Everything was great only onething surprised me that they use filtered tap water as a complementary water .it shouldn’t be so expensive to provide at least average quality bottled water for one or two bottles a day .

However, in comparison to my favorite Address Downtown, I think I would prefer to go back to the Address Downtown Hotel on my next trip.

I have been in Dubai many times but this time in this Hoel, I have a good experience in regards to service and cleanness.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Address Fountain Views, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The place has a cool vibe with natural, earthy color decorations, and the nice scent in the reception was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with my visit and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

We were glad we chose this hotel rather than the other Address hotels there for cost and convenience.

The pool area has the most amazing view and access to the Dubai mall was so convenient.

Everything about this hotel is just perfect

Suddenly, a hotel security guard named John approached us in a rude and confrontational way — no greeting, just questioning why we were sitting there, whether we were hotel guests, and even picking on my empty coffee cup that was not branded as Address.

She embodies what it means to serve with heart, and I will forever be grateful for the role she played during one of the most important moments of my life.

I did that straight away and it took several emails of me chasing for a week only for someone to reply they were not there and that was it.

I informed the hotel management they told me that they are sorry and they will upgrade me for suite for next visit for half price which I didn’t accept.

I have since gone back for a contact to liaise with the police as I report them stolen and again no reply for several days no one cares.

The staff is incredible - starting with Amins hospitality at checkin and with Askar’s kind greeting at the breakfast every morning, this stay was nothing short of incredible.

What I didn't like was the cleaning room personal getting in my room at 9 PM to Clean the room when we where sleeping and happens twice

Ms. Maria supported me a lot — she arranged a cake for me, brought flowers and balloons, and even gave me a late check-out.

Excellent service… santos in reception was exceptional and very welcoming.

It even had an enclosed walkway that was only 5 min walk to the huge Dubai mall that was not advertised nor noted in Hotels.com that really made things convenient.

You walk through a bridge that goes through the Chinatown section of the mall and you are right at the famous waterfall in the mall.

The hotel is attached to the Dubai Mall, so there is no need to go outside.

The location is perfect, with direct access to Dubai Mall and stunning views of the city.

I found it very convenient t and effcient near all facilties and near the mall.

We also upgraded our nice room to an even better one that had a view of the fountains from our window and balcony that was worth it for the couple of days.

We booked an Executive Suite but upgraded to the Ambassador suite on arrival which was incredible - huge with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa and fountain show from the balcony.

My mom and I stayed here for just a couple of nights in the room with the Burj Khalifa view and really enjoyed the hotel and the local hospitality.

I paid extra to get 'fountain views' but ended up on the 16 floor (bottom floor in this hotel) where you can’t actually see the fountains so be careful.

There were a few minor downsides, the toilet's water pressure was weak, so that could have been better, and there was no hot water in the shower.

I did call and within 5 minutes more tea bag’s were sent up, at least two tea bag’s for your morning drink would be ideal.

I booked Deluxe Burj Khalifa and Fountain View Room, the room was ready in the 23th floor, Room #2302, it was neat, clean & comfortable.

The only problem was the noise, as there were no sound proofing between the rooms, specially if there are a connecting door between them.

We stayed in an executive suite which was the size of an apartment and gave us plenty of room to spread out.

My hotel room was exceptionally clean, and that’s entirely thanks to Lutfor’s hard work and attention to detail.

It felt like I could truly relax and trust that everything had been thoroughly cleaned and cared for.

My room was on the 28th floor, and it was spacious and very clean, with everything I needed.

The bed and pillows were so comfy, and they immediately arranged for my request for a feather-free room.

The same for the noise from the street as the windows also not that good for sound proofing.

What stood out most was the sense of comfort and calm his cleaning brought to the space.

The AC is all taped up- abit embarassing considering the cost and location of the hotel room.

This time I will praise the room quality) always love the smell of these hotels too.

Room was big with lots of windows and best view of the Burj and the downtown.

Also note the cost for the room increases significantly as it gets closer to the dates.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the room had been meticulously prepared.

Towels were replaced daily, toiletries were neatly arranged, and everything was always left in order.

In a time when cleanliness is more important than ever, Lutfor went above and beyond.

Our bathroom had a lot of issues and we had to call maintenance a lot.

Throughout my stay, the room was consistently maintained at a high standard.

The decor of the lobby and the room was nice contemporary.

The well-equipped and cozy room also contributed to a comfortable stay.

Akila consistently maintains an outstanding level of cleanliness and tidiness.

Luxurious, spacious rooms with ultra-comfy beds and elegant bathrooms.

