Emporium Suites by Chatrium Reviews: Everything Guests Say

We examined 1,574 guest reviews of Emporium Suites by Chatrium, finding specific, relevant feedback in 488 of them. The feedback has been organised by topic to give you an easy way to see what guests say about different aspects of the property.
We excluded 1,086 reviews from the detailed analysis because they contained little or no specific information about the guest experience.

I have been staying here twice a year for over 10 years, but when I fill the bathtub, reddish rust accumulates in it. I do like the spacious bathtub, though.
Been staying at Emporium for over 15 years and slowly witnessing a decline in overall quality with the property getting much more expensive.
My friend recommended this place, and my husband and I are so glad we came—we will definitely come back again!

I thought that I would spend more for this trip and book a top hotel in a great location.
This is not the first and definitely not the last time I will stay with Emporium Suites!
We left the hotel after only ONE night, although we have already paid for SIX nights!

For over $500 AUD for 2 nights there are so many better options close by.
Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice for staying in the city.
It was a good stay, but the lack of instant coffee was very annoying

The hotel as I stayed before it’s clean . It’s a nice place.
Can’t say enough about this place we definitely want to go back!
The Emporium Suites is our immediate choice whenever we go to Bangkok.

I highly recommend this place for your travel next time .
Highly recommend if you are in a group or single .
Which isn't surprising considering how poorly managed the whole hotel is.

This place is absolutely amazing we enjoyed every minute there
I recommend it to families or singles/couples with long stays.
Other than that, I'm pretty happy with this place.

The is no better place to stay in Bangkok
But other then that it was a pleasant stay.
Only one I did not give you good score.

Would recommend and certainly stay again. thank you
Will certainly stay here again! Thank you Chatrium
No way this was a 5 star hotel.

Excellent service, comfortable room and great location.
We have stayed at this property many, many times. In fact it's the only hotel we have used for 8 years on our frequent (6+ times a year) visits to Bangkok -- and no thought at all of trying other properties.
It was Not worth for the money they charged , we had a plan to stay for a week and not even stayed for a night immediately switched over to a 5 star hotel at slightly higher cost than this property.

In my life this has been the worst experience I always book 5 star hotels this hotel does not deserve 5 stars as they deal in bad faith and steal or rob the guests and never agree to the guest’s request.
My family and I stayed here for more than 10 days during our trip to Bangkok. We’ve stayed many times before and honestly, this place already feels like our second home whenever we visit the city.
I lived there as an expat from 2012 to 2014, and I was also there as a guest in 2018 and 2019. After COVID, it is no longer what it used to be.

Phrom Phong metro station (the Skytrain, called BTS: an elevated metro represented by the anise-green or light-green color, a strategic line serving several stations with large shopping centers and restaurants, such as SIAM and ASOK) is the closest to the hotel, and the Emporium shopping center is right opposite and next door. The hotel provides direct access to the shopping center without going outside, which is very convenient in extreme heat (37 to 42°C) or during monsoon-season rain in summer.
I choose this hotel because it's one of the few in downtown Bangkok to have an actual resort-size pool and also because it's located in one of the greener areas of the capital (the hotel is located right next to Benchasiri Park).
The location can not be beat. Surrounded by 3 shopping malls, the sky train (BTS) + Many restaurants. There is a public park next door. Perfect for morning walks or jogging, exercise

The hotel is located on the city’s main transport artery, surrounded by numerous shopping malls to suit every taste, so it is in an excellent location for shopping.
We basically stay here every Thailand holiday for the first couple of days to meet friends and enjoy the good connectivity with public transport.
The hotel is in a great location, close to three shopping malls and with a BTS station right next to the hotel.

Especially at the end of the day - easy to closely walk to multiple good eating options especially in EMsphere.
The property is outstanding for I do not need to go out any where else for shopping or restaurants.
With the perfect location right on the BTS. Walk to EmQuartier, walk to IKEA and 200 supermarkets nearby.

Nothing though can beat the location, attached to a great mall and only steps to the BTS.
The hotel is just steps from the BTS and a shopping mall, making everything super convenient.
Plenty better options very close by that are much better value with much better service/breakfast options.

The location is great, right next to the mall and BTS, making transportation very convenient.
Location x3, with a lot more to offer, making your stay trouble free and enjoyable
Just a few steps away from shopping stores and malls and supermarket and BTS.

