Conrad Bangkok Reviews: Everything Guests Say

We looked through 1,337 reviews of Conrad Bangkok, with 319 providing specific and relevant insights about the accommodation. To make the information easier to explore, we’ve organised the feedback into individual topics based on what guests mentioned.
Of the reviews analysed, 1,018 were excluded because they contained little or no specific feedback relevant to the detailed analysis.

Good service, the staff is responsive - they checked us in early, gave us breakfast as a bonus on the day of arrival, the pillow menu - love it! And a very comfortable bed, great pool with a bar! And a good location - near Lumpini Park, shopping mall, Starbucks, cafes, 7/11. Thank you, I had a great time)
I made a reservation for high tea starting at 4 PM, and even though I arrived around the right time, it took nearly 30 minutes from the time the first tea, cookies, and nuts were served until the main course arrived; I would have appreciated it if it was a bit quicker.
The 2000 baht credit seems ridiculous to me, considering the cost of accommodation and that my partner and I are coming from Spain, and we all know it is a very tiring trip and all you want is to settle into your permanent room as soon as you arrive.

Don't order tour - it's expensive (twice from market price), bad quality and thye scam you by overcharging, then "card not working, give us cash" and scandal for an hour or so while they are trying to make you paying even more.
The hotel was clean and pleasant, the spa was quite good, the location was nice, but it could require some walking to reach shopping malls, so it was nice that there was a shuttle service at certain intervals.
I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and I have always said that my hotel in Bangkok is the Conrad, due to its impeccable service and great location.

With all the positives, this is still a slightly dated property and there are more modern five stars in BKK where a suite costs a lot less.
For a professional or business trip, the hotel is probably a solid choice due to its comfort and service.
Overall, the hotel was impressively clean, with great attention to detail, and the staff was extremely helpful.

A negative aspect is that the toilet is open-plan and has no door to close it.
Extremely comfortable stay in an excellent hotel with fab pool and gym and breakfast!
Me and my son love it all and will return for sure 🙏🙏🙏😍😍😍

We visited Conrad for our second time and we are glad we did!
Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for you.
We felt very comfortable at the Conrad and would love to return.

The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment was truly commendable.
The Executive Lounge is great and the pool area is beautiful.
Depending upon your approach it can be a challenge to locate.

Will certainly stay there again if coming back to Bangkok!
Great hotel with service and comfort of the highest class
The 2 bedroom suite was good for our family.

Look forward to staying here again in the future.
It's getting old and the carpet is smelly.
Excellent stay, clean structure with attention to detail.

Been coming to this hotel since 2003-consistent quality.
The best hotel ever at honest prices.
The number one hotel in Bangkok

This hotel must just be experienced
We had a great stay here.
5 star all the way.

The rug was stained, bed smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep well, even when they changed the sheets and the bathroom drawers are the most disgusting thing ever, I put my PJs and when I took them the next day it was covered with beard hair!!!!!!!!!!
The timing for receiving the rooms is tight, the rooms are small, and the sadness of their color made me think that if I hadn't upgraded to the suite, I would have changed hotels the very same day.
The decor is now rather dated, and, for such a large suite, there is barely any hanging or drawer storage in the wardrobe which was an awkward shape with the ironing board and iron taking up much space.

The suite is generously sized at 71m2 and divided into an entrance, a working area, and a sitting area with a sofa, a mini bar, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and plenty of drinking water.
Many times it took long to get through to the in room dining line and the instructions to send additional plates and cutlery were not followed.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a modern and elegant design, and room service is good in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail.

The bath tub was leaking ( the stopper button not working). So the water kept draining before it could be filled up.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a view of greenery or the Bangkok skyline, and a shower is also available.
Small mold spots were visible at the sealings in the glass area of the shower in the bathroom.

The bathrooms were a little slice of luxury (great make up mirror and Mohave Ghost everything)- LOVE.
The largest definitely showed its age and had an unpleasant smell, which is why I moved rooms.
We had booked a room with a balcony through Booking, but it was not available.

We requested for contour pillows, and it was served straight away the next day.
We had a separate lounge, a dressing room an enormous bathroom plus more.
After switching rooms, the toilet lock wasnt working & bedroom kettle was leaking.

