I can’t believe I have no word to say I think is the only one the best place in Dubai I can only say just thank you so much from everybody and I will see you soon. We will be back.

And let me say this, This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! This hotel was beautiful the aesthetics was top tier! it was very clean

This is a big issue when you are staying many days. The hotel excelled in all other areas and was a lot of fun.

This place is definitely not for romance—it caters more to one-night stands than to couples seeking a quiet, luxurious weekend.

There is no safety in that hotel at all, and i will press charges if they can’t find my watch.

Overall, I really think the hotel could have done more to make my birthday feel a bit more special.

But very busy hotel if u are looking for privacy and quiet this is not a good choice

I recently stayed at this amazing five-star hotel, and I can’t express how wonderful the experience was.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a place to party, this hotel has it all.

This hotel had the fun luxury vibes I was looking for and did not disappoint!

But for couples looking for comfort, luxury, or serenity—I strongly do not recommend it.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, great vibes, and top-notch service!

The hotel is very busy with a young partying crowd enjoying their time everyday.

Overall, despite this small setback, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.

An almost perfect hotel stay in terms of grandeur, space, clean, convenience & lively.

Definitely a property not for families with kids… it is a party place

I had a very good experience at Five Palm in Dubai.

I had an amazing stay at FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai!

Beyond that my stay at the five palm was very pleasurable

I was visiting from the US celebrating my 40th Birthday.

It is expensive for sure, but the quality is there.

I loved my stay here! The hotel is amazing!

This was good thing our flight was late night.

However, we stayed for two nights

However, there was one issue that stood out. One of the staff members was quite insistent on not allowing my wife to check in because she had forgotten her ID. Despite explaining that I could have someone bring the ID later, the staff member was firm in saying "no," which felt a bit unaccommodating and unpleasant.

I asked for help multiple times and was ignored then finally a manager came and offered to remove my food from my bill like that was supposed to fix my problem and it didn’t a simple I apologize and how can I fix this.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the entire team — they’ve set a new standard that honestly makes you reflect on how service should be back home.

The service was exceptional from start to finish — every detail was taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Because the majority of staff were the best I ever met,they deserve the highest praise but they were just let down by a few.

Staffs can access your room whenever you’re not there claiming there was a fire alarm in the room which is a lie.

Called them to bring me the new key, they insisted for me to come down half naked to bring them my documents

It wasn’t anything that my husband and I ordered, the staff paid that close attention to making our stay memorable.

They did not send any email to confirm their intentions to hold on tomy money,it is extremely off putting

A special shout-out to Aynoor, the front desk manager, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

All the staff greeting you everyday just walking down the hall and asking if you need anything.

Had to come down undressed, it was really embarrassing, never experienced anything like that in my life…

When asked they simply just said they wanted to clean the room. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Like the staff stated people only come to this hotel for vibes not customer service.

Staff is friendly but unorganized and unable to control the wild atmosphere at times.

I understand the staff is trying to accommodate a lot of ppl at once

She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me.

They go out of their way to not say no to your requests.

Special love to the Naija valets — those guys are beyond amazing.

So friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile to help out.

The staff helps the locals better than the actual guests staying there.

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

And the customer service stood out—staff were very friendly and helpful.

God bless their hearts — they really made my stay unforgettable!

I was solicited in the lobby of the hotel MULTIPLE times.

The exceptional customer service more than made up for it.

The staff was amazing and so accommodating.

They made me feel like an intruder

I put my room on Do not disturb and put the sign out yesterday, after arriving from late night flight, we went to sleep very late / early morning but they ended up calling my room and waking us up.

What stood out the most for me was upon entering my room from finishing my excursions for the day, I walked into a bottle of champagne, a handwritten card and a small personal cake.

We gave a two star rating only because it is unbelievable that as an international destination this hotel does not offer English channels on their TV. There were only Arabic channels

Another small issue: we left the “Make Up Room” sign on the phone before heading out for the day, but when we returned, the room hadn’t been cleaned.

Also I had a Ocean view didn’t give my room and the room I checked in nothing was working as supposed to be working. Nothing was working.

You'll even find a portable charger in the room if you need it when you go down to the beach/pool and tanning lotion and refreshments etc.

When we called for extra toilet paper, the staff seemed surprised the room hadn’t been serviced—but someone came shortly after and took care of it.

The quality of the bed sheets were very soft and the pillows do not go flat! Bathroom was very nice with a bidet

And the strangest, most distasteful detail: in the same room was a Quran, prayer directions, and a set of 3 condoms.

Idc if I’m not going to be in the room I still want a clean modern aesthetically pleasing hotel!!

