This was my first time staying here, but my sister who I was with it was her 2nd time, everything she said about how amazing this hotel is was true

And I was so grateful. This will not be my last visit to this hotel .. it has become my new favorite!!

In summary, the hotel is lovely, but my stay was tainted by a deceptive and unethical barbershop operating on the premises.

There was no apology and zo thiught that i needed to pay separately for the small items i wanted to purchase.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and if we return to Dubai this will be our first choice.

Yes the hotel might feel dated with colour scheme but the cleanliness and customer service goes above and beyond.

I stayed at Dusit Thani as part of my stopover from a trip to South India and Goa.

Anyway, i do intend to write the nanagement of Dusit hotels and inform them of their prejudicial policy

And a comfortable atmosphere—my experience was soured by a dishonest encounter at the barbershop inside the hotel.

However, the existence of such a vendor within a respected hotel like Dusit Thani undermines guest trust.

I have stayed with other Thai chains such as Anantara which offers exceptional service compared to this

I do not recommend this property as that was very dirty and not good customer support

I urge hotel management to reconsider their association with this business to protect future guests.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my future visit.

I Hope they improve as more often than not it is a 10/10 review.

Dusit Thani was a great choice and is a luxurious hotel.

My family had a wonderful experience staying at the Dustin Thani.

I had the amazing stay while I was at the hotel

I've stayed at the Dusit many times in Bagkok and Pattaya.

The Dusit Thani is my go to hotel in Dubai.

The property is clearly showing its age but nothing serious.

But if you are like me and don’t drink..it’s perfect

This was not my best experience at this hotel.

We had a very good stay at the property.

Stayed many times in this excellent hotel

I told the hotel mgr that this had never haooenrd to me before and that I was upset about their policy. Im sure i was the only one who could not carge utens to my room during my stay.

The only thing that really disappointed us was the communication with the hotel before our stay. We sent three messages to the hotel via Hotel.com and I didn't get a reply to any of them.

For our first time visit, our family was impressed with the outstanding service in terms of hospitality with genuine smiles at each location (front desk, lobby, luggage, door , dining areas, and house keeping).

The staff was amazing and nothing was too much hard work for both reception/room service or even the staff around the hotel . They were all so helpful and welcoming .

I was dissapointed that management never contacted me to extend my stay for 28 days when I asked twice to discuss - no follow up.

The guy in front desk the one who work on getting tours was awesome he help me with all my tours and questions I have

I asked the cront desk why and O was told that I didnt have "credit". In other words i was not the right color.

I reported the incident to hotel reception, and the hotel manager followed up personally and showed genuine concern, which I truly appreciated.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and taken up to the Club Floor, where I was given a welcome drink

Outstanding service especially from Sher in Jones the Grocer and from all the guys in the Pool Deck and gym.

During my stay, Anurag and Sabita ensured our stay was going well via email or the Dusit Gold App.

The only downside is the staff did not inform there is additional charges for wifi exceeding four devices.

I found thr reception staff very efficient and helpful including the house keeping staff overallall the staffvery efficient.

The staff,especially Ishaq from concierge and Luein from the front desk,provided us with exceptional service and attention.

This all happened in front of the manager and owner of the barbershop, who remained silent.

Ensuring we were well looked after in the Club Lounge for afternoon tea or evening canapes.

Also the excellent service from the Club lounge on the 34th floor-always willing to accomodate.

Both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and extremely helpful.

The hospitality of everyone was what made our stay memorable.

It felt like a deliberate scam targeting unsuspecting hotel guests.

We were directed there by Rajeev, the Manager on Duty.

The chefs, Veenu, Pradeep, Roche, Bharat, and Param, were attentive.

Other staff, including Madhan and Abhinav, were also very attentive.

Rasheed and his team safely received and stored my deliveries.

Other helpful staff included Roko, Lily, Danelle, Danijl, and Prabha.

The service,staffing and everything was on the whole another level.

The services and hospitality of the staff are great.

The staff was amazing and so accommodating

They really looked after us very well!

Excellent service from all staff.

I was disappointed with the bathrooms and the lighting options within the rooms. We had 2 BR apartment suite and the second bathroom shower was way too small for someone to turnaround. In both the bathrooms the water from the shower was either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t get it right. Hope they fix it.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and the city. We had four bottles of drinking water in the hotel room every day. The bathroom was clean and offered a sufficient number of towels.

