Guests consistently praise the palace-style design, spotless rooms, elegant atmosphere, excellent location, and exceptionally warm, helpful staff. Distinctive touches include harp and piano performances, strong restaurants, and thoughtful room decorations. Recurring concerns include high prices, some outdated facilities, slow service, corridor disturbances, and housekeeping entering or knocking repeatedly.

The hotel needs to pay more attention to its guests, and it should designate specific floors for guests who come with their families and children. These floors should be separated from the business floors due to some disturbances that occur and the leaving of food in the corridors, which is not suitable for the hotel's standards.
The most fabulous hotel amazing 5 stars without a doubt from the most professional attentive breakfast staff to the dinner staff to every staff member in the hotel the attention to detail in every aspect of running the hotel is just 5 star .
This is truly a palace, everything about this hotel is exceptional and the staff are just amazing and so accommodating to any request or need, including a very early check in which was just not an issue at all, speedy laundry/dry clean services.

The smell of damp was evident throughout the hotel, corridors and rooms, so that the hotel management tried to change the atmosphere by installing fumigants, but it was not successful.
It’s rare to feel so much at ease and part of a family while staying abroad, but at Al Habtoor Palace, that’s exactly how we felt.
Ambience inside the hotel is very good - Someone plays the harp in the morning and someone plays the piano in the evening.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience.
There should be a discount for citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council, similar to the special price for Europeans.
This hotel lives up to the name of palace, a stunning opulent building with fantastic rooms and facilities.

Everything you can imagine in terms of comfort, elegance, tranquility, and cleanliness is present in this wonderful hotel
Coffee machine and TV remote wasn't working but my stay was short so I didn't bother.
The combination of luxurious accommodations and outstanding service makes this hotel a standout choice in Dubai.

Everything was great - there is nothing that I did not like about the property.
Everything is good I always go to habtoor to relax and have a luxury experience,
Two weeks at first, extended to three unforgettable weeks at Al Habtoor Palace, Dubai.

And they even got me cake, chocolate and fruits all free for my birthday
My husband and I, along with the family, would like to thank everyone.
This property is absolutely beautiful and the service is 1st class and impeccable.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and professionalism.
We were offered a complimentary luxury vehicle to take us to the airport!
This was truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend al Habtoor Palace.
Excellent! Would stay here again if ever we visit Dubai again.
Overall, our experience at Al Habtoor Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations.

Always smiling and eager to attend to everything we needed.
An exceptional hotel, the staff is very attentive to detail
Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff: What guests say

Staff are repeatedly praised as exceptionally friendly, attentive, professional, and accommodating, with personalized touches such as birthday cakes, handwritten notes, towel art, transport help, and tailored breakfast dishes. However, reports also mention inconsistent treatment, poor or misleading service, a seven-hour housekeeping response delay, concierge excursion problems, tipping pressure, and disastrous night check-in service.

Also , there is one particular person when I call the reception doesn’t answer the greeting , example , I say “good morning” , “hello” , or good evening” , and his answer is always the same “yes?” , even I tried to repeat the greeting again but still same answer , need to work on the communication skills , I know this might seem simple but for me when I greet someone , I would like to get the proper reply.
Also at the beginning they provided us with the wrong price for our room - our booking was at the price of 1’277 AED and they wanted to charge us above 1’500 AED - we discussed this for more than 10 minutes and finally they understood that they didn’t apply genius discount in their system.
The Team, Starting from the people who smiles to you welcoming your arrival knowing your name after multiple visits like Asaad, Muhammad and Abdullah, to the concierge, receptionists like Khaled, Shady and Neha, the IT team, i can recall their names easily because they always make my stay remarkable there.

At check in they told me we will sort out during check out, at check out they told me they need to charge me the amount andbthat their sales department will have a look on the matter.
The staff at breakfast were exceptional especially Ahmed and the guy who made the coffees as well as the restaurant manager and girl who greated everyone at the entrance to breakfast.
The staff in charge of my room came to greet me, and they told me to call them right away if I needed anything, which was very reassuring.

