Conrad Singapore Marina Bay Reviews: Everything Guests Say

We reviewed 1,102 reviews of Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, of which 351 contained specific, relevant feedback. We’ve grouped these insights by topic to make it easy to see what guests say about each aspect of the property.
Of the reviews analysed, 751 were excluded because they contained little or no specific feedback relevant to the detailed analysis.

Ambience, cleanliness, quality, Splendid Service, 24/7 Gym, pool timings till late in the night, sustainable water bottles, amazing food spread, overall staff politeness and eagerness to assist, excellent location and proximity to the other mall / restaurants.
Very old hotel, bad food, average staff, poor view from property, no terrace restaurant, below average property charging 70000 per night doesn’t make sense, rather stay at St. Regis which is too good at this price.
I would say it’s newer than the actual chain named 'Hilton' - wherever I've been, the main Hiltons are already quite worn out, and this hotel is truly luxurious and fresh.

While I was alone this time, the warm welcome, beautifully decadent interior, and amazing staff made me feel so well taken care of.
The lounge was small and quickly filled up; while there were light snacks available, they could not be described as tasty.
It’s a lovely property in a great location to explore the main hub of Singapore, particularly around the Marina.

I will be having my wedding this month at the Conrad Tokyo, which my daughter frequently enjoys using.
An extremely pleasant stay in lovely surroundings, and charming staff very much on hand to help.
Hotel was generally excellent, in a good location, very close to MRT station and attractions.

You won’t be disappointed if you choose this place, its a genuine 5 star
The luxury is really felt both in the interiors and in the service.
Its a first and many more visits to Conrad Singapore Marina Bay!

Staying there feels safe, and like you’re in extremely good hands.
Overall it is a good and pleasant stay as always.
Been to this hotel a couple of time for staycation.

Thank you Conrad Marina Bay for a wonderful stay.
I had an incredibly satisfying stay at the hotel.
Lovely stopover on way back to the UK.

We have had relaxing and enjoyable stay there.
All around a great place to stay.
Amazing hotel, super clean and great service.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay.
Captures a nostalgia; my favorite hotel.
Positive stay with a great view.

I had a wonderful stay.
You just feel at ease!
I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Would recommend the Conrad Centennial.
Will definitely be back again!!
Amazing must stay hotel.

To the reception group, the concierge, the personnel at Oscar’s like Tweet and Ganelsh, Vanessa at the Chinese restaurant, Akbar and Ghaz at the wellness/gym, and many other staff members not mentioned here - we say thank you very much.
The staff make a great effort in remembering names and addressing you as you enter and leave the hotel to start and end your day, and it just gives that extra touch.
The only other teeny tiny issue we encountered during our stay was In the Main lobby bar one evening and was dealt with swiftly and professionally by Matthew.

Our particular thanks to the delightful Axl who served us one morning and took time to give us information and advice about Singapore. Most helpful.
She said she was sorry then disappeared, came back and said "we marked your profile that you prefer a room away from the elevator".
From front desk to concierge to Executive Lounge staff, we were made to feel welcome with a friendly smile and excellent service

The front office warmly welcomed us and provided us the rooms immediately understanding our distress and our condition of slaying all night!
Special thanks to Khai and Junior for their outstanding service – they went above and beyond to make the stay memorable.
All smiley and warm to start off our stay in the hotel, nice gesture of showing us to our rooms.

A true Gem in your hotel, they are very attentive and incredibly friendly, clearly doing their jobs with conviction.
I pointed out the poor customer service - the manager eventually agreed to the upgrade aggressively and sarcastically.
Thank you all! Special thanks to Nurisa, Benjamin and Aiman for making our 5th stay so special.

The warm welcome, beautifully decadent interior, and amazing staff made me feel so well taken care of.
Benjamin and all his colleagues in the Club Lounge were top of their game in hospitality.
Huge thanks to Concierge Fasle, Guest Experience Manager Shamien, and Director of Front Office Joan Seng.

Akbar, pool bar man, nothing was too much trouble and brought drinks all day long.
Thank you to everyone at Team Conrad Marina Bay – you made our stay exceptional.
Staff are really outstanding, and I really appreciate their hospitality and great attitude and treatment.

