Guests most often praise the central Chinatown location, clean and modern comfortable rooms, and friendly, attentive service. The hotel is described as quiet, with useful facilities including a pool and gym, and many say they would return. A few reviews call it overpriced or lacking atmosphere; one flags a mismatch between its advertised five-star rating and a four-star experience.

The hotel manager Frida made it special for us during one of the evenings when we went to the Social Lounge during the indulgence hour by making special dishes for our dietary restrictions.
On both Friday and Saturday nights, there was extremely loud music coming from outside the property from around 5 PM until close to midnight.
Our city break exploring Singapore was a delight thanks to our stay at Capri by Fraser in the heart of Chinatown.

I recommend CAPRI BY FRASER for any stay in Singapore, if I go back that is where I will return.
I cannot fault the hotel, they looked after us prior to check in time as we arrived early.
The hotel was clean, comfy, and in a great spot—close enough to Orchard but not too crowded.

This was our second stay, and if the price does not increase, we will come again.
I have stayed in Singapore more than 10 times, and this is definitely my favorite.
Hotel was overall a great value due to quality and location for the price.

This hotel will be the first choice of my next visit to SG ♥️
The serviced residence offers modern, well-designed rooms, excellent amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We will come back for sure and can only recommend to stop here.

Overall, the hotel ranks closer to a 4* hotel than a 5*.
It was a very clean and comfortable hotel with a great location.
We had a great time and would happily stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel for everything you look for in a trip
As stated above the hotel calls it self a 5* hotel.
Really liked this place and we will go back there again.

I’d recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning.
The hotel was spotless and had an upscale, modern feel.
Would not have booked it if I would have known.

It misses a central lounge/bar in which to relax.
I really had a good time in this hotel.
This hotel is lovely, so clean and well kept

I would certainly recommend to friends family band colleges.
If I must to say something Than its will be about toilet. but it's my own feeling - I am not big fan of glass door toilets. but the glass match modern room design. so Everything is good
We extended our hotel stay for one more day before our flight, paid at the reception with a card, and after our departure, the amount was charged again to the card linked to booking.

Although comfortable and convenient value for money is questionable so whether or not we would stay here again depends on cost compared to other similar properties in similar location at the time of booking.
We arrive at the hotel and are presented with a leaflet stating that tonight is the annual electrical system inspection and that power will be cut for short periods during the night.
Wonderful hotel, great service, perfectly located near Chinatown, everything is close, subway entrance within 700 meters, water filter in the rooms, small practical kitchen, cleanliness, quality. Go for it without hesitation!!!!

Location: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore1,135 relevant reviews
Guests repeatedly praise the central Chinatown location, with the MRT nearby and convenient access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and hawker centres. Many attractions are walkable, including Boat Quay and Clarke Quay in about 10 minutes and Merlion Park in about 15; Marina Bay is also accessible on foot or by metro. Some note it is away from Orchard Road.

It is very central, right in the middle of Chinatown with a lot of daytime and nighttime activity, places for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.. shops.. You can even walk 25 minutes to Marina Bay Sands (we like to walk).
The Telok Ayer metro exits A and B is 50 m and China town stop just 30m from the hotel (although there are many exits! D and E are closest.
The property itself was in an excellent location, close to the MRT too, so it was easy to get about and visit all the tourist hot spots.

The location was right near Chinatown with lots of restaurants, and being vegetarian there was a great SuperGreen cafe right across from the Hotel.
The location is simply perfect, you can explore many great sights on foot, with a Hawker Center and excellent restaurants and cafes nearby.
Location is just perfect! Everything is within the walking distance (if you can walk outside in Singapore for longer than 5 mins).

Getting to Arab Street, Orchard Road, and Little India is also very convenient, taking only 10 to 15 minutes by MRT.
The property is located in the Chinatown area, just a 5-minute walk to Chinatown Point shopping centre and the metro station.
It was a convenient location near the MRT station, with a convenience store, Starbucks nearby, and plenty of dining options.