We were very touched by the little attentions from Edoardo and Chandra and the whole team at Habtoor Palace, for which we warmly thank you.
The staff starting by the Manager, Mr. Edoardo Buffin de Chosal, who personally greeted us at the entrance when we arrived, was exceptional.
I must mention Mr. Isaac was incredible.....he went out of his way to make our stay most comfortable from arrival to departure

The receptionist didn’t do the reservation, next day Maged said that I should pay double that what I book with ..
The hospitality at Al Habtoor Palace is exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to provide personalized service.
The staff never said No to anything and everything I asked for was provided within five minutes !

You have a personal butler for your room and you will never have to open a door yourself.
I was taken and collected by a very friendly driver, he was excellent, kind and very professional.
The staff was so friendly and attentive and provided excellent service with great attention to detail.

And their constant concern for my comfort, as they were an example of exquisite hospitality.
That is why we return — and why it will always feel like home.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival and late departure.

It was a very nice reception and entrance area, everyone was very polite.
We even had a Butler, Ms Rodrizza Manio, extremely polite and helpful.
Balaji and Shakoor provided impeccable room service, and Kanu at the pool.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the behavior of the staff.
I would like to appreciate shady the receptionist was very friendly
Someone was always available on hand to help with any queries.

He was very friendly and helpful to us during our stay.
The reception and concierge service need a lot of work.
Welcoming and helpful staff especially reception, concierge and porter services.

They go above and beyond the service was exceptional.
Many knew our names, which added a personal touch.
Staff and valet team were always ready to help.

Rooms: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts159 relevant reviews
Rooms are repeatedly praised for being very spacious, luxurious, clean, and comfortable, with large beds, quality bathrooms, separate dressing areas, and double sinks. However, air-conditioning problems recur, sometimes leaving rooms at 24–26°C, alongside strong odors, inconsistent cleanliness, delayed maintenance, and noise through poorly insulated doors or from streets. Balconies are absent.

I scratched my head trying to think about something I could find wrong with the room(s) and hotel....I may have lost a clump of hair in doing so, but voila....one of the numerous lights in the chandelier in my deluxe room was out - so I found something!
Plus, there was dirty yellow water coming out when I put hot water on which was disgusting and ruined the experience I was very disappointed that I have to go through this even tho I payed a lot just to get a luxury experience.
And the smell of food cooking, it seems that the hotel has a problem with the ventilation ducts because the smell of the kitchen comes into the room as if I am in the kitchen cooking with them all the time.

There are no soundproofing between the rooms, which caused us a lot of disturbance and made it impossible to sleep. It was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The noise from room to room is significant, and the neighbors' voices are very clear.
Room service was great and the fact I was advised how long the food would take precisely to the minute! was a win-win and the person who took the order had excellent customer service!
The second disappointment was that, even with the windows closed, there was no good noise insulation from the road and we could hear till late night hours horns from cars and other traffic noise.

The hotel is completely uncomfortable; loud music comes from nearby shops and continues until 5 AM, as if the music is inside my room, so I couldn't sleep at all.
The moisture was not visible as the walls were covered by false ceilings, but the smell occupied the whole room and the only remedy was to open the windows.
What's nice about the room is that there is a small dressing room attached for storing bags and clothes, which gives spaciousness to the room.

The staff thought changed our room after the first night, super fast and accessible to a similar room facing towards a quiet area.
Sheets were poorly tucked in and had to call housekeepers by mid of the night to redo it all over again.
Unfortunately, there was a terrible musty smell in the room, but we chose to ignore it due to our exhaustion.

I even explained to her I am a cancer survivor my health is important she choose to ignore that
I asked for non smoking room the lady gave me non smoking room in a smoking floor ??
Upon arrival, we were given an inferior room compared to what we paid for and booked.

The room was good and quiet, and I liked the temperature of the air conditioning.
I did feel it was a bit too cold in the lobby and rooms.
Shower gel bottles were empty . Obviously housekeeping weren’t updating the checklist.

This hotel is super clean and smell always like flowers and parfumes.
The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The size of the room is quite big and comfortable.

They have kept the room clean in daily basis.
The room was very clean, huge and well maintained.
They change it for me the next day 😀

Room cleanliness was not timely. Not particularly clean.
I've never slept so well in a hotel.
Also the view in new room was awesome.

The decor of the room and the bathroom.
The rooms are big and super clean.
The shower in the bathroom was leaking.

Location: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts97 relevant reviews
Most guests found the hotel centrally located near Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and La Perle, with plentiful taxis and nearby restaurants, a supermarket, and transport links. The canal setting can be quiet and convenient, but highway, nightclub, construction, traffic noise, congestion, and limited walkability recur.

