Guests consistently praise the central downtown location beside the MRT, cleanliness, spacious comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches such as complimentary Singapore Slings, coffee, and birthday chocolates. The recurring drawback is an aging, dated or “tired” property, while several guests consider the rates expensive; maintenance quality is generally viewed positively.

What can I say, the hotel is in a historic building, perhaps with rooms that need some modernization, but it's worth it for the services offered and the strategic location near the metro, Marina Bay Sands, and a supermarket.

★ 9.0Couple

The aircon is a welcoming treat each time you come back to the hotel after a long day touring the city and the wonderful smell of freshness as you enter the foyer is extremely inviting.

★ 10.0Couples

This was my first time in Singapore and staying at Ascott Raffles Place with Ryan’s care made it such a special experience and I can’t wait to come back to Singapore and Ascott Raffles Place.

★ 10.0Business

Aimed more at business travellers, and a little more expensive, but definitely great for couples who want more space and amenities, who don’t want to be in a cramped hotel room.

★ 10.0

The apartment was fully furnished and had everything we didnt know we needed incl a washing machine, kitchen area with coffee maker and was situated in a lovely area.

★ 10.0Couple

I would like to stay again. I am writing this while thinking that if the reviews are too good, it might become difficult to make a reservation.

★ 10.0Couple

Should be stated clearly upfront that you can not get the bar at all and no room service after 2pm on the weekends.

★ 4.0Partner

The reception team were so warm and responsive and a visit to the bar was an engaging and authentic experience.

★ 10.0Couples

Quite old inside and some things were not up to what we expected for 5 star hotel.

★ 6.0Couple

Had a great time and as a group stay for a short while, the hotel is ideal.

★ 8.0Extended Group

It was very clean, well maintained and laid out, the finishing touches were lovely too.

★ 10.0Business

Excellent for families or someone looking for a home kind of atmosphere/alternative to hotel stay.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Our stay was really good - even if it was for only 1 night

★ 10.0Family with Children

I will not hesitate to recommend to friends to book with Ascot Raffles Place.

★ 10.0

The hotel surprised me with a box of gourmet chocolates on my birthday!

★ 10.0Couples

Raffles is Raffles. We are familiar with this chain. The hotel is good.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Nice hotel, don't confuse it with the real Raffles with too hard beds.

★ 7.0Couple

The property itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and in an excellent location.

★ 10.0Business

It is a hotel in the business district that is reasonably priced.

★ 8.0Solo Traveller

Property is having an old look, but they maintained quite well.

Rooms are repeatedly described as spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent beds and apartment-style amenities including kitchens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and large bathrooms. Upgrades are common. Recurring drawbacks include dated décor, occasional inadequate cleaning, old or leaking fixtures, humidity, limited views, no USB ports, and some temperature or bathroom design issues.

Personally the only thing I think could be improved on is if they had USB ports and a variety of pillows (I found the pillows to be uncomfortable - but my husband had no issues).

★ 10.0Couples

There were so many light switches, we struggled to get lights turned off and had to take the main card out, turning all the power off (including the noisy air conditioning).

★ 7.0Couple

The smell. Stinks everywhere. Rooms need refreshing, 80s style. Unable to open the windows for air circulation and air conditioning fixed at 19 degrees with 35 degrees outside.

★ 4.0Family with Children

The indoor temperature was comfortable, but it didn't dehumidify at all, and the laundry I had washed couldn't dry in the dryer, which was quite frustrating.

★ 5.0Family with Children

The room is poorly lit, with no sunlight at night, and the electric lights are dim, almost like being in a dim coffee shop.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The room is dark , ill-lit and all the corridors and rooms are stinking :( I would say it’s old smell or mold.

★ 7.0Family with Children

The room had old air conditioners, one of which blew right in my face in the bedroom, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

★ 5.0Couple

The windows are also quite old, so they do not close tightly, and when the wind blows hard, it gets noisy.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The room was large and well equipped, but beds were quite small and there was no view from our room.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Water ran out of bath tub/shower area every time. We had to keep a towel there for each use.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The bathroom was divided into a bathing area/ shower area, a communal sink and mirror, and an enclosed toilet.

