Reviews frequently praise the spacious, clean, modern apartments, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast, KLCC location, rooftop sky bar, and strong value. Recurring concerns include drainage or sewage odors, cleanliness and maintenance details below five-star expectations, misleading photos, and unexpectedly expensive children’s play areas, particularly affecting families.

The noise from the buildings outside sounded like it was coming from inside the hotel; I discovered that the windows provide no sound insulation, you can hear the wind and cars.
Don't kid yourself, you aren't staying at the four seasons but it does the job - clean, comfortable, friendly service, good location and family friendly facilities.
I recently stayed at Wyndham Suites KLCC and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing for a hotel that is rated as 5-star.

Not sure how this hotel is 5 stars compared to other 5 star hotels, they are lacking in so many areas.
The cleanliness, room condition, and overall service did not reflect what one would normally expect from a 5-star hotel.
People were desperate and they continued to receive reservations and giving units to new guests without mentioning it.

Overall it was pretty clean and the location was good we had trouble with the WiFi connection.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, it is not a place I would recommend for a stay.
Had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Suites KLCC! Everything was excellent from start to finish.

We did not feel like we were in a hotel but rather in a condominium.
It may not be fully 5‑star, but for the price it’s a great choice.
Lots of space, and has all the facilities you need for a great stay.

I can easily say that this was the best hotel that ever stayed.
Would not rate this as a five star stay, more like 3 stars
The hotel was nice, the staff were great, the suite was amazing.

It is clear that the order came from the owners or management.
Good, but cannot be excellent, maintenance of premises not up to par.
Shame on Booking.com to present this alongside Hilton, Mandarin Oriental and Intercontinental.

The hotel agreed to a level of compensation which we appreciated.
Nothing the Wyndham provided a fantastic base to see kuala Lumpur.
Honestly, this hotel really offers a very good value for money.

Overall, it has a penthouse feel. You can really live here.
Good value as prices were quite low during our stay.
The prices and the noise from the neighboring buildings' engines

Beautiful hotel equipped with all services and a lovely pool!
Two days before checking out, at 7 in the morning, workers were working in the neighboring apartment next to my bed, hammering on the wall; I woke up shocked at how they did not care about the guest's comfort. I spoke to them, and after two hours the banging stopped, and I was moved to another apartment.
From myself, I can recommend you a hotel called Crown Suites Tropicana The Residence KLCC Kuala Lumpur City Center, where the service is at a very high level and the saff is super friendly in comparison to this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel twice during our trip – the first two nights when we arrived in Kuala Lumpur and the last four nights after returning from our adventure in Borneo.
The advertising pictures showing amazing views - which may have been true when the place was built - but now there is a whole building between the Wyndham and the PETRONAS towers - flat out lies.
There is also a nice play area for children up to about 10 years old in the hotel, but for us, there was a lot to do outside the hotel, so we only visited it once.

Rooms: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC887 relevant reviews
Suites are repeatedly praised as very spacious, comfortable apartments with kitchens, two bathrooms, washing machines, and striking Petronas Towers views. However, recurring complaints include sewage or bathroom odors, inconsistent or poor cleanliness, maintenance problems, and limited bedroom details; the second room is often tiny and windowless, making it unsuitable for taller children.

I really amazed that the room is complete with facilities ie washing machine with dryer(need to use your own detergent), complete kitchen utensils(pot, frying pan, fork and spoon, drying rack, plates etc) - really helpful to manage the laundry and food- just feel like home😊
The TV in the living room had a European plug; I managed to see how it was turned on, but I couldn't put it back in – it was forcibly inserted into an incompatible socket.
We had to complain and to change about 4 rooms before we find proper one with no smell, and again there was minor Smell the situation was not comfortable atall.

My 3 year old daughter kept tripping on every door step of the rooms as there is an unnecessary step to each bathroom which is unsafe for kids.
Although the apartment was spacious, we only had 3 beds for 2+2 family, I do not think it should be offered to 4 people on Booking.
The towels had a bad odour, not sure if they even use detergent but they always had a smell, like they were just rinsed and dried.

Furthermore, we were unaware that it was necessary to request the welcome products (toothbrush, water bottles, soap, tea, coffee, toilet paper, etc.) each time.
The apartment-style accommodation is very spacious, with a kitchen (equipped with utensils, dishes, microwave, kettle), living room, and washing machine, suitable for family trips.
We loved the fact that the 1 bedroom apartment came with a small room near the door with extra small toilet and shower.

The apartments were very comfortable - we surprisingly found out that we have an “additional” room without window, where our daughter could sleep.
We had 2 Rooms and in total 4 Smart TVs but it seems they blocked the Internet for Netflix, YouTube and others.
The room was in good condition albeit certain furniture looked a little dated despite the place being built not too long ago.