Right next to Phrom Phong BTS station and next to two top shopping malls.
Location is excellent - everything very close by: BTS station, malls, markets etc.
Good location if you like to shop branded stuffs. Next to MTR station.

The location is unbeatable right next to the three luxury shopping mall.
In the heart of sukhumvit and right next to phrom phong bts.
Shoping mall is the same building, the park opposite the hotel

We took the BTS to visit Central World Mall, MBK Center.
Shopping mall in the area give mor save time for
The location is within meters of 3 major shopping centers.

Location was very nice, it was close to the BTS.
- plenty of shopping and eateries in the vicinity with Emporium, Emquartier and Emsphere malls within 5 minutes walking distance. There are lots of 7Eleven stores and massage places like Lek that are just a stone’s throw from the hotel. Benchasiri park is just next to the hotel as well and makes for great morning/evening walks. There’s even a Sarnie’s at the hotel exit that connects to the mall
It is hard to imagine a more convenient location to make use of all the facilities the Sukhumvit area has to offer to visitors. Even apart from the Emporium shopping mall, EmSphere and EmQuartier which are right at hand, the direct access to the Sky Train station is priceless, and venturing onto the main road and adjacent sois offers a host of other options.

My wife and I were delighted with the location. The Emporium Suites is connected to both the Emporium and EQuartier Mall. It is also directly connected to the BMT station, Phrom Phong. So, just by location alone, you are in one of the most desirable locations in Bangkok, with front-door access to the rest of the city.
We stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and it was truly exceptional. The location couldn’t be better — literally above the Emporium Mall, with everything you need just steps away. There are convenience stores right outside, endless shopping and food options, and it’s incredibly easy to get around the city from here.
The hotel's location is optimal if you want to get around by public transport. Only a few steps to the BTS—and if necessary, when the weather is bad or you have difficulty walking, you can take the escalator through the neighboring shopping center directly to the station.

The next day I came around 2 PM to pray, I found my room cleaned then I left I noticed they entered the room after I left to check if it was have dukhoon in my room and they put it in my neighbor. They said he said the smell not good. Please don’t do it. If you do it we will charge you.
This time we had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and a malfunction in the shower with no cold water in one of the bathrooms of the suites, No phone working in the second room, no equipment in the kitchen.
Cockroaches appeared, but the response was terrible. They should have changed the room or done something, but they simply came in with a bag to catch them. The amenities were also not properly replenished.

Also, the hotel room’s air conditioning triggered my family’s allergy. We had a had time staying in the room especially sleeping because of the air conditioning seems to be dirty.
The kitchen was useful for washing the baby's bottles, and the room was particularly spacious with a great view, so it did not feel cramped at all.
The room service menu is very disappointing as you cannot order anything other than Thai food (although it doesn’t say it in the website menu)

The balcony, which is closed! The bad smell in the room; at this price, it would be good to freshen up the rooms.
The room was big enough although the room was big, but it seemed old, especially the bathroom has a bad smell sometimes.
Multi-country sockets at the writing desk are too close to each other such that 2 plugs can be plugged in.

22,000 THB per night for a suite to find cockroach in the master bedroom! So unclean and unhygienic.
The rooms are spacious, the daily cleaning is excellent. The view from the higher floors is stunning!
We opted for the later as it would be too much to pack up and move again.

It was what I expected. Very big apartment. We got an upgrade to a larger apartment.
They stole my wife’s brand new shoes worth 200$+ when we were changing our suite.
As well as the spacious and well-equipped suites, made our stay very pleasant.

There are no washing machine in room but place for it is present.
Actually it was my husband‘s big day as of 60 years old birthday!
Biggest issue was the AC either froze us out or suffocated us.

Light switches, the master key is far a way from the bed
Despite the dated and lacking rooms and bathrooms in the hotel.
Will probably request a suite with a different facing next time.

Rooms are dated, hallways have slight stench of water damage,
My neighbor did not have any hot water at all.
For a Grand Deluxe Room I wasn’t too happy.

