Yet I requested it because I had clothes I needed to wear to a business conference the next day and the course was to be completed in 4 hours (Plus 50% more).
I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and continue to book this hotel for business as my home away from home in Bangkok.
Absolutely amazing hotel we love it that much we have booked for a further 2 nights when we return from Phuket

If we had paid the actual price for the room I would not think it was worth the money.
A hotel in a good location, with helpful staff, but one that did not meet our expectations
Wanted to give one star review but Housekeeping good on certain days some days are bad

Wouldnt book again for the amount we paid, total let down in terms of value.
Maybe a little too expensive, but all in all it is a great hotel..!!
Lovely hotel in a great location, good value for a 5 star property.

An exceptional experience during a difficult time for all during the earthquake.
Hotel ok but got ill eating there which ruined it really
Christmas decorations were not up to the standard I would expect.

Service Disappointed as our very first time of trial Stay.
The hotel is 5 stars but I didn't feel that
I am embarrassed to be a Dusit Gold member.

The best suit hotel that I have ever been!
Great stay with the right value & good breakfast!
A hotel for a relaxing vacation in Bangkok

I had a great stay at this hotel!
Old, tired and in need of rennovation
The hotel was really nice and quiet.

Old and in need of a facelift.
Could not ask for anything more.
Oasis in the middle of chaos.

There is nothing not to like.
Dusit retains its staff here until its hotel at Silom is rebuild, the property is starting to show the strains of lack of maintenance; towel hooks falling off, shower cubicle leaking or signs of mold etc. All is old at modern standards.
Overall, this is a very good value option or a stay in the centre of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but still close enough to meet all the needs off any visitor to the Big Mango.

I had to pay more at the hotel than the final price that I supposed to pay when I booked with 2 adults and 2 kids in booking.com (I did booking with a total price for 2 adults/2 kids)
Still, despite all this, Dusit Suites remains one of my favorite places in BKK when on business due to its ... brilliant price quality ... (probably reflecting the above 'inconveniences' and the ultra competitive BKK market).
As a result, I went to the conference with different clothes and when I returned in the evening, I was told as a matter of course by the receptionist that it was not finished yet.

Dusit Suites Hotel has become a favourite Jotel for us in Bangkok. Large, spacious rooms, well lit naturally during daytime and excellent lighting after sunset, nice balconies with a superb view, comfortable beds and pillows, lots of amenities in the room including a microwave oven, tea kettle and an Illy coffee machine. Bathroom was large and four featured.
I stayed in one of the spacious suites, featuring a separate living area, dining space, and a fully residential atmosphere that made it incredibly comfortable throughout my visit. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city.
Really lovely view. wonderful apartment. great beds and very luxurious. big balconies with lots of space to sit outside and outside chairs provided. Air con worked very well. nice kitchen area .

The bedroom 2 bedroom apartment had stunning views to iconic sports club, bts, mahankong tower. The apartment size is large with plenty of room for our family of five.
Huge one bedroom suite! Room is well maintained. Love the bathtub. Only issue was the water pressure could be stronger. Love the balcony for a cigarette break.
We took the extra bed, but the mattress was quite thin, and we could feel the springs pressing against our backs when lying down.

Beautiful, spacious rooms, and the corridor is open to the outside air. However, not all the appliances were available in the room.
We had a very comfortable stay in our suites which is well equipped & has a bathtub along with two balconies.
Deluxe two bedroom is very spacious. Very suitable for a small family to stay. High floor with nice view too.

There was another building under construction right infront of our view so it was not worth the price
Which can be clearly heard from the rooms. Rooms could do with a refresh as but dated.
It didn’t matter as we could use the air conditioning in the lounge room during the evening.

Pillow is way too soft , neck aches when we woke up. Bed nice , comfy.
No usb charging and difficult to find a plug near the bed to use adaptor.
-Bathtub with no stopper only rubber used to close the tub and not working.

Noise in the morning. I'd requested a quiet room before I did the booking.
In the end, we got two queen beds, which was better for us.
The view from the balcony was lovely and the beds are super comfortable.

