I don't know what suddenly happened. Although the hotel has many advantages, this was the only noticeable drawback: the management's poor organization of the large number of people who suddenly entered, as if it were an invasion or occupation. We were very annoyed that day, unfortunately.
As the weekend and public holiday passed, the atmosphere shifted dramatically. The hotel emptied out, the noise subsided, and it began to feel like the calm, professional Four Points experience I had originally expected. From that point on, our stay was truly enjoyable.
We extended our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre due to a medical emergency in our family and selected this property specifically because of the family facilities advertised. Unfortunately the stay was very disappointing.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a prime location, and warm hospitality, and we would happily recommend it to couples, families, and business travellers alike, we would definitely stay here again.
It absolutely did not seem like a five-star hotel to us, and I do not think I would book here again if I returned to Kuala.
I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre and was very satisfied with my stay overall.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Four Points Sheraton KLCC, thanks to the amazing service from the team.
And there were many rules; sometimes it seemed as though I hadn't paid to stay at the hotel.
I look forward to returning to the hotel once the recommended improvements, particularly the soundproofing, are implemented.

The hotel is so bad that I suspected that it is from the Sheraton chain of hotels.
For a property operating under the Marriott International brand, this was a surprisingly poor standard.
Amazing hotel in an amazing location, with amazing staff, need I say more .

My family is stuck because we are having problems with our credit card.
I will go back to this hotel when I stay at Kuala Lumpur.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great views, and good facilities.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and convenient location.
Great for Kids, but Very Busy – Some Areas Need Improvement
Would definitely chose to stay again at four point sheraton

We loved our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton!
Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!
It was enjoyable but disappointed on the room upgrade

Excellent service. Would recommend to my friends & family.
We’re already planning to come back next month 😊
A perfect stay for a special day ♥️

So Far, There's Nothing that we don't like.
Great and would recommend others traveling to KL
There are much better and cheaper options.

We would love to stay there again!
Horrible experiences with huge amount of money
One of the best family friendly hotel.

Room : During check in, I was handed with a surprise that Iman told me that BOTH my rooms had been upgraded to KLCC view, which I cant thank enough. The view from both rooms are amazing and I love to gaze upon the iconic national monument from my bed. The room is spacious and spotless. Mattresses all soft, good pillows and complete amenities. I love the tiling of the bathroom. AC works well, mini bar excellent and TV works well.
Also btw when youre placed in the room next to the road ( we usually get the one placed next to the pool) , you get great view ( klcc) but its so noisy and loud ,it is as if the room was not sound proof at all ( there was like a marathon going on from 4/5 am onwards ) i wasnt able to sleep at all
The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully designed with minimalist touches. I loved the cozy bed, sleek work desk, and thoughtful layout. Big points for the windows with a stunning view of the KL skyline. I got upgraded as Titanium elite Marriott Bonvoy member to suite room and I really love the room because of the size of the living room and bed room, very cozy and wide.

For example, the slippers are not the classic ones found in a grand hotel, but disposable three-star ones. There was no bathrobe, only two towels. The hairdryer had a push-button that had to be held down, which was extremely inconvenient. There was no coffee machine in the room.
We stayed 2 nights and room service only came at 4 or 5pm the next day while our kids were sleeping, so we kindly ask them to come again while we were out for dinner and it wasn't super well done.
1) Room didn't get cleaned despite pressing the "make my room" button, spending the whole day, only to come back to find a room that was still dirty and not made.

We were asked to upgrade our room with price increase but we still had to proceed because we wanted the rooms to be on the same floor.
Head pillows are too soft. Shower gel smell more for men! The 2 double bedded room beds are actually super single not double beds.
The water heater was inconsistent — the water temperature fluctuated between too hot and too cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

Bathroom shower drainage was clogged. Water accumulated in the shower floor and created a puddle that went outside the shower door.
Some of the room facilities not working, shower mixer, TV remote etc. Little things, but they mean a lot.
I also found the rooms rather noisy; at night, I could clearly hear the road and airplanes.

The room was comfortable and we were upgraded to a Towers View room which was nice.
Also, the room was cold when the air conditioning was turned off, so be prepared 😄
The bathroom was very practical with a great shower (hot water and pressure were perfect).