After i left the hotel i found that my watch and van cleef bracely was stolen from my room.

My girlfriend also discovered that her stuffs were been searched and arranged back after we left the room.

We booked a superior ocean view and was told that was what we received. Please see photo below.

I heard price negotiations outside my room between a "provider" and guests.

They wake you up even if the room is on DND!!!

Although the room itself looked nice, it was never peaceful.

(which I didn’t have with BECAUSE I GOT LOCKED OUT)

And also the attention to detail in the room.

And was hoping for an upgrade to a suite

Got locked out of my room in underwear.

It was disturbing and hard to unsee.

And the rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

And unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool. The pool area was always crowded, and the chairs were taken quickly, so there was no space whenever we tried to go.

The main pool was very big ppl from other hotels were coming just to go to our pool lol yes it’s that nice!

Also there is no large swimming pool only spa pools where the IG guests pose for photos. One pool was closed.

As there are many parties with a lively and heavy atmosphere at the pool and beach areas.

And it seems that many people from outside the hotel visit the pool and beach facilities.

The phrase "how much" was all i heard in the pool area.

The only regret is not being able to enjoy the pools.

You cant relax on the swimming pool, every day is busy

Until I ran into the pool staff which was horrible.

The pool area is buzzing from an early morning

Also my favorite sunglasses were stolen at the pool.

Right next to the promenade that can take you to the beach, any other hotel nearby, or to the dozens of restaurants and beach clubs along it.

About not letting guests walk through the "dance party" to get to the private beach when the main alleyway was blocked.

As there are many parties with a lively and heavy atmosphere at the pool and beach areas.

30 minutes or so from the Dubai Mall by car but local shops and stores are plentiful.

Every time I visit Dubai I vow to ALWAYS stay at this hotel.

The hotel was in a nice area easy to go, many dining option.

Noise was constant—sometimes blasting music, other times drunken guests disturbing the halls.

Dubai is safe but the you must still watch over your stuff.

Just know FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai did not miss!

Maybe next time we’ll stay closer to the marina.

And the night clubs were all vibes!

Not for families as can be noisy.

And safety of the residence.

And so is the beach.

Good choices of restaurants

Luggage service was also great. they brought the bags up and unpacked it into the cabinets in the room (they did ask first).

And the lounge was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Not many quiet peaceful places to enjoy alone or with family.

The clubs on site have good music and all the vibes!

There are lots of things to do on property.

While it was a bit busy at times,

All facilities (spa, gym, rooms, penthouse) were great

Any ppl can enter the hotel facilities.

The property is beautiful and very lively

And beach club access too!

I did not appreciate the fact i was given misleading information that the security deposit 1000AED/300.18USD taken when i checked into my room 107110 was not returned immediately and i had to call several days after checking out to discover Five Palms plans to hold on to my money for 14-21days when i have left Dubai

Even today on the day of my check out I had requested for late checkout they ended up calling me at 11:00 am and waking me up. They are not sorry about it either and said I have 1 hour to check out!

My only issue was it took a bit of time to check into the hotel. I was onsite at 2 pm and was not able to get into my room until 4 pm. Check in should be 3 pm.

The first day of checking in I had issues but the front desk manager made my stay a little better.

He was very helpful and ensured that we were checked in without any further issues.

But we were happy with the upgrade we received, which was a nice touch.

He also arranged for the ID to be submitted in 2hrs which we did.

They give us a late check-out till 4 because we checked in late

Fortunately, after speaking with the manager, the situation was resolved smoothly.

The only thing I didn’t like is if you purchase an all inclusive package, you could only have 3 meals a day and if you didn’t like that dinner then you can’t go to a different restaurant.

Room service was delicious and always on time. Coffee in the morning and a meal each day. big menu where you'll find something for everyone.

The other thing is that the penthouse, your last all inclusive drink must be at 10pm!!

Yes, we received a free dinner, but that didn’t make up for the atmosphere.

After nine exhausting hours at the airport and dealing with constant harassment, our arrival experience was already stressful—but what really shocked us was finding someone else’s underwear by our tub.

Also, requesting pick up from the hotel through Uber can be challenging due to the routing to get to the area/hotel.

Or provided a different access from hotel to the beach.

Plenty of taxis, car services.

But I would prefer my beverage be brought to me vs the self-serve option its a bit much trying to bring both your meal and drink to the table at once.

Also, it's a bit frustrating when you've already sat down and asked for water, and instead of being brought a glass, u are directed to where u can find it yourself.

Only problem is the breakfast buffet recycles the same food day after day. They don't change anything nor have options.

The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

My only feedback is the breakfast service.
