Everything, service was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was great even the chefs came out to say hello and ask if everything was ok the food.

It’s a beautiful hotel, very well maintained, with extremely friendly staff (reception, dining, spa, gym, everywhere you in the hotel you get a smile).

Between Abu Dhabi and Dubai we stayed at 5 different 5 star hotels and this one was unfortunately the most disappointing of them all.

A wonderful hotel on the shores of the Persian Gulf, which combines a peaceful vacation and the opportunity for lots of entertainment.

Out of three Andaz’es (Prague, Vienna, Dubai) it seems good but needs some attention from the management to have Andaz’ touch.

The main area that could be improved is the cleanliness, as I believe more attention to detail is needed.

Andaz family suites is really an exceptional, from the day we arrived until we leave the hotel.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Andaz Family Suites by Hyatt – Palm Jumeirah.

This experience fell far below expectations and cannot be justified for a hotel like this.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andaz and would consider staying here again.

All the time heads in the laptops and never they welcome you when you enter the hotel and pass next to them!!!! My first experience after visiting many times in different hotels in Dubai, here was so bad comparing!!!

The next day, I also spoke with the Director of Rooms, who acknowledged the issue and said that, following my feedback, they had ordered more proper extra beds for future guests—which only confirmed this wasn’t an isolated problem.

Keane and nadir were excellent they gave us late check out and made our stay wonderful they also gave us cake and also did every possible thing to make our stay so special

The cleaning service is overwhelmed; the room was not made up until the evening for a checkout at 10 AM and had to tell them to clean the room.

Thank you to Mustafa , Ramadan , Ahmed , Hafiz and Ibrahim , they really did their best to make sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our stay..

The restaurant staff were very friendly and our waiter at breakfast - Hasina went out of her way to make it special for our 6 month old baby.

The people. Attentitive and friendly. Everyone from the doorman to the managers. Nothing was overlooked. Everyone gave you time and stopped to chat. Highly professional.

Even more concerning, the General Manager told us they were removing a bed from another guest’s room to accommodate us—something that made us very uncomfortable.

She reassured us that the other guest was a regular and 'used to it,' which still doesn't make it acceptable at this level of hotel.

The staff was all amazing with our 5 year old daughter they remembered every detail and would make our breakfast lunch and dinner special always.

I would like to especially thank Minakshee and Shilpa who were so kind and attentive to our family and my son Maxim during breakfasts.

The only thing is I requested water at 6am and called 3 times to follow up until 7:15 no one got me water.

We had booked for 3 nights and requested at least a 1-night refund, but the staff refused, saying they couldn’t do anything.

Room service helped in requests related to the cottage & replacing bed covers after the child spilled food on it

People who work there! Literally everyone was so helpful and welcoming from check-in with Ramadan to our whole stay.

Special shoutout to Kian, Sultan, and Preet for their amazing assistance — they really made our experience memorable.

Staff told lies and we got the worst room

All the staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Also we got an apartment, it was clean and very nice but it would be better if they left a couple of sachets of dish washer or washing up liquid in order to clean our dishes as we got a couple of take out meals and wanted to wash up after but couldn’t.

The powder bathroom had a leak and was getting fixed till almost 9:30pm the night we checked in with two kids and a long international flight so that was annoying

The suites are always spotless, and the housekeeping team leave everything beautifully tidy and welcoming—even arranging our children’s toys in lovely ways that make the room feel like home.

The thermostat in the living room was broken, and although the unit had a full kitchen, it was non-functional—no sponge, no dishwasher detergent, no paper towels, nothing.

Everything from the rooms, to the prompt housekeeping service, to the food at the buffet along with the beach and pool area were absolutely mind-blowingly incredible!

The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the option to cook and do laundry during the stay is a huge advantage for the family.

It would also be good to provide more personal care and hygiene amenities in the room, similar to what is normally available in hotels.

There were noticeable scratches and tears throughout, and basic amenities were completely missing—no slippers, no robes, no bottled water, no tissues, and more.

The quality of the room, the quality of the food, the location, and especially the quality of welcome and service from the staff.

