Address Dubai Mall Reviews: Everything Guests Say

Everything was great only onething surprised me that they use filtered tap water as a complementary water .it shouldn’t be so expensive to provide at least average quality bottled water for one or two bottles a day .

Great place to stay in , very kind helpful people specially Ms. Maria Cenas she helped me alit during my stay… of course will stay there again on my next visit 🙂

Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful memory – we will surely return and highly recommend The Address Dubai Mall to our friends and family.

However, in comparison to my favorite Address Downtown, I think I would prefer to go back to the Address Downtown Hotel on my next trip.

I have been in Dubai many times but this time in this Hoel, I have a good experience in regards to service and cleanness.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Address Fountain Views, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The place has a cool vibe with natural, earthy color decorations, and the nice scent in the reception was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with my visit and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

I had a one night stay at the Address Dubai Mall Hotel, and it was a good one.

Address Dubai Mall - formerly fountain views- is easily ranked one of the best city hotels in Dubai

كانت إقامة جميلة ، الإطلالة من النافورة رائعة جداً ويمكنك الاستمتاع بمنظر برج خليفة والنافورة الراقصة طوال اليوم

We were glad we chose this hotel rather than the other Address hotels there for cost and convenience.

The pool area has the most amazing view and access to the Dubai mall was so convenient.

We didn’t just stay at The Address Dubai Mall — we lived a moment suspended in time

The place is elegant, sophisticated, and full of charm, a true reflection of Dubai’s luxury lifestyle.

The hotel is spotless, smells wonderful, and offers a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for families.

I had a wonderful time here — everything from the service to the atmosphere was exceptional.

Always Address Dubai Mall is my fav. place to stay during my visit to Dubai!

لذا تحدثت مع الاستقبال وبالفعل قاموا مشكورين بتبديل الغرفة ونقلي للطرف الاخر من الفندق

In addition to the exceptional staff, the hotel itself was immaculate and well-maintained.

Everything is pristine, classy, well designed and very carefully taken care of.

Amenities are pretty basic but overall views from hotel are great.

Everything from the service to the ambiance exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing.

Hotel is excellent specially arabic guy Sameh coffee amazing

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

I would like to come back next time.

I will come again for sure 👍🏼

Everything about this hotel is just perfect

Suddenly, a hotel security guard named John approached us in a rude and confrontational way — no greeting, just questioning why we were sitting there, whether we were hotel guests, and even picking on my empty coffee cup that was not branded as Address.

She embodies what it means to serve with heart, and I will forever be grateful for the role she played during one of the most important moments of my life.

I did that straight away and it took several emails of me chasing for a week only for someone to reply they were not there and that was it.

I informed the hotel management they told me that they are sorry and they will upgrade me for suite for next visit for half price which I didn’t accept.

I have since gone back for a contact to liaise with the police as I report them stolen and again no reply for several days no one cares.

Thank you adress staff for your hospitality espcialy maria cenas she take care of me and my son every day and ask me if i need any thing

The staff is incredible - starting with Amins hospitality at checkin and with Askar’s kind greeting at the breakfast every morning, this stay was nothing short of incredible.

Thanks to their elegance, professionalism, and genuine courtesy, the hotel offered not just a stay, but a refined human experience that reflects the true essence of hospitality.

One name.. Mariam . She went up and beyond to sort my reservation that had not reflected, i will always be grateful, such a professional

What touched me the most was how she made me feel genuinely cared for – not as a client, but as a person.

I was privileged to interact with two exceptional individuals, Anastasiia and Aya, who were the key reason behind my remarkable experience.

My waiter Tuhin was great, hard working and deserved 5 stars, but the place is understaffed and needs more waiters.

We really enjoyed working with them and we recommend them for everyone and we are definitely working together again.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Walid for his exceptional hospitality and warm welcome.

I would like to remark Ms Amria, she is very nice speaking and particularly about her service.

Sameh, the Arabic host, was exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming, perfectly representing the hotel’s outstanding service.

She anticipated my needs, supported me emotionally, and never hesitated to go the extra mile.

The attitude of the guard — arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful — was completely unacceptable.

From the very first moment, she went above and beyond in every possible way.

A good concierge is the most value added where the loyalty locks to.

Thank you for all the staff for being kind polite and very helpful.

Maria didn’t just welcome us — she took care of us like family

I would like to thank Ayman from the Address customer service phone calls.

They are truly fortunate to have such outstanding and professional team members.

Room Attendant PADAM made sure the room was in tip top condition.

The management clearly does not care about how visitors are treated.

Excellent service at Address Dubai Mall from Dhina of housekeeping.

He served us last year and began again this year.

Special thank you to bell team and valet team

It even had an enclosed walkway that was only 5 min walk to the huge Dubai mall that was not advertised nor noted in Hotels.com that really made things convenient.

You walk through a bridge that goes through the Chinatown section of the mall and you are right at the famous waterfall in the mall.