The hotel location was perfect, we managed to walk around the marina bay/park/chinatown and much more without needing a taxi.
The major plus of this establishment is its ideal location in the city, in Chinatown, a very charming neighborhood.
Brilliant location, could walk to many interesting places or easy to get train as couple of stations very close.

The hotel was conveniently located in Chinatown which was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Hawker centres.
Smart, clean, modern hotel in a great location 5mins from China Town and Lau Pa Sat hawker market.
It was so easy to walk to all the main sights of Singapore, including many food markets.

Would book it for the location again but it felt rather like a great 4 star hotel.
Excellent location, very famous Kaya toast restaurant nearby and easy access to Chinatown and other famous places.
Loved how walkable it was to get to various neighborhoods and restaurants, including the marina area.

The location was very central in Chinatown, so we walked everywhere without even using the metro.
Singapore is beautiful, clean, and safe, an excellent hotel is a great complement to the stay
Also close to the MRT so can easily catch the train to and from the airport.

Just outside the building, there are restaurants and a mall where you can find everything.
There are lots of eateries near the hotel as well, with different kinds of cuisines.
Location is perfect, right near Chinatown, close to metro station and lots of restaurants nearby.

It's located at Chinatown which is very close to most of the famous sightseeing spots!
A hotel colloquially known as an international hotel located in the city center, yet there was not a single front desk staff willing to communicate in Chinese, with an arrogant attitude, they even brought out a restaurant cleaner to communicate. We stayed at two hotels on this trip, and this one was the most arrogant.
The location is great, very close to the Chinatown MRT station, conveniently located near major attractions, and near Maxwell and Lau Pa Sat hawker centers. There are also food centers like Hong Lim Food Centre, Ya Kun Kaya Toast, and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh nearby, making it very convenient for eating.

The only downside is that the building very close (5 meters from the front door) is undergoing facade renovation and therefore, there is a lot of noise (saws, scaffolding, etc.) from 9 AM to 10 PM every day including weekends. This temporary situation should be mentioned at the time of booking.
It is close to all the water front attractions that we wanted to visit: Boat Quay and Clark Quay are about 10 mins walk, Merlion Park is about 15 mins walk and Marina Bay Sands complex and Garden by the Bay were within 30 mins on foot.
Good location, just a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Telok Ayer), Chinatown is just around the corner, full of venues, bars, restaurants, and Boat Quay is also nearby, with the Marina Bay area reachable by a nice 30/40 minute walk.

Rooms: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore951 relevant reviews
Guests most often describe rooms as clean, spacious, quiet, and equipped with very comfortable beds. Kitchenettes, basic cookware, and filtered drinking water are useful touches. Some report hair or unclean utensils despite otherwise positive cleanliness feedback. Bathroom layouts can offer little privacy because of glass partitions, and room size and bed arrangements sometimes disappoint; one family was charged extra for a futon.

We tried different types of rooms and in some of them, the bathroom and toilet are simple cubicles with openings at the top and bottom placed in the room and not a proper separate room. (like a cabin by the pool or in locker rooms…)
Maybe I didn't understand from the pictures, but the sink is outside the "shower" so it's a bit less convenient, but that's the type of design in the place and despite that, it is clean and tidy
Bathroom in the room was open space... the sink was in the room and there were two doors, one for the shower and one for the toilet. We didn't find it very functional.

There was a sign advising that we should handle the glass doors to toilet and shower gently and to not hang coat hangers on the handles because it will cause breakage.
You should also have more stuff in the Den room (kitchen towels, etc.) - I had dinner there once and there was nothing we could use to clean ourselves.
Though 3 of us stayed for 4 nights, once the HK change person, he/she didn't give us the correct towel numbers so we had to ask again.

My reading light couldn't be turned off from my side of the bed. Also, the main switch could only be operated from the other bed.
The room was super comfortable, with a microwave, fridge, sink, dishes, kettle, and water osmosis system which was really great for us, super clean.
Not too keen on the room layout (having the toilet and shower as seperate cubicles with the basin as part of the main room)

The hotel then made us pay a significant amount US$100 to have a futon bed brought into the room for the children.
So you had to walk around the bed to turn off most of the light - after you turned of the TV.
The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with useful amenities like a microwave, plates, cutlery, and a drinking water tap.

