Reviews overwhelmingly describe a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with spacious rooms, well-maintained facilities, welcoming staff, and an excellent Orchard Road location. Many guests praise consistent service, repeat stays, and Club Level value, including drinks and regional food. Less favorable feedback cites high prices, occasional disappointing service, security concerns, and no lobby luggage scale.

I didn't like everything. The hotel is rated five stars, but in reality, for someone who is used to high-end and clean five-star hotels, this hotel should not be rated more than three stars in every aspect.
The hotel was as you would expect for a 5 star hotel, it feels like it has been renovated in resent times, and still has a vibrant feel to it.
I had booked a room for the night, only because the hotel I was staying at for the rest of my stay did not have a room available then.

We hosted our wedding in voco Orchard Singapore, and let's just say that it was definitely 100% a memorable one for us.
Not worth the price and I would not call it a five star hotel in comparison to others hotels nearby
I didn't expect much based on reviews but rate is usually higher too but understandable since its IHG.

In general, this is a hotel meeting but not exceeding expectation, will try other hotels next time
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip to Singapore.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here on future visits!

This used to be the Hilton until it decided to take over Mandarin orchard.
It was over all a good stay but it could have been better.
Only reason, if I were to change, I would change to a different.

I will definitely be recommending Voco orchard to my family & friends.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and will stay again.
I cannot say enough about how everything was above and beyond.

Catering for the conference I attended there was very good.
Highly recommend the Voco hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.
Overall impression with the service and environment was good.

Beautiful hotel one to stay in for sure
This hotel has a warm and cozy environment.
Memorable stay with the old Orchard Road flair

Definitely recommend Voco for hosting your wedding.
Excellent choice for a short family getaway.
Great value for a 2 night stay.

Had a very pleasurably stay at Voco.
I can confidently recommend this hotel.
Thank you, YZ and all staff.

This hotel was very good.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Thank u for great service.

Staff: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG350 relevant reviews
Staff are overwhelmingly described as warm, friendly, professional, and helpful, especially at front desk check-in, the Executive Club, breakfast, and housekeeping. Guests repeatedly praise attentive service, personalized assistance, and named employees including YZ, Sandy, Paulo, Push, and Rovi. A few reviews report unfriendly staff and an unhelpful manager.

The restaurant manager, who discovered the note about my diet on our booking, advised me that if there was anything I wanted, that would be more in keeping with the way I ate at home, I was just to ask.
Upon checking into my room, I received a text reiterating her welcome on behalf of the hotel, as well as providing me with a number to contact should I be in need of anything else.
We would also like to mention Chef Oscar for his excellent food and customer service, as well as Razak, Aishah, Fai, the night manager Sahil, and our lovely housekeeping staff.

Sandy was so detailed to the point she noted that I need a mousepad for my work and she provided it to me without me even asking.
We also greatly appreciated your graciousness and dedicated assistance in attending to all our requests and feedback during the planning stages and throughout our event.
Apart from him the stay which has been made fantastic is through Mam Vanu, what an amazing lady, takes care of everything you need.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were great as well - shout out to Sandy! for keeping our room spotless and well stocked.
Ezaria was attentive, proactive and genuinely thoughtful — always one step ahead, ensuring we were perfectly looked after without ever being intrusive.
Mikhul another member of the breakfast team always welcomed us like family every morning and asked whether he could help us.

Staff were exceptional, the breakfast buffet was nice and Maria greeted us with a smile and exceptional customer service each morning
The front desk staff also played a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment from the moment our attendees arrived.
I can’t say anything more about the staff because they truly were amazing and attentive with great manners and attitudes!

Gugan, as the man in charge of bar and restaurant, made a great first impression before leaving for holiday.
The staff were really friendly and professional especially Narin at the front desk and the housekeeper Battuumah who excellent.
She was wonderful and remembered me for my every trip at Voco whenever I stay at 21st floor.

They have been super observant to our need and checking in with us on the food and drinks.
The voco team always makes your day, is fun to stay with and creates best holiday memories.
Thank you to the bartender GuGan and the voco team for such a personalized and memorable experience.

I was also told that my daughter was not included in the breakfast when I checked in.
Elaine at the front desk made everything so easy and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
They consistently asked about our satisfaction with the stay and made efforts to resolve any issues.