Benjamin was very friendly and attentive in providing us with our drinks and snacks.
I particularly like your concierge services particularly Desiree and Cathrine who were exceptionally helpful.
Every employee in this hotel exemplifies the upper class touch to your stay.

Very kind gesture and we loved our stay at the Conrad hotel 😊
Conrad is fortunate to have such a great asset on your staff.
He refused to provide a rollaway and insisted we use the sofa.

Benjamin in the executive lounge was exceptionally attentive, courteous, and helpful.
She was fantastic we were hoping to see her again when we were leaving to say thank you but unfortunately she was not in however that let us meet another star of the team Khai who was fantastic giving us suggestions of places to go on our next stops
As I said we made full use of the lounge on the 31st floor where members of the team did a Stirling job at keeping glasses full, food fresh and appealing with a great choice of everything from Soft drinks, coffee, tea, wine, spirits & cocktails.

Then Wow, from the First Greeting from Junior, as you arrive at the Front Door The Conrad Marina Bay and all of its Staff ,is nothing but Class, Professionalism and Fabulous Service until your Personal Goodbye from Junior to wave you off.
I messaged the hotel a few days in advance because I wanted some flowers delivered to the hotel and to be in the room when we arrived (this was a birthday surprise for my partner) as well as some birthday decorations.
Miao (spelling?) at the front desk was always especially helpful, even when she encountered us walking through the lobby; as was the female concierge, who wrote detailed suggestions for the best spots for a sunset view of Singapore with drinks.

We were given rooms on the same level as the lounge and I would prefer in the future to be on a different level at this particular hotel as we were constantly greeted every time we got off the elevator which would be nice when visiting the lounge but a little annoying when just heading into and out of the room.
I had to call the hotel from the room after me and my partner had already arrived which made for an extremely awkward experience for them to show up 15 mins later to deliver the goods after we had already inspected the room and been disappointed by the quality vs amount paid.
The room was not thoroughly clean when you were staying on for more days....I would find dirt that I left after they had cleaned.....they would make the bed nicely but it would be noticeable that the cleaning was not thorough. .when that happens...itputs me off..

The rooms are spacious and very nice with lovely bathrooms- they probably just need a little bit of tlc- we had some mold in our bathroom in the shower area which really should have been cleared.
That’s just a personal preference for this specific hotel as we enjoyed being on the executive level at other hotels where the lounge check in desk was further from the elevator.
Nice refurnished room, big, spacious, with a very good bathroom, nice views from both sides of the hotel (no matter which room you get, views will always be good).

It is the perfect size for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, as we each had our own space plus a spacious lounge area to share.
The rooms weee modern in every sense, from multiple lighting options, a bathtub and separate shower, high thread count bed linens, and a welcoming space.
We stayed in Room 2201, an Executive Suite with a lounge area. It was spacious, modern, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable.

The room itself was well appointed and spacious and the attention to detail with all the little extras was lovely.
The bed was one of the comfiest beds i’ve ever slept in and the robes were very comfortable too.
One highlight - a complimentary box of scrumptious Curry Leaf Macadamia nut cookies made by the hotel’s chefs.

There was a lovely bathroom with his and hers wash basins and a very powerful rain shower.
Stayed for two nights in a great King room with partial view of the Marina Bay.
Beds were great, rooms clean, Housekeeping comes twice a day so you want for nothing.

Peeling carpet in the elevator (the carpets are clean in the old InterContinental as well).
Conrad pays attention to all of the details, making our stay feel very relaxing.
Stayed in the club floors which was so worth the slight extra cost

The room was also spacious and made for a comfortable overnight stay.
Similar to our previous stay, we booked an Executive King Room.
Our room was on the 26th floor and it was lovely.

One does not constantly hear the ping-ping of the elevators
The room is very clean and has been maintained well.
A really fabulous skyline of Singapore and Marina Bay.

The room was absolutely beautiful, it was extremely clean.
Our second time here in an executive room.
Mattress was firm, room very clean n well maintained.

Our rooms had views of the bay.
The view from our room was amazing!
The rooms were lovely and big.

The Conrad Marina Bay is a SUPERB 5-star hotel located close to the MRT (underground train station), bus stations and endless shops & restaurants in Suntec City that offers 5 tower blocks of shopping, including pharmacies, hair & nail services, supermarkets, etc.
Normally we stay in the Hilton on Orchard Rd and it was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of Orchard for once, though that area is easy to get to with the MRT and 36 bus stop outside.
The place is strategically located in Marina Square between 3 shopping complexes, which in turn will be close to cafes, restaurants, and other services like currency exchange, as well as being near major events in the marina.

