Recurring positives include a convenient location, spacious rooms and lobby, clean facilities, friendly staff, two pools, quick elevators, and striking Marina Bay views. Repeated concerns are that the property feels dated, gray, and below genuine five-star standards, with bathroom, amenities, and breakfast shortcomings. Many guests also consider it overpriced, though some find it good value.

2. I stayed on August 9th, Independence Day, and got a room with a direct view of Marina Bay, but it seems like something has changed this year as I couldn't see the fireworks that were in the Booking.com photos. I feel deceived by that picture.
My family travels quite a lot and this is not our first time in Singapore, and we usually stay in 5-star hotels, but this time the hotels (there were 2 of them) completely disappointed us.
We stopped by for 2 days on our way back from Bali but we will definitely return for a longer stay, and of course we will stay at the same hotel again.

Wyndham needs to do much better, especially if it wants to be seen as more than just a convenient bed during busy weekends.
I stayed in this hotel like 13 yrs ago, I loved it then but I love it more now.
Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I’m looking forward to my next trip to Wyndham Hotel in a few months.
I recommend this hotel to many tourists who wish to go to Singapore.
If you seek mid-level luxury, this is NOT the hotel for you.

Nice beds, nice location, frendly and helpful staff, clean and overall good.
The renovations done since my last visit 2 years ago are fantastic.
I'm really glad I stayed at this hotel for my birthday!!

Contrary to the information from Booking.com, this is a 4-star hotel.
In saying this, the hotel is lovely, the staff are fantastic.
The price-performance ratio and the central location made the stay perfect.

Great value, especially considering ita central location and swanky decor.
The room is over priced for what you get.
19th floor of modern highrise in middle of town

Everything was perfect. Good breakfast, clean, good staff.
Very clean but with shortcomings in comfort.
Hotel is good value for the price

A good hotel in an excellent location.
The stay was overall very good.
Would highly recommend Wyndham hotel 🏨

Overall we had a wonderful stay.
Very disappointed with this experience.
Merry Christmas at Wyndham Hotel!

It was a great experience.
Beautiful hotel in excellent location
Thank you Wyndham Hotel.

Location: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel430 relevant reviews
The hotel’s strongest feature is its central City Hall location: City Hall MRT is 2–3 minutes away, major attractions are walkable, and malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and tour buses are nearby. Some rooms offer Marina Bay views and the area is convenient for sightseeing, though north-facing rooms may hear the fire station.

It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, and is nestled next to a large shopping precinct, conveniently offering food courts, a range of specialty stores and even a small supermarket.
Hotel was in the centre of the colonial district with plenty of old colonial buildings all around as well as many shopping and food malls nearby.
Those who love to visit the city on foot can reach Chinatown, Little India, and Marina Bay from the hotel (in about 20 minutes).

The location is exceptional - so close to all the main sites we wanted to see and to the MRT from airport.
Our room was facing the fire station and we could not sleep due to all the noise coming from it.
I recommend staying in the south tower, facing Marina Bay and on a floor no lower than the 15th.

Great location, large room with a view to the Singapore First Fire Station and the green hills behind it.
You can walk to Clarke Quay in under 10 minutes where there are loads of restaurants and bars.
I think this is one of the best places to stay in the marina bay area.

Ideal for visitors looking for nearby food as the Funan food courts are just next door.
Walking distance to Clarke Quay and Funan Mall with lots of cafes and eating options.
It’s right next to Funan (a huge shopping mall) and a bunch of grocery stores.

This is an excellent property with one of the best views you can find.
The fire station is right in front, and there were sirens sounding at night.
20 mins to Chinatown and maybe 15 mins to Raffles city by walking.

A subway station and several buses can be reached within 5 min walk.
Most attractions are within a short walking distance of about 6–10 minutes.
TAXI SERVICE AT THE RECEPTION, THERE ARE CHEAP TAXIS IN 2 MINUTES.