★ 10.0Family with Children

My room overlooked a very busy intersection but who knew, I couldn't hear a thing in the room.

★ 10.0Solo Travel

The interiors feel worn and everything inside seems to have been well-used, contributing to a slightly outdated vibe.

★ 7.0Couple

The shower and the bathtub are very close to each other so its not easy to shower.

★ 3.0Family with Children

It needs some investment, the room had wallpaper peeling off the walls and it just looked old.

★ 7.0Family with Children

The TV in the bedroom had no wifi and the off switch from the remote doesn't work.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Whist my room was relatively updated the front door seriously needs a new coat of paint.

★ 8.0Solo Travel

Rooms and bathrooms are getting a little tired, silicone and grout are tarnished in many areas.

★ 8.0Family with Children

The plumbing and bathroom fixtures were a bit old, leaking tap in bathroom, leaking toilet

★ 7.0Solo Traveller

Disadvantage 1: The room has no windows, which could feel very oppressive for long stays.

★ 8.0Couple

The room was also spacious and clean with a nice view of Singapore's central area.

★ 10.0Extended Group

The room was comfortable and spacious (rare for the price in a Singapore hotel).

★ 9.0Family with Children

Room was well equipped and wonderful to have a washing machine and cold fridge.

★ 10.0Solo Traveller

Big room central position close to MTR nice pool, staff is nice and helpfull

★ 7.0Couple

We didn't realise there would be a kitchen which was a lovely bonus.

★ 10.0Couple

We booked for 3, 2 adults and 1 child of 7yrs and there was no bed for him, we had to ask them for a fold out bed and they wanted to charge us extra (over 100SGD per night and we has a short discussion how they should be upfront with extra costs when they new from our booking it was for 3.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The room was nice, but the building is old, and for the best room in the hotel, it was lacking in a few areas, especially the balcony off the bedroom, the decking was not fixed in some spots, it really was not inviting at all, and the door was rusty and in need of the whole window and door being replaced.

★ 8.0Couple

When we arrived at our room, it was not what I paid and expected, then she stated the room was not available and we will have to wait for a bigger room with a king and a small bed as I additionally paid for a 3rd guest.

★ 8.0Couple

The room is nice and large and I liked that we could get a room with a lot of amenities (e.g. a microwave was very helpful when getting dinner from a hawker centre to have back at the room while the kids slept).

★ 8.0Family with Children

I didn’t realize it was serviced apartments and it didn’t say this on booking.com, I thought I booked a hotel, so it was disappointing when I needed to order food for kids to the room and things were closed on a Sunday

Location: What guests say

View Ascott Raffles Place Singapore

413 relevant reviews

Location is the hotel’s strongest feature: central in the CBD, beside MRT access, and near Lau Pa Sat, Marina Bay, Merlion Park, Chinatown, and major attractions within walking distance. Guests also value airport connectivity and shelter from rain, though the business district can feel quiet with limited weekend or late-night services, and some MRT access involves stairs.

It was convenient for business at Marina Bay and for traveling to various parts of the city, and Lau Pa Sat was also nearby, which made for a delightful experience.

★ 9.0Extended Group

Close to most of the touristy places, within the financial district, and conveniently located close to hawker centre and restaurants and 7Elevn and MRT station entrances.

★ 9.0Couple

You won't need to take a taxi, as the large food court is a 5-minute walk away and the Marina is a 10-minute walk

★ 10.0Couple

It is 2 blocks to a large hawker center for meals, and 2 blocks to a Marks and Spencer food for groceries.

★ 10.0Family with Children

It is not easily accessible on foot (like almost everything in Singapore), as there are few pedestrian crossings in the city.

★ 9.0Couple

Close to Marina Bay Sands, Lau Pasat (one of the biggest food courts), Boat Quay, Merlion and many more attractions.