The room was spacious, with a big comfy bed, and everything was spotlessly clean.
Did not get high floor as requested and no reply to the request.
I love the room where we can see the pool from our window.

To upgrade my stay with a good view to the twin tower.
Shower valve was faulty and only had cold water from the shower
The windows frame needs better sound proof for outside car noise

It had everything you needed, fridge, kettle and great beds.
5. View of KLCC from the room was fabulous.
We got upgraded to a room with KLCC view!

We could see the Petronas Towers from the room.
Clean room, fun and big playground for the kids
They upgrade my room for twin towers view

Hotel rooms were modern, well maintained, and clean.
The room was spacious. The bed comfortable.
Nice view of swimming pools and cozy.

What really stood out was the hospitality and warmth of the staff. A special mention goes to Cara Maria, the restaurant manager. She is a gem—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every morning she welcomed us with a smile and had our cappuccinos ordered without needing to ask. She made the mornings feel personal and homey, and honestly, she stole my heart.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Shawn for his outstanding support in organizing Diet Ideas' anniversary celebration. From the very beginning, Shawn went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and he truly delivered a VVIP experience for us and our guests.
Raymand at the egg station was warm and friendly, and one of the ladies at the restaurant noticed I was carrying multiple plates while looking after my little girl — she immediately offered to help, which made a big difference to our experience.

I practically pleaded with the front desk agent for a quieter room, and I must commend the young man who helped us. He was extremely kind, understanding, and did everything he could to assign us a quiet room away from the madness.
Nice Teamwork Best Staff and most importantly Mr. Baliram from Restaurant Team… He was really friendly and helpful and I truly appreciate his work…. Best of luck Mr.Baliram for your future success … Thank you so much again to complete Team ……………………………..🙏🏻
The staff were not polite when my kids asked about the gym, the wallclimbing, they cudve answered better rather than the scolding tone, very bad, the staff shouldn't just talk nicely with the parents, but shud make the kids feel welcome too

Extremely disappointed with customer service, during our stay there due to a technical issue the reception staff gave our room card to another family who walked in on us whilst in the room.
After I lodged a complaint about the noise and overall experience, the management team—Mr. Rizki, Ms. Suk Yee, and Mr. Jamesfer—took my feedback seriously and offered a partial refund for my stay.
A huge shoutout to the young, helpful and friendly team at the front desk and throughout the hotel —they’re doing an incredible job managing a very challenging guest mix.

It’s been over 3mths now and despite me emailing them several times asking for the refund as promised, to this day I still have no received yet.
Mr. Kavi also took the time to share interesting details about the food, drinks, and the Chinatown area, which added a personal touch to the experience.
I saw bellhop was helping ppl with their bags but no one offered with ours-im not sure we should ask for it, or it's just offered

The best part of the hotel is the staff who always went the extra mile to help me or make my stay more comfortable.
And all the staff members including the reception and breakfast team, as well as the room services team, are very kind and hospitable.
One shout out is to dinesh that helping us, the only one cam smile and willing ro go extra Frontliner. Good job

They seem to not like bookings make through third parties therefore, I couldn’t get some of the things I had requested.
Staffs are all friendly, excellent service from check in, pool staffs, playground staff, concierge everyone was very kind & friendly.
Something alarming i observed was during breakfast whike the guests were eating , ur staff was sweeping the floor.

The service provided by Mr. Kavi, Mr. Tharshan, and Ms. Shiko was warm, welcoming, and truly commendable.
Staff very professional and warm. Very welcoming and made our stay homely. The best staff ever
From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed by attentive, friendly staff.

Once again, Thanks sooo much for Everything, we shall see ya again next time.
When I phoned reception this was apologised but there were no more cots.
They loved it so much the staff was helpful and friendly

The staff were always smiling, and the service was great too.
The staff were amazing, very friendly and tip top service.
The staffs are the very asset of this place.

