I havent been here for a while and I have to say that the place and the service is still the best in dubai by far!

Very smart expensive property , with pathetic service , no idea of what they doing , make offers they cant honour, will never stay here again...

We literally landed in Dubai just yesterday and having our first proper dinner here was such a perfect start to this short Dubai trip.

This hotel is really good beautiful and soooo nice the views at address hotel and the housekeeping as well is an very good services

We have already booked again and are looking forward to our next stay, hoping our expectations will once again be fully met.

The staff is amazing and the hotel has a fresh/ rose smell not just in the lobby, but throught the entire hortel.

I want to say a special thank you to the cleaning crew: Sai Kumar, Damber, and their Supervisor Raj Kumar (1221!) - thanks for taking care of me and keeping me well hydrated with lots of water while I lived at this beautiful hotel for 2 weeks!

We were immediately offered cold water in a cooler bag, our sunglasses were cleaned for us, and the lifeguards were extremely attentive, constantly changing their positions depending on where the children were — which made us feel completely safe at all times.

Oh wow so amazing to meet with mr santy singh from minibar his service so quickly he made my stay comfortable he is so intelligent as I noticed thanks so much ♥️♥️ I like your job and work hard

They said they will connect us to the spa then they said the line is busy and someone will call us in 5 minutes 2 hours and few calls later the spa canceled our appointment.

Even when the deck is busy, they go out of their way to accommodate me, seamlessly managing bed availability even if I need to move around.

Pronay was also very kind and attentive — always checking if we needed anything and making sure our room was spotless each day.

Would like to thank you to the staff Melvin and Vijay since lot of years consistent with top service all times.

Furthermore, the service is outstanding; Mr. Alaa, in particular, took excellent care of us – thank you again for that.

I would definitely come back again and highly recommend both the pool and the staff for such great service.

Their attention to details and warm hospitality really stood out and made a huge difference in our stay.

He not only took great care of me but also looked after my parents and their dietary restrictions.

Mr. Zubair and Mr. Shehab kindly arranged a connected room with a fountain view for us.

Mr melvin and his colleagues as well as club lounge mr mahmoud is unbelievable good.

The staff member who delivered the food (Mr. Santy) was polite, punctual, and very professional.

The staff were super helpful and friendly which made my stay that much more enjoyable.

I booked a regular delux room and I was upgraded to Studio apartment which is supposedly much better but unfortunately it was not - the studio was old and not as new as the delux rooms!

I returned to my room after dinner and was blown away by the attention to detail. The bed was perfectly prepared, water was placed beside the nightstand, and even the curtains were drawn just right.

The space and the amenities (kitchen etc) was great and designed in such a way you don’t feel like you’re in a aparthotel but still in a 5 star venue.

The highlight of my stay was the incredible view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain right from my room — truly breathtaking, especially in the evenings!

We stayed here as a family of three — my wife, our eight-year-old son, and myself — for two nights in a Club Fountain View Room King.

I was given an upgrade from residence to hotel side into an executive Suite which was large and well appointed and made the stay pleasant.

From the glamorous rooms to the beautiful skyline view with the Burj right in front and the close proximity to the mall was incredible.

We had a huge problem with drainage of water in the shower, since they did not manage to fix it we changed a room.

Water kept leaking from the ceiling two days in a row limiting access to the bathroon for hours while they addressed the issue.

Mr. Zubair went above and beyond by upgrading our stay to a Junior Suite — we truly appreciate his support and care.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though I would have loved to see a little more character in the décor and furniture.

Our room had a direct view of the Burj and the Fountain so we were able to enjoy the shows every evening.

We spent two nights in a Club Room with access to the Club Lounge and a view of the city center.

The TV disconnected every few minutes ,nevertheless the room is very very big, great air conditioning , wonderful view, very quiet.

I was shocked to see the room condition which was very poor with broken scratched furniture and very poor upkeep.

However, it was looking to the entrance of shopping mall and there was big noise of the air condition.

