Our point to the manager was that the company were well aware of the noise pollution and they should a) be communicating this on their site and b) not checking guests into those rooms.

All in all, eventhough the W Hotel is stated as an adults only hotel, their bespoke experience is sure to evoke the delight of your inner child.

Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family wanting a luxurious and fun experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the W Hotel.

I recently stayed at the W Hotel Dubai, and overall, it was a fantastic experience, though there are a few things to note.

Despite the construction noise and minor service issues at the front desk, the W Hotel Dubai still provides a stylish and comfortable stay.

Amazing hotel linked to the meridian an Westin so get to use all facilities in all three hotels including the private beaches.

From the moment we checked in we were treated like special guests, we had an amazing stay, the W beach is lovely.

We chose the hotel to celebrate my partners 30th birthday, and the effort and care taken from the team was incredible.

W continues to be one of the most unique and consistently excellent hotels across the world.

They put up balloons, gave us little treats, and made sure we had a great room.

Every detail has been thought of, service is exceptional and the room was absolutely beautiful.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious getaway!

Special mention to Francis and Francisco Lin, it was a pleasure to meet you both.

What should have been a relaxing break as I am in recuperation, sadly was not.

I have stayed at 4 hotels in Dubai and this was by far the best.

Highly recommend, shout out to all of the staff from the porters to waiters!

By day 3, they even figured out my training schedule and I was pleasantly surprised when Wilson, one of their staff members, gave me additional water and got my taxi prepped without me having to ask.

Every single staff member we encountered was outstanding — from the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, to the friendly and attentive staff at the swimming pool, and the exceptional service at the restaurant.

While the service at the front desk could have been friendlier and more personable—there was a sense of distraction at check-in—the staff at the outdoor bar and Flamingo restaurant were exceptional.

All the staff were so kind and helpful especially the women who works at the W store who helped my grandmother find the hotel salon.

Another excellent service was provided by the Ginger moon staff, they wrote me a message card during my last day stay, this is so sweet.

The W’s Whatever/Whenever concierge service also deserves a gold medal in patience, answering all my questions (even the silly ones) with utmost care and consideration.

Moosa made Aleena’s 50th birthday unforgettable with balloons, cake, skincare gifts, a framed photo, and a handwritten card – a truly special touch.

They made it unforgettable- extra special thanks to Assma, Hadjer, Anna & Basni, they are a credit to the hotel.

He went the extra mile every single time we asked for help and always with a smile and absolute courtesy.

Our receptionist- Ainora- efficiently checked us in and welcome tidbits, refreshments and a lovely note greeted us at our rooms.

Szilvia is the lead concierge and everyone smiles, is attentive but not intrusive, and brings joy to the moment.

The staff made our stay very special with wonderful little treats and surprises while we celebrated a special occasion.

Every single interaction we had was very friendly and everyone wanted to go above and beyond for us.

Thanks also to Siri, Paul, and Jad for their outstanding service including all the hotel room cleaners.

The staff collectively go out of their way to give you a holiday experience like no other.

Anthony provided some of the best service and is such a positive energy.

The service is customized it is just amazing.

Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Service was excellent and prompt.

Was given the wrong room that I had paid for initially and told there were no other rooms available even though I received a message before hand telling me everything was ready.

Whilst it was not very noticeable from inside the room, it made the balcony unusable as the building work was 24/7 and the noise from the balcony was unbearable.

When I complained about not having the sea view I paid for, magically within 7 minutes this room was available...not something I expect from a W hotel.

Even though I was moved to a quiet room for 2 nights, I feel they should not have given out this room to anyone.

We initially booked a horrible room at the Address Marina and chose to not ruin our trip to Dubai and booked the W.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and sleek, modern bathrooms, offering a blend of comfort and style.

I believe my room is a connecting room and it has a door which can access to another room.

The only negative, which is common in Dubai, was the building work going on adjacent to the hotel.

The hotel areas we used, as well as our room were all very clean and well maintained.

Our room was on the side of the building and not directly in front of the beach.

Yes, there was construction on left side of building, but no noise from our room.

If you are staying ask for a room away from the building site.

They put balloons and a cake in our room which was lovely.