The hotel is attached to the Dubai Mall, so there is no need to go outside.

The location is perfect, with direct access to Dubai Mall and stunning views of the city.

I found it very convenient t and effcient near all facilties and near the mall.

The hotel itself had gorgeous views, and it was convenient to all ideal locations.

Having a sanctuary of calm just steps away from the world’s biggest shopping hub?

Conveniently located near Dubai mall and actually connected to the mall through china town.

Prime location next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa with breathtaking fountain views.

Amazing views from the restaurant and in such a convenient location in DownTown

Being directly connected to the Dubai Mall was a luxury of its own

The cafe is located by the entrance of address Dubai mall hotel.

We booked the wrong address hotel as for me downtown is better.

The hotel is connected to the Dubai mall which is very convenient.

Address Dubai Mall is a great hotel, just steps from Dubai Mall.

The exit from the hotel is right outside the mall's Chinatown district.

Superb location, lift away from the the biggest mall in world.

Having the hotel directly connected to the Mall was very handy.

The location was superb, just steps away from the main attraction.

The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to Dubai Mall.

The connectivity to the Dubai Mall makes it my favorite!

Hotel very business friendly location Dubai mall can’t get better

The Address hotel has the best location and the view.

Great location with direct access to The Dubai Mall

The location was great as well as the amenities.

The best hotel with the view of Burj Kalifa.

Highly recommended place to stay at while visiting Dubai.

Easy access to dubai mall, Burj khalifa. And fountains.

It is so convenient being across Dubai mall.

The location is perfect.

We also upgraded our nice room to an even better one that had a view of the fountains from our window and balcony that was worth it for the couple of days.

We booked an Executive Suite but upgraded to the Ambassador suite on arrival which was incredible - huge with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa and fountain show from the balcony.

My mom and I stayed here for just a couple of nights in the room with the Burj Khalifa view and really enjoyed the hotel and the local hospitality.

I paid extra to get 'fountain views' but ended up on the 16 floor (bottom floor in this hotel) where you can’t actually see the fountains so be careful.

There were a few minor downsides, the toilet's water pressure was weak, so that could have been better, and there was no hot water in the shower.

I did call and within 5 minutes more tea bag’s were sent up, at least two tea bag’s for your morning drink would be ideal.

I booked Deluxe Burj Khalifa and Fountain View Room, the room was ready in the 23th floor, Room #2302, it was neat, clean & comfortable.

The only problem was the noise, as there were no sound proofing between the rooms, specially if there are a connecting door between them.

We stayed in an executive suite which was the size of an apartment and gave us plenty of room to spread out.

My hotel room was exceptionally clean, and that’s entirely thanks to Lutfor’s hard work and attention to detail.

It felt like I could truly relax and trust that everything had been thoroughly cleaned and cared for.

My room was on the 28th floor, and it was spacious and very clean, with everything I needed.

The bed and pillows were so comfy, and they immediately arranged for my request for a feather-free room.

The same for the noise from the street as the windows also not that good for sound proofing.

What stood out most was the sense of comfort and calm his cleaning brought to the space.

The AC is all taped up- abit embarassing considering the cost and location of the hotel room.

This time I will praise the room quality) always love the smell of these hotels too.

The cleaning not good take time to clean the room also we small smoking in room.

Room was big with lots of windows and best view of the Burj and the downtown.

Also note the cost for the room increases significantly as it gets closer to the dates.

Akila, who has been responsible for the housekeeping of my room during my four-day stay.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the room had been meticulously prepared.

Towels were replaced daily, toiletries were neatly arranged, and everything was always left in order.

In a time when cleanliness is more important than ever, Lutfor went above and beyond.

My daughter sustained an injury due to a falling wooden fixture in our hotel room.

The bed was perfectly made, with crisp, fresh linens that smelled clean and inviting.

I truly appreciate his effort and hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

The view from the room to the Burj Khalifa is beautiful

The hotel was very dirty also sink broken along with bathtub.

The room itself is not the best to be honest.

Everything was absolutely perfect – from the warm ambiance to the delightful food and special touches that made the evening so memorable.

The menu says happy hour between 4 pm and 6 pm but actually only lasts between 5 pm and 6 pm.

The restaurant was good for breakfast and the dinner by the infinity pool and the view of the burj.

We had dinner at the Nazcaa restaurant with a beautiful Burj view — food and service were excellent.

View and food are amazing and our Remon remain made sure we had a great dinner together.

A big shoutout to our server, Zihad, who took such good care of us throughout the night.

I recently visited this restaurant with my friend Sanjay Boy, and we had a great experience.

We had an unforgettable dining experience at The Address Dubai Mall while celebrating my wife’s birthday.

The best service I’ve ever had thanks to Mr.Rooney and Mr.Anthony specially taking care of us.

The food was definitely worth it and the ambiance is overlooking of Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall.

