The hotel is a bit dated, but overall it is the property I prefer in Alabang as it has a great restaurant with band on the roof and it is still a grand hotel.

The hotel is great even though it’s not up to par with newer hotels, and the smell of old furniture lingers throughout the building which can be bothersome to some people.

The hotel shouldn’t be considered as 5 star hotel anymore in my opinion and based on my experience 3 star will be ideal for the property

I love the boutique feel, where it is elevated without being flashy and the Filipino textiles, that gives the space earthy and cultural character.

This is not a 5star for me.Have stayed in 5 stars hotel here in mnla ths Vivere s far beyond to be a 5star.

I will certainly stay here again, as will my parents (who also stayed here! And I am currently still here until next week!)

I booked my stay at Vivere Hotel under my name, Lover Manibo, and I truly enjoyed the experience.

Overall an excellent recommendation by a family member to stay in this hotel and it did not disappoint.

It's the kind of place we'd happily return to, especially for a relaxing weekend in the South.

We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

The hotel bills itself as a 5-star, but, is not. 3.5 to 4 is more their speed.

Vivere to-date remains one of our favorite city hotels, and we will certainly continue to come back.

We stayed at Vivere Hotel in Alabang recently, and honestly, we had a great time.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great hotel, just needs to repaint outside structure. But it’s updated on the inside.

This is already our 3rd visit and as usual, Vivere did not disappoint.

5 star experience, a respite after a long day of travel

Otherwise, it is an excellent accommodation and will be back again.

Great place, good food, wonderful staff, and an unforgettable evening.

HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND IN A GOOD LOCATION

Convenient location for both business and staycations.

The setup for the proposal was superb.

We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Best combo of comfort and practicality.

(however, from day 1, I notices there's blood stain on the bed, and the following day towards my checkout, they didn't change the bed linen), I'm okay with it, as it was Queen bed and I slept on the other side of bed.

My room had a bit of plumbing issues (the bum gun got stuck on and the shower nozzle sprayed water out of a leak) I never got to alert the staff of the issues because I had to run to the airport.

The fridge, kitchenette, and dining area was separate (we felt it was more comfortable to be in the living area to have a meeting), the TV LED was Samsung, and the CEO said the bed was comfortable.

The room felt grounded and quiet with the cool tile floors, thick walls that made it almost completely soundproof, and wide bay windows that opened toward the sunset over Manila Bay.

The little living room area inside the main bedroom provided a sense of privacy to talk about business when we had meetings there, even if the bed was right behind us.

The upgrade to the Penthouse suite for my mother and father-in-law who also stayed with us was an amazing and thoughtful touch - completely unprompted - and is exceptional.

Room is okay but water in the shower is rusty and requires at least few minutes of draining, towel are bit old, no enough toilet tissue in bathroom.

I have never experienced this in all my time flying and staying in hotels, and my respect goes out to everyone who made that happen for them.

We booked 3 rooms, one Deluxe, and two Bedroom Suites, of which the Filipino team were able to visit the one Bedroom Suite of the Korean CEO.

(take note this is a five star hotel) we were also not being oriented properly about their amenities, we even had to ask them for it.

No iron in the room no face towels and extra towel you always have to go thru the front desk to request

The family room was fantastic! 2 bedrooms plus the living area gave this family of 4 more than enough room.

The bed is comfortable, the room is decent in size, and it is bright because of the windows.

Vivere Hotel impressed us with its grand lobby, spacious rooms, and stunning views overlooking the city.

The bathroom in the 1-bedroom suite is a tad too small, but it's not a problem.

The water pressure was both weak and did not deliver HOT water, just lukewarm.

It’s not the newest hotel out there, but it feels clean and homey.

I believce the rooms are all suites marble floors, wet bars with refigerators.

The hotel is modern and stylish, with a comfortable and well-appointed room.

The only room they have available for handicap are two bedroom suites.

The kitchen area is a little small for a one bedroom unit.

I stayed in the One-Bedroom Suite and had a wonderful experience.

I can hear the aircon compressor on/off from time to time.

The room was ok, average but it cost P4000. per night.

First night, shower is broken...need to call engineering..

Our Filipino CEO had an incident wherein he noticed he wasn't been greeted by the bell boy or guards whenever he walked through the main doors, be it when he went there at night, or in the next morning to pick the Korean team up; yet whenever he escorted the Korean CEO to the company car, they were greeted altogether by the door staff.

Though understandably it is protocol to ask questions as a security personnel, it is ridiculous when the person was just inside the lobby a few moments earlier, even sitting and eating at the couch with his 711 snacks, and that he's been there every morning for the past five days.

The waitress treat me like I'm a poor guest that no money to pay the meal, insist to have my room number before serve me while my colleague, a western, not even ask for , just because I wear very casual, a very disappointed from me, hope you will change

The head of Security and the Front Desk manager both thoroughly apologized to the Filipino CEO and made a promise that all of their security team will undergo a two-day training to improve their service.