Habtoor’s palace located at Al Sheikh Zayed road pops up in my mind immediately, my favorite spot to stay at, in Dubai, relaxing, clean, what makes staying there special is the vibes and quietness where you can focus on work related projects during BTs.
From the outside, it didn't quite look like the photo in some way and there were still construction sites, so if the surroundings were a bit nicer, that would have been even better.
The fact that taxis often confuse the location with the old Hilton around the corner -- this obviously has nothing to do with the Habtoor, but perhaps location tracking could be more accurate?

There is a lot of construction going on in Dubai, which can be a little bit noisy, but I guess that is because the city is growing so fast.
The traffic noise and I request to change the room ans they downgrade it without returning the cost of the rooms difference despite the fact I told them
After a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, we arrived at the HABTOOR Palace with its magnificent lobby. A highly recommended hotel in the center of Dubai.

The only downside of the hotel is that it is close to a nightclub, which causes noise until dawn due to rental cars in the surrounding area.
The place is perfect, you have access to alot of hotels and beaches food was good with alot of variety and every day they changed some thing.
The location is excellent for anyone who wants nightlife, there are plenty of bars and clubs in the area, relatively close to everywhere, in the middle.

The location lacks services; there is only a supermarket or a mostly Italian restaurant. You need a car to get to the nearest service or app.
It was a true luxury to spend time at the beach, just a short trip away from the hotel, and have access to such beautiful surroundings.
We would return as it is also a great location to the town while being not to crowded and with lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The location was not excellent, it was impossible to move around on foot, always and only by taxi, in general the movements were quite slow.
The hotel is conveniently located along Sheikh Zayed Road, making it an ideal base for exploring the city’s iconic landmarks, shopping malls, and entertainment venues.
The hotel is located next to the Dubai canal, with a great walk to the beach one way and to the City the other way.

The venue was not easy to reach as there was lots of building around the hotel which made the roads to it very congested
If your hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, it will attract more guests.
I liked the Winter Garden , nice place to spend the evening and eat , just in front of the Hotel .

The location is also perfect right next to the La Perle show and just a 10-minute drive from the Dubai Mall.
Honestly, the hotel is really great and it's about 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
Hotel without spectacular view from the window, but for this issue can use many restaurants in Downtown.

Location was great as we could find available taxis all the time, shot distance to everything.
The hotel is very elegant and in a prime location, close to everything in Dubai.
When we come back to Dubai, this will be the place we stay again :)

Good location, especially if you plan to visit “La Perle” show(it’s the same building).
Location is a bet off amenities and big shopping mall and kids playcities.
Conveniently located ~30 mins by Uber to DXB Airport, pending traffic.

Right in the heart of Dubai. Easy to get everywhere.
Especially for sightseeing in Dubai, the hotel is perfectly located.
Convenient restaurants and a supermarket nearby made everything easy.

Breakfast: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts87 relevant reviews
Breakfast is most often praised as excellent, fresh, plentiful, and internationally varied, with buffet and made-to-order options such as omelets, Eggs Benedict, masala dosa, and fresh juices. Recurring criticisms include limited variety, food needing warmer temperatures, inconsistent organization and service, high pricing, and occasional disappointment relative to a five-star hotel.

From the first breakfast it was clear that they had a huge desire to make my stay relaxed and comfortable so that I could dine in confidence; with clear attention to cross contamination risk and an appreciation of how their efforts attended to my personal experience.
Berries, nuts, celery, sprouted seeds, various dairy-free and coconut milk options, pan-Asian cuisine, and of course, Eggs Benedict 😍. If you don't take it as a package, at least go for breakfast once; it's top-notch.
I don't think this is typical of the hotel but after being seated I waited 10 minutes before having to get up to remind them that I was waiting for service.

The breakfast does not match the luxury of the hotel in all aspects; I rate the breakfast 3 stars in terms of (variety, pastries, and the small size of the buffet).
This time due to rejuvenating the food hall, breakfast was not up to that level by comparison to previous months, but i believe it’s going to be even better.
There was an excellent selection of food to suit all cultures/ cuisines and the highlight of my breakfast was the chefs preparing masala dosa - it was delicious.