Good central and convenient location, view of the Marina Bay Sands.
We are walkers so good distance to “ things to do”
Perfect location, you can get anywhere in about twenty minutes,

We had booked the hotel due to its central location.
Really good hotel for a stay close to Singapore centre
Perfect location, perfect staff & an overall perfect holiday.

Excellent location, central and convenient to everything worth visiting.
The hotel itself location is great, you can walk to the MRT via underground passage, if you turn to your right as you exit the hotel and walk next door, go down 2 escalators the turn right and you get to the walkway, very easy and I even walked with my luggage to the MRT.
Access to the MRT is easy turn right out of the Hotel, right again at the corner and take the escalator down at the shopping Mall - follow signs to City Hall MRT about 6min walk all underground and air conditioning, no crossing roads.

The location is great - easy to reach from the airport via the MRT and conveniently close to major shopping centres, two MRT lines, able to walk to Chinatown, National Gallery, and one of the Big Bus Tours bus stops.
MRT within walking distance and we managed to find a way to use the underground subways to get there without having to be out in the hot sun and manage the traffic lights.
Good location, rooms with some views of the Marina Bay Sands, so much is within walking distance, both to the Singapore River and to Marina Bay and the Gardens by the Bay.

Rooms: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel363 relevant reviews
Rooms are frequently described as spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with standout Marina Bay or city views, plus showers and bathtubs. Recurring drawbacks include very small or cramped bathrooms, limited or absent storage, exceptionally firm beds, occasional mold or cleanliness issues, noise and air-conditioning problems, and inconsistent room-service response.

Our room had a connecting door to another room whose occupier snored and it was so loud it sounded like they were in our room so there is no sound proofing between these rooms (hopefully a non connecting room would not have this issue?)
We had a room facing the fire station. The windows, which could only be opened with a special key, were not closed properly, so we had to hear the alert calls from the fire department all night long.
No powerpoint for hair appliances in bathroom. Had to use the mirror and powerpoint in the room's entry way, which meant repeatedly putting appliances on the floor and picking them up during use.

Because the door is lock upon closing, many occupants tend to let the door close behind them resulting in a loud bang that will be heard and affect sleep.
The room was also recently refurbished so the interior was modern, albeit rather minimalistic, for instance there was nowhere to put your clothes, except a few hangers.
I was also given an interconnecting room, although there was no guest staying in the adjacent room, or if there was, I didn’t hear them.

I have travelled extensively throughout Europe with many small hotel rooms and have never experience a bathroom with so many fails like this one.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t the best, but given the heat and humidity I think it’s the best you can expect.
The second room offered an impeccable view of the city marina and had better soundproofing, which allowed us to rest more comfortably.

It would have been nice if we could have had some milk in the room or be able to get some.
We had an upper room with a view of Marina Bay. The view from the room was worth every penny.
Furthermore, the ants were present almost everywhere, on the small sofa near the window and also on the bedside table.

There was a step up, that’s ok, BUT when you open the door it bangs straight into the toilet.
Not much of a view - which would have made all the difference as the room feels claustrophobic.
I was even told my request will be prioritized but then my family was given separate rooms.

The room we had (in North tower) was facing the fire station, and next to the elevators.
We really love the room decoration and surprises- it really made our stay memorable and special.
The room is very clean and quite large, but there are some drawbacks listed below.

The view from our room is perfect, with Marina Bay Sands and F1 race track
It was complimented with a separate bath, unfortunately we didn't get the chance to utilise.
If we were to stay any longer we would have requested a different room.

Unable to compensate to a better room and being downgraded from our initial booking.
We were placed on the top floor so we were away from noise.
Our room was noisy all night from large fans in the adjoining building.

Rooms with poor sound insulation; you can hear everything, even from the corridors.
Firstly I did book the one of cheapest room at this hotel so I didn’t hold out too much hope for top quality best room with amazing views and so on but saying that I would have expected a higher standard than what I received, including a shower you I could actually shower in.
The shower door opens into the shower, and here is the issue there is no space for you to get in and then close the door, you would have to be super thin to do this and even if you are you would have the shower taps or hand rail sticking into you.