The light swiches was located randomly, and for some reason the master switch was at the far end of the bed.
The detail of having the shower that we can use after checking out is a huge added value, highly appreciated
And the room lighting, though very good, was so complicated it took an age to turn it off and on.

We wanted a king size bed to aid in our quest and booked a room in this hotel accordingly.
There are no hangers on the walls with risk of making the room very messy with stuff (like towels).
Everything was neat and the room had everything you could need! (refrigerator, kitchenette, hairdryer, iron, filtered water, toiletries, etc.)

The room is clean & shower head is great, love the separable of loo not to affect partner.
The room at Capri by Fraser in Singapore was one of the better rooms we have been in.
The bathrooms were a bit odd, the toilet and shower aren’t sound proof and are also not enclosed.

One detail we especially appreciated was the bidet spray in the bathroom, which is essential for us.
Shower and toilet are just glass cubicles in the room, so a little bit limited in privacy.
Travelling as a couple was quite awkward as the toilet feels like it’s right in the room.

This time, we had two rooms, and one of the bathrooms had a smaller water flow
Some details in the room, for example the toilet is super small and the light system is not practical (the light of the mirror is at the entrance door… the light to the main room is only near the bed… not very practical when I have to turn off all the lights before leaving the room).
I am not sure why, but the lighting system automatically turns on all the lights whenever you come in which is ok in general, but it was super bad when my friend was already sleeping and I came to the room late at night which discomforted his sleep by turning all the lights on unintentionally!

We booked a deluxe room, which was one of the "biggest", but still tiny, there was no free space, bathroom sink was right in the bedroom, toilet and shower had glass doors and not even made up to the ceiling, so no privacy at all.
The AC made a strange smell in the first day and we ask in the reception to check it , they told us they cleaned the filters and it should be fine but toward the last day the AC was bearly working.
I somehow don't get the idea of having the toilet inside the room (only secured by glass doors). It is not private at all so keep in mind if you are not too close with the one you would be staying with.

Staff: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore740 relevant reviews
Staff are repeatedly praised as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with concierge member Subra singled out for exceptional, attentive service. Guests also commend housekeeping, efficient assistance, and flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. A smaller number report cold or unhelpful service, particularly at reception, with one describing being passed between staff late at night.

They scam u into booking with them for two adult and one child but dont provide a bed for the child they will charge for it later and didnt mention anything when booking , so my son had to sleep between us , they tried to hustle us with late check out and make us pay extra
Our experience was capped off with brilliant service and attention from the concierge team , in particular Subra - who was a class act in helping witg bags and transport to Changi with our large group.
Another staff member, Faiz, whom I frequently asked to arrange a taxi, proactively assisted me, especially as I had an issue with my card and could only pay via QR code

The staff were very helpful, including providing cash for a taxi fare on arrival, and providing free baggage storage, and access to showers and changing rooms after checkout.
The staff were so kind and helpful and found me a room so I could shower and get some much needed sleep, with an upgrade too!
Manager guy was always lurking in corridor on his phone - weird and not welcoming when we had to walk past him into lounge.

Concierge guy did the telling off - invading our private space and even moving the table away from me as he did it.
The staff upgraded our room category for free and gave us the highest floor possible so that the child would be happy.
Differente from the receptionist that were not friendly, not helpful and look like they don't want to work and never smile.

I got very wet from a rain shower and immediately received a fresh towel at the reception in the lobby.
Also when checking out being offered a shower at the end of the day is a very good touch.
After having stayed in other hotels during this trip, the staff seemed very cold and impersonal to me.

He was absolutely amazing throughout my stay—always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything I needed.
Loved the position, the swimming pool and the quality of the room and service, especially the concierges.
It's the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team at Capri certainly does that.

Upon reach will have staff to guide u take lift up to lobby for check in.
We call for guest service and request to change room but is not arrange for us.
Special shout out to Hannah on the Front Desk who is warm, kind and efficient!