We just waited a little bit longer for our food but the staff on that day who served in our table took his effort to update us with the status of our order.

Special thanks to Ms. Josie Miranda and Ms. Hazuki (GSM) for the special room arrangement, and to the rest of the team at the Lobby and Housekeeping.

Although the front desk agents are extremely friendly and helpful, they are limited to their capabilities when it comes to negotiating room rates for long-term guests.

A very special mention to Miss Adeline from guest services who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay at Vivere was memorable.

In particular was the fast action of Dannielle of the Frontdesk to upgrade one of our room reservations as the original room had some issues.

After 10 minutes the booking was switched to June 27-28 and we arrived in our room with a slice of cake and birthday greetings!

That thoughtful gesture truly touched me. It’s rare to find that kind of attentiveness, and it really made our stay even more memorable.

I travel globally every year and in United States, in Las Vegas and in other states should learned Filipino hospitality in hotel service.

The Housekeeping help us remove some dining set since we need to use the whole table special thanks to Mr. Alejandro.

The staff were super friendly, the kind that actually make you feel welcome, not just doing it for show.

He made it happen that I could check in around 10am with additional fee but still within reason.

The staff were excellent, from the door man up to the people who were serving our breakfast.

Special thanks to Ela, Kristine, Adelaide, Dean, Lester, and Anika for making us feel so welcome.

I was late for both coz of jetlag but no need to be rude about it.

In addition, she gave us an early check in, a pleasant surprise for us seniors.

Always treating us with VIP treatment and sometimes can be a bit overwhelming although welcomed.

Lobby area and the service are also applausable specially the concierge and the guards.

From check-in to check-out, everyone was attentive and made me feel genuinely welcome.

Staff was beyond kind, welcoming, accommodating, pleasant, and so willing to help!

It's rare to see someone so consistently dedicated to excellent service.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly.

Reception staff were very courteous, polite, and respectful.

Security and front office staff were courteous.

Festival Mall is located a quick 5 min walk from the hotel and is filled with so many eateries, shopping, lounging and most importantly for us, KID friendly amenities.

Further up from the hotel was more dining options as well as a grocery store that we used to grab some stuff to stock up for Typhoon Uwan.

Centrally located in the heart of Alabang, you can literally reach the Alabang town center and Festival Mall on foot, which is super convenient.

The location is very convenient—just a short distance from ATC and Festival Mall—and the surrounding area is great for morning walks or jogging.

Amenities are close by, Festival mall and landmark is more than enough for your local shopping needs whether it be for groceries, etc.

Festival Supermall is just across the street, making it easy to grab coffee, shop, or simply stroll around without needing to drive.

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Filinvest and the main Mall is only 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Location very accessible even to commuters, very near Festival mall which is great if you love shopping/malls or need any services/items.

The location is solid! close to Festival Mall and ATC, so it’s easy to get around or grab whatever you need.

The hotel is also very accessible to Festival Mall and other shopping areas, and there is no traffic or noise.

The location. Vivere is right close to Festival Mall Alabang, in addition to other core places in the area.

The venue of the fun run is less than a quarter of a kilometer from the hotel.

A good place to stay here in south of Manila, with lots of restaurants and shopping options.

Location is great walking distance to a large mall with a grocery store and lots of shops.

The location of the hotel in Alabang is great and a bit away from the commuting traffic.

The Korean team felt that the walking distance and location of the hotel was worth it.

I really like the location because it’s just walking distance to the places that I need.

Conveniently located in the Alabang district and right across from the very lively Festival Mall.

This was noisy with to many people in the general area detracting for our stay

Huge Shopping Centre (Festival Mall) located not far from hotel - within 10 minut walk.

My hotel view was excellent the location is close to shopping center and international airport.

The mall had an amusement park and a trampoline park.

The Alabang area is very clean and well maintained.

The ambiance of the hotel is elegant and nice.

Major food outlets also deliver food to the hotel.

A few areas for improvement: the breakfast buffet can get crowded due to limited seating, food choices were somewhat limited, and the dining area can become quite warm once the sun is up.

We decided to call and check physically again the buffet area and the staff there told us that they already called our room's phone "several" times and that nobody answered the calls.

The staff told us that they will just call us once there's a vacant table but after more than an hour of waiting, we didn't receive any call.

If the ice coffe/latte can be free, that is better, because it is my first time to see the hotel charge for a coffee in the breakfast

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: very limited options (garlic rice, chicken, pork, swordfish, one sad premixed salad), a few bread selection and 2 drinks.

But we did not like the food..some of the food are Salty and the fruits are not that fresh anymore in our breakfast buffet..

While the food (especially, the bacon and breads) is tasty, the selections are few, and not much has been changed the next day.

