Voco Dubai Monaco, The Heart of Europe by IHG-Adult only Reviews: Everything Guests Say

This was my first time spending a day at the Voco Monaco hotel and it was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely return to the hotel soon. I am very happy that I chose Voco Monaco for my vacation, and it’s not wrong for someone to go back to a place once, twice, or more.

In room dining you are charged for inspite of same menu as in restaurant, so you can go there make order and have it sent to your room and it will be inclusive.

We regretted only booking for one night, but had other engagements that we couldn't cancel and left a bit sad that we couldn't have stayed for few more nights.

A Champagne bar in this location should be on floor 4 with the excellent view over sunsent and ocean with sparkles....not behind velvet red curtains in basement.

We were also offered a free island tour and very excited when they will handover as it will be available to travel with kids.

From relaxing on the sandy beach to enjoying a picturesque view of the clouds and vibrant surroundings, every moment felt like a dream.

Only main attraction was a small street called Raining Street and you can fully experience all the activities within one night stay.

I booked a premier room, which was supposed to be at a higher level, I got a room in the second level.

The place is more than amazing; I expect it will soon become the destination for everyone looking to enjoy a vacation.

The setup of the pool and drinks bar and beach all were within reach and overall party vibe was great.

Once you book, they will share the location, timings and details of booking the boats, so that was seamless.

This means there's immense potential for this hotel to evolve and adapt to the diverse needs of its guests.

It’s an island in the middle of the see but as always Dubai never fails to impress us.

Even the celebration for my husband's birthday was great, the cake was fantastic, and the food was good.

A beautiful hotel, the atmosphere is nice, the room rate has changed, and the ambiance is pleasant.

And the yacht that transports you between your location and the hotel takes exactly half an hour

There is no outside food or beverage allowed in, but the onsite options were very expensive.

I know it's an adult island but, I want to bring them all with me there.

The location is convenient, with good access to nearby amenities, making it an attractive choice.

Booking is a very irresponsible company and I definitely advise NOT TO BOOK THROUGH THEM!

Extremely loud music, but that is the hotel's concept for young people, a party paradise

I really liked this property. It is well-maintained, spacious, and has a welcoming atmosphere.

Normally priced for the world and well priced for the area. It is good.

Amazing for couples who want to relax and escape from the kids and work.

The calmness of the environment and away from the noise of the city.

If you decide to go for all inclusive package keep in mind that most of the items included in the package are conveniently unavailable and from 4 cocktail choices two are not available, staff keeps reminding you that you have to pay for the item - assuming you are checking out even tho you still have the white band and stay for another night.

Its not for relaxing getaway, Property under construction still new buildings under process its so noisy , the music is too loud to cover the construction noise , we moved our room away from the music with the promise from the staff that construction noise will stop at 21:00 which it didnt and they were working till 12 midnight .

Everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very cooperative. The most important thing is that the beauty of the place is enchanting, transporting you through the fragrance of history between the mainland and the island, away from the hustle and bustle of life and the noise of people. It's just relaxation, enjoyment, and tranquility.

The meal system we booked with the room has specific and poor meals that do not cater to different tastes, and breakfast is also very limited and does not meet all tastes. There should be more varieties of food included in the booking.

I like the design of the hotel it makes me feel very comfortable easy access to everything I need pool or beach with palms pure water fish playing around and ducks flying it’s master piece of art that give peace of mind.

The restaurant manager Camilla really tried her best to ensure our experience was a good one, but the rest of the service staff were slow (waited 30mins for a coffee at breakfast), forgetful, would serve items without cutlery (having to make us ask again and again for basic items).

And second we asked for an umbrella for one of beach bed at the beach if possible since all of it were occupied, we waited and the guy even didn't bother to come back to inform us knowingly we were there waiting.

The experience was excellent from the start of the reception to the boat and until we arrived at the hotel and received the room; the treatment was above excellent with warm welcomes and smiling faces.

The place is wonderful but the reception's treatment is very bad, especially the Egyptian manager, with all due respect to him. The place is very, very great but the staff needs to change.

Oh well the swim up bar attendant Asma was as always amazing and created an amazing energy and vibe that even when a place was a little empty, it was enjoyable

The staff, were helpful particularly the African concierge he was great, the Russian staff need a little more smiles however overall everyone did their best and that’s what matters.

Half the employees don’t know what is included and what isn’t included, the other half that does gives different information depending on the hour of the day.

