I would definitely stay here again. There is a premium to pay (we stayed at the Dukes last year which was at least 1000 pounds less half board for the four of us), but I would say its worth it.
When paying a premium for accommodation, one expects a level of service and hospitality that extends to every aspect of the stay, including dining.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future. I was so sad to leave ☹️ BEST HOTEL EVER

Is a lovely and very busy hotel, however, is very noisy at night till the early hours of the morning.
We had excellent time during our 5 days vacation. We will surely come back to Dubai and will stay here.
They lack awareness in how to handle situations and justify hurting a tiny little dog; there was no justification.

So little care and respect for a little living creature that clearly had an owner and just got away.
The only reason the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars is because they sell day passes to non hotel residents
This was my second stay at Fairmont on the Palm and again I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very nice, with plenty of choice when it comes to dining, relaxing and activities.
This hotel was perfect for our holiday with a 4 year old and 5 month old.
Had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.

So at over all its not be same as before and quality is coming down.
Mix of modern and Arabian styles will make you enjoy every moment of your stay.
I stayed at the Fairmont 24H and it was a very nice and peaceful stay.

Overall, given the price I paid, I expected a higher level of service and amenities.
This nickel-and-diming approach further compounded the feeling that the value for money was severely lacking.
The hotel from the roadside doesn’t give it justice to how grand it is.

I have been there, many time but this year services are not good
This was our first time at the Fairmont and it did not disappoint.
Amazing hotel! We spent 6 nights here and had the best time.

Genuinely not a bad word to say about the Fairmont Palm hotel.
We had a really lovely stay at Fairmont the palm.
A truly wonderful hotel, for a few nights away.

It was a very enjoyable stay.
Would definitely stay here again
Thanks for a lovely stay.

It's refreshing to see.
Overall a pleasant experience.
Wonderful family stat

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Staff member Mariam really made my daughter happy. As she was very friendly, great customer service, happy and became friends with my daughter and made her stay pleasant. She was always looking out for the staff as they really kids friendly.
Thanks Seanberry from check-in and Mahmoud from the Valet parking team, also thanks for the rest of the other team members who are working behind the scenes to make us enjoy our stay, very mich appreciated 👏 💐
I told him that’s our chair, he kept yelling at me so loud that 2 other families stepped in, vouched we’d been there for hours, and they didn’t like how he was talking to me.

I got out the pool to ask what he was doing and he started YELLING at me saying there was no towel on this chair so he promised the chair to someone else.
The friendliness of the staff sets this place a part from any other place i have been to. Everyone was approachable and readily available to help and answer questions with a smile.
The tiny dog suffered a damaged leg and when speaking with the head of security in utter disgust at what I had just witnessed, they said dogs aren’t allowed by the pool.

The cleaners and room service staff are exceptional and the ones that open the door for you, however the reception staff should be more friendlier as it would be nice.
Unlike other hotels of similar caliber where guests are welcomed with a drink and a warm greeting, I didn't receive any special treatment upon arrival.
Unfortunately, I suffered an injury during my stay but hotel staff and management were helpful and tried there best to assist with the situation.

One of the poolside attendants walked over shortly after and started grabbing our swim bag and shoes to toss it on another swim chair.
I witnessed a staff member pick up a runaway dog around the pool area and throw it over the wall, with a 6ft drop.
I then spent 30 minutes with the area security trying to help find the little dog after it had been thrown over the wall.

Staff very professional and helpfull, the Front Office Manager Erica Quintero was excellent and Louisa were very professional and gave us great attention.
The service is top notch and expect to be treated like royalty. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel special.
The staff were all unique, incredibly friendly, and eager to help. Not once did we encounter anyone who was rude or unprofessional.

One of the families asked me not to let his behavior intimidate me and to finish enjoying myself, so we stayed.
I would also like to mention most of the staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful and care about their guests.
Staff in rhe Gold Lounge are worthy of special mention, and staff throughout the hotel were friendly, talkative and helpful.

Considering this is a 5 star hotel the service was extremely slow and poor compared to Sofitel on the Palm.
They did give away me and my daughter’s table as soon as we got up to make us plates.
No apology, they just let us stand there with plates in hand until we found our own table.

