We loved the vibe of the hotel- although it was a bit of an assault on the eyes! Lots of lines and mirrors and sparkly floors.

She was on her own in Dubai and she did not know anyone to get some help or recommendations on what to do.

The V Hotel Dubai is extremely appealing, clean, close to nightlife, nightlife within the hotel, beautiful ambiance, amazing staff, great food, and services.

It also links to the Hilton hotel next to the property so you can avail yourself of the their entertainment options.

The hotel is nice but I had a very bad experience with the booking which is the reason for my rate.

From the outside the hotel looks very nice but once your inside it feels like your part of a construction site.

The V Hotel Dubai truly lives by their slogan and proved 'Anything you need anytime you need it just ask'.

The amenities at this hotel are superb and ALL staff are attentive and provide thorough and knowledgeable customer service.

The hotel is amazing and has the nicest staff and fastest service in the most ideal location in Dubai.

Also the most professional hotel Managers I’ve seen is Mr.Husain and Mr.Bassem, they made sure the experience was great.

Otherwise, it's the place to be specially if you want to relax and enjoy the city and the stay.

The rooms and the other amenities had a positive vibes that made staying in the hotel more relaxing.

I definitely recommend this place for any foreigner going to Dubai just to be safe and free.

Definitely a hotel to stay in if you are looking for a good time in Dubai.

One of the few hotels in the world that wants you to keep coming back often.

Everything was perfect… the ambiance, the commodities was superb… we were well taken care of

We would highly recommend The V Hotel Dubai to our friends and family.

The booking was paid twice and nobody has been accountable for the refund.

This was definitely a cool experience for a staycation or visitor to Dubai!

For sure, the experience was bad from the beginning.

It was clean, and very up to date.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Other than that everything else was perfect.

The room looks modern in the pictures but in actual fact it’s very dated, the features in the room were broken, bathroom smelt of damp and all’s of the plugs are fitted so low towards the self that even a phone charger doesn’t fit!

I used the bathtub, and after I got out of the water, I realized that there was a lot of black debris at the bottom, which I later found to be rust particles.

We have been staying in one of the suites, which is nicely decorated and clearly different from any other hotel room I ever slept in!

When room service came into my room they through the box and bag and receipt out.. brand new shoes were sitting directly beside it.

The hotel room although a free upgrade, it wasn't very clean, the sofa was very worn and was stained as where the bed sheets.

We have stayed at hotels that are 3 or 4 stars and are way cleaner and way professional than this hotel.

One cleaner for 2 floors so if you leave your room for 3hrs it might still not be ready.

Only bad thing I have to say is I went to the mall and purchased new shoes.

Upon checking in and entering our rooms, it was gross and it didn't even look clean.

Minor gripe - drain in shower didn’t drain quickly and bath / sink area became flooded

The hotel room offers a bathtub, one of the main reasons I made the booking.

Had problems with lights fixture in the room, plus sink problem on the first day..!

I was amazed of the room designe and they way allocating bathroom and closets.

Since the interior was all white, some of the furniture had permanent stains.

Room service try left for over 12 hours outside the door.

Our room was amazing, we had a view facing the beach.

The rooms were very out of the box and spacious.

I don't even know how this hotel has 5 stars.

It felt like a cross between Vegas and Star Trek.

Quirky, large and very well laid out rooms

The round beds are huge and so comfortable.

The room service was VERY sloopy and slow.

The room was different from other hotels.

The room decoration is modern and sophisticated.

The staff are unprofessional and attitude: 1- I got a delivery and the reception asked me to come down to pick it up and 2- when I complained to the manager about the noise and told him I had a hard time sleeping his response to me was "it's not that big of a deal" he did not even apoligize.

However, I have called the service option and I requested the employee to send the housekeeping to clean my room because I will leave the hotel to have a dinner outside and she confirmed that she will send the housekeeping to my room.

They requested I call the police knowing full well that the police would ONLY attend if I was there, and as I was on my way to the airport within the next hour this wouldn’t be possible.

I reported that my watch was stolen from my room upon check out, they tried to say that because I was not wearing my watch when checking in that it didn’t exist.

First night I was woken up 3 times as I had DND on, so they decided to ring the rooms phone instead for matters that had nothing to do with me.

We also appreciate the fact that a birthday cake was left in the room the day of his birthday while we were out of the hotel as a surprise.

Reported this to the management who offered a dinner as way of apology, but the dinner was limited to a very small fixed menu which only 2 options.

I informed the staff, and after a few hours, they called me as I was out of the room, to say that they had fixed the issue.

I ask for an email stating that they will not be prepared to comment on the watch, and they said they would do so but never did.

I went out for 4 hours and when I came back I got shocked when I saw the room as it is and nobody clean the room.

The staf at the upstairs bar are great and friendly, the valet people are friendly, the concierge guys are excellent, not all reception girls are friendly..!!!!

Breakfast room staff are either insolent or leary and creepy - looking at your anatomy not your face when they talk to you - classy.

Next night I had a laundry delivery come to the room that wasn’t for me, again I had DND and they still came in.

Unfortunately, we didn't catch the names of the housekeeping staff, but they kept our room spotless and were incredibly attentive to every detail.

A special shout-out to the host team and servers at Market Hilton Al Habtoor, where everything—from the food to the service—was always top-notch.

