.
Location wise, you couldn’t ask for better. The hotel sits in the heart of Makati’s Ayala Centre retail and leisure zone. Across the street is Landmark, and right beside that are Greenbelt and Glorietta , full of shops, restaurants, open-garden walkways, and yes a movie theatre. You’re within easy walking distance of all of it.
- El Cirkulo (excellent Spanish food) - Milky Way (excellent Filipino food; known to have the best halo-halo Filipino dessert) - People’s Palace (thai food; must try their Pomelo salad!) - Mamou (local version of Peter Luger steak; must try their Lorenzo truffle pasta)

Great Location Great location… In the heart of Makati, which is heart of Manila . Everything is near to you, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. There is a nice small cafe UCC, just cross the road. It is opened until late time .
LOCATION Steps away from Landmark which is a cheap department store and supermarket where you can buy dried mangoes and locals snacks; or buy all sorts of things you might need: bathing suit, summer clothes, flip flops etc.
Just that and the location was just awesome. the hotel was surrounded by 4 malls so we don’t need to take a taxi or any form of ride. just walk over and we are spoilt for choices.

The next morning we walked across to the UCC café right beside the hotel for brunch. It was convenient, comfortable, and a nice change of pace from the hotel’s dining room.
The hotel’s close proximity—and convenient tunnel access—to the malls, restaurants, and airport made everything so much easier, especially since I was in town for work and had limited time to explore.
Not only is the location very convenient for shopping and food options, we found the hotel to be less hectic than others in the Makati area or BGC for that matter.

The location is very convenient for us. We just had to cross the street to go to Greenbelt and it was a few minutes walk from other malls as well.
The hotel is next to the some great malls (where you can just walk) - which was perfect for us to meet some friends during our stay in Manila.
Greenbelt is the shopping complex across the street that has good restaurants and Ayala Museum (if you’re traveling with kids they have a fun diorama of Philippine history).

What impressed me most is the hotel’s prime location right at the heart of Makati, close to luxury shopping, fine dining, and the bustling business district.
Fairmont, it’s been a long-time dream of mine to stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Makati.
The location is in the center of Makati, walking distance to many things (connected to a mall).

Would love to come back to Philippines and no guesses on where to stay
The Location is perfect, Greenbelt is across the road, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Breakfast selection is great and location is situated in the heart of Makati.

Location is safe and very accessible to all malls, rain or shine.
The hotel had great security. There was multiple malls in walking distance.
The location is great..lots of eating places around and at the mall.

Location is great with lots of cafes and shopping close by.
Convenient location in manilas business district and close to shopping amenities.
Very well located with lots of malls and shopping nearby.

It is close to all shopping malls and restaurants.
Noise brought by construction renovation above our floor
Very convenient and easy to get to.

Location is perfect and near to Greenbelt.
And close to malls and airport
The safety of the location.

The toothpapste sachets were far too small and did not contain enough tootpaste. Also, even if the did hold more paste, the sachet is a bad design as a larger one would not keep any excess paste fress. And yes, I know you will say you are trying to be environmentally friendly.
BUT!! Improve the working conditions of the K9 dog at the entrance… poor dog got me thinking all week, extreme heat, working all day long, he look tired… without water sometimes… at least put him more shade and a fan or something…
AMENITIES Excellent amenities which include: - Iron and board - Umbrella - Shoe shine kit - Yoga mat - More than usual toiletries - Usual hair dryer, safe, mini bar

We upgraded to the Fairmont Gold and the happy hour in the evening meant we had additional treats before dinner (that really could have been dinner if we wanted)!
It was a bit hot for poor Eugene the labrador dog who was on security. Felt like he need a shaded area to rest perhaps with a fan?
For a 5 star hotel and paying $400 a night, the pool Should be permanently available to paying guests as I have paid to use the faculties.

