I truly loved the overall experience, from the service to the comfort of the accommodation. I will definitely be coming back for another stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and hospitality.
But when I checked the charges to my card it is very clear that 2 payments were made to Dusit Laguna for one night stay which I am not happy about.
Thank you for every bit of service and every smile; it truly touched our hearts and made us want to share this wonderful experience with others. ❤️

We only stayed overnight as part of a longer journey but will definitely be back for a longer stay and to enjoy the facilities.
We have stayed here before once for a layover and now it has become our preferred accommodation in Singapore for SO MANY REASONS!
Back here for the third time and still impressed like it’s our first. Feels like great escape and our best staycay optio

We stayed for 2 sleeps to break up our journey from the UK to Oz and it was perfect for us.
All in all an excellent experience & we would not hesitate to return when we come back to Singapore .
& selected for us by Voyage Privé as the first stop on our multi- stay Singapore & Bali trip.

This hotel, which just opened after the pandemic in Singapore, has what can be described as completely new decor.
We unfortunately only had the pleasure to stay here one night, but it was a very beautiful hotel
I look forward to coming back again to this wonderful place now that fond memories are made.

Our stay was brief and provided much needed rest and comfort during our transit time in Singapore.
There was comprehensive service available on site at all times, and the facility was very clean.
Perfect hotel for relaxing if you don't want to be right in the centre of Singapore.

Luxurious stay with great amenities, but lacks halal food and a spray bidet for Arab/Muslim guests.
Would not like to be at this hotel during medical or other emergency during the night.
We were there for less than 12h so didn’t really explore much of the grounds.

The stay is highly recommended. We were only there briefly, but we felt very comfortable.
Could do with some improvements throughout. Looks a little tired and dated in places.
It was an exceptional property for an airport hotel, we splurged knowing the brand.

Impressive. golfing hotel, amazing pool but not convenient as in middle of new development.
And would revisit with family for a vacation as opposed to a business trip.
Really appreciated the personal touch, which brought some warmth to a rainy stay.

Excellent overnight stay in Singapore - great to break the journey to London
We read in the room that guests get a welcome drink and discounts at the restaurant, did not seem to be tied to a loyalty program, but we had to return to reception twice to ask for vouchers, I think they should have been forthcoming at check in or the info in the room clearer if there were restrictions.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dusit Thani Hotel with my family during our holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service truly made our trip memorable.

In short, we spent all our days in downtown Singapore, but since we had to leave for the airport at 5:00 a.m. on the day of departure, this was a good choice. There is nothing lacking in the hotel itself.
I don’t recommend this kind of computer hotels, with a lot of rules that the staff has to follow and without a soul except.. the money soul.. it might please a lot of people but not for holidays travelers
Being a last minute booking it was expensive but at the same time if we did not book the hotel would have not had any business so there needs to be a balance in price vs no business.

A lot - the room and hotel is dark and not well lit plus not much worked in the room - bedside lights / desk light / couldn’t get AC working as there is a master switch needing to be pushed but in a dark room you don’t see it
Because of the large construction site next to the hotel, it was quite noisy in the room despite the windows being closed. And the view of the construction site did not match the price we paid for the overnight stays.
Also, it was not convenient to put in a shower mat by the shower door as when you open the door, mat is in the way so we ended up having a very wet bathroom.

View was the best, we opted our stay to be pool facing, and we were at the sixth floor. We had a clear view of the golf course as well as the pool.
Dirty towel was left in the room behind curtain on our arrival. The room we had (101) was right next to a door to the pool on ground floor
If you do not choose a pool view, you will get a view of construction work, and you probably will not be able to see the airplanes either.

The room smelt and I had to change rooms 2 more times to find a room that didnt smell bad. It was like a chemical smell.
Did not fit the bed, was too small. So sleeping was not very comfortable that night, since bed sheets was not covering the bed properly.
Despite a change of rooms, the smell persisted and we had to open our door to let in fresh air from the corridor.

Very quiet and had room overlooking pool and golf course. Very comfy bed and pillows, good shower and liked the separate toilet.
The hotel is right on the flight path - the claim the rooms are sound proofed is false and I slept poorly.
And to top it all off, there was a connecting door to the neighboring room, whose occupants were fond of conversation.

This hotel is not soundproofed and you can hear the building work and the planes 24 hours of the day.
The air conditioning in the room felt stuffy, the air quality was poor, and there was a strange smell lingering.
A previous guest had consumed some of the drinks in the minibar and replaced the bottle refilled with water.

C) The shampoo and shower gel are quite useless. Other than fragrance, unable to wash away anything. Very cheapskate.
What touched me most was that Dusit remembered the small mishap I experienced in my room last year.
I slipped and hit my head very hard on the seat, luckily apart from some bruising, its okay.

