All the restaurants are fantastic, and the location, right in front of the Museum of the Future and within walking distance to the World Trade Center, is superb.

Beautiful, Inspiring and easy-going hotel, a lot of nice details and gestures, it was enjoyable to spend few hours in the lobby with my laptop and coffee.

The atmosphere is very cool and professional at the same time….the lobby is full of people working and chatting and meeting creating the perfect vibe.

The open design of shower looks great, but does not allow to isolate it from the room and to have a full steam shower experience.

This is such a unique hotel, looks like every single corner of it has been carefully designed and crafted with detail, absolutely cool and beautiful.

Convenience is a problem though, as the hotel had to sacrifice some of standard things to make it look much more appealing and unique.

The attention to detail is stunning, with captivating memorabilia and art around every corner, making the hotel a true place of discovery.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai — it’s not just a place to stay, it’s a whole experience!

Bottom line: nice experience, not a perfect fit for short business trips when you need standard high quality things fast.

It's clear they've really thought about the customer experience and placed this at the core of everything they do.

This hotel defies convention, seamlessly blending a home, workplace, bar, restaurant, and club into a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere.

In short, very expensive, happy to charge for non-existent upgrade, just ready to rip you off at any opportunity.

The daily cleanliness is also questionable, as one day, we found a yellow stain in one of our towels.

The atmosphere is vibrant, stylish, and full of character — every corner of the hotel tells a story.

While the rest of my visit was enjoyable, these problems did affect the comfort of my stay.

Big thank you to everyone working there, who contributed to make it an unforgettable stay for us.

From the moment I walked in, I felt more like a VIP than just a guest.

The room and hotel amenities are excellent - I can't fault the thought, consideration or execution.

Overall, the noise, lack of cleanliness, and poor attention to detail made my stay uncomfortable.

From the rooftop views to the cozy rooms, everything was thoughtfully designed and exceptionally comfortable.

The only slight cloud on anotherwise ecxcellent stay and it has not put me off.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, and for sure not a VIP experience at all.

I would book it again for my next Business Trip.

A hotel that makes your trip a better one

Gorgeous unique hotel with amazing facilities and views.

Perfect place to take pictures and vlogging etc.

I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Dubai.

Most important thing that made a difference is the great service from the staff, they were very helpful and attentive, the manager Ali went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Next day the maintenance become near the room and I asked the front-desk to stop it (it was 11pm!), I offered a new room but packing and unpacking is no fun.

I had an issue with the manager called stanosh or something and he was threatened me that he will call tourism cops for no valid reason.

The team's festive spirit could use a boost, but a handful of individuals stood out for their enthusiasm – Helen, Nadia, Brendan, Maria, and Camil.

Try to find a staff member in the breakfast restaurant to smile is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

It's worth noting that the general manager's hands-on approach to operations adds an entertaining and interesting element to the overall experience.

Despite raising these issues, the experience didn’t improve, and I expected much better standards from a hotel of this reputation.

The staff and service were exceptional from desk to dining to housekeeping to concierge (very attentive and alert.)

A special thank you to Mimi, the security woman who went above and beyond to assist me.

The cleaning service forgot to clean my room and then it took for ever to be done.

Upon speaking with Ahmed again, he was shocked as that wasn’t the room he offered us.

I especially want to highlight the outstanding service I received from the security team.

Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made my experience even more memorable.

The team works hard to anticipate and meet expectations - they suceed every time.

Staff is super nice and friendly, from front office, to customer relationships and concierge.

Everyone is nice, Concierge, front Desk, room service and cleaning staff.

Love how the staff are dressed casually but are still identifiable.

It took the assistant manager 2hrs to find an alternative room

Again, I had problems with a long and incompleated check in.

The staff were extremely competent, friendly, and helpful throughout.

I can’t say the same about the staff

Wouldn’t stay there again because of the staff.

Great hotel with very personable and attentive staff.

However the service is not so modern.

No one assisting with the luggage.

The staff was amazing.

The room decor is fantastic too although the air con was very high and even after switching it off, it was still cold so I had to call someone to adjust the air vents.

There is no outlet in the bathroom, so to use a blow dryer you have to stand close to the door and use a wardrobe mirror to dry your hair.

The room has one of the most comfortable beds I ever used, but has very serious usability issues, nice room for Instagram but for rest somewhere else is needed.

The night club on the 6th floor is very loud till beyond midnight every night, and from my 5th floor room it felt like I was in the club.

It felt as if we were in the middle of a concert (neon lights and extremely loud sounds) and we had our 3 year old kid trying to sleep.

I had to change rooms because of the constant noise from nearby construction, especially being placed on a low floor (first floor), which made it even worse.

My spacious room with twin beds was surprisingly comfortable and fully equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and delightful smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

On arrival I was told the room I had booked was not "a good one" and was proposed an upgrade for a further £40 per night.

The room itself wasn’t properly cleaned — there were dirty bottles of water left behind, and it clearly hadn’t been checked before my arrival.

While the rooms are spotless, I encountered some challenges with the curtain and hand spray, which were not user-friendly and seemed faulty.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly and appeared to have some mould, which suggested it may need replacing.

Once I got to the room it was exactly what I had booked, so no upgrade at all.