Signs of age are definitely catching up to the Fairmont — aromatherapy humidifiers in the hallways will only cover the smell of older carpets for so long.
Somewhat confusing layout at first navigating between the raffles side of the building and fairmont - really just a nitpick, doesn’t take much to get used to
I stayed in the Fairmont, but the way the hotel is set up one had the advantage of being able still to access some Raffles facilities:

KC from Concierge also welcomed us warmly, and during check-in, Aaron was efficient and thoughtful, even offering complimentary drinks while we waited for our room.
The lounge itself was a serene and sophisticated spot to relax, be it for breakfast, snacks throughout the day or cocktails in the evening.
I've noticed guests leaving the gold lounge for instance, and their used plates took at least 30 minutes to be bussed out.

Aparrt from the fruit platter, we were surprised with gifts curated by Sam, Kath, and the entire Fairmont Makati concierge team.
What made our stay at Fairmont Makati even more special was the experience we had at their Fairmont Gold Lounge.
The cafe lounge vibe is superb, its where we chill most of the time, very relaxing, drinks were great too.

Could it be that the Back of the House doesn't bus out soiled dishes sooner? Maybe so.
And beautifully well-maintained facilities and amenities—it is truly their PEOPLE who are their greatest asset.
During our stay., the front desk advised us that there is an ongoing construction

The atmosphere, from the lobby to the guest rooms, exudes comfort and relaxation.
I love that the products that they sell are all locally made.
I am amazed most specially that their toothbrush is made of wood🤗🤩

And had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The lobby looks cool but that's where it all ends.
I love the relaxed ambience upon entering the lobby

Highly recommended, especially the Gold floors and lounge.
Which has access to the lounge.
The hotel phone did not work

Lobby's bar tables lack good cleaning
Macaron Cafe coffee was delightful.
The place smells so good

The buffet breakfast at Spectrum is outstanding and very good value - in addition to all the international favourites and a range of Asian options, there is a wonderful choice of Filipino dishes and pastries which the staff are only to happy to guide you through. As one might expect, the fruit is wonderfully varied and of the highest quality.
Experience at Cafe Macaron for breakfast was not very good. Long story, but they really need to "up their game" compared to pre-pandemic service. Food was great when it came, but they dumped everything on our table all at once and there was no room for 50% of it.
I wish they offer free breakfast, they offer it for a discounted fee but for the amount we eat during breakfast (or dinner), we decided to skip the offering because of the usual queue in the dining hall.

Breakfast is very good but Pork items are so much , however, Halal items not that much!!! There are a lot of Arab and Muslim guests, so I believe that, you should add more Halal items.
Special mentions as well to Ella and Kate at the lounge, Anna who assisted us during check-out, Eruelle at the café for dinner and breakfast, and Inah the duty manager, who personally sent us off.
The only negative comment I can give is that the breakfast buffet had fewer choices this time as compared to our stay 2 years ago. Back then the buffet was so worth it!

I was told that the reward is for choosing American Express affiliated hotel. So i invited some family members to have breakfast with us to make use of the rewards.
We availed of the breakfast buffet. We just noticed that dishes were not promptly refilled. It was not 10 yet but then a few serving plates were already empty.
The hotel breakfast is the best we've ever had! There are so many choices and made to order choices that anyone can find plenty to eat!

Some of the food in the breakfast buffet were poorly cooked. E.g. the danggit fish too hard and not crispy and the hash browns too oily.
The breakfast buffet in the lobby was the best we have had- with so much variety and they had local dishes to try as well!
The lounge itself was a serene and sophisticated spot to relax, be it for breakfast, snacks throughout the day or cocktails in the evening.

Their breakfast at Spectrum is something you shouldn’t miss. We were able to have a lazy Sunday brunch because it’s up to 11am.
Their breakfast buffet is to awesome. Something that you look forward to wake up early to make sure you won’t missed the breakfast.
I was also told by booking.com that breakfast could be added for 1,415 PHP but on checking in it was over 1,800 .

And the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options for both Western and Asian tastes. Lots of variety and everything well prepared.
Breakfast buffet was very good (from western food (for me) to filipino food (for my wife) - also the kids enjoyed it.
Not only she had several options ready for me, she had 4 different drinks because she wasn’t sure about my preference.