They gave us a room with a city view but it was more like a construction site view.
Booked 2 rooms. Just a last min weekend stay cation. Rooms was clean and view was nice.
The hotel itself is simply beautiful, featuring spacious and elegant rooms that were perfect for our family.

The outlets installed upside down in the rooms, so the universal charger does not stay plugged in
Beds were very comfy and fitted both of us and our 2 year old without overlap!
This hotel, however, got double bed (1.22m) so it can fits for 2 ladies at least.

They did not have a bidet in the room which is strange for an international hotel.
The curtains in the room were block out but had become unlatched in the middle and at one in so light was coming in from the public area and pool garden. The iron board was odd and very low and in a stupid bag that was difficult to get the board and iron out off. Think this needs to be ditched. Looked god but was not at all practical.
The sound proof is much better than expected despite they are so near to the airport, if you didn’t pay attention you might not notice the plane the flew past. the tv have HDMI port I can utilise and coffee machine in the room is just superb. they upgrade to pool view for me which make me feel so pampered and the sunrise scenery is just breathtaking.

Our 2 rooms whilst not interconnecting ( doesn’t seem common in Singapore) were very near to each other on the same floor which was great. The bedrooms felt like a bit of a lottery. One was fine, the other had malfunctioning air con and smelled really bad. Not sure what the stench was ; but coupled with the broken aircon made it an uncomfortable night.
Spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely nice and we both slept well. The bathroom was good but I feel it was big enough to have a bathtub and also a second sink. I also thought that the rooms could really do with a balcony, as people using the pool (and lots of families) drying swimwear etc would be better.
1. There are 3 pax in my room. I am not aware if there are a room which can accommodate 3 of us comfortably, but I was told that the room I am given is the same size as every other room and they have to squeeze the 3rd roll in bed which makes walking inaccessible in a small room.

A special mention goes to Mr. Nanda, whose assistance and outstanding service were pivotal in enhancing our stay. He was always available to ensure that our needs were met, whether it was providing local tips or accommodating special requests. His genuine care for guests made a significant impact on our experience.
We were served by Dean at the reception. Dean is a gem and his service is top notch. He had gone above and beyond to ensure our stay here is memorable and enjoyable. I really appreciate what he had done for us
We best remember the hotel staff. Each employee showed a real and human quality from the front desk to the restaurant and at the pool they did all they could to ensure our stay was perfect.

The manager from housekeeping showed such thoughtfulness, promptly addressing our concern when we found a glass chip on the bed, apologizing sincerely, and even offering dining vouchers as a gesture of goodwill.
A gentleman manning the family golf experience booth was helpful, gave very good instructions to my kids and was very encouraging as we were first timers. My kids had fun.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided throughout my dining experience. A young lady named Miki, was quick, tentative, and kind within the process.

Was there to celebrate my husband’s birthday but nothing special, no note or a happy birthday by any staffs. hence I would rate staffs there a 5?
2. Unfriendly staff at evening buffet - and very slow and unhelpful table service. Had to ask and chase them up just to get a drink.
The staff is very warm and helpful, always ready to assist, with a shout out to Nando who was instrumental in getting us to Raffles!

The welcome drinks weren't our favourite and this one employee at the bar wasn't the nicest but the rest of the staff was great
A special thanks to the bellboy who, despite looking like he had an injury, was still so kind and attentive in assisting us.
The staff were not only so friendly but knowledgeable and helpful. Special mention to the porters/butler team and the front desk staff.

Smiling and warm staff especially Arif was perfect. He tried to solve every discomfort and gave all details about Singapore and transportation.
The hotel promise will at least a simple pleasant cake to make my bf happy but was not as per committed.
I was taken aback when Ramesh mentioned as I approached to book Taxi, stating Nanda mentioned that I would reach out.

The hotel staff responded promptly and arranged a room change immediately, ensuring our comfort for the rest of the stay.
Nanda from his desk came to chat while I was heading for a walk and he helped with site walk.
I really enjoyed my stay here! Preeya and Mr. Chester took great care of me and gave helpful advice.

We were very impressed with her service, and we will definitely return again if we have the opportunity.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even the slightest complaint was taken seriously and handled professionally.
The staff were all amazing and should be commended for brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble.

Attentive and courteous service throughout, from bell person, concierge, front desk, house keeping, pool and restaurant staff.
Every team member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable.
The staff are wonderful, and nothing you ask is a problem for them to help with.

It was not easy calling into the hotel concierge. Otherwise, hotel staff were nice and friendly.
During my stay, I had the pleasure of being assisted by two exceptional concierges, Theenash and Raziq, who truly elevated my hotel experience. Both were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of seamlessly. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. Whether it was recommendations, assistance, or simply making sure guests felt valued, they handled everything with excellence and a warm attitude. A hotel is only as good as the people representing it, and Theenash and Raziq are a true credit to the team. Thank you both for making the stay so memorable!
I requested a tax invoice from reception, but the receptionist said it could not be issued and that I had to request it from Booking.com. Booking.com could not issue a tax invoice, so I went back to request one from reception again. The receptionist confirmed that they could not issue it. I then sent an email inquiry, and the hotel staff replied quickly and issued the tax invoice, sending it to me by email.