I love the buffet breakfast and how it is situated at the top of the hotel to enjoy a nice view while eating.

Overall the Korean team loved having breakfast at the Nest because it overlooks the Laguna de Bay and Filinvest City.

Breakfast buffet still suspended due to COVID19 restrictions, however, the 3 choices of menu are more than enough for most.

The breakfast buffet on the roof top is plagued by full sized flies, there are no screens for the food.

And I did ask if the Chef of the day able to cook something for me, yes, he did.

The buffet breakfast has limited selection of which is very surprising for a 5 star hotel in the South.

We had to eat breakfast late probably because the hotel was fully booked due to overlapping events.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

The day of Typhoon Uwan they had the breakfast setup on the 2nd floor ballroom.

The elevators got pretty busy for breakfasts, but, we didn't wait too long most days.

They could have at least physically checked on us knowing that our booking included breakfast.

Breakfast buffet is good, comparing it to the other hotels, this one is definitely better.

From my breakfast experience, it's quite difficult for me to choose from the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and everything was well prepared.

The food was buffet style with a good amount of Filipino and Western options.

To make it worse, iced coffee came with an extra charge—at a 5-star breakfast!

Breakfast at The Nest was unforgettable — delicious food and a breathtaking skyline.

Breakfast buffet on top floor looked amazing and the food was great!

We ate our morning breakfasts at the Nest on the 31st floor.

Breakfast came with beautiful views as well, especially in the morning.

And he cooked totally vegetables: consists of capsicum, carrot, garlic, onion.

Good breakfast with a great view and great servers!

I went up around 5pm and asking for a reservation for 3, she told me that up to 8pm they are fully booked, my family went up again around 7pm with again our intention is to reserve since we will eat around 9pm with our casual clothes on but wearing the hotel slippers since we will just inquire, the lady again told us that they are fully booked and take chances as a walk in for them to accommodate us, when we checked the area, only few tables are occupied, and she uttered slippers are not allowed, i told her that we will not enter we are just inquiring for the reservation, so we are already frustrated and a bit disappointed on the way she handle us, told her we will just call before we go down to make sure that we will just go down if we are assured that we will be accommodated. 8pm we called and asking for table for 3 then suddenly they said YES there is available, we are surprised on how they handle guests.

I HAD GUESTS COME TO DINNER WITH ME ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WE WENT UP TO THE RESTAURANT ONLY TO BE TOLD RESERVATIONS ONLY ON A SATURDAY

I do wish I would have known that to eat at the roof top restaurant, required a reservation many days in advance.

Has two great restaurants- The Nest with great dinner choices and craft beer and the Shogun a nice zjapanese restaurant.

The Nest Dining In The Sky: At Vivere Hotel is one of my favorite places to go to for celebration.

We also dined at Shogun, the Japanese spot at the lobby level, but, was not technically associated with Vivere.

When I having meals at root top The Nest, can feel that the staff treat Asian and Western differently

When booking we requested a booking in their Restaurant for 8 people a few hours after our arrival.

Fine rooftop restaurant for romantic dinner but digital menu was inconvenient due to poor wifi and internet signal!

The breakfast buffet focused more on quality than quantity, with favorites like the congee and crispy danggit.

Food is world class but the top floor restaurant is spectacular no matter which part of day!

Lunch was hearty and satisfying, while dinner felt extra special because of the view and ambiance.

The Nest was very beautiful and will most likely have dinner reservations in the near future.

The view from the nest dining in the sky is so impressive esp at night.

New World Hotel has a feast for a Buffet with great service in all departments.

Two great restaurants - the Nest on the rooftop and Shogun on the groundfloor.

The Nest Restaurant- food is good - could have offered more and better options.

I dined at The Nest Dining and it was very cozy and nice.

The view at night is so nice, and the food was good too.

I had an amazing sushi lunch at the Shogun restaurant in the lobby.

One of the highlights of our stay was dining at The Nest.

We took advantage of the restaurant, and the spa everything was excellent.

There are great restaurants within the hotel - Shogun & The Nest.

Restaurant venue always impressive - beautiful space to have a special meal.

The Nest is a fantastic restaurant with stunning views of Laguna.

THE DINNER WAS LOVELY AND A GOOD CHOICE ON THE MENU

No nearby restaurants/eating places open late at night/early morning.

And the rooftop restaurant for breakfast was amazing.

Food was delicious, especially the beef broccoli.

Love the rooftop dining and music.

The security feature of the hotel floors is oddly secure --- there are nets in between several floors (the building is open in the center) and one cannot go inside the hallway of the bedrooms from the elevator without the key card of the hotel room.

Since I came here for work purpose & I'm Muslim, very much appreciate for the hotel to cater / to provide Muslim friendly food, or vegetarian option.