The apartment was clean and very good quality with replacement of towels, bed linen and generous supply of bottled mineral water.
The worst part about our stay was that we had a really bad odour in room that was not bearable.
There were three of us, so the little closet with a bed, which is called a futon, was very relevant.

Although there is a washing machine, the room did not have places to hang clothes, making it practically useless
The rooms were a real highlight: huge, apartment-style spaces that were spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
They gave us a two-bedroom apartment because we had 2 adults and 1 child who is 11 years old.

The suites is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and one big living room, suitable for family to stay.
We had two toilets and one of the toilets smelled bad. It's probably due to the sewage system.
The third person had to stay in a 4 sq.m. closet with no window and a short bed.

We were upgraded to suit which was a little bit cleaner with less damaged furniture and doors.
We had a spacious apartment on the 43rd floor on the east side of the hotel complex.
Large, clean, air conditioned, spacious apartment with kitchenette, two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and washing machine.

Just to mention something, there was a bit of a smell from the pipes during stormy moments.
I also didn't like the fact the person who came to inspect our room during check out took a picture of a damaged bedside draw which was already damaged prior to our stay, and he made it look like we damaged it when we didn't even know about it until he pointed it out to me and then took a picture of it.

The rooms were blandly decorated and don't even have a telephone; instead they have an interphone service so inconveniently placed near the door exit whereby you ring to the front desk and everything happens on loud speaker - there is no handy into which you can speak discreetly so as not to awaken the kids who may be asleep (for example).
The room had a very bad smell coming from the small bathroom; it smelled like pipes, a very strong odor. On the first day, we didn't complain because we arrived at 3 am and just wanted to sleep, but it was very strong.
The view from the window is breathtaking, the room is large, there are two large TVs with Android, three air conditioners, the bed linens are 100% cotton, a huge and comfortable bed, all the furniture is modern and in excellent condition.

Location: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC704 relevant reviews
Highly central KLCC location, with frequent praise for walking access to the Petronas Towers, Suria KLCC, Pavilion, parks, restaurants, and transport. The property is quiet but sits on a small hill or dead-end street, with steep walks back. Recurring drawbacks include no nearby supermarket or café and limited direct pedestrian access to Pavilion.

It's walkable to Pavilion and KLCC etc because the elevated walkway is nearby, but if you're not fully able bodied I'd recommend just taking a Grab because you've got to walk down a long slope.
Strategic location albeit slight uphill and downhill walk if you're walking around KL city centre (street where hotel is isn't lighted so be careful if youre out till late at night).
Although the hotel is in KLCC and around 1km from the Petronas twin towers, the location itself is isolated and not much to do in the immediate vicinity.

The nearest eatery is quite a distance away on foot but easily minutes by Grab (which by the way is very reasonably priced and very available).
On your way back from KLCC the road is steep. So if you are with kids and infant you need to take the grab.
It's only a few hundred meters at most, and the park and smaller mall can be reached by walking out of the street.

This hotel is a gem located right in the city center of Kuala Lumpur, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and secure at all times, both within the property and around the area.
The location is away from the main street and also one and half kilometer away from shopping area and small shops.

Very close to the two towers, the park, and the Pavilion Mall, and you can walk to all of them.
The building is near to pavillion on the map but there is no small pedestrian walkway accessing the buildings.
The hotel is located close to the city center, and you can also visit plenty of attractions on foot.

Great view - spoiled by the pool not being available and not being advised of this at booking
The hotel is on a steep slope that is difficult for children and the elderly to walk to.
Its not a major issue but the location is a little bit far from the public transpo.

Location it was very good and near by pavilion and can walk to klcc not to far
Central location. 15 minutes from KLCC park and Petronas Towers and 15 minutes from Pavilion Mall
They also have e scooters by beam which is very convenient to use for short distances.

Overall, the only good thing about our stay was the location near KLCC and Pavilion.
Endless walking: to reach any activity (coffee, supermarket, park) you need to spend 10 minutes.
It's a shame but everything will be back to normal when the work is finished

The location is very excellent, about 5 minutes by car to the twin towers.
Beautiful hotel, very modern, close to downtown and not too far from Bukit Bintang.
Very close to the Petronas Towers and a 15-minute walk from Bukit Bintang.