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The warm gesture from the hotel just made our 17th year wedding anniversary more memorable!
Thank so much to the entire staff especially to managers Fherzana, Maryam and Aril.

Breakfast, lunch and the organization of the restaurant staff, very friendly, professional and helpful
We would come back again because of the great service of Mr Subra!
The team at Capri by Fraser did an excellent job rectifying my mistake

The staff were very helpful and polite, always had a smile for you.
Completely disrespectful to travelers, after placing an order and making a payment on the booking platform, we had to pay nearly 5000 TWD as a deposit upon arrival, and upon checkout, they attempted to charge us for various reasons, each of which we disproved one by one, yet they still insisted on deducting the money.
A hotel colloquially known as an international hotel located in the city center, yet there was not a single front desk staff willing to communicate in Chinese, with an arrogant attitude, they even brought out a restaurant cleaner to communicate. We stayed at two hotels on this trip, and this one was the most arrogant.

One of the staff (older dude) at the breakfast area on my staying date at Friday, 20th is very rude for reminding me on how to wait to be seated, he really dont need to yell and always can ask for my room number as I paid the breakfast already.
He really continued to help me; this person impressed me, he is so kind and humble. On the day of my departure as well, he got up at 4 a.m. to help me with my bags and find me a taxi. This guy really made my vacation.
Perhaps I have come from Thailand where the quality and service are optimal, they go above and beyond for you; I definitely understand that it is a different country, where the rules are different, but it simply feels like mistreatment during the adaptation process,

Pool: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore509 relevant reviews
The rooftop pool, usually described as being on the 16th floor, is a frequent highlight for its city views and welcome relief from the heat. Guests appreciated using it after checkout. Recurring drawbacks include too few loungers and umbrellas; some reported dirty water, slippery surroundings, or limited opening hours.

The rooftop pool, which is not very large but there weren't many people during my visit, is perfect for relaxing in the evening after a long day.
The pool is nice but the wood around it is not heat proof so you will burn your feet anywhere on the rooftop.
The pool on the 16th floor and the option to enjoy it even after check-out and even take a shower 😃

The rooftop pool was very beautiful and had a great view of the city, especially at night! Really nice.
As well we appreciated the rooftop pool allowing us to cool down from the hot Singaporian days.
The swimming pool was stunning on the rooftop and it looked about 25 metres in length.

Pool was lovely, and although not many sunbeds there was a good turnover of patrons.
Very beautiful rooftop pool that allows you to swim between the buildings, a lovely experience
Rooftop pool was just lovely…25 metre pool with several loungers around it for relaxing.

Swimming pool/rooftop terrace, cleanliness, spacious rooms, good soundproofing, small kitchen, plenty of storage space.
Great rooftop pool. Relatively high price, not enough lounge chairs by the pool.
There is a nice swimming pool with good view over the city.

The pool and the view on the rooftop were also very beautiful.
Pool surround is very slippery, as if it has been oiled.
- Too few lounge chairs at the rooftop pool; little space

The pool area is nice, although not a major highlight.
After checking out, you can use the pool, shower, etc.
The highlight is the beautiful rooftop pool, especially at night.

Rooftop swimming pool is enough to stay with my family.
There is a great view from the pool level.
The swimming pool was welcome after a day’s sightseeing.

Pool on the rooftop is nice to relax.
The pool is very nice with this heat.
The pool water felt too warm for us.

The pool has a very nice view.
The pool was a plus for us, during the hot hours while we rested we could be in the pool, not crowded at all, to say that some days we were alone, clean, relaxing atmosphere with music, towels, a dispenser for cold or hot water if you want to make tea.
The pool is also in direct sun with no shade so if you have no where to sit by the pool you have to get in and then go back to your room.

The area around the pool is really small and has 6 Sun-loungers with a couple of couches, which is not ideal when the pool is busy there is no where to sit.
The second pool is reserved for hotel guests, but there aren’t any lounge chairs, so everyone ends up at the public pool even though no one really wants to swim there.
It was nice and clean and long enough for proper laps, however, the locker facility is located on a different level (15th floor), which is a bit of a hassle.