Breakfast was so good and nice, loved the atmosphere with a lot of options for breakfast literally any breakfast food item you can find it there.
We had paid for breakfast and the quality of the food at the buffet was excellent, definitely worth the price we paid for it.
The breakfast is amazing, there are different types of home-made almond and peanut butter, tehina, breads, fresh fruit, an oasis of flavours and foods.

Breakfast was buffet-style, with plenty of fruits, bread, and vegetables. You could choose your favorite egg dish, and they would bring it to you.
The breakfast buffet menu truly exceptional, shout out to the chef who prepared my poached eggs perfectly, just as requested (very runny) every morning.
Part of breakfast you order alone part you need to order with waitress , stuff are running around , tables are not cleaned

I found the breakfast area to be limited in range however everything was of high quality and not mass produced items
A big shoutout to the breakfast team - Ijaz, Lucia, Dav, Saud, Suhil, and Dube - for making our mornings fantastic.
The breakfast area and the food, the area looks old and the food wasn’t various plus the worker in that area

The breakfast was very good, the friendly staff took care of all our needs, all with a smile and kindness.
The rest of the days I had to go to the barista to take some trunks for my breakfast.
The dining room staff was amazing, consisting of Mohaned, Ijaz, Dev, Saud, Neel, Andria, TeJa, Omima, and Shiva.

Your amazing service and friendly vibes set us up for the day in the best way possible.
Fresh omelettes made to order, juices, everything you could wish for, no one should be disappointed.
Everything was Excellent at Habtoor, Rasheed and the whole team at Breakfast was Awesome.

I ordered an omelet, but they only brought it after half an hour.
Every meal was delicious and we looked forward to breakfast every day.
Breakfast was amazing and a good variety of items to choose from.

Breakfast is expensive and not proportional to the meal itself.
Everything was offered fresh, with hot and cold dishes.
Every wish was anticipated before we even spoke.

Breakfast was delicious, with many international options.
Super breakfast with a large selection
Breakfast superb & evening meal

Facilities: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts47 relevant reviews
Guests frequently praise the luxurious design, immaculate public spaces, lobby atmosphere, spa, pool, gym, children’s facilities, and beach access to Waldorf Astoria. Recurring concerns include aging carpets and interiors, elevator and air-conditioning maintenance, unclean pool/lounge and dining tables, a crowded lobby, limited seating, a non-24-hour gym, and an obstructed rooftop-pool view.

Lobby isn't that big as I was expecting to see it bigger and there are too many events in this hotel (conferences, weddings,,.) which kept the lobby too busy.
The lower parking is not suitable for the grandeur of the exterior of the hotel, the way the vehicle parked and the smell of the parking and sand.
The hotel also features world-class facilities, including a luxurious spa, swimming pool, and fitness center, allowing guests the opportunity to relax and unwind during their stay.

The hotel look really old from inside , it is time for renovation , bathroom scratched and dirty main door of the room very dirty
There were no staff at the coffee shop inside the hotel, as I waited half an hour for the waiter to take my order.
It is not ok to go to eat something and you need to call the staff to tell them that the table is dirty

Also, the lobby, though spacious, did not have sufficient seating area - plus part of it was dedicated to a tea/cafe only space.
One would expect that in a luxury hotel, the car doors would be opened for passengers and not just for the driver.
Finally, the rooftop pool had no views as it was surrounded by a concrete wall (instead of a see-through glass).

Great facilities- we have a 1 year old, and the facilities on offer (play area, children swimming pool) were great!
All the facilities are exceptional, especially the smell of the hallway floors, the luxury of the rooms, and their cleanliness.
The elevators seemed to require maintenance, as their condition did not match the overall luxury standard of the hotel.

From the marble floors to the fine dining to the impeccable service rendered by the concierge and butler staff.
Everything, from the stunning interiors to the meticulously maintained spaces, is cared for with the utmost attention to detail.
The facilities at Al Habtoor Palace are equally impressive, including the stunning pool area and the well-equipped fitness center.

I recommend also branding for the facilities and its services like the spa, any yoga classes, …etc.
The cleanliness throughout the property is beyond exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free experience at all times.
Poor cleaning and it can sometimes be very busy, resulting in long waits for your car.

The cleanliness of the place and the service are excellent; anything you ask for comes quickly.
Instead of investing in someone play a harp in the foyer, make the inhouse store, better.
Some beautiful lounges to sit and have a cappuccino while listening to a pianist playing.

