A very comfortable and very clean hotel with a very warm welcome from the staff.

Good value for a group stay near the airport, but expect higher transport costs.

Adequate if you need to stay in this area, otherwise better to look elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend this one guys, but that was my experience.

The water in the shower was barely warm, the air conditioner is directed at the bed, there is a risk of catching a cold, the air conditioner turns off when you leave the room, it is very hot and stuffy in the corridor, there is no cooling there

The balcony was nice although the AC was not in the smartest of places - one of us hit our head on it every time we stood up because we forgot it was there.

The bed was too firm for my preference, the room was really dated and not much for the eye but everything worked and it had everything you needed.

My friend had a corner suite and that was better, with 2x aircon units that seemed to work a little more subtle.

If staying longer on a budget ideal as a small kitchen & table/chairs in room as well as plenty of wardrobe space.

There were pistachios under the bed when we arrived to our hotel for the first time so cleanliness could be improved.

The aircon was either on or off - temperature control didn’t work and also sounded like a jet taking off constantly.

Trouble of the air condition. Completely can’t keep room temperature stable. You have to choose between too hot or too cold.

The room I had has not been renovated, old furniture, bad insolation, air conditioning very noisy

The aircon was aimed directly at the bed and could only be set to high.

The room was fine, deco was a bit dated but it was a nice room.

The good things of this hotel were the clean and quiet room.

Room were very worn and shower was a bit of a nightmare.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned well and there was hair everywhere in the room.

We stayed in the executive suite which was roomy and comfortable.

The lightning could be better, especially in the bathroom, it's dark.

And could be noisy if you have neighbors on the flor.

The appliances in the room could be updated a little bit.

In the toilet there was still hairs from previous guests.

We liked our clean, cozy room, which was spacious enough.

And there was a large brownish-gray stain on the mattress.

The room had a sink and several pieces of furniture.

Other than that, rooms are absolutely lovely, clean and airy.

It was a good size and the bed very comfortable.

I missed a larger balcony.

This old lady switched off the electricity from my room because when she called me at 12.00 to ask me about check out I told her I need only 10 minutes to pray and she switched off the electricity immediately while I was praying.

Some old people are really polite and have patience and they are perfect to work with direct contact with people like working in customer service or receptionist but other are so much angry from life and rude.

The staff at the night were super nice especially the young girl but on the day time this old lady was very mean.

This hotel had friendly staff, esp the dining staff who made me a lovely coffee just 1 minute before brekky closed.

The staff were lovely, accommodating and understanding of this and worked hard to ensure we were comfortable for that night.

Staff were adequate but standoffish when I wanted to cut our booking short as wanted relocate to a better hotel.

Our stays are always influenced mainly by the behaviour and energy of the staff, and people here seemed content.

The woman at the counter did not help in the sketchy department and felt like she was almost robotic.

The attitude of the old reception staff is unfriendly and demanding, but the young staff had a good attitude.

Staff friendly and helpful especially when there were maintenance issues they were dealt with immediately.

If you prefer awful location and terrible customer service you will love it here.

A level of service and expertise that made me feel very comfortable.

And I have never had an additional 17% service charge in Thailand.

Very professional staff.

It’s in a quiet location so you will need transport to get to places but the metro is about a 5-10 minute walk away which isn’t too bad.

The location was good and convenient to travel with public transport and it is close to the don mueng airport also which was really relevant.

I needed a place to stay for a few nights before catching a flight home and I wanted to be close to the markets.

Quite far from everything/have to rely on grabs, it’s good if your going to bangsue junction only 10ish min drive away!

5-10min walking distance from the BTS system - which makes it very convenient and not in the crazy busy zones.

There is only 1 think it’s far away from city centre when you get taxi it’s going to be 30minutes

It’s not the flashiest of hotels, but it was comfortable, safe, close to the markets by taxi and very affordable.

Although the hotel was nice, you need a car or lots of taxis to stay at this hotel.

Relatively isolated location in the residential area without a car, but a 7/11 nearby for emergencies.

7 eleven Is one minute walk away, really easy to order room service with delicious food..

The hotel is conveniently near Don Mueang International Airport and close to Chatuchak Night Market.

Most tourist attractions are far, and MRT access still requires a Grab or Bolt ride.

Transport costs can add up, especially with unpredictable traffic—most rides cost us over 250 THB.

Took about an hour to get into Bangkok from the area with a grab car.

The location is so far from everything except 7-Eleven store and it’s hard to navigate.

The location is a little challenging but easy with the shuttle to the BTS.

As my taxi pulled into the hotel, I got a really sketchy vibe.

Not much restaurant near by except the one in side the hotel .

Besides, the hotel is located among warehouses and parking lots for buses.

I booked the place because it was cheap and near the airport.

I didn't stay for the breakfast as my friend was in a hurry but we had a little peak at the buffet breakfast which looked adequate.

There was no buffet available; instead, I was served only a plain omelet and two pieces of toast with butter and jam.

Rice-soup, a variety of warm dishes (if Buffett available) and a choice of western-style-breakfast made it very special.

For a hotel that markets a premium experience, providing no cheese or variety is unacceptable.

The coffee at breakfast was the only thing I didn't like about the hotel.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the breakfast at Cinnamon Hotel.

The advertising promised a five-star buffet, but the reality was far from it.

Good breakfast even though we would have preferred a bit more sweetness.

It offers breakfast (buffet or à la carte depending on guest volume).

The staff, breakfast, room and facilities were all excellent and exceeded expectations.

When there was no buffet, the breakfast was not so good.

The marketing is highly misleading and needs to be addressed.

Pool was so dirty it was unusable - there was a film of gunge on to of the water.

A few more sunbeds at the pool would have been nice.

We enjoyed hanging out by the pool with other guests.

Laundry service is extremely expensive— I payed €22 for 1 kg because they charge per item rather than by weight, whereas I would normally pay €1–€2 per kg.

I see the cleaning team are hard workers, my only suggestion would be to have stronger fans so that the mould does not build up.

Everything was updated everyday from toilet paper, to water bottles, to fresh towels, and a clean bed.

This really helped me work from the hotel after our flights were canceled.

Hotel had loads of facilities such as the pool and the gym.

I got to the hotel a bit late in the evening (around 9+ pm) so the main check-in staff wasn't around, so it took some time before the somewhat inexperienced staff could find my booking.com reservation.

At the time of checking in, there wasn't any (Chinese) tourist group, so it was not too slow and relatively quiet.

We were meant to stay for a week but could only stay one night because of how bad it was.

The bathroom in our room did not have hot water, so we had to change rooms.

In fact, I had to present her with the booking number.

So I was charged twice.

The fish and chips was hugely overpriced for what we received and was also nothing like the pictures shown.

Me and my partner both ordered chicken from this hotel and have both since fallen ill with food poisoning.

When the chicken arrived at our table, we both said how it didn’t look or smell like chicken.

After both trying a piece each, we decided not to eat any more as it was disgusting.

At the restaurant, they served the wrong dishes and the right one was really bad.

At Lease could change the dishes for the rice.

Let guests try some Thai curry or whatever.

The restaurant incorrectly promoted the food.

Not even the drink was different.

Got fed up after day 2.

The other machine (the one beside the treadmill) also keep showing „failure“.