The staff at the entrance are very kind.
We received a welcome gift for the kiddos
The welcome and friendliness of the staff

Location : The hotel is located just 3 mins walk to LRT Dang Wangi (direct no change train to KLCC and KL Sentral) and also 2 mins walk to Monorail Bukit Nanas (direct no change train to Bukit Bintang). I love the convenience it offered and it is safe to walk day and night. It is also near to a lot of eateries around the area which proves to be more enviable.
For those staying in rooms facing KLCC, the rooms are noisy due to the sounds of cars, buses, and motorcycles. Around 1–2 a.m., there were motorcycle races and very loud noise even though the room was on the 12th floor.
The location was a major highlight, just a short walk from the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, and KLCC Park, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, dine out, shop, or access public transport.

One of the best hotel locations in Kuala Lumpur, but it suffers from significant road noise at night due to its proximity to a busy traffic junction where illegal night bike racers gather and race.
If you’re after a more peaceful experience, I recommend staying Monday to Friday and avoiding Malaysian school holidays. We arrived on a Wednesday and had a few calm days before the weekend rush hit.
Its location is perfect: the Petronas Towers are just a 10-minute walk away, and the Skytrain, located 5 minutes away, can take you to Bukit Bintang in about ten minutes.

Its location is perfect: the Petronas Towers are only a 10-minute walk away, and the Skytrain, located 5 minutes away, allows you to reach Bukit Bintang in about ten minutes.
Perhaps it’s due to the prime location as well - we didn’t explore the public transport but I think it was directly outside an LRT station so probably convenient!
The hotel's location is excellent, with just a 5-minute walk to the monorail station (Bukit Nanas), KLCC, and Hard Rock Cafe, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

We didn’t realise we booked during the ASEAN Summit, so it was very busy and a bit difficult to get in and out of places at certain times.
There was a convenience store and a small supermarket behind the hotel, but for shopping we basically used Grab to travel to the city center.
Only I could witness such a perfect view — the city bathed in soft light, wrapped gently by a flawless rainbow.

Despite its central surroundings, the hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and vacationers.
The location is pretty good. Suriya KLCC, KLCC park, Petronas twin towers - at walking distance.
Location was great but my toddler still complains of walking 10min plus to reach KLCC

But the street racers really made very loud noises in the middle of night.
The position is perfect, you can reach walking the towers and acquaria center.
To CHinatown and other hot spots for touring or dinner and drinks.

Strategic location near klcc and 1-MRT station away from bukit bintang
But too many kids which meant a lot of noise.
Excellent location, great staff and the room was really good.

The location, within walking distance of the Petronas Towers.
So there are alot of ppl during peak season.
Location is great. In the heart of the city.

Too much noise; you can't sleep at night
2) walkable to tourist attractions,ie KLCC, Saloma bridge
Conviently located, well appointed, lots of families!

So better to choose another option nearby.
Excellent location, perfect view of Petronas towers.
Too noisy. Kids crying/screaming at 5am.

It quickly became clear that the hotel is something of a haven for families, thanks to its on-site water park. By 8 a.m. the next morning, I looked out the window and was shocked to see the pool and water park already packed wall-to-wall with guests. It felt more like a theme park resort than a hotel.
Bizarrely, they are a few staffs in long work pants and leather shoes with collared t-shirts and caps walking around the pools and I’m not even sure what’s their tasking include because in the even of emergency, are they expected to go change into swim pant before getting into the pool?
The pool is a real plus, especially for families. It is very large, with slides and play areas that the children loved. The only minor drawback is the insufficient number of sun loungers and the lack of a convenient space to put your belongings.

The pool is a real plus, especially for families. It is very large, with slides and play areas that the children loved. The only minor drawback is the insufficient number of loungers and the lack of a convenient place to put your belongings.
When we go to swimming pool, they have no place for us to put our belongings, I saw many people just put one the floor, or under the tree, and I having my meal and drinks on the floor beiade the pool also....
The pool is shared with another property. It was very crowded and noisy. Very few sun loungers and little space around the pool. We toured Malaysia and Thailand, and this is the first time we have been so disappointed with a pool.

The biggest issue is the pool area since it’s part of the podium sharing facility with adjoining Renaissance Hotel (another Marriott Bonvoy brand), there are a total of 921 room but only less than 40 pool side sun loungers to share.
We were there on a normal weekend, not peak season or long weekend, and it was an absolute mayhem with families resorting to placing their pool bags, towels & etc on the floor or curbs around the pool. (See pic)
The slide area was crowded, and allowing children to wear shoes in this wet play area created an unnecessary safety hazard. Shoes have harder soles than bare feet and can easily cause injuries when children are in close proximity.