It was very clean with enough space for our family and with a well equiped kitchen and a generous bathroom and bed .

We booked a One Bedroom room with a kitchen and washing machine, and it was simply perfect for a family of 4.

From the first day of my stay, I didn't like anything because the room was not decorated for the honeymoon.

I felt it was a bit disjointed on our 1st morning we went down to the beach only stayed for half an hour there were no staff around to order anything from it was just beds !!

The location is extremely convenient, with quick access on and off the Palm towards the E11, many parts of Dubai around 15–20 minutes away, and Palm Jumeirah Mall only a five-minute walk.

The beach isn’t the best as it has lots of sharp stones and the pool area is shared by nearby residents so it can be crowded.

The quality of the room, the quality of the food, the location, and especially the quality of welcome and service from the staff.

Beach was great but it seems we were in the midst of a sea urchin party so had a few scary moments.

The location is great, next to the beach, a big mall with monorail station on the other side of the street.

Location to main attractions is good and if you are interested in activities around Marina and Palm, then good choice.

Ideal stop off for us who stayed two nights travelling from Melbourne to Newcastle with a 3 year old.

Helpful that it’s opposite the mall if you B&B as there are lots of food places there.

The food was excellent, a lot of choices (both breakfast and dinner), including a lot of stuff for children (with no salt for example).

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning, so there was something for everyone.

On my daughter's birthday, breakfast was provided for free, and when we returned to the room, there was a birthday cake.

Francesca, Salony and Alfie were wonderful with our children—welcoming them every day, chatting with them and encouraging them to eat.

We required special gluten food for breakfast which was seen to every day by chef Rony and chef Ambed.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, with great variety and delicious flavors that made every meal enjoyable.

Soft drinks were in a 1.5 liter that you have to open and pour on your own.

The food was phenomenal and by far one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel.

To the food at the buffet along with the beach and pool area were absolutely mind-blowingly incredible!

The breakfast buffet was a little better but so busy, there was a queue for everything.

Even on our very early departure, Abushek ensured we had an early breakfast at the room.

I would add the breakfast which was wonderful and the service which was as well perfect

The breakfast and dinner buffet are very poor... The food taste is average.. Low varieties...

Think it was powdered one - but you can request sunny side up though.

I think the dining aspect needs improvement, breakfast and dinner in the half-board package.

On our last day, a special pancake plate was prepared for us at breakfast.

They remembered every detail and would make our breakfast lunch and dinner special always.

We liked the breakfast and my favorite dish was chicken tom yum soup.

Breakfast is perfect, coffee station need to be improved, too much people!

The breakfast was mediocre certainly not worth what we paid for it.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh food.

But compared to others, the breakfast and dinner are very meager

Living you with few options, look like pre frozen heated foods,

Fantastic selection, buffet from around the world and of good quality.

But whatever was there was of good taste/quality.

Breakfast should be served before 8.30 AM.

Free breakfast & dinner was depressing.

8- The breakfast is ordinary

Limited options in the breakfast.

Also the look & feel of the pool area is very poor (again because it's a residence pool and not a hotel pool) I feel that this is really misleading as on the images of the hotel you believe that this hotel is a beachfront hotel with massive pool which isn't the case.

Families aren't allowed to use the top floor pool of the actual hotel .. so you always have to walk about 300m to go to the pool .. least they could do is provide a buggy especially when it's hot.

One really misleading point: The family pool is actually not the hotel pool... it's the residence pool so you don't get the service you would expect from a 5 star hotel pool.

Around the pool was amazing but some of the stone in certain areas around the pool would get dirty and got muddy, only a slight negative but could be better.

I didn’t like the pool area, extremely outdated, the pavements and sunbeds were so old that it made me feel like I am in a 3star hotel.

Too few lounge chairs in the sun; one always had to check to see if one could still get a lounge chair.

In reality, they are a 5–10 minute walk away through another building that’s part of the apartment section of the property.

The hotel also has two beautiful swimming pools, both clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax without feeling overcrowded.