I didn’t like the fact that you can’t not ware sport attire on Saturday’s and Sundays for breakfast!
Breakfast spread was boring. Could have more variety. Too many pork dishes. Need more ASEAN Touch.
Paid for breakfast for 4 days but only used it twice because of t

Breakfast at Spectrum was a highlight, offering a delicious spread of international dishes.
Special thumbs up to morning cappuccino and quiche at the Macaron small cafe.
Had to queue for breakfast on sunday morning because it was busy.

I cant choose specifically all foods are tasty and verygood
Variety at breakfast, one of the best I’ve seen!
Breakfast restaurant is small, congested and not organized.

More variety of food/cuisine in breakfast buffet.
And I love the breakfast buffet.
And breakfast buffet, were top-notch.

The only comment about the food I have is that the Beef Carving (Sirloin) should be cooked medium rare first, not medium already because there are some people like me who want our beef Medium Rare in doneness.
Special mentions as well to Ella and Kate at the lounge, Anna who assisted us during check-out, Eruelle at the café for dinner and breakfast, and Inah the duty manager, who personally sent us off.
3 of us caught food poisoning, and when escalated a concern to the hotel that it may have been from their evening buffet, the CHEF's response was arrogant and in denial.

Also the Raffles had a 'long bar' .. very similar to the classic in Singapore, but much less crowded and cheaper .. which you could charge to your Fairmont room.
In-room dining also came through: we ordered fish and pasta from room service, the seared fillet with seasonal vegetables and a creamy penne with salmon teriyaki sauce was yummy
It was the quality of the food and better overall but every visit became a something to look forward to as much for how relaxing it had become.

We went down to Café Macaron for dessert before bed. We had macarons (mango and ube flavours were highlights) paired with good coffee, just a relaxed, sweet nightcap.
We want to cite Kenjie of Cafe Macaron in particular, for being very attentive and proactively rectifying a minor problem with an order swiftly and graciously.
What I appreciate the most apart from the amazing service from everyone is the available vegan menu for the in room dining and the Mirèio restaurant.

The dinner buffet was not very good. Some of the items looked as though it had been out all day e.g., wilted salad, dried up meat.
And consider some how dealing with the price levels - both in special events like the Chinese new year event , and the food prices
Clear communication (especially dining inclusions) -A waitress mentioned alcohol was included, but later clarified only sangria was included—not wine. This felt misleading and disappointing

Ohhh and The classical acoustic performance at Spectrum was sophisticated and serene, elevating the dining experience to a truly refined occasion.
Not to mention, each spread was beautifully laid out with delightful cuisine hot dishes or canapés and desserts plus drinks.
We had NYE dinner at Mireio and it was spectacular! Enjoyed talking with the executive chef and staff!

And dinner is really bad , dining in room was horrible and the food was awful
We didn’t try their food because of the many food options steps away from the hotel.
Ripped off at the pool area for drinks, gave us more expenaive drinks than we ordered.

The value for money and selection and quality of food in the restaurant was exceptional.
Thank you also to Chef Mercie, Chef Kat, and Chef Shania for the delicious meals!
They have a policy ,about heating the food even if its from their restaurant :)

We ate at the macaroon cafe and waited more than 30 MINUTES for our dessert.
We also enjoyed the lunch buffet, which was as sumptuous and satisfying as always.
The Food & Beverage across the various restaurants and lounge was of high standard.

While visiting the lobby pastry store, I was greeted by Kath.
Food in room service is very good. The pizza is great.
I especially enjoyed the mango cheesecake from Cafe Macaron,

We just thought this is really poor food hygiene
Food wasn’t bad but also not great.
-In-Room dining selection is way too small

I could not get a receipt at check out to include the room charges because my booking was through booking.com, and they could not cancel the security block in the credit card, after I settled my bill.
Special mentions as well to Ella and Kate at the lounge, Anna who assisted us during check-out, Eruelle at the café for dinner and breakfast, and Inah the duty manager, who personally sent us off.
However, upon check out, i was charged the full amount of the breakfast buffet dor 2 adults and 1 child because according to them, the voucher is invalid since i booked the hotel from booking.com

I was denied the entrance because I was wearing sports shorts after my gym session on Saturday morning , but the rule only applied for me as I saw other guests wearing short.
There was a certain smell in the room, but DM Inah promptly checked on us and even offered a late check-out, though we had to leave early.
We have just checked in for a short three night visit before heading back to Melbourne, and from the very beginning the experience has been flawless.