Our daughter got high fever most likely from the pool or playground infected areas, she also hurt her elbow in one of the curvy slides very bad one
The pool is cold and not heated, and there are very few sun loungers, so it’s really difficult, especially with young children.
We brought our one-year-old child, but there was a kids' space and a kids' pool, so we had fun.

The pool area is not well equipped with facilities especially sun lounges or seating and shade.
The pool area was really crowded, and unfortunately there are far too few sun loungers.
Pool : Dont have any chance to try. But it looks cool and inviting.

Surrounded by tall buildings, so it’s always shade for us to enjoy the pool.
The pool was amazing. Both me and my toddler loved the kids section.
Most importantly there are lifeguards and workers who monitor the pool environment.

Swimming pool that have floating bed and water play for kids
The child had an awesome time playing at the pool
There is also a great outdoor area with the pool.

And the swimming pools are varied and very enjoyable.
Love their pool & playground facilities for family fun.
My kids enjoy with pools and kids playground.

And in the morning, the pool is cloudy
The pool superb. Kids enjoying it so much.
Hotel has a large pool play area

And my kids really like it.
Dirty plates and spills left around
The swimming pool is loved!

Let’s start with the weekend: it was, frankly, a bit of a tragedy. The lobby was overflowing with families, most with young children running and screaming, and parents who seemed oblivious to the concept of shared space and consideration for other guests. The chaos extended to the elevators, where queuing became a frustrating ritual due to the sheer volume of guests.
3. Proper baggage transit storage/waiting area during check in /check out period. I found it was all heaped together with no proper baggage management. Bags could have easily been lost in transit. Usually other hotel will wrap up clusters of bags together with a cable/string or net. At least looking more “secure” in guests eyes.
When we requested plates and cutlery, we were told there was a limit of four per room and that additional items would be chargeable. While that policy is understandable, what arrived were very flimsy disposable plastic plates and disposable cutlery.

Think next-level cleanliness, not just surface-level tidy like some other hotels in the region. Even the public bathrooms in the lobby were spotless and finished to a high standard—more like what you’d expect in a luxury casino.
For a city hotel that obviously trying to position itself as a family oriented hotel, I do comment them for the Kids Club, Kids outdoor adventure zone, water parks & slides and other usual facilities.
In addition, there are long queues for the six elevators. The system does not seem to work logically, especially during peak hours. It appears that the higher floors are given priority for the elevators.

The hotel is very family-friendly, which is great if you’re traveling with young children. But if your kids are 10+ or you’re a couple looking for a quiet stay, it might not be ideal.
The children’s facilities were a major reason we booked this property, however the outdoor splash area for small children was closed for renovations and this was never disclosed prior to arrival.
They also have a big park so children can play and get along there, this is the most family friendly hotel I ever been to. Kids club also very well maintained.

We asked for some milk for the baby and they charged us for it as coffee and also charged us for a spoon.
There was no bar to have a drink before/after a meal so we had to go the Renaissance next door.
The facilities are generally friendly for kids. They had many different areas for children to play and hang out.

I think it rather small/narrow. Lift size small, foyer narrow. The whole environment rather feels tight. It feels cramp.
We love the kids amenities available including the pool and the outdoor playground! Kids love it so much!
The noise. The building is not soundproof, so the outside noise from motorcycles and cars is annoying

Ping pong ball was deflated hence not able to use for play at the play area.
The kids club, playground and the swimming pool was shared by Renaissance and four points Sheraton.
If not for the kids friendly facilities, I don’t think it’s worth the price paid.

Facilities are good : huge waiting area, kids pool, playground , lift etc.
Families would especially enjoy this place, as it has a lovely playground
The glass bottle for complimentary water has its charm and class

Facilities was very family oriented like awesome playground and swimming pool.
Kids room was messy, not many toys to play with.
There is also something for adults to play with children.

The facilities - kids indoor activities, kids outdoor activity
Excellent but place abut cramped for 150 people.
My younger also loved the play room.