All of these are within 5-10 min walks which are underground (under cover) keeping you out of the rain or heat as Singapore seems to have the best air conditioning in large spaces I've ever experienced.
It has easy access right from the exit of the MRT Promenade station, and is within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, making it a great location for sightseeing.
The location is on spot, centrally located with a short walk to bus or train for ease of travel to all key sightseeing areas, plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to choose from too.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to a metro station and very few stops from all of the places you would want to visit on a trip to the city.
We did walk back one evening from the marina where the Merlion was located. This was a little bit of a walk, but appreciated after eating food at dinner.
It's wonderfully located for Singapore's great public transport - everywhere is accessible by bus or underground train (the MRT) - using a contactless Mastercard or Visa.

In terms of location, there's a bus stop to the airport right in front, and the subway station is right next door, which is convenient.
The outside view is very good , and the hotel location is convenient, near hotel has shopping center , there have many restaurants.
We walked around most of the "central" districts, and found it fine as long as you stop and buy some drinks periodically.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the MRT (Promenade station) and close to the malls (Suntec, Millenia).
Closed to metro stations even though we used grab most of the time to stay away from the heat weather.
The location is also extremely central and convenient to either walk to many places, or take a short Grab.

A wonderful hotel close to MRT ( underground) station and walking distance of Marina Bay and shopping Mall.
Particularly given its location to many of the attractions in Singapore and its proximity to the MRT.
Also it was easy to get to the nearby Suntec mall which has a massive foodcourt.

We booked the hotel due to its proximity to the F1 track for the T100 race
Conveniently near the safe MRT subway station that takes you directly into Marina Bay area!
The attention to detail that was made over the Christmas holiday was absolutely superb.

The area around the hotel has many shopping plazas for those so inclined.
This hotel by the location is by far the best in business
Interior and location (next to shopping avenues, food courts, subway station, etc.)

The location, the staffs, the size of the room, the comfort.
Shops and dining were a few steps from the hotel.
In a convenient location near Marina and plenty of shops.

Great staff and easy to catch Grab/taxi as needed.
Area around the property was nice, safe, and walkable.
Location is convenient and close to the attractions.

One notable exception to this and the reason we risked 2 mornings in the main restaurant was the fresh Masala Dosa, if this had been available in the Exec Lounge we would not have ventured down to Oscars for breakfast at all.
We also ate breakfast a couple of times in-the main restaurant downstairs, this can only be described as a free for all with very little chance of getting a second cup of coffee, trust me I tried many times.
The breakfast and dinner included in the plan were both buffets at Oscar's on the first floor, and I was particularly satisfied with the main dishes and desserts during dinner, which were very delicious.

Complimentary breakfast for the 3 of us was phenomenal; full service massive international buffet that is normally priced at S$50++ per person in a bright beautiful dining area with plenty of seating for everybody.
The options also are very limited and mot ip to the level (and I saw many comments here mentioning similar comments, Wondering why the hotel has not taken any corrective measure till now ?!)
There were a lot of guests and most mornings we had to eat breakfast in the lobby, and didn't realise until the last morning that there were more breakfast options in the main restaurant.

In-room dining selection could've have more hollistic, e.g. for breakfast selection i.e. Asian Breakfast or Continental Breakfast which has a selection as part of set meal instead of having to choose items individually.
Shame about the queue for a table for the buffet breakfast after about 8am, but once in, the breakfast is very good with many chefs and lots of Asian options
There are negative points such as plate and cup stains during breakfast, and not much change over the 5-day stay, which subtracts from ‘Conrad's breakfast being delicious, including in Japan.’

The hotel was busy when we were there which gave a good vibe generally but the busyness did cause some issues at breakfast in the main restaurant, Oscar’s.
Breakfast was a shambles - massive wait times and the breakfast room way too small I have not idea why this was not addressed
Breakfast was incredible, with a huge variety of choices and a global buffet selection, all served by the most welcoming and attentive staff.

The restaurant of the breakfast is very small, and you have wait sometimes up to 15 minutes to have a table.
We dined each morning at the hotel, as breakfast was included in our reservation, and the buffet did not disappoint.
They offer a great breakfast, with made to order eggs/omelettes as well as asian offerings and a coffee bar.