It’s very close to Pavilion but doesn’t have a shortcut to the shops.
The hotel is not really located the main road where mostly hotels are, you still need to walk up a like a hilly road in order to reach but grab cars are very easy to book and they pick and drop you to and from the hotel.
The view from the apartment was a real highlight. Looking out over the city, with both the Petronas Towers and the KL Tower visible, really added to the feeling of being right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Couldn't relax at the pool because of the huge amount of building work and noise going on all beside/next to the hotel but there isn't anything that can be done about this....it is what is it I guess!!
The property itself was excellent although a bit of a walk up hill but close to many different lrt and or mrt stations as well as just a short walk to the twin towers and pavilion areas.
Unfortunate scary view from the window, which did not match the one advertised on booking; one window looked out at abandoned buildings and the other at residential buildings within arm's reach, lots of mosquitoes and no screens.

Staff: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC577 relevant reviews
Most guests describe staff as warm, helpful, responsive, and accommodating, with housekeeping and named employees such as Nurul, Shourav, Sam, Fairin, and Mahadi receiving praise. However, some report understaffing, slow or inconsistent housekeeping, repeated unanswered requests, unfriendly reception, and poor explanations about cleaning procedures or charges.

So I did, but was informed that they had no milk... then after explaining to them that they are a 4-star resort and it is inconceivable that they had no milk, the person responding to me then explained - sorry yes we have milk but we have to charge you.
After a tired trip, I was expecting smooth check in which was not lengthy but the handed me a key which was already occupied, I had to come to the reception again and exchange the keys for another room.
The worst part - we paid 4 days in advance and only stayed till the sun came up and left - they didn’t cooperate or refund us for our money, inconvenience or the energy wasted!

Staff were very hospitable also, our room attendant also left us a very cute note which no one ever has else anywhere else we’ve stayed which was defo a nice touch!
After contacting Booking to make a complaint about the unavailable facilities, the staff provided passes to the snow attraction. While we appreciated this, it didn’t resolve the issue.
I then turn the phone to him and said why won't you answer any calls and he said well I'm busy with a customer (meaning me).

Bad behavior and attitude of Ass. manager Connie, as she is careless and not supportive or cooperative , at end you have to be careful
He rudely asked, "Can’t you read the notice board?" and pointed out the rate: "RM10 for the first hour, RM5 for each additional hour."
The staff were really helpful - special shout out to Mr. Surya (luggage handler) who went out of the way to facilitate customers!

Concierge did not assist with luggage upon arrival and on the day of checkout. I feel the reception services can be better.
In the morning we flagged this to staff who apparently sent someone up to take a look but nothing was done.
The reception is locked to all outsiders and their attitude is v unwelcoming and suspicious as they check your booking confirmation.

Wasted an hour of my time. Very rude, bad attitude, very bad service, wasting my time for over an hour....
When we contacted reception, we were informed that we needed to place a housekeeping tag outside the door.
We requested a late checkout, but they only granted it for one of our rooms, which was unfair.

They kindly received and stored my luggage a few days before my check-in, which I truly appreciated.
The staff at the reception during checked in, took really long time for the check in process.
Worst customer service – Staff were unhelpful, unresponsive, and showed no empathy when issues were raised.

Many thanks for anisa in reception, she always help us where to go and good listener.
The staff at Wyndham Suites KLCC provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
Some staff attitude esp in the parking not allowing taxi for more than a minute.

The hotel staff didn't offer carrying our luggage upon check in or check out.
She said the check is over 15 minutes ago and am free to go.
It was a real juxtaposition and the admin staff felt confrontational rather than welcoming.

Every staff in fact who we interacted with were super helpful and accommodating.
Ideally they should take pictures of all damaged property prior to us staying in the room so they know the damage was already there before our stay and not try to blame us by pointing it out to us when they inspect the room at check out. I do not appreciate being accused of something I haven't done and neither had any knowledge about.
On my checkout day, the housekeeper was right outside my room and he told me he is checking my room and updating the reception when I will reach down, when I reached, I handed over the keys to collect my deposit fee, I misplaced my deposit receipt but they know I paid for the deposit still asking me to provide receipt to refund me.

The management is uncooperative; they made a mistake with my booking date on Booking.com and when I requested a change, they asked for 200 ringgit, delayed me for hours, and made me believe that Booking.com was the reason for the delay and that they had not refused the amendment!! Deceptive management..
A few hiccups - (1) originally receptionist promised me a second keycard for elevator/room but they later rescinded as they said that they were running low on keycards…this caused inconvenience if the people in my party wanted to come and go separately since we only had one key.
The reception staff, especially a staff member named Arlen Andrew, unfortunately treated us very poorly and refused to let us see the suite before we paid, saying that once we pay, no amount will be refunded, and unfortunately no one stood up for us against this employee.