Kids room and the open playground.
Facilities and staff very exceptional.
More activity for my children.❤️

Miserable breakfast experience we paid a high rate for a night compared to other hotels ...yet , !!!!! we were forced to wait for a seat for breakfast on Sunday 20 Oct 2024 because the breakfast hole was full of guests. If you know your breakfast facility is small why then you accept a high number of reservations?? the breakfast place felt like sitting in a street restaurant because of the crowd.
Breakfast is plentiful, varied, and very good quality, provided you have it at the restaurant on the ground floor. We first tried the one on the first floor, but the selection there was very limited, with many items missing. By contrast, the ground-floor restaurant is much larger, offers a very wide selection, and is definitely worth it. We also do not understand why there is such a difference between the two.
Breakfast was really out of standing !!! A shame for such hotel standard.... Limited western food choices and really really cheap products taste !!! Nothing is tasty at breakfast.... juice are TOO much sweet even for children, fruits without taste, cakes not good, pastries dry and not fresh.... beef and. chicken sausage No tasty.....

Breakfast : The breakfast spread is generous and not too crowded during my stay. It is manned by efficient men and women in the FNB dept. Table cleaning is quick. I kept coming back for the local menu of course. Just one thing to comment, the juice is a bit too thick.
The breakfast buffet was a great mix of local Malaysian favorites and international classics. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and constantly replenished. I also appreciated the great coffee and calm ambiance in the morning rush. This is one of the best hotel breakfast in Kuala Lumpur, very delicious!
The morning staff (forgot their names, but pls help me extend my thanks to the team) for breakfast were welcoming and there were quite a variety of options I had to go for more rounds of bits of every thing.

The second time around and closer to Christmas (much busier), the place seemed to fall apart a bit. The service we were used to at breakfast, gone, it felt like we were being herded like cattle.
In contrast, the one on the ground floor is much larger, offers a very wide selection, and is definitely worth it. We also do not understand why there is such a difference between the two.
The only setback was there was a lot of porridge options and coffee options. The Ipoh coffee premix was very sweet. Just don't want it to go to waste.

Amazing selections of breakfast but its the Same menu for the 3 days we stayed-they should change it a bit- at least make it different varieties on weekends
At the morning having breakfast at the buffet restaurant also not enough baby chair, so I need hug my baby and having my breakfast at the same times.
Breakfast was usually at the Four Points, but one morning, due to overflow, we were sent next door to the Renaissance (which shares facilities like the pool).

Breakfast and the dining areas catered to the whole group so we didn’t need to go far to find an option for eating.
We first tried the one on the 1st floor, but the selection there was very limited, with many items missing.
The breakfast also not impressive no fine meats blue cheese bacon or creamy spinach sautee mushrooms etc coffee sucks

The breakfast spread was decent, but seating was an issue during peak hours, with long queues nearly every morning.
Very good breakfest with a lot of option, however as we stay 7 days I found it repatatif.
Breakfast tended to be a haphazard affair with layout. Very little in way of hot western breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right.
Egg station was in a corner with little in the way of queueing
Breakfast is really poor of taste for a Sheraton hotel branch !!

Breakfast is too expensive for us.. maybe not for others
The breakfast spread was enjoyable with a good variety.
And the breakfast has a lot of variety

Breakfast nothing special, not enough fruits, nuts…
Delicious variety at the breakfast buffet.
Breakfast was good, many choices.

Breakfast limited options as well.
The breakfast is good
Breakfast spread was awesome!

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say

Three days after we had already checked in, the hotel contacted us via Booking.com asking what time we would be arriving for check-in. I replied explaining we were already staying at the hotel and received no response. This raised immediate concerns about the hotel’s internal communication and guest management.
The check in took 40min queue in standing. Yes there was many ppl to check in at the same time ariund 3-5pm and they have 6 counter open. But each counter takes 5-6min per pax.. the 40+5 mins check-in process while standing, not seated.
During check in, I forgot to bring my paper form. I asked the recep personnel wether they can help me to print or not. Two personnels, Iman and Shima, helped me with this and we had a very good chit chat.