The bathtub at my room (1818) has a stopper that seems broken.
But the room I initially had smelled very old and musty.
The spaciousness of the room. All the small details of it.

No choice if you are into modern and chick interior
It's clear this hotel is in desperate need of renovation.
The carpet in my room desperately needs a change.

The rooms are big and with all the comforts.
Unfortunately, the room service did not work very well.
Fantastic room on 17th Floor in a marvellous hotel!

The rooms are in need of an overhaul.
The room was super clean, comfy and spacious.
Luxurious rooms - slightly smaller than expected.

The view from the room is perfect
Rooms need some improvements (a bit old).
Loved having a very spacious private terrace.

Also the taxi we used was because if the help of the staff however we had a bad experience with Tony in Toyota SUV who kept taking us to places to get some points and at the end, he stood us up on our last night to be dropped off at the airport.
A big shout out to the breakfast staff (Game, Vivian, Joy, Nid, Yeam, Fai & Man) from day 1 they would remember the things my husband and I would have and ensure this was in place for the duration of our stay.
I didn’t catch the name of the lady who assisted me, but she was able to speak Japanese and helped me with pool reservations in the early morning and taxi bookings for the last day, thank you very much

I had to go to the hospital in the evening because I was feeling unwell, but I was connected to a 24-hour pharmacy and was able to take medicine and feel better.
One more thing. The English of the staff (in the club lounge) wasn't always recognized by translation apps. But they responded with a good smile somehow.
The staff at the Cafe is very hardworking, warm and passionate, often remembering our preferences and providing us with the best experience possible.

The guests relation responsible, PRI KWAN, is as well in contact with the guests to make sure all are okay.
When we requested an extra bed for our son at 11pm, they brought one in just a few minutes.
Since we stayed with three people, they brought an extra single bed and slept in the living room....

The service awareness was exceptional, the entire professional staff helps 24/7 and is happy to assist.
The staff at the reception, call center, concierge, and lost and found are poorly trained.
But over all check in and service is top class and everyone super helpful.

The staff is very helpful and they did everything to make our stay unreal.
No one at the reception asked us for feedback on when leaving.
Every single staff member is super friendly and helpful from the start.

Don’t go there, so unprofessional and not respectful for their guests
In addition, some of the staff sometimes lacked proficiency in English.
They take care of our littles ones with such kindness.

A special thanks to Jain, Air, and Poupe, truly awesome!
Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful.
And this has occurred a few times, not once.

The hotel staff was excellent in every category.
Very attentive and catered to our EVERY need!
Service at this hotel is outstanding amazing.

2. The staff are friendly and attentive
The staff is professional and attentive.
Too many guests too few staff.

True customer care of staff
Staff and poolside are great.
The staff were exceptional

The hotel is distinguished by its location close to important landmarks such as markets and malls, and it offers regular transportation to the nearest metro station every 15 minutes to facilitate guests' mobility.
Many foreign embassies are also located in this area, and the connection to the city's BTS Skytrain system is provided via the Phloen Chit station, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
There is a large department store next to the nearest station and the station next to it, so it is convenient for those who want to shop at the department store.

It was raining that day, so the fact that we didn’t have to go out with umbrellas but we’re able to have good dinner was just amazing.
We stayed here when we arrived in Bangkok for three nights and decided to stay again before we travelled home since we enjoyed it so much.
There’s a 7-Eleven almost on the premises. It takes less than five minutes to walk there, and it's a decent size. It was comfortable to stay.

Additionally, there was a small mall connected to it, which had a supermarket and a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for buying little drinks and snacks.
There are no bad points, but it is a bit far from tourist spots, and it takes about 40 minutes by taxi to get anywhere.
Personally, the location. While it was a bit closer to the airport and shopping malls, tourist things around Bangkok are still a ways away.

More of a feature than a drawback: not much is open around on weekends since the hotel is located in a business district.
Location is a little out but they do a shuttle bus to the BTS which is in a lively area
The hotel has a convenient location and you don't immediately step into heavy traffic when you exit the lobby.

The shopping center is adjacent to the building, so you can go shopping or dining anytime you want.
The central location provided us with convenience, with wide accessibility to big malls and nice streets nearby.
However, I was able to resolve this at the 7-Eleven convenience store on the first floor.