If possible, washing machine/ dryer in rooms would be a great bonus.
We booked the suite and were really disappointed considering the price.
Yet they put me right next to the storage& equipment room.

The lighting of the room in Last year’s visit was good.
The kitchen, closets and doors seemed to be very old.
Condition of the room is acceptable but refurbishment is needed.

Having 2 balconies to sit out on was fantastic.
We had to keep asking housekeeping for extra tea coffee sugar n milk everyday. They would put just 1 extra pkt of these. I explained that we were 3 persons and we all drank 3 cups everyday so we needed at least 10pkts of each but they didn't understand that. To top it all there was a huge cockroach in the cutlery tray and I am PETRIFIED of roaches...it spoilt my entire stay at the hotel.
We were 3 people staying in a 2 bedroom suite and the staff insisted on keeping just 2pkts of tea coffee and sugar despite us telling them that we each drank 3 cups of tea / coffee in a day. Had to call everytime for additional pkts which was annoying. Crockery and cutlery were the bare minimum and the worst was that there were cockroaches in our suite!!

We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and comfortable. One thing to note is that the photos on the website make the rooms look slightly better than they are in reality. I would say the actual room reflects about 80% of what is shown in the pictures. Nevertheless, it was still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We got a free upgrade to a double bedroom suite from a single bedroom suite which made our stay really really comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay with a lot of closet space, a private balcony, and a private bathroom. The other room had two twin beds and a separate bathroom which two people shared.
Our suite on the 4th floor was very spacious with a seperate kitchen / lounge and large bedroom and excellent bathroom - they are very well equipped and very clean. Both the lounge and the bedroom had balconies which overlooked the neighbourhood. The airconditioning was also excellent! The hotel was very quiet and relaxing.

And great service. Especially thanks to Keng who was extremely helpful - organised for us tickets for great rooftop seats on a river cruise at short notice, tracked down my son's lost parcel that was delivered to the the other side of the city and arranged for it to be delivered to us, and helped us when my family were sick
From the professionalism and warm welcome provided by the Front Desk team (Smart, Win, Boat), the attentiveness of Housekeeping (Saw, Soeaung, Boo), the excellent service from the F&B team (Puu, Mint, Rose, Kwan, Lucas) and the efficiency of the Concierge (Keng) together with the shuttle service, every aspect of our experience reflected the highest standards of care and excellence.
They offered us an upgrade as a solution, which we truly appreciated. It was a professional and generous gesture that made our stay much more comfortable. The staff's quick response and hospitality were impressive. We really enjoyed the rest of our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service!

The staff at this property are excellent. Professional, smiling and understanding. Everyone from the front desk to all area’s were amazing. Spl shout out to chai ( i hope i haven’t slaughtered his name ) at the front desk.
I would also like to convey special appreciation to Julia, the General Manager for the genuine care, leadership, and commitment shown in ensuring our stay was both comfortable and memorable.
Thank you to all the staff especially the very helpfull bellboy, Khun Keng, who was very nice to chat with and had given very useful recommendations.

Second, the cleaner varied day by day. one day missed the refill of cotton pad and lotion but one day all is good.
Kung at reception was extremely kind and helpful with me and and all the restaurant staff were great as well.
The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. We truly appreciated their service and would highly recommend this hotel.

From the graceful check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay, the team went above and beyond.
I reported it to the front desk when checking out; hopefully they will fix it.
Khun Chokchai’s dedication to providing exceptional service reflects highly on your hotel and team.

All free of charge. She checked up on us the next day too.
Expedia contacted Dusit to refund the rest of the nights but they refused!!!!!
The GM or whoever in-charge there seems need to do more training.

All of the stuff were helpful and friendly and very very kind
But honestly, it was the people that made this trip unforgettable.
The staff was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you

The staff is exceptional, very warm and very happy to help
But best of all the breakfast staff were all amazing.
Julia (General Manager) ensured everyone was safe and looked after.