★ 9.0Family with Children

MRT outside, Lau Pa Sat Hawker Market 5 minutes, Marina Bay 15 minute walk. Ideal location and very convenient.

★ 9.0Couple

The location of the hotel is great, 5 mins walk to Lau Pa Sat, 3 mins to 7/11.

★ 10.0Family with Children

This hotel room with kitchenette and washing machine met all our needs with excellent comfort and location

★ 10.0Couple

The location is truly outstanding, making it a convenient choice for travelers interested in exploring the city.

★ 7.0Couple

The location was perfect, less than a 10-minute walk from Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion.

★ 8.0Family with Children

It was wonderfull, in the center of the city and easy to travel by public transport.

★ 9.0Extended Group

Great location (3 minutes walk to Lau Pa Sat, 15 minutes walk to Marina Bay)

★ 10.0Couples

Located in the middle of the financial district, very convenient to reach the Bay Area.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Location is excellent, close to Marina Bay, the financial district and Lau Pa Sat.

★ 7.0Family with Children

Location is great, within walking distance of Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Choosing this hotel was a mistake. I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ 3.0Family with Children

Excellent choice for both financial district and Marina Bay within easy walking distance.

★ 10.0Partner

A lot of food markets within walking distance, specifically lau pa sat.

★ 9.0Extended Group

Amazing location steps away from MRT and central district and Hawker markets

★ 9.0Couple

The attractions we wanted to go to were all nearby and walkable.

★ 8.0Partner

Perfectly situated near the MRT & the hop on/hop off bus.

★ 10.0Extended Group

The location and proximity to Lau Pa Sat however, is amazing.

★ 4.0Couple

Great location near to tourist spot area and food trip area

★ 4.0Couple

The location was fantastic right on top of a metro station.

★ 10.0Couple

The location was excellent, right next to the entry the an MRT station, even though the MRT was a 10 minute walk underground from the entrance to it, it was good to be able to access the MRT system easily without getting wet on the one day it rained.

★ 9.0Couple

The location is right across from the subway and the bus stop and walking distance to many attractions such as Chinatown and our fave breakfast place, Merci Marcel on Club Street and the Lantern at night to watch the light show over the water.

★ 10.0Couples

Great location, the subway station is right at the door, there's a 7-11 just across the small road, and it's only a three-minute walk to the old market, and there's a Ya Kun in the basement food court next door.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Ascott Raffles Place is very nice Apart'hotel placed in an old historical building of the financial district of Singapore, a 15-minutes walk from the iconic places like the Merlion or Marina Bay Sands where I had my conference.

★ 10.0Couple

Only 2 blocks to the waterfront wall by the Merlion and overlooking Marina Bay Sands, 2 blocks to Lau Pa Sat which is a must try for food and easy location to MRT.

Staff are overwhelmingly praised as warm, helpful, attentive, and responsive, with standout housekeeping details such as daily towel animals, tidy rooms, and personalized care. Reception and bell staff often assist promptly with directions, luggage, transfers, and early check-in. A few guests reported slow responses, limited arrival assistance, and an unwelcoming or rushed check-in.

Confusion on bathrobe, I asked for robe on phone, just 1, they tell me look in closet which I had done before call, they bring towel to room, we tell them, they send head of house keeping and another guy, she look around, and in closet, then they say ok, will send another, I feel like they think I want to take a robe, and was hiding the other robe...strang, most hotels you ask for a robe, they send it quickly.

★ 10.0Couple

I reported to the lady staff about the absence of the luggage assistance, and only then she realized no helper showed up but still didn't initiate to help carry our luggage to the Hotel's lift which could access the pavement directly in order to save the trouble to carry them down to the sidewalk as there are many staircases from the lobby floor to the pavement.

★ 4.0

The cleaning staff is conscientious, but it's a bit strange that even though the 'Do Not Disturb' light has been turned on, and I called the front desk to inform them that I do not need cleaning for at least two days, there are still staff members who ring the bell directly wanting to enter and clean. This is disturbing to the guests.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Ryan surprised us with charming towel art creations that brought smiles to our faces, and one day even left us the sweetest handwritten note — a small gesture that meant so much and showed how much heart he puts into his work.