It is no way bad, it is walking distance to suhkumvit and all of that.
Location bit off from main shopping area, but good with the shuttle to ploen chit
Since the American Embassy is right in front, it is safe even at night.

I am allergic to smoke and its supposed to be a smoke free building.
The clientele/ guests coming in was very low class, more like a motel.
And a good location - near Lumpini Park, shopping mall, Starbucks, cafes, 7/11.

Doesn’t have much choices of food in the mid-night, ie local food market.
Connected to All Seasons Place mall to get basics (supermarket, banks, coffee)
Tops Market is a good place for food and other items.

The overall hotel was clean and at a great location.
Conrad doesn’t monitor the building or seem to care.
It's convenient that a shopping mall is adjacent.

The location was also great for me.
Location wise a bit further from downtown.
Amazing hotel on a perfect location.

A big shout out to the breakfast staff (Game, Vivian, Joy, Nid, Yeam, Fai & Man) from day 1 they would remember the things my husband and I would have and ensure this was in place for the duration of our stay.
While booking the room through booking it said that for extra money we would have access to the nice breakfast area, this was never confirmed and they ultimately did not have that service even though we paid for it.
I did not partake in the breakfast but I took a look at the buffet and it seemed similar to what it used to be the last time I stayed at the hotel.

The staff makes a big effort to reduce the queue - we were offered to have breakfast in the premium lounge on the top floor, where the same breakfast is served.
They have kept same spoon for non veg and veg items like hash brown .. either they should keep this item away from other non veg or have separate spoon.
The hotel reassured me that gluten free options were available but the offering was only bread which was barely baked and not risen, and so dense and solid (semi-raw) inside.

Because one area was closing at 10:00 AM, we had to move to another floor, but due to the crowd, we were sent back to the other breakfast room.
As a diamond member, I also did not have Conrad lounge access, so comp breakfast on the 2nd floor with everyone else was as much as they would provide.
However breakfast is included in the same restaurant as the hotel side, which is not a benefit offered at Marriott Exec Apartments so overall Conrad offers more.

Surprised to experience that breakfast was only covered for 1 adult per room where I had to pay additional amount per day for all my kids.
Breakfast is wonderful but it is so crowded that the staff can get harried and you may have to wait in line to be seated.
Here we were told that the breakfast room would stay open for 10 more minutes, making us feel like we had to eat very quickly.

Lastly, the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of Thai, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine, catering perfectly to the diverse tastes of my family.
Also freshly squeezed juices could be a nice addition for breakfast, since it's a 5 star hotel :)
Breakfast didn't meet my expectations as a Middle Eastern and not even close to Hilton Standards.

The breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were extremely kind and helpful every morning.
I was satisfied with the overall service including the room condition and breakfast.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the food, service was beyond exceptional.

The breakfast is good but doesn't cater well to small children.
Breakfast was okay, but had better breakfast in lower star hotels!
Breakfast was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for more.

The breakfast is really really good so much variety!!!
The breakfast is not suitable for Muslims at all.
The Breakfast spread and quality can be better.

Buffet breakfast should be a less expensive price.
There was a good selection for breakfast.
The breakfast is also really great.

Breakfast tables etc were not clean.
Buffet breakfast so much choice,
저희는 음식 종류가 적은 레스토랑이었어요

The pool is great. It's heated so it's not cold, and it's not an issue even during the dry season. However, it's not just fresh water. It has a little bit of salt in it. My eyes didn't hurt when I opened them. It was strange.
The pool was just amazing, you do not feel like that you are in a big loud city and since the pool is in the 6th floor, there was often a slight breeze which felt so nice during the heat and humid days.
A very nice pool is not always the first thing you look for in Bangkok, but coming back from work, it’s nice to have a little relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The drinks at the pool are extremely overpriced, I understand it should be more expensive but not 8€ for a canned beer which is literally 1€ in the seven11 next door.
The hotel is part of the Hilton Group, so it's a solid 5-star establishment with very nice staff and a beautiful pool area including a bar and nice loungers.
There is a jacuzzi with hot water by the pool; we didn't think it would be necessary in Bangkok, but it's just incredibly pleasant to sit in it!!