We appreciated the layout of the room, with the seperate walk-in robe/dressing area which makes it feel more spacious.

The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom was just as impressive, and everything felt luxurious and beautifully designed.

Our room was on the 7th floor, and while we had a balcony, the view was somewhat limited.

The room was spotless, fresh towels were always neatly arranged, and even my toiletries were organized with care.

The room was really big, clean and had an amazing view of the water show and burj.

Rooms are nice and cozy and have excellent views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall fountains.

It has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated, both in the communal spaces and the rooms.

We take a suite with a view on Burg Khalifa and the lake.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed.

The room is very spacious and well cleaned by Naitra.

I have stayed in other hotels in Dubai where you need to Uber everywhere, and when you factor in the savings on transport, it is absolutely worth paying more to stay here.

It is centrally located and very short walking distance to the Dubai mall along with many great restaurants… including GAL which has a patio over looking the Burj Khalifa.

The Address Downtown Hotel has the best Club Lounge in Downtown Dubai, complete with a huge rooftop terrace and unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa.

It’s also very convenient for getting to Jumeirah, the Marina, or Old Dubai by car, so from that perspective, it’s hard to beat.

It’s also a haste to catch a taxi because one finds it very hard to get one given the location being extremely busy.

Because of this entire experience, I would not stay anywhere else in Dubai and will be back soon - can't wait.

I have stayed in JBR and at the Mandarin Oriental in the past - but The Address Downtown's location is superior.

The mall is really nice and I was just a walk of a bridge between the Address Downtown and Mall.

The location is a winner, no doubt, close to Dubai Mall, all restaurants, Burge Halifa, sea life and more.

Its location is strategic, we didn’t have to deal with any traffic as we were able to walk everywhere.

The Address provides a wonderful, cool, tranquil sanctuary from the Dubai heat and the hubbub of the adjoining Mall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just a short walk from the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Being able to walk directly to Dubai Mall, the fountains, and everything downtown makes the experience seamless.

It hase an amazing view of the burj Kalifa and very easily accessible to the dubai mall.

The hotel property is most popular for its location next to Dubai Fountains and the Dubai mall.

It’s just a one-minute walk to Dubai Mall — paradise for my wife, who loves shopping.

The location is perfect — close to Dubai Mall, great restaurants, and easy access to transportation.

Best view and location in Dubai with Burj Khalifa view light show and Dubai skyscrapers.

Only this is it can be busy because of this so traffic can be annoying.

I love the pool staff and Vijay, Melvin and Arup always take so much care of me when I’m here and it’s genuinely the best pool service in Dubai

It is perfectly positioned to capture plenty of sun throughout the day, but it’s also temperature-controlled, making it just as enjoyable during the cooler months.

Hassan was incredible happy to be in the pool the vibes is nice though the weather is hot but we still got nice service

The Atmosphere: Unlike many other hotel pools in the area, there is no loud, intrusive music.

The place is beautiful, very well organized, and feels exceptionally safe, especially for families with children.

As now come most days of the week to swim - which brings upon an appetite.

The pool at the Address Downtown is easily one of my favorite spots in Dubai.

We truly enjoyed the breakfast selection and food quality — one of the best breakfast experiences we’ve had in any hotel.

We only tried it for breakfast, where the selection was decent — not particularly outstanding, but perfectly fine.

We then went up to the club lounge for a late dinner, which was flawless.

The check-out process was smooth and pleasant, with special thanks to Mrs. Moon, who arranged our taxi to the airport with a warm smile and an exceptionally kind attitude.

Then I had to wait for more than an hour until they provided another room that did not have a fountain view!

They kept me waiting they said the room isn't ready for more than 3 hours

Unfortunately, there weren’t enough seats available, so we had to stand, which wasn’t ideal.

Check-in was quite busy, and we had to wait in the lobby.

At check in, the informed me that my suite is not available!

Checkin is supposed to be at 3 pm not 6pm.