She offer me to keep my luggage and etc “””but NO thanks not in this place !! The last time someone offer me like that , ended up with me confusing looking for my things alone!!! And No body there to help me!!”””. This kind of nonsense ignoring guests, I can grab someone else luggage and throw it anywhere and No body care.
We reception for the replacement ( it was already very late, so housekeeping was not working anymore). They brought us new bed sheet and ask us to change it on our own. We told them that they should do it. 5 minutes later 2 persons came to change it, but the bed sheet that was provided was only temporary one.
If a guest relations service is available, you may expect them to act proactively and take problems seriously. Instead, a discussion arose through the WhatsApp service. Only after we explicitly asked for a conversation did someone come to us. This person did not seem to be properly aware of our complaint, and once again no concrete solution was offered.

The hotel was near the airport, so we can see airplanes flying past us every 2-3 minutes during day time. During night time, the frequency of the airplanes reduced but we could still hear the sound of the engine when the airplanes flew past.
I did not find much time to walk around but I could see a nice golf course and since I travelled on a weekend I saw many golfers all geared up to play.
Apart from planes flying over but this is to be expected due to location very close to airport which is why I was staying due to a very long layover!

Very close to airport and planes flying by every minute but noise isolation is really top notch - rooms are quiet taking into account the vicinity of landing planes.
The location is ideal only for a stopover (or for playing golf, as it is directly integrated into the golf course), but not for visiting the city.
We were happy with the location close to the airport but it may be a bit out of the way if you’re wanting a city experience.

Convenient Location: Being just a short drive from Changi Airport and downtown Singapore made it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat.
Wonderful hotel, with the only drawback being that it is a little outside the center of Singapore. It is a shame about the location.
The hotel is also 20 minutes or so from garden bay, so it was very centrally located between the airport and tourist attractions.

We stayed near the airport for an early morning flight but although close to the airport it is more of a resort
Not much around the hotel, lots of development happening as you make your way to the hotel, but once there not noticeable.
Very heavy building site and works for miles around it. Very unattractive driving through a massive building site to get here.

Location is great, close to the airport however there were a lot of construction and road works around the hotel.
This hotel was comfortable and close to the airport - easy to settle in and rest after a long flight.
The location is also good for someone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of busy SG.

The location was a not great, there was nothing around it but a building site and the golf course.
Apparently, a subway station is under construction, so convenience may improve in the future once the station is completed.
The location is a bit inconvenient, also because of the construction sites along the route to reach it

Very convenient for going to the airport or spending one night before leaving / after arriving in Singapore.
Away from the centre but convenient for the airport and a short taxi ride to the expo
But if you intend to stay for just one night without going out much, then it's okay.

Great view of the Golf course and also seeing all the different types of planes close up.
Location wise it is not as ideal due to the massive construction going on around the property.
The hotel is far from the city and with a big construction area to its front.

Perfect location for travellers who need to stay close to Changi Airport (15 mins by car).
Some people have said it's quite far out, which is true to an extent, but the location is quite clear when you go to book the stay and it's only a 13-15 min drive to the airport, which is perfect for anyone flying in or out and needing a day or even a few days if into golf to chill, recover and relax.
We chose this location as a break in a long international travel route and were disappointed in the services provided. It was expensive, there are not easy options for alternative dining locations due to its location and it was not the typical Singaporean efficiency and welcome we have come to love.

My wife and I came here to try an alternative to the usual staycation locations in Singapore. Located away from the any local area yet not too far from transport hub and malls etc, the golf course location acts as a good away from it all selection in Singapore.
It’s right next to a huge construction site which is very ugly and means no nice walks to any shops or eating, you have to get a taxi or shuttle really, no other complaints really, perhaps food a little pricey and you are captive due to distance from alternatives.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute drive from Changi Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Singapore1. This makes it an ideal choice for travelers who want to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

The pool was closed for the majority of our stay which was very disappointing as that was the main reason we booked this hotel. My parents were excited to relax in the pool but it was shut all morning so didn't get to enjoy it.
As we arrived late in the evening it was a nice touch to be offered a quality welcome drink to be taken at leisure which we enjoyed by the pool the next afternoon.
The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely huge pools. The room was spacious, elegant and had views over the swimming pools through the floor to ceiling windows.

The pool will always be the main highlight. Its beautiful scenic view and the sight of planes going pass every few minutes is always captivating.
It’s a shame that we couldn’t use the pool area due to our very short stay, but it looked beautiful from the room!
Ideal when you have a late evening flight, as you can enjoy the pool and showers on the day of departure.