★ 10.0Partner

It was different that they did not have a concierge, but the staff provided all the knowledge of things to do and how to do it that was needed.

★ 10.0Couple

While I asked for a room change, the staff simply told me no room was available without any effort to make my stay more comfortable.

The staff at Ascot Raffles deserve special mention for their exceptional service; they were not only nice but extremely helpful throughout my stay.

Friendly and approachable staff and our housekeeper Dayong did a brilliant job at keeping our accommodation clean and stocked.

★ 7.0Couple

Lovely staff, especially the doorman outside who was both friendly and very helpful, calling taxis etc.

★ 7.0Couple

While staff were friendly, most of our requests were answered by googling, and many were forgotten.

★ 7.0Extended Group

The staff who attended to us (Trixie) at the desk was very professional and friendly.

Facilities: What guests say

View Ascott Raffles Place Singapore

121 relevant reviews

Facilities are a major strength: apartments commonly include full kitchens, washing machines and drying racks, while level 19 offers a pool, gym, lounge, coffee, wardrobes and views. Recurring drawbacks are aging décor, worn or poorly maintained fixtures, unreliable dryers and showers, limited weekend bar/food service, and difficult access via stairs or a dated lift.

Lack of oversight on basics - Washroom had water leakage and despite raising the complaint in writing via the form for request of services given to the front office/reception, no one fixed it and finally had to change the room in the evening in return. The fact that they checked us in this unit where water was leaking, showed that the housekeeping was deficient; Replaced 1 towel instead of two, no electric kettle in one room at check in etc etc. Its a long list.

★ 5.0Family with Children

Poor coordination - Any request made (example - towels, kettle, fixing leakage etc) had to be followed up several times. In fact, the front office executive had to leave her station and get towels to the room due to lack of response from Housekeeping.

★ 5.0Family with Children

The property was clean all the right facilities just don’t look too close as it’s a very old building decoration was decorated over old decoration in the windows were poor in the balcony door was poor as they were very old and original.

★ 9.0Couple

Poor maintenance of appliances and fixtures- malfunctioning washing machines spoiling clothes (had issues in both the rooms we had taken), dirty coffee machines with sticky residue on the nozzle and pod compartment, power socket covers kept coming off.

★ 5.0Family with Children

We were only there for 3 nights so we didn't really use the kitchen or laundry facilities but had we wanted to some written instructions would have been helpful for the microwave and washer/dryer.

★ 10.0Extended Group

The notice at the front of the hotel suggested pool maintenance would be completed by my second day at the hotel, but the closure was extended so I never got to use the pool.

★ 8.0None

One of my favorite features was the common room, where I spent my day every morning before going to office, which had a great atmosphere and provided free-flow coffee — perfect for relaxing.

★ 10.0Solo Travel

We also enjoyed the water filtration system that either heated up your filtered water for a cup of tea or cooled the water for a glass of drinking water.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Very minor detail - could not work out how to get hot water for a cup of tea in the club room - some instructions would be useful.

★ 10.0Couple

Structure to be renovated, pool was not working, restaurant that was supposed to be open in the evening until 10 PM was already closed at 9 PM.

★ 4.0Couple

If I had to point out a downside, we didn't like that the shower and bathtub were combined, so they couldn't be used at the same time.

★ 9.0Couple

It is clear there have been renovations to the rooms, however the space seems to be poorly used with lots of empty space in the rooms.

★ 7.0Family with Children

Lack of Hygiene - Marks and sticky residue of beverage spills on the table from the previous occupant; poorly cleaned rooms post the housekeeping service.

★ 5.0Family with Children

Cons about the pool though there isn't a shower room facilities where you can shower first before heading up to your room.

★ 10.0

The pool and gym area have a lot of potential, but was uninviting and I not somewhere you could simply relax.

★ 7.0Family with Children

The provision of the cafe to provide in room dining at a reasonable cost and at gear speed.