The bathroom layout i couldn't understand. The toilet and shower unit are literally side by side and then a bath tub. Very cramped and no space to really change apart from the room. To be honest I would get rid of the bath tub and have a shower unit alone.
We booked four rooms in September with a comment requesting that the rooms be adjoining since there are different beds in adjoining rooms or they are next to each other, with separate bed bookings for the children, but in the end, we were given rooms on different floors.
My special requests were catered to, in that I was allocated a room on a high floor, and situated away from the main lifts, however I was positioned right beside the service lift, from which I could hear knocking sounds throughout the night on some nights.

Staff: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel298 relevant reviews
Staff are most often described as friendly, helpful, welcoming, and attentive, with repeated praise for reception, concierge, breakfast, and named employees including James, Kimberly, Premala, Luca, and Jeff. However, recurring complaints cite understaffing, long check-in queues, chaotic breakfast service, slow or indifferent reception, inconsistent communication, and occasional poor professionalism.

The staff told me to ask the doorperson for any assistance, which seemed odd, as surely they were there to help with luggage and arriving/leaving (which they did and that was very helpful).
As I sometimes returned to my table and most dishes (including full glasses of juice or cup of coffee) were cleared and the table prepared for the next guest.
Left my passport in the taxi by mistake, staff rescued it for me and i was reunited with it 45 mins later. Excellent work at 1am.

Except for Bob at breakfast the rest of the staff either were too rushed or lacked the patience and kindness expected at a hotel.
But apart front all that, he engaged us in a mature, gentle way and we enjoyed a lovely conversation over our pre-dinner drinks.
Thanks to Very professional and smart Front office staff like Hidayat who went all out to make us feel at home.

We had very little need or contact with staff, but when we did they were all very nice and professional.
Special thanks to Alvin at the front desk, who arranged a room with a lovely view for my birthday.
Arrived quite late for the check-in, yet James made my first impression of the hotel to be exceptional.

Concierge were very helpful, gave us a map of the city which we found useful on arrival.
Staff were excellent with any queries and a special thanks to Kimberly for making our stay special.
Sheng Rui at Concierge was handling some guests who had lost their phone in a cab.

Young waiter urging you to leave breakfast area, as they are closing is very pushy.
Gunalan (security) had secured the item and was able to return it to us.
Nick and Jennifer, in particular, made our experience incredibly enjoyable with their excellent service.

Very helpful and courteous staff at reception, concierge, plus housekeeping and in-room dining.
Staff went over and above my expectations and that is high for me.
I was very disappointed, even Booking.com did not want to take responsibility.

Özellikle Mala isimli personel, güler yüzü ve ilgisiyle bizi çok mutlu etti.
Thank you so much Premala for the nice and kind assistance!
In the bar, we had a lovely encounter with bartender Aloyisius.

Kim and Ester were both very helpful, attentive, and accommodating.
And Wyndham staff rose to the occasion in magnificent fashion.
I really appreciated his patience, understanding, and professional service.

We were pleasantly greeted at the reception by Jennifer.
Concierge checking in Bus loads of Airline Crew, and having to wait behind them for 20 minutes to try get a Cab orders ( actually hailed one down myslef was quicker) airline crew should not be checking in at the Concierge taking up his fully time and attention for long periods & peak times ( 7am in morning ) when other residents are relying on his services.
The front desk stafff very slow and incompetent… but the lead who comes in when they can’t do simple stuff is super helpful and fast… both the night and morning front desk staff need to be upgraded … on day 3 the laundry lady entered room when we were in room and clean room sign was also off .. not acceptable.