Constant aeroplanes flying over the pool so if you are looking for tranquility then I wouldn’t recommend this place.
The view at the pool side is indeed pretty get to enjoy the view of the airplanes too.
The pool (the main one is 50 metres) is gorgeous and a lovely place to be.

The pool area with little private areas for all the guests were a wonderful surprise.
Which meant we could enjoy the pool a bit longer before taking our flight.
We didn't get time to get to the pool but it looked amazing.

The lap pool was wonderful - fairly sure it was more than 50m.
Pool was gorgeous and very quiet / mostly had it to myself
Very clean and well-organized pool; it is worth staying one extra day

I love the fact that I can chill by the poolside
The rooms are beautifully designed, and the pool view was fantastic.
Big swimming pool - nice to relax after long flight.

There are only 2 outdoor showers in the pool area.
The pools were perfect for our 14 month old
Loved the peaceful vibe and the beautiful pool area.

Pool is large with plenty of beds to relax.
Pool was great as usual. Not too crowded.
The pool is very nice, large, and clean.

The hotel is spectacular, especially the pool area
We loved the fact that the pool area wasn't crowded even if it was a weekend, they had plenty of cabanas and plenty of beach chairs for you to lay down in. Appreciate the fact that there is a whole lap pool for adults, and kids are separated at the end + a casual low level pool for people who just wanna play with water without disrupting lap swimmers.
The pool is not attended or managed by hotel staff. Since its can be busy theres not many chairs available. We had to fix our own as it was also quite windy. Even the cabanas are not available. Old drinks were left around. I even stepped on a food bowl whilst walking in the pool area.

The pool was dangerous to get in and out of, slippery and no hand rails. It was difficult and painful to use the round steps at the end. There was rubbish in the pool. Eg. hair ties, other objects. I broke a toe nail on the white grill sticking up close to the tiled steps.
View from room. I paid for a pool view room, but the room was on the second floor and palm fronds were blocking it. I just happened to have a space in between the trees, but not too sure about other rooms on the level
There was no pool service for drinks which is unacceptable. No shade in the pool and very little around the pool. Please remember some guests are older and not so agile, the very low gazebo’s are difficult to get in and out of.

When wanting to book the shuttle to the airport for our return journey , was told that the shuttle was on a break for 3 hours, this hotel was not cheap and in the circumstances they should have then provided us with a taxi so we had to pay for a taxi to and from the airport, we were told that there would be a free shuttle and this was not the case
Since this is a hotel close to the airport, the shuttle schedules are very limited, so we were unable to use them either in the evening or in the morning. A taxi costs approximately SGD 10 per trip during the day.
Walking to the nearest Mall (Chiangi City Point) is not really possible at our time of visit due to the construction. There is however, a free shuttle bus to the mall several times a day.

The airport shuttle service starts at 10:30, so it can only be used if you have flights from 1 p.m. onward, and if you arrive after 6:30 p.m., there is no service anymore…
2 km from nearest MRT station. It is not possible to go to the hotel by public transportation. The hotel’s airport shuttle bus only runs between 10:00 am and 18:45 pm
I couldn't use this from and to the airport as the shuttle only operated only during a few hours during the day which was not suitable for my flight times.

We got the shuttle to the airport- not realising that it didn’t go to all the terminals and we ended up running to make it to our departure gate.
We have booked the reservation several weeks before arriving, and I didn’t get any information that the main road in front of the hotel is under mending.
Except everytime we caught a taxi they had issues finding hotel due to detours so ensure you ask your driver they know where they are going!!!

The only thing I would have to criticize is that on Sundays the first shuttle bus to the airport does not leave until 10:30 a.m.
I had an early-morning flight the next day, but unfortunately the shuttle bus to the airport was still not operating even at 6:30 a.m.
The hotel's shuttle runs only three times a day overall. Those who do not book on time cannot take it and get there.

The resort regular free shuttle bus to Changi jewel & marina bay sands makes it an even more appealing place to stay.
Location was hampered by the new building of transport and water facilities which meant access to the site was not great.
AND the shuttle is shared, so you have no way of really knowing what time the 10:30 a.m. shuttle actually arrives.

And even though hotel is located next to the airport, it still takes 15 minutes to reach airport by taxi.
The only way to go out of the property is via Grab taxi as it is not public transportation accessible.
The hotel is difficult to access, situated in the middle of a major construction site. Hardly accessible on foot.

The nearest MRT station is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel makes up for this with a shuttle service.
But shuttle service was not very frequent so ended up booking a grab to get back and forth.
And the possibility of hotel transfers from the airport for those who are unfamiliar with Singapore Airport.