Breakfast: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC423 relevant reviews
Breakfast reviews are mixed: rooftop or high-floor views are repeatedly praised, and some guests find the food tasty, varied, or good value. More commonly, guests report limited, repetitive and mediocre food, high prices, overcrowding, too few seats, slow service, dirty tables, cold food, and items not being replenished.

Very mediocre and poor cheese, a machine that cooks eggs in one way, no cold cuts, little yogurt, only one type of bread (white), coffee machines that are constantly empty in terms of which and water.
The few things we could eat included cheese, but here the cheese was cut very thinly and you could only take two or three slices before it was gone.
There were local options to choose from, a selection of breads, egg stations, porridge, cereals, juices, tea coffee so I was pretty satisfied with the breakfast.

Went for breakfast at 9.10 nothing hardly left no toast no orange juice no cold meats hardly any salad no cheese poor
That there were no outlets in the bathrooms and that with such a spectacular breakfast the orange juice was not natural.
You can take an apartment with breakfast, or pay extra for it on the spot, having familiarized with the filling.

Nearly no fruits, no proper egg station, cheese was overdue and very low level bread like only toast bread.
Pathetic breakfast spread. No way close to a 5 star hotel. Very limited options for in room dining.
We found ourselves eating the same limited options every day, and the overall quality wasn’t very good.

Breakfast food could be warmer and have a better 'European' station as there are for others.
The breakfast had no variety or taste; for 53 MYR it's not worth it at all.
Also no info on tourism and too much Chinese cuisine for breakfast and limited options.

We had to wait a long time just to get a cup of coffee.
The breakfast (even thought the view is fantastic) was expensive, for what you get.
The worst breakfast I’ve experienced in a hotel in a long time !

Breakfast on the 46th floor is plentiful and there is something for everyone.
Breakfast area was on 48th floor but we did not take breakfast.
The high cost of which did not relate to the selection range.

Decent breakfast except for the industrial juices but that's just a detail.
The selection offered a delightful combination of international and local favourites.
You don't get a choice for how you like them cooked!

Breakfast setting was amazing; could do with a few more options.
The quality of the buffet breakfast is far more exceptional.
Breakfast on the top with view of the petronas towers.

Lack of top up or variety of the breakfast buffet.
And the breakfast, oh boy the breakfast... I have stayed in multiple cities around the world in all kind of hotels and I believe I have never seen such a poor offer in my life, we are in Malaysia and the only fruit they offer is watermelon, no egg station... 5 star hotel? Really, a poor machine that badly fries eggs in such a poor manner.
Breakfast was served in the bar on the 46th floor and was a complete disaster on the first day. It was completely overcrowded, the tables were dirty, and the food was presented in a way that was far from what one would expect from a five-star hotel. We then had breakfast in our room.

Service was very slow; no one cleaning the tables/taking away used plates on our table hence we had to pile them up or place them on another table + a lot of food finished but not topped up.
Given that it's a 5-star hotel, the food is very weak, with a small selection for Europeans where there were many, and a lot of dishes that are typically lunch options, which Europeans don't usually eat for breakfast.
But then they are located heart of the city and you can use grab to order in any food of your choice from around the area and believe me there are some delicious options available.

Pool: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC374 relevant reviews
The large infinity pool is repeatedly praised for its Petronas/KL skyline views and family-friendly facilities, with some guests calling it clean and impressive. However, it is dominated by children’s play areas and loud music, has very limited loungers, can be cold or crowded, and guests reported jacuzzi or pool maintenance and closures without prior notice.

How can it be to find a rusted blade near the kids' swimming pool, and a rusted sharp metal bar, if I didn't see it, my two-year-old child could end up in the hospital with very serious injuries, open electric wires near the children's swimming pool.
Water in the pool was cloudy, on the first day someone vomited in the pool, instead of cleaning the pool the staff took pictures and made jokes, it took nearly an hour for someone to come, the pool was apparently cleaned overnight... Not very encouraging...
Even though many have already written about it, I was surprised that it's not just the play paradise built next to the pool, but actually all around it, leaving no space to lie down, which I found a shame.

The pool even though I didn’t go in it was nice and at night you would have a nice sight of the twin towers if you went to the left-ish area of the pool.
Great Swimming pool at 8th floor ( 50meters in lenght, suitable for distances swimming, working from 7am till 22pm), has also small children pool zone and small play ground.
The hotel is very kids forward so it was hard to be able to swim lapses in the pool without screaming kids bumping into me.

The pool is in the same area as the play ground for kids which made it pretty inconvenient for adults to just swim.
This is outrageously expensive given hotel guests don't get a discount and parents need to be inside (also paid) to supervise.
The infinity pool and play area is fantastic and we had a lot of fun with my daughter there.