Everything was absolutely perfect – from the warm ambiance to the delightful food and special touches that made the evening so memorable.

The menu says happy hour between 4 pm and 6 pm but actually only lasts between 5 pm and 6 pm.

The restaurant was good for breakfast and the dinner by the infinity pool and the view of the burj.

We had dinner at the Nazcaa restaurant with a beautiful Burj view — food and service were excellent.

View and food are amazing and our Remon remain made sure we had a great dinner together.

A big shoutout to our server, Zihad, who took such good care of us throughout the night.

I recently visited this restaurant with my friend Sanjay Boy, and we had a great experience.

We had an unforgettable dining experience at The Address Dubai Mall while celebrating my wife’s birthday.

The best service I’ve ever had thanks to Mr.Rooney and Mr.Anthony specially taking care of us.

The food was definitely worth it and the ambiance is overlooking of Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall.

To top it off, they even surprised us with a complimentary cake for our anniversary.

They had the best wine selection and you can choose variety of wine as well.

Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience — definitely a place worth visiting again!

Sanjay Boy especially loved the taste of the grilled dishes and desserts.

The restaurant allowed to sit either inside or outside by the pool.

We ordered Chicken Caesar Salad, Greek Salad, Angus Ribeye and Seafood Linguine.

Only downside was repetive food in club lounge for all 4 days.

A must visit place to spend valuable time with your loved ones.

Had a lovely time at The Restaurants at Address Dubai Mall.

The staff was polite, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.

Management needs to correct this as it is very misleading.

We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at this restaurant.

I liked the service and taste of my latte.

The food was fresh and full of flavor.

I had coffee and it was good

I had best dining experience here.

They also had a fantastic brunch that is open to 11 am every day or later on their weekend that was less than $30 per person if purchased at the front desk instead of at the restaurant.

Each morning, we looked forward to the incredible breakfast: fresh juices, à la carte treats like avocado toast, French toast, waffles and more, beautifully presented and full of flavor

The hotel do not have place for so many people in the breakfast, noise and children will kill your filling for the morning, its really bad !!!!

The buffet breakfast had a good selection to suit most tastes and the pastries were outstanding.

But in this hotel you can find a very disturbing issue, THE NOISE IN BREAKFAST !!!!!

We did that for one of the days and there was so much really good food.

Breakfast was delicious and could be eaten inside or out on the terrace.

The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options.

The guy from pattiseri makes our cofffee with love and effort.

Breakfast buffet had excellent choices for any dietary preferences.

Really enjoy the time and vibe with this guys.

Before checking out I got a message from yet another random number asking me when I’ll check out despite the fact I told the agent I will be checking out at 11 and signed to that effect the day of checking in.

I also had an error in booking an extra 2 nights and the lady on checkout submitted a request to see if they could look at it.

I sent the document and confirmed my arrival time so an agent can meet me to let me in the unit.

When I arrived I was contacted by 2 other agents over the phone and via WhatsApp creating a lot of confusion.

The management company messaged me via Hotels.com asking me to send them a copy of my passport via WhatsApp.

I loved the fact they had assisted check in and checkout including transfer from and to the airport.

They again asked for passport and arrival time even though I was already in the building.

The bell service at the entrance was exellent and the check-in was efficient and fast.

We were lucky that there was a room available and were checked in.

Check-in was super easy, and the receptionists were very professional and friendly.

Had to call Expedia to sort, most embarrassing and uncomfortable at reception.

First of all, we got in the early morning from a red-eye.

They got sorted in the end but very poor from hotel.

Arrived early was checked in early that is always a plus

No comp room upgrade but was “for cash”!!

Checkout was just as smooth as check-in.

VIP status meant nothing.

Check-out was very easy.

Incredible rooftop with infinity pool overlooking the burj khalifa, fountain and rest of the gorgeous city skyline.

The pool was too cold and we only spent less than 5 min in the pool.

Tuhin is the guy who takes care of us every time we go to the pool.

We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away.

My kids and us really enjoyed lounging and swimming at the infinity pool.

The club access is so worthwhile and I am sure when they renovate the club room it will be fantastic.

The elevator also liked to close its doors a bit too quickly, so you could miss it while waiting!

We had access to the Club lounge which had complimentary food and drink all day.

( like many hotels more power points near mirrors would be great).

I've requested a car for transportation from the airport to the hotel, When I arrived the car was ready with the driver, and it took me there.

Very quick and simple to get a taxi from airport to hotel, and the hotel called us a taxi when we were leaving.

One more complaint, it’s extremely difficult to get taxis from this hotel which should be sorted out for a hotel or this quality.