You should be aware of both departure and arrival time to ensure that you get your ride/s.
There is no other means of transport (not even to the city center) except for taxis
Despite being close to the airport, the free airport shuttle was only available until 6:40 p.m.

As we needed to be near the airport and ferry port. Was perfect for that.
The only down side for us was NOT the Dusit Thani, but the taxi service we had to get from the Airport, the taxi service at the airport sells the fare to you so be very careful as we got I believe ripped of at the Airport, we were sold the taxi hire and told it would take approximately half an hour, the cost was $60 Singaporean dollars, which equates to $72 Aud and we got to the hotel in less than 10 minutes, was not any way half an hour, so be careful.
The hotel does provide a free shuttle from and to the airport and also into town. However, it only runs between 10.30am and 4.30pm. I would have expected a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport at least, for such a high class hotel. So we had to use taxis for our airport connections. The cost was approximately SGD 22 each way, not overly expensive for a 15-20 minute drive, and the hotel was happy to organise the one to the airport to be on time.

Communication was very poor, requested to have an airport transfer when making a booking. no-one bothered to inform me that their shuttle bus finishes @ 1830hrs yet my flight was arriving @ 2000hrs which left me stranded looking for transport to get to the hotel. And also had an early flight the following day only to be told shuttle bus only starts @ 1000hrs like really??????
Additionally, there was an incident with the shuttle service drop off was at Jewel side where to reach T2 departure need me 20± mins with luggage(some areas are restricted with trolley )and —one of our small bags was left behind during drop-off and couldn’t be delivered to the airport in time as we waited 1.5hr and happy to pay for fare..
Annoyingly, the message we left with reception the night before about booking a large taxi wasn’t relayed to the concierge so we ended up wedged into a tiny cab with all our luggage & an angry opinionated taxi driver who was convinced we were American & spent the thankfully short taxi ride listing the myriad ways Singapore >USA.

The only unfortunate mishap was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, which gave us quite a scare, but an announcement informed us that it was a false alarm.
It would be nice if you could fix a small handheld bidet shower in toilet for those who wants to really clean themselves after they are done.
I forgot to notify the reception area, but the drain in the shower was slow in draining as it was full of hair.

I believe the main problem is the construction work around it, but once it is finished, it will be even better.
The hotel blends luxurious comfort with the warmth of Thai hospitality, making for a relaxing atmosphere in the resort space.
It was a bit cold in the hotel-if outside temperature is above 34, but in the building only 19

Meanwhile I didn’t see any of the members of golf club. Maybe it is not the right day!
They didn’t even explain how the elevator worked, we got an explanation from one of the guests.
And some building construction on adjacent property so outlook from one direction is not that good.

Other than the coffee machine, I could not find any other fault with the hotel.
You can also have your clothes ironed and/or washed there (for a fee, though).
And good facilities if you just want to hang there as a transit stop.

Despite the construction on going in the lobby, it didnt dampen our experience.
We had requested for board games around 5 pm, but it didn't came.
The cleanliness and the hotel’s design, which is very modern and beautiful,

And the option to select amenities through an app is very convenient.
Internal refurbishment work underway and a construction site opposite the entrance
Perhaps an elevated walkway protected from golf balls, would be possible?

Not that many amenities on-site like children’s room, playground etc.
The only issue we had was one of the lifts.
The airport was nearby, and we could often see airplanes.

There’s some construction going on so this view wasn’t pleasant
The lobby had toy elephants that the kids appreciated
The construction taking place was a very slight distraction

And all areas are easy accessible with stroller.
The other night, when I came back from other places it was really tired that, I want to have a rest with the network. The network happened to disconnect for two hours with disconnected telephone and disconnected TV.
Woken up at 1am by very loud announcement on Fire alarm being activated, it was scary I quickly surveyed room and checked out nearest escape route but am really thankful it turned out to be a false alarm.

Just one minor mishap with the fire alarm—which fortunately turned out to be a false alarm—that went off a couple of times early in the morning, presumably because of the carelessness of one of the hotel’s guests.
According to reception, the bar was still open, but we were told that it was already closing and that we could not order anything else. In the end, we did get one bottle of beer.
Ran just water through it and wasn’t surpised to see the water come out brown with black bits. I think I ran the water about 10rounds and there were still black bits coming out.

What we did order, one dish was spicy which we were not informed about in advance, thus my kids wouldnt eat it, and they did not provide any compensation for this. We did order two kids meals but we needed to order a third as the kids were both still hungry after.
Reheated hours old sticky rice from buffet and served it with Thai entree and refried soft shell crab which tasted of nothing but rancid oil and egg sauce was not smooth but congealed and broken from reheating.
We had few drinks and bites at the Legends Bar and were very impressed by the service team members named: Ariana, Benjamin, Daniel, KC - They were a Gem of a person.