Staff asked us to use kitchen outlet for hairdryer
Service was top notch. Staff were friendly and helpful.
And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff are friendly and welcoming
The manageress stepped in, very apologetic
Staff were absolutely wonderful. Super friendly

The location for shopping was great. Bangkok can be overwhelming, but this hotel is located on a side street and felt much more calm than the environs. Many of the main shopping malls are within walking distance, including Siam, paragon, Central world, Big C, Palladium, One Siam, etc. The BTS station is closer than any other place I know. With Bangkok traffic being so crazy, the BTS is a lifesaver to get anywhere.
This hotel is also a short walk away from the BTS, their train system, which is important because you can get stuck in the traffic for hours. So now, if we do head back the hotel near the BTS is important to go around. Just 1 -2 stations away from the malls and good restaurants . Accessibility is good.
Location-wise, it wasn't what I wanted. Very few street food stalls or local restaurants. Lang Suan Rd is not my scene - almost nothing but silly designer stores and big lavishly decorated restaurants. RatchadamribRd doesn't have much because there's a large park and university hospital there. So you need to catch the skytrain, which is close enough.

Nothing near you like 7-11 or any other hotel And the hotel in the corner of street its not like on main road its on side road inside in end of the street near by all construction building,
The location is in the middle of all the action where you have the malls right next to you at 10 minutes walking distance, and there is a spa at a 5 minutes walk.
We were first drawn to the Dusit Suites due to its convenient location close to a major shopping area and a mere 100 metre walk to a Skytrain Station.

Location is perfect if you enjoy shopping in the Siam malls. We missed the local street vibes next to the hotel but enjoyed evening runs in Lumphini park.
We needed something that was convenient both for the city center and the airport; even so, during rush hour it took an hour either way.
I would highly recommend a stay here as it was a quiet and convenient place to stay being very close to the BTS.

And as it is close to many green areas it isnt at all clostrophobic feeling as many BKk sky scrapers can feel
Great location in the heart of the city, near BTS, but away from loud traffic, giving it almost a resort feel.
Tucked away on a quiet residential street, such that one forgets they are in the heart of a bustling metropolis

The only minor inconvenience was the construction work next to the property, which caused some noise at times.
A little far away, but this distance was never an obstacle; CentralWorld is a ten-minute walk away.
But there is Bolt, which is really cheap and accessible, so it really wasn’t a problem.

The view (Lumpini Park) is nice too. 3 mins walk to BTS with a quiet neighborhood.
I wouldn't look elsewhere to book a hotel in central Bangkok other than dusit Suites.
Location is a big positive with Chidlom and Siam just a few minutes walk.

Location is convenient we can walk to most of the malls in the area.
We found a truly luxurious hotel one block away for half the price
Hotel is nicely a little bit on the side of the big road.

Location is near from Indonesia embassy and very central to go everywhere
Location was great. Easy access to BTS and very close to Siam.
The hotel was in a convenient location for the sky train

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area near Lumpini Park.
Location very close to key facilities and main shopping center
Nowhere easy to walk and eat in the evenings.

At great location next to BTS at excellent P/Q
Good value for money considering the central location
And very close to the BTS station.

Then the Elevators were down and we had to walk down the fire escape stairs which didn't have instructions of how to get to the reception and we ended up lost in a car park, Twice, and having to find a staff member to help us. Should there ever be a real fire... god help them!
Lobby was not cooling enough, especially when we were back from outside ,we will feel as if we are going to melt . Especially when we reach our level 4 , it’s HOT , really Hot.
But they can keep our laggage and they promise they well provide a place for refrishent and prayer but when we went back the place was just in the lobby not private and general toilet.

Unfortunately there was an annual electrical test happening which we wasn't told about prior to our arrival... we may have changed hotel otherwise as we were in our room with no electric or aircon!!
Even though the piped in my balcony choked up and flooded one evening with brown water, the engineer fixed it very quickly within 15min of calling them - pretty efficient in my view.
The property is starting to show the strains of lack of maintenance; towel hooks falling off, shower cubicle leaking or signs of mold etc. All is old at modern standards.