Pool area was completely laid out for children, aside from the childrens pool - including a childrens' snackbar.
Big and deep infinity pool’s view is spoiled by infantile decorations and surrounded by the children’s area.
Not very hot water the pool really needed an adults only area and not enough seating.

The pool is far from the pictures on the website, it looks like a children's pool.
Everything was great besides the swimming pool was closed for renovation until our 5-6 days stay.
It would be ideal if the swimming pool areas for adults and children were separated.

The "infinity pool" is just a kiddie pool, and quite boring for teens and older.
The pool and gym were really good; I used them every day during my stay.
The other things also fasinating, the pool, the facilities.. i really enjoy my stay

The swimming pool has a wonderful view and provides enjoyable play, which is satisfying.
Its just typical pool and my kids dont want to repeat it dayafter.
Moreover, the pool is not lit at night, which is a shame.

The jets of the jacuzzi are not strong enough for a massage.
The infinity pool is amazing with a great view and wonderful loungers.
A pool with 5 lounge chairs for the entire large hotel

Oh amazing swimming pool, and amazing birthday treats! Amazing swimming pool!
The infinity pool was definitely a highlight with great views.
Beautiful hotel equipped with all services and a lovely pool!

Great infinity pool with a view of the Petronas Towers.
The pool was great for both adults and kids.
Also, way too few seating areas by the pool.

Facilities: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC355 relevant reviews
Family-oriented facilities stand out: guests praise WynSnow, WynSports, children’s pools/play areas, vouchers, and the in-room washer/dryer. However, many children’s attractions cost extra, pool facilities have very few sun loungers and were sometimes closed for maintenance, while small gyms/lobbies, limited kitchen equipment, plumbing odors, and tired towels/furnishings recur.

The area used as a cafe-bar was not clean enough, we went out for coffee for the first time while waiting for our room, but we did not go back because we didn't find it clean enough
We also chose it for its great playground that we saw in the photos, but once there, we were very disappointed; it is paid and very, very expensive!
It may be an addition to have charging stations for mobile phones in the lobby and to add USB charging ports in the rooms.

The playground was a great place for the kids to play at. Could spend half a day there and let them runaround.
Although I was only there for one night and barely had time to use the facilities, I felt at home.
The lobby and the rooms are 5 stars but the hallways look industrials at best without A/C or carpet.

The reason we went to this specific hotel was because of all the kids facilities in the photos.
There was a sewage smell in the property and it was very hard to use the bathrooms.
The apartment had all the basic amenities like washing machine, iron, microwave, kettle, fridge, and hair dryer.

The facilities were excellent and everything was well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The pool seating is stones suspended in concrete, which is very uncomfortable to sit on.
It is very clean, nice view to KLCC, closed to CBD and excellent swimming pool.

Slow internet speed – Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable, even for basic use.
The lobby is presented in a clean and tidy manner with a nice aroma.
There were complimentary soft drinks when we arrived but these were not replenished.

Pool on the 8th floor with the view open from 7 to 22.
The housekeeping tried to solve the problem, but they were unable to.
Also the toiletries provided, including the toilet roll were of low quality.

The lobby is extremely small and often overcrowded with guests waiting.
A clean, family-friendly hotel with excellent service and an amazing pool.
Lift card was unresponsive so you often found it not moving.

It would be worth offering a discount for hotel guests.
The family friendly facilities, playground, artificial snow park, swimming pools.
Also more sunbeds in pool area would be great

The play area is a bonus for the kids.
The problem is that when we finally arrived at the hotel, it turned out that this playroom was not included in the booking and therefore required an extra payment even though it is located at the hotel along with all the other facilities like the pool and gym.
Unfortunately the kids playground that was on the same level as pool, wasn't included...if you want it you pay 60MR for the kid and 50 MR for the adult..(a kid under 14 y.o. must be sorveid by an adult). Jezzz..That's ridicolous..

If you're planning on doing cooking for a large family bring your own cookware, but the cutlery and little pot and frying pan provided were more than adequate for our late night ramyun and fried eggs for breakfast.
Their kids play area is payable and not free as part of the hotel amenities - and the process to payment was such a hassle which involved downloading an app, registering, plugging credit card details, etc.
Additionally, we would say it feels like false advertising to show nice pictures of this playroom when searching for the hotel, only to find out that it is not part of the booking..

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC161 relevant reviews
Check-in and check-out were sometimes smooth and early check-in was occasionally accommodated, but slow or chaotic queues, room-readiness delays, and duplicated online procedures were recurring complaints. The RM300 security deposit was frequently held 7–14 days, with reports of delayed or incomplete refunds and duplicate charges. Guests also reported strict late-checkout fees and concerning card-data handling.