There were insects and the pillows are not comfortable
- the top shelf of the room cupboard was dusty which I realised when I placed some of my clothes there. The bathtub faucet let out some discoloured water but the shower water was clean. There were a few insects on more than one occasion that came out from the bath sink. I had to ask housekeeping to refill the shower gel as it had gone unfilled for 2 days which meant it had not been checked
While I loved the balcony and this was one of the criteria for me choosing this room, the only downside was that it was not a completely private balcony but shared with the adjacent room, with no screen or wall in between, only a low wall, which made it possible for someone on the balcony to see into the other room. Something to be aware of for those who value privacy.

The washing machine washer dryer would not work. They had to replace it with another one that also didn’t work properly. You called it a washer dryer, but we had to dry her clothes in the lanai. One of the lights is burned out in the dining room. The cold water faucet in the bathroom would not work so that had to be replaced.
- the room did not have any iron - again, available on request only and the same for umbrellas. These days almost all hotels are equipped with irons and umbrellas in the rooms, small things matter especially when you request for one and housekeeping staff who get you an iron or extra towel look annoyed that you asked for such
All the rooms are very large relative to other hotels. We've stayed in several different types but usually go for a One Bedroom Suite or One Bedroom Deluxe Suite. Bed and pillows (choices available) are really good, lighting and switches excellent, the bathrooms are fully functional, and the kitchenettes are really useful (huge fridges).

Then the service person at the Breakfast EL was telling them shhh.... that was so unacceptable, when you want to tell the kids to be silence, you need to gentle come and talk to their parents, not yelling to them, also as the guests I didn't expect to be treated that way,
It's the little things that made a big difference – being greeted with a smile every time I passed by the front desk, the staff remembering guests, and always being willing to help. You can tell they truly care about providing good service and making guests feel welcome.
They read the survey right away, haha, and responded that they would send a folding luggage table asap...and they did. So they do pay attention to survey's for those who believe they do not read them...and they will support you if possible....very good policy and support.

As for the staff, I would especially like to thank Khun Kaimuk very much. She was very lovely, provided great service, and explained all the facilities thoroughly and clearly.
Arrived, took my own bags out the car and was only when i was about to open the door myself the bell boys did anything at all.
I would like to mention Sittisak at the hotel reception who was extremely kind and helpful as also the breakfast staff at the restaurant

We were surprised by a birthday cake that we were seeing on table when returning to hotel room after a golfing day.
I would like to thank again Mr. DAVID and his team in which they always consider guest happy and comfortable.
On the first day, we told the front desk staff that there was a cigarette smell in the room.

I especially appreciate the hotel staff for being so kind and accommodating — they were thoughtful enough
2. Compliment to assistant Chief Concierge K. Piyapong who called the room to follow up my request.
Why are your employees so customer-unfriendly that they cannot even write down the correct hotel name?

And didn’t have much time, they solve the problem for me promptly and exceptionally gracefully
The service was excellent, and the staff Ms. KHULNIPHA paid attention to every detail.
The service at this hotel was truly exceptional from the moment I arrived.

The receptionist & front desk staff were also amazing, efficient, friendly, and professional.
I really appreciate that they have really good efforts for their work.
Thankfully to all of the staffs y'all did it the best!!!

The staff very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.
The staff of the hotel is very hospitable and professional.
And was very helpful and made me feel very welcome.

They steal valuable belongings of guests and deny on face.
According to the housekeeping/ front desk, they didn’t find it!
Hotel help to guide and provide assistance when required

All the staff are kind, respectful and very helpful.
Staff are very friendly and responsive to different requests.
Emporium is always convenient with their good service…

And the staff are very efficient and helpful.
She explained about the room very clearly.
The staff were lovely and very kind

Elevator can be used only two out of three. One is under construction so we have to spent within 5 or 10 minutes to wait for having breakfast or going to Lobby or going back to our room. There are 40 levels and always crowded in the elevator.
- the hotel is quite old (25 years, I was told) and it shows in some areas. There was painting and minor repairs going on throughout the stay, even though it was only during the day it was a little disturbing especially the loud noises
There is a disconnect between the hotel and booking.com.around the supply of an invoice, the hotel refused to supply one as payment made via booking.com.in the end I managed to get a hand written invoice from them but it was after a lot of arguing.

