Highly recommended if you want to have a comfortable place to stay in and easy access to explore Dubai by train.

It’s my second stay the last one being ten years ago and the hotel was just as I remembered it.

Hotel had good interior, however had a few years on it and has not been maintained well.

Asiana is a lovely hotel in what looks like a run-down area.

All in all, I would not call this a 5 star hotel.

I will recommend this is better than others in this peice

Asiana hotel truly gave me a five star experience.

I’ll definitely return on my many visits to Dubai.

The staff broke one of the soap dishes on my 2nd day of a 10 day stay and put the soap bar back on the bathroom counter with broken glass stuck in it and did not replace the dish for the entire stay.

Must really thank the reception staff and breakfast staff such as Jin, Bikki, Alfonso, Kennedy who remembered mum's likes and were so attentive.

Also the details of this booking said you get a free welcome drink, but none was offered and I even asked about it.

The cleaning staff and also the reception staff and the porter , all of them with the best attitude , service.

I never forgotten life time one of cleaning staff for my mother 93 years he try best for mother event.

Special thanks to Ashok who was courteous, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay.

The customer service offered by their staff was very excellent and they are always willing to help.

They remembered my name and greeted me by my name every time they saw me.

The woman worker I asked grinned and said they don’t offer any welcome drinks.

Particularly Chef Davis and Manjeet who looked out for my mum dietary requirements.

Nor accepting that the incident happened in their property and by their employees.

Sometimes put only one towel while we are two in the room.

Everyone smiles and says hello and is more than willing to assist.

The staff are really wonderful and make you feel really welcome.

They were very accommodating and made sure we wanted for nothing.

We were touring best this person working staff.

All staff were nice friendly and helpful.

The staff are fantastic, attentive and kind.

The hotel management never took any responsibility!

However many things were broken or not working in the room, such as: the desk lamp and other lights, the clothes line, some plug points, the bathroom sliding door did not slide well, etc.

When we arrived, and had booked months in advanced, they put us in a room on the first floor next to the ac units, that occupied the entire view of the window.

Room is fine but all the installation is very old (bathroom sink flash button stucked and it took 2 days to send some to fix it. even i asked 4 times).

When we entered the room, my wife found a pair of dirty socks underneath the dresser, and a shirt in the closet, but the rest of the room was clean.

The noise from the traffic outside sounded like it was coming thur an open window, thankfully we bought ear plugs to sleep at night.

Room was nice and clean but noisy from street and planes taking off never heard any noise the last time we stayed here?

I was especially impressed with having a shower and a tub as this is not often a case with such reasonably priced room.

We asked to be moved to another room, but the only available were the smoking rooms on the 6th floor.

Only good things I liked about this hotel was a comfortable bed and nice shower pressure and temperature.

Next the toilet room floor flooded twice, even thou, we told them the problem the prior night.

Complementary water was two big glass bottles with a sticker seal on them that seemed unusual.

Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room.

Our room wasn’t sound proof and unfortunately, our room was somewhere above the Boracay Club.

The rooms were not all that lacked in lighting and no hair dryer or iron

The only thing I was annoyed with was not having any outlets near the bed.

Very clean along with the ventilation system, as we all know Dubai is rather dusty.

When you ran the shower, the water temperature would modulate constantly from hot to cold.

The only inconvenience we found was there were no power plug points near bed side.

I asked them to do the room waited 5 hours to get it done

Well when we got to the 6th floor, the entire hallway smelled of smoke.

The hotel can do with some improvements in their room cleaning which lacked quality.

Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight.

I came back to the room and noticed all my cash was gone.

Had to charge my phones on the other side of the room.

The day we packed and left the room, one dresser drawer broke.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke, broken cupboards, Warn out and old room.

Sometimes the staff forgot to replace towels, or the drinking water.

The room was not clean when I checked in

Stay was good, very quiet and peaceful and clean.

Not to far from the tram stop but beware, plan ahead if you have an activity as the traffic can be very thick in this area due it being very populated.

First time in the area and I didn't want to risk spending the whole two weeks at one location that might not have been a good experience.

Clearly a 5-star hotel, the location is very fancy, including the lobby area, valet parking, concierge service, lifts (elevators), hall ways, eating areas, rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the metro station and another 5 minutes from Al Ghurair shopping center.