We were greeted down stairs by some lovely staff who took our cases and explained we go upstairs to reception and do all the paperwork for the check in and then at 3 we only have to pick up our room key.
At his own initiative he decided to consult his manager to have the two glasses of ice cold red wine removed from our bill as a compensation but the manager was adamant that we should pay for the wine.
Poorly trained staff that is very disruptive in the restaurant, makes mistakes with reservations, and is unable to solve the problems they created, personally making you run up and down floors and queues to address these issues;

Breakfast: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel172 relevant reviews
Breakfast is repeatedly praised for its extensive, varied Asian and Western selection, early 6 AM opening, and vegetarian or halal choices. However, the dining area is often too small, crowded, chaotic, and queue-prone, especially around 9:30. Quality is inconsistent, with complaints about overcooked food, runny eggs, poor coffee, and high prices.

Still the same problem that a guest staying in a room in the North Tower has to take the lift down to the Lobby and walk across the Lobby to the 5th Floor of the South Tower to access where breakfast is served ( and then in reverse to go back to their room )
Breakfast is very focused on Asian warm dishes for an international business hotel - not everyone can manage that early in the morning.. the fruit juices are pure chemistry, very disappointing and not worthy of a hotel of this class.
Breakfast is served nearby reception, and offers perhaps one of the most impressive breakfast spreads I’ve experienced in a hotel, catering to those seeking traditional cold and hot offerings, with options traditional to the region also prominently featured.

It’s a pity they don’t offer a lighter option or quick breakfast , for example they have Coffee & Croissant for $11 but only after 10am , not everyone gets value from a $48 buffet breakfast.
A breakfast experience was also memorable with the warm service of Ester and Chef Lee taking a time off from the kitchen and introducing the different views of SG from the Sky Lounge.
If I had to find a negative or 2, it would be the coffee from the coffee machines, not the best lattes and on one of the mornings only 1 machine was working.

As I sometimes returned to my table and most dishes (including full glasses of juice or cup of coffee) were cleared and the table prepared for the next guest.
Most unpleasant was having to witness the person in charge loudly reprimanding her other staff when they were carrying out their duties in the restaurant during breakfast.
Breakfast was good but some items were not up to standard and there were no tea bags only very strong pre-made pots of tea.

The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious; I stayed for three nights and never got tired of it.
We then felt pressured to sit in the main area of the other mornings we attended breakfast, simply ridiculous.
I didn't d breakfast as I am vegetarian and the options were very limited for that

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as the price we thought a little steep.
I didn't see worth for paying $36 for the same with very limited options.
- The breakfast is suitable and diverse, and most of it is halal.

Breakfast was oriented towards Chinese and Indian guests, little for Europeans/bread and rolls.
I noticed that last Sunday and Monday morning (August 24 & 25).
Breakfast: huge selection, for everyone's taste from all around the world.

The buffet breakfast was a bit cahoitic, but lots of choice.
It was relatively expensive and the breakfast offering just ok.
Didn’t eat breakfast , too expensive for our needs

At most 3 stars. Considering the price, 5 stars.
I didn't like the breakfast, basic, without replenishment.
Windowless breakfast and dinner area was really oppressive.

Better value for the breakfast would been nice.
Wide variety of food choices at breakfast.
Staff were very attentive and generally friendly.

Coffee is extremely inconvenient and also bad.
We did not try the breakfast.
No variety of condiments for toast.

Facilities: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel115 relevant reviews
The hotel is consistently described as clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a good gym, pools, lobby, filtered drinking-water taps, and convenient downstairs shops. Repeated concerns include very slow or faulty elevators causing long queues, cramped breakfast during peak periods, hazardous bathroom steps or slippery floors, and occasional renovations or facility outages.

I was not told about where to find the restaurant, sky lounge, gym etc and because we had separate elevators to the two towers - we never saw any signs for them.
Based on the price and the advertisement of a higher-end property, I expected a higher standard. The facilities, room size, and bathroom were lower than what I’ve experienced at other properties.
I suggest to improve the bycicle renting service, because it would be more complete if the guests could use also a locker in order to park them in the city.