The attention to detail and luxury is evident in every aspect of the property.
There are two elevators, and there is no waiting time for the elevators
Everything was excellent. From the staff to the amenities and the room.

The lobby was very hot and the air conditioning barely worked.
And need to change another two for the same reason
If the bathroom had privacy, it would be better

Hotel did lose water for 8 or more hours
Third, the gym was not opened 24 hours.
Design of the hotel, toilets were spacious

Pool: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts32 relevant reviews
Guests frequently praise the attractive rooftop and outdoor pools, quiet atmosphere, cabanas, and attentive pool staff; some report access to several pools across the connected complex. Recurring drawbacks include pools being small, cold or insufficiently heated, unclear hours, noise and upkeep concerns, plus a serious report of a broken ladder causing a child’s foot injury.

When we went to the pool as soon as our son got in he got out screaming, he tore his foot on the pool from his foot finger down his skin cut horribly
We didn't realised there were more than one swimming pool ...this hotel was connected to the Hilton, V and another hotel and share their pool facilities.
The pool is small and needs a DJ and music, along with a variety of drinks and meals to make the pool a more attractive place

There are many pools; you can use all of those in the complex (total of 3 hotels), but the best one is at the Palace.
The hotel facilities and pool cater to both adults and children, especially in the children's area with water games and a playroom for them.
Swimming pool timing was not correct on the notice boards, and had to ask life guard to tell the timing otherwise it was nice.

Pools are not ob the level they should be and the loud party mood of some guests was spoiling the atmosphere even more.
The hotel even offers a free shuttle to their sister hotel, The Grand, where you can use their pools and private beach.
The basins were not clean, and the water temperature was extremely cold, with no proper attention given to heating it.

However, guests receive complimentary access to Al Habtoor resorts, located about 30 minutes away, and to the Hilton swimming pool.
When my husband came to pick our stuff in the pool area he saw them fix the ladder
Spent some lovely time there relaxing with waiter service for food and drinks, it was just lovely.

The beautiful outdoor pool area alongside its cabanas are perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The lifeguards have no fast response nor do they seem to have any first aid experience
The rooftop area was so relaxing and most days we were the only people there.

The pool is perfect for couples, spread out so people find a quiet place.
The outside is not as well maintained as the inside of the hotel
We only found out there was a heated pool on our last day.

The pool that is supposed to be heated was not heated enough.
There is also a large rooftop space where there are 2 pools.
The roof top pool is a tranquil setting and is lagoon style.

There are more than 10 pools to choose from on the rooftop.
Despite being a 5-star hotel, there is no swimming pool onsite.
A very pleasant pool with a heated pool area 👌

All staffs in pool area gave us very good service
Making the drink niche at the pool a bit cosier
Having a pool at the hotel would enhance our stay.

Noisy construction works could be heard by poolside
Ranjit and Khadka at the Pool was Fantastic.
Pool area very good & well staffed

Restaurant: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts29 relevant reviews
Dining is frequently praised for excellent food, especially the steakhouse’s tender, high-quality meat, with several restaurants and strong room service. However, some guests report limited or repetitive menus, including one restaurant open for half-board and the same salmon nightly. Le Patio’s Arabic dishes and BQ French Kitchen receive positive mentions.

From the first breakfast it was clear that they had a huge desire to make my stay relaxed and comfortable so that I could dine in confidence; with clear attention to cross contamination risk and an appreciation of how their efforts attended to my personal experience.
I want to thank the steakhouse restaurant, we dined there, ... We booked the hotel with breakfast, and upon arrival, we paid for dinners at 150 dirhams per person, very tasty and not expensive, this price includes three dishes per person and bottled water, ....
Only one restaurant open so only had the same set menu for half board, ended up eating the same salmon every night as poor choices.

I had the opportunity to meet him in person and he was one of the best chief I have ever met.
I had steak for dinner here, and it was very tender. The cheesecake for dessert was also very delicious.
The food is extremely high quality, of extensive variety presented immaculately and caters extremely well for allergies and intolerances.

For dining, Al Habtoor Palace offers a variety of culinary experiences, ranging from fine dining to casual options.
In the evenings, we loved dining at BQ French Kitchen and Bar—gracious manager, helpful waiters Ashif and Neel.
A special mention to Ijaz in the restaurant who was incredibly attentive with all of the guests.