Pool didn’t get any sun after 1pm but found sunbed round the other side of the hotel that had sun just not right next to the pool..
The pool is big lots of space some people moan about the water being cold but it’s 35 in Bkk so you need cold water refreshing.
The view was so relaxing that I was able to unwind by the pool for three days, which felt like an oasis in the city

Great pool & sauna facilities, we especially loved the warm pool in the evening when the wind cools the air down a little bit!
The swimming pool is clean and water quality is excellent, I can literally open my eyes when swimming, with no discomfort hours after.
The swimming pool is wonderful, plenty of sunbeds and towels, and you don't have the feeling that you're in the middle of Bangkok.

Great pool area on 7th floor, plenty of loungers. Fldies go shady @ 12pm-2pm each day due to heights of neighbouring buildings
Also if you are planning on laying by the pool, go early as the sun disappears behind the building come 1pm.
At the pool, they bring you ice water to your sunbed as well as some little snacks, which was very cute.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the pool had a sense of openness at night with fewer people.
The pool staff were very helpful and brought us over towels, water and fruit every time we went down.
The pool (bar) service was very slow on the first day, but the staff apologised for the long wait.

The green area is mostly shaded after 11:00 - it feels like an oasis in a hot city.
At the very least they could have heated the jacuzzi to warm up in as an option.
Poolarea is nice but most parts doesnt have sun because of the tall buildings around

Swimming pool with a jacuzzi area, gym with a sauna, relaxation without compromise!
The standing staff and their readiness to serve made our stay amazing.
The pool is not really heated as it is promoted.

Our only complaint is that the pool was too cold.
The swimming pool was my favorite place to be.
We had full access to the swimming pool.

The pool is beautiful and so relaxing.
The pool area was also good.
The pool area and the spa.

It’s a major negative in my opinion compared to full-service hotels which have some long-stay accommodation room types such as Marriott Surawongse, Kimpton, Akyra Thonglor (SLH), and Sindhorn Kempinski, all of which have a washing machine in the room.
They have washers and dryers on every floor for free but not all of them work, depends what floor your on, you may have to drag your clothes several floors up or down depending.
In addition, the hotel has a small mall that includes a pharmacy, an ATM, and a supermarket that meets the basic needs of guests, which enhances comfort and convenience during the stay.

It's perfect for a hotel staycation. The connection to the shopping mall, swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts made it ideal for our family to eat, relax, and have fun.
There was a full kitchen but I also expected a washer and dryer but it’s simply not part of the offering at the residences (need to use shared laundry facilities).
I have lounge access so there was lots of extra values, ex, 14,00-16,00 cake, food, coffee, soft drinks and more and from 17,30-19,30 drinks, cocktail, food, beer, yes everything.

The essential bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue paper, etc.) were not replenished; I called them and informed them that this affects the reputation of a 5-star hotel.
Conrad Bangkok offers great facility including a wide range of fitness equipment, steam and dry sauna, a pool with a large jacuzzi, fine dining experience, and more.
Hot & cold water from tap not working well so my hands were slightly scalded when hot water came out from the cold water tap.

The executive lounge - overcrowded, the happy hour food was ok, but much better food selection and quality at other club floors in Bangkok.
My only let down, was in the kitchen, there were no bowls, no salt, yet salt shaker, and scary scratched up, cheap Teflon pans.
The Conrad is well equipped with great amenities including a large swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and breakfast selections.

In the evening, there was a happy hour that included cocktails and meals (I didn't know this when I made the reservation).
The iron was not ready for use, and the ironing board was broken; I contacted them and they replaced them.
The diplomatic bar on ground floor is also a great place to stay and have a sip of coffee.

There are washing machines and dryers for guest use on each floor but eight percent of them are broken!
Honestly, I had previously used their automatic cleaning service, which is not good. This hotel has become very bad.
We were surprised by the changing rooms that included towels, showers, soap, hair dryers, deodorant, and creams. Unbelievable.

Also - due to the large number of people at the evening happy hour, service was slow.
It is great value for money and you can get a lot out of your stay.
My main negative surprise actually had nothing to do with the age of the hardware.

Its a older hotel, but the rooms and facilities are clean and modern.
It is primarily a business hotel and the facilities and atmosphere reflect that.
Facilities were too of the range, including the gym and the pool

Also - very long waits for elevator in the morning hours.
We joined a fun cocktail-making class with Nikki and Tukky.
The facilities are great as befits a 5 star hotel.