Check in was at 3 - we arrived at 230 and were told it would be another hour and a half for the room to be ready with a 6 month old and no space in reception we had to walk out in to the rain to find someplace to be dry and not wet.
We were charged 8% tax upon checkin even though this was not mentioned by booking.com - I think this is an error - or should have been listed in our booking details as hotel rate (plus 8% tax) like it does when we book with booking.com to go to the USA.

Ideally they should take pictures of all damaged property prior to us staying in the room so they know the damage was already there before our stay and not try to blame us by pointing it out to us when they inspect the room at check out.
We were given only one room card so we had to give two rooms to parents and stay ourselves at another floor and it was really not easy to go between floors as the room card only navigate the elevator to the exact floor we reside.
Exhausted from the day, with our daughter asleep in our arms, I then asked if it would be possible to go up to our room to settle in, and that I would go withdraw the deposit in cash from an ATM in the evening.

The duty manager, Rajaah (King), handled my check-in and, knowing I was stuck in bad traffic from the NS Highway, kindly helped to arrange a room quickly so I could check in early.
Asked for late checkout twice and had to go to reception to organise this, then they asked for more money than what I had read on the check out informatiom.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that there were construction works and that I had three days to test it out or to find another hotel.

They keep you and go and check the room before you leave to make sure you have not caused any damage, not good for a 5 star.
It was confusing at first getting to our room due to the 2 different towers, perhaps the front desk could have informed us clearer.
Ultimately, I decided to cancel my reservation on the spot and go to another nearby hotel, where the reception and service were much better.

From the process of checking in, meet the staff Alya, till we went to check the room, it was a superb stay.
At checkout, the reception clerk, very kind, did not give me any document that my deposit of 300 RYM would be returned.
I was handed the room access card without being informed of my room number and had to ask for it myself.

We made it to the airport just in time, only because we waited 40 minutes for the deposit to be refunded.
What seemed most important to the staff was that you deposited a security deposit at check-in for any potential damages.
During our stay following check in there was no water in the room due to some issues with the building.

We arrived a couple of minutes before the end of check-in and went through baggage drop-off without waiting in line.
Coincidentally, we checked in late and received a card that had swollen and couldn't be scanned in the lift.
I was told at the time of checkout that the money will be refunded in couple of weeks.

I hope the management can address this issue promptly, as it would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
I do not appreciate being accused of something I haven't done and neither had any knowledge about.
On the other hand they are also willing to check us out very early with no issue

I asked for earlier check-in by a few hours, which they forcefully made me pay for.
The 1st day we have trouble with the air conditioner in our master bedroom after 12MN.
The check-in was difficult, we took a long time to enter, it was 2:30 PM

In the end, I didn't have to pay anything and got my deposit back.
At check in My credit card was swiped for 300 MYR as security.
Requested prior early checkin at 2pm, but waited until 3PM to check in.

Restaurant: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC69 relevant reviews
Dining is the main weakness: guests repeatedly report limited menus, snack-only or unavailable dinner options, early 9:30 PM kitchen closure, slow or cold service, and inconsistent food quality. Breakfast can run out of items. Positives include tasty, affordable food for some, generous portions, attentive staff, and striking city views from the rooftop restaurant.

Both for the pool services (which require downloading an app and filling out forms, which is unnecessary and tedious) and in the restaurant upstairs, it is only recommended to pay with a card and it can be a setback if you want to pay with cash as they do not have change.
The first day he asked me (after I was there for 30 min or so) where's my voucher(?) WAT??? I gave it to him as I entered - how else would I have entered the restaurant?
The restaurant on the top floor didn’t take cash which wasn’t really an issue but it be more convenient if they accepted cash for those travelling with exchanged currency.

After calling the restaurant to come take it away and speaking to their manager, they wouldn't accept to not charge us - we ended up paying 50% of it.
The window side should have tables but all tables were placed in the centre of the dining hall no tables outdoor in the terrace so that was disappointing.

Even at lunch in the restaurant in the sky lounge, where you are the only one sitting, you have to wait 30 minutes for a few croissants.
For comparison, we spent a day at the Sky Bistro in the Imperial Lexis next door. The view was magnificent and the menu was very extensive.
The restaurant in the property did not have a good selection of food but a lovely view which was blocked by a buffet table.