As this hotel is located in old dubai, you can get a view into how things are done locally.

Takes atleast 5 minutes by foot, in which you can find 2 the Reef Mall on your way.

Hotel location is excellent , near supermarkets and different types of resraurants, 5mins walk to access metro station.

Location of the hotel is close to the train station, which allowed us to travel around pretty easily.

Neighborhood is in the “common folks” area of Dubai, I.e., you will not see the gold Lambo.

District is very colorful, feels like in Thailand. Not far from the city center by taxi.

The only issue is the location of the hotel without nice view from the windows.

Found Asiana, which is not far from airport, and is located in a lively neighborhood.

Spent 5 nights at this location as part of a two week trip to Dubai.

We couldn’t sleep because of the loud karaoke singing at the Boracay Club.

It’s so easy to reach without the provided location from hotels website.

This location exceeded my expectations for the value to price consideration.

It’s convenient to the airport, dining & most shopping areas.

The map location of hotels.com website is to be changed.

The location has a Subway station within 100 meters.

A great place to stay in Deira.

Close to everything Nirth side of Dubai.

In my opinion it was a very overpriced hotel, and we believe that even thou we expressed our disappointment at the condition of the room and and facilities, our complaints will be ignored.

Small improvements: This is 5 star hotel so needs cappuccinos and wider variety of beverages, rooms need liquid milk too not just powdered and welcome drinks on arrival.

Overall we can put up with a lot depending on what we pay for.

I had some breathing issues after five days of taking showers there.

Also my skin on my face is very dry from the water.

The added discount for hotel facilities was a good touch

It is impossible to be 5* as UAE category.

You should park by yourself not ad 5* hotels.

The chlorine in the water supply was very strong.

It is similar to 3 star hotel.

The property is alway clean!

The generous time allowance was from 6:30am until 10:30am, but some of the options seem to be a bit picked over if you wait until the last minute to enjoy breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was most reasonably price when I made my reservation on hotels.com and paid for breakfast with the room.

Must really thank the breakfast staff such as Jin, Bikki, Alfonso, Kennedy who remembered mum's likes and were so attentive.

For some reason, all other options I investigated, breakfast cost much higher to add to the room reservation.

The buffet breakfast was top notch and caters to a variety of cultural backgrounds and tastes.

However, I stayed there for 7 days and the breakfast was the same everyday!

Breakfast is very poor, after first day trial I just skipped all the rest.

The variety of food at breakfast is amazing, 10/10.

I was not made aware of the hidden taxes and fees that were UNDISCLOSED at prior or at time of booking and there for cost my room cost an additional $300+ USD when I checked in.

The night shift gave me late checkout until 2:00 pm, but the morning staff woke me up at 12:00 pm and told me to leave or be charged.

They also asked for a 200 cash deposit, and when I checked out, they charged me for a soft drink from the fridge and only refunded 120.

Tried to check in an hour before 2pm and had to wait the whole hour because a room was not ready yet.

Then once I finally did check in at 2pm, the check in process took way longer than I normally have to wait.

I didn’t receive the welcome drink upon check in that hotel.com says we’re supposed to get.

At least 10-15 minutes and I was the only guest in line.

Service was dreadful from check in to check out

Check in/out was fairly smooth.

The adjoining restaurant Lamesa was excellent as always and is probably the reason why we stay at this hotel!!!

Five stars for the on site Korean restaurant, hands down the best Korean food I have ever had.

Its a decent hotel with good onsite restaurants, love the Korean one.

I stay at this hotel solely because of this restaurant.

When we arrived for our scheduled appointment they said that they not ready and staff is not in so they can do it in an hour.

We tried to get the massage the day we arrived, they were fully booked, fully understandable to we booked it for the next day.

Spa and sauna with cold and hot water pools were excellent.

Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing though.

Two major complaints: spa and cleanliness.

The spa is good.

Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area.

I also used the gym facilities, big disappointment, cheap, cheap equipment and not a very large space.

Very poor gym and swimming pool area. No towels or water, looks old and dirty.

The gym shouldn't be women's only Between 12-2pm only in a day.

Its very restricted times.