The biggest disappointment was that the beach and pool are not adjacent to the hotel as shown in the photos.

The photos on Booking.com made it look like the beach and pool were directly behind the hotel, which is misleading.

There is no indoor swimming pool and the places to change clothes and shower after swimming were closed.

Swimming pool was not shaded which meant we couldn't enjoy for long at this time of year.

We also love the large, spotless pool, with its shallow areas, platform and separate children’s pool.

Although the children’s pool was a bit of a walk, it was spacious and very enjoyable.

The swimming pool was located a bit far away, making it somewhat inconvenient to use.

Very nice to have a swimming pool for families and another one just for adults.

The food in the buffet does not meet the standard of a five-star hotel; it is poor and not diverse, meaning the quantity and quality are comparable to a two-star hotel, which does not match the luxury of the place.

Buffet restaurant standard of food was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel and there was very limited options in the evening buffet.

Food - It used to be much tastier, now there are selectively good dishes, but almost everywhere there is way too much salt, way too much!!!

Said they closed at 20:30 but they stopped replenishing the food about 19:30 and some of the cooked meats were terrible and dry.

Food was very good and the half board option allows you to choose lunch a la carte or dinner buffet which is good!

I've never seen a buffet in a 5 stars hotel that have shawerma station as the main course in the dinner buffet!!

There isn't enough food for everyone, and this was even back when there weren't any tourists due to military action.

The food was very disappointing, I was shocked by the low standards as I paid for half board.

I think due to the current political situation, they had to subsidize on the food variety and quality.

As for their restaurants we tried only the The Locale,but we were pleased with the choices we made.

Lunch & dinner were ok, but I felt it could have been better with more food options.

Buffer pricing was high compared to the quality of food served - better value or quality elsewhere

Dinner closes too early, and if you arrive 30mins to the end, there’s really just leftovers.

Dinner was very basic , quite disappointing with very limited options... Breakfast was similar..very basic

The children were only given the option of fish finger and chips or mash potato.

With a cafe/restaurant next to it, with views overlooking the beach & Burj Al Arab.

The pool restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food options as well.

There were only three tiny little cakes for a dessert - no other options.

I also really enjoyed the food and the little touches throughout the stay.

Poor breakfast and dinner options, was nothing like before when I stayed there.

We ended up ordering food in and eating outside of the hotel sadly.

The dinner was very poor - the level of choice was very basic.

The hotel restaurant is terrible; there's absolutely nothing to eat in the evening.

Angry people asked the chef why this was happening in a 5-star hotel.

Five-star hotels usually have slippers, bathroom essentials, basic cotton pads, toothpaste and brushes, trash bags in the trash cans - but here there is none of that.

A few things missing in the kitchen that we had to call housekeeping to bring or had to arrange ourselves cleaning products for the kitchen

Honestly, the hotel location is beautiful but the service is bad and the smells in the corridor are very annoying.

By evening, the pool turns into a large bath for seagulls, the birds take over the entire water surface.

I bed apartment we stayed in had a washing machine/dishwasher etc. but no washing up sponges or drying clothes.

After I complained the house keeping provided me with a feathered option which worked well at the last night!

Pool - there was construction going on near the pool for all 2 weeks of the stay.

The facilities of our apartment, the location of the hotel, and the staff were all excellent.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times, because of the location and facilities.

6- The bath water is not clean at the beginning of the tap opening (rust)

It was full of people of the apartments next to the people of the hotel!

Was not aware that the bed cover was made from polyester which made me sweat!

7- There are small insects in the room

Noise, dust, the stench of paint and chemicals.

I arrived at the airport in the early morning and got there at 7 AM, but they allowed me a free early check-in, so I was able to shower and rest well before heading out, which was great.

During check-out, I was again expected to handle my own luggage and load it into the car without any assistance.

Couldn't get early check in as the hotel was quite busy, but did receive a room upgrade.

Late check out was really appreciated so we could enjoy the day with our little one.

Despite the hotel not being busy, the check-in process took an unnecessarily long time.

When we checked in for two nights, reception asked for an extra 500 dirhams.