★ 8.0

The kitchen area, especially the benches and stove need to be upgraded, a bit stained and worn.

★ 8.0Couple

Property is having a good facility for gym and swimming pool located on 19th floor.

★ 8.0Family with Children

Otherwise, it was also suitable as a quiet zone and we could sit there comfortably.

★ 7.0Couple

Lastly, due to faulty washing and drying machine, my kids clothes got completely spoilt.

★ 5.0Family with Children

Furthermore, just between warm and cold water, I was uncomfortable using the shower.

★ 5.0Family with Children

- cleanliness could be better (dirty floor and dirty window in the bathroom)

★ 8.0Couple

Resonance is great, they offered to let us use the facilities after checkout.

★ 7.0Couple

The air conditioning settings were too complicated, and I struggled with them.

★ 8.0Couple

Lounge with coffee and snacks while waiting for room to be ready.

★ 10.0Couple

Washer and dryer did not dry properly compared to other hotels.

★ 6.0Family with Children

Lau Pa Sat Hawker Centre is just one block behind hotel.

★ 8.0Couple

Pool on 19th floor looked interesting, with a pleasant sundeck.

★ 10.0Family with Children

There is a restaurant and bar on site as well.

★ 10.0Family with Children

It's a pity that the dryer was not working.

★ 10.0Family with Children

The 19th-floor rooftop/infinity pool is a standout: clean, quiet, attractive, and often praised for views, especially by families and after sightseeing. However, it is generally small, cold, and offers limited sunbathing or lounging; its glass design can feel exposed. Some guests encountered closure or crowding, including during maintenance.

The area on the 19th floor with the pool & a lounge was nice, but you couldn't really lay by the pool & even though the temps were super hot outside, the water in the pool was actually cold.

★ 10.0Extended Group

Once we were checking in then we were informed that the gym and pool facilities were closed for the length of our stay with no initial refund, breakfast or any other way of saying sorry!

★ 1.0Couple

The presence of a clean pool on the roof of the building, perhaps this and the location of the hotel, right in the center - these are the main advantages.

★ 4.0Couple

The pool area. I don’t like that the sitting area is a different level and anyone seated there can see your body swimming in the pool.

★ 8.0Couple

Pool and the living area, all of which we were able to use after checkout until it was time for us to leave Singapore,

★ 7.0Couple

Finally, each time we wanted to use the swimming pool, we could not : if there is even 1 family there, it's crowded.

★ 5.0Couple

Pool is very cool on the roof maybe not so good for very small kids ours is seven and can swim well.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The kids enjoyed the Living room where they can chillax and play boardgames while adults can sip coffee with light snacks.

★ 10.0

The pool was super cool for the kids, too bad you couldn't lounge by the pool (only on the other side).

★ 9.0Family with Children

Want a quiet space then head to the 19th floor where the pool is and hang out in the Living Room.

★ 8.0

Didn't like the pool so much as we felt a bit exposed with the aquarium-like design of the pool.

★ 9.0Family with Children

There are no views from the pool unless you’re in the pool and the pool is absolutely positively freezing.

★ 8.0Couples

They had told me that we could use the pool of another hotel which was a 5 minute walk.

★ 1.0Couple

It was available until 11 PM, and we could enjoy it privately while looking at the night view.

★ 8.0Family with Children

The rooftop pool is nice and comfortable, with a relaxation area also provided with tea, coffee, and biscuits.

★ 9.0Couple

The pool is small but fun to "paddle" in an aquarium.. it was pretty chilly in January.

★ 7.0Family with Children

I would have used the beautiful pool more, if I could have dried my hair afterward.

★ 10.0Couple

Enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

★ 10.0Family with Children

The pool, gym and guest living room on the top floor are most enjoyable.

★ 10.0Couple

The glass pool on the 19th floor is also great with a sensational view.

★ 10.0Couple

A pool on the 19th floor that overlooks the buildings with its transparent walls.

★ 10.0Couple

Pool was beautiful, but the less fit had a little trouble getting out of it

★ 9.0Couple

There was a lounging area with complementary beverages on the swimming pool level.