Check in is a mess, we reached earlier at 1230pm. Fine that you don't have room yet. Can't even have courtesy on how long we got to wait, just arrogantly said 3pm it's check in.
We had a rather uncomfortable check-in experience, as the staff member assisting us seemed unsure of the process and sent us up to a room that was still occupied by housekeeping.
One room is ready by 3pm and the other is not. Not a problem since I have to rush to go to KLCC that day and only come back around 6pm.

From the moment my family and I arrived at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre, we knew we were in for a memorable stay, with a smooth check-in
I checked out after the 2nd night and went to a proper 5 star accomodation down the road for the rest of my stay, where I got much better treatment.
Maybe the computer too slow to pull out customer booking and need to print stuff. I hope they upgrade the computer and improve the check in process.

There wasn't any option given to upgrade or even make any changed to the booking done in Booking.com claiming they don't have the means to do it.
Check in - repeated many times I had bookings for 2 rooms but receptionist said only 1. And after some checking she realised it’s 2.
I asked for that to confirm in the booking messages, and the reply confirmed that. Also during check-in, the front desk staff confirmed that too.

I arrived early and managed to do early check-in, which was great because I was travelling from Portugal and we were all very tired.
The young man on check-in was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to the hotel (unfortunately, I missed his name).
If you don't pay, they cancel your booking and then kick you out, but they still charge you for the 1st night.

The check in procedure was not eased with online check in. There was long queue and only 4 personnel on duty.
Because our flight did not depart until early evening, we were able to leave our luggage safely after checking out.
Tunggu lama nk check in. Reach hotel about 4.30pm. Pukul 6pm baru masuk bilik. Then day check out still 12pm.

We were able to check in early and they arranged for us to check out late without any additional charge.
Staffs are all friendly, excellent service from check in, pool staffs, playground staff, concierge everyone was very kind & friendly.
Even though the room was available for early check-in, we were asked to pay a large amount of money.

However, we were consider relatively early did check in and was promise that baby cot will be in shortly.
We still not received the refund from the hotel, it already been 20 days after we checked out.
4. Check in took forever due to unforeseen amount of crowd (during PH), according to the staff.

On the night of June 1, the hotel suddenly became crowded; many groups entered the hotel.
And only by bank card; moreover, everything has to be paid before check-out
But upon checked in the front desk assign a grave yard view

As I had arrived early without having to ask for it.
My wife and daughter checked in yesterday night.
Ease of check in and check out

We were also disappointed by the hotel’s advertised dinner promotion, which was displayed in the lifts and lobby, but was not available on either nights, we were there, eventhough the posters indicated it should be available on those days.
Especially for a bigger hotel with lots of tourists in and out the restaurants had strict timing and their were no options for late night food and snacks,
I would like to commend Mr. Thiva and his team—Mimi, Ezreen, Rina, Thilai, and Chef Ben—for their exceptional service at both The Mesh & Evolution restaurants.

Another example was during dinner, apparently our order should have come with drinks, but we didn't order any because we wanted to leave early.
So the queue was long at The Mesh entrance, manager came to divert some of the people in queue to the upstairs dining hall?
The poolside café was clearly overloaded, with no proper table or crowd management, resulting in a chaotic and unpleasant experience.

Restaurant unworthy of this type of hotel, both in terms of its menus and the atmosphere of the dining room.
Fine, we went to next door renaissaine. No question asked. Get 30% as next door stay in under marriot convoy.
Today I had the pleasure of enjoying one of the signature dishes(Quan’s Fried Rice) and it was absolutely outstanding.

We also found the food quite expensive for what it was. The food was fine but not exceptional.
I would confidently rate this place 5 out of 5—it’s undoubtedly one of the best resto-bars in Chinatown.
My self, my wife, 2 daughters & 1 son will cost us a lot for hotel foods.

As malaysian, im disappointed with their nasi lemak with chicken rendang when i ordered through room service.
1. Coffee at the lobby cafe was good! Had it everyday before we started our activities.
My husband grabbed me a fruit snack around 11 PM, and unfortunately, it had gone off.

We ordered room service and the food was not only tasty but also delivered efficiently.
We went for buffer dinner and enquired stay in house to get 30% as advertised.
In addition, the restaurant staff made us wait far too long for our food.