You expect luxury service - but stuff does not know what to do, you have to wait every step there - boat, check in, restaurants, bar.

The service staff did not seem prepared as it seemed like a rehearsal (I understand that pre opening properties take time to be fully efficient)

Not until the boat started moving then we kept asking for our cake and they still didn't send it .. till we reached home.

But was opposite waiting for 25 minutes then sorry we can’t board u in because some people changed their time and came in!

First of all I would like to thank the Jetty team for their exceptional performance, everything went smoothly and we arrived safely.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and I would like to give special thanks to Lydia.

The staff's disinterest in addressing the delays and their inability to manage the situation with professionalism further added to our disappointment.

They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout my stay.

We were greeted by heart warming and king lady in the lobby wearing white dress and having long black hair

A special shoutout to Silvia and Jenny, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable!

The boat ride was delayed twice and they were calling each other and organising something, while people were waiting.

Staff was indifferent except War war at breakfast time who was really quick and attentive to our needs.

Some staff were a bit rude and pushy with the bill, this was only staff by the pool.

I also want to thank Katerina at the desk and all the staff that made the stay well.

The stuff was amazing specially Rizk in the hotel restaurant he was so professional and so active

As for the staff, they are considered one of the biggest advantages of the hotel, starting with James, the helpful and nice guy who booked the boat, and Nasima, the elegant and polite lady on the boat, and finally the respectful, helpful, and gracious Hisham at the reception, who assisted me in upgrading my reservation because it was my wife's birthday, arranging nice things in the room with a delicious cake 🩷 Thank you, Hisham, and thank you to the hotel management for choosing great employees

The customer service, first time in my life a five stars hotel in Dubai used a Mobile as an operator!!?? One guy who is responsible of answering the phone and when I tried to call him he switched off the mobile. Poor customer service and I will raise this matter to Dubai Tourism Authority to reconsider their rating. It is not acceptable in UAE and it is not fair for the consumers and other five star hotels in Dubai and UAE.

I have only one complain and i dont like which is the guy in the bar named AHMED me and my friends we order only 1 drink because some of them they dont want to drink suddenly they decided to drink as well so we order another drinks but i will pay later but this Ahmed think that we will not pay which is bad service he talk to us not in a nice way...

3 reception is also unprofessional specially Front office manager check out time is 12 but you will have to wait for boat atleast 4 hour and for this they will blame you ( when you are going to check in why don't you inform them to book boat prior even they don't have any notice ).

I understand that this is out of their facility and technically it’s difficult considering the number of people leaving but if would be nice if they could find a way to help in that last mile of the journey and just move the luggage to outside where cars can pick us up.

The second day pool bar was not available and the asked me to take the drink from beach bar due to a private party which I am not aware during booking, if they have told me earlier than I would never go to a place to book my holiday with a half facility to serve me.

The concept of the place is unique, the sunsets, the gardens, the sand is soft, the beach is clean, the sunbeds are very comfortable and spacious, good live music, it is romantic while also having a party atmosphere.

You balance yourself on the side of the swimming pool with bags to walk down 200m inside the hotel, still no signage at this stage, to finally arrive at a reception area.

There is no parking facility to keep our car in jetty .. i had to park around 600 m away from Jetty and walk in hot sun at 3 pm

The place is beautiful, but the food prices are very high, and events are being exploited to charge fees that should be included in the reservation.

I expected the island to be more relaxing and quiet, a getaway from the city and its noise, but it was much more lively

The free luxury yacht transfers and the beautiful views on the way are an added benefit that isn’t advertised, but probably should be!

The location and the facilities were nice, as it's a new place may find more facilities added during the days to come.

The hotel is surrounded by a building site. Bulldozers, trucks, drills, workers, etc which does not make for a relaxing getaway

I also appreciated the location of the hotel, which allowed me to explore the small island it is settled on.

The hotel is located on an island that can be reached by boat in 30-40 minutes from the mainland.

For those seeking a Ballermann-like experience in Dubai and wanting to be isolated, the island is the right choice.

It’s a holiday destination, if looking to get away from the city and just want some island vibes.

From the boat station to the hotel, you can feel the adrenaline boosting your mind and body.

It the best places to escape from city crowded and have very clear and clean see water.

The hotel itself felt like outside of UAE and as if you travelled to another country

It is a place to visit if you want to be awake and party 24 hours.