Walking round the hotel depressed me, old furniture, white washed walls, bare undecorated corridors, a swimming pool that has seen better days and a very unattractive dining area.
The cleaning costs were outrageously high. The charge was per item of clothing. The total cost for the cleaning was so outrageous that it leaves a bad aftertaste.
Lobby was dark all the time , it felt as though the management were saving energy by turning off some of the air conditioning and chandeliers .

There should be a kids’ club; that would be wonderful. It’s already good as it is, but that would make it even better. 🙏🥰
The complimentary snacks during the day, the complimentary happy hour in the evening, and the affordable wash and fold service were a plus!
The courtesy room is charged for, which is a shame. A goodwill gesture would have been appreciated (booking of 4 nights, 2 rooms).

Only real complaint is that Wifi was hardly strong enough for streaming, so they need to do something imminently about this.
Though the building is well maintained and has a lot of positives, it is showing signs of being dated.
The men who unloaded our luggage were not welcoming and dressed in poorly fitting dark black suits.

The property actually is not a hotel. It’s a residential studios that was converted to a hotel.
The property could do with a fresh coat of paint. The walls look a bit dirty.
The water they are serving is not halal so we had to buy water ourself.

The “Club Access” is misleading, with barely any food and only beer available.
Drinks and snacks throughout the day were included in the room rate.
Some of the communal spaces felt a bit tired and dated.

The atmosphere inside the hotel is shady, beautiful and private.
Horrible horrible place with no ac/ventilation in the lifts/corridors
The hotel overall has some signs of age

The corridors were quite dirty & ill maintained.
Great view from the top bar though.
Free coffee and afternoon tea service.

Free drinks beer coke sprite water
Nice and well lit, clean
Breakfast and amenities were great.

I also loved their breakfast which you can order based on what they had on the menu. It may not be as extensive, but they had good selections that were cooked well. They were delicious! The Avo toast, the chicken teriyaki, the nice fruit yoghurt, granola with mixed fruits were our favorites. They even had congee! But I didnt try that.
The omelet is selected from a menu; the vegetables look tired, there is hardly any variety, and everything is in small portions. The butter is wrapped in parchment paper into cubes. The spreads for the bread are still from the 1950s.
But the breakfast is very poor and low quality no many options honestly ii was very disappointed, mos the items that look nice is for additional charges. The items on the buffet are not presented nicely and are low quality

It is marketed as a five-star hotel, but the breakfast is not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. It is more like a bistro offering a simple breakfast on a small scale.
The breakfast is nice with that you can choose the style of egg you want (from sunny side up egg to egg Benedict.) The buffet breakfast is nice with a good range of choices.
Ate the breakfast and spent all day on the toilet. Then had to take Imodium. I am sure their bacon was not freshly made as it looked and tasted a bit strange

Breakfast was overpriced for limited variety of food. Most offerings were not considered breakfast offerings. Little variety day to day. THB 600+ for limited breakfast way to expensive.
Breakfest was lovely. Enjoyed especially that it was for a small amout of people and that you could choose a table from inside or at the terrace.
And made use of the snacks and drinks that were provided free on an afternoon. These meals were excellent as was the breakfast in the morning!

Breakfast !!! I asked for poached eggs and bacons for breakfast. I got a tiny piece of bacon and a poached egg!! Every single morning too.
For breakfast, they only have eggs, while the other options are not suitable for us as Arabs. In short, I did not like the breakfast.
No big crowds but very comfortable seatings, food quality not like big buffet but served to order, its very very adequate fr healthy to filling.

And an excellent breakfast. It could be more extensive. You can order certain dishes from the menu, such as waffles, pancakes, or fried eggs.
The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations. The selection was limited and not very well made. The egg chef wasn't the best either.
The breakfast is very poor for 5 star hotel its like there is only 5 main dishes 🙃 and small setting area

After having big buffet breakfasts at other accommodations this was pretty tiny but had everything you needed to start your day.
Breakfast — they fry the eggs fresh and make cappuccino on a good coffee machine; that is enough for me
Breakfast wA great, not a ton of choices but enough with very healthy great tasting options.