The bedroom was nicely decorated and even the soap smelled delicious and was of great quality !

The room was facing the Museum of the Future and there was a party going on there.

But Wisdom gave us the same Glamping Room, and the new room was super dirty.

However the room was very noisy due to the bar on the higher level.

The rooms were spacious and unique with beautiful details and decorations.

The room had water leak without any help from their technicians.

There isn’t even water offered in the room, only sparkling water.

Bedrooms are very individual never seen anything like it before.

The spacious "glamping suite" impresses with complimentary minibar and snacks.

Slippers were also provided, adding a touch of luxury.

Additionally, the pillows were not as comfortable as expected.

I also noticed small flies in the shower.

The water is either burning hot or cold.

Rooms are clean, spacious, nicely decorated.

The room big & lovely

The room amenities were top-notch.

The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet is massive, but please note, they are very strict on end time as they need to clear tables as the hotel breakfast area is situated in the tandoor Tina Indian restaurant within the hotel.

We then had issues with being charged for breakfast when it was included in the rate.

Breakfast waiting times were disappointing, and the staff during breakfast seemed very rushed off their feet.

Then was charged for coffee in the morning, as my upgraded room now didn't include breakfast.

The restaurant offers an exceptional breakfast and transforms into a modern Indian delight at night.

Breakfast is amazing, fabulous choice and the cook to order egg dishes are fabulous.

Breakfast is great but a little expensive.

The breakfast was delicious with many options.

The breakfast was also excellent.

Super cool design of every part of the hotel, from lobby, restaurants, pool, gym to the vynil lounge, the free arcade and the library

If you call the same car via Uber, a trip that costs 40 AED will cost 100 AED if booked through the hotel.

We noticed that the rooms were not clean, as dust bunnies under the beds and in other hidden areas were clearly visible.

This hotel is very unique and quirky and I loved all the different spaces you could go to and chill out.

Out of nowhere, they blast loud music at the hotel between midnight and 3 AM, hosting events in empty restaurants.

If we are trying to protect the environment, this should be one of the last things to change or improve.

The complimentary mini bar is a nice surprise (replenished every 3 days) and was water fully replenished every day.

I don’t understand why these over-the-top events are prioritized when guests are unable to sleep due to the noise.

The water provided in the rooms is very inadequate and doesn’t give the impression that it’s meant for drinking.

The pool area had a fantastic vibe, with great music and attentive staff ensuring a fun atmosphere.

In other words, cars belonging to the hotel are also used as taxis through local ride-hailing apps.

The music continues until 3 AM, even though no one is attending or participating.

The hotel’s taxi service is quite strange because it also operates with Uber.

Facilities are superb, specially the swimming pool facing the Museum of the Future.

Even after repeated cleaning, it seemed those spots were never actually addressed.

Lobby is also Work Space so everybody can use it as Office.

The monkey bar looked stunning and served delicious cocktails.

The gym was impressive too, featuring top-of-the-line Technogym equipment.

They have a strange sense of music and entertainment.

It’s ridiculous to have water in soda cans.

However, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell.

So very crowdy place during the day.

Great amenities

Only slight concern was due to only having one member of staff on reception I queued for 25 mins to check out but other staff did intervene to try and help and eventually one was able to complete the process in the back office.

The front desk employee (Wisdom) then claimed that he already gave us an upgrade to a Glamping Room, which was what we reserved in the first place, and that he’s giving us the best room.

When we first checked in, we were offered an upgrade for a smaller fee, even though, as an Expedia Gold VIP member, we’re supposed to receive a free upgrade.

Check-in and check-out processes posed a bit of a challenge, especially with only two staff members at the desk on Christmas Day.

Upon checking-in (was 6pm) I asked to replace the room with another one far from the maintenance and I got one,

We were upgraded eventually, after carrying our child and luggage into three different rooms in the middle of the night.

If you’re ordering room service, you have to pay upfront and not keep it until checkout like any other hotel.

The hotel had overbooked by more than a few rooms, so not all of us had rooms to stay

More than 30 mins waiting for the check-in and during check-out no one assisting with the luggage.

Upon speaking with Ahmed again, he was shocked as that wasn’t the room he offered us.

The hotel made no effort to help find alternative accommodation in the city.

After all the waiting they checked-in me to an occupant room!

From check-in to check-out, every person provides exceptional customer care.

Despite this, Nadia's efforts to minimize waiting times were commendable.

The challenges were with the check-in.

Plus, the hotel's location is perfect, right across from the Museum of the Future and within walking distance to the metro, making it easy to explore all the major sights.

The location was excellent in the hear of the city very close to Dubail mall and other attractions.

Its strategic DIFC location near the airport and Sheikh Zayed Road is unbeatable.

Area was a bit noisy over the weekend but to be expected.

Modern Hotel in the Center of Dubai perfect for Business Trips.

There many restaurants and coffee shops 5mins walk away

I would recommend not booking out all hotel restaurants in the future to ensure all guests have dining options.

This left regular guests with nowhere to eat unless ordering talabat or venturing out in the rain.

The restaurant offers an exceptional breakfast and transforms into a modern Indian delight at night.

All the hotel restaurants were booked for outside events.

The food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic.

The Monkey Bar is a popular weekend spot.

Food is awesome, plenty of options.