The restaurant, like the swimming pool in front of it that runs the entire length of the building, is exceptionally large, and both are impressive in their furnishings and architecture.
The restaurant was spectacular. Plants were nestled within the different areas, which made it a beautiful place to visit. The food was very good as well.
I only had some takeaway food from one of the property restaurants during my one night stay, but it was excellent and reasonably priced.

And dinner at Tee Deck which I personally love the local food is delicious. Greenhouse is a MUST visit restaurant in Singapore!
And were shocked at how beautiful the restaurant was and the range of food, everything you could think of and more!
The buffet choices seemed endless, all set in a garden type setting with views out onto the adjoining golf course.

We had dinner in the restaurant and both Thai dishes were well below standard....this under an in-house "Thai Week".
Not so much flexibility, we came in at 10 pm and couldn’t even get a drink at the bar.
The very expensive satay sticks were the world's smallest - hard to see how they justify charging SD$22.50.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants are all beautifully maintained, with pleasant service and an international menu.
Dinner and lunch options were limited and expensive, and the staff at dinner a bit disengaged.
Buffet has very good food. Booked via eatigo app and got a big discount .

It's just too bad that we didn't get a chance to try the bakery goods
I find it not very useful, to be honest; the bar closed very early
Food was fab in general and again the staff are what make it.

Happy hour drinks in the bar with a live twosome band was nice.
The Greenhouse restaurant was perfection, a feast for the eyes and belly.
You can order food through the GrabFood app, and it arrives quickly.

The Food we had in both the Greenhouse for Evening Meal
But for $20 a glass, I really didn't enjoy my wine....
We had a meal at the bar which was excellent.

Restaurant was also really good with a really fresh buffet.
The dinner service has been nothing short of a disaster. Very inattentive, poor service. Waiting ages for anyone to come, ordered 2 Sling cocktails to start, what a waste of time they were. Just juice, not even a garnish, let alone any gin in them. For $26++ each!! Mains came 5 mins apart, they were not bad, but ordered a beer after the above said "juice" and that finally came after we'd finished eating. Dirty plates took ages to be cleared. We weren't even offered a dessert menu, but we'd lost the will to live anyway at that stage. Ordered bill and sat for anther 20 mins, before we left to find someone and made a comment on the above. They took $7 off the bill, but overcharged on a virgin cocktail wich was advertised at the table for $6. To top it all off the restaurant was virtually empty.
When you thing of a golf club you don't immediately think of it as being a place for fine food and dining. But go to Laguna and you will see a different side to a Golf Club. With no equal when it comes to the environment and the quality of food you will have a very pleasant and satisfying meal and time. Ideal for taking your loved one, family or even a business occasion. I would however book ahead as it does get quite full and justifyably so given the quality of what you get.

The hotel seemed to be opening new eating areas, so getting dinner was a little challenging as my husband wanted italian and I wanted thai. Initially they wanted us to sit in the separate restaurant areas, but then the restaurant managers stepped in and we could order from 2x different restaurants (literally in the same place). Food came at different times but was delicious. Good result in the end!
Dining at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore is a culinary delight. The Greenhouse restaurant serves a variety of international cuisines in a vibrant, all-day dining setting1. For a more exclusive experience, The Nest restaurant caters to golfers and members, offering a cozy and intimate dining environment1. The Legends Bar and Tee Deck provide perfect spots to unwind with a drink while enjoying the picturesque surroundings1.
If you are out for the day you are best eating in the City which is a shame as the quality of food at the hotel is fabulous but no time to eat it and for the price works out very expensive in comparison to food elsewhere. Would make a difference in you knew food was being cleared a little later in the evening.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t that great we stayed for 5 days and had 5 days straight breakfast in their buffet the food were almost the same everyday. I would suggest that they should make some changes of the food they serve.
Breakfast was good, however the choice of fruits could be better. However it was the same every morning, but to be fair except more fruit, the choice was very good.
So we were hoping we could get a simple breakfast to go (seeing that breakfast was included in our rate) but it wasn't an option.

The breakfast was amazing. The selection was both very culturally diverse and abundant as well as being well cooked and tasty.
The breakfast buffet was exceptionally impressive, with a variety of local and international dishes, fresh pastries, fruits, and made-to-order options.
Breakfast was ok, some of the food didnt look fresh, no allergy free available, processed meats on offer.

Also, i find the breakfast options quite limited compared to other dusit thani hotels i’ve been to.
Breakfast always consisted of the same menu, the only downside to an otherwise nearly perfect stay.
And buffet breakfast is good value if you start your day with a heavy meal.

The breakfast and the beds were by far the best things about the hotel.
The Hotel said they would prepare for us a packed breakfast to go
Breakfast had a large variety for selection. The food was very fresh.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast delivered to my room.
Especially the breakfast is without doubt the finest choice and quality
We didnt get to have breakfast as we left early.