The breakfast was a total let down, very limited choice.. for a 4/5 star hotel..
Most times the tables were not cleared and the staff not very attentive.
The breakfast was excellent and had some nice changes every day.

Yummy rotating breakfast buffet along with cooked to order eggs.
Breakfast was also good, but the selection was limited.
Breakfast was delicious, with some items freshly prepared.

The breakfast is nice but not varied.
Breakfast and service overall were very good.
The breakfast buffet had limited variety.

And the breakfast is amazing
Breakfast also very small choice.
The quality of the breakfast

Then the pool. What a missed opportunity. Since it is all the time in the shade it should definitely be heated. The water was so cold. First time in Thailand that our kids haven’t swam at all! Plus there are mosquitos so you can’t even enjoy the sunbeds. You’ll get sun during morning hours in the second floor in one corner but there are no sunbeds or beanbags only uncomfortable chairs. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for anyone who enjoys to swim. Especially if traveling with kids.
HOWEVER, SUNSHINE IS NEVER REACHING POOL AREA. EVEN TEMPERATURE IS OVER 30 DEGREES, WATER IS STILL VERY VERY COLD THAT CANNOT SWIM. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOW, POOLS ARE NO USE. HOTEL MAY ADD ARTIFICAL SUNLIGHT OR USING WARM WATER IN ORDER TO FULLY UTILIZE THE POOLS.
Another highlight here is the unique lagoon pool with a beautiful waterfall curtain and lush green trees surrounding the pool. It feels like you are swimming in a waterfall cave. You can play for as long as you want without worrying about the heat.

Pool too cold to swim ! We plan to swim as a family but in the end only me and my nephew did ! Everyone else didn’t swim or get in the pool as it’s so cold to get in
If anything, I consider it appropriate to circulate warm water in the pool, since the sun barely sees it from between the skyscrapers and clouds. But it's just a preference, not a fault of the hotel.
The pool was empty of other guests while we were there, but was large and beautiful and one of the best hotel pools I have seen in a very long time.

We did use the pool on one morning and it was a lovely quiet area to relax. (unfortunately it does not get much sun - although there is a sundeck above).
We like the swimming pool as it has different sections, kids pool, water fall and sharrow areas and my 5-year old enjoyed playing there a lot (even twice a day).
The pool was very nice but only had sun on it in the early part of the day as it’s in the centre of the apartment buildings.

Mold in the bathroom and especially in the pool. A shame, because we specifically wanted to enjoy the pool on our last day in Bangkok.
The pool is lovely, but in December and January it is constantly in the shade, so it is cold and not used very much.
Despite a confirmation at time of booking the swimming pool was not operative and as a regular swimmer this was important to me ...

We picked this hotel because of the swimming pool actually. However, it is under maintenance on the date we arrived that without advance notice.
The pool was in perpetual shade and cold; potentially the time of year and because the electrics were off and it wasn't heated.
Pool is large but hard to get in and out of as mainly steep stairs and no grab rails which can be dangerous.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance even though it had stated when we booked that it was open.
There were also staff members checking the water quality of the pool every day, so it was always clean.
And then jump in the beautiful pool right next to the gym, as they're both on 2nd floor.

Although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked very inviting from the outside.
We loved the swimming pool, it was a great size for the hotel location.
The pool is enclosed and totally in shade, not inviting at all.

We found the pool area to be very slippery with mould
We didn't mind that though as it was nice and quiet.
Just wish the pool a bit hotter to swim

The facilities at the pool level very under staffed
And the pool was large and clean.
No restaurant or bar near the pool

Too cold temperature swimming pool water
Cold water in the pool
The pool area is lovely.

We did use the pool on one morning and it was a lovely quiet area to relax. (unfortunately it does not get much sun - although there is a sundeck above).
In the evening, we had dinner at Dusit Gourmet with an all-you-can-eat buffet promotion that was good value at only 588 baht net for 90 minutes, with unlimited ordering.
The snacks ran out quickly, and we waited for more to be brought. Even when more guests arrived, only one plate of snacks was put out at a time.