Breakfast: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore407 relevant reviews
Breakfast reviews are mixed: many praise the plentiful, varied mix of local and Western dishes, with made-to-order eggs and noodles, while others find it average or limited for the price. Common complaints include expensive add-ons, cold food, and the buffet being cleared or depleted before the stated 10:30 finish; nearby cafés offer alternatives.

If you are looking for a better breakfast selection I would highly suggest looking into other hotels in Singapore, for the same price you can get much better value.
From Congee,, made to order eggs, fresh fruit, breads and cheeses, American specialties, Indian specialties, make your own noodle bar and many other choices.
The breakfasts are decent, but a bit pricey considering that there is a whole street of restaurants nearby with cheap breakfast options.

The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast manager walked us through the items we could have with our diet restrictions.
We were particularly impressed with the breakfast: a large selection, fresh and delicious – there was something for everyone.
Breakfast was good, but some fresh juices would be appreciated instead of cheap syrup coming from a machine.

Breakfast was also very nice and european option was too, which is good for my stomach.
Moreover, there are many good alternatives nearby where you can have a much better breakfast.
They tried to make up for it by giving us free breakfast for 2 days.

The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a great mix of local and international options.
The breakfast is totally not worth for paying as the serving is too simple.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive and offers a lot of delicious options.

The hotel did an amazing job at ensuring different foods were represented.
Breakfast buffet could be a little better but it served the purpose.
This wasn't any good for me as I am a coeliac.

The breakfast is very tasty and there is a large selection.
Most of the dumplings and sausages were not warm though.
Breakfast was simple but had a great range every day.

Very good breakfast options and affordable prices within walking distance.
The variety was limited as compared to other hotels.
Exceptional breakfast! Wide variety of different types of food.

The breakfast was good, with a variety of options.
Decent breakfast but a lot of industrial items.
Selection and quality did not match the price.

We paid for breakfast and the lounge.
Breakfast is not included so we cannot evaluate it, it's €30 per person and since there were four of us and we usually don't have a hearty breakfast, we preferred to go outside the hotel and for €30 we had breakfast for all four of us.
There is no bed for the child, he sleeps with you in the bed. We didn't take breakfast because according to the recommendations it was stated that it wasn't worth it, so I can't rate it, but.

Only downside we had was that the staff in breakfast start clearing up a bit too early (before 10.30 when breakfast finishes) if you get there towards the end and were a bit sassy about it.
We also didn’t have a chance to try breakfast due to booking.com mixup-we booked 2 rooms for 3 ppl with breakfast, and upon arrival we were informed that only the single room has breakfast included.
That breakfast was not included in the room when you pay a high price for it would have been an additional service that would have raised the bar, since it is a 5-star hotel.

Facilities: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore364 relevant reviews
Guests often praised the rooftop pool, gym, and convenient guest laundry, with in-room kitchens and filtered-water taps also appreciated. The pool has few loungers and umbrellas. A recurring drawback is the lack of comfortable lobby or communal seating; some guests valued being able to shower after checkout, while lounge hours and refreshments drew complaints.

There is no storage room for the bags so they will be put on the lobby hall for early check in or after checkout if you want to do hold them while you do a walk around.
Another thing I appreciate is the fact the hotel concierge can provide you with a hotel's umbrella for use during your stay, which helped a great deal since it rained heavily during my stay.
During one of the days we stayed, I found a long hair on a hand towel and garage bags were not placed in the bins and I could see they were very dirty inside.

One more thing, the divided area for shower and WC was great, if only the door to shower was shorter, we can put the towels without getting wet.
Nothing, maybe, considering the price I would try to pay more attention to the pool area, where there were few sunbeds and few services
The swimming pool is quite small and there are only about 8 sunbeds, so you need to go early to secure a spot.

The cleaners that did not change the towels regularly, only 5 times in 9 nights, 5 stars is not applicable here.
The facilities, the gym and sauna open 24 hours, the pool and the service, everything and more than I expected.
Tv was not equipped with Netflix which was kind of annoying and no ability to cast from non-samsung phones.