This caused us inconvenience in the sense of not knowing how long the waiting time would be to descend since the downward travelling lift would sometimes be full, thereby causing anxiety in terms of maybe being late for appointments.
I then open the room and it stinks of ciggerettes. I wont even put my things down and proceeed back to the elevator area and wait 7 minutes for an elevator because only 2 of the 3 are working.
Only down fall are the 3 lifts which service all the rooms, waiting for lifts are a bit of a nightmare and the lifts don't have air con, which make it very stuffy when inside

The elevator project!!! This repair issue that’s ongoing for months needs to be advertised clearly - it was a big pain point waiting 5-10 mins for the lift to arrive
The hotel provides direct access to the shopping center without going outside, which is very convenient in extreme heat (37 to 42°C) or during monsoon-season rain in summer.
Even when all three elevators are operating, this hotel has long waiting times, so I recommend it to people who can enjoy things like this as well.

Since renovation work was being carried out in other rooms without ventilation or sealing, the smell of paint filled the entire floor, including inside our room.
Unfortunately, time is starting to tell on the interior fixtures and fittings. No matter how clean, tidy, and well maintained, everything has a useful lifespan!
Elevators were being remodeled which lead to dangerous overcrowding and they need to book less guests in the hotel until the elevators are completely redone.

We were told that we could drink up to one set of soft drinks free from the mini bar for our 2 night stay.
Only two working elevators. One broken. Sometimes waiting 5+ minutes for an elevator and then even longer to get down.
There are only three floors to service the whole Hotel and the resident floors of the 40-plus-story building.

The elevator was very unreliable, always resulting in long wait times and inconsistent arrival of cabins.
Big kitchen, with no utensils, you have to order if you want to use them.
There was a renovating in the floor I stayed, so it disturbs the baby,

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the facilities were excellent
The only thing that annoys us about this Hotel is the elevators.
The elevator can sometimes be crowded, but overall it is normal.

One of 3 lifts not working, we were on 34th floor!
Facilities are fantastic: swimming pool, health club and Emporium Shopping Centre
However, the elevators take a long time to get to

What can be improved would be perhaps some kids facilities.
All watertaps is old and need to be repaired.
Cockroaches are everywhere—in the kitchen and the room.

Also no separate desk for tourist e q
And the issue got fixed very quickly.
Facilities is located on severn floor

- breakfast was enjoyable with a limited but very good spread - Asian fried rice, sushi and noodle soups, standard continental fare with eggs, pancakes, bakes, juices, etc. I enjoyed the cappuccino most at breakfast, best coffee I had at any hotel during all my stays.
There was no inconvenience in using the breakfast service, but it was not exceptionally satisfying. Rather than choosing an option that includes breakfast, I think it would be better to try a variety of foods at nearby shopping malls and other places.
Breakfast was not 5 star standard. The food offered was not luxury, condiments, pastries etc were more of a 3 or 4 star hotel. Quite a small buffet area too. Atmosphere at breakfast seemed formal, quiet, no background music etc.

The breakfast does not match the hotel's standard—there is still a lot of room for improvement. However, this criticism is based on the relatively high price of the hotel—you will always find enough to eat at the buffet
Regarding the breakfast, we are officially registered as a family of five and the breakfast is included in the booking for five persons, but the staff said that we have to pay for the fifth person!
I booked a room with breakfast included, but... To be honest, after nine nights I got tired of it, and I did not use it at all during the latter half of my stay.

Breakfast is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel; the room does not have enough tables, and the choice of dishes is very limited. You would be better off having breakfast outside.
The food is very, very bad. There is no breakfast menu for Muslims, even though most of the restaurant’s customers are Arabs, and they do not have an Arab or Muslim chef.
Breakfast. Average at best. Possibly the smallest “buffet”, with the sole of the worst food i’ve had in a long while. “crispy bacon” means “carpet bacon” with no taste at all.

The breakfast, geared towards asian visitors, was quite acceptable but the choice remain limited for western visitors who may not prefer to eat rice, noodles or fish in the morning.
Asked for a soy latte only to be offered to mix hot soy milk with coffee by the waitress who couldn’t understand when I explained streamed milk in native Thai.
I stay here every time because I look forward to the breakfast and because of its location in Thong Lo (even taxi drivers immediately know where it is).

The breakfast food was really bad. I mean it, very basic and low quality. Coffee came from an automatic machine and was almost undrinkable.
They didnt have enough vegan options... breakfast was so boring we ended up skipping it most days.
I usually ordered breakfast to my room, and it was always delicious and nicely prepared.