The bakery items are also good and the range and quality seem to be carried over from the flagship Dusit Thani Hotel which has recently closed for redevelopment.
Staff at restaurant were apparently trainees ( mentioned by asst manager) and really couldn’t set tables properly not get the breakfast order correct, including the kitchen staff
The only downside of this hotel is the food and beverage offering, both room service and breakfast, which does not seem up to Dusit standards.

There was drinks and snacks put on in the restaurant but this is apparently just a norm and not in compensation of the inconvenience.
We especially enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea or coffee and sweets offered at the restaurant—it was a lovely spot to relax and unwind.
The food is delicious every meal. We ate at Dusit Gourmet restaurant. There are many menus to choose from, both Thai and Italian.

There is only one restaurant but the menu choices, particularly the local (Thai) food are generous, authentically flavoured and sensibly priced.
A must-try is the new menu item I would like to recommend: crispy-noodle seafood rad na for only 170 baht.
The food was excellent, delicious and delicate Thai dishes and a perfect selection of western staples, perfect our 3yo granddaughter.

During my stay, I also visited Dusit Gourmet, where I enjoyed quality food in a relaxed and elegant setting.
-The restaurant is too small but no problem. But with afternoon tea and happy hours crowded. What would happen?
Not sure if the restaurant is owned by the hotel, but it was shoddy, don't get excited about breakfast.

Its not really a hotel and I don't think most people make use of the restaurant, its very small.
We went to the St Regis for dinner and felt the atmosphere was so uptight in comparison.
-Room service prices are expensive while dine-in restaurant prices are cheaper, the same menu.specified about service delivery.

We ordered food from the restaurant to the room; it was a real disappointment, not tasty!
And I really liked the service in the restaurant, the staff were really friendly and nice.
We found the food to be really good both here and on the room service menu.

I also liked that the restaurant was very modern and nicely designed.
The food at Dusit Gourmet was great and reasonably priced.
The service in their own restaurant was great.

Dinner at the hotel was very delicious,
The food at the restaurant was delicious.
Reasonable prices for food and drink

Vegetarian food choices can be improved.
The restaurant serves very good food.
And the food was OK.

I called the hotel and they were dropping someone off so said they would pick us up. The other families plane was cancelled so had to be taken back to the hotel. It left us further stranded. The hotel went above and beyond and got someone they had contacts with to come and get us.
-We hired a transport for a trip by the hotel, we were asked if we want a small or a big van, we asked for the big van and when it came we found out its just and old grab taxi van that does not belong to the hotel it self
The only drawback was that the hotel could be accessed from only one street because most of the surrounding streets were closed, making it less convenient to walk to other areas.

The hotel has arranged shuttle bus to a nearby hotel for guests who want to use swimming pool but it is not so convenient that we did not use this service.
No shuttle service to ferry to nearby drop offs like BTS or CentralWorld probably because of the transport is stuck in a traffic jam, the schedule could be messed up.
The metro station is very close, and CentralWorld is a ten-minute walk away. I suggest that the hotel provide at least a shuttle car to take guests to CentralWorld.

The hotel is close to the skytrain and a few stops on that followed by a city line boat takes you to the grand Palace.
The hotel is very near to the skytrain - approx 50m and this was a very useful way of getting around the city.
But it’s not a big deal since the metro station is just 3 minutes away, making it easy to get around without it.

We arrived very late on the day of the earthquake. We struggled to get a taxi to the property because of it.
For someone who loves to explore, I found the proximity to the BTS Skytrain station to be a massive bonus.
Very close also to the Ratchadamri sky train station if you want to move around a little bit more.

We did make good use of Ubers to and from the hotel as they are cheap and plentiful.
You need to arrange transportation or walk to the main street to look for a taxi or tuk-tuk.
Located very close to the BTS, everywhere around Bangkok is accessible without needing to be stuck in traffic.

When going to Siam, it would be best to use a motorbike waiting on the road for transportation.
The lack of shuttle Tek tuk or small van to take the guest to the next train station.
Anyway, with Grab food and Grab taxi being quite affordable, food and transport wasn't a big fuss.