To top it off, they even surprised us with a complimentary cake for our anniversary.

They had the best wine selection and you can choose variety of wine as well.

Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience — definitely a place worth visiting again!

Sanjay Boy especially loved the taste of the grilled dishes and desserts.

The restaurant allowed to sit either inside or outside by the pool.

We ordered Chicken Caesar Salad, Greek Salad, Angus Ribeye and Seafood Linguine.

Only downside was repetive food in club lounge for all 4 days.

A must visit place to spend valuable time with your loved ones.

Had a lovely time at The Restaurants at Address Dubai Mall.

The staff was polite, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.

Management needs to correct this as it is very misleading.

Thank you, Walid, for the excellent service at the restaurant.

Food are so nice and very delicious especially seafood linguine.

Very good excelent restaurant Nazca very good food and view

We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at this restaurant.

I liked the service and taste of my latte.

The food was fresh and full of flavor.

I had coffee and it was good

I had best dining experience here.

Food was good.

They also had a fantastic brunch that is open to 11 am every day or later on their weekend that was less than $30 per person if purchased at the front desk instead of at the restaurant.

Each morning, we looked forward to the incredible breakfast: fresh juices, à la carte treats like avocado toast, French toast, waffles and more, beautifully presented and full of flavor

The hotel do not have place for so many people in the breakfast, noise and children will kill your filling for the morning, its really bad !!!!

The buffet breakfast had a good selection to suit most tastes and the pastries were outstanding.

But in this hotel you can find a very disturbing issue, THE NOISE IN BREAKFAST !!!!!

We did that for one of the days and there was so much really good food.

Breakfast was delicious and could be eaten inside or out on the terrace.

The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options.

The guy from pattiseri makes our cofffee with love and effort.

Breakfast buffet had excellent choices for any dietary preferences.

Really enjoy the time and vibe with this guys.

We felt spoiled in the best possible way

Fabulous breakfast and amazing service throughout our stay.

The breakfast is like 4 star hotel.

But breakfast did not justify it.

They serve a delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was great.

Poor quality b.fast

Before checking out I got a message from yet another random number asking me when I’ll check out despite the fact I told the agent I will be checking out at 11 and signed to that effect the day of checking in.

I also had an error in booking an extra 2 nights and the lady on checkout submitted a request to see if they could look at it.

بسبب كون البناية مقسمة بين شقق سكنية وفندق تحتاج لركوب مصعدين مختلفين الأول يأخذك من الطابق الارضي إلى ردهة استقبال الفندق والاخر من الردهة الى الغرف

I sent the document and confirmed my arrival time so an agent can meet me to let me in the unit.

When I arrived I was contacted by 2 other agents over the phone and via WhatsApp creating a lot of confusion.

The management company messaged me via Hotels.com asking me to send them a copy of my passport via WhatsApp.

I loved the fact they had assisted check in and checkout including transfer from and to the airport.

They again asked for passport and arrival time even though I was already in the building.

The bell service at the entrance was exellent and the check-in was efficient and fast.

We were lucky that there was a room available and were checked in.

Check-in was super easy, and the receptionists were very professional and friendly.

Had to call Expedia to sort, most embarrassing and uncomfortable at reception.

First of all, we got in the early morning from a red-eye.

They got sorted in the end but very poor from hotel.

Arrived early was checked in early that is always a plus

No comp room upgrade but was “for cash”!!

Checkout was just as smooth as check-in.

VIP status meant nothing.

Check-out was very easy.

The seamless check-in

Incredible rooftop with infinity pool overlooking the burj khalifa, fountain and rest of the gorgeous city skyline.

The pool was too cold and we only spent less than 5 min in the pool.

Tuhin is the guy who takes care of us every time we go to the pool.

We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away.

My kids and us really enjoyed lounging and swimming at the infinity pool.

That unreal view of the Burj Khalifa from the infinity pool

Pool area was great with good towel and drinks service.

Its perfect temperature at night during the summer.

They close the pool at 7!?

Pool is lovely and fantastic views.

Good view but cold pool

The pool is incredible too.

المسبح .. جميل واطلالته جميلة

The club access is so worthwhile and I am sure when they renovate the club room it will be fantastic.

The elevator also liked to close its doors a bit too quickly, so you could miss it while waiting!

We had access to the Club lounge which had complimentary food and drink all day.

( like many hotels more power points near mirrors would be great).

All the facilities are good and clean

Perfect amenities in the facility and in-room.

Immaculate hotel that also smells divine.

Excellent amenities

Spotless Facilities.

I've requested a car for transportation from the airport to the hotel, When I arrived the car was ready with the driver, and it took me there.

Very quick and simple to get a taxi from airport to hotel, and the hotel called us a taxi when we were leaving.

One more complaint, it’s extremely difficult to get taxis from this hotel which should be sorted out for a hotel or this quality.

Connection to Dubai mall makes things a lot easier in the summer time.
