The details of the hotel make a difference, like the fact that they left us a gift upon arrival that was super delicious, the curtains are electric, and with the push of a button next to the bed they open and close.

Comfort.. Safety.. Deserving of all thanks.. Thank you, Conrad, for creating a beautiful trip for me and my family, which was based around the hotel.. A very beautiful and wonderful place, everything is close by.

Stepping into the lobby, you feel like it could be the setting for an Agatha Christie book: it’s lively, with lots of people coming and going or simply enjoying meeting each other.

Although the hotel maintained that the issue is from Booking.com, at the end, only the hotel loses its reputation and client satisfaction - booking.com has nothing much to lose.

I have been a loyal guest of Conrad Hotel for many years and have stayed at the hotel almost every other month.

My family and I had an amazing experience at the hotels and we will defo a come again.

When I confronted him and told him I will be including this in my review of the hotel, he realized the mistake he made and tried to sway me by waving the minibar charges (which were a diet coke and bag of chips) and the airport ride fees.

No privacy cleaners enter while dont disturb is on, they control the room lights turn off whatever they want, they won't assist you if you are tired or sick everything is about money.

Everything was wonderful; it was extremely comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the service was excellent. I liked all the details of the place; I will visit again.

The executive team were in a world of their own in the service they provided going over and above to make our experience special and amazing.

Some are bit condescending when you go for breakfast at the Executive Lounge, they must be a bit more polite in their questioning.

I liked the idea of communicating via WhatsApp, they always ask me about my stay and if I need anything 🤝

From Chef Roel, Daniel, Arfan, the barista who’ve memorised the type of coffee and tea that my family members like.

In particular, Nitin and his team at Ballaro 6th floor, were extremely supportive and took attention to our needs.

The reception staff, who were always ready to answer all my questions and assist me with any requests.

They even allowed us to check out at 3 pm and kept our luggage until 9 pm

Problem resolution is at the highest level in this hotel - you have a problem with your card accessing the business lounge? They don't send you all the way back to the reception; instead, they see you struggling and then open the door for you from inside, invite you in, offer you drinks and food, grab your cards, add the access to the lounge facility, bring back the cards to you, apologize in a very polite manner and all this with a big smile - pretty utopic, right (my daughter called the hotel a "Barbie Land")?

But really the people who make sure the room is tidy do a great job I wish I remember the names but I remember the face of young man with glasses was super tidy & loved how dedicated he was to his work. thank you.

When I asked for a taxi they wanted me to travel in a limousine for 60 Aud when I told them a cab would cost me only 16 AUD they question me and said it was not going to cost me that.

The cleaning ladies do a different and excellent job, they straighten clothes, fold phone chargers, and even tidied my makeup in the bathroom, plus the cart they use for cleaning is never in the hallway, which makes it even better.

I would like to especially thank the breakfast host, and I would like to give a special thanks to Vida, if I remember the name correctly, for being a remarkable person with the children, cheerful and exceptionally helpful

The first room also did not have any hot water so we had to have cold showers on the first night of arrival and it was only fixed the next day after multiple calls to concierge, which was then too late because we were given a new room.

There was very little water coming to the toilet; I reported the issue multiple times, they said it was the same in all rooms, but it wasn't the same. I have stayed at this hotel many times before.

There is no privacy in the room despite putting up the do not disturb and do not clean signs, as the housekeeping staff enters the room while we are present, and this has happened multiple times.

We requested non smoking and we were given email confirmation that we would be given a non smoking room, however the room was a smoking room and on a smoking floor.

We received a complimentary upgrade to a fantastic room on the 40th floor with a great view, thank you very much for that!

He provided up with a portable radiator but this did very little as it was tiny and the room was large

I liked the soundproofing in the hotel; it feels extremely quiet as if you're the only one living there.

The rooms, two shared and with views of the city in our case, were spacious and fully equipped.

If you can afford the room rates, don't think twice specialy if you are visiting trade center.

You can hear the street in the rooms facing the street, but this is not disturbing.

It's an amazing hotel, right in front of the metro station, although taxis are very cheap, getting to the Burj Khalifa always took about 10 minutes and cost around 6 EUR by taxi, walking 10 minutes you reach the Museum of the Future.

The only bad thing that i was in level 27 and I can’t sleep all the night coz the nightclub there I don’t know which level but I wish someone tell me about it

The hotel's location is convenient and close to Dubai Mall, and there is also a supermarket and a pharmacy near the hotel, with a metro station in front of it.

It took about 20 minutes by taxi to get to Palm Jumeirah and it cost 20€. 5€ to get to Old Dubai, so don't worry about the distances.

I often stay at this hotel for work because of its proximity to the main road, to the airport, and to the subway (easy to reach).

Good to know: location for professional exhibitions, if traveling for work, etc., right next to the area where they take place, so great for that reason.

In the evening, it's hard to tell who is coming and going!! I never expected this. This name does not suit a hotel at all.

Winning location, metro station right opposite to the hotel (helped us mainly with getting to the airport, most attractions are not really accessible by metro).

You practically live in the center of Dubai.