Their warmth, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service are what will keep me coming back.
The staff were welcoming, efficient and clearly understand the importance of caring for their guests.
Mohammed Aquid went way beyond our expectations with his personalized service and warm welcoming attitude.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Sandy from the Housekeeping team.
Special thanks to: - Sunshine who has been very patience with us since we signed our contract up to the wedding day; - Joo, YZ, Elaine for managing all of our rooms (bridal and family members' rooms); - Bellmen Andy & Iqbal for assisting us with a trolley of luggage; - Housekeeper Ivan for decorating our room with swans + flower petals, which really WOW us when we walked into the room despite feeling exhausted; - Push for anticipating our big family breakfast-time the next day by reserving sufficient seats for the old, youngs and little ones; - Kher Xian for handling our check-out (not an easy one since there's so many rooms involved); - and lastly, Xin Hui, who was the star for taking care of us during the wedding dinner.
I reflect on the fact that I did not write the date I wanted to make the reservation on the paper. Even though I repeated that it was for tomorrow to the hotel, I did not write it down for confirmation, I did not receive an email notification, and there was no apology for the date mix-up. I hope to prevent a recurrence of these issues.

Staff were very helpful, I needed to check out late, and they had already extended the time but my last meeting ran late and I missed the extended check oyt deadline. Ran to the counter and they extended it for another hour so I could get a quick shower before heading to the airport!
When the customer service person questioned one member of our group about our stay on the last day before we left, she mentioned her disappointment at the lack of upgrade and to our surprise we later got a bottle of wine delivered to each room, which was a very nice and appreciated gesture.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful toooo much i can even tell fai from the check in and a lady in the evening helped me i didnt remember her name all of the stuff was great i love them and i love to stay there and highly recommended

Location: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG262 relevant reviews
voco Orchard Singapore is repeatedly praised for its central Orchard Road location, with major malls, restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment within walking distance. Orchard MRT is generally 5–10 minutes away, providing convenient citywide access. One guest felt the surrounding area was less interesting, while another found the hotel too far from everything.

I'd say the location was perfectly located on Orchard Road, with a 20 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens of a morning and a 5 minute walk to the MRT to get you anywhere you need to go in Singapore.
The location is very excellent; it is in Kirkuk and sells halal falafel and shawarma, and right below it is a halal McDonald's. The brand street is on your right and left, so you don't need a car at all.
The hotel was fantastic close to everything that Singapore has to offer and close to the train system which was great to use to get about and very reasonable price wise

The location is another huge advantage—it's just a short walk to Orchard Road and ION Orchard, making shopping, dining, and getting around Singapore incredibly convenient.
Loved being able to walk along Orchard Rd to see the Christmas lights, and meet up for dinner/ drinks with friends so conveniently.
Smack bang on Orchard road with so much happening with big malls, lucky plaza & Naturals spa all in walking distance.

Orchard Road Singapore is a shopping and dining experience that will stay with you for a very long time.
Location is most important to me besides all the familiar faces who will greet me by my name.
It is located on Orchard Road near the shopping centers, which is perfect and excellent for shopping.

Location and breakfast was really good and the team was very friendly at the executive club.
Its location is excellent for those who love Orchard Street, but I didn't like it..
Voco Orchard Singapore is perfectly located at the famous Orchard Road in downtown Singapore.

It’s one stop to newton which is a brilliant food market at night.
It’s a great central location with a bus stop directly across the street.
The location near Mount Elizabeth was super convenient for both my check-up

The location was excellent to shops, malls, other restaurants and public transport.
Hotels in convenient and close to attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
Location great, central for business and shopping, bars and restaurants.

The location was great and close to restaurants and shopping.
The location was convinent, getting around is very easy.
Perfect location right in the heart of Orchard Road

The hotel’s prime Orchard Road location is excellent.
The location was perfect to get around Singapore.
The location of the hotel was magnificent.

A short walk to all shops, cafes.
Great location and close to MRT.
The location is another major strength.

So strategic and easy to find.
Great location, good service, comfortable rooms.
Close to everything I had planned

Rooms: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG256 relevant reviews
Rooms are frequently described as spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds. Recurring drawbacks include dated or cramped bathrooms with shower-over-bath tubs, sometimes difficult or unsafe to access, inconsistent air conditioning and hot-water temperature, and occasional plumbing noise or poor sound insulation. Some rooms feel cramped or need refurbishment.