We were able to access changing room facilities to shower and freshen up before our late night flight.
There is a capsule coffee machine, along with a sink, sponge, and salad cleaner for easy cleaning
The only negative was a 6-hour power outage one night, but that affected the immediate neighbourhood too.

Perhaps facilities for having drinks or snack during the day … if not wanting to be out
Baggage storage and the possibility to shower again when picking up luggage was a good service.
Once for all Speakers on mobile phone, whether for video, music or calls is NOT ok.

We especially appreciated being able to enjoy the facilities (shower, swimming pool) after having checked out.
No option to choose the elevator (not all of them went to the rooftop pool)
Having laundry facilities was convenient, with a fee ($10 wash load, $5 dryer load).

The facilities are quite comfortable, and the coffee and tea offered are excellent.
The rooftop pool was very nice and always had only a few visitors.
- Quiet air conditioning and overall quiet hotel, we could sleep well.

Stunning rooftop pool to relax after a busy day before evening meetings,
Easy walk to the waterfront for food and the light shows.
Layout of the bath facilities is a little awkward but adequate.

Such behavior is absolutely incomprehensible in a hotel of this category.
Too bad there is no lobby with armchairs and sofas.
Pool was small and crowded, didn't feel like using it.

Their facilities are in line with the price paid.
Bar was isolated and not good for social interactions.
There are no sunshades, so it's perfect for sunbathing.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore238 relevant reviews
The most appreciated perk is access to showers and changing facilities after checkout, especially for late flights; luggage storage is also available. Check-in experiences vary: some guests report smooth service and early or late checkout, while others describe slow, confusing procedures, unclear wayfinding, and limited flexibility. Surprise deposits and delayed refunds are also reported.

We checked out in the morning but since we had a late evening flight, they allowed us to use their 'changing room' for free in the late afternoon to take a shower and change before heading to the airport: an absolutely significant bonus, especially after walking around the city all day and with the weather in Singapore.
After placing an order and making a payment on the booking platform, we had to pay nearly 5000 TWD as a deposit upon arrival, and upon checkout, they attempted to charge us for various reasons, each of which we disproved one by one, yet they still insisted on deducting the money.
It is not really acceptable to wait this long to check in when everything was already paid for and booked online but the queue was long and service was slow - looking at reviews many people have commented on this issue but it does not seem to have improved.

When we arrived, it turned out that Booking.com had not properly communicated our room; luckily, I could show the confirmation in the app and after a short wait, they did have a room available and everything worked out.
To mention something negative, they charge you $100 for incidents that are returned to you at check-out, but a hotel of this caliber should not make these types of charges to the customer.
She didn’t believe me, then I showed her the picture and said the only thing we can do is give you 1 hour more late checkout after I packed everything.

And after a day of walking around the city in the heat and high humidity... the wait for the towels for the shower didn't sit well with us.
After check out we could leave our luggage and before taking off to airport we could take a shower, despite it was several hours after check out.
We called booking.com and the hotel themselves immediately to ask if we could shift the dates from July to June and stated we would pay the difference.

Eventually, the receptionist allowed me to check in only after I paid a one-day deposit and they coordinated with the original booker for payment links.
The hotel lets you use the shower/change room facilities after you have checked out, which was perfect for us as we had a 2am flight.
When we arrived at the hotel it was 2:50 PM and they told us that the room would only be ready at 4:00 PM.

I was not happy with this hotel and asked for a refund for the third trip (giving them more than two weeks notice).
The staff gave us the optional room in lower floor and we agreed as it is so late and we are tired.
Understand that it's the policy if we book from the travel agency, but we only know after the booking is confirmed.

It got sorted in the end but felt there was little flexibility by the hotel and the 3rd party provider!
This way we could cool down in the evening, shower, relax, and change, as our flight wasn't until after midnight.
The person who made the booking was unreachable at the time, forcing me to wait for a considerable period.

We went out and came back around 5pm and were told that the room was still not ready.
Another issue is upon checking out, it took me more then 45min just to wait for my turn.
I gave them a chance to do the right thing, they decided to do a ridiculous thing.