We stayed in one of the apartment units and the layout of this unit is so well thought out. So spacious, clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities we need.

The TVs in the bedroom are tiny and in spite of the excellent and wide channels selection , I think going for smart TVs is a must!

Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels during my travels and not once were i not able to charge items purchased in the hotel to my roo..

We have booked executive suite for New Years eve and room was so dirty. I was nuts, paper under the bed, center table and sofa.

I was sad that i did not have the privilege of chargibg items purchased in the hotel were not chargesble to my hotel room.

The room we had was comfortable and spacious though in desperate need of renovation in particular the bathrooms were very outdated

The room did not have hot water, it was warm, and the wear and tear is showing.

And interestingly I booked a ‘pool view 1 bedroom apartment except the pool wasn’t anywhere in sight

The room is spacious and there are microwave and electric stove to heat up takeaway food.

Awesome spacious suite with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Excellent value. Very comfortable bed.

This time tried the 2 rooms apartment and found it suitable and convenient

Photos showed on Expedia where very different to our actual room.

Very comfortable, rooms spacious, great bath towels and decent toilet roll!

The two bedroom apartment were perfect for our family's needs.

Tip ..stay in a high floor not facing SZ Rd

The quality of everything including toiletries seems just sub par

Yet, room rates can jump unexpectedly

We booked Burj Khalifa view to see fire works and show and asked staff if laser show we will see from here, staff said yes but that was wrong info.. you can actually see only fireworks.

If you are visiting the DIFC for business it is less than 10 mins walk from Gate Avenue which then takes you into the DIFC and access to all the main offices.

And location is superb for access to taxis. If you are on business in and around the DIFC then it is a short distance away.

Dusit Thani Dubai is a nice, modern and clean hotel close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Museum of the Future.

There are simply much better options around Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed road for this price point

Conveniently located in downtown, very close to the metro station and iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall

As it was a challenge locating it in the beginning as a self driving tourist.

Amazing property with 5 mins walk to metro and taxis easily available

I have stayed here many times -it is convenient for work.

It is a noisy place to stay inside and out ....

And have a good view of burj khalifa and downtown dubai

And there was not much close by to walk to.

And a walkable distance from the metro station

The views of the city were breathtaking

Good location for conference hall nearby.

I requested a specific grooming service, but the staff deliberately performed additional treatments I did not ask for, aggressively upselling without consent.

Bear in in mind its a dry hotel- so no alcohol, so making the executive lounge offering that less attractive

We released spoons from room service they said we can only give 2 max as there are parties scheduled tonight.

There was no visible price list, and they added a 5% charge claiming it was a “Dubai tax.”

The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. We used this service on both occasions.

The other point is the kitchen limited supplies , I think it’s time for renovations.

Also the excellent service from the Club lounge on the 34th floor-always willing to accomodate.

After insisting, I was handed a receipt under a completely different business name.

When finished, I was shocked by a bill of 775 AED.

The hotel is DRY so don’t expect to get a beer.

In the Club Lounge for afternoon tea or evening canapes.

I initially wasn’t given a receipt—only a card slip.

The bus pickup at the Dubai mall was confusing. We waited at the designated spot and was looking for the bus. At the end, we saw the bus passing us and departing.

Shout out to concierge Malik and manager Ernie for assisting us with our transportation to the airport which was very difficult becauze of new yr’s eve.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from Dubai Mall and other places around Dubai.

Saves loads of time waiting for taxis or sitting in the huge traffic jams.

Conveniently situated near the metro station, it offers easy access to the city

Quaiser was always there to get a taxi or an Uber.

Free shuttle to/from Dubai Mall.

Breakfast was on the 24th floor and offered a wide selection of hot and cold dishes including eggs cooked to order. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast had a great variety and choice, even during Ramadan.

The breakfast buffet is one of best anywhere!

The hotel has four restaurants in total. Two restaurants are on the ground floor and two are on the 24th floor. We tried the Thai restaurant on the 24th floor and were satisfied.

I was disappointed this hotel in Dubai did not serve alcohol

During my stay, I was unable to use the pool, but it had been upgraded and had a nice ambiance.

Ijaz and Qaiser from the Valet Team helped with parking my rental car.

While checking in Mr. Raju manger in charge was helpful to change the apartment to my liking

Even allowing me an early morning check in upon arrival.

And pre-check-in requirements were in place.