Fridge didn’t work from day 1, maintenance sent to fix but without success so had to continually order buckets of ice so we could keep our water and milk cold.
The two towers - we didn’t have access to the roof tower with our key card and felt like the tower we were in was a secondary level of guest!!!
I would be handy if they had vending machines in the hotel for drinks, just so you don't have to leave the hotel to buy refreshments in the evening.

The bathroom is dirty, the queue at the elevators is huge, and a lot of time is wasted waiting in line for both the elevators and at the reception.
The one suggestion I have is about the rooftop bar, I thought it was available to all, but found out it was only for certain level of guests.
Maid service was hit and miss we did not get face cloths delivered until the third day after we had already bought some at a local store.

After a full day of walking and sightseeing, the last thing we wanted was to stand in another queue just to get back to our room.
We could clearly hear the excessively loud lift floor arrival announcements in the middle of the night!...this did waken myself and my husband on numerous occasions.
We reported this multiple times - and we used our charger to get a few minutes of it to work- but they just didn't resolve.

The bathroom floor dangerous. very slippery and no hand rails for elderly to hold onto. very dangerous step up into bathroom and out.
The elevators on the North side of the property were also repeatedly out of service, resulting in long queues.
Very disappointing that the Lobby Bar closes at 10.00 p.m. , with last orders at 9.00 p.m.

Bathroom had a threshold that was easy to trip over, especially in low light conditions.
They did not offer bottled mineral water in the room, nor at the bar
Complicated with the entrance on the ground floor and lobby on site 5.

Bentley Bar closed early (10:30 pm I believe) and lobby bar 8pm
What I liked the most was the cleanliness of the hotel.
The layout of the reception and concierge on different floors

The lobby has sufficient space and is very inviting.
An iron and ironing board can be requested.
The waterfall pool was out of order.

Good facilities at hotel, including swimming pool
The pool was still closed for renovations.
Food and facilities were very good.

Coffee machine in bedroom didnt work
The room facilities were very poor.
Highly recommend fir cleanliness and facilities.

Pool: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel91 relevant reviews
Most guests praised the two clean, pleasant pools, including a warm or heated option and a child-friendly shallow end. Recurring drawbacks were small or crowded areas, very limited loungers, no pool service or working bars, and occasional closures for maintenance. The lobby-level transparent pool offers little privacy and requires crossing the lobby in swimwear.

The pool did not inspire a desire to swim due to its unfortunate design; it looked more like an aquarium in a fish restaurant for selecting fresh seafood for guests waiting to check in.
There was no staff to stop the kids playing ball or diving, and I kept worrying throughout my time at the pool about whether I should get angry at them or not.
There is still a main pool but it is a see through pool where the lobby and check in is located, so it depends what you think about having an audience.

3. I can understand that there are no staff stationed at the pool, but there should be staff coming by occasionally to manage it, but there were none at all.
The main pool was under maintenance whilst we were there, if the weather had not been overcast we would have been disappointed that we were unable to use.
Staff felt a little rude and pushy when using the pool around 15 minutes prior to closing, would have been nice to use the pool later than 9pm

Also the pool has a window below the water level so the entire lobby can see your lower body when swimming, next to no privacy.
Bringing your own drink was prohibited, so if you get thirsty, you have to leave the pool and go outside to have something to drink.
Location of pool directly next to restaurant and lobby, and being quite enclosed, didn't make it feel like somewhere we wanted to relax.

We had a late flight to the Netherlands and could still use towels and the showers by the pool until 9 PM.
There are two beautiful pools which sadly I didn’t get to swim in because it was raining at the time.
Main pool was not open on our main day, but you have to do necessary maintenance as it becomes due.

However, if someone wants pool time, the hotel is not really suitable due to the shaded location of both pools.
The pool right in the lobby area - which basically meant traipsing though the lobby in your swimming gear.
Used the gym and pool a couple of times, also clean and easy to access from the main lobby.