Reception/check in process was a bit messy with only 2 people handling all guests and messy queue.
We had a 4 day booking and left after 36 hours due to a family emergency.
They allowed me to leave my luggage for free until the evening after checking out.

At 8:40 pm my patience was gone, went to the reception for the 4th time.
They managed to get us into our room befor 15.00 after an early arrival.
The 2 rooms were made available once we have returned from dinner around 9pm.

Took a while only to end up at the main check in.
They let you use the pool and showers before or after checkout.
Accommodated us with both an early check-in and a late check-out.

Gym: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore117 relevant reviews
The rooftop gym, often paired with a pool and city views, is frequently praised as clean, modern, and convenient. Equipment feedback is mixed: some find it well-equipped, while others report limited or poor strength-training options and cramped space. Opening hours also vary in reviews, with some describing 24-hour access and others saying it closes at 10 p.m.

They were closed already at 10pm every night so we had to hurry back to the hotel to have our gym session and night swim :) We wished it could be kept open a bit longer, until midnight.
The gym area and the subsequent swim in the rooftop pool were great for shaking off the strains of the long journey.
There is a gym and pool on the top of the hotel and we were woken up early with noise from above.

A gym facing the pool, UNUSED, THAT takes away space from a bar or small restaurant that would be essential.
The gym on the top floor is well equipped, and there is drinking water and towels at the entrance.
Good exercise room and also a room with washing machines so there was a possibility to do laundry.

Contemporary hotel in the heart of Chinatown with a swimming pool and gym on the 16th floor.
Hotel even offered gym shower for us to refresh when we arrived early before check in time.
The rooftop has a swimming pool, gym, and a washer-dryer, costs 15 SGD each time, suitable

The gym facilities were terrible - felt very cramped with 4 people and no strength machines.
We did not make time to fit it in as we did so many day trips.
The gym is right there, we didn't use it but it looks complete and spacious.

On the top floor there is also a gym, a game room, and laundry facilities.
The hotel has a gym and a large pool with towels on the rooftop.
The gym was quite terrible and not close to the standards of the hotel

Hotel with a rooftop pool and gym, offering beautiful views of the city.
The gym looked quite decent, although I didn't get to try it
The gym was one of the better hotel gyms i've seen before.

Gym equipment was a bit weird, could have some better equipment.
The pool and 24h gym improved the stay a lot.
Nice gym but would be great with some more equipment.

Loved the gym and pool on the top floor.
The pool and gym were also pretty nice.
Nice, clean gym facilities were a bonus.

Swimming pool and gym are all top-notch
The gym is very well equipped.
The gym was very nice.

Gym, pool, and laundry room.
Pool and gym are great.
The gym was nice.

Restaurant: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore40 relevant reviews
Restaurant experiences were mixed: several guests praised tasty or excellent food, including Japanese cuisine and Moss Cross, but reviews more often describe average quality, high prices, and limited breakfast or lounge offerings. Specific complaints included a cold lamb chop meal, a long wait without service, and early restaurant closures; nearby dining options were plentiful.

I don’t like being made to feel awkward and unwelcome at any restaurant on arrival -so if we could be seated as quickly as possible without holding up the breakfast rush and then figure out the food choices afterwards that would be a lot better.
The bar was quite small & Japanese themed so not to my taste - would have liked a bit more choice in food & drinks & it was dear enough considering you could walk 2 mins to a plethora of bars.
Food wasn’t amazing the night we ate dinner in the restaurant as it’s quite standard food so did the job for what we wanted

The food and drink offerings in the lounge were quite poor compared to other lounges, but the staff there was amazing and diligent.
Let down by the restaurant ordered our food still waiting after 40 minutes and others being fed that arrived after us.
I didn't have breakfast included, I ate at the bars and restaurants next to the hotel, of which there are plenty.

GF options at the beginning of the stay were challenging to navigate but after 2 days we found our groove.
The surcharge for the lounge makes no sense. No good food offerings. The alcohol selection is also very limited.
Food was very average - luke warm on 2 occasions out of 3 that I used the dining room.