The Breakfast was very busy every morning, but the services was still great, and the selection food was interesting.
The operation was a well oiled machine - there was a wait but it moved fast and efficiently.
Tried the strawberry tea at the lounge which was very nice but refills for tea/coffee were slow.

I did not make it there for lunch but I spent a pleasant hour there one evening.
We didn’t order breakfast just because breakfast is only until 10:00, and we have terrible jet lag!
The breakfast room didn't seem quite big enough for the demand, resulting in queues every morning.

My friend had a multitude of 'normal' options available for breakfast and enjoyed it immensely.
Breakfast venue was overcrowded and inadequate for the number of people, requiring lengthy queues.
There was a wide variety of delicious food and the service was terrific.

Breakfast was expensive but worthy since there aren’t many good options nearby.
The hotel can’t seem to cope with it’s number of guests.
We enjoyed a full delicious breakfast each morning at Oscars

Breakfast was excellent, very rich and for various tastes.
Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.
Hubby really enjoyed all the delicious Asian offerings.

One of the highlights of the lounge is that complimentary free-flow wines are served from 2:30 PM right through to the end of the evening cocktail session, which is a wonderful perk for Executive Lounge guests.
Lack of bidet; early closure of pool bar, lack of sauna / jacoozi, limited gym area, crowded breakfast area, lack of floor no. display at the lift areas.
Even though we did not use a lot of the on-site amenities like the gym & executive lounge, they were well maintained, clean and of high standard.

The afternoon tea especially, this was not the usual executive lounge afternoon tea but an afternoon tea that could rival London top hotel paid for afternoon teas
The pool is about 25 meter length and opens early (around 6am) but they will close it when it rains due to the risk of lightening.
Create more pleasing atmosphere, by adding rest seats, as the pool lounge is not allowed to be used, unless you’re a club member( which we are!).

There is a cake/pastry shop inside the hotel that we really enjoyed - if you love cakes or desserts i recommend checking this place out.
It felt more elevated than most lounges where the staff seat you at a table and check you in, almost like a light restaurant experience.
We used the gym showers on the last day to change ready for our flight and can say the facilities there were good too.

Hope to return for another stay at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, and this time I must try the gym, spa and swimming pool terrace.
As our room was not quite ready, we were invited to relax at the Executive Lounge while housekeeping completed the preparations.
As Hilton Diamond members we were given access to the executive lounge and this lounge is beautiful, food is good.

In the restaurant Oscars, it was essentially Park, Yoga, and Joy, as well as the German CEO of the kitchen.
Also the number of lifts seemed insufficient for the size of the hotel, again sometimes leading to quite long waits.
There was an air purifier in the corridor or our floor which makes you not feel convinced of the quality.

The gym was not exceptionally big but had all the cardio equipment I needed and was all well maintained.
Gym is 24-hours and it is a really nice gym, I enjoyed my daily 5am workouts there.
As much as we liked the executive lounge space, it was also often very cold there.

Those serving were fantastic in their delivery of high quality and friendly customer service.
Especially noteworthy was the hospitality and choices of food in the Executive Lounge.
As a Hilton Diamond member, we had access to the executive lounge.

There was an issue with the toilet which as resolved almost immediately.
Amenities wise not quite as up there as the rivals nearby.
(and don’t let me forget the view from the 31st floor.

The hotel is an excellent hotel with a wonderful facility.
Need to check bath room facilities are in gd condition.
The bakery on site makes the best cookies ever.

I also recommend the sustainability practices they are observing.
Hotel lobby is spacious and well maintained.
The screen mirroring function did not work.

At the time of check-out, we asked for a late check-out because I had an appointment at the spa, and they granted it to me just before check-out. I mentioned that I would need to take a shower and change.
Upon checkout in the morning the women at the desk asked how out stay was and I told her everything was A+ except the noise from the elevator kept me up.
Both at the breakfast buffet and at the elevators, there were sometimes quite long waiting times between 8 AM and 11 AM as well as in the late afternoon (check-in phase).