The pools were also great although we didn’t have the weather to make the most of them.
There are a total of 8 sun loungers at both pools that were always taken quickly.
We also took advantage of the pool which was lovely after being out all day.

Had to get out of the pool area to get a drink.
The pool area was open, but was only occupied by children.
Inside pool area, although have added another small one outside.

We particularly enjoyed the pool after a long flight.
Great pools for a few hours of relaxation.
The swimming pools were an odd configuration.

There are two pools for splashing around.
Pool lounges very old and sad
Enjoyed the outside heated pool-its great!

There was no pool service.
Pool area was nice
Good size and temperature.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel86 relevant reviews
Check-in is frequently described as slow, with 20–30-minute queues, rooms not ready at 3 p.m., repeated paperwork despite online check-in, and confusion in the fifth-floor lobby. Deposits of SGD 200–300 can take days or a month to refund. Some guests report efficient service, early/late checkout, luggage storage, and post-checkout showers.

At the time of payment, the printer was not working and I was told that they would send me the invoice by email in the morning, and I had to return to the hotel where they no longer wanted to issue me the invoice.
The check-in process is slow, outdated, and stressful; the pre-authorization of $1 before my arrival blocked my credit card, so instead of streamlining things and allowing me to rest with a paid early check-in, I spent over half an hour resolving the issue.
We were greeted down stairs by some lovely staff who took our cases and explained we go upstairs to reception and do all the paperwork for the check in and then at 3 we only have to pick up our room key.

Plenty of staff to help check in queries but waiting in queue for a minor and quick need ( recalibration of door card) was more than 20 minutes, but for the task that took us just 1 minute.
On arrival I was asked for a deposit of $200 although I had paid in advance. This was reversed on departure but I thought it was the strangest demand from a hotel and not at all welcoming.
It took nearly half an hour to get checked in even though id completed the pre arrival check in form and they had us in the wrong room which seemed to take an age to change.

I did have an issue on check out with being charged pre authorisation again, however this was rectified on the spot, with my original authorisation being returned within 10 business days of check out.
On my departure day I could leave my luggage in the hotel and when I returned I was even given the opportunity to have a shower and some rest before heading to the airport.
Moreover, our room category was not correctly noted despite being booked nearly a year in advance, and we were lucky to get the desired one at all, but had to wait for it again.

Check-in was conducted in the lobby whilst mingling in with what appeared to be a wedding reception, a little awkward for us uninvited guests but was a good vibe and atmosphere.
For an earlier check-in, we had to pay an amount per hour, we would have liked to know this earlier since I had inquired about the earlier check-in in advance.
Got there about 110.00 am and checked in Ok and they let us into the room then as well even though they did not have to or could charged extra.

I was asked to pre-fill information before check in including providing a photo of my IC, but was still asked to provide physical IC upon physical check-in.
However, when I entered in the restaurant to eat breakfast, it was not showed the names in the list for all days stayed.
Appreciated being given a late checkout when we had a late international flight and the offer of a shower to use.

She kept going back and forth to consult her supervisor, and I stood at the front desk for 10-15 minutes,
Check-in procedure was a bit tedious, concierge area gets a bit cramped and hectic during peak arrival times.
This gave us time to drop bags off and have a quick breakfast before having a quick nap.

Its nice of them to create a link asking guest what time they will be checking out.
We went up and we checked in the staff member was also very nice and helpful.
The staff at check in were fabulous providing us with early check in and late checkout.

But Mac on reception was so helpful and managed to get us an early check in.
At departure, there was no porter present to arrange a taxi to the airport.
When I was trying to check in early, there was a long queue.

The queue to check in had me wait until new lines were opened.
We considered cancelling and looking for a hotel with earlier check in.
We were allowed to check in early which was most welcome.

Waited in a queue for 45 mins to check in.
After a long flight, you're not waiting for this.
We arrived around 11.30am check in is 3pm.