We can wall all around the island and the view gets better and more beautiful

There is an outdoor area with amazing decorations for New Year's that are really fantastic.

It was in the middle of an island, the water and weather was amazing.

If you want to relax and party, this is the best place for you.

Trying to get on and off the island at decent times was ridiculous.

After we booked the room, we received a message detailing all the information.

The beach is very bad, full of stones, you can't swim in it.

The beach was really good compare to the hotels in Palm Jumeirah.

- The beach is very clean, but the sea is somewhat acceptable due to its calmness and the lack of strong waves for renewal, and there are small amounts of algae, which is not entirely satisfying for swimming enthusiasts in the sea, and this note should be taken into account.

The rooms are new and clean, an incredibly charming beach, wide comfortable loungers, unlimited towels, a pool with options for everyone, a screen with captivating videos, great music, and the evening DJ isn't annoying, food and drinks are of high quality, and attention to any request is invaluable.

There is no supermarket for shopping or pharmacy, and the place where rain should be continuous was not, and there should be a designated area like shops and more than one restaurant, as well as a walking area because it is an island, and more activities.

Because you will be restricted in your return time, you should be at the marina by 9:30 PM at the latest; otherwise, there won't be any boat to take you back to the hotel after 10 PM except for a significantly higher price.

On weekdays - an atmosphere of silence and complete relaxation, when it feels like you're at home, descending to breakfast in a bathrobe and then drinking coffee in the shade of a palm tree, with your feet in the clear lapping wave.

- The resort's restaurant (the seafood restaurant, I recommend having dinner there) noting that mojito juices are not included in the dinner package price, and the waiter there does not inform you of this, so you are surprised later with a charge of 45 dirhams for each mojito juice.

The food really needs to be worked on , the menu was different at the bar from my June trip and the room service not too many options for non beef eaters.

When I ordered the food, the waiter came and brought me the bill and said he had to charge me for it, even though the food was not there.

This particular singer ruined the whole evening, and i would see him more in the pub or a bar with intoxicated people rather than in french restaurant.

The food wasn't great we got free ice cream vouchers it was more of water with some flavour than ice cream not the best.

Very limited options and kind of forced to eat the buffet as the a la carte options are only available after 11pm.

The idea of rain is nice, it rains in the restaurant and there are effects of lightning and thunder at night

Even at breakfast time the restaurant wasn’t able to handle the capacity of many guests wanting to have their breakfast.

The prices are very exaggerated for products; Pepsi costs 30 dirhams and there is no variety in the restaurants

Restaurants have delays in orders and the buffet only has breakfast without lunch and dinner from the menu.

Prices are inflated for everything, if you are planning a trip, buy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in advance.

To be honest, it's not a good place to spend more than one day due the food.

Life music for dinner: the guy who plays saxophone is phenomenal, his performance is absolutely fantastic

Unreasonable prices - the burger with a small steak slice and 2 Coca-Colas costs 100 dollars

The food and drinks are very expensive in comparison to other parts of the UAE.

In the restaurant, there are Russian-speaking waiters, very friendly and pleasant to communicate with.

There is only one restaurant and the food was really bad and quite expensive.

The restaurants La Caléti and the prices, there’s no atmosphere like another hotel.

The food and service in the restaurant has value of 1 star hotel!

The buffet costs 180, even though it was listed as 150 on Booking

The service leaves much to be desired both at breakfast and dinner.

And if you order extra food during day it’s over over expensive.

We spent more on food and drink than the room itself.

Restaurant and In room dining are where our stay was ruined.

The food was good, but very expensive and probably convenience food.

Prices of food is not so bad but is a big high, we were going for dinner in the evening, after the host confirmed our room number and we were entering, a waiter came and was speaking loudly that last order is 10:30 and it was exactly 10:31, so it felt kind of like kicking us out, another waiter was behind us and said it’s ok and asked us if we want to go in, i refused because i was not feeling welcomed anymore, and sadly there is no other place to go to so i had to go back to my room and order my dinner there.

A bit uneven service in the restaurant, they didn’t always clean the room on time (I leave early and keep the cleaning button pressed, but they still clean at their own pace), it would be great to spruce up the exterior (but I understand that this will happen as a result of the overall construction).

Italian names on the dishes, hummus as an appetizzer on the house, flavours too arabic or south asian and the most dissapointing thing, the shrimps that they offered should be fresh omani shrimps but they served on the plate frozen shimps, charging more than 100 AED for 8 pieces of small frozen shrimps.