The breakfast is vast with many hot dishes Luke warm.
The buffet is no longer replenished after 9:45 a.m.
Breakfast was excellent with everything you could think of.

And we liked the excellent, exceptional breakfast very much.
Great breakfast provided as part of the package.
Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from.

We also enjoyed our breakfast the next
Breakfast was amazing with so much choice
Fantastic breakfast in a well designed environment

And nice selection for buffet breakfast.
Disappointed with the kids breakfasts are not included while I do add breakfast for my room. Cannot understand why 2 kids can stay free in the room but after breakfasts added in Expedia, I still need to pay for extra costs of kids breakfast as they are not included. 😑😑😑 only 2 adults are included while we were thinking it was not fair, the staff asked a silly question that kids breakfast need to be added or not??? it is a must to add just feel very disappointed that kids breakfasts are not included. With taxes, it’s SD41 somethings for 2 kids breakfast, not expensive but it’s very tricky for the app or the hotel to do like this. Kids eat free or should be included while I paid in the app.
No warning that breakfast would literally end at 10 am sharp - all trays removed. We were there at 9.30 am but didn’t want to hoard plates of food and wanted to finish our fruits being taking other stuff. But by the time we got up at 10 am to grab some bread etc everything had already been removed. Most hotels stop at 10.30 am

We had added breakfast for €20 per person per day. A set concept is fine, but the quality was truly below standard. There was hardly any choice—approximately five options—we received only one cup of coffee, the pancakes were dry and almost inedible, and the croissants were clearly not fresh. For this price, you may expect more.
I booked without breakfast because I planned to eat near the hotel, but there was road construction near the hotel and no restaurants or convenience stores such as 7-Eleven nearby. Therefore, I chose to purchase breakfast. There were many breakfast options, but the taste was average. The additional price per person was quite expensive.
Room service breakfast good but bread basket had no butter for all the toast ( only one jam)- I could have phoned but by time I got butter, toast probably cold. It’s such a minor thing, but I was so looking forward to it & for the cost, there should have been some!!!

It has been a nightmare dealing with the reservation dept of Dusit Laguna Singapore. I booked a room for this July with their web site. But due to change of travel plan, I emailed their reservation dept in Singapore to cancel the reservation which the staff there they would cancel it for me. After a week or so, I checked my reservation status & found I still have the reservation not cancelled even though their resection staff said they would cancel it for me. So I called the hotel to speak to their in-house reservation staff. Upon checking, the staff apologized and said she would for sure cancel my July reservation.
At one point, booking a day room was said to be no problem, then it was not possible after all, and although it was eventually established that it could be done, the employee at reception was nevertheless surprised upon our arrival that we wanted to leave again that evening. The room was not ready either, but everything was handled excellently during check-in.
Second time staying there this month and Christmas k in takes a long long time compared to other hotels.2nd booking there was no booking in the system for us which made the process even longer and a bit confusing as we used a second card to hold on deposit and still to work out if we were double charged

I can’t understand why most hotels near international airports can’t have more flexible check in and check out times. We didn’t arrive till 11pm, and then flight out a few days later is at 10pm and we are granted a late check out of 130pm - gee thanks a lot. Like other hotels totally inflexible!!!!
I did exactly as they said, but after payment they keep rejecting and did not accept my card,I had to update 4 new cards but in the end I still cannot make payments while they kept sending emails informing me that if I didn't complete the payment they would cancel my reservation.
2)check in time was 3pm but we went in at 4pm only but the staff put us on hold n said the room need to be cleaned and checked again..why is that suppose to be done at 4pm when the check in time is at 3pm.

The keycard is not updated 24hrs so everytime we go out and come bk after eating our breakfast we hv to go down back to the lobby again and ask them to update it so we can open our room door.😔
I did not like being prompted with several mails to do the check in online. I wrote back that I would do it once I got there but mails kept on coming.
Our flight was at 7:40 pm and we requested for a late checkout they said NO and suggested we pay SGD 150 if we wanted a late checkout

Check-in at the front office with Aria and Angela was smooth, and they even wished me a happy birthday, which added a really personal touch.
After checking in from the counter, No body talk to me, it’s huge area and I feel like I’m lost in the jungle!
We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast, making the entire experience hassle-free.

Due to the late change of room we asked for slight later check out. But they mentioned accommodation was fully booked.
Then I spoke to a different staff member who told me that of course I could use the showers.
The check-in and check-out processes were a bit slow; they apologized, but we still waited about 15 minutes.

It was also convenient that we could use the gym lockers and showers even after checking out.
The hotel informed me that I must make full payment before arriving to secure the reservation.
We checked in very late due to late flight & the receptionist was very accommodating.