Last point the era of having to climb into a bath to have a shower should be long gone in 5* hotels... this should be the next investment to be addressed by the owners....
The space was tiny and having a small bathtub in such a small space is highly impractical and dangerous when getting in and out of a wet surface.
It would have been better to address this mistake by upgrading the room or by providing some other form of compensation for this unpleasant error.

She ensured the room was spotless, with fresh linens, a clean bathroom, neatly arranged amenities, and a comfortable environment throughout the stay.
Our club access twin room was well appointed, comfortable + the filtered water tap was an absolute winner (loved this concept!)
The thermostat didn't work and no matter what you did it blew without interruption huge amounts of cold air.

It took them 3 tries to get our extra bed that was paid for and asked before hand.
The room was clean but the facilities inside of the room was bit old as the price.
The king single beds were incredibly comfortable and definitely a welcomed touch after long days exploring.

The bed sheets weren’t changed during our 3-day stay despite the room being cleaned every day.
The room was beautiful super clean and the bed/bedding super and extremely comfy and soft.
The hotel is on progressing to renovate their property, some room features are still old.

Given a room over looking car park rather than city side managed to change.
I then used the QR code on the printed menu to order online.
The shower cubicle is a little bit too dark due to lighting.

The only negative comment I have is the occupants above our room.
A bit stingy on the milk supply, only 2 little pods.
The ‘upgraded’ bedroom we were given was very tired and dated.

We stayed in the One-Bedroom Suite from June 22–26, 2026.
The property rather dated and underwhelming for this price point.
The shower was difficult to navigate and a bit broken.

The bed was comfortable and definitely preferred higher floor.
If possible avoid a room close to the lift.
The fridge was not even freezing the food

The pillows, mattress and bedding are so comfortable.
What happened ruined my entire stay and made me lose trust in them, and I would never recommend anyone stay at Voco if they care about the safety of their belongings or expect service worthy of the hotel's price.
I think the hotel knows this as there were handle bars on the wall where you get off as the space between the slope of the tub and glass partion did not leave much space to navigate.

The room we were subsequently allocated was at the rear of the property and turned out to be incredibly quiet; there was no noise from outside, none from the corridors or from neighbouring rooms.
Pillows were too fluffy and didn't help us on getting good sleep, please evaluate the pillows to a bit more harden version, which will gives better anatomy to our head while laying in bed.
The fact that I take a bath and products, shampoo, soap etc were fixed very high upon the wall, meant I had to standup every time I wanted to use the products.

Breakfast: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG141 relevant reviews
Breakfast is repeatedly described as a standout, with a large, fresh, high-quality buffet spanning Western, Asian, Indian, and local dishes. Guests praise attentive, welcoming staff and strong halal and gluten-free accommodations. It can become crowded, buffet variety may feel limited to some, and one guest found the congee lukewarm.

The hotel catered for all without failing - tons of options for vegans to vegetarians, gluten-free options, American style fry up station, to cold Japanese noodles with condiments and Japanese curries & breakfast dishes as well as sushi!
I replied " When were you going to tell us as I did not know as I have been buying her breakfast for the past couple of days as I did not hear from you?"
It was a great selection, (better than many hotels that I have stayed in recently), and again the friendly staff helped with a good table and a high chair.

A particular shout out to Chef Jiayi and Sujen who helped guide me through all the dishes and made me a delicious rice noodle, shrimp and chicken soup.
There were lots of other Asian options too - Indian breakfast options as well as Thai inspired noodle bowls, congee etc to name a few!
So the next morning my wife and I had breakfast then had to walk across the road to Starbucks for my daughters breakfast.

The Food and Beverage Manager , Walid, went above and beyond by ensuring I had my preferred breakfast every morning. Really appreciated that.
The staff at breakfast was most welcoming especially Push who remembers us every morning and our preference for a window table.
Mikhul another member of the breakfast team always welcomed us like family every morning and asked whether he could help us.

I typically spend 10-15mins at breakfast….an hour passed and I was still eating, there was that much delicious delights to savour
I was especially glad to have fruit & natural flavoured yogurts and chia seeds available as well as cereals and fruits.
Breakfast options for halal are limited as pork is put next to the other dishes with serving spoons being mixed up.

And I feel at breakfast staff would clear your plate or coffee cup even though you hadn’t finished with it.
They introduced me to the available breakfast spread, and it was amazingly presented, and a lot 😊!
Location and breakfast was really good and the team was very friendly at the executive club.