★ 10.0Extended Group

Amazing rooftop pool (you can go to the hotel just for that)

★ 10.0Couple

Small separate area through doors led to a couple of loungers.

★ 8.0Solo Traveller

The pool and the adjacent courtyard felt nice,

Breakfast: What guests say

View Ascott Raffles Place Singapore

60 relevant reviews

Breakfast reviews are mixed but predominantly negative, citing high prices, limited variety, small spaces, and food served cold or undercooked; several guests found it mediocre or below five-star standards. Positive comments mention sufficient variety, good coffee, friendly staff, and enjoyable meals, while nearby cafés, groceries, and in-room kitchens offer alternatives.

Also, as the rooms pretty much come with full kitchens and there are grocery stores in Raffles Place, you should be able to get whatever you need to start your day.

★ 9.0Couple

Our stay did not include breakfast but we found a place just across the road called Harry's, One Marina Blvd and they had a great, super low cost breakfast.

★ 10.0Extended Group

Breakfast was very mediocre and not value for money despite it was not included in room rent and I paid extra for breakfast at the restaurant

★ 7.0Solo Traveller

I have to add that the restaurant for breakfast is also good value for money and special thanks to Anne from the breakfast team.

★ 10.0Business

I would have thought for the price there might have been a larger selection and the food in the Bain marie was not hot.

★ 8.0Family with Children

Did not have breakfast although it was available for 30 Singapore dollars per person, which I thought was too expensive.

★ 9.0Couple

The coffee in the lobby and/or up on floor 19th is much better than the coffee in the room.

★ 8.0Couples

Marks & Spencer Food is in the square opposite if you need to purchase supplies and ready made meals.

★ 8.0Couple

Breakfast was basically non-existent and had to be negotiated to obtain despite a hefty bill already for the room.

★ 8.0Extended Group

Paid breakfast absolutely to be avoided, not very varied and small spaces for the number of rooms available.

★ 9.0Family with Children

No breakfast included with room but did a walk in, thought a bit overpriced for a breakfast.

★ 9.0Couple

The breakfast selection was very good and staff in the breakfast room were extremely friendly and helpful.

★ 9.0Couple

I didn't even care to wake up for the breakfast, we just wanted to check out asap.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say

View Ascott Raffles Place Singapore

55 relevant reviews

Early arrivals and late departures are often accommodated, with luggage storage, post-checkout showers, pool access, and occasional upgrades particularly appreciated. Check-in is frequently smooth and staff friendly, but rooms may be delayed or inconsistently allocated. Reported drawbacks include lengthy booking disputes, stairs and no porter, deposit concerns, and one serious door-locking issue.

I asked him to show me the details of the duplicate booking, but he refused. Moreover, right there, he wanted me to pay for the three days upfront, but the price was over 40% higher than what I had booked online. It took me repeated explanations before he finally agreed to let me pay the online rate. In the end, he awkwardly admitted that he had misread someone else's booking record and thought I had made a duplicate reservation. In summary, it took an extra 40 minutes to check in.

★ 8.0Couple

On the day of check-in, there was confusion; the front desk staff insisted that I had made a duplicate reservation for the stay from May 24 to May 27, even though I provided evidence from Booking.com that I only received a single confirmation email and had only booked one room. I also showed him the booking details, but the staff did not believe me and asked me to quickly cancel the duplicate reservation, or else I would be charged double.

The checking started on a poor note : once we reached the allocated room it was already occupied, then we were put in a room next to a family with super loud kids whereas we specified we wanted a quiet room, both at booking and checking.

★ 5.0Couple

No fault of the hotels - but our return flight was cancelled last minute and the hotel was fully booked, meaning we were unable to extend our stay, however the hotel allowed us a late check out and were helpful in finding an alternative accommodation.

★ 10.0Couple

Our flight out of Singapore was very late and we had to check out of our room around noon, but there was a nice room available for lounging, watching TV, snacking, etc. that was available to us after we checked out.