It is very difficult to get a cab or specially grab because less wants to go here.
Noticed that we have to wait long time for our taxi to airport and solved this.
Due to this our taxis and grabs took a long time to get to us.

Staff gave a wrong address to grab which costed us more money to the taxi
And you can even order food on Grab and get it delivered to the hotel.
Used Grab for airports transfers and deliveries. Didn’t need to bother with local taxis.

But we did not use the BTS and relied solely on Grab Services.
All in all perfect. We took train/BTS from airport to hotel and back.
Located next to a metro station that is very easy to access.

And it is conveniently located a block away from a skytrain station
BTS station is less than 3 minutes walk.
So you are entirely dependent on local transport

She reiterated the hotel's policy of not giving refunds and I explained that my wife and I had paid a lot of money on the rooms but would not be able to celebrate such a special occasion here and asked if it might be possible to override the policy so that losing so much money would not overshadow our celebrations.
At the check in, we paid extra to check in early but as we arrived 30 min before the requested check in, we were asked to wait though the room is ready. After insisting that we paid extra for the room, then we were allowed to check in 15 min before the check in time.
I felt really looked after and it was almost as if she had read my mind, as I was about to ask for late checkout, yet the manager so kindly offered to me free of charge along with her business card if we needed anything else.

By the time I figured out what the noise was, I had only 2 nights left, so I didn't want to change rooms, but I think the original request at time of check-in should have been paid attention to.
However we arrived at the hotel at 22.45 , we were expected at 16.30, but our room wasn't ready , told it would be in an hour. We went for a walk , returned and room was ready
Very disappointing stay. The hotel messed up our booking despite us having a confirmed reservation. Thankfully I had screenshots and email confirmations, but it still took 45 minutes at check-in to resolve.

Check in could have been better, we arrived 15 minutes after check in time opened, room was not ready, which is ok and understandable, when arriving so close to checkin starting time.
We arrived very early in the morning after a long international flight, exhausted, only to be told that we had to immediately pay a deposit before being allowed to check in.
Problem when first checking in as receptionist made a mistake with only checking in 2 rooms for 3 people when we had booked 3 rooms. It was sorted quickly.

28 Sept then met a nice guest service who assured me my luggage still in room as she do not know who check me out at 12noon .
My only issue was being asked for a 5000 bht deposit which was not mentioned anywhere that I could find on the booking.com site.
When we arrived we were told that our reservation was cancelled, which was not right. It took an an hour to fix the problem.

What is not ok is telling us on 3 occasions "your room will be ready in 10 minutes", waited a bit over 1 hour.
After a lengthy and frustrating discussion and practically begging at reception, they finally allowed us to check in only after holding our passports.
Thier policy for a reason I changed my trip plan they refused to refund me the rest of my nights

They also let us leave our luggage in the hotel after checkout as our flight was late in the evening.
And in addition they let us do a free late checkout but we were charged for early check in.
The front desk didn't give us early check in as we reached a bit earlier from a flight.

- We got offered a late check out but we didn't want to stay until the time offered.
Furthermore, when we extended our checkout, the apartment was not cleaned or serviced, despite our continued occupancy.
From the graceful check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay, the team went above and beyond.

Of not being able to access the lift only to find out I was checked out.
After i checked out i realised i left something important in a drawer in the room.
A special shoutout to Chokchai Phi, who gave us a warm welcome at check-in

Then to our surprise told us we could have late check out
And agreed to cancel the second booking i had made.
I booked for 5nights. Checked out the next day….

Had to pay for an early check in.
Quick Check in & Checkout.
At check in

And the excercise machines in the gym were a bit dated - some on the brink of feeling safe to use.
I did not use the fitness room, but I saw that it is spacious and well equipped.
There is a fitness center with a variety of exercise equipment. Health-conscious people will love it.

And a very good gym! You can keep in shape on treadmills or lift weights
Gym equipment is good but the a/c in the gym does not work.
The fitness facilities and gym could use an update.