A wide variety that we really enjoyed, especially the asian soups and the indian stations.
Also, the buffet breakfast and food served in Opus Bar & Grill is simply delicious.
Their hospitality and attentiveness made breakfast something our family looked forward to every day.

The breakfast spread was sumptuous, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Every dish Chef Asok created was outstanding—flavorful, fresh, and cooked with so much heart.
I especially want to highlight the morning breakfast — the selection, the quality.

You must try the soup with pasta made by the chef himself.
The breakfasts were the best we have ever had in hotels.
My prawn noodles, made specially by him, were simply superb!

Gluten free bread could be toasted separately upon request.
Loved the Lemon Drizzle, Cheese cake and Pistachio cake.
I was incredibly impressed with the breakfast spread

They served different menu of noodle every morning.
More authentic food would have been a treat.
Breakfast was very good and the location.

Facilities: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG76 relevant reviews
Guests consistently report a clean, well-maintained property with excellent housekeeping, a well-equipped gym, and a small but well-kept rooftop pool. The Club Lounge is the standout, praised for generous evening food, drinks, ambience, and service, though it costs extra and closes early. Recurring drawbacks include the tiny lobby, dated bathrooms, shower splash, and refurbishment noise.

Most amazing is the club lounge, the ambience, food and excellent staff - Chef Jiayi especially and the other staff , Sujen and Ali have been fantastic in their customer service !
There is no real room for guests, no caffe bar or service whatsoever to accommodate the guests except for 4 armchairs in the middle of the hall.
The lobby bar had happy hour every day so this also made the drinks more affordable as we really noticed that Singapore has become quite expensive.

We really enjoyed our time at the Club Lounge from the service to food and every staff members makes us feel like home 😊
There's several proper shower stalls with soap and shampoo, cotton pads, cotton buds, hair dryer etc so just bring a towel and you're set.
The shower did not have curtain or door and the water was splashing outside the bathtub on the bathroom floor making the bathroom wet.

When did a five-star hotel stop offering complimentary water? Instead Voco Orchard offers refillable bottles at a charge and drinkable water in the toilet.
If only there's lift to carpark as well to facilitate those on wheelchairs or baby strollers for those who drives for their stay.
We particularly enjoyed the club lounge's exclusivity, where we could unwind in a tranquil atmosphere while indulging in delectable treats and refreshing beverages.

As this was just a short stay at the end of much longer trip, we didn't sample many of the hotel facilities.
The Club Lounge has expanded the evening buffet happy hour substantially more mirroring what the former InterContinental Singapore had before they closed.
Side note - the club has opening times x 3 themes times a day and it closes a little early for me.

I had a wonderful private cocktail-making class at voco Orchard Singapore, and it was my first time making my own cocktails.
Usually the IHG hotel lounge offers a good selection of canapes but this lounge offered not far from a meal.
Some facilities due for an upgrade (the toilet in the room looked quite old) but all very clean and tidy.

No complaints at all, even though we didn't use most of hotel's facilities as we were busy with sightseeing activities.
I really appreciated the little touches like the welcome drinks and the baby crib, which was provided free of charge.
Probably better to have a shower curtain as the glass panel only prevents partial splashing of water when you shower.

If we were in the area again, the Voco would definitely be on our shortlist of hotels.
It doesn’t have a business center where you could um use a computer and a printer
There were not enough chairs available in the reception area—only enough seating for seven people.

This lounge is a perfect choice for anyone seeking comfort paired with top-tier hospitality.
The building is a bit old, the lobby is small, with two chairs
The buffet was also quite plentiful, more than we have had before.

Also wish the pool was open a little later then 9pm.
All public areas including reception, restaurants, gym and pool looked good.
The room, the facilities, and the location are first class.

Unfortunately, we were given a room with not much view.
Only drawback is they need a business center.
Housekeeping forgot to provide a set of towels.

Restaurant: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG58 relevant reviews
Reviews most often praise the hotel’s restaurants for delicious, well-presented food, including steak, pizza, seafood, desserts, Il Cielo’s truffle pasta, and an especially memorable laksa, alongside attentive service and attractive ambience. The Club Lounge is valued for variety and freshness. Recurring drawbacks include slow or inconsistent service, occasional bland dishes, early closing, and disappointing meals.

We had a bit of self congratulations as we made if back from the trip to Marina Bay Gardens to the dining room by 9.40pm only to be told that the "special half board menu" had its last orders at 9.30pm.
Naren and his colleague (can’t remember his name) were there to assist us with the menu, gave us some suggestions as to what to order and they were always very helpful and attentive.
By 9pm they were calling last orders and at 10pm, on the dot, shut down the place, going as far as drawing blinds to get us out.