Hopefully, they can cater to the ordinary guests like us than Dixon celebrities and rich folks.
The nurse at the hotel also does a great job of looking after the guests.
Here you'll meet an exceptional high level service you'd expect from a 5 star hotel.

The front desk service and cleanliness of this hotel was top notch.
The staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for you!
And the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

We did notify the front desk and housekeeping
All staff are friendly and helpful.
The man just stormed off.

We returned to stay at this hotel, but we were very disappointed with the room condition this time. The bulbs in the bathroom did not work, the room was cold and we asked for a heater but none was provided. The connection to connect phone chargers were not working.
Thé hôte room itself wasn’t super clean, noticed lots of dust on soap/shampoo bottles. Body wash ran out and wasn’t replaced for two days until we asked. Some stains on the floors.
The only issue we had with one of our rooms is that the shower would not drain as fast as it should causing the bathroom to become very wet & slippy

When i booked the it was supposed to be a city view which if you call the side of a building a city view.
The music from the clubs play until 4 am one night and we could here the base in our room.
It's 12-13 years old, and the rooms could start to use some updates, but that will happen over time.

Our room was huge and included a separate living/dining room and large deck and small kitchenette which was unexpected.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable. One minor point was the water pressure from the shower was slow.
Would I stay there again, sorry unfortunately not because of the poorly sound insulated glazing in the rooms.

We had to ask severally for the cleaning to be done and they just did a basic clean.
More efforts can be done on in room dinning, very limited options, housekeeping can be more attentive.
The rooms are large and very comfortable, large balcony area and bathroom with everything you need.

My sea view was picture prefect and exceptional…my suite was so spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable.
I loved my spacious room. It’s clean. The bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is spacious.
When we complained they finally came and did a proper clean of the room.

I got actually inspired to find one like that where I live 😂.
We asked to get a seaview rather than the depressing city view.
Great room, great bed and absolute amazing shower head.

The glass doors did little to block the sound.
Had lots of problems trying to get room serviced
We got upgraded which was a lovely surprise .

And cleaning the room it's not on time
And the room was spacious and spotless.
Rooms are spacious but a little dated

But the problem was not resolved
Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet.
The room was of good standard.

They facilitated a room upgrade
And wonderful relaxing rooms.
Spacious rooms

At the front very loud nightclub music blaring if your room is on that side, we stayed on the other and the traffic from the motorway was really loud too and sports cars racing up and down all night.
The hotel Is no longer beachfront like the images as there are high walls around the beachclubs between the hotel and sea and these clubs pump out loud loud music all day and into the night.
Located close to Nakheel Mall and well-connected to clubs, bars, restaurants, and neighboring hotels along the beach via a charming cobbled path behind the property.

Fairmont is well-located, it's within short walking distance of a small mall and just a little further on is the larger Nakheel mall.
Hotel is walkable to the Golden Mile where there are shops and also walkable to the Palm Jumeriah Mall which is great.
I was really bothered by the late night music that started around lunch time and went on until around 1am.

I expect this fight for sunbeds at a budget hotel in benidorm but not from the fairmont in dubai.
As with many Palm hotels, the beach isn’t great and the water is a little stagnant.
Being walking distance to West Beach and the Nakheel mall was so ideal for the evenings.

The music from the clubs play until 4 am one night
Even we went in july when the heat outside was insane
I would recommend the Fairmont at the Palm. Beach view!

There’s a great private beach which is very easily accessible.
It is beautiful hotel on perfect place & location.
Amazing location due to proximity to the Nakheel mall.

While the private beach is a real gem
Noisy music on beach at adjacent hotel.
Only 10 minutes drive from Dubai Marina.

Beach area was good with decent loungers.
Great location visually on the Palm.
Walking distance to local shopping mall.

Very safe and family friendly hotel.
The area is really nice,
The beachfront position was great

Great location
Location great
Great location

But only one thing was that I had half board you would think you would get lunch with a drink or water
I typically avoid buffets because of how unsanitary they usually are, but even the breakfast buffet was well kept.
The breakfast buffet was just annoying as there was not enough staff to serve the number of people.