KC from Concierge also welcomed us warmly, and during check-in, Aaron was efficient and thoughtful, even offering complimentary drinks while we waited for our room.
Was going to check out and wanted help with suitcases but never came till had to do it ourselves because pick up car has arrived
I arrived very early to Manila after an 11 hour flight and they were kind enough to offer me at 10:00 am check- in.

I didn't like the fact that there was an immediate "up sale" when I arrived, but it turned out to be in my favor.
During our first week of January stay, we were pleasantly upgraded—thank you to Janine from the Front Office for the thoughtful gesture.
I went to check out and the manager herself with the front desk staff were waiting for me with breakfast to go.

And this time I wanted to extend my stay but was not offered anything to make me stay so I moved hotels
We checked in at 4pm, we stayed for 2 nights for my bday. I asked if we can have late checked out.
We booked through Accor, which was seamless and upon arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded to a deluxe corner suite—

Eventhough we arrived 1hr before their closure, they never made us feel that it’s too much of their job. Kudos!
If you want to occupy the room before the check-in time, you must pay; overall, the stay was excellent.
Awful first experience topped by then having to queue for several minutes to check into a superior gold room.

Special shout out to Benhur Misola for making our check-in and Checkout process very smooth and easy. .
I didn’t like the fact that you can’t not ware sport attire on Saturday’s and Sundays for breakfast!
And Sam even rang shortly after we checked in just to make sure everything had gone smoothly.

I checked in earlier & also requested for late checked out at 1 pm without any issues.
Since we booked the suite, we had the check-in in our room - which was pretty cool.
They made us give them a 3.000 pesos in cash as a “deposit”, something so old fashioned.

Check-in at 3 PM feels a bit late, while the 11 AM checkout feels too early.
From check-in to departure, her warmth and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest.
From check-in to check-out, everything was up to Fairmont standards.

And made us whole by extending check out time.
Check out took a while with long queues
E.g. allowed us to check in early

My cell phone fell out of my pocket in the car on my way to Tre airport. I was through immigration and security before I realized. He drove to the airport and terminal and passed the phone back to me. I then went back through security and immigration.
So if you don’t need comfort and style you can opt for grab or the normal taxi but paying such a premium they lived up to the price tag. the car was huge and water bottles provided with nice smell and it was very clean.
The hotel hired car is not up to standard in terms of cleanliness and comfort. One of the driver missed an exit and back up in the main road to go through the exit and this is very dangerous.

Who every thought getting guests who paid a huge premium for airport transfer to call the hotel multiple times to collect their expensive transfer needs to be dismissed.
When Grab is under 300 Peso to the airport and the Hotel Car charge was 4500 peso, I think that was way to expensive.
The transport from airport! first, they said they offered free shuttle service, but during booking, they said it was a 60$ for one way.

We had a very delayed flight (multiple times delays) and they were on top of everything and right there to pick us up
I have to take my mum to the driveway leading to the hotel since there’s no ramp on the walk path.
Staying at Fairmont meant being saved from the crazy heavy traffic almost any time of the day within the Metro.

They were not aware that Terminal 4 is under reconstruction and gave us wrong info for our departure flight.
Waited 10 minutes for him to get to where I was and paid over 3,000php one way for this!!
I had an issue with the concierge booking me a hotel taxi, I expressed my dissatisfaction with that

Advised I could have the next best option of a GN6 brand new vehicle so I booked this.
Confirmed for a 2nd time I was arriving at the domestic airport as per my flight details provided.
Had to call and see where he was only to find out he was at international terminal.