Apparently, several employees handled my request for an early check-in and departure that same evening.
The reception is staffed even late in the evening, which I found very pleasant.
Appreciate the hotel being open so late and early, given we were in transit

Probably our fault for not reading the information given to us at check-in properly.!
They were also flexible and allowed for early check-in as the room was ready.
Very accommodating with early checkin and extended checkout on one of our rooms;

We arrived at 10:30 with the intention of dropping our cases off
They allowed me to extend my checkout until 1pm free of charge.
We did receive a later check out at 2pm which was helpful.

And they had popcorn for the kids while we check-in and out.
Two night solo traveller stay near the airport for onward travel
Check in and check out ..first impression, last impression !

The gym was great for a hotel gym it had a lot more for the regular gym goer and so I managed to get a good workout in including deadlifts of a really decent weight!
Gym hours are 8am to 10pm, therefore cannot use earlier or late in evening. No drinking water fountain in the gym. No staff management in gym.
The gym is nice alot of machines and weights and most importantly a high end squat rack with a bench and modern treadmills

We did not use the gym and spa area or the golf course, so we cannot provide any information about them.
The three swimming pools, fully-equipped gym, tennis courts, and putting green offered plenty of options to stay active and entertained.
For those who enjoy staying active, the hotel offers a fully-equipped gym, three tennis courts, and even a putting green1.

They then offered us a locker in the gym, but you couldn't get back in without a room key.
Also the gym and sauna area are not suited for guests, it is set up for members only.
Gym looked excellent when I had a look just didn’t have enough time to use it .

Great gym - better than your average hotel gym for sure, also spacious so never felt crowded.
We were able to use the gym and pool and store our bags while we waited.
The showers in the gym changing room should be cleaned better (just a small note),

Gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen in a long time.
And gym were the main features we enjoyed in a short stay.
One of the most well equipped gyms I've seen in Singapore.

Workout facilities are the best I've had at a hotel.
Our card didn't work for the gym at first
And is equally matched by a very large gym.

And the gym was perfect for us adults.
The gym is excellent and very well equipped.
The gym was clean like a 5 stars,

And the gym were great too.
Gym, sauna, all is nice.
The gym is exceptionally well-equipped

It has a large gym
The gym is huge
Gym were amazing.

And the gym
A gym
Outstanding gym

The spa! Incredibly pampering with very skilled Thai masseuses - went for the hot soak bath and signature massage - my mother was particularly blown away by the skill of her masseuse. The receptionist at the spa was also very helpful in explaining the different oils/aromas available.
The massage itself was disappointing, my masseuse was inconsistent with her strokes, pressure and even accidentally pressed on a sensitive area that i had mentioned before to avoid.
The Devarana Wellness spa is a haven of tranquility, offering a range of treatments that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and pampered1.

Spa was not that good. Too noisy and mediocre masseuse. Thr Receptionist at the spa kept chatting so it was very noisy
We did not use the gym and spa area or the golf course, so we cannot provide any information about them.
Relaxing Spa Treatments: The Devarana Wellness spa, with its range of rejuvenating treatments, probably left you feeling pampered and refreshed.

The prices at the day spa - for massages and similar treatments - were well outside our budget.
For the price charged and the way it was marketed, i was expecting a more wholesome luxurious experience.
The sauna had a vent & gaps all around the door so it couldn't get very hot.

Also we are not able to use sauna either as it was not open in the evening.
Highly recommend the wellness centre for the best remedial massage I’ve had in a long time.
I had a massage as well and it was spot on, everyone there was really nice.

No real spa, just a sauna in the separate women’s and men’s changing rooms
Great Modern Location with fanatsic Golf Swimming and Spa ...Lobby Aircon Needed .
Had to ask and wait to use the sauna so it’s warmed up

My therapist was professionally thorough and applied the perfect amount of pressure.
We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa and could highly recommend.
My wife had a massage too and said it was great.

A pity the service did not match up to the aesthetics.
The only thing was that the wellness options were very expensive.
And the spa area with foot reflexology massage is especially recommended.

The Devarana spa at the hotel was a little disappointing.
Apa from the Wellness & Spa is a great masseuse!
I had 2 spa treatments whilst there which were good.

Enjoyed a treatment at Wellness Centre.
Don’t miss the Wellness Centre!
There is a spa

Spa were excellent
The spa
And sauna.

I was driving a Mercedes-Benz E-Class and asked whether I could park in front. Another male receptionist said yes, but it was first come, first served.
Carpark access to the hotel is via staircase, so make sure you alight passengers and luggage at the hotel lobby before parking.
Carpark access was not great as there wS no connecting lift and it is two floors down by stairs.

The parking for hotel guests is a bit complicated … but overall can be settled by intercom.
The guest carpark is next to the refuse collection for the hotel.
Car park is abit far from lobby, need some walking.

Although we drive and were given free parking
Some distance to the hotel car park
Car park is far from the lobby

Free parking for hotel guests.
There's free parking too!
Including free parking

Free parking.