Coffee and tea not same quality as breakfast.
I would not recommend this club floor.
The 7 Eleven downstairs was very convenient.

Chk in was very Poor , Inspite of 3pm chk in time , upon arrival at 3.45pm , our Room was not ready and that too of suite catagory .. This is not accepted in any way as they do charge us for early chk in . Hence, I would expect half day charge refunded to us.
I knew that my kids are not allowed to enter the executive lounge during cocktail time after check -in this policy should be communicated to guest upon reservation, however the hotel staff managed to make it up for us.
After spend long day working my friend and I came to check in at Conrad residence Bangkok in evening time K. Haneem at reception desk greeting me with warm welcome and recognize me with big smile.

I arrived at the check-in time and discovered that the rooms were not ready, and they left us in a lounge; we are 7 people and the room is the size of a box.
There was no double check or provided details of the deposit, just asked for the card so I didn’t really understand the deposit was for the accommodation or the damage.
I was curious at first that the damage deposit was high but hotels in Bangkok normally asked for damage deposit around 2,000-5,000 baht per night, so Conrad maybe higher.

The check in time was a bit longer than other hotels we visited in the area and during the wait, there was not any acknowledgement of us waiting.
We booked a triple room and paid 140€ for early check-in, but they had forgotten to put in a third bed (there were 3 of us).
I was told I would have to book at todays rate, not the cheaper rate I had due to booking this stay several weeks in advance.

The check-out takes too long because the reception is poorly organized regarding the issuance of invoices, possibly with special requests, despite prior notification about it.
This disappointed me as the 5-star hotel top of Hilton brand does not have the system that verifies the payment was already made through booking.com.
No way to have early check in as I requested ahead of time or even a place to change while waiting for the room.

I was told that I had to completely cancel my reservation in the residence and make a new reservation in the hotel.
I arrived early in the morning and despite the check-in being before my arrival, I was able to use the pool
The reception service at the hotel was extremely professional upon arrival, as the staff provided a smooth and friendly check-in experience.

Our check in was seamless and the lady that checked us in was awesome and made a very good first impression.
Upon arrival the check in staff questioned our choice of room, although previously shared amount of guests accordingly in our communication.
I had a bunch of extras (breakfast for an additional guest, late checkout etc.) that I paid for at check-in,

Plus a room service order that I had to pay for at check-out - this caused some confusion at check-out,
Staff should warn the customers about this in advance- we do not need Thai baht after we leave the country...
Since we arrived so late, we were allowed to stay in the room until 3 o'clock the next day.

I was able to check in at 17:40 in the room when I arrived at the hotel at 16:40.
Immediately I tried to cancel our stay, staff shared I had to communicate to Booking.com for the cancellation fee.
We arrived at the hotel to check in and it took 30 minutes to bring our bags up.

Check-in at the Twin Suite was delayed for two hours; it was not ready at 3:00 pm.
We arrived around 11am and they checked us in immediately room was already ready for us
It could be very nice if they told us when we check in.

We had to wait more than 3 hours for a room.
I was a bit disappointed with some shortcomings in handling tasks.
We arrived at the Hotel late evening and were tired.

The club lounge didn't have a wide variety, but it was good enough to have some options. The evening drinking time was enjoyable.
We also dined at the Liu restaurant, located inside the skyscraper, and spent €30 per person for a very good and plentiful meal.
And there are no halal restaurants in the hotel at all, so if you arrive at night, there will be no food 🙂.

In the evening, I enjoyed dinner and cocktails while listening to live music in the first-floor lounge, which was a wonderful moment
For unknown reasons, it is not possible to charge orders to the room at the restaurant and bar to pay at checkout.
The service is awful - the food selection is limited and items are regularly out of stock.

Western food was not too notch, but thats „complaining on a very high level“.
The food at the pool bar was first-class and everything I tried was delicious.
No fresh juices apart from Watermelon, despite having other fresh juices on the menu.

There are great Italian restaurants just behind the hotel and also Thai restaurants.
But the best food was poolside - nice thai menu and very tasty.
The food at the Japanese restaurant on New Year’s Eve was atrocious.

The food was not good and the drinks were too expensive.
We really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and the garden terrace cafe.
The hotel restaurants are a choice of pricey Chinese or Japanese.