Attitude of staff in hotel restaurant on first night (didn’t want to serve us as was closing in 20 mins!….so very unfriendly first impression)
The dining options are limited to breakfast service; after that, half of the dishes and drinks offered on the menu are not available

The bar - the same story - dirty dishes on the tables and chairs, one person from the staff for the whole bar/restaurant.
When i had visited restaurant for dinner had very less options of menu and also early closure of no great services offered.
The food and service in the hotel were disappointing. Perhaps this was a one-time issue, but we did not eat there again.

The kitchen closes at 9:30 PM and there aren't many options nearby for dinner, also considering that it rains quite a bit.
We opted to having some fresh juices and not have to wait for light snacks or pastries (more time to prepare them)..
The cup was filthy - had a stain that I told him about and his response as just get another one(?)

The food in the restaurant was very good, a lot of choices for breakfast and the staff at the restaurant friendly.
And a restaurant on the top floor- I love this place and wish to come back one day.
The food at the sky lounge restaurant could improve in quality and presentation, although the views are incredible.

We asked for spaghetti bolognese for the kids. The dish came with an incredible amount of spices sprinkled.
We had ordered food from Chef Aiden cafe and they are giving us extra big portion!
There is no decent restaurant. And the limited meals available are twice the normal KL prices.

At the pool, there is only fried food and almost nothing vegetarian in the restaurant.
For the time being, only light snacks, pastries and beverages are served..
As well as the restaurant which has a really poor menu

The receptionist didn’t let us know the restaurant had closed.
The restaurant in the rooftop the services is very poor.
Overall the taste was not good it was okayish.

Gym: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC52 relevant reviews
The gym is consistently described as very small, basic, and poorly equipped, with outdated or broken treadmills and other unsafe equipment. Several guests reported poor cleanliness and missing towels, wipes, or water. Some found it adequate, clean, open 24/7, and paired with a pool offering Petronas Towers views.

The gym equipments were in poor condition and not safe; particularly the thread belts were worn out and caused slipping, which could result in some major injuries to your guests.
The only thing that could be better is the gym, equipment is quite old and outdated, so some new equipment and a slightly bigger space would be better.
The gym is disgustingly dirty, there are no towels to use, no wipes to clean anything and no water supplied.

- GYM ROOM: some machines in the gym are malfunctioning (treadmills). Impossible to use them without risking falling while running.
The pictures of the gym were misleading; in reality, it was very small with a few pieces of equipment.
Some machines did not work and instead of fixing it they just hung a sign 'out of order'.

Poorly equipped gym: both running machines didn’t work properly, no drinking water, no towels, no wiping tissues.
The former large gym (2019) was the size of a cleaning cupboard and also at that level.
Also, they might need more enhancement on the gym as well as to expand facility zone,

The hotel pool and gym are also well kept with a great view of Petronas Towers.
I booked the hotel for gym reason too but end up can't workout at all.
For a 5 star hotel it's all in the details and that was definitely lacking.

Gym was not well maintained with some faulty machines which can be potentially dangerous.
The hotel has a swimming pool and gym, both open at time of stay.
The gym, whilst basic, is good enough for a workout during travel and holidays.

The gym was nice however I do wish they had a bit more equipment.
I took advantage of the gym to reset from overeating the delicious Malaysian food.
The gym was very old and not clean, and it lacked adequate facilities.

Range of equipment is poor and the air con is covered in dirt.
The gym is indeed small with little equipment but it's better than nothing.
Some more Level 8 Wyndham Residences have mini gym + swimming pools

2 of treadmill machines both are under maintenance which can't be used.
Some renovation noise going on in the room/toilets near the gym,
There is also a children's paradise and a small gym here.

Wi-Fi doesn't work in the pool or the gym.
Water always available in the rooms and gym
The gym stuff was all broken.

We particularly enjoyed the... gym facilities.
Only had one leg machine
Wonderful pool and gym facilities

Transport: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC41 relevant reviews
The hotel sits on a steep hill, making walking difficult, especially for older guests, though buggy service to the main road is often appreciated. Service availability is inconsistent, with reports of limited hours, rain-related cancellations, or no service. Public transport is walkable via a shortcut, while Grab and taxis are generally easy to arrange; parking validation charges surprised some guests.

If you're parked at Pavilion exit via Jalan Raja Chulan and keep to the far left to bypass the Bukit Bintang road and reach the hotel fast, which is so much more accessible than other hotels on the main Bukit Bintang strip because of the jam.
▪︎ There used to be a golf cart to transport guests from the hotel to the nearby street because the hotel is located on a bit of a hill and is difficult to walk to, but unfortunately, the golf cart is no longer available.
If the hotel can provide a golf car to pick/drop the guests from/to the main road, it will be great because it is a little bit hard to walk to the main road.