I made a reservation at the seafood restaurant for a table in front of the beach, but the staff did not pass the information among themselves, and when we arrived, they had already seated other people there and I couldn't get the view I wanted,

There are two restaurants in the hotel. I went to check the first restaurant, and I didn't like the type of food, so it was recorded that I ate there without actually eating, and I went to the second restaurant, ordered, and ate.

The balcony with a view of the rainy street was dirty, the walls were covered in white residue, and the windows were dirty. The mirrors and other furniture in the room were dirty.

The light switches in the bedroom are always a major issue in hotels - not clear hard to see buttons and why is lighting in the rooms so complicated?

Windows have 0 isolation. If you neighbor decided to have a discussion at 1 am on the balcony, you will hear every single word of his

The room was generally clean, though I did notice a spider web on the bedside lamp, indicating room for improvement in attention to detail.

I liked the rooms, the bed was impeccable, and the slippers were of such high quality and eco-friendly for the first time.

The room was dirty - the floor was dirty, there was used chewing gum from previous guests on the table.

The room was not properly cleaned; we found a blood stain on the floor, and it was very dusty.

With a bit of renovation and better upkeep in this area, the stay would be close to perfect.

I don’t understand how is it possible to have such huge place with the lowest room service.

The music sound were too much to handle while you try to sleep after a long time

If they know that there will be work like that why give us this room !!?

Overall room furniture, convenience, mattresses, hard floors feel more like up to 4 stars level.

I got very excited when i saw my birthday surprise cake in my room🥰❤️

We couldn't even talk on the phone in our room with the doors closed.

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, good entertainment, and a pleasant atmosphere.

The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent view.

However, when we arrived in our room, there was no cake prepared.

One thing we liked was the room with view ot the sea.

Hotel room and hotel decor is not relaxing and not very organized.

My friend’s room was flooded with water after taking a shower.

Very clean and beautiful rooms, fully equipped with everything needed.

Additionally, the overall smell in the room was not welcoming.

And when talking to each other, we had to shout.

Even with the balcony closed, it was very noisy.

They put food in the hotel room and no one informed us that if we ate, we would have to pay a lot. It was very upsetting when, after we checked out, they told us that we had to pay. We hadn't brought a lot of money for the hotel. It was really, really upsetting.

- The insufficient supply of drinking water bottles in the rooms, which means you end up buying them at exorbitant prices in the restaurant (I recommend bringing enough drinking water bottles in your bag and placing them in the room’s refrigerator) this will save you effort and money.

The air conditioning was very cold. It was the first time I slept in a hotel and had a deep sleep due to the cold, which helped me relax. I hope the air conditioning quality doesn’t change and stays cold all the time.

From the moment I entered the room, there were no tissues in the bathroom, and I called the reception 5 times; each time they said they would send someone in a minute, but it took two and a half hours.

The room was not tidy. I discovered the staff member arranging the room with the door open while he was out of the entire floor, and there were no cleaning staff present, which could have exposed us to theft.

My friend and I picked up something in the pool, I still haven't figured it out, my legs and arms are covered in bumps and itching, for 2-3 days I thought they were mosquito bites, but they don't look like bites at all) 4 days have passed since our vacation, and the itching still hasn't gone away, although we are taking medication 🤷🏻‍♀️

One side of the pool is an ankle/calf deep water where there are proper dining table and chairs, sunbeds and I guess you can call it sun bed table where you can chill, have some snacks and drinks by the water.

Swimming pool is amazingly nice, very huge and clean, the “opened” facilities are really nice, music is good and there are so many activities going on, dancers, DJ, musicians, pool is 24 hrs open which is really nice and special.

There are two restaurants and a pool bar that serve food 24 hours a day, as well as all facilities such as a gym and pool open all the time.

The pool flashing was loose and broken (resulting in a massive bruise on my abdomen when it gave way as I got out of the pool).

You can access the beach and pool 24/7, and it’s designed with more water than land, giving a tropical and refreshing atmosphere.

Since the resort has empty spaces, I suggest creating a mini water park or a water slide by the pool

They put extra chairs by the pool, which is much better than the chairs that are just inside the pool.

The size of the pool was amazing and the atmosphere was enjoyable between the pool and the sea.

The only thing the hotel has compared to hotels of the same rating is the 24/7 swimming.

Music at the pool was so loud that it was difficult to relax even at the beach,

Want to party? Spend the day and night by the pool, which is open 24 hours.