Breakfast thought good was much better in the past when i had stayed there
Breakfast was excellent and on par with the rest of the hotel facilities.
The breakfast room is regularly full and noisy—with many families with children.

Breakfast is good but you have a limited option for western food
And mentioned that it is now 10:30 which was not
Many choices for breakfast, and there were Easter bunny.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good,
The buffet breakfast was an absolute standout.
Added bonus that the breakfast is great

Breakfast is okay but needs more variety.
And even if, I already came before.
And the breakfast buffets are great

Breakfast buffet had lots of options.
Breakfast was also a highlight.
The breakfast is very good,

The pool was under maintenance the date that we went to enjoy. The water treatment was not working and the pool water was green. Theoretically, this can be fixed withing 24hours, but considering that we had other engagement we did not had time to re-visit to verify if it was fixed or to enjoy the pool.
- the pool area was beautiful and peaceful with a much larger pool than other hotels and surrounded by greenery. This was my favourite part of the hotel and I wish I could have spent more time there.
The swimming pool on the seventh floor was spacious and not very crowded, and the facilities were also very convenient, so we were very satisfied with it for playing in the water with the children.

There was no service at the pool. This is a serious problem. The weather is already hot. We couldn't get anything to drink. Only cleaning work is carried out at the pool.
Booked the hotel in June 2023 for our stay in August 2023. Swimming pool was closed in August 2023, we didn't know till it's near to our date.
I was recommended the pool at another hotel, but it was too far away, so I did not go out of my way to visit it.

My family especially enjoys the beautiful, relaxing pool area, which is a great place to unwind after a day out in the city.
The employee is either nowhere to be seen or appears for a minute to collect abandoned towels, then disappears just as quickly.
Poolside maintenance is scheduled in the morning when guests are there, including using a high pressure hose to clean the deck.

It was at least good that they had prepared vouchers allowing us to use the pool at a nearby Hilton.
I choose this hotel because it's one of the few in downtown Bangkok to have an actual resort-size pool
I spent a long time going back and forth with reception; in the end, we found a compromise.

The Pool is on the 7th floor is newly renovated and very nice for both Adults and Kids.
Alternative pools somewhere else were offered but not convenient when you like to go for a ‘quick swim’
The swimming pool was clean and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind after shopping nearby.

The pool, gym and leisure area is a wonderful oasis of calm in the big city.
I choose this hotel because of the pool area for my small children to play in.
The hotel pool, spacious and offering a change of scenery, is a true haven of peace.

There is no service in the pool area: no one greets you or helps you.
I especially loved the swimming pool — it felt like being at a resort.
After pulling the shade over the sofas by the pool, he ignored me.

The pool was also spacious and our family very much enjoyed swimming.
We liked the shallow swimming pool and the children's pool.
And a big swimming pool on the 7th floor.

Pool best I have ever been in Bangkok.
I wanted wine, but there was none.
No drinks are offered before then.

Swimming pool area has many mosqitos,
There’s a nice swimming pool
Amazing hotel with a pool.

However, it's quite far from the newer areas of Bangkok like IconSiam, Wat Arun Temple or the Royal Palace, with long taxi trips that can easily exceed 30 to 60 min from/to the hotel depending on the time of travel due to Bangkok's extreme traffic congestion, especially during rush hour.
But according to the driver the bellboy took 100 baht from him, so the driver was very agitated n demand 100 baht from me on TOP of the agreed high fare of 500 baht.
If you take a taxi to the international airport, allow an extra hour or more for the journey, as this is a very busy area (Sukhumvit Road) and the traffic is heavily congested.

I spend a lot of time travelling around and away from Bangkok, and Sukhumvit road is always cray busy (Especially when it rains), so often tough on visitors pick up and taxi.
The direct access to the Phrom Phong BTS station just outside the door also made transportation both swift and cost-effective, a valuable asset given the persistent traffic on Sukhumvit Road.
What we did not like was related less to the hotel than to the traffic congestion in central Bangkok: it is difficult to get to or leave the hotel.

The downside is that if you need to use BTS early in the morning before the shop opens, you need to walk outside to get to the station.
You can access the Bangkok Sky Train System without actually having to go out on the street, or getting wet when it is raining as everything is covered.
Booking.com mentioned my booking was eligible for free private taxi pick up from airport but the property denied that service and charged THB 2500 for it .

