We have stayed in Dubai hotels for over 16 years and this stay ranks at the bottom of the list for overall and specific service, quality, and amenities.

They neglected to tell me this is 3 floors below a nightclub and the sound insulation is non-existent, so you can expect loud thumping bass until 3am.

This is a 5 star hotel like anywhere else in Dubai and It is painful to pay around USD 470 per night.

The property is outdated and offers nothing special to draw people other than unsuspecting first-time guests.

I’ll be recommending to anyone I know going to Dubai and would stay again in future.

I was expecting it to be alright but it exceeded all my expectations and more.

Hotel Coco is more than a place to stay; it’s an unforgettable experience.

A short stay but one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

They don't even provide any earplugs, despite knowing this is an issue.

Functional business hotel but overpriced and not luxury, especially by Dubai standards.

Not a 5 stars hotel. It is a good 4 stars.

The service was first class and five stars all the way.

Could do with slightly more utilities like provision of toothbrushes, toothpastes.

Everything was perfect

We booked a Club Suite and were told on check-in that we were receiving an "upgraded" room option, despite being placed in a lower room option than booked.

We did have to request a change of room (suite) on the first day as the shower wasn’t usable and the sofa was far too small.

When we got to the room it smelled bad like a wet dog and many things in the room were not working.

Great decor and to sleep on a bed that has the lightesst doona, the crispest sheets, and just the right pillows.

The only negative is that the walls seem quite thin so one can hear guests in the next room easily.

No hairdryer in the room and I don't think for a 5 star hotel, I have to request for it.

I was told by the reception that I can smoke in this room but they can't give me an ashtray.

The walls should be thicker as I can't sleep well due to the noises of the guest next room.

Hotel is super clean and the view of the Museum of the Future is amazing from high floors!

So what happen to non-smoking guest check in after I check out the room? Get a stale room?

The room was not sound proof, several nights i woke up at night from the other room noises.

The bed is uncomfortable and the extra bed was unusable because it was hard and with springs.

My room was ready for me at 9:00, which was great, lovely corner room with a view.

The bedsheets on the bed had a tear and sewn back with a patch to cover it.

The rooms (especially the shower room) gets very cold and there appears to be no heating.

The bathroom door sounded loudly when opening or closing, adding to the noises at night.

Arrived and my room wasn't ready - so upgraded to a suite on level 46.

Our room had such an amazing view of museum of the future and sky scrapers.

No USB ports near bed, only usable USB port was in the back of TV

They put us in the wrong room, we paid for a room with a view.

Faultless comfort, Endless views to die for, fabulous shower, great earth friendly toiletries. No plastic.

We were awake several times at night due to our neighbor room occupants discussions.

The covers at the beds were too thin and the room pretty small.

I loved the automatic curtains and the free standing bath with a view!

Would be better if the carpet don't stink and looks extremely dirty.

The room was freezing, the AC was set at 19 degrees.

Papercup for the hot drinks? This is totally a joke.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless.

Lovely room and comfortable bed and amazing bathroom.

The insulation in th rooms is terrible.

Also when we checked in there was smokiness, we called the reception who told us they do not have smoking rooms, cut us off and then said they will call the front desk manager to see if they have other available rooms, we will be called back, after 4 nights, no call back at all.

We requested to have the coffee maker exchanged for a nespresso and regardless of the efforts that kindly Muhammed (at the reception) did, apparently the management's policies are more important that the guests comfort.

One thing to keep in mind is it isn't very family friendly as the crowd is a bit indecent at night due to a nightclub on the top floor.

The receptionist Obadah proudly wrote his name on it I still wonder why, perhaps to emphasize he didn't care for any review.

The staff at Voco made sure to contact baggage claim to be sure our luggage will get to the correct destination.

The front hotel attendants were always available for service and efficient in getting me a car service to get around Dubai.

We asked for an extra towel 3 times over the course of 8 hours and finally got it.

Only issue is the person who cleaned my room took away my robe and did not replace it.

The service is first class and five stars all around with the friendliest and most professional staff.

We stood for 20 minutes waiting for registration and over 45 minutes for the entire check-in.

When management of the hotel are requested for a chat, they need to make every effort.

Their attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was perfect truly stood out.

We waited for 10 minutes holding all of our bags until someone finally offered assistance.

VOCO hotel Dubai has the worst service I have ever experienced for what you pay.

The staffs are friendly and that's the reason I gave 2 points for them.

It appears it may be one bad apple staff that ruins it for IHG.

The check-in process was smooth, and Mae and Happy were absolutely exceptional.

The staff were all excellent, a really good feature of this hotel.

The duty manager solved this matter in a good way.

Nothing ruins a hotel experience worst than a disappointing receptionist.

Ad hoc guest request need to be dealt promptly.

Stylish hotel on Sheikh Zayed road, though in the evening the hotel turns more into a nightclub with endless people loitering around the lobby and lifts trying to find the club.

Really convenient for the public transport, just a short walk from the hotel that provides great access to the wonderful sights of Dubai.

Voco hotel is conveniently located for Dubai World Trade Centre and is also close to Metro stations and the Museum of The Future.

And all of this a 5 minute walk from the metro which makes the transfer from the airport so easy.

The Hotel's location is quite centrally located which makes it convenient to go around and take taxis.

The hotel is recommended in order to be close to the most popular places in Dubai.

I booked Voco because it was the cheapest 5* I could find in a central location.

And a side note, too much working girls hanging out, dressed revealing in the lobby.

Close to everything. We walked to most things as crisscrossing traffic seemed fatal. Taxis everywhere.

Very convenient hotel for the World Trade Centre, which is a quick walk away.

There is so much to do within the hotel (clubs, restaurants, spa, pool).

Good location for visiting the trade centre with easy access to Metro too.

Lovely business hotel in a great location to the World Trade Center.

Overall a comfortable stay with amazing views of Sheikh Zayed Road.

It is a short-ish taxi ride from the airport.

It makes me insecure as I am a woman.

Walkable distances to many convenient stores and eateries!

It is probably the best for young professionals.

The food was great, a good selection for breakfast and there are a few restaurants in the building for lunch and dinner.

I arrived earlier than usual as I was dropping off a friend at the airport; the receptionist Obadah in a 'matter of fact' manner without consulting with me decided he can charge me an additional fee to enter my ready and vacant room earlier.

The check-in process was also one of the lengthiest I experienced with the front desk having to press a million buttons on the computer to check me in.

I observed that the reception usually has two open counters only which is not enough to serve the people who keep waiting for long time.

Not give more time for check-out same as hotel around till 3pm they call from 10:00 for ask about checkout they disturb our sleep

After trying unsuccessfully I called upon a manager to make an informed decision and was eventually given the key to my room.

Beginning was a little hiccup with the front desk not allowing early checkin despite me requesting early booking before I’ve booked.

When we went out to get something to eat, they disabled the room key and locked us out.

After I feedback to hotel.com, the hotel manager agreed to the early checkin without charges.

Upon checkout his colleagues were concerned about my early departure and attempted a service recovery.

Lastly, we received a call before checking out remind us to leave. Not nice.

The check in process was tedious and could have been faster.

Front desk tried best but slow system did not help them.

I checked out promptly even though the room was paid for.

First of all, they put us in the wrong room.

We were kept waiting for hours for a room change.

1st, the access card didn't work for 4 times.

The pool is a bit small for such a huge hotel but I went usually at opening time & the space was pretty empty.

Plenty of bars and restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area.

Food including room service is also very good.