It is conveniently located near the airport (it took me about 15 minutes by Grab)
With relatively easier access to main highways/skyways to offer alternative routes in case of traffic.
Went to order Mercedes’ and told it was already booked for the day I wanted.

On the morning driver contacted my and advised he would be in a VW Passat?
The car ride to the airport offered by the hotel was a little pricy
There is a small learning curve for navigating the undergrond path / parking.

For a 15 min taxi ride the hotel charged my about 4,000.00 php!
There are alternatives and with taxi apps you can get rides anywhere inexpensively.
Sadly due to adverse weather conditions our luggage stayed in El Nido.

They assisted us to get GRAB to take us to the airport.
And it was easy to get around town from there.
While we booked transportation to and from the airport.

We arrived from the airport with a cancelled flight.
And only 15 minutes from NAIA airport.
Your staff for transportation.

The Fairmount offered guests to use the holiday inn pool, guess what… if I wanted to use the holiday inn pool, I would’ve stayed at that holiday inn instead.
To get in the pool is not convenient at all, being told I should jump up on the side was a bit of a surprise.
A bit desappointed that i couldnt enjoy the exterior swimming pool first due to the weather and then due to a private event.

Although it rained during that time, we enjoyed the pool as it comes with a nice view of the city.
Swimming are either under maintenance (kiddy pool) or bit dangerous for kids (9th floor : too many sharp ceramic edges,
The changing room at the swimming pool was poorly maintained, with dirty floors and a broken shower gel bottle.

If you want to close the pool for private functions then the room should be at a discounted rate.
The pool is also a bit awkward for lap swimmers, once there is one person it is almost full
Also, we were told we had access to the 9F pool in raffles but was denied in the elevator.

You gotta check out the pool area! There's a section for adults and kids. It's not too deep.
The spa and pool are very relaxing areas and are very clean and well maintained.
The pool was well designed and pretty big for a non-ground floor pool

We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and the pool bar.
However the pool Was closed off for a private function 1 whole day.
Our kids were able to swim at the pool and they had fun.

The alternative pool provided was small and to busy to use
The pool was great and the staff there were so accommodating.
Raffles pool was nice, though smaller and shallower than anticipated.

Swimming pool great, maybe a touch warmer but was ok.
Swimming pool in open air , it is very clean.
Swimming pool was closed for the entire 12 days.

Pool area is quite small, not enough lounge chairs.
Pool is great for having a relaxing time.
The pool area can get some improvements

POOL. Nothing great. Narrow. Lap pool.
The pool was great too!
(good size of the pool)

A good pool.
To pool service
Nice pool.

SPA Excellent luxury spa facilities. Their massages tend to be on the extra strong side so if you bruise easily be clear that you don’t want it too strong. I’ll share more details and photos in my spa review.
We also enjoyed the couples massage. We liked that the spa took really good care of us and that our couples massage had its private hot tub included in the room.
Thank you very much Jane for the wonderful deep tissue massage! Heavenly and so restorative.

The spa and pool are very relaxing areas and are very clean and well maintained.
The spa was outstanding, the hot stone massage was fabulous , ask for Sol .
It’s like stepping into a spa every time you walk in!

Spa looked nice even though I didn’t use it.
Excellent staff 🌟esp reception desk & spa services 🌟
Fully naked asian men in the spa

You have a very good spa.
And spa were very nice.
Fairmont spa deep tissue ✨

And the massages were divine.
The spa treatment was amazing.
I love the spa facilities

The spa was very good.
Recommend having a massage!

GYM I don’t do gyms but I shared photos here. A friend says it’s a good gym. Whatever that means.
Gym is working 24 hrs 😃😃 it is new and all machines are new and great.
Noises at late night most likely from the gym on 4th floor.

Gym is very good with free weights, cardio and weight machines.
The gym was huge I should say and very well maintained.
(easily one of the largest hotel gyms I've been to)

The gym was spacious with a great variety of equipment.
Loud noises from the gym at around midnight!
Nice gym. Good variety and good quality equipment.

You can go straight into the mall from the B1 carpark.
Access to landmark/SM via underground parking is very convenient.