★ 9.0Couple

I know it as my friends arrived at the same time, booked the same standard of a room and they got it 5 hours earlier without asking and got an upgrade to level 17 too (much bigger room).

★ 5.0Couple

The hotel took a deposit off me when I arrive and there was zero inserdentals yet the didn’t give me back the money as d tell me I didn’t pay a deposit when I clearly have a receipt

★ 2.0Family with Children

Upon request of refund when we want to move to other hotel on the 2nd day , the management only approved partial refund not covering the 1st night.. which we struggle to stay even for 1 night.

★ 1.0Family with Children

Loved being able to store our luggage on the last day and to have a shower at the end of that day before going to the airport.

★ 10.0Couple

We also left on a very late flight and they kindly gave us a late check out as well as shower access before our flight.

★ 9.0Couple

Although we were able to drop our bags off it would have been great to have been able to have had an early check in.

★ 9.0Extended Group

We arrived on an early flight and they not only gave us early access but a room upgrade to a very spacious apartment.

★ 9.0Couple

My flight was not until midnight - before my departure to the airport I could still shower and freshen up at the hotel.

★ 8.0Solo Traveller

Our flight arrived in Singapore @ 7:30 so we were at the hotel by 9, we were in our room by 9:30.

★ 10.0Partner

Check-out was at 12 PM, but when I went out in the morning and returned, the card key no longer worked.

★ 9.0Couple

We have asked for early check in months before we came, and unfortunately didn't get it and no consideration was given.

★ 5.0Couple

Small gestures during the stay and especially the possibility of taking a shower after check-out time and before catching the flight.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The receptionist also said we could have access to the pool and shower facilities if we needed it after check out.

★ 9.0Couple

Basically anybody could get into our room by pushing the entrance door open from outside while we were out sightseeing.

★ 6.0Family with Children

Had 2 rooms and could not get in before 3 and only 1 room of the 2 was not ready.

★ 8.0

Impressed. I checked in early, but the room I had booked wasn't cleaned yet, so the hotel upgraded my room.

★ 10.0Couple

We made a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and it was so easy to check in/out.

★ 10.0Couple

I ended up paying the non-member price but realised when I got home I was a member.

★ 8.0Couple

We talked to receptionist next day, saying it was very different from what we had booked.

★ 6.0Couples

Our flight arrived early so messaged prior happy to pay more to check in early.

★ 8.0Couple

And then magically of course after paying extra our room got available in 5 minutes.

★ 6.0Couple

We needed to check out early but store our luggage for late evening flight.

★ 8.0Couple

A shower room is available after check-out before the flight, which is appreciated.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Unfortunately our rooms were not ready until several hours after check in time.

★ 7.0Extended Group

We gained early access to our room.

The hotel restaurant receives mixed reviews: some guests praise excellent food, attentive service, and convenience, while others find it ordinary, expensive, or below par. The most repeated issue is that the restaurant, bar, and room service are often closed on weekends or after 9:30 p.m., though many nearby dining options are available.

I dinned in the Restaurant on my first night of a 9 night stay, I didn't return as the service and food below par for the area.

★ 8.0Family with Children

Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on weekends, so we couldn't eat in the house and couldn't order anything to the room.

The gym is generally praised as well equipped, convenient, and open 24 hours, with a pleasant top-floor setting alongside the pool, guest lounge, and poolside coffee station. However, some guests found the equipment basic or old, and early-morning weight noise disturbed nearby rooms.

The 24-hour fitness center was also a great convenience for us, as we could work out at any time that suited us.

★ 10.0Family with Children

We could hear the weights from the gym early in the morning which woke us.

The hotel is at the corner; when calling a taxi, you can only turn right, which means if you want to go elsewhere towards the north/east, you have to make a big loop first.

★ 8.0Solo Traveller

It would have been appreciated if the hotel informed me ahead of my arrival instead of me having to call them.

★ 8.0Extended Group

Traffic is a little bad during rush hours. Be sure to reserve more time for Taxi during those hours.