Each order had to be paid for on the spot.
Chinese restaurant on site food was average (service was great).
The room service Tom Yum Kung was very good!

The bar is a very nice place to unwind.
Limited option on meals provided esp for Muslim guest..
The food and the prices at the pool.

The eating venues closed by 9:30 or so
Loved the Bar - the food was excellent
Service was good and food was good quality.

It would have been good to have Thai.
Chinese restaurant is excellent - food and service.
The cafe is dire - avoid it.

Expensive and tasteless.
Nice food.
Food

I booked grab taxi the location is seems not visible and the driver went to the basement to pick us ( thank you to the staff that help us to talk to the driver and fetch us to the lobby).
The sign directing to the hotel is not clear when driving out of the parking lot, which caused me to get lost and take a complicated route to the hotel entrance.
We experienced twice where staff said 200 baht fixed price before taxi arrived, however, same taxi guys took us on meter under 70 baht, as I was knowing this trick.

Taxis were readily available and cheap but traffic is a problem and most journeys around the city took at least half an hour to get there
The free bus that arrives every quarter of an hour takes you to a street across from (Central Embassy) and not near the complex.
The lobby is a short walk to the main road but it has a shuttle bus service that runs to the nearest BTS station.

The hotel helped load our luggage into the taxi, and there was not much traffic to get from the hotel to the highway.
It's a 5-minute walk straight down Wireless Road and not worth waiting 5 to 15 minutes for shuttle, in my opinion.
There are not many taxis available at the hotel due to the difficulty of getting in and out.

There’s even a free regular shuttle bus between the hotel and the the nearby Phloem Chit BTS Station.
1. There is a shuttle, but it is jointly operated with The Place, making it somewhat inconvenient
The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful.

However, during taxi rides, the driver would communicate about where to go, which was reassuring.
The shuttle bus to Ploenchit station is necessary as taxis are quite hard to get.
Only drawback is the distance to the BTS although they offer a free shuttle service.

There's no shuttle bus to the airport, and the only option is a taxi.
It was nice to have a shuttle bus available to the nearby BTS station.
A little far from the metro and shuttle service not always easily available

There is free shuttle bus that will drop off at the bts station
I only recommend the shuttle to Central Embassy if you have mobility issues.
Hope concierge guides guests to taxi with meter and not fixed price.

Roads from hotel to reach highway to airport is very congested
Hotel location requires a shuttle bus to get to the Skytrain.
The free shuttle to BTS station is particularly helpful.

Free and regular shuttle to Phloen Chit Station.
Free hotel shuttle to BTS station Chit
Shuttle to the train station

셔틀버스가 자주 운영되어서 역까지도 가깝고
Close to public transportation
最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。

Additionally, the fitness center was the largest I have encountered at any hotel, which was a highlight for me.
We appreciated the fitness center and joined the free core/abs workout class.
The gym was awesome, very big and well equipped.

I loved the Gym and the staff working there.
They were very attentive to the guests and equipment.
We even played pickleball with a great instructor.

The fitness gym was spacious and kept clean.
Gym is great and sauna is good too.
It was equipped with the latest machines.

The pool and gym were excellent.
Gym is big and really good
Gym is 11 out of 10!

Very good gym and steam room
Location, gym and facilities are great.
The club is very good.

And gym as well.
The gym is amazing.
The gym is fantastic!

Gym was perfect
Love the gym.
- big gym

Great gym, pool.
The gym.
Amazing gym.

Great gym/pool
Great gym!
Exercise facility.

And gymnasium.
Gym

I had a spa treatment too, and the person who served me was really nice!
4. The sauna facilities are only at the level of a shower room
Massage center is also 3 mins from hotel, called The Touch.

I recommend the scrub, facial and massage package.
The spa was a lovely experience.
Great pool and SPA !

Steam room and sauna
Beautiful spa and pool.
Great pool and SPA

Spa was amazing.
Spa trips.
The spa.

It was my first time at Conrad, and when I tried to park my car and go to the room, it was like a maze and quite difficult.
The directions from the parking lot to the lobby elevator and then from the lobby floor to the residence were not very clear.
Valet parking, service at the pool, breakfast, direct access to the shopping center with restaurants, etc.

The parking area is confusing when trying to park your car!
I think it would be challenging for first-time visitors.
Everything seems to be designed for valet parking.