It’s only a 3-minute walk to the metro through a passage next to the hotel, which doesn’t appear on Google Maps and makes the metro seem farther away than it actually is.
The only thing is if I wanted to ask for something I had to go down if there was a phone that I can call the reception that would’ve been nice
Upon exiting the premises, I was charged, and it was not communicated to me that I needed to validate my parking card at the reception.

The buggy service which takes you up and down the hill ends at 10:30 pm would have been great if this was extended to 12am.
Was denied free drop because of being 2 minutes late for 4p.m drop to klcc reached at 3:48 instead of 3:45 it was clearly ridiculous.
On the day of departure to the airport due to the ASEAN summit the roads were blocked, which caused delays in calling a taxi.

Airport taxi ( pre-paid at taxi kiosk ) - 122 MYR, around 1 hour drive, back - 94 MYR by Grab luxury service.
The only thing we don't like is when we ordered food delivered we have a ways to go to pick up !
The shuttle service could have been available more than twice a day especially since the hotel was arranging taxis for this service.

Buggy wasn’t working and it was a hustle for us to go up and down the hill towards the hotel.
But, they provide buggy from the apartment to the junction of main street to deliver any time(like a shuttle bus).
The staff also takes you down the hill in a golf cart, which is a 10-minute walk to the towers.

Easy to walk in (curved path) from the main street if you don't want to call for a cab.
Shame that the golfcar only goes to end of road, would be more convenient all the way to KLCC
Since my room was on the 43rd floor, every trip down involved multiple stops and significant waiting time.

My mother is old in age so she was suffering a bit with the road to the hotel.
It was nice to have a buggy to send us and pick us from the main road.
The hill to the property - but hotel had a buggy to transport guests which was helpful

The hotel provides a shuttle service to take visitors to the street overlooking all possible services.
There is a free buggy and also a free shuttle twice a day to nearby landmarks.
They have buggy car to send you to and pick up from road junction to hotel.

The hotel shuttle to the hot spots was not in service, which was a pity.
We used the Grab app for transport to and from locations within the city.
There is a shortcut on foot to reach the MRT Conlay station.

No so good for going by foot from metro stations.
A taxi can be easily ordered to the hotel.
For example, I inquired if parking was complimentary.

Parking: What guests say
View Wyndham Suites KLCC24 relevant reviews
Parking is frequently described as ample, free, convenient, covered, and safe. However, guests repeatedly report cumbersome daily validation, confusing levels and lift signage, slow lifts, and difficult entry/exit. Machine failures or unclear information led to unexpected charges ranging from RM30 to RM80, while some visitors paid RM65 or RM70–80.

Overal is okay but maybe need some instruction that state non-resident/guest park at Level 2 & Level 3 so that guest don't have to switch parking several times. But that is not a big issue though.
They told me the lowest daily rate (RM15 for one car; the second car was free) applied only if I parked in the underground garage after 7 PM.
It is quite inconvenient that every time I need to go out, I must return to the lobby counter to validate the parking ticket for a waiver.

Parking for the first car is free but needs to be validated everytime you want to exit the car park which can be cumbersome.
I would suggest implementing a system where parking can be validated for the entire stay, instead of requiring validation multiple times a day.
We were allowed to leave the rental car in the parking garage for as long as we wanted.

You had to validate your car everyday it should have been a room card or separate card
Touch n Go was validated for flat rate charge but it didnt work during our parking exit.
I would like to share my recent experience regarding the parking system at your hotel.

They give me wrong information about the parking that cost me 50 RM Tickets
I parked at 8 PM, but when checking out, I was charged RM70-80.
Which was not suppose to happen due to their machine malfunction.

I loved the uncomplicated car park - easy access and exit.
Lack of signage for west/east lift from basement visitor parking.
The parking attendant/ traffic coordinator was obnoxious without any reason.

The car park is small but safe and covered.
Expensive parking especially for visiting guest -unable to validate.
Parking in and out very complex..lifts are slow.

Free parking was provided, which was convenient.
Plenty free of charge parking spaces.
This is troublesome for guests.

Cost RM30 for 3 hours.
There are free parking spaces.
Parking is free for guests.

Parking was convenient free
Plenty of free parking.
Ending up paying RM65.

Ample parking spaces.
Free parking.
Parking is free.

The snow room on top of the roof was not worth the price , doesn’t include jackets or shoes as other snow rooms I have been in Asia.
Not much snow to play with only coming from the machine on the top which only covered one side of the room.
The outdoor jacuzzi is more like a tub with jets, no warm jets from the jacuzzi.

We also enjoyed the jacuzzi with the view of the city
Only cloth shoes covering were provided but very flimsy.
Could spend max 10mins there.

Finally, the spa doesn’t work.