I got two of them and it was 7 dollars each. Cheap but Jesus Christ I was shocked.
110+ dollars for salad and burger, but no quality, the fast-food in the mall below was better.
No where to sit and dine&drink in the hotel despite it was written there is a restaurant

Was just advised by reception probably best to try a nearby by down the street.
I ordered a lamb chop dish which had roast veges which were cold.
I could sit at the restaurant area but then they made me order.

Several of the staff at the restaurant were welcoming and very attentive-thank you!
Very strict early closures of hotel restaurant, bar, pool to be fair.
Room service limited to the restaurant on level 2 and wasn't 24hrs.

The breakfast selection in the restaurant was limited and below expectations.
After 22, the room service is a quick make microwave meal.
I especially enjoyed having morning coffee at the second-floor restaurant.

Sadly the restaurant did not live up the same standard.
The restaurant lacked the "Singapore Vibe" I was hoping for
No real bar area to relax and have a drink.

The restaurant offers refined and varied cuisine.
The food/drinks are not good and expensive.
Choice of eateries around was enjoyable.

The hotel has a restaurant.
Hotel restaurant was incredibly pricey
Amazing Japanese food

Transport: What guests say
View Capri by Fraser China Square, Singapore25 relevant reviews
The hotel is very convenient for public transport, with Chinatown MRT reportedly just two minutes away and connections to attractions across Singapore. Guests also found Grab and taxis easy to use, often with concierge help. Some reported difficulty finding taxis, confusing pickup arrangements, or an unnecessarily expensive pre-booked limousine transfer.

Not every taxi driver in Singapore knows this hotel very well. Some of them got lost, but it wasn't too bad, as the taxi driver was very helpful and gave a discount when paying.
On booking the taxi that was pre booked 2 days prior the cost of the trip was ridiculous as it was a limousine car which was not necessary.
We were a group of four traveling with family, and we often used taxis; the hotel front helped us catch taxis easily, making our movements comfortable.

We were 5 people, so we took a large taxi which was more expensive; a group of fewer people is a bit cheaper.
It's very accessible to get anywhere by subway as it's very close to exit F of the MRT China Town station.
It's a shame that the offered tourist card for free travel on all public transport cannot be purchased through the hotel.

But they have construction on the access area, so it was a little difficult to take a taxi or Uber.
If unable to walk too far the MRT is close by to use & so cheap.
Close to MRT, although we used local taxis, which were organised by the friendly concierge, daily.

For fear of this happening again, I booked a transfer to the airport with Booking.com.
A taxi to Marina Bay, will cost approximately £8, so for 2, that excellent value.
Were not good at following up with early communication about pick-ups and drop offs.

Mischaracterized services, including air shuttle pick-up drop off, when that was not the case.
We had some trouble finding a taxi, but the staff resolved the issue quickly.
A taxi is a 15-minute ride, taxi fares range between 10-20 Singapore dollars.

The ChinaTown metro station is close, and from there you can get anywhere.
Access to transportation is very easy, especially for those who travel.
Taxi fare from the hotel to the airport: about 25€.

No one, really no one knew where to buy it.
You can arrange everything here. Scooter, transport, phone card.
Very easy to call Grab taxis to the property.

Grab rides can accurately find the hotel location
All sights are easily reachable from Metro Chinatown.
Very central to train lines and activities.

Underground very near and easy to use.
Hotel can't call taxis on your behf.
Not even in all of Singapore.

Subway stations very close by
Three subway stations are nearby.
Good MRT connection

The spa facilities consisted of just a steam room that was mainly switched off so it had to heat up for 20 mins before use.
Be aware there is a sauna but that takes hours to the heat to activate we left the sauna and did not bother again.
We got an hour massage for $30 AUD which was amazing in one of the local buildings around the area.

Hotel had a relaxipo, offered use of the favilio after check out so could freshen up before the.
Its off and you have to turn it on to use it which would take time
The spa mentioned on the platforms does not exist.

Of course we done that everyday!
And they said $493 spa.
That's a fricken bargain.

A wonderful steam sauna.
Ridiculous price.