There's also a common door to the guest rooms from the elevator lobby that can be opened only by the room key card.

The elevators were too busy to cater to all the guests and so there were also delays with luggage up or down services.

The nest was a great place to hang out at night (spectacular views of the bay) and also for the breakfast venue

They have a lot of amenities that we were able to maximize and the best one was the playroom for my kid.

The hotel facilities were clean and neat and it is only a short walk to the mall.

The rooftop area is a highlight—offering great views, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent food.

Charges too much at the Dry cleaning when they are very Unprofessional dry cleaners

Most importantly, the room and common areas were very clean and well maintained.

Nice but need to address lack of venue for buffet and alfresco area

The only thing I noticed was that the elevator wait was pretty long.

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and leisure.

Shower not draining fast enough after we shower a few times.

I wish the hotel would improve the water heating system.

It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

We were ask to wait since we arrived 2pm past and housekeeping is still cleaning the room, there was a next guest came and a few minutes they were given their key, i followed up and that's the only time they told me that, only small towels are lacking and it will be delivered in a few moment, they gave the key but the towel didn't arrived, so only two worn out towels are in the bathroom

However it was almost 4pm when i called the Front desk to follow uo and she told me that other room is ready and they will just send the keys in the room.

During checkin foreign currency exchange is not possible for payment, booked via [link removed]by credit card but the receptionist requires to settle the account first.. slow process in reception.

I was charged another full day for my early check in (12n). I was in no mood to argue so I just went on with it.

I checked out at 2:30 in the morning and stood in line for 5 minutes until the reception looked up after I rang the bell.

I checked- in late and from a long tiring flight I was expecting for a 5 star hotel to have the room ready.

10 minutes later, i checked again and the story changed to they are finding me a room and it will take 10more minutes.

We got in very early in the morning and opted to pay for the early check-in which was a FULL night's stay.

However, they did make it up to me by sending a lovely bottle of wine and a delicious slice of chocolate cake.

They accommodated us in 1 room only since the hotel is full we fully understand and waited for the other room.

The check in procedure is so slow we have to wait for 40 minutes because the room is not yet ready

It’s lost the super welcoming staff and not even a record we stayed here for over a year previously.

I said I’m sorry to disturb and go ahead and finish your meal, was smelly fish odors.

Room was not available upon my check in which was 2.5 hrs from check in time.

There was a line of people and all 3 staff stopped to address 1 issue.

Paperworks was done in a breeze but i was not fully informed of the situation.

Highly appreciate the assistance of GSA, Ms. Adeline Babiera from our check-in to check-out.

I was told they will check on the room before issuing it to me.

I like that checking in was really fast it would only take minutes.

We didn't have any problem checking in nor checking out of the hotel.

We arrived around 3:15pm but the room was made available around 4pm.

He said I’m sorry I was having my lunch from the desk.

Asked to be transferred but was not transferred until the next day.

There were some plumbing issues and a delay in the check-in process.

Friendly doormen, bellhops and check-in agents welcomed us in.

I waited for 20mins still no keys.

I called again and they apologize.

Check in/out very slow.

Pool and gym needed to be booked but this never caused any issues and usually meant you had the pool or gym to yourself for your allotted time.

THE POOL WAS CLOSE THROUGHOUT MY 10 DAYS I WAS THERE WHICH TO ME WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I WAS NEVER TOLD BEFORE HAND

The pool was a pleasant surprise as it never felt crowded, making it easy to relax.

The pool was closed due to some event in the evening and maintenance the following day.

The pool was very small and attached to the restaurant on the top floor.

Pool and gym are nice, wish we stayed longer to enjoy it.

The 2 children that enjoyed the swimming pool area for 1 night.

Also, we love the new look (and tone) of the pool area.

The kiddos enjoyed swimming during the Typhoon with sideways rain.

It's small with limited lounge chairs, but, very refreshing.

The area was not impacted much from the weather.

The pool is so old and not child friendly.

There is a pool on the 4th floor.

The parking slot outside the hotel was nice, it had ample parking space, and it is something that the other hotels in the area do not have.

However, if parking lot is full, you’ll have to cross the other side of the hotel to park, then walk back.

Parking is confusing but hotel location is easy to find and smartly placed.

The best thing that they offered was only the free valet parking.

Gym is too small with limited space and equipment given the size of the resort and the number of guests it can accommodate.

Pool and gym are nice, wish we stayed longer to enjoy it.

Perhaps management might want to consider expanding the fitness centre.

Had some good workout at the gym.

Gym has plenty of equipment.

Gym facilities is good.

But keep this in mind when trying to book a Grab it took forever for me to book then the driver had difficulty getting enough signal to start my trip to the airport.

The airport was only 18 minutes drive by Skyway.

The shuttle is now scheduled every hour only.

Shuttle service within Alabang is very convenient.