The elevator project ruined my stay with waits of 10 to 20 minutes and risks to personal safety just to leave or return to room.
We also called ahead of the booking and asked if any remodeling was happening or construction and were lied to and told no.
With the fighting in the Middle East we had to extend our stay - no problem and the hotel has been great!!

We ordered their limousine service to the airport and when the car arrived there was duct tape holding the seats together.
The ONLY downside is the elevator can get congested and you might wait more than 5-10 minutes before an elevator comes.
Advice for arrival: take the way outside for the first arrival, it's easier to find than inside the mall.

No option of valet, although i did notice the car parking has its own valet when we were leaving.
In the end, while on the way, I noticed that the driver was going to the wrong Sheraton.
The traffic is so bad that it is better to get around on foot or use the subway.

It is also next to BTS where traveling is a breeze as compared to BKK’s traffic.
After that, I also had to sort out the change in price with the driver's manager.
Rain or shine, getting around the city is incredibly convenient without ever needing to step outside.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the BTS station which makes it well-connected.
Its has a Skyway which makes it accessible to us to get to UOB Live.
And can go anywhere you want easily bec it is connected with sky train system

I had reserved the hotel's pickup taxi, but it did not come.
I arrived late at night bevause of my flight arrival time.
I specified that I was going to Sheraton Villas.

From BTS to hotel is sheltered all the way.
Offer for airport transfer (which I didn’t need)
Concierge—I ordered a car to Hua Hin.

The pool, gym and leisure area is a wonderful oasis of calm in the big city.
The gym smelled bad—stale and stuffy. I didn't use it because I found it unpleasant.
The gym is also fully stacked. Great machines, they have classes and even free weights.

My husband mentioned that their gym was in excellent condition with no equipment missing.
Gym and pool areas were amazing, although lack of cleaning instruments/staff was concerning .
The hotel has a large swimming pool area with spa and fitness facilities.

The gym is great. It has all the equipment. Life Fitness.
We love how convenient everything is here, with a gym
When I'm not in the mood for the fabulous gym

The gym was outstanding with professional and friendly trainers.
They gym is big and very well equipped too
The fitness facilities were on point, with no shortcomings

... and the fitness center is very well maintained
And gym and fitness facility was very modern.
The fitness facility is large and well equipped.

And a gym (I didn't go to the)
The fitness room is modern and well equipped.
Gym was also very well equipped

And fitness center is a plus.
There is a superbly equipped gym
And great Gym facilities as well.

The gym facility was also excellent.
2) the fitness facilities were ok
Also hosts a well equipped gym

The gym facilities are brilliant.
And gym are fantastic.
Didn’t use the gym

A large gym
Excellent gym facilities
Fitness

2. August 28th; had DND sign on. Received a call to open the door for a maintenance person to check the the fire sprinkler. Was not too happy about it, but I let them in anyway🙄 I suggest, to have the staff trained on how speak to the guest on the phone, on a special request when the guest has a DND sign on. (They could ask if we have any plan to leave the room so the maintenance person can come).
The receptionists are always accommodating to make your stay enjoyable (I was able to leave my luggage at reception just long enough to do some shopping and have lunch at Emporium shopping center while waiting for check-in time).
Not only we are allowed to have a early check-in, but with the front desk staff Ms. Papawadee escorting us to our room, prompt delivery of baggage to our room. We certainly enjoy our pleasant check-in this time👍🏽😉

Beware. These guys will find whatever reason to cancel your already booked and paid booking and book again at the check in so they can apply the new conversion rate for THB-USD that is more favorable to them.
I don't understand because the hotel made me pay for the room directly, saying that Booking.com had not charged my bank account, whereas I don't have this problem for any of the nights at this hotel.
After 10 years of loyalty, shocked by the dishonesty. Late checkout refused, then magically approved once I agreed to pay. "I was told the room has been specifically been requested by another guest".

Small and cramped driveway, small lobby, and then an additional amount is required for each day as a deposit for possible future expenses at the hotel, which is then offset at checkout.
I believe it was Mr. Yongyuth (apologies if I got the name wrong, I didn't have time to write it down when I was leaving) who handled my check-in
It was a problem and I had to argue and I lost the entire next day having to argue why they needed to move me..Its not 5 star service.