Housekeeping seem to delight in daily leaving something out of the room that one would need - e.g. water, soap, toilet paper.

I asked for CCTV confirmation so that I can give this to the police and they declined to do so.

The staff really made you felt as welcome as anywhere I ever been and I been all around the world

From the reception staff to the cleaners everyone gave exceptional customer service and all requests were dealt with promptly.

Staff was very helpful in setting up transportation to anywhere needed and also provide other information about the city.

Thanks to the fantastic friendliness and emphaty of GM - Nagy, I had fantastic time at the hotel.

Despite that, they maintained a smile, were friendly and managed to get us a room upgrade.

Staff have a very relaxed feel, so expect to do everything yourself.

They never stopped and always had a smile.

Only issue is the cloest Metro is 12-15mins walk away, but it is easy to get around with Taxi's which are always availble.

Hotel is very noisy they blast music from 8am until midnight around the pool, they don't lower the music.

Unsolicited prostitution is rampant in the lobby area and the reception which is located on the seventh floor.

It was a lovely time in the hotel, which was in the perfect location near the Burj Khalfia.

The hotel is near downtown Dubai and very easy to get to with Uber as well as affordable.

We miss Dubai and the W Hotel especially all the amazing cars that are parked in the vicinity.

It was noisy at the room from the night club but I was tired and slept.

Such headaches with this hotel and it was our only worst experience when we visited Dubai.

Jumeirah beach and the marina, the Emirates mall are all about 20-30 minutes taxi ride.

The breakfast the location and just over all everything about this hotel was superb.

I didn't expect a night club below a hotel of class of V Hotel.

The location is close to all major downtown sights and taxis are always available

I arrived after midnight and there was night club on the ground floor.

Amazing location, next to La Perle theater and many restaurants and shops!

That was Saturday night and from Sunday it was very quiet.

The Dubai mall is a 15-20 minutes ride from the hotel.

Not very much in the area - besides convenience store.

The hotel is close to fun activities, clubs, bars, restaurants.

The location of the property is great, access easy.

Lots of dining and entertainment options within the property.

Nice hotel in a central part of Dubai.

Location was good but not walkable really.

Save your money and stay somewhere else.

While we were in the lobby waiting 20 minutes for concierge we had to keep an eye on our bags needless to say it was definitely not safe so we took our own bags.

We were checked into our round bed suite and taken there by Tatiana who was so quick and helpful and even made sure we had the loyalty app to collect points during our stay.

We asked for two rooms with queen beds using Expedia’s system, we were shocked to see that they booked one with two queen beds and one with a king size bed.

The hotel didn’t try to contact hotels.com to solve based on the fact that The reservation was confirmed and confirmation was the payment was received by hotels prior the stay.

When she went to the hotel to check in, the receptionist argued that the reservation was not paid and made her pay in full again.

Following some small issues at check-in, the staff did its best to fix them and they have been really helpful.

Asked them to fix that issue they told us it was a problem with Expedia not providing the correct information.

They ended up giving us two rooms abit far from eachother but still on the same floor with no view.

After 20 minutes and no concierge, we even asked all the security which they kept telling us to wait?

They forgot to ask me to pay the taxe and I had to go back to the reception.

It has passed a week since she checked in and none of us has received any refund yet.

Check in took around 30 minutes, and even though early check in was promised it was not received.

The guest relations Karim decided to pick a guy out from the back to serve them first?

They took our bags but didn’t give us a tag which we felt was very unsafe.

The reception was at the 30th floor that caused a little bit of confusion.

Which when we said there’s a queue he says “just one minute please.”

If you can wait, you can definitely leave your bags with the concierge.

Upon check in the security told us to see the concierge inside.

So beware of that if you are looking to check in early.

Which you would expect to serve whoever is at the front.

I had to go back to reception for my keyx

Then they say go to 30th floor to check in.

The check in people are not very friendly.

Upon check out there was a queue.

It was $100.

I get that if it's full of people on a friday night it needs to be, but on a regular evening (or first thing in the morning!) it was prohibitive to even talking!

We’ve tried the pool area, early night, and there was Dj deck, the songs were great it was good experience.

The pool area was massive and so was the Hilton’s which guests can also make use of.

Our only non positive feedback was that the music was ridiculously loud around the pool area.

And finally the consistent sound of water pipes over my head when the floor above showers.

It was a pool party over the weekend, I did not want to leave!

The swimming pool is nice like a private pool, we were only 4

The pool area is very dirty and there were no staff on duty.

My favorite spot is the wet floor where the pool is located.

The pool is tiny and the music is terrible

We had a lovely time by the pool.

Not a nice atmosphere to relax in.

Too many swimming pools to count.

You need to fight for a table, forced to stay on long lines to get warm dishes i.e. eggs etc. and you better forget to get any kind of service.

Breakfast never disappointed us..... excellent service by all the people at the hotel making us feel comfortable.

Great that there is a Club onsite you can have a drink on your way back and go back to your room!

It’s a club on the top level that played music and served food and hookah, beautiful ambiance but very expensive.

The lobby being on the 30th floor was inconvenient

Nice hotel with an excellent choice of restaurants (several alternatives among the three Hilton-related resorts).

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Summer Place which I highly recommend.

Zoco Mexican restaurant inside the hotel is amazing too!

They do a great job at firefly.