We recently hosted a private singles mixer for around 30 pax at their restaurant at level 24 (il cielo), and had a great experience overall.
We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday dinner at Opus Bar & Grill on 1/1/26, and the entire experience was truly wonderful from start to finish.
Our food was served in a timely manner, beautifully presented, and the staff consistently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal.

Food and service were consistently good throughout our visit, with well-prepared dishes, pleasant presentation, and attentive staff who were professional and responsive without being intrusive.
We managed to get 2 starters (Grilled Octopus/Burrata Salad), 2 mains (Off-the-Grill: Iberico Pork, Lamb Chops), and 2 sides (Baked Potato and Truffle Fries).
Within the shopping arcade is The Backdrop, a speakeasy type bar that is not directly affiliated with the hotel but HIGHLY recommend.

The food was absolutely beautiful, and the suggestions throughout the evening were excellent — every recommendation felt considered and spot on.
The restaurant was running at full capacity, but the service was not compromised, and we were well taken care of!
The lounge was one of the best we have experienced with a wide variety of food and beverage options.

We had dinner one night in Opus, and as usual I am impressed with the quality of the food.
The food were extremely delicious and the steak... what can I say, that is why we chose this restaurant!
I was served a traditional Singaporean laksa that was simply unforgettable – rich, fragrant, perfectly spiced, and absolutely authentic.

The restaurant and bar had extensive menus and while steaks are very expensive there are more reasonably priced alternatives.
Thank you, Opus Bar & Grill, for making my wife’s birthday celebration such a pleasant and memorable one.
Oh, let's not forget the delicious wedding dinner meals prepared by Chef Wui Keong and his kitchen team.

Most of all...PEOPLE...great ( especially Push in the restaraunt, great conversations but not as good as your jacket)
Would highly recommend that if you stay at voco at get access to the Club Lounge.
Along with the sensational variety of food & beverage selections on offer daily!

All of our guests cannot stop complimenting the food after the wedding!
The food at the hotel is delicious, we especially enjoyed the steakhouse.
The waiters/waitresses rushed to transfer our food to a smaller plates.

Exceptional Culinary Experience at Voco Hotel – Best Laksa I’ve Had!
We had our anniversary dinner with Eatigo’s 50% off promotion.
We particularly loved the starters more than the mains.

Cafe had a wide varieties of Singapore delicious foods.
The area of restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
At the reception the cleaning and restaurant.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG58 relevant reviews
Check-in and check-out are most often described as fast, smooth, friendly, and efficient, with accommodating staff arranging early or late check-out. Recurring problems include rooms not being ready, long waits or queues, missed readiness notifications, payment and invoice confusion, disputed extra charges, occasional rude reception, and faulty access cards. Late check-out could cost A$200.

Due to the cleaning problem of the hotel itself, the front desk staff told us that we could not check in on time at 15:00 and could not confirm the time with us, so we had wait for a bit time until we go back to the hotel and check by ourself is the room ready or not
On checking in , was told rudely we haven’t paid for the 2 nights .Luckily I had a printout of my payment to Booking.com to prove otherwise.Staff did not apologise for the mistake ! Such bad start to my stay.
We registered early and was told we will receive a call when our room is ready, the room was apparently already ready when I returned to the hotel to check in at 3.05pm, but no one called us prior.

But we expressed our disappointment at check out that after spending a lot on the rooms and this stay (booked months before) the start of our vacation it was not great to not get room booked.
We booked a room for a couple and a 15 YO child and even that we paid for 3 she insisted to charge is for the extra bed ( about 250$ extra !!! )
The check is was a little slow, even though it was Taylor Swift week in Singapore, I arrived late in the evening and it still took a long time to check in.

Our room was not ready at noon when we arrived; check in time was around 2pm & our luggage was supervised, but in the open lobby, not behind concierge counter.
While checking me in, she immediately noticed my upcoming birthday, and went above and beyond to send some nice treats to my room to wish me a happy birthday.
By 3pm we were back with very tired bodies and exhausted and needed some rest right the way and found out that room was not clean yet.

The front desk staff could not have been more accommodating and arranged an early check-in, which made all the difference in recovering from jet lag.
I felt that the chap at check-in could have shown some consideration here but probably was oblivious, perhaps a lack of professional experience.
Check-in was frustrating, our reservation wasn’t properly updated, and a payment issue delayed us for 45 minutes before we could access our room.