This hazard is dangerous, especially considering people are drinking, making it even harder to spot.

The beach swimming area is so tight; it would be better if it were wide.

The pool area and beach were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing.

We liked the swimming pool very much and the activities hosted by the management.

The drinks on the pool only Asma can make you the best drinks.

And the pool is very large with some simple water activities available.

Please turn down the party music at the pool, very commercial.

The DJ was great and kept a good mix of tunes

But not a singly toilet near the pool or the bar.

There are no services or entertainment activities other than the pool.

All the rooms access to beach and pool it’s clean

The view and also the swimming pool are great.

The pool bar service let the hotel down immensely.

The pool is large and not very deep.

3) The number of sun loungers on the beach is insufficient. Construction debris in the sand, part of the beach has a dangerously steep drop into the water. In the morning there was foam all along the coast - it felt like soapy water was flowing straight into the sea

I just didn't like when we ask the staff incharge for pool bubles at 9am he didn't open it because he said i will open 11am and we waited till eleven still didn't turn on, it's our first time from there then he didn't let us experience this things☹️

Needed more activities after first night we felt lil boring we went to sleep early it’s will be nice if u guys will make activities like yoga and volleyball for groups more food choices and more reasonable food prices so ppl will come to this haven

Half of the beach was booked for a private party, practically closed for the hotel guests!!! We were kicked out of that side of the beach even though we were entitled to using the beach as paid guests.

The property let’s say is kind of new but the pool looks really bad as well as the property lift etc the way they decorate the place is a no.

The only good thing about it is the artificial rain and the colors of the hotel from the outside, but other things are bad.

The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment added to the overall experience and made me feel at ease during my stay.

The facilities were immaculate, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel.

Yes the hotel is still under construction and there is noise from the builders but it didn’t effect the stay one bit.

They don’t have any other facilities like gym or indoor entertainment in case of emergencies like having storm during our stay.

The hotel needs to be renovated directly and the room furnishings should be improved and it should be made clear.

You expect party - but there are no party just a loud music with no guests (but good music).

The all Inclusive policy is not good where you eat only 1 meal and cannot snack at all.

Lack of paint on the balconies , and in geneeral , it does deserve 3 stars maximum.

The music was very loud and there is no soundproofing; the noise was continuous until dawn

Strong exhaust fans need to be installed to keep the place smelling nice and good

There was also a great entertainment program, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The spa is not open yet and some facilities are still yet to come.

Slippery floor in bathrooms when wet.. Would recommend some kind of mat for grip.

The paintwork outside and the bottom of the swimming pool was peeling off.

The bathroom tiles were lil bit slippery, suggest to put mats for safety.

Other facilities such as the gym or spa are not open yet.

All bathroom needs, excuse my language, and room necessities are available.

A 5 star hotel but no steam or sauna bath.

Hotel is new and so are all the facilities

The establishment is ridiculously strict on outside food.

Facility wise it is nice to stay

The transfer by boat was well organized.

A five-star hotel should have a better and more varied breakfast buffet than the current one. This is my second visit, and I expect it to be the last due to the reception staff's treatment and the outrageous prices. Thank you.

And on the last day we order a coffee that never arrived, the 1st one came after 20 minutes, and when we order another cup of coffee it's just never arrived and we got frustrated and left the restaurant.

The breakfast is not aligned with a 5-Star hotel, more importantly as we stayed for both weekend and normal days, you can detect that on weekdays, the breakfast is also at a Lower grade with more limited options.

It just needed some exceptional charcuterie (pork meat) to make the buffet even more exceptional (salami, pancetta, prosciutto di Parma, prosciutto San Daniele) or beef like the dried meat from Grisons or Bresaola della Valtellina.

We been patiently waiting as there no any other restaurants we’re we can dine for breakfast and got me totally frustrated seeing other guest which came after us and they order has been delivered.

Their breakfast and dinner was perfect, (they give dubai chocolate as dessert👌) they having live music at lunch and violin resital at breakfast, they give so much effort for even the smallest details.

Egg station chefs ... Disaster... All of them.. they need help... And listen to the orders that given... One time the omelette was salty and couldn't eat it!

The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the coffee in the machine ran out, so we had to wait for it to be refilled.

They kept the guests engaged all the time from breakfast with live music until gala dinner with live music till 11pm.

I really liked the breakfast: there was a very good buffet with various options for eggs, bacon, pastries, porridge, etc.