I agree to sleep there one night as it was late and my reservation was for a week but said I wouldn't stay there the full week.
The only one operating came to my 26th floor overcrowded, and I had to wait 15 minutes for an option to take me down for checkout.
Then, out of the blue, they asked me for a Bt5,000 deposit to cover themselves against my running up a large bill on laundry, etc.

I was very shocked by their treatment of me on this trip. As you see in the paper i can check out at 4 pm
When I checked in, they couldn't find my reservation, even though I handed them my passport and had a confirmation email from the hotel.
Also, at check-in, we were asked whether we could use the sofa with sheets placed over it because there were no extra beds available.

Booking initially said that the reservation was not “confirmed”—apparently only the hotel could do that. But it did work out in the end.
Check-in wasn't good. It took an hour to find a room that matched what I had paid for in full two months earlier.
Receptionists who checked us in and out couldn't do enough - we enjoyed an upgrade to our apartment plus late check out.

When I checked in, the front staff welcomed me with a smile and let me check in to the room smoothly.
Seamless check in process couldn’t ask for any better. Asked for a late checkout and was helped without any issues.
The front desk attendant informs me they no longer have any of the room type I booked except smoking rooms.

Then they suggested I go do something outside the hotel since my room wasn't ready yet. It was almost 6pm.
5,000 baht/ $250 AUD deposit taken from credit card has not been refunded yet more than 2 days after checkout
After check out, I got a welcome email with a code, in case I needed anything during my stay.

We also checked in expecting a clean room but found some used band-aid stuck on the shower area.
At check-in, we were informed that the pool would be unavailable for maintenance starting two days later.
I wouldn't have minded so much if they had stated this at the time of booking.

From the very moment we checked in, we were received with extraordinary friendliness and courtesy.
On arrival and checking with our 12-month old baby
Booked for 2 nights left after 1.

Room Service is available 24h/7 with a menu with enough options to cater most tastes. The food quality is rather good (my preferences going for the pork chop and the burger).
Prepare adequate clothing as the A/C is really cooling down the restaurant a lot! With short pants and T-Shirts you‘ll likely be freezing
Overnight room service menu is very limited to local food. I ordered a dish i didn't know how to eat it

In-room service is available but you need to ask for the menu as it's not readily available in the room.
The restaurant was not good because most of the days pork was only meat available sadly we cannot have it
They also allow outside food which is a great convenience for guests to access their choice of food !

It would be nice to have the bar open earlier in the morning. For serving coffee that is! :-)
Room service meals were good value, and in ordered a cheeseburger one time, the best I ever had.
The view from the restaurant of the park and the city skyline were an added bonus each morning

It is disappointing that the quality of the restaurant’s lunchtime dim sum has gradually declined as well.
Did not try their food because of restrictions, also because of choices abound in the area.
Halal food was not available at the property but lots restaurants nearby had this option

Restaurant at EL floor, it is not reached to the level of five stars hotel.
Food hall in Emporium with a fantastic selection of food at very reasonably prices.
I went to one of the better 5 star hotel for breakfast

So try hint the property should consider at their restaurants
Food at The Emporia restaurant very variety and delicious,
Breakfast and food at the hotel was top notch.

And to the Chefs , the food is delicious.
Service at the restaurant was far from friendly
The restaurant offers a variety of food

Range of Halal food for muslims.
And restaurants all in one place.
Food options too very poor .

Delicious breakfast and above all
Should be improved dining quality.
In-room dining is great too.

Lack of restaurant choice.
And food

And, if you get a treatment at the spa, you will not be disappointed.
The hotel has a large swimming pool area with spa and fitness facilities.
They have nice spa too but I didn’t get a chance to try.

And they even have 20% off discount in thann massage
The location, swimming pool, and Tan Spa were excellent.
Had a lovely facial at the Thann Sanctuary onsite.

But the cleanliness of the steam room questionable.
Suana and steam room.
And spa facilities

Steam room, sauna
And spa boutique.
And spa area

Sauna, steam room
No in-house spa.

Car parking isn’t theirs, nor do they have their own parks roped off like most others. You share it with the shopping center so if you arrive at midday, prepare for a 30 minute car parking hunt/maybe no parks at all.
It was difficult for us to find the lift to the hotel lobby from the car park.
There was free parking for guests.

Car park (basement level)