You'll find a selection of international cuisines, crafted by talented chefs who prioritize quality and flavor.
Not much to complain about as it was an amazing experience with very good restaurants
The Le Patio restaurant won us over with flavorful Arabic dishes in a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel’s dining options were outstanding, especially the meat restaurant as a top meat quality.
We had a function at the steakhouse and it was a fabulous day.
The steak at the steakhouse was perfect and melted in your mouth.

Limited selection of dishes for lunch and dinner, the same every day
Room service was equally as good and food cooked to perfection.
Your dining experience ( regular and bar ) is also great.

The hotel has a great French bistro and a Polo Bar.
BQ restaurant dinner there was hardly any choice of food.
The kindness of certain people working at the restaurant

They always have a great bar in the courtyard.
The food in the Polo Bar wasn’t great.
Food was amazing thanks to Chief Deniz Katranci.

The dining options within this hotel are wonderful.
The food, the J&G steakhouse is a must-try.
Definitely a must do when in Dubai.

P.s the high tea is a must!!
There are numerous restaurants on site.
Good restaurants within walking distance.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts25 relevant reviews
Check-in and check-out experiences are inconsistent: some guests report quick procedures, warm reception, and helpful late-checkout assistance, but delays of 40–45 minutes or four hours recur. Only two desks can create queues, while luggage and valet retrieval may be slow. Guests also mention €200–500 deposits and disputed or delayed refunds.

I faced a problem at the lobby while booking; I found a cheaper price on Booking.com, so I rushed to book from there and mistakenly chose the wrong date. After completing the booking, I remembered that the date was in four days, and I contacted Booking.com to modify the reservation. That was about fifteen minutes later. Then they contacted me and said the hotel refused to change the date. I went to the reception and explained my mistake; they said it's fine, just request the change from Booking.com. When I changed the date, I was surprised; it was 1500 including tax and breakfast, while the price after the change for the same room was not on the weekend but in the middle of the week.
When I arrived at 8 PM, I sat for more than 20 minutes looking for someone to assist me. I found only one staff member who was busy, and we waited a long time for someone to serve us. After a long wait, a woman came, annoyed and upset, checked and said our reservation was canceled, and I had to make a new reservation and wait until it was confirmed.
I would encourage the hotel to think about changing the 2 into 4 by simply having two staff members at each desk as the desks are large and the space can be used more efficiently for a better guest experience.

The reception was not good as the receptionist processed our check-in directly and told us the price was paid without informing us about the hotel, the breakfast timing, or anything related to the hotel services..
I then asked to speak to the manager, hoping for an apology or at least some sort of compensation for the delay, but he did nothing to help or acknowledge the situation.
They charged a fee of 500 AED that they said they would return at checkout, but they haven't sent it and no longer respond to messages.

When I went to complain at the desk, they first tried to tell me it wasn't possible because they don't have larger rooms, except for apartments.
I handed over my car card and ended up waiting 35 minutes for my vehicle, during which the valet team seemed disorganized and dismissive.
In addition, when making a reservation through the website and choosing a room with lounge access, we are surprised upon checking in the room.

When I arrived, a staff member named Sudeshna told me to have a seat in the lobby while the front desk became available.
I ended up sitting there for over 40 minutes, completely ignored, while a couple who arrived after me was checked in right away.
When I confronted her, Sudeshna claimed she didn’t know I was there—even though I was seated right next to her the entire time.

Only having 2 check in desks is unacceptable for a busy 5* city hotel and having to wait around is not good.
I had specifically informed the hotel through my booking that we were celebrating our anniversary and even provided our exact arrival time.
Then I showed them the photo that was on Booking and the indicated square meters, and miraculously the correct room appeared.

I complained again than the job was done perfectly ..this should not be like this in a hotel like that .
Upon entering, I waited 45 minutes to receive the room, which was tiring after a flight and crowded airports.
While everything was exceptional, I would have appreciated a slightly faster check-in process to make the arrival even smoother.

I had to change my reservation and they would not refund my money for my first set of dates.
Special thanks to Ms. Fatima for her professionalism and for arranging my late check-out extension until 8:00 PM.
We wanted to leave asap and called for our luggage to be picked up and waited so long

Their attitude was quite careless and unhelpful, which was frustrating—especially as I was rushing to catch a flight.
They also require a €200 cash deposit, which is returned to you when you check out
The check-in process was quick, and our luggage was already waiting for us in the room.