Coffee is the cheapest one and you have to wait for this at least 15 minutes (5-star hotel )

The breakfast was luxurious, and I still tell all my clients and friends about it a month later.

This might be inexperience of the staff but the breakfast was not a pleasant experience at all.

Long queue for coffee during breakfast but kudos to Sahid & Melvin who are very efficient.

Fourth. Restaurant for breakfast it is terrible we were waiting for our coffe 25 min !!!!

The breakfast is very modest and does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel

The staff took nearly 30 minutes to deliver the order for eggs or even coffee.

The breakfast spread had a good and varied selection including a live station .

I would like the breakfasts to be more varied, there are too few fruits.

While leaving the island the waiting time to get on the boat is too slow have to stand for 30 mins in this heat of summer to get on the boat back and didn't got same RTA boat some small vessel we got with others to go back disappointment !

The worst experience due to the transfer to and from the island was that all the boats had no air conditioning and were closed, and the distance was long; it was truly unbearable. A experience that will not be repeated because of the transport.

Start from the boat to go to the island, we book for 12 and when we trying to call the hotel because we couldn't find any parking spot by 11.30 and prefer to reschedule the boat by 2 they are not helpful at all.

There are no designated parking spots for visitors at the fishermen's port before boarding the yacht that takes us to the island, so we parked the car in paid parking far from the port and walked a long distance on foot.

I was robbed by this hotel; the amount was deducted, and when I tried to track the location, I couldn't reach it, and it appeared that the hotel is on an island out of the range of my car.

In practice, reaching the hotel involves: driving to a designated parking area, walking to a bus shuttle, booking a boat online in advance, then taking a boat ride of about one hour, with departures only every 1–2 hours.

You head to the parking area and stay in your car until you see a big white bus, which means you can get out of your car, pay the parking fee, and get on the bus.

The boat transportation is very bad; the boats are not well-equipped, they are old and have issues, and the air conditioning does not work inside the boats, making the journey very difficult in the hot weather.

Transportation appeared at 4 PM, but when boarding the boat, they required passports from all passengers, so we went to get the passport and ended up arriving at the hotel only at 9 PM 🫤

They put a boat every 2 hours to reach the island, the boat finished at 22:00 and we had to call the hotel 10 times and beg them to pick us up from the shore.

The boat the get to the island is not continuously and it not every like 30 minutes so you have to make sure when the boat going to leave the mainland to the island

Probably the worst part was the boat out to the island, on the way back we got the yacht which is all good however on the way out we had a small ferry.

And in the return journey now, after checkout happened at reception, one person Mr Ahsan from the boat was again clarifying with all the passengers if they made the final payment!!!!!!

It was 40 C and in the onward journey, the station where you onward the boat was changed from Al wasl station to sheikh Zayed marine transport station.

This time I went to Al wasl and I had to walk from that station to the main station and that was a 15min walk at 40C.

The pier where you wait for the yatch has no shade and it is very tiring to wait there during day and afternoon time in the summer.

Unfortunately, the boat transfer takes a very long time, and it would have been great if there had been more trips (especially in the evening/night).

We were almost late to the airport because ship is not following the exact timings and we were waiting 20 minutes for only 1 passenger.

Just make more places on the pick timing as transportation like the timing of check in to hotel and check out from the hotel.

Later they shifted us to the hotel on open boat without AC in direct sun and i actually felt like fainted.

It was a wonderful experience, and I recommend it to everyone, starting from the means of transportation to the resort.

Plus there was no airport transfers, which really surprised me as a 5 star hotel that was missing.

Our appointment in Dubai Main Land had to be canceled due to a misunderstanding with the employees.

Mode of Transportation : Ferry Service from Wasl Marine Station was a feel good factor.

Only for us to discover the following day that we were not at all listed.

It was not just a means of transportation; it was an experience in itself.

Also, it should operate for late hours up to 3 AM, for example.

The hotel did not mention clear timings of the cruise trips since beginning.

You'll also be waiting on a bench, no dedicated place for guests.

Ease of booking a boat when returning to and from Dubai.

There is a difference in prices; when you see the hotel on Booking.com, you see one price, but when making the reservation, the price changes. I was looking at hotels and saw this hotel at a price of 312+90, and when I made the reservation, I received a message that the total price was 430, and upon arriving at the reception, I had to pay an additional 20 dirhams.