Breakfast area not adequate for the size of the hotel; many mornings we were forced to have breakfast outside in the cold because there wasn't enough space for everyone inside, absolutely needs to be reviewed in a hotel of this standing.

Ordering eggs during the breakfast was very painful, 10 people standing with plates next to the smelly stove and waiting for the cook to finish cooking all previous orders, and there is no one else to take new orders.

I ordered a breakfast in a box as I was travelling early, and gave specific instructions on what I wanted (e.g. no juice). The box, came with juice, which later got knocked over in the taxi and spilt.

Breakfast buffet is amazing but the restaurant is very stuffy everyone comes out smelling food on their clothe not very convenient if you will eat and leave for work or just going out, must change clothe.

Especially because if you were not given access you will not just have access to the executive lounge as there is a separate breakfast room on the 6th Floor.

We had a little problem at breakfast , with one of us who has been served milk while Staff was been asked oat milk cause allergic to milk.

I thank the hotel for their generous hospitality and for giving me a free breakfast even though I didn't add it to my check-in request.

Usually during breakfast hours, it took 10/15 minutes to take the elevator, and I won't even mention how long it took to find a seat.

Super crowded, tends to fill the entire structure and when you go for breakfast, it feels like being on a subway at rush hour.

Even though their system does not reflect included breakfast, Conrad hotel as a special case would allow us included breakfast.

It's cramped and not very cozy at breakfast (but it depends on the time, of course).

Free breakfast buffet was worth the spend, food was great and the staff amazing.

More attention to be paid to maintenance; for example the alarm clock was not working, the TV remote control was defective, the sink was blocked, and the desk lamp had an electrical issue.

The carpet was not clean, and there were some minor issues in the bathroom which were resolved. The elevator was crowded, and using the card for the elevator was tiring.

There is a constant problem with the elevators, it's always very crowded, and one can wait a long time (I encounter this with every stay).

It not fair at all that you put attractive snacks such as nuts but with out putting any price or attention that this chargable items

This is the second time I stay at this hotel, I liked the welcome, the room, the breakfast, and the location; everything was perfect.

Moreover, we paid 374 AED for the mini bar, even though we consumed nothing. We only saw the bill once we got home.

The elevators do not seem to work well because it takes many minutes to arrive at 6th floor (restaurant) and Ground Level (Lobby).

These are easy to detect issues however I found myself reporting it to the hotel to do the needful and they did.

The towels need to be cleaner and refreshed regularly. (The towels are worn out from frequent use) and the bed linens.

Sometimes we had to wait for the elevator, but we weren't in a hurry and never waited longer than 5 minutes.

Furnishings are getting old. Property and furnishings are fixed but the staff aren’t keen to provide you with exceptional service.

We used the service lift and found it would only go to floor 38 then go back to the ground.

We attended a conference and the hotel was fully booked by conference attendees, so the lifts did take a while.

On the high floor, the outside windows were a bit dirty, but this was noticeable only in bright sunlight.

The lifts are a nightmare!! Wait times of 10-15 minutes are not acceptable in an establishment of this calibre.

They said your clothes are with a laundry outside and will be out of the laundry at 6:30

I didn't like the price in relation to the room and the meals included with the room.

There was a lack of outlets in the bathroom and space to hang drying underwear.

That the pool area was closed for maintenance and that the "replacement pool" was way too far from the hotel, even though there was a free shuttle service to get there.

The swimming pool on the 6-th floor is fantastic - never experienced something like that; huge garden all around it, and remember, you're on the 6th floor, only in Dubai!

The wall around the pool makes it look like a prison and the pool no longer has the beautiful greenery that appears in the photos.

The pool wasn't open in the evening, which is a shame since this is when you can really use it due to the scorching heat.

The pool was also great and is known as one of the best in all of Dubai, and it truly lived up to that reputation.

The pool area was fantastic as well – perfect for relaxing after a hot day in the city.

But there is a cozy and green pool on the premises with excellent service in the pool area.

The pool is somewhat small and is only 130 cm deep, and it's crowded with children!

Unfortunately, for the first time, a five-star hotel required a deposit of 2000 riyals, and upon checkout, they informed me that they would refund 1300 riyals, but I don't know why 700 riyals were deducted. Their accounting method is incorrect and not suitable for a five-star hotel, and when I inquired, they just responded that it was additional taxes.

During the check in, they took my luggage to deliver it to the room and it took 30 minutes to have my luggage back as I was calling so many times to the receptionist and the concierge but they were unable to figure it out why my luggage didn’t arrive

We were congratulated on check in for anniversary (on second try) and despite acknowledging by congratulating us at check and agreeing on the online platform my ask it did not come and nothing was done for our anniversary in any way shape or form.

I was booked for 7 nights and extended my stay until Sunday as my flight was cancelled, I was very disappointed when i got back on Friday my access card was cancelled considering i have stayed in Conrad over 20 times.

Moreover when I asked to be relieved of my booking then as it was inconvenient for me to remain without a room a key as it will restrict my movement, I was told my booking would not be refunded.