Restaurant: What guests say
View Wyndham Singapore Hotel25 relevant reviews
Dining is often described as standard, disappointing, expensive, or limited, with repeated complaints about poor room-service food, cling-wrapped meals, unavailable menu items, and inconsistent bar service. Positives include tasty lunch, an excellent gluten-free dinner at Jaspe, a lovely lobby-bar bartender, and many nearby alternatives, while vegetarian choices and ambience appear limited.

They also had a cocktail special on the bar but when I requested one of them, I was told it was no longer available even though it was clearly advertised.
Staff at the Restaurant including the Chef Kit, and othe staff Shah and Ester couldn't have been more accomodating in arranging and providing a high quality gluten free meal.
The current bartender seems more inclined to provide refreshments for the Reception desk staff than the clients waiting to order drinks and food, which I might add, are pricy!

Room service food was really really bad - same food prepared in different ways, sometimes with condiments, sometimes without and super expensive for what you got.
However, I have never before received room service in a hotel with my meal cling-wrapped, which overall detracted from the whole room service appeal.
Today 12/11 2025 we - my husband, my sister in law and I - had a dinner at the Jaspe restaurant at Wyndham hotel.

I did choose to dine in at the lobby area on a couple of occasions, and these were relatively standard meals.
I do highly recommend the bar outside the front door; the staff were lovely and they had a well stocked bar.
Evening meal in the late afternoon was inedible cheese and spaghetti glug for me, hokein noodles for him were all right.

I also ordered room service on one occasion, which was perhaps one of the nicer meals I had on-site.
No green tea available! If that's what you like in the morning better take your own !
The lobby bar has a great bartender and when he is on break, service goes with him.

There is no restaurant- there was a room with a seafood buffet but no other dining options.
The downstairs bar only has high and narrow stools- ordinary seats would have been good.
The evening restaurant is a bit sad but there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

I’d selected 3 wines that were listed on the menu but all were unavailable.
Should be more like the Club Lounge, which we used once, by invitation.
It was a delight to visit the Jaspc Restaurant at the Wyndham Hotel.

So many eating places in the malls so never ate at the hotel.
I was very surprised that it cost me $50 for 2 Singapore Slings!
I suggest you get Aloisius to train the others in service mind.

The cocktail bar tender was good but $23 SD was not cheap.
Would like to see a hotel bar with a bit of ambience.
The pool area was open, but was only occupied by children.

Lunch at the bistro bar in reception area was lovely
Luckily Aloisius the bar tender is back and service restarts.
The food in this hotel is terrible - absolutely awful.

Great Gluten Free meal - Customer focused staff.
Like a food court in a mall.
Restaurant too expensive and without vegetarian options.

Used the gym and pool a couple of times, also clean and easy to access from the main lobby.
The equipment of the gym is unfortunately below standards for this category of hotel.
The gym doesn’t have many facilities for a proper workout.

Gym, although good was a bit small and limited.
The gym was small but well catered for.
The swimming pool and gym were top-notch.

Gym and pool areas really good.
The gym is rather poorly equipped.
The housekeeping and Gym/Pool were 10/10.

Love the 2 pools and gym.
Gym open 24/7,
Gym is okay,

Great gym
Lovely gym.

Both the MRT and bus stations were within walking distance, but I had previously stayed at a hotel that was directly connected to the MRT station and across from the bus stop, so compared to that, the transportation access was just average.
If you stay in the North building, you need to go to the South building to catch a Grab taxi. A little inconvenient, but manageable.
Clear marking in the Elevator i.e. going to the Level 1 or the exist floor to get to the taxi.

Concierge would have got us to airport 1 1/2 hours before we needed to be there.
Close to Metro stations, a great way of getting around the city.
12:23 am Took a cab from the airport. Just 24 minutes ride.

Taxi to and from airport about 20 mins and reasonably priced.
Sometimes had to wait a while for the elevator.
Taxis were always available outside when we required one

Close to transport ( we didn’t us
Close to train subway station