I was told that the breakfast will be at discounted rate, but we were charged the full amount.
Breakfast was very good with a variety of options and good selection of savoury and sweet options.
Spent 5 nights here with the breakfast option. Breakfast was good and value for money.

The breakfast is a must as it’s probably the best mix of everything.
First time I have seen a queue in a five star hotel.
The buffet breakfast is huge with hundreds of options definitely worth it.

The breakfast was always crowed and had a queue.
Buffet breakfast was amazing, food was great quality.
However breakfast service could be slow .

Breakfast buffet was wonderful good variety
Breakfast was a lot of variety
Breakfast was delicious every morning,

The breakfast selection was excellent
Delicious buffet breakfast
Breakfast was delicious.

And buffet breakfast.

As was dinner! We stayed half board and it was worth it! Can I make a reccomendation to lower the price of the half board package? I noticed that there were a lot of empty tables in the evening. Although there are several restaurants to choose from which may he the reason why. We chose the International buffet every night!
Unlike other establishments where basic amenities like water or a complimentary drink are provided with meals, here, everything came at an additional cost.
Highlights included the Indian restaurant (Miss India), the Vuvuzela Pub (small but lively), and fresh sushi - often part of the buffet.

Drinks are quite expensive in comparison to more upmarket establishments and on-site restaurant little miss India wasn't great in my opinion.
The buffet restaurant was amazing, easier with the children than visiting the other restaurants but the food quality was outstanding.
I went on a half board meal plan and the food was fantastic, I really enjoyed Seagrill bistro especially.

To add to the list of disappointments, even dining at the hotel's restaurant proved to be an underwhelming experience.
Major dining area might consider an adults only area for adults - mornings noisy with children running about.
There was a really good option to dine-around in other restaurants, some with surcharge, but not all.

The food in Flow Kitchen and Asian Fusion was great and we enjoyed it very much.
We did not eat in any of the restaurants inside the hotel but they look good
Menu options in Flow Kitchen (Half Board Buffet-style) were extensive and food quality was great.

Little miss India was our favourite restaurant and the poolside food was amazing.
And the few areas for drinks/pubs on-site have kuttle or no atmosphere .
A good variety of dining options available in the hotel and nearby.

The half board is a great way to experience various dining options
But you had to pay £9 for bottle of water
The food options were diverse and delicious.

The hotel has loads of restaurants
Lots of restaurants with delicious food.
And food options great.

Kids club was a hit and free for 2hrs daily, giving us parents some time alone
Been to this hotel multiple times and the same outdoor area seems to be under construction.
It is a not brand new but it is beautifully maintained.

The hotel is exceptionally accommodating to guests with accessibility needs.
And our eldest enjoyed a session at the kids club.
The hotel is very relaxing with great facilities.

The property boasts excellent cleanliness and security
The common areas and facilities are good
And a couple of bars.

The lobby is so large
The facilities are fantastic
And facilities.

Tired decoration.
Good amenities

After being at the pool for 2 hours, my daughter took a break, dried off, and once she returned to the pool she placed her towel on my beach chair instead of her own.
So on a weekend we had to wake up at 7 am to secure sunbeds. There are too many guests for sunbeds/ pool space also.
But, there are plenty of pool options to choose from.

Great holiday with jazz and easy listening around the pool.
Plus there was an excellent selection of pools for swimming.
Service around the packed pools and beaches was marginal.

The pool and bar areas are very well maintained
To spend in the adults pool.
And the swimming pool is excellent!

The pool was cold
Didn’t use the pool.
Great pool area

One tip is the Fairmont offers a shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai mall. It's not frequent but very comfortable.
Booked car to the airport and the amount quoted was not that requested of the driver
The shuttle to the malls was a nice touch.

Complimentary buggy rides are available throughout the day.
Good shuttle bus to the town.

We had to wait over 2 hours to get our room.
From the moment we arrived until we checked out
They checked us in late

And early check in.

Nice gym with small sauna and steam rooms which weren’t expected!
Gym had a lot of equipment which was great.
So too the gymnasium