The check-in agent thanked me for my loyalty, checked me into an upgraded room at 930am, explained my executive lounge benefits and sent up extra pillows as I requested.
I asked for the manager, the assistant responded and said - I have a room but it has two twin beds or I can give you a downgraded room!
On the day of check-in, they told us we could use the room until 4 PM, which was a great help since we were traveling with small children.

Firstly the good, I had contacted the hotel a couple of times before Arrival to ensure our room was not released due to our very late arrival.
I was left with no choice but to take the downgraded room with the full price I paid since I have a virtual meeting in thirty minutes!!
On the last day, I was able to leave my suitcase in the room before checkout, go sightseeing, and then pick it up, which was convenient.

I took a night flight and arrived in the morning, and they kindly allowed me to check in early, so I was able to rest comfortably.
This shouldn’t have been a worry as everything was in good order when we did finally arrive the following morning from our booked arrival day.
She said she was sorry then disappeared, came back and said "we marked your profile that you prefer a room away from the elevator".

The late check out on the last day was particularly appreciated as was having a room ready for us on arrival from the UK.
In-house staff also need to make a reservation for lunch, but no such information was provided to us at the time of check-in.
When I checked out , the staff said he would email me the receipt etc … never received the receipt at all !!!

On check in we were asked if we would like to upgrade to the Executive experience and we are glad we did.
The best I hoped for was to leave my luggage at the hotel and spend the day in a calm, cool environment.
Check in from the front entrance to getting to out rooms was a pleasure and everyone was so nice and accommodating.

The biggest disadvantage of high occupancy was that one could not book a late check-out (of course for an additional fee).
We checked in at night time around 8 pm and were not told that the hotel had construction work going on.
The reason they missed that one star is because on check in they gave me a room behind the elevator.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Yu Zhen, who displayed great hospitality and professionalism throughout the check-in process.
Came at 1230 but room was supposed to be ready by 3pm but had to wait till almost 5pm.
But the ladies at the front desk came through with a room and complimentary early check in.

She answered in 45 minutes and said she is happy to call a cab for us.
We booked through AMEX Platinum and got 100$ credit with an upgrade and late checkout.
An express check in would really help especially for guest flying in from distance.

Was given a small complimentary cake by Daniel and his colleagues during check-in.
It was a very smooth experience from check in to check out.
Then the kicker - the room wasn’t ready - at 6 pm.

The restaurant is not very cozy - it resembles more a train station waiting area and is exceedingly loud - so it's not suitable for fine dining, but the quality of the food is that of fine dining.
However, I didn't like seating arrangements for small families especially, when we were seated near large groups of people even if there were empty tables or in the corner at an inconvenient spot.
The Executive Lounge offerings and restaurant options were varied and of high quality, and we looked forward to our meals each day because of the good selection and taste.

Restaurant can be very busy during breakfast time and I can see that the staff works relentlessly and professionally to keep things in order.
We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant with a perfectly cooked steak and a glass of red wine – a delightful culinary experience.
Oscars even provided some delicious Burrata Salad, Caesar salad and chicken pasta for my wife to take to a friend's house for lunch.

Of course, the prices are several times higher than in Korea... but I highly recommend the seafood sundubu and bibim makguksu haha.
The food served at our niece weeding on 9 March 2025 is rather disappointing and only deserved 1 or no star rating.
Every day brought new deliciousness: fresh seafood, local delights like laksa, international dishes, and desserts that made us question our willpower.

Everything felt well thought out, from the refreshing vanilla spritz at the start to the beautifully plated sweets and savouries.
The Vanilla Pod dessert and matcha vanilla cake stood out for me, and the scones were warm and buttery.
Service was smooth and the free-flow TWG tea and Bacha Coffee made the whole experience feel relaxing and complete.

We also tried out Oscar’s buffet with the USD$100 benefit from Amex - ended up contributing an extra $60SGD.
And if you're craving Korean food, check out Bukchangdong Sundubu in the building next door. It's really good.
They came up with something in between but left a bitter taste of non respecting what was promised.

The food in the lounge was a great spread as well the food in Oscars restaurant.
Breakfast was included, and you could choose between the executive lounge or the main restaurant (Oscar’s).
They had an omelet station, eggs, pastries, breads, juices, coffee, plus a variety of Asian dishes.

Room service was extremely good and the Nasi Goring was so amazing I had it twice!
Loved the savoury bites too, especially the scallop with vanilla espuma and the truffle egg brioche.
Oscars restaurant caters for all nationalities and has buffet or al a carte at dinner.