We were disappointed with the staff who delayed the check-in by an additional 4 hours.
Unfortunately, my experience with the valet parking on the day of checkout was very disappointing.
Lastly, we came in the same lady came to speak to us. Thats it.

This shouldn’t be like this ..thank GOD Managment reaction was for my satisfaction.
They acknowledged this and promised special arrangements, which I fully relied on.
I had one of the worst hotel experiences at AlHabtoor Palace.

Transport: What guests say
View Al Habtoor Palace – Preferred Hotels & Resorts15 relevant reviews
Free shuttles to Dubai Mall, the beach, and sister hotels—especially Waldorf Astoria on the Palm—are repeatedly valued. However, service can be irregular, the hotel is distant from the metro, and taxis/Ubers are often needed. Guests report delayed car delivery, expensive airport transfers, and occasional disappointment with alternative beach access.

Unfortunately, despite my admiration for this hotel and my desire to stay here all the time, what happened today upset me very much, and the reason is the staff member responsible for the hotel cars. I asked him for a car to take me to the airport, and he told me two minutes, but the waiting time reached 13 minutes, and I was really late for my flight.
And when the car arrived, the driver was indeed weak in driving. Throughout the trip, it was clear that he was nervous, and he was older in age. He dropped me off at the airport just five minutes before the counter closed.
The only issue I had was that we were promised beach access to Waldord and were given alternative access to Habtoor Grand ( which is quite dated & never any sunbeds available).

Regarding the beach, we recommend using the hotel’s free shuttle and going to the Waldorf, where it's peaceful, there is excellent service, and a clean beach.
The beauty of this hotel is that it provides free transport to their sister hotel, the Waldorf Astoria on the palm, to their guests.
Habtoor also provides free shuttle service to and from the Dubai mall and other Habtoor hotel facilities.

This is a particularly great service to be offered by the hotel and reassuring for solo travellers.
Also when we call to bring our car they delay 1/2 hr till our car arrives
The prices for the hotel's private transfers to the airport are very expensive.

The complimentary shuttle bus was not as regular as we had hope.
The hotel’s complimentary shuttles to Dubai Mall and the beach were invaluable.
The possibility to the beach with a shuttle bus is perfect.

They made sure we had transport when leaving the hotel.
There was a noticeable delay in delivering my car.
Great to get shuttle to beach every day too.

It is a bit far from a metro stop.
We had to take taxi/Uber for the most part.
Free shuttles to the malls and the beach

Absence de station de Taxis à l’hôtel.
The transportation options were suboptimal.
Absence de navette aéroport.

Spa feedback is mostly positive, highlighting a relaxing massage, professional therapists, broad treatment range, short-notice appointments, and complimentary sauna, steam room, and whirlpool access. However, one guest found the facility extremely disappointing; reported concerns include cleaning, especially the steam room and jacuzzi, plus a strict under-16 access rule.

We showed him he’s turning 16 in less than a month, they still didn’t let him use the jacuzzi or sauna unfortunately.
I was very lucky to have a massage with the head therapist who was excellent and very professional.
My brother wanted to use the spa, they did not let him because he wasn’t 16 yet.

We had complimentary use of the spa, which includes a sauna, steam room and whirlpool jacuzzi.
A possibility to book spa appointments on short term, meaning for the next day or so
I booked a spa at the hotel itself, and the massage was very relaxing.

The spa staff may need to improve their management of the cleaning.
Caroline at Spa and the whole Crew was Phenomenal.
And the spa area - a true sanctuary.

The spa offers a wide range of treatments.
The steam room and jacuzzi in particular.
The spa facility is extremely disappointing.

The Spa is amazing.
Spa lovely.
Spa amazing.

The valet service was amazing - when you arrive at the hotel, they open your car doors and take the car to parking. When we requested our car back, it took just a few minutes.
It would be preferable if the parking lot operated for direct access to the car without needing to wait for valet service.
They have two separate parking areas, each of which can accommodate approximately 14 cars

I couldn't access the parking due to what I assume is maintenance work.
Parking is done by the staff with courtesy and speed.
The complimentary valet parking is very good and fast.

The valet parking staff Scratched our car from down.
The hotel has limited parking spaces