At checkout, the two at the concierge desk told me to open TripAdvisor, showed me a QR code when I was slow, and instructed me to take our phones and write the highest rating and press send.

Upon check out, took 20 minutes and the staff member had no idea how much hold had been taken from our account - they were asking us things that they should have been taking care of.

A hotel that does not respect the words of its guests and doubts their words is a hotel that is not worthy of respect and needs a lot to reach the international level.

At the Front Desk on Check Out the Director of Housekeeping ( I have the name ) sees my personal possessions as 'trash' and that's seemingly okay to go through my possessions !

There is an email about evaluating the hotel at check-out, and the last time I rated it a 6, I was stopped in the lobby and questioned about why I gave a 6.

The fact that they said the room was almost ready, that it would take 20 minutes, and then the successive delays, only delivering the room about an hour and a half later.

We reached hotel after 6.30pm and one room takes more than 30 minuts to be ready we were tired after 5 hours drive and need be ready to go to global village

As part of our check in request prior to arrival during online booking I explained it was our anniversary and requested drinks to the room upon arrival that I would pay for.

We asked for an extra bed to be brought, in one room they brought it normally with a mattress and a blanket, in the other room they didn't, very strange.

On arriving at 9am, not only was I able to check in but I had a free upgrade to adjoining rooms, so my daughter could be right beside us.

We were shocked that on checking in at the reception, we were told breakfast was not included in our booking as it is not reflecting in their system.

In addition, all the family members told them that they do not drink wine, but they insisted that you are a liar and they are right.

Staff at front desk was not attending to our concerns and kept say: we are fully occupied and rooms not yet ready!

They smoothly accommodated early check-in requests (probably depending on availability), and also offered free luggage storage until late at night after check-out.

The security deposit for the room has not yet been refunded as it has been more than 30 days since departure.

While chking out they asked more city tax and surprisingly they said we used 1 cold drinks from mini bar.

I paid a lot of tips to the hotel staff and I will look at the wine bottle.

- The check-in and check-out speed and hospitality upon arrival in the beautiful lobby were great.

I approached the staff and none of them gave me any justifications to their actions.

The experience was truly exceptional from the beginning of the reception until check-out.

They requested a deposit to cover incidentals in-spite of credit card locking .

The facility allowed early check-in since an appropriate room was available.

We booked half-board thinking there would also be a buffet for dinner, but dinner and lunch were à la carte, even though we stayed at the same hotel in Abu Dhabi, where half-board included a buffet for breakfast and dinner.

There is no buffet in the evening for half board, only an Italian restaurant and a Thai restaurant which is a bar, so no minors after 8 PM.

But the evening menu is is very poor. Limited starters and a poor selection of main dishes. Note! It has always been like this!

We liked everything, starting from the location, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant, and ending with the kindness of the staff.

But just 100 meters to the right when you exit the hotel, there is an excellent bar-restaurant that is typically local.

Food options were decent, but being a 5 star I expected a little more options in terms of world cuisines.

Food spread for dinner and breakfast was worse than 3star hotel. Quality was good, only of the minimum options available.

Dinner is not varied and breakfast is limited. For the price, it's a big loss; I won't repeat it.

Although a relatively wide selection of food at the dinner buffet, I was not impressed by the quality.

The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside.

It's a shame there is no restaurant offering local cuisine inside the hotel.

Actually a bus that collects from many different hotels, not at convenient times and it’s a scrum at the beach when you want to use the bus to get back.

Also the hotel had no shuttle service to and from Dubai Mall like a lot of other similar hotels offer so it was a bit inconvenient.

It would be nice if there were occasional shuttles to downtown Dubai since those who are not familiar with ordering a taxi have a problem.

Standard Dubai taxi access is not as easy as at other hotels, like Marriot and Grand Hyatt.

Easy to get to using the Metro as the stop is right outside the Conrad.

When requesting the car, you go downstairs and have to wait a long time.

You can use the subway very comfortably in terms of transportation and reach everywhere.

Added bonus is the convenience of transportation, as the train station is nearby.

Also the supposed hotel shuttle bus to La MER is a rip off.

We ended up having to pay for a taxi back to the hotel.

Not a proper hotel shuttle bus like at Conrad Algarve, for example.

Private taxis cost 3 to 4 times more than public taxis.

The metro station is right outside the door (red line).

Hotel's close proximity to public transportation was a plus.

It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the beach.

They set up the spa with balloons to celebrate my sister, and after our treatments, surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter and cocktails.

Couldn't use SPA facilities as it was a short stay, but will definitely visit again.

The salon was also outstanding — special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the hairstylist.

I did not try the spa, but I'm sure it's good as well.

Spa is average (very small and hence almost always full and require pre-booking).

I went down to use the steam room and jacuzzi every day.

The spa is not very good for the quality of the hotel.

The spa is a true haven of peace, ideal for relaxing.

It works with valet parking, very well by the way, but for those of us who prefer to manage our entries and exits from the hotel and even our belongings in the car, it is not practical (you can use it, but you have to notify every time you arrive).

Also, the parking situation is crowded and there's a delay in bringing the car from the parking lot.
