We decided to stay here because we used to live in Ramkhamhaeng, and wanted to be close to our friends during our visit.

The room rates have gone up a bit around 1300 baht now, but is worth it with the room renovations, halls are repainted, bath tub is gone, new shower with soap & shampoo dispenser, new sink installed, rooms have new cupboards and shelves, T.V., and now have coffee pot.

We booked two rooms and when we opened found neither had windows and we felt we had just entered a cave, that's what it felt like.

The standard room wouldn't give you free wi-fi while the room price is around USD 35, which is not a good deal at all.

We also booked a room with a mini bar, however that was just a fridge with 2 bottles of water in it.

My deluxe twin room came with balcony but it was just with Air-Con outdoor units, so not suitable to be used.

The air conditioner in the room is old so it took a while for the room to cool down.

Aircon was a little slow in cooling the room but it was fine after being on for a while.

The room quite nice and big, the air conditioner not too cold but it's ok, and internet not working.

You better off staying in the upper floors...I was on the 12 floor which is considered a boutique floor/room.

There's only a bar of soap for your bathing needs and there's not even a hot water kettle.

Proche du stade national dans le quartier de Bang Kapi, il y a un night market très sympa entre FBT Sport Complex et le stade national à environ 900m de l’hôtel, très sympa si vous aimez mangé local.

It said on the website that it was about 2km to the city center, which turned out to be 20km, and we were living in the middle of nowhere compared to expectations.

The location isn't for anyone wanting to be in Central Bangkok but I'd highly recommend it to anyone attending an event at Rajamangala Stadium or any nearby sporting facilities.

This is a good 1.5 hrs from central bangkok in good traffic and even if u need to be in this area I recommend u choose a diffrrent hotel.

From great restaurants, small massage shops (decent ones), movie theaters, and street side shopping for local clothes etc., all can be found in a vicinity of 2-15 minutes.

However, if you are looking for a bit of street side shopping and local roadside dining experience, the location offers tonnes of great places.

If you wish to go to Rajamangala Stadium, this hotel is perfect for you as it located just besides the stadium.

Would recommend as a budget stay, however is not close to much and the spend on taxi fare can be large.

The location was very good, just walking distance to the stadium, near 711, and so many food stall near hotel..

The hotel is located on Ramkhamheng 24, right opposite to the entrance of Rajamangala National Stadium and near 2 universities.

Plus point is that it is in Local's area, so everything, such as food, clothes, family massage, around is cheap.

The area is ok in the day but at night it's full of rotting fruit outside on the streets.

Traffic can be terrible on weekdays, or on days there is a big game or concert in the stadium.

Taxis are easily available from front of the hotel if you want to escape to the city or elsewhere.

It is a-must-to-try Grilled Fish and Night Market in front of the national stadium, near the hotel, at night.

A little far away from the city center but if you have a motorbike it will be good.

Accessible restaurants, 7/11, massage salons, bars etc down each of the roads so it was very good.

The area is not particularly comfortable for everyone, as it is quite far from Bangkok's main attractions.

Location is good for street food and any supplies can be found in 7/11 accross road.

The hotel is located opposite Rajamangala National Stadium and 5 minutes walk to the night market.

There's no reason to stay here unless you have to do something with the Ratchamangkala Stadium.

It is near to the Ramkhamhaeng University, the Rajamangala National Stadium.

Perfect for stay close to many university's and the national stadium.

One thing that really upset us was their trying to charge us for a supposedly dirty pillow case when we checked out.

Finally the manager lady is arrogant beyond anything I've seen in Thailand, and insulted me after I complained about theft.

Air-con was switched OFF by the staff, whereas we were hoping for a "cool room" upon our return.

They then said we had stayed there a few nights and it was ok, they wouldn't charge us.

We asked the staff to look at but apparently all the air units are the same.

American Breakfast with eggs & sausages was said to be available but there were never any sausages.

The complementary breakfast buffet was boring after 2 days, because it kept repeating the same time everyday.

Group tour would consume most food if you come down a bit late at 8AM.

They don’t serve the coffee as I like Americano Espresso in breakfast.

Lifts can get busy during the day but if your fit enough you can climp the stairs if your room is not to high up.

I must say you have to pay for WiFi if you don't have it but it will cost you $150 Thb which isn't so bad.

Tour groups arrive every night and trying to use the elevator to get up to your room at that time is nearly impossible.

No laundry service available, will not arrange taxi, no gym....hardly the mark of a 4 Star hotel that they state they are.

I sent a request to booking and received an answer that the departure date cannot be changed a day earlier, since there are no rooms in the hotel!

I checked out after a night stay for another business meeting @ Wong Wian Yai and claimed back my 1000 Baht deposit.

First they tried to charge Me for 500 baht for key deposit but nowhere informed about it before.

I asked to cancel at least the last night, since we could not stay in this hotel.

The hotel, which took the payment in cash, said that Booking.com does not issue refunds.

You have to deposit THB1000 and returned when you check out.