One setback was that they were unable to reserve us a buffet dinner at Oscar's.
Oscar’s is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant and now officially our favourite buffet in Singapore.
We tried two of the hotel restaurants but found the dining experience lacking, unfortunately.

The hotel has a great executive lounge and large breakfast offerings in their restaurant.
Huge breakfast selection at the restaurant at the ground floor, we enjoyed it.
The breakfast in Oscar’s had more options but both was very good.

Promised discount for New year dinner was later refused by restaurant staff.
Maybe the receptionist was unable to inform staff about the Oscars.
We also had lunch in the terrace bar,

The pool on the 4th floor although small was more than adequate although very close to the conference suite making it a little uncomfortable when the conference broke out for coffee or lunch and you were swimming or lounging in pool wear.
Also maybe a sign outside the pool bar saying private event may help resident guests not to use the bar instead of being almost told off by pool staff when looking for the rest room, I am not a mind reader.
The poolside bar (snacks) also closed at 6 PM, and I wanted to have a drink or relax by the pool before or after dinner, but I couldn't.

Pool area, although nothing fancy, offered ample lounge chairs & sheltered cabanas and a great way to cool off after a long hot afternoon out.
We waited for 1 hr after this to use the pool, without one single lightning strike anywhere to be seen, yet nope.
After a long day, sitting by the pool with a light drink served by Sky and Akbar takes the stress away.

I did not have time to go there but will definitely do so if I am ever there again.
Pool was a bit boring. not much atmosphere. but gave us time to relax so not a big deal.
The lifeguard wouldn’t have it. Very disappointing behaviour and given that S$600pn hotel, this behaviour was unacceptable.

The hotels gym and swimming pool were really nice areas to relax albeit the very humid temperatures.
I felt that the pool facilities were somewhat inferior compared to the overall quality of the hotel.
Nice pool - but tooo many kids : screaming , running, make too much noise

The pool area is lovely to chill out on after a day of sightseeing.
The pool menu, the a la cart and the bar menu were the same
The pool staff were also very attentive, which made the experience even better.

Now, if we had one tiny complaint: the pool closes at midnight.
The pool water is clean and the length is suitable for swimming.
Hopefully they can make the pool's water just a little bit warmer.

The pool is large with easy access for young and old.
It was sunny by the pool for a long time.
Pool very small & no sauna&steam bath like 3star hotel!

Small pool but to be expected in city hotel
There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor.
Good, but don’t plan to use the pool….

Gym and pool facilities are also very good.
My children found the pool quite cold.
The gym and pool are especially good.

Nice view at the pool area.
A nice pool to enjoy.
Some time by the pool

The hotels gym and swimming pool were really nice areas to relax albeit the very humid temperatures.
Poolside and gym attendant, gentlemen named Sky, went out of his way to accommodate our needs.
Gym is open 24 hours and stocked with water which I enjoyed.

Equipment in the 24hour gym was good for a Hotel setup.
Gym and pool facilities are also very good.
Great gym & spa on 4th floor.

The gym and pool are especially good.
The gym is premium. Great amenities.
The gym was great.

Outstanding gym
Nice gym,

Great also to be able to have a shower in the lovely spa area before you head home.
Pin and Yan from Spa for the wonderful facial and massage especially when my wife is pregnant.
I would highly recommend the Conrad Spa, and particularly Shirley, to any guests at this hotel.

Had a fabulous massage from Sue and enjoyed the hot ginger tea.
A five star service from Shirley at the Conrad Marina Bay Spa.
I've been making it at home, it was that delicious.

Great gym & spa on 4th floor.
Easy to schedule service for desired time.
Spa area doesn’t have steam, sauna.

Would have liked a sauna
The spa service was excellent,

We had a Driver and Vehicle booked through Conrad to collect us from the Airport, who helped us all the way through Baggage, Immigration and to our Transport.
From where you can easily reach destinations such as Orchard Road, Chinatown, Little India, or the Botanic Gardens with the Circle Line or Downtown Line
I used Grab as I like it, but they'll call a local taxi for you any time, and that would be cheaper I suspect.

The MRT station Promenade is only about a 5-minute walk away
Metro station is just 2 min walk, cabs are easily available
20 min drive to the airport.