I then spoke to a lady at the counter and she told me she’ll investigate more into this and there’s also nothing she can do other than extend my room for 2 more hours which I refused as I planned my day ahead and had to head back taking the 1pm boat.

When it was our check out day we went to the reception 15 minutes before 1pm and they said we were not on the list and we were put on the 3pm boat when we clearly told the lady at check in we wanted the 1pm boat and she confirmed!

Since we arrived too many people and less counters to help us check in after long queue they told us the room we book pool and sea view not yet ready and the time was 3:30 pm after one hour we got the room

When we asked the hotel to refund us for 2 nights and switch to another hotel on the mainland, they refused - the hotel said this needed to be resolved through Booking.com, and I received messages from hotel staff about the rules.

Then the rude European man managing the boat told me 'it’s not the time to say who’s problem this was the boat is at full capacity and there’s nothing we can do about it' and that I had to wait until 3pm!

The late departure of the boat and not adhering to the time, while I am treated strictly regarding timeliness when I'm late; I forgot my ID in the car and if it doesn't arrive within five minutes, we will leave

Afternoon when check out the staff Selvina was very polite and she said you can hangout till evening by the time we have booked the boat and my family was rushing out from the spa to catch the boat

I booked a room and I came from AD driving and I am POD (People of Determination) and they didn’t allow me to enter because my housemaid forgot her passport and she had an electronic ID PDF.

Morning around 8 request were can check out little late to hangout she said no you have to check out in time and the way she spoke was up to mark .

An appreciation to Habiba who made our check in smooth and continued to be warm and smiling the whole time even if she has a lot of people in her queue.

I ultimately could not reach the hotel and had to pay for another hotel of similar standard the same night, for a similar price, on top of stress and wasted time.

When we checked in we the lady at the check in asked us what time did we prefer to take the boat on our check out date and we said 1pm.

Since we all arrive by the same boats, opening a couple of check-in windows instead of just one would help streamline the process and reduce the queues.

When I booked the stay, I opted for the all inclusive.Since theres no option and its not in the list, I ve chosen the full board.

Teach the new lady how to make new key rooms. She failed to make a working key twice and we almost missed the boat

When we checked in, I was also informed that its all in.. When we tried to order drinks(alcoholic), they said its not included.

From check-in to check-out, every member of the team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and valued.

We got a welcome drink on arrival, Hajar upgraded our room, and arranged late check-out for the next day.

They allowed me to do a later check out, I took the last ferry out back to Dubai.

The checkin and checkout process especially journey through boat, both onward and return journey were very painful.

On the day of check out the happy hour promotion appeared on the screen in the lift.

When we mentioned all of this at check out, we were given a free drink each.

A night was requested to be canceled and there has been no response from the hotel.

Had an early flight next morning so had to catch 6 am boat no problems

We had to wait for more than 50 minutes to finally get into our room.

Special mention to Katrina who got us a swift and smooth check in and out.

- Room was not ready in time and the hotel was not that busy

The check-in process was exceptionally slow, which was quite frustrating after a long journey.

I asked about drinks packages and was informed that they didn't have them.

What I didn't like about the accommodation is the parking situation; there is no designated parking for hotel guests and the situation is really bad. I hope they provide parking because the situation is awful. 👎🏻

The hotel does not have a designated parking area, and there is also no place at the cruise ship terminal for hotel guests to rest.

Nothing just to have a parking for the cars before taking the boat as we had to park far and walk in this hot weather

For those planning to go, focus: as soon as you book, they will send you the parking information and boat reservation.

I didn’t like the arrangement of the yacht first there was no place to park in the spot place.

And if you have happiness and enthusiasm, they will give you a discount, don’t worry.

My car was fined in the parking lot designated by the hotel for customers.

There are no parking spaces at the port, and the area is very limited.

I hope to provide special parking for visitors to the island for cars.

The Spa was hard to locate and had only one therapist and one room - they told us to come back in the morning as 2 therapists would be available in the couples double treatment room.

To be honest, the gym and spa didn’t meet the standards one would expect from this hotel.

The spa is not open yet and some facilities are still yet to come.

The massage at the spa was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Unable to use the spa facility & construction still ongoing around the island.

Spa was in a temporary location which encountered a lot of noise.

We had a relaxing spa experience with Ms. Zoding and Ms. Oktarini.

Only downside was the spa wasn’t available during my short stay.

The massage is wonderful; I recommend it for therapeutic purposes.