Food at pool was good & fast despite having a crowd over the weekend.
And the dining space could not accommodate the high number of diners comfortably.
Very nice hotel, great food, amazing coffee, fantastic shower and a comfortable room/bed.

But we were served with fruits, which was not in the dinner package.
Food and drinks were all very reasonably priced and high quality and delicious.
The breakfast buffet was also truly incredible, as was the good restaurant!

During week A La Carte dinner menu & beverage selection is limited
But the restaurant is not so good for other meals
Menus for Lunch/Dinner from The Mesh, LoVe it!!

Anyways food are great esp the buffet
Restaurant downstairs was really nice as well.
And the restaurant was good too.

Took 5hrs to get our bags located to our room. No help from concierge when asking for a taxi (they didn't even direct us to Grab which we didn't know about at that stage). Asked for a car to take us to PutraJaya, what they gave us was a crappy taxi that charged double the price of a normal taxi. I thought we were paying for a hotel car (or similar).
And the receptionist made a joke about the fact that we had booked the taxi outside the hotel, saying, “Because it costs less,” when the reality was that we did so because we did not trust them to arrange it. Honestly, it was an inappropriate comment.
I had an early flight & I wanted to be sure I get there on time. But there was an issue with my Grab app and she assisted me so that I wouldnt miss it!

We used Grab for most trips since our daughter didn’t want to walk much and the heat was a bit intense for her during the day.
There was a convenience store and a small supermarket behind the hotel, but for shopping we basically used Grab to travel to the city center.
The stretch of road in front of the hotel was perpetually busy, making the turn into the hotel drop off take longer than expected.

As we were heading to our next destination, we decided to take advantage of a quick stop in KL for a couple of days.
Even the train station didn't have lift all the way up. Had to get grab everywhere we went but hard to get one back.
I called for a pick-up and someone arrived within seconds, with everything returned the same day — far exceeding my expectations.

And GRAB works so well for quick rides to CHinatown and other hot spots for touring or dinner and drinks.
If you need to go to the airport , you will need to plan earlier to avoid the traffic.
A little tricky to walk to KLCC with pram/young kids so we preferred to get a grab.

Probably the sales and marketing team in HQ or booking has no communications with the hotel itself.
Due to a canceled flight, we arrived a day late and had to cancel our first night.
But otherwise, taxis in Kuala Lumpur are inexpensive, so you can use them to get around easily!

Difficult not to be caught in the jam when driving out from hotel or driving back.
The location had easy access to Mono rail , metro and cabs were also easily available.
He booked a taxi for us and even helped bring all the luggage outside.

The area around the hotel gets quite congested, especially during rush hours
Noise can be an issue—both from traffic outside (cars with loud exhausts)
Esp as we had just got off an 11 hour flight.

Hard to get grab from Bukit bintang back to hotel
And when there was an issue with my airport transfer
We came straight to this hotel from the airport

Especially since it offers easy access to public transport
Maybe can provide Shuttle service to nearby shopping mall.
I suggest to download Grab for the taxi service.

I left my iPhone in a grab
Having a tired flight and trip
Distance from airport 1Hr+

The parking service could be better. A little bit of a hassle to validate parking every day and even after that we still had problem to exit and enter again.
But the parking charges was a concern, do not understand why it has to be chargeable and not complimentary
Parking should be free for customers or at least one off charge rather than RM10 per day.

I love the parking lots as it is ample and suits for MPV or SUV cars.
I wish the direction to the parking would be a lot clear

I still yet to get any update on my parking refund.

The gym also fully equipped with the latest fitness machines technology, they have a very big gym for hotel size, even they have their own studio class.
It would have been nice to connect our phone to the TV in the workout room in the gym to follow a workout.
And I was also impressed by the fitness center—it is excellently equipped and in top condition.

Which is a great touch for families, along with the fitness centre
The gym facilities were also impressive, with complete equipment available.
The pool, kids’ club, and gym were all spectacular!

And the gym are well located.
Now the gym is fully open.
It has a nice gym

And for the massages, as soon as I came out, I was immediately handed the bill to pay on the spot
The spa is quite far from the main building and is currently being renovated.
Unfortunately, a pedicure was not possible because the staff are hired externally.

And spa.