Please rectify the issues related to the manufacturing so that in future guests will not have to come down to resolve such problem.
We were disappointed at check in not to be upgraded despite our platinum status because the hotel was, we were told, full.
Extra charge for early check-in, extra charge for breakfast for the child, even though the child's stay was included in the price.

Messy communication on receipt, when I booked via booking in, I had clear request on invoice and provided the information per request.
Managed to check in early as we had an early flight and that was a godsend as we were so tired.
Then we were sent to a lounge with warm temperatures for about an hour while they had room to be cleaned.

Access cards which were issued to me had issues, could not operate at lift and to enter in to room.
After a few back and forth, they are finally able to verified we DID booked the room with lounge access.
No greeter at the lobby, and for ppl with disabilities it is a bit difficult to carry our own suitcase.

She said that the hotel policy is that couples with teenagers can sleep together in 1 bed !!!!
The request was made around 9am to have room to be clean while we toured the city.
Not feeling good on booking in, information provided had high deviation from the reality.

The hotel was very accommodating with an extension to our checkout time.
I asked them to stop until the standard check out time 12pm.
They had two members of staff only and long queues.

The Staff - reception were courteous on check in.
The check in process took almost 45 minutes!
CHECK IN STAFF EXCELLANT AND SO HELPFULL .

Pool: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG37 relevant reviews
The rooftop pool is a standout feature, praised for city views, relaxing atmosphere, sunrise access, towels, and sunbeds; children also enjoyed the kids’ pool. However, it is sometimes small, warm, basic, tired, or dated, and guests reported a two-day closure, private-event hire, and recurring difficulty accessing the poolside bar.

Pool area and amenities needs a major update as facilities dated and there is a great opportunity to make the rooftop area a lot more inviting.
Was here on business so unfortunately too busy to get dip in the pool, but hope to back next month and get a swim in!
The rooftop pool is a nice feature and great at 7am, which is when it opens, as the sunrise kisses it.

As a hotel guest it was impossible to use the pool side bar as it continually had corporate events in it.
The ability to shower and use the pool until it was time to go to the airport.
The pool was a little too warm and not at all refreshing on a hot day.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel including the rooftop pool and will definitely return.
There is a pool on the 24th floor, plenty of towels and sun beds.
There's a kids pool which my 5 year old child enjoyed very much.

The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing with views that are to die for.
Few things were not upto scratch pool was closed for 2 days!!
Great rooftop pool, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

Pool was hired out to private function on our evening of arrival.
Very much enjoyed spending some time at the rooftop swimming pool.
Rooftop pool hadn’t really changed much from its previous owners

The rooftop pool and surrounding area is quite boring .
On the 27th floor, there is a swimming pool.
Rooftop pool and gym could have been better aesthetically.

We really liked the pool area on the rooftop.
Rooftop pool was very great to overview city.
We had a great time at swimming pool.

The rooftop pool with restaurant is also fantastic.
The rooftop pool is nice but looks tired.
Very nice uncrowded pool overlooking the city.

Luxurious hotel fabulous pool & breakfast 😊
Nice pool, great breakfast and clean room.
A nice roof top swimming pool.

The pool and gym are fantastic.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool.
So sad to leave.

Gym: What guests say
View voco Orchard Singapore by IHG12 relevant reviews
The gym is repeatedly praised as exceptionally clean, spacious, and well equipped, with proper equipment rather than multipurpose machines. It is open 24/7 and located on the 26th floor. Several guests consider it outstanding for a hotel, though one comment says the rooftop pool and gym could be more aesthetically appealing.

The gym is big for a hotel gym with the right equipment you need.
As is often the case in Singapore, the standard of the gym was amazing.
Not these multi purpose machines as in a lot of Hotel gym’s

The gym is accessible 24/7 and is one of the best.
The gym is way above expectations for Orchard Rd in SG.
And it’s one of the cleanest gym I’ve been in.

Rooftop pool and gym could have been better aesthetically.
The gym is located on the 26th floor.
The pool and gym are fantastic.

The fitness centre very well equipped.
Gym is clean and spacious.
The gym is absolutely exceptional.

Really well equipped and spacious.
Gym also rather large.
Great gym facilities.

Pick up from the cruise terminal did not work.
The public transport trains are fantastic.