Adnan arranged an upgrade to a beautiful corner room with breathtaking views.

My room was spacious and had stunning views of the marina.

Really bad if you are on a business trip or just looking to relax, between thr multiple bars and clubs and pool parties, and the amount of 24/7 constructions next to it, it is always noisy...everywhere!

The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore nearby shopping, dining, and attractions, though there is some ongoing construction nearby that can lead to noise, particularly during the day.

I’ve stayed many times in Dubai but not in this part of Dubai or this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had read a couple reviews about the noise from the beach club keeping people up but we did not have any issues.

The hotel was close to the marina but a 20-25 minute drive to the malls and even furthrer from old Dubai.

There was a new hotel being built right outside the hotel and the piling started at 6am.

Only down fall was some of the music the Dj was playing was sometimes a bit off

Building work stating very early in the morning, drilling plies into the ground, directly next door.

Close to the Walk and easy enough to walk to the metro for access downtown.

You have free access to several resorts and beach clubs walking distance in the area.

The noise from the bar / nightclub on the top floor every night until 02:00AM.

It played passed 1am and I was unable to get any sleep.

The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city.

There is construction work going on and very noisy.

The noise was also very apparent on the beach.

The noise from Barasti was unbearable til about 2.30am

Despite the nearby construction noise (beyond their control).

Few people want lobsters & big dinners at lunch time whilst by the pool, but they wouldn’t do a cesear salad for us.

Everything al a carte and bottles of wine free flowing in all 3 of the hotels.

Dining at Flamingo was also a highlight, with delicious food in a trendy setting.

It it TIME this was sorted neither content nor volume match the clientele

The only disappointment was a rooftop bar that served very pricey minuscule dishes.

Tuesday at beach club great value 145 for ladies drinks all afternoon.

At Mare, I’ve Never seen a worse food menu for poolside ever.

Goes against everything I’ve seen previously in Dubai in relation to service.

The music content/volume at breakfast in Ginger Moon are simply inappropriate

It’s like an evening dinner menu & a few small plates.

Make sure you visit Attiko, the rooftop bar.

Do not recommend eating at the rooftop restaurant.

Cocktails in the hotel lounge were perfect.

Same thing everyday. boring dinner and lunch.

But we have issue with the bluetooth speaker which can easily connected by the nearby room with few attempts and tune the volume to the max in the midnight.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and a stunning rooftop bar offering great views of the city.

I think this issue can be solve by setting the bluetooth speaker with password so that nearby room can't connect the speaker easily.

The hotel gives you access to facilities at Westin & Meridien next door.

The facilities are amazing especially the beach couldn’t fault our stay.

The best part of the hotel is option to use Westins pools as it’s only pool and bar is a terrible shabby very old looking English pub.

Upper pool MUST STAY OPEN TILL 10 PM , 8 PM IS TOO EARLY TO CLOSE THE UPPER POOL IN ADULTS ONLY HOTEL.

This is adults only but there were children at the pool and the beach also pool closes at 8.

The Director of Operations, Olecia even set us up at the pool deck with complimentary cappuccinos.

Pool is good but they need to put proper music on, it’s just a noise.

Pool area very comfortable for a relaxing day and free use of beach club.

But head to Westins pool bars and you get quality facilities and service.

Pool, although gorgeous, it’s not big enough, everyone squashed together.

I was charged $80 additional per day for breakfast at the time of booking when it is only $44 to pay each day at the hotel.

Food quality good, breakfast v nice, table service for coffee and egg based options with a vast buffet too.

Breakfast at Ginger Moon is worth it as the food selection is varied, delicious and well-thought out.

If you’re wondering whether breakfast is worth it- I would say yes without hesitation.

Check the breakfast rates and DO NOT pay hotels.com or Expedia.

From tea and water in the lobby during check-in to room service being more than making the bed, the service and experience were "punching above its weight class."

I was downgraded upon arrival to a 2 bed room With less space and construction right out my window.

I asked to be switched and I was moved to a room 1 bed room I originally payed for.

Next time we are going to request a room on the other side of the hotel.

When i checked in the told me that there are no twin rooms left.

Our check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for our stay.

This hotel has no respect to its customers , reservations or travelers.
